- Powerball Nears 400 Million! This is The Lottery Rundown for Sunday September 27th Powerball drew Saturday night with 14, 40, 52, 55 and 57, plus Powerball 24 and a 3X multiplier. Nobody matched all six, so the jackpot kept climbing. White ball 52 returned after 49 drawings away. Would you have noticed it was missing? Forty-nine drawings is enough time for a lottery ball to accumulate an alarming podcast backlog. Monday’s jackpot is estimated at 389 million dollars, with a cash value of 161 million 900 thousand dollars. That could fund a private weather service devoted entirely to deciding whether your cookout needs moving indoors, complete with satellites and one intensely focused meteorologist. The jackpot has rolled through 19 drawings and 45 days, a pretty typical stretch. Moving to Mega Millions, the last draw was Friday, September 25, with 25, 57, 58, 67 and 68, plus Mega Ball 16. No ticket captured the jackpot. Mega Ball 16 strengthened its place among the five most frequently drawn Mega Balls, appearing 28 times over the past six years. Tuesday’s jackpot is estimated at 300 million dollars, with a cash value of 124 million 100 thousand dollars. The run has reached 17 drawings and 59 days without a jackpot winner, almost exactly the game’s recent norm.
