- 0:03Speaker 1: Drama, Darling.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Drama, Darling.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Drama, Darling, Hey, what's up? What is up? Atlanta's up?
- 0:25Speaker 3: Real Housewives, Ultimate Girls Trip is up and running, and
- 0:29Speaker 3: I'm with Emily Deresis right here on Drama Darling. Hey, Ems, Hello,
- 0:34Speaker 3: and hey to all, Hey and hello. It's going to
- 0:39Speaker 3: be a fun night. We're going to talk about Ultimate
- 0:42Speaker 3: Girls Trip Roaring twentieth, and then we're going to head
- 0:46Speaker 3: on into Atlanta Reunion Part two, which was very good,
- 0:49Speaker 3: wasn't it. Ems.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I was impressed because I have not been feeling great
- 0:55Speaker 1: about Atlanta and then this second reunion, which normally for
- 1:00Speaker 1: you know, we all say the second episode of the
- 1:02Speaker 1: reunion's kind of the sleeper, but this is great.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Oddly, Valley second part was fire last week, and Atlanta
- 1:12Speaker 3: second part was good too, So like, I think we're
- 1:15Speaker 3: on a great role for Dose Amigos.
- 1:19Speaker 1: You know, I am always maybe because our expectations are
- 1:22Speaker 1: so low for a second episode of the reunion, because
- 1:25Speaker 1: we're like, just because we've been trained to get the
- 1:29Speaker 1: really good stuff is episode three, So our expectations are
- 1:33Speaker 1: low for two, and then we get.
- 1:35Speaker 3: And then we get something, we get something that we
- 1:38Speaker 3: don't expect and we appreciate it. We're like, please look
- 1:40Speaker 3: and somemal.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Yeah, the bar's low, is my point. So maybe like
- 1:45Speaker 1: it's on us, like we're okay because the bar is low,
- 1:48Speaker 1: We're not expecting much here, bravo and look at you guys.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Look at it.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Think what you give us.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Well, we're not going to just take crumbs, but we
- 1:54Speaker 3: like him. If you give us crumbs, we want to
- 1:56Speaker 3: make the best of it. So yeah, so let's talk
- 2:02Speaker 3: about why don't we just like jump right in, why
- 2:04Speaker 3: don't we talk about all of my girls trip? Oh wow,
- 2:09Speaker 3: oh my god, poor Kyle just starting off with her
- 2:12Speaker 3: Kyle cry just I know, I was like, are you
- 2:18Speaker 3: Homer Simpson in there? Just like falling into the trees
- 2:22Speaker 3: in your letter jacket? That was such a weird moment
- 2:27Speaker 3: almost like it just was it just was, It just happened.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It was like all of a sudden, it's like the
- 2:35Speaker 3: Roaring twentieth and it's like montages like the Ladies, and
- 2:38Speaker 3: then you know we're in La or whatever, and then
- 2:42Speaker 3: all of a sudden you just see Kyle just like,
- 2:45Speaker 3: I mean, this was the wildest scene. Vicky is like
- 2:50Speaker 3: vickying so hard that I thought she can't be serious
- 2:56Speaker 3: to say these things to her. It has to be
- 2:58Speaker 3: a bit but I don't. But I actually do think
- 3:01Speaker 3: that she believes this is this just is she to
- 3:04Speaker 3: the point in her life where she's fine with saying
- 3:06Speaker 3: whatever she's thinking.
- 3:09Speaker 1: She's going back to her old school rookie training for housewives,
- 3:14Speaker 1: where back in the day they would be like, you
- 3:17Speaker 1: have to say whatever you're thinking, don't filter it, just
- 3:21Speaker 1: say it. And I feel it.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I say that though they still.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Trying to do that, but like Vicky's like, I got it,
- 3:29Speaker 1: You're gonna get family, Van VICKI always now from now on,
- 3:33Speaker 1: she's not gonna filter anything. She's never she wasn't Orange again.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Well yeah, I mean on Orange County. Though she's not
- 3:42Speaker 3: really like this. It's ultimate girls trip and she is
- 3:45Speaker 3: just ultimating all over. She's just she is like a
- 3:49Speaker 3: caricature of herself in every scene, to the point where
- 3:53Speaker 3: even Luanne's like drawing out to switch my place guard.
- 3:55Speaker 3: I don't want to sit next to her break And
- 3:58Speaker 3: I mean, Louis about is chill as you can get,
- 4:01Speaker 3: so to make it.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I think she is cranking it up on os, like
- 4:05Speaker 1: coming at Carmela for having how she's raised. That's right. Oh,
- 4:08Speaker 1: that's right, she is.
- 4:09Speaker 3: I forgot. I'm sorry, I beg your pardon. That's right.
- 4:13Speaker 3: She's nickying over there too. Yeah. I think she's committed
- 4:17Speaker 3: to this, like I'm going to work and I'm going
- 4:21Speaker 3: to do this job too, and I'm just going to
- 4:24Speaker 3: keep doing it. Because but it was Kyle seemed to
- 4:27Speaker 3: really take it in stride. She let her do what
- 4:29Speaker 3: she was doing, because that's how good Kyle is. I
- 4:33Speaker 3: don't know, maybe it'll come up later, I'm perhaps, but
- 4:37Speaker 3: for VICKI to be like, well, Kyle's like I thought
- 4:42Speaker 3: we were stronger than this, and I just feel ashamed.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Maybe that's like the wrong word. Notice it's the right word.
- 4:47Speaker 3: You should feel shaped. You let yourself dout, You let
- 4:49Speaker 3: your family dad, you let God dad, you let your
- 4:51Speaker 3: kids dad, You let your neighbors dad, and you left,
- 4:54Speaker 3: you let all of America Dad. You should be a chimed.
- 4:57Speaker 1: And then Don is upset with you, Kyle, Yeah, yeah,
- 5:01Speaker 1: even Don.
- 5:03Speaker 3: And then Kyle continues. She doesn't react. She just is like, yeah,
- 5:09Speaker 3: I know, I just feel bad. I'm like, you know,
- 5:12Speaker 3: I just it's gonna be okay. She's like, no, it's
- 5:14Speaker 3: that it's never gonna be okay, you would think about
- 5:16Speaker 3: this for forty years and you're never gonna be Holidays, birthdays, anything, days, Fridays, Sundays,
- 5:23Speaker 3: church days.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Yeah, so you're gone awesome.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Back to day, Kyle, You're gonna fall apart on Don's birthday.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Well, it's weird too because to your point, like in
- 5:33Speaker 1: the interview, Kyle is still talking about how Vicky like wow,
- 5:37Speaker 1: like really got to me, Like, well I always feel
- 5:40Speaker 1: this way. Meanwhile, like if anybody else would have said
- 5:43Speaker 1: that to Kyle bye by interview, she would have been like,
- 5:46Speaker 1: what the go? Fuck yeah me?
- 5:48Speaker 3: She would to read, oh, to read or to say it, Kyle,
- 5:54Speaker 3: You're always going to be miserable. You let everyone down.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Oh my god, can you imagine? That's such a good point, Emily,
- 6:00Speaker 3: Like to put that script on Dori, the walls, the
- 6:05Speaker 3: walls guarding Beverly Hills would crumble to the ground because
- 6:09Speaker 3: Kyle will be like, okay.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Sudden, any of them being like, you fucked up Kyle
- 6:18Speaker 1: with your husband, right.
- 6:21Speaker 3: But I think Kyle sees Vicky as kind of like
- 6:23Speaker 3: a joke in that she knows she's just putting it
- 6:26Speaker 3: on for the camera. She doesn't take it seriously a
- 6:30Speaker 3: joke in that she's joke like she is hyping her
- 6:34Speaker 3: own self up. Kyle can see right through it. That's
- 6:36Speaker 3: why she probably didn't take it seriously. Yeah, yeah, because
- 6:40Speaker 3: she did not react.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah, she reacts, and she doesn't seem to even want
- 6:46Speaker 1: to bring it up later, like Teresa had a lot
- 6:51Speaker 1: to say later.
- 6:52Speaker 3: We were hoping. Remember, We're like, Teresa's gotta, like, you know,
- 6:56Speaker 3: start doing this, and she does, which I loved because Teresa.
- 7:00Speaker 3: I was like, ah, when you're done with that stuff
- 7:02Speaker 3: over there, I just want to say you a means
- 7:05Speaker 3: to me yesterdays too. Are you done? Are you done
- 7:09Speaker 3: with that all right over here?
- 7:11Speaker 1: And also when Vicky's like, okay, I was jealous so
- 7:13Speaker 1: showless of Dancing with the Stars and Traders it's like
- 7:16Speaker 1: Traders Traders. Yeah, I was like, Teresa book Traders. And
- 7:23Speaker 1: then I immediately googled it and it's like there's a
- 7:26Speaker 1: rumor that she's going to be on the next Celebrity
- 7:28Speaker 1: Traders and I'm like, well, did Vicky just say it?
