- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on? It's Romeo, and we made it
- 0:01Speaker 1: back from the weekend, Monday. You don't forget we got
- 0:04Speaker 1: Monday Night Football tonight at Just Wing at the Marketplace. And,
- 0:07Speaker 1: of course, we talked about the NFL. A little bit
- 0:09Speaker 1: about a couple of other things we got to listen to.
- 0:12Speaker 1: So it's funny. I'm assuming it's a guy who sent
- 0:14Speaker 1: me this. Hey, Rome, is it really your wife's job
- 0:18Speaker 1: to get up early and make lunch for you for
- 0:20Speaker 1: work every day? No, she don't got to get up early.
- 0:23Speaker 1: I mean, she can do it the night before and
- 0:26Speaker 1: have it ready for you. Just grab it. Or do
- 0:29Speaker 1: you think she doesn't have to? Well, no, she doesn't
- 0:34Speaker 1: have to. It's not her job to make you lunch.
- 0:37Speaker 2: No.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know what a wife's job is.
- 0:41Speaker 1: It depends on the deal you made with her. It
- 0:43Speaker 1: depends on the woman you married. I mean, if you
- 0:46Speaker 1: go and you marry some woman who tells you, I
- 0:48Speaker 1: never want to work, I want to hang out and
- 0:51Speaker 1: do this, I want to raise kids, or maybe I
- 0:53Speaker 1: don't want to raise kids. If you marry a woman
- 0:56Speaker 1: who already knows what she wants in life And then
- 0:59Speaker 1: you get into that marriage and she does exactly what
- 1:03Speaker 1: she told you she wanted to do. And you signed
- 1:09Speaker 1: up for that. You know, there's, I know women that
- 1:12Speaker 1: married rich men because they don't want to work. They
- 1:15Speaker 1: want to hang out the club. They want to visit
- 1:16Speaker 1: their friends with the other rich wives and just, you know,
- 1:19Speaker 1: go on vacations, hang out a little bit. So is
- 1:23Speaker 1: it her fault that She doesn't make lunch for a man. No,
- 1:29Speaker 1: that's what that's what he signed up for. Now, if
- 1:32Speaker 1: a woman says, hey, you know, if a woman wants
- 1:36Speaker 1: to work and you both have to work or you
- 1:39Speaker 1: want to work, then it's just as much your responsibility for.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I mean, even if she doesn't work, it's just as
- 1:45Speaker 1: much your responsibility for dinner and chores and things like
- 1:49Speaker 1: that as hers because you live together. But the problem,
- 1:54Speaker 1: you're missing the big question. The question is, why isn't
- 1:57Speaker 1: she doing it? As a man, as a husband, you're
- 1:59Speaker 1: not treating her well enough for her to want to
- 2:03Speaker 1: do it. Women want to do things for you guys
- 2:06Speaker 1: if you treat them well enough. It's really that simple.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And you guys still don't understand that.
- 2:11Speaker 2: 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Good morning. What's going on?
- 2:15Speaker 3: First of all, Romeo, hell yeah, Romeo. Hell yeah. You're right.
- 2:23Speaker 1: You're right.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I want to repost.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Like, you know, on TikTok, I want to repost.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. I know. I know. You're right.
- 2:35Speaker 4: You're right.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Men are stupid. What are you going to do?
- 2:39Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:39Speaker 1: All right. Thanks for calling. Bye. It's funny, somebody asked me, hey, Rome,
- 2:44Speaker 1: is it your wife's job to make you lunch every
- 2:47Speaker 1: morning or not? Well, it's not. I don't know. It
- 2:52Speaker 1: depends on what you signed up for, what kind of
- 2:54Speaker 1: relationship you guys have, you know? All righty, 4254-727. Good morning,
- 2:59Speaker 1: how's it going on?
- 3:01Speaker 2: What's up, Rome?
- 3:01Speaker 3: It's Seahawk Lugan.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Oh, God. What do you want?
- 3:05Speaker 6: Look, man, I just want to comment on.
- 3:06Speaker 2: What you're saying. Okay.
- 3:09Speaker 1: So.
- 3:11Speaker 2: This is for all the men out there, hardworking men.
- 3:14Speaker 2: I just want you to go home and tell your
- 3:16Speaker 2: wives or your girlfriends or whatever.
- 3:19Speaker 4: If they don't pack you lunch in the morning, you
- 3:21Speaker 4: don't go to work. That's how it's supposed to be.
- 3:26Speaker 1: No lunch equals no work. Oh, my God.
- 3:32Speaker 4: You're telling all these girls, oh, you don't have to
- 3:35Speaker 4: pack them lunch.
- 3:35Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no.
- 3:36Speaker 1: That's not at all what I'm saying. That's not at
- 3:39Speaker 1: all what I'm saying, but okay.
- 3:41Speaker 2: If they want a man, they got to pack them
- 3:43Speaker 2: lunch for work.
- 3:44Speaker 1: All right, Seahawk, we'll let them all know right now.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Get out of here.
- 3:47Speaker 5: All right.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Oh, my God. And that's not at all what I'm saying.
- 3:51Speaker 1: What I'm saying is when you get married, you should
- 3:54Speaker 1: know what you signed up for. Okay? Some women are
- 3:58Speaker 1: never going to pack you a lunch. Some women are
- 4:00Speaker 1: never going to make you a meal. But some are.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Some women in their minds right now are telling themselves,
- 4:07Speaker 1: listening to this radio show right now, listening to me talk, saying,
- 4:10Speaker 1: I ain't making no man no lunch ever. And you
- 4:15Speaker 1: know what? When Prince Charming or whoever slides on in
- 4:20Speaker 1: and starts treating her in a way that she's never
- 4:23Speaker 1: been treated before, oh, let me make this guy's lunch.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Let me make my man his lunch before I send
- 4:29Speaker 1: him off to work. Things change. The bigger question is,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and maybe it's lunch, maybe it's dinner, maybe it's whatever.
- 4:41Speaker 1: If you treat your wife good enough, she's going to
- 4:47Speaker 1: let you do whatever you want because she knows how
- 4:51Speaker 1: much you care about her and she's going to do
- 4:53Speaker 1: whatever she can to show you that she appreciates you.
- 4:58Speaker 1: But you guys are so selfish and insecure, you don't
- 5:01Speaker 1: understand that. Funny, somebody asked me, hey, Rome, is it
- 5:04Speaker 1: your wife's job to make you lunch every morning or not? Well,
- 5:09Speaker 1: it's not.
- 5:11Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 5:11Speaker 1: It depends on what you signed up for. What kind
- 5:13Speaker 1: of relationship you guys have, you know? All righty, 4254-727.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Good morning, how's it going on? Good morning, Roman.
- 5:20Speaker 2: How are you doing?
- 5:21Speaker 1: I'm doing fabulous. What's up?
- 5:23Speaker 7: So, you're talking about people making, or wives making their
- 5:27Speaker 7: husbands less.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what this guy was asking, if that's their
- 5:30Speaker 1: job or not.
- 5:31Speaker 6: Well, so I was raised like that.
- 5:33Speaker 7: My mom would get up super early, make my dad
- 5:35Speaker 7: his lunch every single day.
- 5:37Speaker 6: And then it got passed on to me. My sister
- 5:39Speaker 6: doesn't do anything. But it got passed down to me.
- 5:43Speaker 7: I wake up at 1.30 in the morning to make
- 5:45Speaker 7: his lunch.
- 5:46Speaker 6: He has to be at work at 3.30. So, I've
- 5:49Speaker 6: been doing this for about seven years.
- 5:51Speaker 8: He works six days.
- 5:52Speaker 6: Straight, and then he has seven days off.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Okay.
- 5:55Speaker 7: Now he's started picking up five days out of those
- 5:57Speaker 7: seven days, and I'm exhausted. But you know how Cardi
- 6:01Speaker 7: B said she don't cook, she don't clean, and she
- 6:03Speaker 7: got the ring?
- 6:05Speaker 1: Wait.
- 6:06Speaker 6: I'm sorry?
- 6:07Speaker 1: So you don't work?
- 6:09Speaker 6: Oh, I work full time. Eight to five, and I
- 6:11Speaker 6: make just as much money as he does.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Okay.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Wow, that's impressive.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Okay.
- 6:18Speaker 7: But I cook and I clean and he just recently
- 6:21Speaker 7: upgraded my ring.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Oh.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Oh, I see.
- 6:24Speaker 6: I do think that you should send your man lunches.
- 6:28Speaker 6: Make sure that he's happy and fed and you know
- 6:30Speaker 6: what else.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:31Speaker 7: And you'll be okay.
- 6:32Speaker 1: All right.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Fair enough.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I appreciate the phone call. Thank you. Thanks, Robbie.
- 6:36Speaker 9: Bye.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I mean, she's not lying. I mean, it just, every
- 6:41Speaker 1: woman's different. But I will tell you this. If you
- 6:46Speaker 1: treat a woman good enough, she'll do things that she
- 6:49Speaker 1: never thought she'd ever do. And I know you guys
- 6:52Speaker 1: don't believe that because you're on social media looking at
- 6:55Speaker 1: all these independent women talking about, you know, this and that.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And I don't need a man. And Beyonce's telling you
- 7:01Speaker 1: all this. And it's not true. It's fundamentally not true.
- 7:07Speaker 1: You treat a woman good enough. She will damn near
- 7:11Speaker 1: do anything you want. To show appreciation on how much
- 7:14Speaker 1: you show you love her. R-A-4-2-5-4, 7 to 7, Rome.
