- 1:23Speaker 2: the Way and hopefully we're going to have doctor Ceci
- 1:27Speaker 2: here with us on tonight. We have been taking these
- 1:30Speaker 2: opportunities on these free episodes to allow them to come
- 1:35Speaker 2: on and share a little bit about what's been going
- 1:37Speaker 2: on within our judicial system and sharing about some cases
- 1:41Speaker 2: that have been really affecting our Brown community. We want
- 1:44Speaker 2: to bring some light to some things that you know,
- 1:46Speaker 2: we thought we were moving past, but yet we see
- 1:49Speaker 2: that we are yet stuck. But it needs to be
- 1:52Speaker 2: brought to the light. We have definitely been seeing a
- 1:56Speaker 2: lot of disparity within the digital system and it is
- 2:02Speaker 2: time for us to stand up and to speak up
- 2:06Speaker 2: and speak out so that people can see what's really
- 2:08Speaker 2: going on. And it's time for some people to be
- 2:11Speaker 2: held accountable for the things that have been taking place
- 2:15Speaker 2: and the things that have been brought upon families. It
- 2:20Speaker 2: is time for people to really see what is really
- 2:23Speaker 2: going on in these great Americas. So tonight we're gonna
- 2:29Speaker 2: bring brother Dwayne own up and allow him to introduce hisself.
- 2:35Speaker 2: I tell you, I think we're gonna have to make
- 2:38Speaker 2: a space for him over here on the Crew podcast
- 2:41Speaker 2: coming up season four, because he has definitely been a
- 2:45Speaker 2: pillar over here, definitely coming on in his willingness to
- 2:50Speaker 2: share and bring a lot to a lot of things
- 2:53Speaker 2: that is happening and within the judicial system. So I'm
- 2:55Speaker 2: gonna bring him own up and allow him to introduce hisself,
- 2:59Speaker 2: and then he's gonna tell you a little bit about
- 3:00Speaker 2: the case that he's been he's been working on, sharing,
- 3:06Speaker 2: advocating for and sharing across these social media y'all know
- 3:10Speaker 2: what we do over your on TikTok and what we
- 3:12Speaker 2: do across the platforms that God has allowed us to
- 3:15Speaker 2: have and allowed us to grace, and we just want
- 3:19Speaker 2: to be the change that we desire to see in
- 3:22Speaker 2: this world. So we're utilizing our voice and positive ways.
- 3:26Speaker 2: So without further ado, I'm gonna bring my brother Duwayne
- 3:29Speaker 2: up and allow him to introduce himself, and then he's
- 3:31Speaker 2: gonna tell y'all a little bit about mister Christopher nee
- 3:35Speaker 2: Hies that we have been sharing. So brother Dawayne, come
- 3:39Speaker 2: on in the room.
- 3:42Speaker 5: Welcome, Welcome everybody.
- 3:44Speaker 6: I definitely welcome everybody in, and I appreciate everybody for
- 3:47Speaker 6: tuning in today. I want to thank everyone for just
- 3:52Speaker 6: being blessed in this moment. We have today two lovely people,
- 3:57Speaker 6: a king and a queen, uh, that's coming in to
- 4:00Speaker 6: speak to us about the plight of their son. He
- 4:06Speaker 6: had got into a situation uh in mid Lothian to
- 4:09Speaker 6: where he was actually aggressed upon, and uh, there's video
- 4:13Speaker 6: evidence out there. This is back in July of this year,
- 4:16Speaker 6: and we're going to have them speak on this, uh,
- 4:20Speaker 6: this situation, because it is a travesty in my in
- 4:22Speaker 6: my mind, in my opinion based on what I know.
- 4:25Speaker 5: But I'm going to have them come and give us
- 4:27Speaker 5: a brief.
- 4:28Speaker 6: Synopsis of exactly what happened so we can get into
- 4:31Speaker 6: the weeds of this situation. And I want to let
- 4:35Speaker 6: you guys and introduce you to mister and missus theos.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Go ahead.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Uh, it's good evening, and we are the parents of Christopher,
- 4:48Speaker 4: and just kind of a little brief synopsis of what
- 4:50Speaker 4: happened back in July.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Our son, Christopher, and three of his friends went up
- 4:57Speaker 1: to the.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Community park maybe about maybe five five minutes from the house.
- 5:02Speaker 4: All the kids in beloathing, they go up there a lot.
- 5:05Speaker 4: So him and the friends went up there just go
- 5:07Speaker 4: out there for you just you know, do what kids do,
- 5:09Speaker 4: have a good time and whatnot. When they were approached
- 5:12Speaker 4: by another group of kids who don't actually live within
- 5:17Speaker 4: Midloath and lived about thirty minutes away different surrounding little
- 5:21Speaker 4: cities around, but still within Ellis County. So they approached
- 5:26Speaker 4: him and his group of friends said that they wanted
- 5:29Speaker 4: to speak with him about and it wasn't even originally
- 5:33Speaker 4: approached to my son specifically.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It was approached to one of his friends and they
- 5:37Speaker 1: you know, they stold them.
- 5:37Speaker 4: They wanted to have a conversation about something, and because
- 5:41Speaker 4: they come up to another area of the park, so
- 5:44Speaker 4: they went over there.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Thinking that, hey, we're just gonna you know, talk, and
- 5:49Speaker 1: at that.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Point they were aggressed upon, well, the one friend was
- 5:52Speaker 4: aggressed upon, and there was a little you know, altercation
- 5:57Speaker 4: that was ended.
- 5:58Speaker 1: And then there was a.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Female in the video that you'll see she approached the
- 6:02Speaker 4: son and starts yelling at him, calling him the N words.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Spitting on him, and you can see in the video of.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Her friends or pulling her back, telling her to stop,
- 6:11Speaker 4: trying to keep her from you know, putting hands on
- 6:14Speaker 4: my son and with throughout the video on my son
- 6:17Speaker 4: instead of walking around her trying to walk away and
- 6:19Speaker 4: trying to get away from her.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And then at some point.
