Tiffany Yu, Diversability, Founder, did a summer internship at Goldman Sachs and immersed in different employee resource groups or affinity groups that they have for their employees, for Asian employees, women employees, disabled employees and our allies. Tiffany realized that if Goldman Sachs has a disability community, every place and every space should have something like this because meeting other disabled people made Tiffany realize that she didn't need to be so isolated or feel so excluded in her experience.