- 7:30Speaker 1: And then they aired it like Vicky just throwing Traders
- 7:34Speaker 1: out there, like of things that just saying it because
- 7:40Speaker 1: like Tamra did it right.
- 7:43Speaker 3: She just says anything that comes to mind. She's like
- 7:46Speaker 3: top Chef. I'm just jealous. You got everything. You have
- 7:49Speaker 3: Project Redway, you got the NBC, Dightly Dus, you gotta
- 7:53Speaker 3: show on Serious x EB. You're taking over for Howard Stirred.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I just have jealous you know. It's so funny when
- 8:00Speaker 3: I think about Traders and you're like you had to Google.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I'm glad you did because I would be sitting here
- 8:06Speaker 3: going I don't know if Teresa's been on Traders because
- 8:09Speaker 3: there have been so many housewives. I can honestly like
- 8:12Speaker 3: picture her in the mansion. I can see her maybe
- 8:16Speaker 3: showing up for some challenges, and yet she hasn't been
- 8:21Speaker 3: on it.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Correct, No, no, no, Dolores, but not true.
- 8:25Speaker 3: There you go, there you go, Dolores. Okay, all right,
- 8:29Speaker 3: see that? All right? That makes more sense, That makes
- 8:32Speaker 3: more sense.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, but yet no, And I love Traders. And
- 8:37Speaker 1: I really was exactly like, you're like, wait, what was she?
- 8:40Speaker 1: Did she come down to breakfast? Did she bang on
- 8:43Speaker 1: that door? I'm walking to breakfast?
- 8:45Speaker 3: Hello, I'm here, Rights, Anne Cummins, Anne Coohman. Remember when
- 8:53Speaker 3: she said the Spice Cooman, but she called it coming.
- 8:57Speaker 3: So now when if she ever does meet Alan Cumming,
- 9:00Speaker 3: she's gonna call him Anne Coleman's because she'll get a
- 9:03Speaker 3: mix up. By the way, Emily Traders starts September eighteenth,
- 9:10Speaker 3: I believe the celebrity.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, I'm very excited.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Yeah, you seem really excited.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Well what do you want me to say? What? What?
- 9:20Speaker 1: What can I do? What?
- 9:22Speaker 3: Wait? Hold on take two? Hey, Emily Traders is starting,
- 9:28Speaker 3: like I think September eighteenth, that's the time of ris
- 9:39Speaker 3: I was looking for. Thank you, thank you for that
- 9:44Speaker 3: welcome in welcome No, it is exciting. Okay, well let's
- 9:49Speaker 3: just get a back over to girls trip, all right.
- 9:54Speaker 3: So that was funny. Now we're on the van and
- 9:57Speaker 3: Giselle and Vicky like there of going through their thing,
- 10:01Speaker 3: and Vicky's like, yeah, you started something up at I've
- 10:05Speaker 3: got you got the biddles of Thig and I'm quoting
- 10:08Speaker 3: big clients right down. I can't talk it to Bog
- 10:10Speaker 3: because I'm working. Now that I actually believed, I was like,
- 10:14Speaker 3: she's not putting it on, like she really genuinely is working.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Absolutely, And I love that they called her out for it.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I love that they're you know, and the best is
- 10:26Speaker 1: Lisa Barlow being like, no, don't work right now, because
- 10:31Speaker 1: she's like, she's got no status in terms of og
- 10:35Speaker 1: like you could tell, like, yeah, I don't know. I
- 10:38Speaker 1: just thought that was good that she put her neck
- 10:40Speaker 1: out there like that, because I was like, yeah, Vicky,
- 10:42Speaker 1: don't work. You don't get to like sit here and
- 10:44Speaker 1: do that.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Yeah, that's your fair, that's not fair. I mean, it's
- 10:49Speaker 3: kind of coincidental that Lisa was like, don't work, just
- 10:53Speaker 3: like she was telling Meredith in the van, get off
- 10:56Speaker 3: the phone. You can't call your kids. It's mother's dying.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I named to talk to Rocks.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I was all about it.
- 11:10Speaker 3: That was all about it too, Okay. So then they're
- 11:13Speaker 3: like Luanne's like, all right, darlings, common girls, let's go
- 11:17Speaker 3: to Beverly Hills. And then I'm sorry, then they jump
- 11:22Speaker 3: in the van. I just didn't want to miss that
- 11:24Speaker 3: line that Leuanne said because it just cracked me up.
- 11:27Speaker 3: And then we already talked about what happened in the van,
- 11:31Speaker 3: and we get to the Beverly Hilton and then we
- 11:34Speaker 3: have this sweet pajama party, which was fantastic. These gals
- 11:38Speaker 3: were having a blast, Emily. My favorite part was Lisa
- 11:42Speaker 3: Barlowe in her confessional being like, I was so happy
- 11:48Speaker 3: I left, so I just haven't laughed like that because
- 11:57Speaker 3: everyone on my Cat's ruined every It was like so sweet.
- 12:02Speaker 3: I honestly felt bad for her because you could see
- 12:04Speaker 3: how genuine, like shit she really loved. She had so
- 12:08Speaker 3: much fun with these ladies and you can't blame her.
- 12:12Speaker 3: I mean, they were having a blast.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Yeah, you can't blame her. But I'm also just like, yeah, Lisa,
- 12:17Speaker 1: that's the gig, Like I mean, if you guys are
- 12:23Speaker 1: I mean? And also you stir up a lot of
- 12:25Speaker 1: shit there, so you're like, you can't if this Ultimate
- 12:28Speaker 1: Girls Trip is going to be exactly what this is,
- 12:31Speaker 1: I'm fine with it, but I don't need it spreading
- 12:34Speaker 1: into my cities.
- 12:36Speaker 3: In my cities right because you don't want to like
- 12:40Speaker 3: next Salt Lake City. You don't want people to be like, Malaissa,
- 12:45Speaker 3: we heard what you sad and you're confessional about how
- 12:48Speaker 3: we never make you laugh. I'm hilarious.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Huh.
- 12:53Speaker 3: That was the whole thing. The whiff thing with Portia
- 12:57Speaker 3: was killing me. And then lou Anne getting up there
- 12:59Speaker 3: and genuinely doing a great bit with the whiff whiff.
- 13:04Speaker 3: I mean, that was so funny.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Lou's new boyfriend looks like Mauricio, which she was facetiming him.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I was like, I wish, oh, please tell me that's
- 13:14Speaker 1: Mauricio for that second.
- 13:16Speaker 3: My gosh, he does kind of have a similar facial structure.
- 13:22Speaker 1: On FaceTime being filmed. For sure, it actually looks like.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Right, Darling, he's from German. He's the German from Munich.
- 13:33Speaker 3: He's the eunuch for Munich. I just take all kinds, Darling,
- 13:37Speaker 3: I just you know, that's what I do. Pajama party.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Like everyone just kind of walks in and does their thing.
- 13:43Speaker 3: But Luanne walks in like she's entering a stage, you know,
- 13:47Speaker 3: in her posessas just like darlings. I've arrived late late,
- 13:52Speaker 3: and I did love her outfit. I did thought. I
- 13:54Speaker 3: thought it was great.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I thought everybody looked great. I liked the whole idea
- 13:59Speaker 1: of it. I love that they were I was surprised
- 14:01Speaker 1: that Kathy didn't show up, and I was, yeah, why
- 14:04Speaker 1: didn't she?
- 14:05Speaker 3: Well, I think because the White Party, they don't have
- 14:07Speaker 3: the outsiders come until the actual event, you know.
- 14:11Speaker 1: I guess because they made such a big deal like
- 14:13Speaker 1: this is that Kathy Hilton property. They made such a
- 14:16Speaker 1: big deal about like and now here's Kathy like right?
- 14:21Speaker 3: Yeers Kathy? Hello, Hello, No Kathy, you're not in this.
- 14:27Speaker 3: You gotta wait to the White Party. But I fought,
- 14:29Speaker 3: but it doesn't make sense that I'm not here anyway. Yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 3: that was but I did. I love the party and
- 14:37Speaker 3: I love they were doing the splits. We got Kyle
- 14:39Speaker 3: doing the splits and then Barlow doing the opposite splits.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Yeah, we haven't had a Kyle split in a long time.
- 14:47Speaker 3: You know, this is what we needed. Yeah, because I
- 14:49Speaker 3: don't think she did it on the first Do you
- 14:51Speaker 3: think she did it on the first Ultimate Girl's Trip
- 14:53Speaker 3: because she was on the first one Kyle was, I
- 14:56Speaker 3: don't remember.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I feel like it's like they don't have a count
- 15:00Speaker 1: seen it. We need a split anymore? Not anymore?
- 15:04Speaker 3: You retired your split count like Kornaki during the election,
- 15:08Speaker 3: like counting up all the splits. Yeah that was a blast.