- 7:19Speaker 1: My boyfriend doesn't work. We have five kids, and my
- 7:21Speaker 1: health isn't great. I don't do stuff at home, but
- 7:24Speaker 1: I work.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Okay.
- 7:26Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4, 7 to 7. Funny, somebody asked me, hey, Rome,
- 7:30Speaker 1: is it your wife's job to make you lunch every
- 7:33Speaker 1: morning or not? Well, it's not. I don't know. It
- 7:38Speaker 1: depends on what you signed up for, what kind of
- 7:40Speaker 1: relationship you guys have.
- 7:41Speaker 2: You know?
- 7:43Speaker 1: All righty, 4254-727. Good morning, how's it going on?
- 7:46Speaker 9: Romeo, when I tell you, with whoever the heck that
- 7:50Speaker 9: was talking about no lunch, no work, I almost crashed
- 7:54Speaker 9: my car with my head around so damn fast.
- 7:56Speaker 4: Like, what?
- 7:57Speaker 2: No.
- 7:59Speaker 9: Knowing the way that I am, if I was a
- 8:01Speaker 9: stay-at-home mom, I mean, I work, he works, I pack
- 8:06Speaker 9: both of us lunch.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Be the night before.
- 8:08Speaker 9: I pack both of us a breakfast.
- 8:11Speaker 3: The night before. It's usually always a breakfast burrito.
- 8:14Speaker 9: We can just heat up and go.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Sure.
- 8:16Speaker 3: So, right. Perfect.
- 8:17Speaker 6: I do it for both of us.
- 8:18Speaker 3: We both work. Beautiful.
- 8:20Speaker 6: Okay.
- 8:21Speaker 9: For the stay-at-home mom. And this will tell me.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Well, I ain't going.
- 8:26Speaker 9: Knowing the way that I am, okay, bye. I will
- 8:29Speaker 9: get a full-time job. I'm paying my own.
- 8:32Speaker 6: I'm handling my business on my own. Don't play me.
- 8:36Speaker 3: You ain't going to threaten me.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm sorry, honey.
- 8:40Speaker 6: Absolutely not.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Yeah, Seahawk Lou's an idiot. You can't listen. He got
- 8:44Speaker 1: no credibility.
- 8:45Speaker 9: No, listen, you get.
- 8:46Speaker 4: What you get.
- 8:47Speaker 6: You don't throw a fit.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I learned that in my kindergarten, okay?
- 8:50Speaker 2: Don't play me.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Hey, thanks for calling. That's great.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Bye. Bye-bye.
- 8:56Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. Like I said, man, it just, you know, everybody
- 9:03Speaker 1: signs up for what they sign up for when you
- 9:05Speaker 1: get married. You know, everybody has different things that they like,
- 9:08Speaker 1: they don't like. Everybody has different expectations of what you
- 9:11Speaker 1: will do and not do in a marriage. And it just,
- 9:13Speaker 1: it is what it is. But to say there is
- 9:17Speaker 1: one legitimate reason One legitimate rule you can follow in
- 9:23Speaker 1: a marriage, and I know you guys don't want to
- 9:25Speaker 1: believe this. If you treat your wife well enough, she
- 9:30Speaker 1: will want to do what you want. She will want
- 9:34Speaker 1: to do things for you because she appreciates you. You guys,
- 9:39Speaker 1: until you learn that, you guys are always going to
- 9:43Speaker 1: have these dumbass questions. Should my wife make me lunch
- 9:47Speaker 1: every morning? No, she shouldn't. But if you treat her
- 9:50Speaker 1: well enough, she will get up right up with you
- 9:53Speaker 1: and make sure you have lunch leaving the house. All right,
- 9:56Speaker 1: what'd you send me here? Hey, good morning, Romeo. So
- 9:58Speaker 1: I'm a married wife. but the good thing is we
- 10:00Speaker 1: have a schedule. So one week I'll do breakfast and
- 10:03Speaker 1: lunch for both of us. And my husband will do
- 10:05Speaker 1: breakfast and lunch the following week. We both have full-time
- 10:08Speaker 1: jobs and it just works out best for both of us.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Now dinner is a different story. Most of the time
- 10:14Speaker 1: we will eat leftovers, which is no problem sometimes. Well,
- 10:19Speaker 1: Who makes the leftovers? Warn you not what's going on.
- 10:24Speaker 6: Romeo, the well-being of your offspring is directly related to...
- 10:31Speaker 6: And this is studies. You can look at a little,
- 10:33Speaker 6: you know, TVC.
- 10:37Speaker 6: Health department, wherever they're locally at, whoever, whatever state you're.
- 10:40Speaker 1: In, you can look it up.
- 10:41Speaker 6: And the well-being of your children and the most accurate
- 10:46Speaker 6: predictor or indicator of their success and their well-being as
- 10:49Speaker 6: adults is directly linked to the mental health and the
- 10:53Speaker 6: happiness of the woman that is raising them, their mother.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Okay.
- 10:58Speaker 6: I say that to say that when you are appropriately
- 11:02Speaker 6: taking care of your family, your wife, and I don't
- 11:05Speaker 6: only mean financial.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Mentally, physically, emotionally, showing up. Absolutely.
- 11:10Speaker 6: It will make her want to do these things for you.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Naturally.
- 11:14Speaker 6: Because if you're taking care of everything else, you don't
- 11:16Speaker 6: have nothing to worry about. When it comes early in
- 11:18Speaker 6: the morning, she's going to be like, you know, he
- 11:20Speaker 6: got to go to work at 5.
- 11:21Speaker 4: I'm going to get up and do this.
- 11:22Speaker 6: It's motivation. So if that guy is saying his wife
- 11:25Speaker 6: has to, we see why she don't probably want to.
- 11:28Speaker 6: You can't demand that of somebody. You create an atmosphere
- 11:31Speaker 6: and a tone in your house, in your home, to
- 11:35Speaker 6: make her productive. That is on him. He is not
- 11:39Speaker 6: doing something because women who are good women are not naturally,
- 11:43Speaker 6: we're natural nurturers.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:45Speaker 6: You naturally want to do things like that unless something
- 11:48Speaker 6: is untoward going on within that relationship. So you need to,
- 11:51Speaker 6: if she's unhappy, you need to figure out why and
- 11:54Speaker 6: he knows why.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:56Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
- 11:57Speaker 6: So when you're taking care of your woman the right way,
- 12:00Speaker 6: her mind, her body, her soul, her spiritual, whatever, she's
- 12:03Speaker 6: going to do whatever it takes to take care of
- 12:04Speaker 6: you in return because we multiply everything that you give us.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And I'm going to take it a step further. You
- 12:10Speaker 1: could even take the hardest-ass woman on the planet who
- 12:13Speaker 1: hates men and you treat her a certain way that
- 12:15Speaker 1: she wants to be treated, she'll change her opinion too.
- 12:17Speaker 6: She sure will because it's only hard like that because
- 12:20Speaker 6: she's dealt with unreliable men.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Exactly. Hey, thanks for calling. I appreciate it. All right.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Bye.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You're not going to listen to me, listen to her.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I'm not even sure where to begin today because apparently
- 12:31Speaker 1: everybody's going to sleep in, right? All you little punk-ass,
- 12:34Speaker 1: fake-ass fans going to sleep in tonight, or sleep in late.
- 12:37Speaker 1: We missed your show because we were sleeping late. We
- 12:40Speaker 1: didn't have to work today, so we're not calling to
- 12:42Speaker 1: get up. Why would you? Unaccountable losers. That's all you
- 12:49Speaker 1: guys are, fake-ass bandwagon fans. Anyway... R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome, at
- 12:58Speaker 1: least we didn't lose by 30. We only lost by three.
- 13:03Speaker 1: We're getting better. No, you're not. Raider fans are so stupid. Like,
- 13:12Speaker 1: you're not better. You're losing to the better teams in
- 13:16Speaker 1: the NFL just like you always have. You think you're
- 13:20Speaker 1: better because you're not losing to the losing teams in
- 13:23Speaker 1: the NFL or because you didn't lose by 30. It's
- 13:27Speaker 1: not college football, okay? It's the pros. It's the NFL.
- 13:34Speaker 1: A loss is a loss no matter what. It's not about,
- 13:38Speaker 1: that's how stupid you Raider fans are. It's not about
- 13:41Speaker 1: the fact that you only lost by three. It's about
- 13:44Speaker 1: the fact that you lost again. And actually, you're 3-0, right?
- 13:50Speaker 1: Going to the Super Bowl? They're professional football players. Blowouts
- 13:57Speaker 1: in the NFL do not happen as much as close games,
- 14:01Speaker 1: whether they're between good teams or bad teams. You didn't
- 14:04Speaker 1: almost win. You didn't only lose by three. You lost.
- 14:11Speaker 1: That's what it was, a loss. And that's all that matters.
- 14:16Speaker 1: You idiots figure that out. You'll understand that the Raiders
- 14:19Speaker 1: still suck. That's embarrassing. Hey, but you guys are 3-0, man.
- 14:28Speaker 1: You almost won two of the last three games, so
- 14:31Speaker 1: you're going to the Super Bowl.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Oh, my God. Right now, he's pulling the blankets over
- 14:48Speaker 4: his head. And I'm not going to eat any cereal
- 14:51Speaker 4: this morning.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Hey, you know what?
- 14:57Speaker 4: On a lighter note, hey, you know what? Halftime... Rogers
- 15:03Speaker 4: took his Geritol injections and turned it around.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Who did the Steelers beat?