- 6:22Speaker 4: She's able to break free of the grasp of her friend,
- 6:25Speaker 4: in which she lunges at my son with her hand
- 6:29Speaker 4: out of it, you know, attempting to strike him, and basically,
- 6:32Speaker 4: you know, he was just a little bit faster, whether
- 6:33Speaker 4: it be reflexes or whatnot, and he opened palms just
- 6:36Speaker 4: you know, light slap across her face one time. Mind you,
- 6:39Speaker 4: this is already after she had already spit on him,
- 6:42Speaker 4: called him the N word a whole bunch of times,
- 6:44Speaker 4: so you know, she had already assaulted him. And then
- 6:48Speaker 4: at that point, after that slap, her boyfriend and several
- 6:53Speaker 4: of his friends that were with him, both male and female,
- 6:57Speaker 4: all in a mob attack. They you know, aggressed upon
- 7:01Speaker 4: my son, with which he defended himself using a using
- 7:06Speaker 4: a knife, and the individual that he did end up
- 7:10Speaker 4: stabbing turned out to be the son of the Ellis
- 7:12Speaker 4: County Sheriff's deputy. So that kind of adds a whole
- 7:16Speaker 4: another layer to all this.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Situation in terms of whether it's going to be how
- 7:20Speaker 1: it's going to be tried, and then just some of
- 7:23Speaker 1: the things that we've already seen already.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Immediately after this situation took place, we started to receive
- 7:28Speaker 4: death threats, people posting our address on various social media
- 7:33Speaker 4: sides pictures of our house saying it would be ashamed
- 7:35Speaker 4: of something happened. We were informed that there was a
- 7:38Speaker 4: group chat group chat with about fifty one people that
- 7:40Speaker 4: wanted to cause harm to our family, So that kind of,
- 7:45Speaker 4: you know, that added to that as well, and then
- 7:49Speaker 4: just somewhat the lack of concern as well from the
- 7:51Speaker 4: middle of them police department as well. You know, you know,
- 7:54Speaker 4: I told him that, you know, we were receiving death threats,
- 7:56Speaker 4: and he just either one of the officers, the officer
- 7:59Speaker 4: said kind of chuckle and said I heard about that,
- 8:02Speaker 4: and then kind of walked off. And then even after
- 8:04Speaker 4: I had told him via text, because he didn't give
- 8:08Speaker 4: the detective, I don't know if he was a lead detective,
- 8:09Speaker 4: but he presented himself as a lead detective. He gave
- 8:12Speaker 4: me his card and told me to text him a call,
- 8:15Speaker 4: and you know, if we received one, I did. Didn't
- 8:17Speaker 4: hear anything back two weeks later. Until two weeks later,
- 8:20Speaker 4: mind you long, you know, texting that my family is receiving,
- 8:24Speaker 4: you know, continue to receive threats to our lives and whatnot.
- 8:28Speaker 4: So it's kind of you know, recent what happened. They
- 8:32Speaker 4: did charge christ with two counts of aggravated assault and
- 8:37Speaker 4: one kind of assault class.
- 8:41Speaker 6: Okay, so I remember when the video was released by
- 8:47Speaker 6: the media, and you can clearly see during that moment,
- 8:52Speaker 6: Christopher was in a constant retreat. I think I remember
- 8:56Speaker 6: as soon as I saw it come on, and you
- 8:58Speaker 6: can hear the inward being used by the young lady.
- 9:03Speaker 6: You could see the other young lady holding her back
- 9:05Speaker 6: she breaks that grasp. But I know I remember seeing
- 9:08Speaker 6: Christopher retreating the entire time. When she swung at him,
- 9:13Speaker 6: he retreated. When the boyfriend and the other friends start
- 9:18Speaker 6: coming at him swinging, he was retreating and you can
- 9:21Speaker 6: see him then pull out the knife, which let's just
- 9:25Speaker 6: get everybody clear. In the state of Texas, anything under
- 9:28Speaker 6: five point five inches as far as a blade, they
- 9:32Speaker 6: consider it as a tool. I mean, anyone can carry
- 9:35Speaker 6: one in the state of Texas. It's legal to have it.
- 9:37Speaker 6: So that mean youa toddler all the way to Grandpa
- 9:40Speaker 6: can have a poker or a knife at that size.
- 9:43Speaker 6: So it wasn't anything illegal for Christopher to have in
- 9:48Speaker 6: this instance. He was retreating the entire time when he
- 9:52Speaker 6: stabbed the young man or swiped at the young man
- 9:55Speaker 6: and the others, because I think he was just really
- 9:57Speaker 6: trying to flee for his life at that point time.
- 10:00Speaker 6: You can hear the people saying, oh, he's been stabbed,
- 10:04Speaker 6: but you can still see them aggressing up on him
- 10:06Speaker 6: even though he was still retreating even with the knife.
- 10:09Speaker 6: So in my mind, under our defense laws here in
- 10:13Speaker 6: the state of Texas, he doesn't have a duty to
- 10:16Speaker 6: retreat at all none. But he did that anyway. He
- 10:21Speaker 6: still gave them grace to get away from them, and
- 10:24Speaker 6: they still aggressed upon him, they still assaulted him. And
- 10:28Speaker 6: what I found is once I did hear of this
- 10:31Speaker 6: case again because I heard of it initially and then
- 10:35Speaker 6: I saw someone talking about it on TikTok. So at
- 10:37Speaker 6: that point I decided to put in the four request myself,
- 10:40Speaker 6: and I put in the four requests to the City
- 10:43Speaker 6: of mith Lothian, because I figured this happened at at
- 10:47Speaker 6: an actual park, so they have cameras. So I asked
- 10:50Speaker 6: them for their cameras, and they came back and told
- 10:53Speaker 6: me there was nothing responsive to my request. So then
- 10:57Speaker 6: I had someone that I know that lived down there
- 11:00Speaker 6: and look at the park and they said, there indeed
- 11:03Speaker 6: are cameras, and so they I emailed them again and said, hey,
- 11:07Speaker 6: I know you have cameras. I need those camera angles.
- 11:10Speaker 6: I then got a letter from them stating that they
- 11:12Speaker 6: were taking it to the Attorney General's office to see
- 11:15Speaker 6: if I can obtain those cameras. So we went from
- 11:17Speaker 6: not having cameras to now having to go to the
- 11:20Speaker 6: AG's office. I also put in the four requests Ellis
- 11:23Speaker 6: County as well, and then also to the police department.
- 11:27Speaker 6: I think they just lowered it up. I only remember
- 11:30Speaker 6: getting a response from them. I just remember someone got
- 11:33Speaker 6: a law firm. I forget which one it was, but
- 11:36Speaker 6: they said they were going to the AG's office.
- 11:38Speaker 5: So what I did.
- 11:39Speaker 6: Understand from that is that since this young man is
- 11:44Speaker 6: the son of one of the Ellis County Sheriff's officers,
- 11:47Speaker 6: then they're trying to protect that and they're trying to
- 11:51Speaker 6: protect them, and so I just believe at this point
- 11:55Speaker 6: we have to put pressure on Ellis County to release
- 11:58Speaker 6: the information one of that officers. We can see what
- 12:00Speaker 6: kind of disphene their records he got, but then to
- 12:03Speaker 6: make that connection so we understand exactly what is going on.