- 15:11Speaker 3: But then we get to the Ugly leather Pants luncheon,
- 15:15Speaker 3: which is such a great idea. I mean, I loved it, and.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I love that Crystal was back. Yes, because we've been
- 15:24Speaker 1: seeing her around in the Bravo world since she left,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and so it was really good to see her again.
- 15:29Speaker 1: When they were going to do that party, I was like,
- 15:31Speaker 1: there's no way they're going to be Crystal In like
- 15:33Speaker 1: she was one season. Yeah, But then there she was.
- 15:37Speaker 3: There, she was Yeah, I agree, I agree. I didn't
- 15:40Speaker 3: expect that either. But then she had on the pants,
- 15:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, the whole outfit.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:47Speaker 3: I was impressed because I thought, oh my gosh, if
- 15:51Speaker 3: someone asked me to bring back and wear the same
- 15:53Speaker 3: outfit from like five years ago, I'd be like, doesn't fit, babe,
- 15:57Speaker 3: not gonna happen. But she's like, no problem. And then
- 16:03Speaker 3: with her saying I kind of thought when she said
- 16:05Speaker 3: she looked in the mirror and she says she's like,
- 16:07Speaker 3: I was like, oh, they are kind of ugly.
- 16:09Speaker 1: See, I thought they looked even cooler.
- 16:12Speaker 3: It was no problem with them the first time, and
- 16:14Speaker 3: I had no problem with them second time.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean I think they're great. Yeah. They Sutton
- 16:20Speaker 1: is incorrect and not the most forward fashioned mind of
- 16:24Speaker 1: our time.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Oh man, No, I mean we all know that Rinna
- 16:30Speaker 3: ripped her a new one in her book about Sutton's
- 16:33Speaker 3: fashion and uh, well we read every word.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Renna was going for like just sudden physically, I did
- 16:40Speaker 1: not think yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Oh right, that other part of it. Yeah, we didn't
- 16:45Speaker 3: like Yeah.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so excited for that White Party because I
- 16:49Speaker 1: did not realize how many people we were going to see.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Oh you didn't.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Oh, I knew we were going to see some, but
- 16:55Speaker 1: I didn't realize like we were good and we were
- 16:57Speaker 1: getting all the hits.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Yeah, we got all that hits. Yeah, I don't know.
- 17:02Speaker 3: I think I just either heard for the grape Vine
- 17:05Speaker 3: who was there, you know, just that it was so
- 17:08Speaker 3: many people. I'm excited to see how I think lu
- 17:11Speaker 3: Anne and Erica don't end up liking each other, which
- 17:13Speaker 3: is hilarious.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Yeah, and but I also feel like those two know
- 17:19Speaker 1: that they can't be friends unless they're going to make
- 17:22Speaker 1: up on camera in some iconic way that they're paid.
- 17:25Speaker 3: For, Yeah, or during a show.
- 17:29Speaker 1: That's what I mean in vague. It's either going to
- 17:31Speaker 1: be on stage and in front of a live audience
- 17:35Speaker 1: that we've all paid tickets for a pay per view, or.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Yes, yes, let's get the housewives in the ring.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Yeah, they know what they're doing.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Yeah, so they're like eating dinner, and they started to say, oh, Shannon,
- 17:53Speaker 3: you know still Gizelle's man. Gizelle said, Shannon's so my
- 17:56Speaker 3: man on Love Hotel, okay, and then they're like oh,
- 18:00Speaker 3: someone said, oh, do you think that she should have
- 18:02Speaker 3: called you or whatever? And she was like, well, I
- 18:03Speaker 3: mean I called Kyle. And then Kyle was like, oh,
- 18:08Speaker 3: I actually didn't know what you said until this the
- 18:10Speaker 3: other day. Why you know about Marie? Yeah, and she
- 18:14Speaker 3: was mad. You could tell, well, yeah, she's put off,
- 18:18Speaker 3: and Gizelle was definitely taken aback because she was like, oh,
- 18:24Speaker 3: and I haven't really seen Gizelle kind of backed into
- 18:26Speaker 3: a corner like that maybe ever. And it was barely
- 18:30Speaker 3: a corner, you know what I'm saying, because Kyle is
- 18:32Speaker 3: so non threatening with when she is upset about something,
- 18:36Speaker 3: but she Gezelle seemed like oh geez, oh gosh, you know,
- 18:41Speaker 3: I mean, she did seem to squirm a little, but
- 18:43Speaker 3: which was very interesting.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Yeah, because I think Gizelle genuinely forgot that she said that,
- 18:49Speaker 1: and I think she genuinely was like, I did the
- 18:52Speaker 1: right thing. I did the right thing. And then like
- 18:55Speaker 1: a producer probably got her a clip and said Kyle
- 18:58Speaker 1: watched your clip on Potomac talking about Mauricia. She's a
- 19:03Speaker 1: great Oh shit, I know, Oh yeah yeah.
- 19:08Speaker 3: And then of course Teresa, what's hosonal? Okay? Will you
- 19:14Speaker 3: calling the law?
- 19:16Speaker 1: I don't? I mean, is that real? That's gotta be real, right.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Well, it's a lot more real than Vicki's antics.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Like were her saying that? Is to me? Like when
- 19:27Speaker 1: I was like, no, Kathy hilton't really meant who's hunky dory?
- 19:30Speaker 1: Wouldn't know She's like, what's horizontal?
- 19:33Speaker 3: Well, first of all, Kathy didn't mean hunky dory. I mean,
- 19:35Speaker 3: Kathy meant to say hunky dory. She knows what that means.
- 19:37Speaker 3: She's doing a bit, she's leaning into a character. But
- 19:41Speaker 3: Kathy's different than Teresa. She understands her character and she
- 19:46Speaker 3: knows when to turn it on and off. But Teresa
- 19:49Speaker 3: is just organically Teresa, which is why we love her.
- 19:53Speaker 3: So I actually when she was like, oh so that's
- 19:57Speaker 3: like sixty nine, honestly, I kind of believe her, kind
- 20:02Speaker 3: of believe she didn't know.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I want to. I want to believe that's Teresa.
- 20:06Speaker 3: But you gotta think, like, how have you gone this
- 20:09Speaker 3: long and not known if you know what vertical is,
- 20:13Speaker 3: maybe she was, maybe she was leaning into it and
- 20:15Speaker 3: faking it. She had to she had to have. That's
- 20:20Speaker 3: just that's just stupid. I'm sorry. She had to have.
- 20:23Speaker 1: She had to have.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay, we decided.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I loved uh the Let the Mouse Go game? Oh
- 20:31Speaker 3: my gosh, how fun was that?
- 20:33Speaker 1: That was awesome? And then when they like finally let
- 20:36Speaker 1: Ken Todd out of the cage and he's like running around.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Like, oh dare you die?
- 20:46Speaker 1: How dare you? That's who's in the costume, right, that's
- 20:49Speaker 1: who was in there.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Right, He's supposed to be working at the hotel, and
- 20:53Speaker 3: freak is he got out sent him back pose days.
- 21:00Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 21:02Speaker 1: It is gonna be weird to not have There's no
- 21:04Speaker 1: way Lisa is at that. Lisa Vanner pomp is.
- 21:07Speaker 2: At no way, no way in h E double U
- 21:12Speaker 2: Yeah what h E double two things?
- 21:18Speaker 3: No way in h e ll oh wow.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Drama?
- 21:29Speaker 3: Oh boy? Okay, Well, anyway, they're like, what.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Do we win?
- 21:33Speaker 3: She's like, you want to, Kyles, why about it? Very
- 21:38Speaker 3: cool that they're doing that. Oh oh but twenty five
- 21:45Speaker 3: thousand dollars? I mean, really do you think those glasses
- 21:48Speaker 3: were No, absolutely not. Okay, that's ridiculous, I feel so.
- 21:54Speaker 3: I mean, I'm like Teresa sometimes I'm like, or is
- 21:57Speaker 3: that a what's that? But I'm like, was that real?
- 21:59Speaker 3: They really got twenty five thousand dollars sunglasses?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Like?
- 22:02Speaker 3: No, they did not.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Wait, by the way back to just real quick, because
- 22:08Speaker 1: we watched Love Hotel and now that you're saying that
- 22:10Speaker 1: and that and the whole Shannon thing, what the hell
- 22:13Speaker 1: is Shannon doing getting with Gizelle's guy? That was not
- 22:17Speaker 1: cool now that I'm really thinking about it. Why would
- 22:19Speaker 1: she do that?
- 22:23Speaker 3: Okay, it was. It wasn't as harsh as it sounds.
- 22:28Speaker 3: There was a lot more nuanced to it. And they
- 22:32Speaker 3: did have a conversation on Love Hotel and Giselle at
- 22:36Speaker 3: that point was kind of torn between that guy and
- 22:39Speaker 3: another person, and I think she was like she could
- 22:43Speaker 3: have gone either way and Shannon at.