- 15:11Speaker 4: Tampa Bay.
- 15:12Speaker 1: They came back to beat him.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Boy, they were just bragging about that kid, that Jalen.
- 15:19Speaker 4: That Jalen Daniels, you could see the killer instincts in
- 15:22Speaker 4: his eyes.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. Oh, no.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Didn't he blow it last week? That's why they got
- 15:26Speaker 1: a tie last week was because of him, wasn't it?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Well, they beat the Cowboys last week, remember?
- 15:31Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 15:33Speaker 4: Yeah, but anyway, yeah, they're looking a little better, you know,
- 15:36Speaker 4: but anyway.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Hey, Gilly, but to be fair, who doesn't beat the Cowboys?
- 15:44Speaker 4: Man, I'll tell you one thing. They kept bragging about
- 15:47Speaker 4: Joey Porter.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Oh, now with this. Oh, my God.
- 15:49Speaker 4: With Joey Porter back. But things are going to look
- 15:53Speaker 4: a little different. I call Chris Collinsworth blue hands, you know,
- 15:57Speaker 4: because I don't know if you've ever noticed him.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I like him.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I like Chris Collinsworth.
- 16:00Speaker 4: He was a bungle.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I know, but I like Chris Collinsworth. He knows what
- 16:04Speaker 1: he's talking about. He's not one of those fake-ass analysts.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Oh, with this Joey Porter in there, there's going to
- 16:12Speaker 4: be a different ballgame. Yeah, right. Same old holding JPJ.
- 16:17Speaker 2: All right.
- 16:18Speaker 1: All right, later, brother.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Later.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I thought, boy, isn't Dak Prescott the problem? I don't
- 16:25Speaker 1: know who the problem is with the Cowboys, but they
- 16:27Speaker 1: are terrible. RD425477, what did you send me here, big boy? No, no, no, Rome.
- 16:34Speaker 1: That's just dumbass Dave. We're up and working right now.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Let's see. If was a fifth, we'd all be drunk. Oh, yeah.
- 16:46Speaker 1: I mean, they almost won. Raiders almost won. That's great.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Did they give you an almost won trophy? What is that?
- 16:56Speaker 1: That's just so stupid. Professionals don't almost win. They either
- 16:59Speaker 1: win or they lose, and that's it. That's the game.
- 17:02Speaker 1: All right. 3-0. We're going to the Super Bowl. We're back, baby. Faders.
- 17:13Speaker 1: although somebody's got to make fun of the Cowboys because
- 17:15Speaker 1: Dak Prescott's terrible. I wish you guys would start giving
- 17:19Speaker 1: me credit for being right. Hey, Rome, it's Silos. As
- 17:23Speaker 1: an Eagles fan, man, we can't do anything. We have
- 17:26Speaker 1: half the starters hurt. Yeah, I mean, the Eagles are
- 17:30Speaker 1: rough right now. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Good morning, Rome. It's
- 17:36Speaker 1: sad to say the Cowboys are horrible this season. They
- 17:38Speaker 1: were horrible last season, too. But the way the division
- 17:42Speaker 1: is looking, we could keep losing and still make the playoffs. Yeah,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you could, but you're just going to suck in the
- 17:48Speaker 1: playoffs too. Hey, Rome, have you looked at the Chiefs' schedule?
- 17:52Speaker 1: They have the easiest schedule. Everyone, wait until you guys
- 17:55Speaker 1: play a good team. Then you'll be crying. Why? Why
- 18:00Speaker 1: would anybody cry? The Chiefs are 5-0. Who cares if
- 18:05Speaker 1: we lose to a good team? We are the good team.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Oh, good.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Raider fans are so stupid. Here we go.
- 18:17Speaker 2: 8-4-2-5-4.
- 18:17Speaker 1: 7-7. Oh, hey, good morning, Rome. Hey, these Raider fans
- 18:21Speaker 1: should be getting released here in about an hour or
- 18:23Speaker 1: so from county. And all these Cowboy fans are on
- 18:27Speaker 1: suicide watch after getting their asses handed them last night
- 18:30Speaker 1: by the cheeseheads. Yeah, you ain't lying, man. Bro, Dak Prescott.
- 18:35Speaker 1: I've been telling you guys that Dak Prescott sucks for years.
- 18:38Speaker 1: And you guys don't listen. Jerry Jones is a hell
- 18:41Speaker 1: of a salesman, man. Hey, good morning, Rome. Caught myself
- 18:45Speaker 1: drinking my sorrow, my sorrowness away with a bunch of
- 18:50Speaker 1: Raider fans yesterday. We went to a local restaurant, watched
- 18:52Speaker 1: the Rams game. By the end of the game, they
- 18:55Speaker 1: were all reminiscing about how, all reminiscing. Now, three weeks ago,
- 19:00Speaker 1: both teams were heading to Super Bowl bound and how
- 19:03Speaker 1: delusional we were.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Yeah, pretty delusional. I got to say, 3-0, baby. We're
- 19:12Speaker 1: 3-0 going to the Super Bowl. Now look at them.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Nothing's changed. They're the same Raider team. You guys are
- 19:19Speaker 1: too stupid. It's funny. Rams lost. Cowboys lost. Raiders lost.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Seahawks lost. And although Seahawks doesn't, but the three major teams,
- 19:32Speaker 1: the three big bandwagon teams in Bakersfield, the Rams, the Raiders,
- 19:35Speaker 1: and the, And who did I just miss there? Rams, Raiders, Cowboys.
- 19:43Speaker 1: There you go. Three biggest losers in the NFL. Bakersville
- 19:48Speaker 1: is gonna be a rough place to live in today
- 19:50Speaker 1: you know how many people are calling in sick for
- 19:52Speaker 1: work how many guys are going to be not want
- 19:54Speaker 1: you to talk to them all your co-workers don't talk
- 19:56Speaker 1: to me today don't talk to me don't talk to
- 19:59Speaker 1: me don't talk well at least we almost won we
- 20:02Speaker 1: almost won if it wasn't for this we would have
- 20:05Speaker 1: won well yeah exactly good morning what's going on Hey.
- 20:10Speaker 8: Good morning, Romeo.
- 20:11Speaker 3: What up?
- 20:12Speaker 4: Man, I just want to say thank you because of you.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I have my wife.
- 20:18Speaker 5: I have my mom.
- 20:19Speaker 2: I have my brother sending me your song, man. Thank you.
- 20:22Speaker 7: Oh, my.
- 20:24Speaker 4: God, bro.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, the only thing I need now.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 20:28Speaker 6: Send me a video of Romeo singing his song.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 20:34Speaker 1: That's hilarious. That's hilarious.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Thank you for making my day.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Yes, Raiders suck. No, who sent this Monday? No.
- 20:41Speaker 4: All right, man.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Get out of here. All right.
- 20:48Speaker 2: God bless you.
- 20:50Speaker 1: The Raiders don't suck. They're just not, well, they're just
- 20:55Speaker 1: not as good as they think they are. And Raider
- 20:57Speaker 1: fans are so stupid. They don't know anything about football.
- 21:00Speaker 2: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 21:00Speaker 1: You know that one D.J.? who always knows how to
- 21:05Speaker 1: clear Dan's floor because he plays that one song that
- 21:08Speaker 1: only he likes and nobody wants to hear. That's how
- 21:11Speaker 1: Bakersfield is this morning with the Rams, Raiders, and Cowboys losing.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Clear the phone lines. Everybody's getting up late for work today.
- 21:20Speaker 1: We're not going. Rome and Silos. As an Eagles fan,
- 21:23Speaker 1: the Eagles lost to the Panthers. But what made my
- 21:26Speaker 1: Sunday was watching them Cowboys lose to the Packers.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:30Speaker 1: And you know what? What's crazy about that game? I
- 21:33Speaker 1: didn't watch that game, that entire game. Boy, Jordan Love
- 21:37Speaker 1: looked good. And his receivers dropped, what, three? One receiver
- 21:42Speaker 1: dropped two touchdowns. Another receiver dropped. So there were three
- 21:46Speaker 1: touchdown passes dropped in the end zone. So Jordan Love
- 21:52Speaker 1: threw dimes, too, to get him there. And so I
- 21:55Speaker 1: feel bad for Jordan Love because, man, he could have
- 21:59Speaker 1: had more touchdowns. The Cowboys are fortunate that they didn't
- 22:03Speaker 1: lose by more, to be honest with you. Because what
- 22:07Speaker 1: I saw, three touchdowns they dropped. So that would have
- 22:13Speaker 1: been another 18 points. Yeah, because I think they kicked
- 22:18Speaker 1: a field goal one time. I don't remember what it was.
- 22:20Speaker 1: But yeah, the Cowboys are lucky they didn't lose by more.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Dak Prescott, sorry, I told you guys. Dak Prescott's not good.
- 22:28Speaker 1: You guys keep, I don't know why you Cowboy fans
- 22:31Speaker 1: are so stupid. At least the Raider fans. The Raider fans,
- 22:33Speaker 1: at least in the last 10 years, figured out, That
- 22:37Speaker 1: they sucked? I mean, they're still too stupid to understand
- 22:41Speaker 1: that they still suck, but a couple of wins will
- 22:43Speaker 1: make you feel better, and they'll go right back to
- 22:45Speaker 1: their delusional state, just like you Cowboy fans. But when
- 22:48Speaker 1: are you Cowboy fans going to learn, my God, you
- 22:50Speaker 1: guys suck? Dak Prescott is not a good quarterback. Oh, Rome,
- 22:54Speaker 1: look at his stats. Oh, my God. Okay, stats are
- 22:57Speaker 1: for losers. Stats are the consolation prize is what stats are.