- 12:07Speaker 6: We know what's going on, but you have to have
- 12:09Speaker 6: a paper trailer going on. And I just feel that
- 12:13Speaker 6: they are trying to protect the real crime, and the
- 12:16Speaker 6: real crime is that that group of individuals, those thugs
- 12:19Speaker 6: and that's me speaking, decided to aggress upon Christopher that
- 12:24Speaker 6: day and his friends for whatever reason.
- 12:27Speaker 5: The reason is really not that important.
- 12:29Speaker 6: But when you follow someone and you continue to follow
- 12:32Speaker 6: them and you aggress upon them, and they're trying to
- 12:35Speaker 6: say no and retreating and you still aggress and then
- 12:38Speaker 6: they defend themselves, that is not a crime. And so
- 12:43Speaker 6: for that reason, I want to know, without you getting
- 12:48Speaker 6: any into any specifics and to the actual case and
- 12:54Speaker 6: defense of the case, what was the district attorneys conversation
- 13:06Speaker 6: when they were at arraignment and at pre trial or
- 13:11Speaker 6: any kind of motions that they had. Were they matter
- 13:14Speaker 6: of fact about these two council charges charging them with
- 13:17Speaker 6: or were they just kind of methodical that, hey, we
- 13:20Speaker 6: charged them with this, this and this.
- 13:24Speaker 4: So he actually hasn't had any any to try or anything.
- 13:28Speaker 4: He had he had the court a court day he
- 13:31Speaker 4: did go, but the DA didn't even show up. I
- 13:35Speaker 4: guess maybe a system was there or whatnot. And that
- 13:38Speaker 4: was rescheduled to the twenty third January. So as of
- 13:42Speaker 4: right now, he formally hasn't seen any you know, any
- 13:47Speaker 4: you know, any at any really corporate seedings. But just
- 13:51Speaker 4: to speak on the fact that they are trying to protect,
- 13:53Speaker 4: you know, in fact that he is the son of
- 13:55Speaker 4: a shared kind of shriffs, you know, deputy. That was
- 13:58Speaker 4: kind of evident in the very just with the simple
- 14:01Speaker 4: fact that bond was the bond started the bond. It
- 14:03Speaker 4: was three and fifty five off the job. Just the way,
- 14:10Speaker 4: just the way things have been trying to you know,
- 14:11Speaker 4: just the way things have been trying to move. They
- 14:13Speaker 4: weren't showing.
- 14:14Speaker 1: So when he wasn't daddy, we never found out. He
- 14:17Speaker 1: never knew that he was indety. They weren't really communicating
- 14:19Speaker 1: what's going on. Everything's kind of just.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Under the table kind of moving, you know what I'm saying,
- 14:26Speaker 4: no real communication as to what's going on, So, you know,
- 14:31Speaker 4: just in the signals, just the way, you know, just
- 14:33Speaker 4: the way everything's kind of been being handled, just in
- 14:35Speaker 4: the single just the fact that he was the only
- 14:37Speaker 4: one charge.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Nobody else's charged with anything.
- 14:41Speaker 6: So yeah, I think that that was the main strange
- 14:49Speaker 6: thing to me looking at the video, knowing that they
- 14:52Speaker 6: had the media coverage that they had, because the media
- 14:55Speaker 6: played that video and they had disortations about the video,
- 14:59Speaker 6: and you you can clearly see and as the media
- 15:04Speaker 6: reporter was saying, is that you can see them aggressing
- 15:07Speaker 6: upon this young man, and you can see him immediately
- 15:10Speaker 6: trying to defend himself as it got to the end.
- 15:14Speaker 6: Outside of that, he was leaving and trying to get
- 15:17Speaker 6: away the whole time. And so based on just that
- 15:20Speaker 6: reporting alone, it troubles a person just looking at it
- 15:26Speaker 6: to say, hey, how do we get to the point
- 15:28Speaker 6: of charging him. How do we get to the point
- 15:31Speaker 6: of charging him when we see five or six people
- 15:35Speaker 6: aggressing upon him. You see one lady being kept back
- 15:38Speaker 6: and she breaks loose just to go get him, But
- 15:41Speaker 6: he's the one being charged. And so that is kind
- 15:45Speaker 6: of the reasoning for taking these stands on the media platforms,
- 15:50Speaker 6: because we do have to get people involved outside of
- 15:53Speaker 6: your family and outside of your legal team to be
- 15:57Speaker 6: able to put pressure on County, on the DA's office,
- 16:02Speaker 6: on the City of mid Lothian, on all those people
- 16:05Speaker 6: to do the right thing. And the right thing here
- 16:07Speaker 6: is to miss dismissed these charges and then charge the
- 16:10Speaker 6: people that that assaulted Christopher that day because they assaulted him.
- 16:15Speaker 6: They they they charged him. They kept him from leaving
- 16:19Speaker 6: because they kept surrounding him and they assaulted him, and
- 16:24Speaker 6: so those should be the proper charges.
- 16:27Speaker 5: How is Christopher doing these days? Is he holding up
- 16:29Speaker 5: pretty well?
- 16:32Speaker 4: Yes? So, I mean, given everything that's going on, I'm
- 16:39Speaker 4: belying I said my son was doing. He's been struggling emotionally, uh,
- 16:46Speaker 4: dealing with depression, not leaving his room, just over overly
- 16:52Speaker 4: heightened with certain things like my son, My son is
- 16:55Speaker 4: legitimately struggling right now. We have gotten therapy because you know,
- 17:00Speaker 4: so to help him through this. But you know, at
- 17:02Speaker 4: the end of the day, I watched.
- 17:03Speaker 7: My sons wait, you know, he lost a lot of weight.
- 17:07Speaker 7: He's struggling at the moment. He had a few meltdowns.
- 17:15Speaker 7: So were just pouring life into him and trying to
- 17:18Speaker 7: keep him encourage. We visit some trade schools and to
- 17:23Speaker 7: keep him busy because he did graduate it, he's gone
- 17:26Speaker 7: to school, he's looking for work.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Well, look iffy on how that will play.
- 17:34Speaker 7: Out for him and most definitely him Lothian.
- 17:37Speaker 1: So we you know even that it's just getting the
- 17:42Speaker 1: face and people know who he is.
- 17:44Speaker 4: Definitely can't work in me love and regardless of where
- 17:46Speaker 4: it works, is always still a chance that somebody may recognized.
- 17:49Speaker 7: M Always friends are enjoying their senior years and the
- 17:54Speaker 7: guys that attacked my son is also and you know,
- 18:02Speaker 7: so my son gets that. Meanwhile, you don't participate in
- 18:07Speaker 7: any of it.
- 18:08Speaker 6: So yeah, I think I remember hearing about the bond situation.
- 18:17Speaker 6: I know you said that they had a high bond.