- 22:46Speaker 1: This was after Love Hotel, Gizelle said, and she was
- 22:49Speaker 1: staying at his house in California, and also Shannon came
- 22:53Speaker 1: over and then Shannon hooked up with him.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Not that I'm like, really, wait, hold on a second,
- 22:59Speaker 3: did this okay start over? I don't think I understand
- 23:03Speaker 3: what happened.
- 23:03Speaker 1: So Gizelle just told us on Ultimate Girls Trip and
- 23:08Speaker 1: then there was a flashback when Shannon joined them at
- 23:11Speaker 1: the Quiet Store. Quiet well, shut Up Lady at the
- 23:15Speaker 1: shut Up Lady. Gizelle had flown to California to see
- 23:19Speaker 1: this guy and then Shannon was like hooked up with
- 23:23Speaker 1: him while I think Gizelle was there as though they
- 23:28Speaker 1: were still love hotelling. But this was the cameras are
- 23:31Speaker 1: like this now that I'm thinking about that, that is crazy.
- 23:35Speaker 3: That is crazy, that is and what about nuts?
- 23:38Speaker 1: Oh boy, Earl over the.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Oh oh yeah, that's right. Well you know what, I
- 23:43Speaker 3: think they were hobnobbing with everybody, especially Shannon. So but
- 23:47Speaker 3: we didn't like we only saw a couple of them
- 23:50Speaker 3: on camera, right, We definitely saw Earl. We definitely saw
- 23:53Speaker 3: another couple of dudes after Earl. She and Earl Earl
- 23:57Speaker 3: broke up. But yeah, you're right, that is messed up.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, cooler jets, Shannon.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Why didn't they Why didn't Gizelle bring that up?
- 24:05Speaker 1: Well they did, but we didn't. We just saw. We
- 24:07Speaker 1: just got the flashback of it, and that is what
- 24:10Speaker 1: came up at that dinner when they said should Shannon
- 24:14Speaker 1: have told you she did that, and she said yes,
- 24:16Speaker 1: just like I told Kyle when Mauricio, Yeah that I
- 24:20Speaker 1: saw Mauricio, I should have been told, yeah, it's just
- 24:22Speaker 1: hitting me right now. And I watched it hours ago,
- 24:25Speaker 1: so I'm like, wait a second, that was fuck it was.
- 24:31Speaker 3: But I said, I just I don't know. I need
- 24:36Speaker 3: to live in Corona del Mar. I like it here.
- 24:38Speaker 3: You can walk about. I'm just trying to walk about.
- 24:50Speaker 3: So here's the thing. My morning coffee is absolutely non negotiable,
- 24:53Speaker 3: But lately I've realized it's also the easiest time to
- 24:56Speaker 3: sneak in something that's actually good for me. I'm tricking
- 24:59Speaker 3: myself because, let's be honest, nobody warns you that somewhere
- 25:02Speaker 3: along the way, your bodies start sending you little messages,
- 25:05Speaker 3: and your skin isn't quite as glowy, your hair and
- 25:08Speaker 3: nails are no longer strong, they're just breaking in bendy,
- 25:12Speaker 3: and your joints are cracking and they have opinions every
- 25:15Speaker 3: time you stand up. It's really rude. So and learn
- 25:18Speaker 3: something I wish i'd known years ago. Our bodies actually
- 25:22Speaker 3: start producing less collagen in our mid twenties. Now, that
- 25:26Speaker 3: was a long time ago, but collagen is basically the
- 25:28Speaker 3: glue that supports your skin, hair, nails, and joints, pretty
- 25:32Speaker 3: much everything. That's why I've become obsessed with bubbs natural
- 25:37Speaker 3: collagen peptides. Every morning, I add one scoop to my
- 25:41Speaker 3: coffee and that's it. It dissolves completely, no weird tastes,
- 25:45Speaker 3: no clumps, no sugar, no fillers. Honestly, if I didn't
- 25:48Speaker 3: put it in myself, I wouldn't even know it was there.
- 25:50Speaker 3: And since I started taking Bubs, I've noticed my skin
- 25:54Speaker 3: feels healthier and has more of that natural glow I
- 25:57Speaker 3: was missing. My hair and nails feel stronger, and I
- 26:00Speaker 3: love knowing I'm giving my body the collagen it needs
- 26:02Speaker 3: instead of just hoping for the best. What also sets
- 26:05Speaker 3: Bubbs apart is how clean it is. It's sustainably sourced
- 26:08Speaker 3: from grass fed, pasture raised cattle, third party tested, and
- 26:12Speaker 3: made with ingredients you can actually trust. They also make
- 26:15Speaker 3: hydrate or Die electrolytes, MCT oil, creamers, and creatine if
- 26:20Speaker 3: you're looking for other ways to support your health. And
- 26:22Speaker 3: one of my favorite things about the company is that
- 26:24Speaker 3: Bubbs donates ten percent of all profits to charity in
- 26:27Speaker 3: honor of Navy Seal Glen bub Doherty. I always appreciate
- 26:31Speaker 3: supporting brands that are committed to giving back, Live better longer.

- 26:55Speaker 3: Can I tell you about one of those products that
- 26:57Speaker 3: completely surprise me. I never thought I'd get excited about
- 27:00Speaker 3: a body lotion. I mean, I've always had lotions sitting
- 27:03Speaker 3: on my bathroom counter, in my car, in my purse,
- 27:06Speaker 3: but they were just lotion. You put them on, they
- 27:09Speaker 3: do their job, and you move on with your day.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Then I tried the Oak Essentials Luminous body lotion, and
- 27:16Speaker 3: I finally understood why people talk about turning everyday routines
- 27:20Speaker 3: into little rituals. I get it now. The first thing
- 27:23Speaker 3: I noticed was the scent. It's clean, soft, It's like Spawli,
- 27:28Speaker 3: like just chill. You know, it's not overpowering, and it
- 27:32Speaker 3: stays with you throughout the day, but not in an
- 27:34Speaker 3: overpowering way. I've actually caught myself thinking, whose smells so
- 27:38Speaker 3: good in this room? Oh, that's me. And then there's
- 27:41Speaker 3: the way it feels. And it's rich and luxurious, and
- 27:44Speaker 3: you know, I love luxury, but somehow it's light weight
- 27:47Speaker 3: and it absorbs beautifully. It never feels greasy or sticky,
- 27:50Speaker 3: and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft. Taking two minutes
- 27:54Speaker 3: after my shower to put it on has become something
- 27:56Speaker 3: I genuinely look forward to doing. It makes me feel
- 27:58Speaker 3: like I have my life to get even on the
- 28:01Speaker 3: days when I absolutely do not. I also love that
- 28:04Speaker 3: the beautiful blue color comes from blue Tansy, an antioxidant
- 28:08Speaker 3: rich botanical that helps support your skins moisture barrier and
- 28:12Speaker 3: calm sensitivity. Yeah, you can believe I'll be talking about
- 28:15Speaker 3: blue Tansy around cocktail parties. Oak Essentials was founded by
- 28:20Speaker 3: Jenny Kaine, and if you're familiar with her world, you
- 28:23Speaker 3: immediately understand the brand. Everything feels effortless, elevated, and beautifully simple.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Once I fell in love with a luminous body lotion,
- 28:30Speaker 3: I started exploring the rest of the Oak Essentials line
- 28:32Speaker 3: because the whole brand has that same clean, SPA inspired philosophy,
- 28:37Speaker 3: and their products are formulated to strict EU and UK
- 28:40Speaker 3: standards without thalates, sulfates, petroleum parabins or other unnecessary additives,
- 28:46Speaker 3: and you can really feel equality. Darling's the Luminous Body
- 28:49Speaker 3: Lotion has sold out multiple times, and once you try
- 28:52Speaker 3: it you'll understand why. So head to okosentials dot com
- 28:55Speaker 3: and use code Drama for fifteen percent off your first
- 28:58Speaker 3: order at checkout. That's fifth fifteen percent off your order

- 29:06Speaker 3: you purchase, they'll ask you where you heard about them.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Please support Drama Darling and let them know that I
- 29:10Speaker 3: sent you. Let's talk about my razor journey. I did
- 29:13Speaker 3: not expect to become this excited about a razor, but
- 29:15Speaker 3: Flamingo has completely upgraded my shaving routine. Thanks Flamingo, such
- 29:20Speaker 3: a cute name. Anyway, I've used plenty of women's razors
- 29:24Speaker 3: that felt flimsy, overpriced, and somehow made something as basic
- 29:28Speaker 3: as shaving feel like a chore. I mean, it doesn't
- 29:31Speaker 3: have to be that complicated. You're trying to have a
- 29:33Speaker 3: nice little everything shower instead you're dealing with missed spots, redness,
- 29:37Speaker 3: a razor that feels like it's actively working against you.