- 23:01Speaker 1: You idiots don't understand that. All that matters is Super Bowls.
- 23:06Speaker 1: That's what matters. Championships. That's all that matters on that
- 23:11Speaker 1: level of football. Okay, you want to talk about high school.
- 23:14Speaker 1: You want to talk about, you know, college. Okay, I
- 23:17Speaker 1: get it. Maybe a little bit different story. Actually, college
- 23:21Speaker 1: now is not even like that. College is all about championships,
- 23:24Speaker 1: and that's it. Or in college, at least they still
- 23:27Speaker 1: have that, we got to beat our rival. We got
- 23:29Speaker 1: to beat our, you know, our crosstown rival or whoever
- 23:32Speaker 1: the rival is. But boy, the NFL, professional sports is
- 23:38Speaker 1: all about championships. And that's it. Stats are a consolation
- 23:42Speaker 1: prize for losers to make them feel better about the
- 23:45Speaker 1: fact that they didn't win anything. And the sooner you
- 23:49Speaker 1: learn that, Losing... That's why these dumbass Raider fans going around, oh,
- 23:53Speaker 1: we almost won.
- 23:54Speaker 2: No, you didn't.
- 23:55Speaker 1: You lost. You didn't almost win. You lost. That's what happened. Hey, Rome,
- 24:00Speaker 1: this is Seahawk Lou. I was outside watching TV and
- 24:04Speaker 1: barbecuing yesterday. Now that I was watching the Rams lose
- 24:08Speaker 1: and the Cowboys lose, yesterday made me feel much better
- 24:13Speaker 1: that the Seahawks lost on Thursday. Go Hawks. Well, I mean...
- 24:19Speaker 1: The Niners are still 5-0. They're probably going to go
- 24:21Speaker 1: 6-0 tonight with whoever they play. So I wouldn't feel
- 24:25Speaker 1: that much better about it. But the Rams are, gosh.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Rams are awful. Hey, you oven cheese fan. I don't
- 24:33Speaker 1: know if I'm late talking about football. Is Cowboys still
- 24:37Speaker 1: them boys, Rome? Yeah, the Cowboy fans are the Cowboys suck,
- 24:46Speaker 1: but the Cowboys have sucked for 30 years. I don't
- 24:48Speaker 1: know why anyone would think today would be any different.
- 24:53Speaker 1: You know what I forgot to talk about, though? Excuse me,
- 24:57Speaker 1: was Foothill. Foothill got busted. Foothill High School got busted
- 25:04Speaker 1: for cheating or whatever, so they had to give up
- 25:06Speaker 1: four fits, seven games. Damn, Bakersfield. Talk about a bunch
- 25:12Speaker 1: of cheating. I thought Garces and BCHS were the only
- 25:15Speaker 1: ones that everybody was mad at, but I will tell
- 25:17Speaker 1: you something funny about that, though. Dude, the rumors I
- 25:20Speaker 1: heard about at the, I was at a high school
- 25:25Speaker 1: football game Friday night, and the rumors I heard from
- 25:30Speaker 1: the parents talking about who snitched on who over the
- 25:33Speaker 1: Garces stuff and what the Garces kids were getting, and
- 25:36Speaker 1: my God, you people. The adults and the rumor mill
- 25:41Speaker 1: is insane, by the way. Hey, Rome, hit me up
- 25:46Speaker 1: if you're interested in playing in a golf tournament. A
- 25:50Speaker 1: golf tournament. Yeah, I'll play. If you want me to play,
- 25:53Speaker 1: I'll play. I'll let you know right now. Rome, yes,
- 25:57Speaker 1: the Raiders lost, but at least we have three championships. Yes,
- 26:01Speaker 1: a long time ago, we just said it doesn't matter.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Pauletta counts championships. And then you said the Raiders are bandwagoners.
- 26:10Speaker 1: You even said they were the most loyal fans. Yeah,
- 26:13Speaker 1: I know I said that, but go with the jokes, bro.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Or is that Paul? Who said that? Get the jokes.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Stop trying to.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Yeah, just under... If the jokes go over your head,
- 26:26Speaker 1: then maybe you need to listen to a different show.
- 26:29Speaker 1: I mean, let's be fair about it, okay? Oh, let's see. Dang, Rome.
- 26:35Speaker 1: How'd they cheat, bro? Oh, Foothill? I have no idea.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I'm assuming they had some transfer issues just like Garces did.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I actually didn't closely pay attention to the Foothills thing.
- 26:47Speaker 1: A friend of mine, he sent me the information and
- 26:50Speaker 1: said Foothill had to forfeit seven games. So I'm guessing,
- 26:59Speaker 1: I just assumed it was a transfer issue in the
- 27:01Speaker 1: same way that Garces had their problems with transfer issues.
- 27:05Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't. But my boy says that there
- 27:08Speaker 1: are going to be more schools that are going to
- 27:10Speaker 1: get busted, that they're investigating more schools now in Bakersfield.
- 27:14Speaker 1: So I don't know how many schools are, you know, cheating,
- 27:17Speaker 1: so to speak. Gosh, it's such a I was having
- 27:20Speaker 1: the conversation over the weekend about it. It's just such
- 27:23Speaker 1: a tough, tough. I mean, it's such a tough argument
- 27:27Speaker 1: with what's going on in this districting. And the gosh,
- 27:32Speaker 1: there's just so much money involved in it now. It's so.
- 27:36Speaker 1: You know, I know you guys all want to sit
- 27:37Speaker 1: there and say, yeah, it's just tough. I mean, it
- 27:44Speaker 1: really is just tough. It's just tough. I mean, because
- 27:53Speaker 1: once there's so much money involved, it's hard to... not
- 28:03Speaker 1: cheat or not bend the rules. I mean, I don't
- 28:06Speaker 1: even know if going to another, going to school outside
- 28:09Speaker 1: the district is cheating. I mean, I don't, I just
- 28:13Speaker 1: don't know. Everybody wants to go, well, the kids, you know, this,
- 28:16Speaker 1: the kids that, but gosh, there's just so much money involved.
- 28:20Speaker 1: It's so difficult to, it's just a difficult conversation to have.
- 28:25Speaker 1: And I, I don't have any, you know, I didn't
- 28:29Speaker 1: go to high school in Bakersfield. I don't have no
- 28:32Speaker 1: loyalties to any of these schools, you know. I go
- 28:37Speaker 1: to the football games. I enjoy, you know, watching. I
- 28:43Speaker 1: read about it. I talk about it because my buddies,
- 28:46Speaker 1: all my buddies went to high school here. All my
- 28:47Speaker 1: friends have kids that go to schools here, high schools,
- 28:50Speaker 1: and so they all talk about it. But it's just
- 28:53Speaker 1: so difficult to– with the amount of money in the
- 28:58Speaker 1: NFL– which trickles down to now the amount of money
- 29:00Speaker 1: in college that's being given to these kids, it has
- 29:03Speaker 1: to trickle down into high school some way, somehow. And
- 29:06Speaker 1: it just changes the dynamic of everything. And unfortunately, what
- 29:11Speaker 1: do you do? You know, I mean, I was having,
- 29:13Speaker 1: this is on a little bit of a different subject,
- 29:15Speaker 1: but it has to do with money. I was talking
- 29:20Speaker 1: to some friends of mine and a couple of women,
- 29:22Speaker 1: and they were talking about how could these, you know,
- 29:24Speaker 1: these multi, multi-millionaires, We were having this conversation about one
- 29:31Speaker 1: of the daughters, one of my friend's daughters, she wants
- 29:33Speaker 1: to marry a rich guy. She wants to be rich.
- 29:37Speaker 1: And I said, yeah, but that comes with. consequences. When
- 29:41Speaker 1: you marry somebody who has multi-millions of dollars, it comes
- 29:45Speaker 1: with a different set of rules than just you and I,
- 29:49Speaker 1: you know, where both parents, where both in the relationship work.
- 29:54Speaker 1: It's just, it's a different, there are different rules for
- 29:58Speaker 1: women who date millionaires, multimillionaires, it changes your dynamic. You
- 30:03Speaker 1: can't just get away with what you think. And then
- 30:06Speaker 1: someone said, well, they cheat. I'll just leave them. And yeah,
- 30:09Speaker 1: but you're leaving that lifestyle is incredibly hard to do.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? Well, some, I don't know
- 30:17Speaker 1: if anybody listening knows what I'm saying, but, and the
- 30:22Speaker 1: same thing goes for these kids. I mean, you're looking
- 30:24Speaker 1: at these kids who possibly have futures of millions of dollars,
- 30:29Speaker 1: even just to go to college, even if they don't
- 30:32Speaker 1: make the pros. So what are you going to do
- 30:35Speaker 1: about it? I mean, it's a hard conversation to have,
- 30:39Speaker 1: to be honest with you.
- 30:40Speaker 8: Hello, Romeo, me, Kansas City Beto. Formerly Beto Branco, and
- 30:48Speaker 8: you know the rest. Romeo, what time my Dodgers play today?
- 30:55Speaker 1: The Dodgers are done.
- 30:57Speaker 4: What do you mean they're done?
- 31:00Speaker 1: They lost.
- 31:02Speaker 8: No, I see on TV.
- 31:05Speaker 1: No, they lost.
- 31:07Speaker 4: No, I see. Oh, wait a minute.