- 18:20Speaker 6: You guys were able to get that reduced down some
- 18:23Speaker 6: and you weren't able to get down So no, so.
- 18:27Speaker 8: The bonds three and fifty five we pay, yeah, I
- 18:31Speaker 8: think it was, yeah, And so we had to pay
- 18:36Speaker 8: the temper of that and so they didn't reduce anything.
- 18:41Speaker 2: We knew we had to get our son that.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Yeah, So given, given, given, give him the father's connection
- 18:47Speaker 4: to law enforcement, and just I mean, stuff like this
- 18:50Speaker 4: has happened before.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I wasn't about to risk, you know, having my son
- 18:54Speaker 1: being a place where I couldn't be there, we couldn't
- 18:57Speaker 1: be there, and somebody wanted.
- 18:59Speaker 3: To do something to.
- 19:01Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, well, I just I'm troubled by.
- 19:09Speaker 6: Just the willingness of these organizations in the state of
- 19:13Speaker 6: Texas because it seems to be something that's not just
- 19:18Speaker 6: cater to just one moment. It seems to be a
- 19:23Speaker 6: connection in this in the state of this type of
- 19:28Speaker 6: behavior and so and it seems to always affect our
- 19:33Speaker 6: young men and our young women, and so we definitely
- 19:36Speaker 6: have to step up and stand up for you guys.
- 19:40Speaker 5: I also know that you guys have a go fundme
- 19:43Speaker 5: set up.
- 19:45Speaker 6: A gifts and my Bad gifts and go and so
- 19:49Speaker 6: we want to make sure that you guys give that
- 19:50Speaker 6: out to everyone so that way they could help and
- 19:53Speaker 6: contribute for the different things, because we know that this
- 19:58Speaker 6: gets expensive with with lawyer fees, with counseling and therapy,
- 20:05Speaker 6: just with everyday expenses because you can't do things differently.
- 20:09Speaker 6: As you said, you guys, we get death threats and
- 20:12Speaker 6: different things that nature. So you have to kind of
- 20:14Speaker 6: redo and reboot your life, and it can be very expensive,
- 20:18Speaker 6: and so we want to make sure we give that
- 20:19Speaker 6: information out.
- 20:20Speaker 5: Could you give them the Gifts and Go information.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I was actually playing on the bottom of the screen,
- 20:26Speaker 4: but it seems to go to w ww gifts dot
- 20:29Speaker 4: com and if you just put in you can put
- 20:31Speaker 4: in Christopher nienhist or Justice for with the letter with
- 20:35Speaker 4: the number four Chris, and you should be able to
- 20:37Speaker 4: find it. Will have our family picture on. We all
- 20:39Speaker 4: have redstrats on.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Most definitely, most definitely we need to make sure we
- 20:44Speaker 6: uh get that out so that way people can help
- 20:48Speaker 6: because this can get expensive.
- 20:50Speaker 5: It can get expensive.
- 20:51Speaker 6: We are praying that somehow this thing breaks that we
- 20:55Speaker 6: get the proper information, because we do have some some
- 20:59Speaker 6: for your re question, and I'm going to be working
- 21:02Speaker 6: to try to get that information that I requested because
- 21:05Speaker 6: I requested bodycam. I requested the camera footage from the
- 21:11Speaker 6: actual rec center itself. I requested all of the information, really,
- 21:17Speaker 6: some of the smaller information you think they would give you,
- 21:20Speaker 6: like the rest records, the bookend sheet. They wouldn't give
- 21:22Speaker 6: me any of that stuff. They sent it straight to
- 21:24Speaker 6: the AG's office. To cover it up because they know
- 21:28Speaker 6: it's a lot of flaws in it. They know that
- 21:30Speaker 6: it's a lot of things that they had to add
- 21:32Speaker 6: and do things because he should have never been charged
- 21:34Speaker 6: that day. He should have never been charged. He should
- 21:37Speaker 6: have never this case is never went forward at the least,
- 21:40Speaker 6: or at the most, I'll say they should have referred
- 21:43Speaker 6: this to the grand jury at the most, but instead
- 21:46Speaker 6: they charged. And it seems like that is a common
- 21:51Speaker 6: denominator in this case and the Parma Anthe case and
- 21:56Speaker 6: some of the other cases here with Christopher, even with
- 21:59Speaker 6: Tristan Weeklies case, the young man that someone tried to
- 22:02Speaker 6: aduct in the school, they did the same thing. They're
- 22:05Speaker 6: covering up the initial paperwork to show their work and
- 22:10Speaker 6: so people can't see that. And if you get it,
- 22:12Speaker 6: then they try to cover up the videos.
- 22:14Speaker 5: Try to cover up this. And so we're just gonna
- 22:16Speaker 5: have to work hard.
- 22:17Speaker 6: And the only way we can work hard is getting
- 22:19Speaker 6: it out to the public, getting it out to the
- 22:21Speaker 6: community so people can work with us and work with
- 22:24Speaker 6: you and make sure that you, guys are not alone.
- 22:27Speaker 6: And that's the most important thing, is to make sure
- 22:29Speaker 6: you're not alone in this. So people that have a
- 22:32Speaker 6: little bit more warwith all than we do can force
- 22:35Speaker 6: these people to get that information out and hopefully force
- 22:38Speaker 6: them to dismiss this case, and then hopefully you guys
- 22:42Speaker 6: can go out and get Christopher to press charges against
- 22:46Speaker 6: each one of those people because they did assault him,
- 22:49Speaker 6: and no one's addressing that because he has that trauma
- 22:54Speaker 6: that he has to deal with of being aggressed upon
- 22:57Speaker 6: that day. Because you can see the fear in his
- 22:59Speaker 6: face and see the fear in his body and the
- 23:02Speaker 6: way that he was reacting, but you can also see
- 23:04Speaker 6: he was trying to protect himself and trying to fight
- 23:06Speaker 6: for his life as well. But he gave them grace
- 23:09Speaker 6: to retreat and they didn't give him grace at all.
- 23:12Speaker 6: And so we have to always make sure that we
- 23:15Speaker 6: focus in on that. What are some things that you
- 23:18Speaker 6: guys want to give out to the public that you
- 23:22Speaker 6: guys think from the bottom of your heart that they
- 23:24Speaker 6: need to know.
- 23:26Speaker 1: One thing that I.