- 29:40Speaker 3: It's just it's too much. I don't need drama in
- 29:43Speaker 3: my shower. I just need it on TV. You know,
- 29:46Speaker 3: Flamingo is different because it was created with women's bodies
- 29:49Speaker 3: actually in mind. The women who helped build Harry's were
- 29:52Speaker 3: tired of companies simply shrinking a men's razor, making it pink,
- 29:57Speaker 3: and charging women more for it, so they created something thoughtful, comfortable,
- 30:01Speaker 3: and high performing without the ridiculous pink tax. The first
- 30:05Speaker 3: thing I noticed was how substantial the Flamingo Original razor
- 30:09Speaker 3: feels in my hand. It has a weighted, ergonomic handle,
- 30:13Speaker 3: five sharp blades, and a flexible hinge that moves with
- 30:16Speaker 3: all your curves instead of fighting them. The shave feels close,
- 30:20Speaker 3: smooth and gentle, and my skin feels like I actually
- 30:22Speaker 3: took care of it. And their starter set is such
- 30:25Speaker 3: a good deal. You get the Flamingo Original razer, a
- 30:28Speaker 3: five blade cartridge, foaming shave gel, and a shower holder
- 30:32Speaker 3: for only seven dollars with free shipping. Again for a
- 30:36Speaker 3: limited time, my listeners get Flamingo's Starter set for only
- 30:40Speaker 3: seven dollars at shop Flamingo dot com slash drama. I
- 30:44Speaker 3: love that foaming shave gel. It gives you this soft,
- 30:46Speaker 3: pillowy cushion between your skin and the razor, and I
- 30:50Speaker 3: love that this shower holder keeps everything right where I
- 30:52Speaker 3: need it. Flamingo also makes a facial derma plane razer.
- 30:56Speaker 3: If you're not derma planing, get with it. It's so amazing.
- 30:59Speaker 3: This removes peach fuzz and gently exfoliates, and there's an
- 31:03Speaker 3: entire collection of self care products designed for women's bodies.
- 31:07Speaker 3: It's premium design, a fair price, and a shaving routine
- 31:11Speaker 3: that finally feels a little more like self care and
- 31:14Speaker 3: a lot less like a battle in the shower. For
- 31:16Speaker 3: a limited time, my listeners get Flamingo's Starter set for
- 31:20Speaker 3: only seven dollars at Shopflamingo dot com slash drama. This
- 31:24Speaker 3: set includes the Flamingo original razor, one five blade cartridge,
- 31:29Speaker 3: a one ounce foaming shavegel, and a shower holder. Just
- 31:32Speaker 3: head to Shopflamingo dot com slash drama to claim this offer,
- 31:36Speaker 3: and after you purchase, they'll ask you how you heard
- 31:38Speaker 3: about it. So please support drama Darling and tell him
- 31:41Speaker 3: I sent you think of a time when you could
- 31:43Speaker 3: have used therapy. Think of a time when you were
- 31:46Speaker 3: in a real pickle, maybe a breakup, maybe a burnout,
- 31:50Speaker 3: crash out, major anxiety stress. Well you get where I'm
- 31:54Speaker 3: going with this. But you wanted a therapist, and you
- 31:57Speaker 3: wanted it right then. But you found it in possible
- 32:00Speaker 3: to find a therapist online who took your insurance. Well,
- 32:03Speaker 3: you know, affordable and accessible mental health care shouldn't be
- 32:07Speaker 3: out of reach, but too often it is. Have you
- 32:10Speaker 3: ever used your insurance to cover your physical health, so
- 32:12Speaker 3: why shouldn't it also cover your mental health? Rula makes
- 32:16Speaker 3: sure it does. I love therapy, you know I do.
- 32:19Speaker 3: And there are a lot of online therapy platforms that
- 32:22Speaker 3: actually fall short. Many don't work with insurance at all,
- 32:26Speaker 3: which means you're stuck paying the full cost out of pocket.
- 32:30Speaker 3: No one likes out of pocket or paying for an
- 32:32Speaker 3: expensive monthly subscription. Rula does things differently. They partner with
- 32:37Speaker 3: over one hundred insurance plans, making the average cope just
- 32:41Speaker 3: fifteen dollars per session. That's real therapy from licensed professionals

- 32:48Speaker 3: finding the right therapists can make all the different. RULA

- 33:08Speaker 3: soon as tomorrow. Plus, RULI sticks with you throughout your journey,

- 33:22Speaker 3: for quality therapy that's covered by insurance. All right, we
- 33:29Speaker 3: can move on too. Dun dun, dun dun. We can
- 33:35Speaker 3: move on to Atlanta.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Hi.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Okay, So, oddly I took a page of notes, maybe
- 33:44Speaker 3: even two pages, I don't know, and somehow, in some
- 33:47Speaker 3: way I can't find them in my computer right now.
- 33:50Speaker 3: So Emily, we're gonna rely on your notes, and I'm
- 33:53Speaker 3: gonna have to rely on this good old noggin of
- 33:55Speaker 3: mind to remember what my thoughts and opinions were.
- 33:59Speaker 1: You gotta start writing it on a million scraps of papers,
- 34:02Speaker 1: just like Shannon and throwing them all in here, purse
- 34:05Speaker 1: even jumping them out.
- 34:07Speaker 3: That was so great. Oh what a time?
- 34:11Speaker 1: Uh yeah, well Cynthia, Oh yeah, that was great. Cynthia's
- 34:17Speaker 1: entrance in song that now I'm like, what was her
- 34:20Speaker 1: my drop the beat moment?
- 34:22Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, Cynthia's song, Now what else is going on?
- 34:28Speaker 1: Are you sure that's what it was? Because that's what
- 34:30Speaker 1: she kept saying.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Cynthia's now what else is going on?
- 34:34Speaker 1: Song?
- 34:35Speaker 3: Was fire. I've never seen it to be so excited
- 34:40Speaker 3: in my life.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Yeah. Great. The title of the song is called The
- 34:45Speaker 1: Peach Life.
- 34:46Speaker 3: The Peach Life. That was so that was so joyous
- 34:51Speaker 3: to see all those ladies on the couch just you know,
- 34:55Speaker 3: throwing their pride out the window and feeling the beat
- 34:58Speaker 3: and just sell it Prida.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Their pride week. Whoa shmia.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Happy pride.
- 35:09Speaker 1: No.
- 35:09Speaker 3: I genuinely mean that. No, I genuinely know. Oh my god,
- 35:14Speaker 3: that was so good. I didn't. I mean Cynthia Bailey,
- 35:17Speaker 3: she can do no wrong. That's a hint. That's a hint.
- 35:21Speaker 3: That to me is like, don't be tardy for the party.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it because of that moment for sure,
- 35:29Speaker 1: Like I want that to be I want that at
- 35:33Speaker 1: Bravo kan Oh.
- 35:34Speaker 3: You're gonna get it. You're gonna get it.
- 35:37Speaker 1: I'm making a request.
- 35:38Speaker 3: I mean people in Charleston might even get it at
- 35:41Speaker 3: the fan fest. Who knows. Yes, But my god, she's
- 35:46Speaker 3: great having her come in and sit in between Angela
- 35:50Speaker 3: and Portia, which I was so glad to break up
- 35:53Speaker 3: the two the two dresses that were so similarly formed.
- 36:00Speaker 3: But yeah, like she was amazing. She spoke a lot
- 36:03Speaker 3: of truth. She she did say, you know, can we
- 36:07Speaker 3: talk about pinky situation and like the bankruptcy and that
- 36:11Speaker 3: being used as a tool. Yes, okay, because I just
- 36:17Speaker 3: want to skip there because I know Cynthia was sitting
- 36:19Speaker 3: on the couch and everybody kind of tried to tell
- 36:21Speaker 3: Pinky when you say, you know, using it as a tool,
- 36:25Speaker 3: it's just like not coming off well. And all of
- 36:28Speaker 3: a sudden she just refused to take it. And then
- 36:30Speaker 3: it really blew up into something that is a very
- 36:33Speaker 3: emotional sticking point, which I understood what she was saying.
- 36:37Speaker 3: So I think she was digging your heels in because
- 36:39Speaker 3: of the very point that she made about like, oh,
- 36:42Speaker 3: you know, a white man like you know, declares bankruptcy
- 36:46Speaker 3: and they're like congratulations, started another company. But when a
- 36:49Speaker 3: black person does their failure, and I get that stigma.
- 36:53Speaker 3: So after she explained that, it did make sense to
- 36:56Speaker 3: me why she was really digging into and like double in,
- 36:59Speaker 3: tripling down, and like I have no regrets. I'll do
- 37:02Speaker 3: it again. I will declare bankruptcy if it is the
- 37:05Speaker 3: last thing I do again. And again. I understand that
- 37:07Speaker 3: it seems like she's like overcompensating for a lot, but
- 37:11Speaker 3: I totally get it. You know, yeah, you need couch.
- 37:16Speaker 1: She has got to she's got to come out like
- 37:20Speaker 1: full armor because she knows that they are going to come.
