Beitzah 26: Half Shabbos
A case of the first-born male animal - bekhor - that is dedicated and given to kohanim to eat, unless it has a blemish. When is checking for such a blemish permitted, on yom tov? Also, can something be muktzah for only part of Shabbat, whether it gains or loses that status?