- 31:09Speaker 8: That was last year. I was watching the rerun.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Stop it. What's going on?
- 31:19Speaker 10: Romeo, Taylor Tyrone.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Tyrone, where you been?
- 31:25Speaker 10: Oh, you know, I'm calling this morning because I'm in
- 31:28Speaker 10: town and I have the time to call. Not because
- 31:31Speaker 10: we came back and won.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Oh, I get it.
- 31:34Speaker 2: I get it.
- 31:35Speaker 10: You know, I don't want you to think I just
- 31:36Speaker 10: only call when we win. You know, I want people
- 31:39Speaker 10: to be like, he only call.
- 31:40Speaker 2: When they win.
- 31:42Speaker 1: It's okay if you only call when we win. That's
- 31:44Speaker 1: what everybody else does.
- 31:48Speaker 2: So let me catch then.
- 31:49Speaker 10: The Raiders, Cowboys, Rams, and who else ain't calling me
- 31:54Speaker 10: in this morning, Ben?
- 31:55Speaker 1: None of them.
- 31:57Speaker 11: None of them.
- 31:57Speaker 10: None of them calling? Zeke ain't called in?
- 32:00Speaker 1: No, Zeke ain't called in. Zeke ain't called in in
- 32:03Speaker 1: a while. Zeke knows how to stay in his lane
- 32:06Speaker 1: since he got banned a couple of years ago.
- 32:10Speaker 10: Okay, well, I'm going to have to call Zeke and
- 32:12Speaker 10: tell him, look, dude, you're going to have to call
- 32:14Speaker 10: back because we ain't got no Cowboy fans calling no more.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Ain't nobody. Even Roland ain't even texting me.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Ain't nobody getting no more airtime anymore. Everybody's done. Everybody's done.
- 32:29Speaker 1: All these little jackasses want to act all, you know,
- 32:33Speaker 1: throw them on the table when they win. But once
- 32:36Speaker 1: they start losing, everybody forget that they're a fan. So
- 32:40Speaker 1: screw all these guys.
- 32:41Speaker 9: They out.
- 32:42Speaker 10: So let me get this straight. So the Raiders started
- 32:46Speaker 10: off with a good record.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Yep.
- 32:48Speaker 10: Started off with a real good record. Ain't heard from
- 32:53Speaker 10: them since.
- 32:53Speaker 3: Nope.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Nope. Raider Joe will call me. Gilly will call me.
- 32:59Speaker 1: You call me when you're in town. Roland normally texts me,
- 33:04Speaker 1: my personal feed, but he ain't said nothing in a
- 33:06Speaker 1: week or two.
- 33:08Speaker 10: And that's about it.
- 33:10Speaker 2: C.I.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Glue will call.
- 33:11Speaker 2: C.I.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Glue will call. He's just not awake yet.
- 33:14Speaker 10: Oh, yeah, Seahawk Lou always calls. He ain't got nothing
- 33:17Speaker 10: to do.
- 33:18Speaker 1: Seahawk Lou's too stupid to not call.
- 33:21Speaker 10: He just calls to hear himself sometimes. He just wants
- 33:27Speaker 10: to hear himself sometimes. But we love Seahawk Lou because
- 33:31Speaker 10: Seahawk Lou is just a regular old Seahawk, man.
- 33:35Speaker 1: No, we love Seahawk Lou because he lives in Moscow
- 33:37Speaker 1: and we don't got to see his dumb ass.
- 33:42Speaker 10: Until we get ready to cook up Exactly.
- 33:46Speaker 1: All right, Tyrone.
- 33:49Speaker 10: Hey, y'all be good. Be safe out there, man.
- 33:52Speaker 4: It's just football, y'all.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Don't hold your whole life on it. It's just football. Oh,
- 33:57Speaker 1: they are. Look at them all right now. Oh, Tyrone.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Better call Tyrone. Hey, Rome, some breaking news. Jalen Hurts
- 34:06Speaker 1: out for the season. There goes our season. Yeah, they
- 34:08Speaker 1: did say Jalen. I heard that yesterday or earlier this
- 34:11Speaker 1: morning that he was out for the season. They put
- 34:13Speaker 1: him on IR. Yeah, he done. I like Jalen Hurts.
- 34:17Speaker 1: He was such a good– he kind of got– where
- 34:20Speaker 1: did he go? Alabama, and then he transferred to Oklahoma.
- 34:23Speaker 1: I like Jalen Hurts. I thought he worked hard to
- 34:25Speaker 1: get where he was. He deserves what he's– he deserves
- 34:28Speaker 1: his success. He works hard for it. He don't say nothing.
- 34:30Speaker 1: He don't act like all these other clowns out here
- 34:32Speaker 1: running around, running their mouths, acting like they somebody when
- 34:35Speaker 1: they just– he just does his job. I like Hurts.
- 34:38Speaker 2: What's up, bro? I'm your Raider Rob here.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Hey, what up, Rob?
- 34:41Speaker 2: What's up, brother?
- 34:42Speaker 5: Hey, it is very true what you're saying, man, about
- 34:44Speaker 5: all these kids and talents that we have here in Bakersfield.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I got a partner of mine.
- 34:48Speaker 5: His son is playing ball right now. And this kid
- 34:52Speaker 5: is getting so many, like, offers.
- 34:54Speaker 2: And it's unbelievable.
- 34:56Speaker 5: When I go play with him and hang out and
- 34:58Speaker 5: watch some of the games, the scouts or whoever they
- 35:01Speaker 5: send to go talk to him, they just show up and.
- 35:04Speaker 2: Talk to him.
- 35:05Speaker 5: But it's getting to where he's not really too– into
- 35:09Speaker 5: it anymore because it's too much pressure but i think
- 35:11Speaker 5: hopefully hopefully because this kid's got a talent hopefully he'll
- 35:15Speaker 5: he'll outgrow that you know i mean with all this
- 35:18Speaker 5: stuff and all the approach to them once he goes
- 35:20Speaker 5: to college but he's kind of uh going the other
- 35:22Speaker 5: way now and i think it's kind of sad you
- 35:24Speaker 5: know because they're pressuring him you know like hey come
- 35:26Speaker 5: here go here let's do this let's do this yeah
- 35:28Speaker 5: it's pretty crazy man.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Yeah i get it it's a lot of pressure though
- 35:31Speaker 1: it is a lot of pressure if you want to
- 35:32Speaker 1: make millions of dollars it's a lot of pressure.
- 35:35Speaker 5: I'm just happy to see him go somewhere, you know,
- 35:37Speaker 5: and whatever, and just he could be like, hey, I
- 35:38Speaker 5: know Raider Rob.
- 35:39Speaker 2: That's my partner.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Oh, God. When he's in Lardo, he can say he
- 35:44Speaker 1: knows Raider Rob.
- 35:45Speaker 10: Get out of here.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Hey, Romeo, can I go to Just a Wing It,
- 35:51Speaker 1: order my own plate, sit with you, and tell little
- 35:55Speaker 1: white lies?
- 35:55Speaker 2: No.
- 35:56Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome, Ice is looking for you.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Okay.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Only ice that's looking for me is whiskey in it. Yeah,
- 36:09Speaker 1: there was two brothers that transferred to Foothill. Okay, so Foothill,
- 36:12Speaker 1: it was the same kind of situation. I didn't read
- 36:14Speaker 1: the story about Foothill. I did read the story about Garces,
- 36:19Speaker 1: but yeah, I didn't read the story about Foothill. All right, 425477,
- 36:23Speaker 1: where are we at here?
- 36:24Speaker 3: What do you got?
- 36:24Speaker 1: Good morning, Al. What's going on?
- 36:31Speaker 6: Romeo, what's up?
- 36:32Speaker 1: This is Zeke, man.
- 36:33Speaker 7: What up, Zeke?
- 36:34Speaker 3: Where you been?
- 36:35Speaker 5: I had to come back, man.
- 36:36Speaker 2: You've been banning me, but the Cowboys, that's why the
- 36:40Speaker 2: Cowboys not playing good, because I've been banned from the radio.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Oh, man, you got banned like five years ago. That
- 36:47Speaker 1: was a long time ago. You ain't banned. I don't
- 36:49Speaker 1: ban nobody anymore.
- 36:50Speaker 4: Okay, okay, all right.
- 36:52Speaker 10: Well, we're going to turn this thing around in Dallas.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Okay, don't ever call again. You should
- 36:57Speaker 1: have kept your mouth shut. All right, man. Cowboys ain't
- 37:05Speaker 1: going to do nothing until they get a better quarterback. R-8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 37:10Speaker 1: You know what? I got to give away some tickets
- 37:12Speaker 1: right now before I forget because I know your kids,
- 37:14Speaker 1: they love Bluey. Bluey's big play is coming Thursday, October
- 37:18Speaker 1: 27th at Dignity Health Arena. I got some tickets for
- 37:22Speaker 1: you to go, okay? Right now, it's Romeo, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Call
- 37:25Speaker 1: her 29. I need them Bluey tickets.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Well, you got them.
- 37:30Speaker 1: You're calling number 29. Congratulations. Hell yeah. What's your name, man?
- 37:36Speaker 2: Steve. All right, Steve.
- 37:37Speaker 1: You got tickets to Bluey Thursday, October 27th at Dignity
- 37:41Speaker 1: Health Arena, okay?
- 37:43Speaker 2: Awesome. Thank you. All right. Good morning.
- 37:45Speaker 1: How's it going on?
- 37:46Speaker 4: What's up, Rowan?