- 37:24Speaker 1: They're going they're going to have all the receipts for
- 37:26Speaker 1: probably a lot of the people that you know, they
- 37:30Speaker 1: might know people that invested or whatever. So I know
- 37:33Speaker 1: that Pinky's sitting there like I just need to That
- 37:36Speaker 1: was rehearsed, rehearse, rehearse, because she needed to get through
- 37:39Speaker 1: it and be I'm talking about where she said it's
- 37:43Speaker 1: a tool and this is why and the you know,
- 37:45Speaker 1: like the bankruptcy courts and like, so yeah, she was.
- 37:49Speaker 1: She came ready, but so did Pedra and then Pinky
- 37:55Speaker 1: also came even more ready, And so I thought that
- 37:58Speaker 1: was it was good, it was interesting bad for her.
- 38:02Speaker 3: I did too, but I also appreciated hearing from the
- 38:06Speaker 3: other ladies who are all business women and who've all
- 38:09Speaker 3: had ups and downs and who so it was nice
- 38:12Speaker 3: because I would have that same feeling too, where it's like, Okay,
- 38:16Speaker 3: I've had these investors and now I've lost their money,
- 38:19Speaker 3: like I've screwed up. I mean, that would feel horrible.
- 38:22Speaker 3: So I completely agree, Like I totally get it. And
- 38:25Speaker 3: when she did say it can be used as a tool,
- 38:27Speaker 3: I thought that seemed very odd that she would turn
- 38:30Speaker 3: it into a positive thing. But I don't think that
- 38:32Speaker 3: she's in the right space right now in order to
- 38:35Speaker 3: like wrap her head around what's even going on with
- 38:39Speaker 3: her business wise or financially, or she doesn't have like
- 38:42Speaker 3: a bigger perspective on it whereas they do because they're
- 38:46Speaker 3: outside of it.
- 38:46Speaker 1: And I will say, like, because when I was trying
- 38:48Speaker 1: to figure out like what she had filed, because there
- 38:52Speaker 1: were different levels, and then I was like, look, I
- 38:54Speaker 1: always get confused. I always forget like which is which,
- 38:58Speaker 1: And when I looked it up, one of the first
- 39:01Speaker 1: line or two of the description is like it is
- 39:04Speaker 1: a tool you so it's like, oh, but I mean
- 39:09Speaker 1: it's how it's framed. I think also, so you can
- 39:11Speaker 1: feel better about like this is here to help me. Now,
- 39:16Speaker 1: it's not going to help the people that you owe
- 39:18Speaker 1: money to necessarily, but I see where they're trying to
- 39:22Speaker 1: get people to be like, hey, don't do something drastic
- 39:25Speaker 1: with yourself. Take this tool to help you. Here's a
- 39:28Speaker 1: life Jack lifeline. Yeah. Yeah, so that's why I think, like,
- 39:33Speaker 1: that's how it's framed. And I so I think that's
- 39:35Speaker 1: probably what Pinky held on too, that you looked it
- 39:39Speaker 1: up and it said that.
- 39:40Speaker 3: It was also interesting to hear her say like, oh,
- 39:43Speaker 3: she's protecting a lot of people.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yeah. Also, some of what she has is lawsuits that
- 39:51Speaker 1: she tried to settle and they wouldn't settle. So that's
- 39:54Speaker 1: tricky too, because like what are you going to do? Right?
- 39:57Speaker 1: And actually I feel like that's kind of what Lisa
- 39:59Speaker 1: are is dealing with.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Also, oh, oh, I see you're bringing me into this.
- 40:08Speaker 3: You've already talked about Ultimate Girls Trip. Let me alone, Emily.
- 40:15Speaker 1: I'm with my new friends who are so much fun.
- 40:18Speaker 1: I've known them for four minutes.
- 40:21Speaker 3: Okay, all right, what is what aer on your bullet
- 40:24Speaker 3: points there, Emily, what are you doing on the pus?
- 40:27Speaker 1: Well, Pinky, Speaking of Pinky, she has a major television deal,
- 40:34Speaker 1: but the.
- 40:34Speaker 3: With a major network.
- 40:36Speaker 1: But the ink, the inky is gonna dry.
- 40:41Speaker 3: Pinky, And uh, you might not want to say that
- 40:46Speaker 3: because usually the ink doesn't dry when you start talking
- 40:49Speaker 3: about it. Because guess what, everyone in Hollywood, we all
- 40:52Speaker 3: have deals with a big network, but the ink isn't dry.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Yeah, that you can walk as tricky.
- 40:59Speaker 3: I I could talk my mailman today and he could
- 41:01Speaker 3: say the same thing, you know what I mean, like
- 41:03Speaker 3: everybody uber drivers, So I would be very interested what
- 41:08Speaker 3: ends up happening with Edgewood? Right, and again no acknowledgment
- 41:13Speaker 3: or respect and Drew's part for being a professional in
- 41:17Speaker 3: the industry. And I love that Portia had Drew's back
- 41:22Speaker 3: and was like, oh, so you you probably didn't have
- 41:24Speaker 3: time to do it, since it was last minute, you
- 41:25Speaker 3: probably didn't have time to follow the proper protocol. And
- 41:28Speaker 3: Pinky was like, no, I just didn't like, I didn't
- 41:30Speaker 3: even like bother like even thinking about it. And it's
- 41:33Speaker 3: like that's just disrespectful, unprofessional, and like shows how much
- 41:37Speaker 3: you don't know about the industry. And what you're trying
- 41:40Speaker 3: to do.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Right, Okay, here we go, Pinky, because you worked on Maury,
- 41:44Speaker 1: it was probably a non union show and you didn't
- 41:47Speaker 1: have to deal with any like it wasn't like casting
- 41:49Speaker 1: and it wasn't like.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but any not ignorant that a union exists. I mean,
- 41:54Speaker 3: that's like the whole thing. Like she she would know,
- 41:58Speaker 3: she should know. Even more so working on a non
- 42:01Speaker 3: union show the way that businesses work, like we're non
- 42:04Speaker 3: union show. There are other things that are union. You know.
- 42:08Speaker 3: It just is weird. It's weird to me that she does.
- 42:10Speaker 3: She just brushed her off me and she doesn't like her,
- 42:12Speaker 3: So I mean there's that way. Yeah, yeah, what else
- 42:15Speaker 3: do you got?
- 42:16Speaker 1: Oh, let me keep going. I did not like that
- 42:19Speaker 1: Angela was going so hard for Smia for lying. Meanwhile,
- 42:23Speaker 1: Angela full out has not to me, there have been
- 42:27Speaker 1: no repercussions for how hard she lied about Shamia and
- 42:32Speaker 1: Bayan that her neighbor's husband like, and she's like, I
- 42:38Speaker 1: made it up, yeah whatever, So that I don't like that.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Angela has has been caught too many times.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Well, Angela, she didn't really say she made it up.
- 42:47Speaker 3: She actually still someone said that Angela's vindicated because of
- 42:52Speaker 3: what George said. But he was making a joke and
- 42:56Speaker 3: she made it serious, and they're like vindication. I was like,
- 43:00Speaker 3: she's not vindicated. She took it seriously and he's making
- 43:04Speaker 3: a joke and you ran with it. Yeah, and the
- 43:08Speaker 3: Hawks go oh and all.
- 43:10Speaker 1: The Hawks stuff. Yeah. I was just like, Angela enough
- 43:13Speaker 1: and so with Charles Oakley and whatever, like I we
- 43:17Speaker 1: know too much about Charles Oakley. Angela. I am glad
- 43:21Speaker 1: that everything is going well right now, but like we
- 43:25Speaker 1: know too much.
- 43:27Speaker 3: She did make me laugh again, So I'm still I
- 43:31Speaker 3: still like my Angela. I do, I do, and I
- 43:34Speaker 3: will pick her over Shamiah because Shamia is really like
- 43:39Speaker 3: I don't know what is going on with her.
- 43:41Speaker 1: It's because everything's happening off camera. I mean, then we're
- 43:45Speaker 1: back here. But I think, however, this second episode of
- 43:49Speaker 1: the reunion was edited. I understood I was able to
- 43:53Speaker 1: connect dots more and maybe that's because they were saying
- 43:57Speaker 1: it over and over again. This is off camera. This
- 44:00Speaker 1: was off camera. Andy's confirming that was off camera, because
- 44:03Speaker 1: like otherwise, I'm watching and trying to like jog my memory,
- 44:08Speaker 1: like giving my own brain flashbacks of like the season, like,
- 44:12Speaker 1: I don't know what they are talking about? Am I crazy? No?
- 44:16Speaker 3: No, I understand. I completely agree. We were talking about
- 44:19Speaker 3: this last week obviously, and that here we again, here
- 44:21Speaker 3: we are again. More happened, and then they were still
- 44:24Speaker 3: referencing a lot of stuff that happened off camera, but
- 44:26Speaker 3: at least we were able to dig in a little
- 44:29Speaker 3: further and we got our bearings a little more.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Yes, because Michelle had an entire season with Shemia off
- 44:39Speaker 1: camera and then oh my god, whatever that dinner was
- 44:45Speaker 1: that Kelly was in the middle of Shemia and Kay Michelle,
- 44:50Speaker 1: and then that didn't happen on camera, And he's like,
- 44:53Speaker 1: wait a second, when was this just like, oh, like
- 44:55Speaker 1: last week?
