Hamilton Hill is set for a major transformation with a new 17,000-square-foot Save A Lot grocery store and 171 new housing units—affordable and workforce—sparking neighborhood revitalization. Backed by a $115 million investment from county, state, and private partners, the project will replace a former car dealership on State Street and clear nine vacant buildings on Albany Street.
