- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 0:02Speaker 1: the day on this Wednesday and this hump days. Wow,
- 0:08Speaker 1: it's been a good day. It has been a good day, hunk.
- 0:12Speaker 1: They always good day, they always. I love Humpdays? Really,
- 0:18Speaker 1: now I do? How can I answer you something real quick?
- 0:22Speaker 1: I know I gotta do this thing? Can I ask
- 0:23Speaker 1: you something real quick? Sure? Is? Is but cheeks one word?
- 0:28Speaker 1: Or should you spread it apart? I do want it?
- 0:32Speaker 1: I'm sorry, that's just a regular question. That's a question
- 0:37Speaker 1: for your uncle. You're not junior. I cannot come on,
- 0:50Speaker 1: see why. I don't really, I don't know why you're
- 0:55Speaker 1: on the show at this point because he's your nephew.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You do know why? What was what? The random question?
- 1:03Speaker 1: That was? Yeah? You know? Do you have a real question?
- 1:07Speaker 1: Excuse me? I do I have a question better than budgets? Yeah?
- 1:13Speaker 1: I believe it? Or not better than Wow? I don't know.
- 1:20Speaker 1: You know, Steve, I was wondering. You know, we all
- 1:24Speaker 1: you know, especially all of us have worked with you.
- 1:26Speaker 1: We know you, we know Marjorie, you know your family,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and we're rooting for you all the time. We love you, guys.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So how do you celebrate your happiness? And your success.
- 1:38Speaker 1: How do you guys celebrate that? Wow? You know, I
- 1:41Speaker 1: was thinking about this with kind of talking it over
- 1:46Speaker 1: with Marjorie the other day, and the grandkids were over,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and we had several things that we did for the
- 1:54Speaker 1: grandkids over the past few weeks this summer. Yeah, my
- 1:58Speaker 1: little grandson beat out there fishing. I had BJ's basketball
- 2:03Speaker 1: team down at the ranch, his twenty teammates and Oof
- 2:10Speaker 1: Floyd and just watching them enjoy playing basketball and fishing
- 2:17Speaker 1: and getting on the boats and the paddle boats and
- 2:20Speaker 1: the paddle cars and stuff. And then the other list.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Past weekend, the grandkids were over and they were at
- 2:28Speaker 1: the pool swimming, and I had some interesting little toys
- 2:33Speaker 1: in the water, like the there's a little thing you
- 2:36Speaker 1: can put on your feet, the fins that you put
- 2:38Speaker 1: on your feet, but they wired. They look like mermaid tails,
- 2:42Speaker 1: so when you swimming in the water, it looks like
- 2:44Speaker 1: you the little mermaid. And all this here. And I
- 2:46Speaker 1: was just looking and I told Margie, I said, Wow,
- 2:51Speaker 1: we didn't have none of this. I didn't have none
- 2:54Speaker 1: of this when I was growing up. I didn't get
- 2:57Speaker 1: none of this. She said, But ain't it a beautiful
- 3:01Speaker 1: thing that you get to get at to your grandkids
- 3:05Speaker 1: and the way. Yeah, it is. It's pretty cool. So
- 3:09Speaker 1: for me, for me even more so than Marjorie, I know,
- 3:15Speaker 1: for me, because I'm such a provider. You know, that's
- 3:21Speaker 1: one of the things that I pride myself in the
- 3:24Speaker 1: act of provision, and not because I'm well off, but
- 3:28Speaker 1: because I've always been this way at every level I've
- 3:32Speaker 1: ever been at. And because I'm well off, of course
- 3:35Speaker 1: I could do more on a larger scale, But kudos
- 3:40Speaker 1: and hats off to all of the people out there
- 3:44Speaker 1: who provide for their families. And that's got to matter
- 3:47Speaker 1: to you, man, that you're able to hold your chest
- 3:50Speaker 1: up and go, wow, I got my daughter on my
- 3:53Speaker 1: child in this program right here, while I was able
- 3:56Speaker 1: to send them on this field trip. Wow. You know
- 3:59Speaker 1: I was able to take my family on a vacation
- 4:01Speaker 1: this year. Why I was able to pay for everybody
- 4:04Speaker 1: to go to the family union this year. Whatever level
- 4:07Speaker 1: you at, it's got to be an element of pride
- 4:12Speaker 1: to be able to do the thing that you're able
- 4:16Speaker 1: to do. And I think that my celebration of life
- 4:20Speaker 1: comes through people more so than myself. I only want
- 4:25Speaker 1: to do two things, three things actually I either want
- 4:29Speaker 1: to sit down and have a cigar, I want to
- 4:32Speaker 1: try to play golf, or I want to go fishing.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I don't. It ain't really, it ain't really a whole
- 4:38Speaker 1: lot more for me. I don't, you know, I don't.
- 4:42Speaker 1: I don't. I don't want to go see Beyonce. You know,
- 4:44Speaker 1: I don't. I don't want to go to the amusement park.
- 4:49Speaker 1: You know, I don't. That's I don't care about stuff
- 4:52Speaker 1: like that. But if I can sit down and relax
- 4:54Speaker 1: and have a moment of peace, to celebrate at the
- 4:58Speaker 1: hard work that I put in and rest from it,
- 5:02Speaker 1: then yeah, man, that's how I celebrated. But my celebration
- 5:06Speaker 1: is mostly through other people. It's through what I'm able
- 5:09Speaker 1: to provide for my family and to watch them enjoy.
- 5:12Speaker 1: That's been probably the greatest joy for me, I think,
- 5:15Speaker 1: you know, I don't. Really, it's kind of it's just
- 5:19Speaker 1: not a lot in it for me. Like I went
- 5:20Speaker 1: to the ic CAST convention last week, and i cast
- 5:26Speaker 1: is the largest fishing expot in the world. The number
- 5:31Speaker 1: one fishing market in the world is the United States.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I mean deep sea fishing, bass fishing, freshwater fishing, lake fishing,
- 5:41Speaker 1: river fishing the United States's largest market, and I was
- 5:45Speaker 1: able to go to this thing called ICST and I
- 5:48Speaker 1: was sitting there just seeing all the new products that
- 5:52Speaker 1: come out and fishing and stuff. To be able to
- 5:54Speaker 1: go do that was like a great thing for me.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Now you know, I'm famous at the same so I
- 6:00Speaker 1: don't get to walk through the convention like everybody else freely.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I got. If I stop at a booth people gathering,
- 6:08Speaker 1: it becomes a picture taking session. But I was still
- 6:10Speaker 1: grateful to be there. But I'm saying that just to
- 6:13Speaker 1: say I do get a chance to do some things
- 6:16Speaker 1: I really have always wanted to do. But the most
- 6:19Speaker 1: enjoyment I get the most celebration folk, what I've become
- 6:22Speaker 1: and how we celebrate our life is through our children
- 6:25Speaker 1: and grandchildren. I think is wonderful. And kudos and hats
- 6:29Speaker 1: off to everybody that's able to provide for their families,
- 6:32Speaker 1: whatever level it is, that's a great joy. So congratulations men.