- 44:56Speaker 3: Yeah, last week? Right, kind of happy to hear that
- 44:58Speaker 3: they're hanging out, you know in a way.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Yea, even though it sounded like wild.
- 45:03Speaker 3: You guys are having drama off camera a week before
- 45:06Speaker 3: the reunion, Like, are you even allowed to get together?
- 45:09Speaker 3: I don't know that last fascinating.
- 45:11Speaker 1: He's like, it's allowed, remember because somebody did you guys
- 45:14Speaker 1: get together to talk about how to handle the reunion.
- 45:16Speaker 1: He's like, well, it is allowed.
- 45:18Speaker 3: That's really funny. I forgot about that. It's probably in
- 45:22Speaker 3: my head subconsciously.
- 45:24Speaker 1: And to Andy, I'm like, I know, you want to
- 45:27Speaker 1: keep the moms out of it, and that edit was solid,
- 45:29Speaker 1: so it looked like they were like, yes, Andy, will
- 45:32Speaker 1: keep the moms out of it, and they moved on.
- 45:33Speaker 1: But I was like, I think the moms are at
- 45:36Speaker 1: the heart of this and that's why we're not seeing
- 45:39Speaker 1: a lot of stuff too.
- 45:40Speaker 3: For sure. Yeah, I'm glad he said, can we just
- 45:43Speaker 3: stop with the moms, And everyone's like yeah, let's like,
- 45:46Speaker 3: let's do that, please, but let's stick with the people's husbands,
- 45:49Speaker 3: you know, like Mary's then, you know, because that this
- 45:52Speaker 3: whole thing with the pastor and Kelly and the plane
- 45:55Speaker 3: and stuff, I'm starting to believe it. I mean, look,
- 45:58Speaker 3: I'm I shouldn't be a judge because I'll admit that
- 46:02Speaker 3: light detector test that Porscha did and I'll accept it
- 46:04Speaker 3: in my court of drama Darling. But like, no way, yep.
- 46:09Speaker 1: I think Porscha thinks Kelly was probably told a bunch
- 46:12Speaker 1: of bullshit like they were going through divorce, or I
- 46:14Speaker 1: think if Kelly was going to give it an Emily
- 46:17Speaker 1: Simpson shitty lie detector and run with it, like, Okay, fine,
- 46:21Speaker 1: she could. She has deniability. She might not have been
- 46:25Speaker 1: told the truth from this guy, and you know, he
- 46:29Speaker 1: might have said, oh, we're separated or whatever and it
- 46:32Speaker 1: was not real. So she's over there banging a guy
- 46:35Speaker 1: that is telling her one thing.
- 46:37Speaker 3: And then I didn't even think about that. Why wouldn't
- 46:39Speaker 3: she just say I didn't know he was married before
- 46:43Speaker 3: we go.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Too hard on Kelly. I don't know how good the
- 46:46Speaker 1: information she was given was, because to me, that's how
- 46:50Speaker 1: she's playing this. All.
- 46:53Speaker 3: You have to known first of all that he's a pastor, yeah,
- 46:57Speaker 3: for starters, and then on top of it, like are
- 46:59Speaker 3: they having flings like one night stands?
- 47:03Speaker 1: A pastor with a private jet. He's going to go
- 47:05Speaker 1: out and have some Kelly. He's gonna go out, He's
- 47:07Speaker 1: gonna have met a couple different Kelly's out there. I
- 47:11Speaker 1: would put money on it.
- 47:12Speaker 3: I guess what I mean is like, you know, you're
- 47:15Speaker 3: gonna have a one night stand with a pastor, so
- 47:19Speaker 3: shouldn't you be aware that, like he might be a
- 47:21Speaker 3: little bit of a slime ball if he's like, you know,
- 47:24Speaker 3: she's hitting up ladies and then think maybe he's married too.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I just think she thought this is gonna be a fling,
- 47:31Speaker 1: and then here's Porsha with all the on the other
- 47:34Speaker 1: bed getting texts.
- 47:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but you know what, Kelly should not throw stones,
- 47:39Speaker 3: you know, when she lives in a glass house. I
- 47:41Speaker 3: completely agree with Porscha. And I don't know why she
- 47:44Speaker 3: went on this press to her after. You know, I
- 47:47Speaker 3: guess because she's promoting the housewives. I mean that's what
- 47:51Speaker 3: I'm guessing. So she's kicking up dust when it comes
- 47:54Speaker 3: to Porsha, and this is pissing Porsche off, right, So
- 47:57Speaker 3: then Porsche at the reunion is now she's like, if
- 47:59Speaker 3: you want to like continue to have beef, I can
- 48:02Speaker 3: do that if this is what you want to do.
- 48:04Speaker 3: And it's strange because Kelly does seem like that's where
- 48:07Speaker 3: she wants to land. She's like she's picked her team.
- 48:10Speaker 3: She's on that couch, She's gonna stay on that couch,
- 48:12Speaker 3: and so therefore she's to continue to like kick up
- 48:16Speaker 3: this dust over and over again with her.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I kind of like the way there's the two teams.
- 48:22Speaker 3: Yeah, it's pretty uh Salt Lake City. Salt Lake City
- 48:26Speaker 3: would be like that, wouldn't.
- 48:27Speaker 1: It kind of? But there's always there is there is
- 48:30Speaker 1: a blending of you know, but yeah, no, they're definitely
- 48:36Speaker 1: that's a that's a good call because now that Angie
- 48:39Speaker 1: Angie's kind of on her own, I guess I'm just
- 48:42Speaker 1: thinking of like Meredith and Lisa and they're a weird
- 48:45Speaker 1: alliance and like there's little groups but to have like
- 48:49Speaker 1: a weird life. But I also feel like Cay Michelle
- 48:53Speaker 1: could go either way. So I don't even know if
- 48:55Speaker 1: this is a solid team, but she seems to be
- 48:58Speaker 1: ready to go either way.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Jezebel Jesub, Yeah that was like.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I didn't think that was that bad? Is that bad?
- 49:09Speaker 3: Why are we bringing this up now? Like so ky
- 49:11Speaker 3: Michelle is now bringing up that Shemiah's mom called Porsche
- 49:17Speaker 3: Jezebel that night out. How many times have we talked
- 49:20Speaker 3: about this night out? We've heard about this night out
- 49:23Speaker 3: over and over again from Kye Michelle, where she's like
- 49:26Speaker 3: I can't believe that she's she's telling me that her
- 49:30Speaker 3: friends don't want her to hang out with me, and
- 49:32Speaker 3: and and she is she's doing me a favorite hanging
- 49:35Speaker 3: and making me feel so bad, and like she keeps
- 49:37Speaker 3: crying about this like stupid thing that happened one night,
- 49:40Speaker 3: and now now she's gonna say after all this gone
- 49:44Speaker 3: on between Porscha and Shamia, she couldn't have said it
- 49:46Speaker 3: any other time. And then she kind of like basically
- 49:49Speaker 3: betrayed Shemiah in a way by telling Porscha that because
- 49:52Speaker 3: that's gonna stir things up over there.
- 49:54Speaker 1: Yeah. This is the other part about a lot of
- 49:57Speaker 1: this stuff happening off camera is that, like I have
- 50:00Speaker 1: a hard time following Kate. We didn't see like Andy
- 50:03Speaker 1: was like Cynthia was doing the lord's work during the
- 50:05Speaker 1: commercial break, and I was like, well, like.
- 50:08Speaker 3: For Pincock, the one time where they leave the cameras
- 50:12Speaker 3: running and something actually really genuinely happens, yes, and we
- 50:18Speaker 3: don't see it, whereas Summer House, we're going to get
- 50:22Speaker 3: these fools, you know, wandering around the set.
- 50:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 50:27Speaker 3: Cynthia, right, she is the wise one. I mean, she
- 50:32Speaker 3: is always coming in with truth bombs, and she's so
- 50:36Speaker 3: calm about everything, and she feels like everyone's ally you know, Yes, yeah,
- 50:41Speaker 3: I mean, And that's what made me jump into the
- 50:43Speaker 3: pinky thing to begin with. And we started talking about
- 50:45Speaker 3: Cynthia and her song because the way that Cynthia explained
- 50:49Speaker 3: it to Pinky, which Pinky didn't really accept it, but
- 50:52Speaker 3: it's fine. She wasn't really accepting it from anybody. Cynthia
- 50:55Speaker 3: was like, when you're on a show like this, what
- 50:57Speaker 3: ends up happening is it's just kind of confusing for
- 51:00Speaker 3: people when they're watching, because it's like, are you are
- 51:03Speaker 3: you good or are you not good? Do you have
- 51:06Speaker 3: the means? Do you not have the means? Like we're
- 51:09Speaker 3: we're not quite certain. And I thought that was a
- 51:13Speaker 3: great piece of advice, and it really does kind of
- 51:17Speaker 3: come down to a lot of like getting used to
- 51:20Speaker 3: being on a reality show and figuring out what it
- 51:23Speaker 3: is that you want to share, how you want to
- 51:25Speaker 3: present yourself, because she was going back and forth between
- 51:29Speaker 3: sharing bankruptcy but also being like I've got this and
- 51:32Speaker 3: that and I've done this and this and this, and
- 51:35Speaker 3: then she's at the lowest of the low, whereas Angela
- 51:38Speaker 3: did make a good point where she's like, yeah, but
- 51:39Speaker 3: I came on this show and I was like, look
- 51:41Speaker 3: at all my failures. I didn't try to hide it.
