Man Arrested in West Virginia Murder | Charleston News
A 44-year-old man from Detroit, Kendall Deion Crutcher, has been arrested in connection with the July 7 shooting death of 33-year-old Jackie Harper in Huntington, West Virginia. After a multi-agency manhunt involving U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement, Crutcher was apprehended in East Point, Michigan, and is now being held pending extradition back to West Virginia to face a first-degree murder charge.