- 23:27Speaker 4: Definitely want to touch on is the arrest Affidavid. That
- 23:29Speaker 4: was that was It's been flowing around that whole entire
- 23:35Speaker 4: arrest Affidavid is solely it's solely information given by people
- 23:41Speaker 4: that were either on the on the you know, friends
- 23:44Speaker 4: of the individual that got stabbed, or bystanders that may
- 23:48Speaker 4: have been in the park, whether or not their information
- 23:51Speaker 4: is accurate, whether they spoke to those kids and that's
- 23:53Speaker 4: what they got their information from and presented it. It
- 23:57Speaker 4: was never none of that information was ever given by
- 23:59Speaker 4: Christopher or anybody that was with him. There's so many
- 24:03Speaker 4: inconsistencies in that in that in that arrest Affidavid that
- 24:09Speaker 4: they use to serve the search warrant. But that's just
- 24:13Speaker 4: something that really needs to be put out there because
- 24:14Speaker 4: a lot of these people are reading that arrest Abidavid
- 24:17Speaker 4: and taking that exactly for for for the word, that's
- 24:20Speaker 4: what it is, and that that's the truth.
- 24:21Speaker 1: And that's what happened, But that's not what happened that even. Yeah,
- 24:26Speaker 1: So that's just that's just something that people.
- 24:27Speaker 4: Definitely need to know rot if you have anything that's
- 24:31Speaker 4: team So that's that's that's one big thing for sure.
- 24:36Speaker 4: And that also that we This isn't like the first
- 24:38Speaker 4: time my kids have been attacked by a group of
- 24:41Speaker 4: white kids.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Out of this happened. This happened when we first moved here.
- 24:45Speaker 4: This isn't the first, This isn't the first incident of
- 24:49Speaker 4: racial stuff we've had happened to us. This is the
- 24:51Speaker 4: first incident of targeted things, whether it be issues with
- 24:55Speaker 4: the Midloathing Police Department, of unfair treatment, issues with the
- 24:58Speaker 4: Midloathing Independent School District with unfair treatment. This isn't this
- 25:03Speaker 4: isn't just the isolated event. This is just kind of
- 25:07Speaker 4: the icing on the cake of a lot of stuff
- 25:10Speaker 4: that happened. We were already in the process of trying
- 25:13Speaker 4: to move Midlod, leave Midloathing because we had already started
- 25:16Speaker 4: to realize.
- 25:17Speaker 1: The culture of Midloathing and what it is.
- 25:20Speaker 4: And to speak on other incidents, we're not the only
- 25:23Speaker 4: ones that had had situations.
- 25:26Speaker 1: After the situation happened with Chris.
- 25:27Speaker 4: There was a family whose house you can see a
- 25:29Speaker 4: guy run up there, Porsche gasoline all on their porch,
- 25:32Speaker 4: along their like, along the front of their house, lights
- 25:34Speaker 4: and on fire, and you can clearly clear he has
- 25:38Speaker 4: a mass in but you can clearly see them. It's
- 25:40Speaker 4: big enough where you can see that this is you know,
- 25:43Speaker 4: it's a Caucasian gentleman. Midloathing Police Department doesn't know anything.
- 25:51Speaker 4: All these people at doorbell camera. Suddenly nobody can find
- 25:53Speaker 4: this guy. They had and I actually went over and spoke.
- 25:56Speaker 4: You know, I kind of actually developed a relationship with
- 25:58Speaker 4: the family, Like I said, another life, and we kind
- 26:00Speaker 4: of developed a little relationship, a little bit of a rapport,
- 26:03Speaker 4: and you know, he kind of updated me on we
- 26:05Speaker 4: talk about things, and he kind of updated me on.
- 26:07Speaker 1: His stuff that was going on with him. He told
- 26:09Speaker 1: me that the mid loveth And police department came to
- 26:11Speaker 1: his house, inside his house and had the nerve to
- 26:13Speaker 1: ask him, do you think maybe your wife is cheating
- 26:16Speaker 1: on you and maybe her lover did it.
- 26:17Speaker 4: They were going out of their way, out of their
- 26:20Speaker 4: way to convince him that it wasn't a white guy,
- 26:22Speaker 4: that maybe one of your daughter's baby daddy's did it.
- 26:25Speaker 1: These are the things that they were saying that they
- 26:27Speaker 1: were saying to this man to try to or they
- 26:30Speaker 1: was looking for our house.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Yeah, just just it was They.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Said a lot of crazy.
- 26:35Speaker 4: There's another family that had I think this was like
- 26:38Speaker 4: twenty twenty three, maybe had like schwashed the cuz go
- 26:41Speaker 4: back to Africa, spread painting in her house. School board
- 26:44Speaker 4: member wearing black face, but refused to recuse herself from
- 26:48Speaker 4: the school board despite community members protesting her still being
- 26:52Speaker 4: a member.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Of the board.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Just my kids have never been called the N word
- 26:57Speaker 4: ever until we moved out here. And it's a consistent thing.
- 27:02Speaker 4: And the thing that I've said before in another interviews historically,
- 27:08Speaker 4: prior to you know, prior to maybe twenty twenty, really
- 27:12Speaker 4: Midlothian has always been a predominantly Caucasian Caucasian in town, right.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Yeah, with the past maybe six seven years, ten years, there's.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Been a large influx of African American people moving out here,
- 27:27Speaker 4: and there's been a lot of clashing back and forth,
- 27:31Speaker 4: you know, people who and even in the comments with
- 27:34Speaker 4: Chris when in like the Facebook comments in Ellis County
- 27:37Speaker 4: Facebook or Ellis County, I think it's a Sheriff's department page,
- 27:42Speaker 4: the Midloathan Police Department page. The comments were that's what
- 27:45Speaker 4: happens when the demographic changes. If y'all hadn't built the
- 27:48Speaker 4: basketball courts, they wouldn't come. I hope he gets gentle
- 27:51Speaker 4: bent over a jailhouse bunk. I mean, these are the
- 27:54Speaker 4: things that are coming from our so called neighbors, because
- 27:57Speaker 4: at the end of the day, they like to present
- 27:59Speaker 4: this all in inclusive town, but they're still underlying it's
- 28:02Speaker 4: still underlying racial tensions that.
- 28:04Speaker 1: They don't want to dress and they try to sue
- 28:06Speaker 1: stuff under the road.
- 28:08Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, and that and that seems to be the
- 28:10Speaker 6: culture of a lot of the smaller Uh yeah, it is.
- 28:16Speaker 5: That's the if.
- 28:20Speaker 6: You're right, you're right, and and it's it's sad because
- 28:23Speaker 6: that's been the direction of this state for the past
- 28:28Speaker 6: decade or so, even though it is Texas and you know, hey,
- 28:32Speaker 6: I'm a lifelong Texans, so we've dealt with you know,
- 28:35Speaker 6: different variations of things.
- 28:41Speaker 5: It has mm hmm, yeah one ba you right about it.
- 30:08Speaker 6: And that's kind of the moment of this thing, is
- 30:10Speaker 6: that we need to stand up against that evil because
- 30:15Speaker 6: that's what it is.