- 37:46Speaker 2: It's Seahawk Luke. Hey, what up, loser? Hey, come on, man.
- 37:51Speaker 2: You know me.
- 37:52Speaker 6: I call when losers hide.
- 37:54Speaker 4: I'll be here.
- 37:55Speaker 6: I know.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I'm not worried about you.
- 37:57Speaker 2: But I do want to give a shout-out to my boy,
- 37:59Speaker 2: Silly Tyrone, you know? I ain't got to see him,
- 38:02Speaker 2: but I'll see him one day.
- 38:05Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 38:06Speaker 2: We'll link up. I have a few beatboxes.
- 38:09Speaker 1: You're going to fight Steeler Tyrone? Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
- 38:18Speaker 1: You said, I'll see you one day. I want to
- 38:20Speaker 1: know what that means. Damn, Lou. Why are you threatening
- 38:24Speaker 1: people this morning?
- 38:25Speaker 3: Damn.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Nah, nah, I come in peace. Don't tell him I
- 38:31Speaker 2: said that then. I'm just like, I'll see him one
- 38:35Speaker 2: day and say what's up. You know, I have a
- 38:37Speaker 2: couple of V-boxes.
- 38:38Speaker 9: Oh, right.
- 38:39Speaker 1: Yeah, Steeler Tyrone's an adult. He doesn't drink V-boxes, okay?
- 38:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm scared of him.
- 38:45Speaker 1: You know, just his name strikes fear. No, he's a
- 38:48Speaker 1: little punk-ass drinker, too. He's easy. He gets drunk off
- 38:52Speaker 1: of juice boxes like you two.
- 38:55Speaker 4: Oh, hell yeah.
- 38:56Speaker 1: That's what's up.
- 38:56Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 38:57Speaker 1: Whack-ass drinkers. All right, get out of here. But you'll
- 39:01Speaker 1: let Tyrone know how to cook. Oh, Rome, Monday. Let's see.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Today's Monday night game should be good. Let's go Niners.
- 39:08Speaker 1: It should be an ass woman, right? I don't even
- 39:10Speaker 1: know who the Niners are playing, but I don't think
- 39:11Speaker 1: they're going to lose. Hey, Rome, between Tyrone and Siak-Loo,
- 39:18Speaker 1: my money is on Tyrone. Make it a match. Rome, why?
- 39:22Speaker 8: Siak-Loo.
- 39:22Speaker 2: No.
- 39:23Speaker 1: What do you want to see? What do you want
- 39:24Speaker 1: to charge Star Static, man? You idiots. You clowns always
- 39:27Speaker 1: think violence is the answer. That's why you guys are
- 39:29Speaker 1: a bunch of morons.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Good morning, y'all.
- 39:30Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 39:31Speaker 6: Hi, I'm calling for the tickets for the gloomy thing
- 39:35Speaker 6: that happened in that arena.
- 39:36Speaker 1: We already got a winner.
- 39:37Speaker 2: All right.
- 39:39Speaker 3: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 39:47Speaker 1: How are you going to say whack-ass drinks when you
- 39:50Speaker 1: don't even drink liquor? How do you know what I drink?
- 39:54Speaker 1: You don't know what I do.
- 39:55Speaker 3: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
- 39:55Speaker 1: What was I going to ask you guys? I was
- 40:03Speaker 1: going to move on to something else. Gosh, I can't
- 40:06Speaker 1: remember what I was. Oh, Mary and Rich. I wanted to,
- 40:12Speaker 1: you know, we were talking about money, a little bit
- 40:14Speaker 1: about money. And some friends of mine were, once money's involved,
- 40:21Speaker 1: the rules change. And that's part of the problem with
- 40:23Speaker 1: what's going on with this, with high school sport.
- 40:29Speaker 3: You know what?
- 40:29Speaker 1: I got two things to say about this. I don't know.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I'm all over the place right now. Some of the
- 40:40Speaker 1: rumors I heard about snitching on these high schoolers, you know,
- 40:44Speaker 1: like somebody snitched, they said, you know, with the Garces.
- 40:47Speaker 1: And I don't know what happened with the Foothill who snitched,
- 40:49Speaker 1: but they were saying like, oh, it's the people from
- 40:52Speaker 1: Liberty that snitched on the, you know, the Garces. Let
- 40:55Speaker 1: me tell you, let me ask you this question. And
- 40:59Speaker 1: I don't, I don't, I believe, I don't know. And
- 41:01Speaker 1: do the PIs have a moral high ground to tell
- 41:03Speaker 1: you yes or no, yay or nay? Because the PI
- 41:06Speaker 1: who did it all said that it wasn't school officials,
- 41:10Speaker 1: it wasn't school employees that hired him to do the investigation, right?
- 41:16Speaker 1: So my question is this. Bro, I'm snitching. If I
- 41:21Speaker 1: am a high school coach and you poach my players, right,
- 41:26Speaker 1: I'm snitching because that's my job on the line. If
- 41:31Speaker 1: I lose because you took my players, damn right I'm
- 41:35Speaker 1: selling you out. Hell yeah I'm selling you out because
- 41:39Speaker 1: now you're affecting my job by taking kids that are
- 41:43Speaker 1: supposed to play on my team. And second of all,
- 41:48Speaker 1: I believe it was a parent from Garces that snitched.
- 41:53Speaker 1: And we already talked about it. I believe they were
- 41:56Speaker 1: mad because of all the money they're putting out for
- 41:57Speaker 1: their kid to go to that school. And they have
- 41:59Speaker 1: to subsidize these players that come in. And their kid
- 42:04Speaker 1: doesn't get the same playing time. So anyway. But the
- 42:09Speaker 1: fact that there's so many millions of dollars involved in football...
- 42:15Speaker 1: And now that it's trickled down to the colleges, it's
- 42:18Speaker 1: going to trickle down to the high schools. Nothing you
- 42:21Speaker 1: can do about it. All right. Now back to the
- 42:25Speaker 1: story where they said marrying rich is a bad idea.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Marrying or marrying for money is a bad idea. Because
- 42:31Speaker 1: I did make a comment. I was having a conversation
- 42:33Speaker 1: with a couple of ladies whose daughters were... Well, one
- 42:37Speaker 1: of the daughters says she wants to be rich. And
- 42:40Speaker 1: one of her ways of being rich is marrying a
- 42:43Speaker 1: rich man or.
- 42:45Speaker 1: An athlete or something like that is what she's looking for. Now,
- 42:49Speaker 1: she's just a dumb high school kid at this point,
- 42:51Speaker 1: but she might figure it out. She might go to
- 42:52Speaker 1: college and get her MRS degree. But the point is,
- 42:59Speaker 1: what you don't understand, and a lot of these women
- 43:01Speaker 1: don't understand, is when you marry a multi-multi-millionaire, whether it
- 43:06Speaker 1: be an athlete, an entertainer, a successful business, whatever, the
- 43:10Speaker 1: rules are different for you. The rules are different for him.
- 43:15Speaker 1: And I know you women don't want to admit that.
- 43:17Speaker 1: You just think you're going to roll in. You think
- 43:19Speaker 1: you're going to marry some rich guy, spend all his money,
- 43:22Speaker 1: do whatever you want. He's not going to cheat on you.
- 43:25Speaker 1: You don't have to do anything because, well, you don't
- 43:28Speaker 1: understand the rules. And there are different rules. And I
- 43:32Speaker 1: know you guys don't understand this, but I hope you
- 43:35Speaker 1: pay attention to what I'm saying. And there's nothing wrong
- 43:38Speaker 1: with that. Marrying for money is probably not the best
- 43:43Speaker 1: thing to do unless you know the rules of the game.
- 43:47Speaker 1: And a lot of you don't. And then you're all
- 43:48Speaker 1: brokenhearted when it doesn't work out the way you wanted it.
- 43:52Speaker 1: And he's over here with his new piece, and you're
- 43:55Speaker 1: over here crying about how you used to be a millionaire.
- 43:58Speaker 1: And you got nothing. You know, the rules are different.
- 44:03Speaker 1: The more money that's involved, the rules are different.
- 44:05Speaker 2: Hey, what up, Romeo?
- 44:06Speaker 3: What up, brother?
- 44:08Speaker 10: Hey, just to top off the last situation you was
- 44:10Speaker 10: talking about for the kids that got suspended.
- 44:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Well, they said that it's a possible, I've heard, that
- 44:16Speaker 2: it could be a possible cover-up because they got caught
- 44:19Speaker 2: paying the kids.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Paying, well, yeah, okay, maybe.
- 44:24Speaker 10: Or the families, you know, a little rent money here,
- 44:27Speaker 10: a little gas money to get all the way.
- 44:29Speaker 2: To the cars.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I heard someone was getting a free car if they went,
- 44:33Speaker 1: so I don't know.
- 44:34Speaker 10: Yeah, probably all kinds of incentives.
- 44:36Speaker 1: But, you know, you can't trust rumors and allegations. Parents
- 44:40Speaker 1: are just as drunk. These parents that are involved in
- 44:43Speaker 1: high school sports are just as dramatic and idiotic as
- 44:49Speaker 1: the kids themselves. They're over here living vicariously their high
- 44:52Speaker 1: school days through their kids. So, no. There you go.
- 45:00Speaker 1: You can't trust none of you gossipy little girls, man.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Come on.
- 45:07Speaker 4: Later.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Yeah, what's going on?
- 45:09Speaker 2: Hey, what's up, Rome?
- 45:10Speaker 1: Ruben, what's going on?