- 51:46Speaker 1: I don't think think you tried to hide anything that
- 51:48Speaker 1: was I was confused by that too, because I've I mean,
- 51:51Speaker 1: like pretty much since we saw her on this show,
- 51:54Speaker 1: she's like, I'm fucked. But she was trying to like
- 51:59Speaker 1: so align it with a project here and there or
- 52:02Speaker 1: like her restaurant, like that's why it is confusing.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Well, that's that's her point, because it was like she
- 52:09Speaker 3: was sort of all over the place, even to the
- 52:11Speaker 3: point where right before the season ended, she was like, oh,
- 52:14Speaker 3: and I'm not I'm not gonna declare bankruptcy, and then
- 52:18Speaker 3: we get to the end of the season and it's like,
- 52:19Speaker 3: Pinky declared bankruptcy. It's just, you know, I think that
- 52:23Speaker 3: they probably saw a lot more of it because they
- 52:26Speaker 3: were in it or got that vibe because of the
- 52:29Speaker 3: way she was presenting herself or acting or the things
- 52:32Speaker 3: that she was saying, And Phaedra had a lot to
- 52:35Speaker 3: say about that. Phaedra and Pinky, that's another thing their relationship.
- 52:39Speaker 3: I did not expect to hear that. Phaeder kind of
- 52:43Speaker 3: was calling her out for like, look, if you're gonna
- 52:45Speaker 3: be a braggadocious you know you're gonna have to pay
- 52:48Speaker 3: your bills, which is definitely a read. But they have history.
- 52:52Speaker 3: It's a lot deeper than I thought, because Phaedria has
- 52:55Speaker 3: a lot of things she has to say to Pinky,
- 52:57Speaker 3: and they're not not good.
- 53:00Speaker 1: What did you think about Faedro not talking to Kelly
- 53:03Speaker 1: about the alleged pastor situation because it's her client and
- 53:07Speaker 1: Kelly's also her client. But I was like, Faedra, I
- 53:11Speaker 1: think you should have talked to Kelly. Why why are
- 53:13Speaker 1: you believing in backing this guy, like without even asking Kelly? Right?
- 53:19Speaker 3: Well, I thought it was kind of funny when she
- 53:22Speaker 3: was like, well, he's my client and we have attorney
- 53:24Speaker 3: client privileges and we take a vow and an oath
- 53:27Speaker 3: of and then Kelly's like, well, i'm your client too,
- 53:30Speaker 3: and I'm like, uh, for free, you're pro bono. Okay,
- 53:33Speaker 3: So I don't think she's.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Gonna treat you the same, No, but I mean, but
- 53:37Speaker 1: it's still the same. I mean, like I'm joking.
- 53:40Speaker 3: I think that Faedra didn't want to get involved, and
- 53:43Speaker 3: I don't think that she did get involved.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Well, and then well co signing it because she is like,
- 53:49Speaker 1: it's my client, and then you're like, oh, well then
- 53:53Speaker 1: it must be true and everything Kelly's saying is not true.
- 53:57Speaker 1: It's basically like you could go all the way there
- 54:00Speaker 1: with it, and right here, Phaedra doesn't have to co
- 54:04Speaker 1: sign it like that.
- 54:06Speaker 3: Right, Well, I think she was being very careful that
- 54:09Speaker 3: she's on a TV show and she's a lawyer and
- 54:12Speaker 3: she's going to go into politics.
- 54:14Speaker 1: So to Kelly's point, you never came to me and
- 54:17Speaker 1: asked me privately since so much of this season is
- 54:19Speaker 1: off the show and not on CA Yeah, right, right right.
- 54:23Speaker 3: I almost think Faedra didn't even want to do it
- 54:26Speaker 3: because she knows that Kelly would make it a thing.
- 54:30Speaker 3: And I even told you, Faeder when you came to
- 54:32Speaker 3: me about that about your client. I think that Phaedra
- 54:35Speaker 3: knew she had to protect herself because Kelly could come
- 54:37Speaker 3: for her in a way that could jeopardize her attorneyship.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Yeah. I wonder how she represents him, Yeah, because if
- 54:45Speaker 1: he's like, look, I'm going to probably get a divorce,
- 54:48Speaker 1: like if she had a divorce attorney, is she? I
- 54:51Speaker 1: guess she is?
- 54:52Speaker 3: Or she can yeah.
- 54:53Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, So yeah, maybe that's why he disclosed it
- 54:56Speaker 1: to her. I guess then, to your point, than even
- 55:01Speaker 1: if he's telling Fadra, I told Kelly that I wasn't
- 55:07Speaker 1: that I was separated and blah blah blah, That's why
- 55:09Speaker 1: I said, like, Paeder can't speak on that to Kelly.
- 55:12Speaker 3: Right right, she doesn't even want to go there. Yeah,
- 55:16Speaker 3: I was kind of pleasantly surprised how piped up Phaeder
- 55:20Speaker 3: was in the reunion. I was not expecting considering how
- 55:23Speaker 3: the entire season has gone with her, and I think
- 55:26Speaker 3: that added a lot to why it was such a
- 55:29Speaker 3: good reunion. I mean, I thought, Pinky, you know, she
- 55:32Speaker 3: was very strong. You can tell she was very vulnerable,
- 55:35Speaker 3: and it's just right on the edge of anger and
- 55:39Speaker 3: emotion and holding it back, and she was just right there.
- 55:43Speaker 3: Her emotions were three N three D if you will.
- 55:48Speaker 3: And Kelly's very performative, and Portia's great. Of course, Kim
- 55:54Speaker 3: Michelle was fine and fun. I wonder we kind of
- 55:57Speaker 3: heard more from her the first episode and Shimiya the
- 56:02Speaker 3: first episodes as well, but this one too a little bit,
- 56:05Speaker 3: but it was good. It was a really good episode.
- 56:07Speaker 1: It was good. And I guess there's controversy because again
- 56:11Speaker 1: not on camera was the device that they they mentioned
- 56:15Speaker 1: at the reunion, which I guess he referenced having a gun,
- 56:19Speaker 1: and that's what Porschell went to the higher ups for allegedly.
- 56:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Faedra went to the higher ups and then yeah,
- 56:29Speaker 1: so that was on TMZ today And I.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Was like, it's crazy it was on TMZ because it
- 56:34Speaker 3: wasn't that big of a deal on the show. It
- 56:37Speaker 3: and Andy.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Show, right, it's like that whole again, Like I just like,
- 56:43Speaker 1: is anything on the show? Should we just watch the
- 56:46Speaker 1: reunions from now on?
- 56:47Speaker 3: Yeah? I was like, we don't need to see anything filmed.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Apparently I did love when Andy's like, I've known this
- 56:55Speaker 3: lady for a long time, and if she wanted to
- 56:57Speaker 3: make a big deal out of it, she would have
- 56:58Speaker 3: called yours truly and some others. And she did not
- 57:02Speaker 3: call me New York, called New York. But like, if
- 57:07Speaker 3: she called the higher ups, it must have been just
- 57:09Speaker 3: like a producer from the production company. That's all. Absolutely,
- 57:13Speaker 3: you cannot blame her for doing that because of the
- 57:17Speaker 3: Britt Eatie situation and that whole thing that happened. And again,
- 57:21Speaker 3: Phedra is going into politics and she is a lawyer
- 57:25Speaker 3: and she doesn't want to be associated with anything like that.
- 57:27Speaker 3: But I think it was something that was so completely
- 57:31Speaker 3: flippant and harmless and nothing that I understand why Pinky
- 57:35Speaker 3: was upset. I totally get it.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's it until episode three of the reunion.
- 57:42Speaker 3: Well, I wonder if it's going to be as good
- 57:44Speaker 3: as two.
- 57:45Speaker 1: Well, if you didn't watch this season of Atlanta, don't worry,
- 57:49Speaker 1: none of it will be on the reunion. You can
- 57:52Speaker 1: just watch episode three of the Reunion. Yeah, be caught up.
- 57:55Speaker 3: You'll be just fine, just fine.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Thanks for listening.