- 30:15Speaker 5: It's evil.
- 30:16Speaker 6: And you know, like says there, this is what we
- 30:20Speaker 6: know in the state of Texas, and it's not anything different.
- 30:24Speaker 6: The last decade, it has elevated itself because these people
- 30:28Speaker 6: are more bold, they're more in bolding, they're right straight forward,
- 30:32Speaker 6: and since we have started moving into more of what
- 30:35Speaker 6: they call their spaces than they think that they're embolding
- 30:38Speaker 6: to push back.
- 30:40Speaker 5: And so the leadership, yeah, we did start at the head,
- 30:44Speaker 5: and you read about.
- 30:45Speaker 2: It falling straight from the leadership. So they've made it okay.
- 30:49Speaker 2: I don't know if you've seen some of the videos
- 30:50Speaker 2: that I've been posting, but there's been a lot of cases.
- 30:52Speaker 2: There was a young Caucasian lady. She stamped her mate
- 30:56Speaker 2: over one hundred times and her dog a hundred times.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Say she got one hundred hours of community service. Where
- 31:02Speaker 2: they do that at that is the white privilege that
- 31:06Speaker 2: it's roaming all around this earth, them thinking that they
- 31:09Speaker 2: are more than what we are. And they don't design
- 31:12Speaker 2: these laws for us, no way. And they hate when
- 31:17Speaker 2: we allow these laws to work for us that are
- 31:20Speaker 2: not designed for us. They hate when they work for
- 31:23Speaker 2: us and they're not designed for us. But they just
- 31:26Speaker 2: don't know. They time is up. They had four hundred
- 31:30Speaker 2: and fifty years. They time is up. They time is up.
- 31:34Speaker 2: We're not taking it no more and they're not going
- 31:36Speaker 2: to continue. We know why they target our young teenage babies.
- 31:40Speaker 2: If you don't know why they based these prison systems
- 31:44Speaker 2: that they're building on that and they beggon on getting
- 31:47Speaker 2: some free labor. People don't understand that slavery never ended.
- 31:51Speaker 2: It just went from being to next the chains around
- 31:56Speaker 2: your next, two changs around your feet, in your arms.
- 31:59Speaker 2: That's what that is, but it stops. It stops with
- 32:02Speaker 2: this generation. It stops. It will not go past us.
- 32:06Speaker 2: I'm telling you it will not. It stops right here.
- 32:09Speaker 5: And people gotta.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Understand that if we don't stand for something, we're gonna
- 32:15Speaker 2: continue to fall for anything. I will not fall for anything.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I am the change that I desire to see in
- 32:21Speaker 2: this world. And I'm telling you I won't change. So
- 32:24Speaker 2: you won't see me sitting now, and that you won't
- 32:26Speaker 2: see me being quiet. I'm telling you these people they
- 32:30Speaker 2: gonna get enough of us. They're gonna get enough of us,
- 32:33Speaker 2: and they're gonna stop messing with our babies. They figure
- 32:35Speaker 2: they can get them at at nineteen and twenty and eighteen,
- 32:39Speaker 2: they even going younger. If they can get them that long,
- 32:41Speaker 2: they can get twenty thirty years out of them. Because
- 32:44Speaker 2: if you look at the average black person in the
- 32:46Speaker 2: state of Texas that go to prison, they spend in
- 32:48Speaker 2: twenty to thirty to forty years. I just watch individuals
- 32:51Speaker 2: come out thirty five years behind prison pards for something
- 32:54Speaker 2: that they did not do. Yeah, and that is that
- 32:58Speaker 2: it's the norm in Texas. I'm not from Texas, but
- 33:00Speaker 2: I see what goes on in Texas, and that make
- 33:02Speaker 2: me want to fight for the individuals that are there
- 33:05Speaker 2: because it should not be happening, should.
- 33:08Speaker 5: Not be definitely right.
- 33:09Speaker 6: And that's and that's what this thing is about. It's
- 33:12Speaker 6: about filling those seats that get Governor Greg abbot Uh
- 33:16Speaker 6: promise private to the private institutions to keep them at
- 33:20Speaker 6: one hundred percent capacity. And that's why, Yeah, that is
- 33:26Speaker 6: how we've got to go.
- 33:28Speaker 2: That's why, that's why it's very important that we are
- 33:33Speaker 2: taking our rightful places, that we are going to these meetings,
- 33:35Speaker 2: even though they don't want us there. It's it's time
- 33:38Speaker 2: for us to go sit in there and see what
- 33:39Speaker 2: they're talking about. They can't deny us to go in
- 33:42Speaker 2: and see what these people are doing. And then when
- 33:45Speaker 2: these offices come vacant, we got to run for these offices.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Don't care if you ain't got no kind of experience.
- 33:50Speaker 2: They don't got none. They keep putting their brothers, their sisters,
- 33:53Speaker 2: their nieces and nephews, their uncles and all that tism
- 33:56Speaker 2: that they use in these offices. It's time for us
- 33:59Speaker 2: to do it too. It's time for us to step
- 34:01Speaker 2: in there and allow our voices to be heard because
- 34:04Speaker 2: it's the local elections, and these local offices would matter,
- 34:08Speaker 2: don't matter because they're gonna put who they want to
- 34:10Speaker 2: put up there in their presidency. But if you people
- 34:14Speaker 2: that's fighting on the local level and then county wide,
- 34:18Speaker 2: state wide, and then you sitting on these seats in
- 34:21Speaker 2: Congress and in the Senate, then you can make the change.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Then we can see change.
- 34:29Speaker 5: You right about it.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Coming together, And it's gonna take all of us putting
- 34:32Speaker 2: our foot down and saying enough is enough, and it's enough.
- 34:38Speaker 5: I'm tired of them, and that's what that's what it is.
- 34:41Speaker 5: We have to protect our babies.
- 34:43Speaker 6: We have to get them in a position to where
- 34:45Speaker 6: they're able to stand up against this tyranny with us
- 34:49Speaker 6: standing behind them, making sure that they can stand up
- 34:51Speaker 6: behind against this tyranny. And that's what it's all about.
- 34:54Speaker 6: We have to stand firm and protect Christopher, protect these
- 34:58Speaker 6: young people that are out here facing these moments and
- 35:01Speaker 6: get them out of it, and then protect the ones
- 35:03Speaker 6: they're trying to get into that same trap. And that's why,
- 35:06Speaker 6: as Sis said, we have to make sure we start
- 35:09Speaker 6: changing these laws, running for these offices, going to stand
- 35:12Speaker 6: up in these city council media meetings, and school board meetings,
- 35:16Speaker 6: and the Senate needs and hearings and go in there
- 35:19Speaker 6: and start being the change that we desire. We have to,
- 35:22Speaker 6: we can't be fearful of it. But I definitely want
- 35:25Speaker 6: to thank you guys for coming in today. We're going
- 35:28Speaker 6: to have to make a greater space as well for
- 35:31Speaker 6: you guys again to come in and update on this case.