- 45:12Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, after that, you know, that foothill thing when
- 45:14Speaker 2: they had to forfeit all their games because they got
- 45:16Speaker 2: caught doing whatever, you know, wrong address, whatever it is.
- 45:20Speaker 2: So why would you think that still that they, you know,
- 45:23Speaker 2: they snitch on themselves if they had to forfeit all
- 45:25Speaker 2: their games, bro? Don't you think it's another team like
- 45:28Speaker 2: their kids were from that now they're losing to their
- 45:31Speaker 2: team because they lost their teammates? And so the parents
- 45:34Speaker 2: are saying, hey, dude, that kid's supposed to be on
- 45:36Speaker 2: our team. Why are you over there? And you know
- 45:38Speaker 2: what I mean? They lost their teammate and now they're
- 45:40Speaker 2: losing to the team he's on now?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I don't think. I think it's totally because
- 45:46Speaker 1: of the fact that the parents of the school are
- 45:50Speaker 1: getting screwed over.
- 45:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but the thing is that they snitch on their
- 45:54Speaker 2: own team at their own school. Yeah. They have to
- 45:57Speaker 2: forfeit their games.
- 45:58Speaker 4: So what?
- 46:00Speaker 2: So why would they do that to themselves?
- 46:03Speaker 1: If you were paying thousands of dollars for your kid
- 46:06Speaker 1: to go to school, and they got put on the
- 46:09Speaker 1: bench because some other kid.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Well, I'm saying it could go easily both ways. It's
- 46:15Speaker 2: just like another parent. They're like, dude, that kid, he
- 46:18Speaker 2: lives down the street from me, and he's going to
- 46:19Speaker 2: school over there. And he's supposed to be on our team?
- 46:23Speaker 2: You know what I mean, Rome?
- 46:25Speaker 1: No, I don't know what you mean. You're 100% wrong
- 46:28Speaker 1: with what... I mean, you went wrong.
- 46:30Speaker 2: So you're hardcore into football, into your high school team
- 46:33Speaker 2: your kids are on, okay? And then you lose to
- 46:36Speaker 2: one of the star players, and now you're losing to
- 46:37Speaker 2: their team. You don't think people are going to start
- 46:39Speaker 2: dropping dimes on that? Oh, man.
- 46:43Speaker 1: First of all, Liberty's winning, first of all. They have
- 46:48Speaker 1: a winning record. Second of all, they haven't even played
- 46:51Speaker 1: Garces yet.
- 46:52Speaker 2: But why would Foothill snitch on themselves if they were undefeated?
- 46:55Speaker 1: I didn't say Foothill snitched on themselves. I said Garces
- 46:59Speaker 1: snitched on themselves is what I said. I didn't say
- 47:02Speaker 1: Foothill snitched on themselves. I don't even know what happened
- 47:04Speaker 1: with Foothill.
- 47:05Speaker 2: I'm just saying, like, with both schools, I don't think
- 47:07Speaker 2: they're snitching on themselves. I just think they're mad because
- 47:09Speaker 2: they lost against that school. And they know all that.
- 47:12Speaker 1: They haven't lost, though. That's the point.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Who hasn't lost?
- 47:17Speaker 1: Liberty's not losing.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Yeah, but Liberty didn't lose a player. Garci are the
- 47:22Speaker 2: ones that lost players in the video. They're the ones
- 47:24Speaker 2: that got busted for doing it. No, they didn't. Wrong.
- 47:28Speaker 2: Foothill is the one where the kids got busted at.
- 47:30Speaker 2: They lost so they had to forfeit all their games.
- 47:32Speaker 3: I know.
- 47:32Speaker 1: Garces lost players. Liberty lost players to Garces. That was
- 47:36Speaker 1: the first conversation that came out last week. Foothill came
- 47:39Speaker 1: out this week.
- 47:41Speaker 2: Well, exactly. And you don't think they're going to say
- 47:43Speaker 2: something to their players?
- 47:45Speaker 1: I can't with you. You don't even know what you're
- 47:46Speaker 1: talking about. Ruben, you don't even know what you're talking about.
- 47:49Speaker 1: We've got to move on anyways. I've got other stuff
- 47:51Speaker 1: to deal with. Ruben doesn't even know what he's talking about.
- 47:54Speaker 1: He's just trying to be involved in the conversations because
- 47:56Speaker 1: we ain't talked about nothing he wanted to talk about yet.
- 47:59Speaker 2: All right.
- 48:00Speaker 7: Hey, Romeo, that football thing, I totally agree with you
- 48:03Speaker 7: when you said the coaches, like I would snitch too.
- 48:06Speaker 6: Hell yeah.
- 48:08Speaker 1: That's my job.
- 48:09Speaker 6: It's not worth it.
- 48:11Speaker 7: The sad thing is that what about the kids that
- 48:15Speaker 7: were on the football team and they had nothing to
- 48:17Speaker 7: do with this. Now they're suffering because the games they
- 48:20Speaker 7: can't play. When scouts come out and check them out,
- 48:24Speaker 7: but now what?
- 48:24Speaker 6: What happened with them?
- 48:25Speaker 1: Here's the problem with that argument, and the problem is
- 48:29Speaker 1: I don't have an answer for it, but if your
- 48:32Speaker 1: child is 16, 17, or older, they're knowledgeable enough to
- 48:38Speaker 1: know what's going on, And so they do have some
- 48:41Speaker 1: accountability in the say of what their parents do when
- 48:44Speaker 1: it comes to that situation, I think.
- 48:46Speaker 7: True.
- 48:47Speaker 1: I'm not totally sure about that, so I'm not going
- 48:49Speaker 1: to die on that hill. But I would think that
- 48:52Speaker 1: if you're having a conversation with a teenage child about
- 48:55Speaker 1: where they want to play, they have some say in that.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Okay?
- 48:58Speaker 1: So I don't know, though. I don't know.
- 49:02Speaker 7: They know the rules.
- 49:07Speaker 1: They know the rules, but they're still a kid. So
- 49:09Speaker 1: I don't know if the parent force, I don't know.
- 49:12Speaker 2: I don't, I don't know.
- 49:12Speaker 1: I just don't know. That's a hard conversation. All right.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Yeah. All right.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Thanks for calling.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:18Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 49:20Speaker 3: Hey, good morning, Romeo. What up?
- 49:23Speaker 1: My goodness.
- 49:23Speaker 3: Man, you got to leave that girl alone. She's going
- 49:27Speaker 3: to figure out the hard way when she gets older.
- 49:29Speaker 3: You just got to play to the best of your ability.
- 49:31Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Romeo, Romeo,
- 49:36Speaker 1: if he's not smart... Well, they're kids.
- 49:39Speaker 3: But she's pretty as heck.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Look, look, look.
- 49:42Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Slow down. You cannot, and we just had this, I
- 49:46Speaker 1: know it's just going to sound a little bit hypocritical
- 49:50Speaker 1: because of what I just said about the football players,
- 49:52Speaker 1: but you can't hold these kids accountable for their stupidity
- 49:56Speaker 1: when they're kids. You have to try to help them
- 49:59Speaker 1: not make stupid decisions.
- 50:01Speaker 3: Yeah, but, I mean, we can guide them, but if
- 50:03Speaker 3: she's going to be, like, necia and stubborn about this.
- 50:08Speaker 6: If she's pretty, the way to go is.
- 50:10Speaker 4: Model, okay?
- 50:13Speaker 2: Or get a husband.
- 50:14Speaker 3: She's going to find out sooner or later it's not
- 50:16Speaker 3: the right choice. Hopefully sooner than later.
- 50:20Speaker 1: But it's not the wrong choice for some people.
- 50:22Speaker 11: They know the rules of the game.
- 50:24Speaker 1: If you know what you're getting yourself into, you know
- 50:27Speaker 1: you're going to be cheated on. You know you're going
- 50:29Speaker 1: to be married to money. You know that you're going
- 50:30Speaker 1: to have a life of luxury, but you're not going
- 50:33Speaker 1: to have the love and affection that you think you're
- 50:36Speaker 1: going to get. then if you're okay with that, you're
- 50:40Speaker 1: okay with that. I know plenty of women that are
- 50:41Speaker 1: okay being married to money.
- 50:43Speaker 3: The lady that, you know, she's in a relationship with
- 50:49Speaker 3: another lady and the husband. That's what we're calling.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Oh, Paulina.
- 50:55Speaker 3: Paulina, yeah. I mean, that works for her, but I
- 50:58Speaker 3: already told my husband, oh, heck no. I mean, you
- 51:00Speaker 3: signed the contract.
- 51:01Speaker 11: First of all, you ain't got enough money to be
- 51:05Speaker 11: putting yourself in this conversation because you're regular old people who, yes,
- 51:10Speaker 11: regular people do say, well, cheese.
- 51:13Speaker 1: I'm talking about millionaires. I'm talking about living this lifestyle
- 51:16Speaker 1: of multi-millionaires.
- 51:18Speaker 3: Yeah, but this is why you put gold for yourself.
- 51:21Speaker 3: Do you want a good man that's going to love you,
- 51:24Speaker 3: but you're not going to be rich? Or do you
- 51:26Speaker 3: want to be rich and not get the love? Those
- 51:29Speaker 3: are sacrifices that are true to any situation.
- 51:33Speaker 2: All right.
- 51:33Speaker 1: I got to jump. Get out of here.
- 51:35Speaker 3: In most situations, I don't know.
- 51:37Speaker 1: I'm not disagreeing with you. I just got to go home.
- 51:39Speaker 6: But you know what?
- 51:42Speaker 1: Oh, you got to go. I told you I got
- 51:45Speaker 1: to go. I got to go. I got to go.
- 51:47Speaker 1: That girl were literally, when you say you got to go,
- 51:51Speaker 1: talk for another 16 minutes. I don't know how she
- 51:53Speaker 1: can not just say, okay, and I'll call you later.
- 51:57Speaker 1: But anyway, the rules are different when you marry millionaires.
- 52:00Speaker 1: It's just, and you don't know, everybody wants it. You know,
- 52:03Speaker 1: how many of you, you know, and she's right in
- 52:05Speaker 1: what she's saying, but how many of you were young
- 52:10Speaker 1: and dumb at 20 something? And we're going to get
- 52:12Speaker 1: you that six, two man was six pack and he
- 52:14Speaker 1: was going to make $ 14 million a year. And you
- 52:17Speaker 1: were going to have every single thing you wanted and
- 52:20Speaker 1: control of your relationship. When you marry a millionaire, a multimillionaire,
- 52:25Speaker 1: you don't have any control of what goes on in
- 52:27Speaker 1: your household. He does. And nine times out of ten,
- 52:32Speaker 1: you find out the hard way.
- 52:34Speaker 6: Yeah, the last lady, she was dumb.
- 52:35Speaker 4: You're right.
- 52:36Speaker 7: You marry him, you're young, you marry a multimillionaire, you
- 52:38Speaker 7: don't have control over everything. He does.
- 52:40Speaker 6: He has all the money.
- 52:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:43Speaker 6: He got all the money.
- 52:44Speaker 7: And you're going to do whatever he says because you
- 52:47Speaker 7: want to keep part of it. You want to have
- 52:49Speaker 7: money and you want that lifestyle and everything.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 52:52Speaker 7: But that's when you're young and dumb.
- 52:54Speaker 6: Hey, I'm 50 years old.
- 52:56Speaker 2: I'm single.
- 52:57Speaker 7: If I could find me an 80-year-old millionaire, I would
- 52:59Speaker 7: do it.
- 53:00Speaker 3: I'm not about love no more.
- 53:02Speaker 6: I'm not about I did that already in my young age.
- 53:05Speaker 3: That's done and over with.
- 53:06Speaker 7: But, yeah, I would love to live that lifestyle with
- 53:08Speaker 7: some old man and a millionaire.
- 53:10Speaker 3: All right.
- 53:11Speaker 2: All right.
- 53:11Speaker 1: Thanks for calling. She said she wants a guy that's
- 53:17Speaker 1: right on his death's door so she can get that
- 53:21Speaker 1: million dollars. Anyway, it's just, you know, having a conversation,
- 53:25Speaker 1: it's just a different lifestyle and you got to be
- 53:27Speaker 1: ready for it. I mean, it's not like, you know,
- 53:33Speaker 1: we all grow up in Well, most of us grow
- 53:36Speaker 1: up in a household where mom has a lot of
- 53:38Speaker 1: say in what goes on because, you know, you may
- 53:42Speaker 1: live a good life and make good money and have
- 53:44Speaker 1: a nice house and a nice car and blah, blah, blah.
- 53:47Speaker 1: And you see mom come home every day and have
- 53:50Speaker 1: a say in what happens in the house. But that's
- 53:51Speaker 1: because both parents are working. That's because nobody has control
- 53:58Speaker 1: or power over anybody because financially, the reason you have
- 54:03Speaker 1: the big house and the nice cars is because both
- 54:06Speaker 1: mom and dad are putting in on it. But when
- 54:09Speaker 1: you marry somebody who has multi-millions of dollars and doesn't
- 54:13Speaker 1: need you, maybe they want you for whatever reason. Maybe they,
- 54:19Speaker 1: you know, but they don't need you because they can
- 54:21Speaker 1: find the next. They're so rich. They can find the
- 54:23Speaker 1: next you or the next younger version of you at
- 54:26Speaker 1: any point in their lives. So you got under, why
- 54:31Speaker 1: do you think you see a lot of these women,
- 54:33Speaker 1: these women that are married to rich people, that they're
- 54:35Speaker 1: still skinny? Because they know, they know the rules. They
- 54:38Speaker 1: know they're trying to keep that man. Now, they'll act
- 54:43Speaker 1: and tell you that they don't know that they run
- 54:46Speaker 1: the house, but they know they don't. But nobody's going
- 54:48Speaker 1: to tell you that, no, he controls everything. It's just
- 54:51Speaker 1: the way the world works. And a lot of you women,
- 54:53Speaker 1: you can have it, but you just got to understand
- 54:56Speaker 1: what the rules are.
- 54:57Speaker 3: Hey, Romeo.
- 54:57Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 54:57Speaker 3: Can you change the topic a little bit? You know
- 55:00Speaker 3: how we're talking about kids, but we need to talk
- 55:02Speaker 3: about the adults, too. The now grandparents, great-grandparents.
- 55:06Speaker 1: No, I don't want to change the topic.
- 55:09Speaker 3: No, I'm going to tell you why.
- 55:10Speaker 7: Look, just like we want the kids to behave, well,
- 55:14Speaker 7: these parents better behave, too, because if.
- 55:17Speaker 6: You keep on picking favorites, it's 2026.
- 55:20Speaker 3: You better go with your favorite son over there, and
- 55:22Speaker 3: he's going to take care of you in your old age.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Not me over here, who's always been the not-your-favorite, and
- 55:28Speaker 3: you put it in our faces.
- 55:30Speaker 5: All right.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Once again, I got to go. You got to start
- 55:34Speaker 1: over again tomorrow because you're getting just as bad as Ruben.
- 55:37Speaker 1: You don't even know what you're talking about. We're not
- 55:40Speaker 1: even talking about that.
- 55:41Speaker 3: I started thinking about these grown folks because I seen
- 55:44Speaker 3: them yesterday at the supermarket.
- 55:46Speaker 1: Oh, my God. You know what? I'm going to give
- 55:49Speaker 1: you Ruben's phone number. You guys can talk about it.
- 55:51Speaker 1: My God. What the hell are you talking about? All right. Man,
- 55:56Speaker 1: I can't.
- 55:57Speaker 9: All right.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Today's Monday, right? Yeah, today's Monday. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Let me get you guys some tickets right now to...
- 56:09Speaker 1: What do we got? Oh, Snoop Dogg. I got Snoop
- 56:11Speaker 1: Dogg tickets for you. Where's he going to be at?
- 56:14Speaker 1: November 7th at Dignity Health Arena. Snoop, Too Short, Warren G,
- 56:18Speaker 1: DJ Quick, Sugar Free, The Loonies, and East Side. Yeah,
- 56:22Speaker 1: I got a pair of tickets for you right now.
- 56:24Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Good morning, how's it going on?
- 56:29Speaker 2: Hi. Hi.
- 56:30Speaker 1: You just got tickets. Call 29. Congratulations.
- 56:35Speaker 2: Tickets. Oh, my God.
- 56:39Speaker 1: You ain't got no business going to see Snoop Dogg.
- 56:41Speaker 1: You know that, right?
- 56:44Speaker 6: Hey, I was born around that area.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Era.
- 56:48Speaker 2: Yeah, that.
- 56:50Speaker 8: I'm from Norwalk.
- 56:52Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 56:53Speaker 3: All right.
- 56:53Speaker 1: What's your name?
- 56:54Speaker 2: Myra.
- 56:55Speaker 1: All right, Myra, we got you tickets to, uh, to Snoop. Okay.
- 56:59Speaker 2: All right. Thank you. All right.
- 57:01Speaker 1: So we're going to hook, I was going to say,
- 57:03Speaker 1: we're going to hook moms and dads up with bluey
- 57:05Speaker 1: tickets and some of you moms and dads for Snoop Dogg,
- 57:08Speaker 1: which is probably the same, the same winners, right? So
- 57:10Speaker 1: we got more bluey, more Snoop Dogg on the way,
- 57:12Speaker 1: pup pup past tour. I do got to say something
- 57:15Speaker 1: cause I just got a text message from a friend
- 57:17Speaker 1: of mine. He was calling me this weekend and I
- 57:20Speaker 1: didn't answer the phone nor call him back. Um, And
- 57:25Speaker 1: he's mad right now. He just texted me. Let me
- 57:27Speaker 1: tell you something. All my friends out there, okay? If
- 57:31Speaker 1: I don't answer your phone, it's because my phone is
- 57:34Speaker 1: never next to me. I don't keep my phone with me.
- 57:37Speaker 1: If I don't call you back, it's because I ain't
- 57:40Speaker 1: prepared to get involved in your shenanigans, okay? I ain't
- 57:45Speaker 1: got time to go out drinking on Saturday because I
- 57:47Speaker 1: got other stuff to do. And I'm just trying to
- 57:49Speaker 1: not be rude to you and say no, okay?
- 57:53Speaker 2: So.
- 57:54Speaker 1: pass that along for all of you out there that
- 57:56Speaker 1: are friends of mine, that that's the way, that's the rules, okay?
- 58:00Speaker 1: If I don't answer on Friday at five when you're
- 58:03Speaker 1: off work, it's because I just, I can't go out
- 58:05Speaker 1: with you. I can't go get involved in whatever it
- 58:08Speaker 1: is you're getting involved in. I'm just trying to save
- 58:11Speaker 1: you the heartache of me being rude to you, okay?
- 58:14Speaker 1: Romeo in the morning. Every morning.
- 58:16Speaker 2: On Hot 94.1.