- 35:34Speaker 6: Hopefully we have some news coming up in the beginning
- 35:39Speaker 6: of the year, because I'm definitely trying to get some
- 35:41Speaker 6: things taken care of in you guys' favor, and so
- 35:45Speaker 6: we definitely want to tell you guys that we are
- 35:47Speaker 6: behind you, We're praying with you, but we're also working
- 35:50Speaker 6: hard behind the scenes to make sure you guys are good.
- 35:54Speaker 6: I know I don't talk to you guys at all,
- 35:56Speaker 6: but I am working behind the scenes to make sure
- 35:58Speaker 6: that things are good and I get in contact with
- 36:01Speaker 6: those that do contact with you guys. Because we definitely
- 36:05Speaker 6: got to see Christopher free. We got to see him
- 36:08Speaker 6: able to go on in his life and do things.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Now.
- 36:10Speaker 6: We know we still got to fight in Texas, we
- 36:13Speaker 6: still got to fight in the United States, but we
- 36:15Speaker 6: want that fight for him to be without that charge
- 36:19Speaker 6: on his neck. We want that to be free, we
- 36:22Speaker 6: want that to be dismissed. So he wants to deal
- 36:24Speaker 6: with that. But you guys, I want to give you
- 36:26Speaker 6: guys an opportunity to speak to the people before we leave.
- 36:31Speaker 6: And again I just want to thank you guys for
- 36:33Speaker 6: coming in today and sharing with us what you guys
- 36:36Speaker 6: going through, because I don't think people really realize what
- 36:41Speaker 6: the plight of our kings and our queens raising black
- 36:44Speaker 6: kings and queens are going through in these small cities
- 36:48Speaker 6: in the metroplex. We just think the DFW Metroplex and
- 36:51Speaker 6: we say, oh, Dallas for Worth, Okay, everything good. But
- 36:54Speaker 6: we don't think about meth low Teing. We don't think
- 36:56Speaker 6: about Olvilla, we don't think about Redo, we don't think
- 36:58Speaker 6: about all these other different friend cities that are out
- 37:01Speaker 6: there where people are living and doing what they need
- 37:05Speaker 6: to do, but people around them don't want to give
- 37:07Speaker 6: them peace. So I need you guys to speak to
- 37:10Speaker 6: the people, uh one last time in closing and just
- 37:13Speaker 6: let them know from your heart what you guys got
- 37:16Speaker 6: going down.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Man.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Just everybody out there, man, we appreciate it.
- 37:20Speaker 4: Support y'all, giving the prayers, the you know, the thoughtful,
- 37:25Speaker 4: kind words. You know, just it all means a lot
- 37:27Speaker 4: to all of us. We're fighting for our son's life,
- 37:31Speaker 4: you know, fighting for his future. We're fighting for our future,
- 37:37Speaker 4: of our family.
- 37:38Speaker 1: As well, his name as well.
- 37:40Speaker 4: Self defense is not a crime, like you know, like
- 37:43Speaker 4: we said, the video clearly shows on someone's attack and
- 37:46Speaker 4: he defeated himself as as anybody should in any type
- 37:50Speaker 4: of situation like that. Stuff like this has to stop,
- 37:54Speaker 4: you know, it's becoming a continued problem. We as a people,
- 37:58Speaker 4: we as a community, we gotta get behind, you know,
- 38:00Speaker 4: each and every one of these situations, like you said,
- 38:02Speaker 4: applying pressure to these DA's, like you said, getting ourselves
- 38:06Speaker 4: in into these these positions, these opposites so we can
- 38:09Speaker 4: make a difference. I know, I'm not gonna stop after this.
- 38:12Speaker 4: I'm gonna fight with my son. We're gonna fight for
- 38:15Speaker 4: our son. But after this, is it on end? Because
- 38:18Speaker 4: that's gonna be another There's gonna be another Christopher, that's
- 38:20Speaker 4: gonna be another Carmelo, that's gonna be another somebody else,
- 38:24Speaker 4: And we're gonna get behind the fight the same way
- 38:26Speaker 4: people are fighting for us and just knowing you know,
- 38:30Speaker 4: these donations, you know, everything that's given is solely being
- 38:35Speaker 4: bent to keep our son from behind bars in his defense.
- 38:41Speaker 1: So just you know, just keep that in mind as well,
- 38:43Speaker 1: and keep the prayer.
- 38:47Speaker 6: Most definitely the most definitely, We're definitely gonna keep praying.
- 38:50Speaker 6: And I just want you guys to know that we're
- 38:52Speaker 6: fighting with you. And as a person who has been
- 38:56Speaker 6: in the system, fighting this system from the outside inside,
- 39:01Speaker 6: I know what that looks like. And there's no reason
- 39:03Speaker 6: for someone that was defending themselves to have to go
- 39:07Speaker 6: through this moment, but he is, And so we know
- 39:10Speaker 6: that God won't put more on us than what we
- 39:12Speaker 6: can bear, even though sometimes it seems like that, but
- 39:16Speaker 6: sometimes it's a catalyst to something greater. And so just know,
- 39:21Speaker 6: just like with myself, they have pushed me into advocacy
- 39:24Speaker 6: more than what I was and so I understand now
- 39:28Speaker 6: throughout all of those tests and trials of advocating for others,
- 39:32Speaker 6: I can just imagine what you guys are going through being.
- 39:35Speaker 5: Actually part of the situation.
- 39:38Speaker 6: And all I know is that this too shall pass,
- 39:41Speaker 6: because we know we serve, and we know whose we are,
- 39:45Speaker 6: and we know where we come from, being the kings
- 39:47Speaker 6: and queens that we are, and We're going to trust
- 39:49Speaker 6: God that he's going to make this thing come out
- 39:53Speaker 6: in you guy's favor and that it's going to be
- 39:56Speaker 6: a blessing that that young King Christopher will being able
- 39:59Speaker 6: to stay and proclaim and help others that have faced
- 40:03Speaker 6: this moment just like he is. Give him new purpose
- 40:06Speaker 6: on top of the purpose that he already had in
- 40:08Speaker 6: this life to be able to move forward.
- 40:10Speaker 5: And so that's our prayer is that this thing is released,
- 40:13Speaker 5: this thing is dismissed.
- 40:15Speaker 6: You guys are made whole because this has put a
- 40:18Speaker 6: rock in your place and in your way that you
- 40:21Speaker 6: have to climb over for no reason. And so we
- 40:24Speaker 6: ask God that he make you guys hold, give you
- 40:26Speaker 6: the peace that passed all understanding that you're able to
- 40:30Speaker 6: go forward in this thing as a family and stay
- 40:33Speaker 6: that tight nucleus knowing that God got you back. And
- 40:36Speaker 6: so we definitely are praying with you guys. We are
- 40:39Speaker 6: covering you guys in prayer, but we're also covering in
- 40:41Speaker 6: action too, because we're going to definitely do what we
- 40:44Speaker 6: got to do to help you guys and to make
- 40:45Speaker 6: sure that we are the support outside being that armor
- 40:50Speaker 6: around you guys. So I definitely thank you guys tonight
- 40:53Speaker 6: for coming in, and this won't be the last. We'll
- 40:56Speaker 6: reach out again and try to get you guys in
- 40:58Speaker 6: another time so we can kind of get more into
- 41:00Speaker 6: the webs and the weeds of this case and try
- 41:04Speaker 6: to see what we can do to strategize to get
- 41:06Speaker 6: this case dismissed. Queen Angela, you want anything you have
- 41:10Speaker 6: to say before we leave, Well, I just want them.
- 41:12Speaker 2: To know that we are yet cheering for them. I
- 41:15Speaker 2: don't know if y'all know, but every day I try
- 41:18Speaker 2: to share something positive about your son. I created this
- 41:23Speaker 2: picture of him and it has his name on it
- 41:27Speaker 2: and it says self defense, It's not a crime. I
- 41:29Speaker 2: share that every day. I share some type of inspiration encouragement,
- 41:36Speaker 2: just to let people know that we are yet pulling
- 41:38Speaker 2: for him and Carmelo. These kings will not get lost
- 41:42Speaker 2: to the system. These kings will get justice, and we
- 41:46Speaker 2: are fighting for them. We are standing with them, and
- 41:49Speaker 2: we want them to know that self defense is not
- 41:52Speaker 2: a crime. It is not a crime. We want our
- 41:56Speaker 2: babies to make it back home to their families. They
- 41:59Speaker 2: leave their families and we want them to make it
- 42:01Speaker 2: back home to their family safe. So we are here
- 42:04Speaker 2: to provide a space for you guys. So know that
- 42:06Speaker 2: you guys are welcome here. Anytime you want to come
- 42:10Speaker 2: and share. There is going to be a full feature
- 42:13Speaker 2: inside of the magazine that we're gonna talk about your
- 42:15Speaker 2: baby story. We're gonna share you know, a little bit
- 42:19Speaker 2: about your family and things that you guys want the
- 42:21Speaker 2: public to know and how they can assist you guys
- 42:25Speaker 2: on this journey. Again, we thank you guys for stopping
- 42:28Speaker 2: by and allowing us to share this story and allowing
- 42:31Speaker 2: us to be a part of the advocacy for Christopher.
- 42:36Speaker 2: So know that we are yet praying and God is
- 42:40Speaker 2: yet working no matter what it looked like to us
- 42:42Speaker 2: in the natural, know that he's working. He's working behind
- 42:45Speaker 2: the scene because that's what he do. He's a way maker.
- 42:48Speaker 2: So we good and I think so yeah, any time
- 42:55Speaker 2: y'all I want to stop by, just let us know
- 42:59Speaker 2: we're always here. January is our break period, so normally
- 43:04Speaker 2: you'll see me on here a lot. I am the
- 43:07Speaker 2: person that's behind the scene. I do all of the
- 43:09Speaker 2: production over here on the network. So the hosts take
- 43:12Speaker 2: a hiatus. Their last show is gonna be December the
- 43:15Speaker 2: thirty first, and they won't return until February the first,
- 43:18Speaker 2: so during that time I have plenty of time to
- 43:21Speaker 2: play with the network. So if y'all want to stop
- 43:24Speaker 2: buying January and share y'all story and get it out
- 43:28Speaker 2: there more, y'all more than welcome to because this one here.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Once we finish here, I'm gonna upload it and it's
- 43:35Speaker 2: gonna be distributed out to about fifteen different platforms, so
- 43:39Speaker 2: people are gonna be able to hear it. So I
- 43:42Speaker 2: just tell y'all, just share it out. Just share it
- 43:44Speaker 2: out every chance you get so people can hear of
- 43:47Speaker 2: what's going on, they can learn how they can give
- 43:49Speaker 2: to the Give Seeing and Go again. It is running
- 43:52Speaker 2: across the bottom of the screen, but you can go
- 43:54Speaker 2: to give Seeing go dot com, backslash Justice for Chris
- 44:00Speaker 2: and make your donation. Donate to the family and show
- 44:05Speaker 2: them that you are rallying behind them, because we all
- 44:08Speaker 2: know that when things like this happen, and especially with
- 44:12Speaker 2: what they're dealing with, that there are costs behind these
- 44:16Speaker 2: things and they need protection. They need to be protected
- 44:20Speaker 2: because I'm sure that y'all have other kids, right, Yes,
- 44:26Speaker 2: they they have other kids that have to be protected.
- 44:29Speaker 2: They have other kids that have needs and wants as well,
- 44:33Speaker 2: so we have to make sure that they're okay, and
- 44:35Speaker 2: definitely have to make sure that Christopher is okay because
- 44:38Speaker 2: we know that trauma, a lot of trauma comes behind
- 44:41Speaker 2: situations like this, and even though we are strong people,
- 44:45Speaker 2: we do need help. So he definitely probably need some
- 44:48Speaker 2: counseling and he's gonna need some ongoing things. And so
- 44:52Speaker 2: this is over and and and he says that he's okay,
- 44:56Speaker 2: so we have to be there to rally behind them.
- 44:59Speaker 2: So if y'all can donate, please donate as much as
- 45:02Speaker 2: you can, as often as you can. And if you
- 45:05Speaker 2: can't do anything else, you can lift up a prayer,
- 45:08Speaker 2: say a prayer, send some words of encouragement because every little,
- 45:13Speaker 2: big helps. And that's how I got y'all again. Thank
- 45:17Speaker 2: y'all for stopping by and sharing.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Opportunity.
- 45:22Speaker 4: Most definitely just appreciate everything you all have been doing
- 45:25Speaker 4: vi the scenes, and you know it means.
- 45:28Speaker 3: A lot to us.
- 45:31Speaker 6: It's definitely we definitely appreciate you guys, And to everybody
- 45:34Speaker 6: out there listening, we definitely thank you guys for tuning
- 45:37Speaker 6: in today.
- 45:38Speaker 5: And with that we say good night. Y'all. Have a
- 45:41Speaker 5: good one, be blessed well now
- 45:48Speaker 3: Hm.
