- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. So
- 0:05the lawsuit that Denise George was filing against the banks
- 0:09down in the US Virgin Islands is not something new.
- 0:13Seems to me that a lot of people are under
- 0:15the impression that this information is new information. It is not.
- 0:20Jess Daley has been under fire for quite some time here.
- 0:24In fact, he lost his job at Barclay's because of
- 0:27his nonsense. So Denise George and her lawsuit, it's all
- 0:32fine and well, but let me ask you a question
- 0:35when it comes to Denise George, what exactly has she
- 0:38done to promote justice in this case? Oh? Well, she's
- 0:42got some money for the US Virgin Islands, no doubt
- 0:44about it, got a civil penalty awarded to her and
- 0:49the other politicians in the USVII. But what has she
- 0:52done to further justice? Who is she brought to justice here?
- 0:55Who is she even deposed? Nobody? So the whole entire
- 0:59nonsense about Denise George being some kind of hero in
- 1:02this case is laughable at best. She is nothing more
- 1:07than another opportunist who was circling like a vulture around
- 1:12the corpse. She got one hundred and five million and
- 1:14she figured she'd press the envelope here a little bit
- 1:17and sue the banks as well. You notice there's no
- 1:20criminal charges slapped on anybody. You would think she has
- 1:24all of this evidence that there would have been some
- 1:26criminal charges slapped on people. Nobody got hit with criminal charges,
- 1:31None of the politicians from the Virgin Islands, nobody. So
- 1:36you can miss me with the whole Denise George is
- 1:39some kind of hero. She is not. Today's article is
- 1:43from the Daily Mail headlined lawsuit accuses former Barclays JP
- 1:48Morgan exec of being part of Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring
- 1:51who they said he had a profound friendship and they
- 1:55exchanged twelve hundred emails from his work account. And that's
- 1:59just from his work account. If you really think Jess
- 2:01Staley and Jeffrey Epstein weren't homies and they weren't breaking
- 2:05bread behind the scenes, I don't know what to tell you.
- 2:08This article was authored by Mark Dwell, James Robinson and
- 2:13Stephen Lapour. Former Barclays and JP Morgan executive. Jess Staley
- 2:19is accused of being an operative and laid billionaire pedophile
- 2:23Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring. After thousands of emails between the
- 2:26two reveal a profound friendship. A lawsuit claims, Yo, this
- 2:31is like getting in a time machine and going back
- 2:33in time. We've been talking about Jess Staley and his
- 2:36involvement with Jeffrey Epstein for over three years now. Nice
- 2:41of everybody else to finally catch up. The filing was
- 2:46made in an amended complaint Tuesday by the US Virgin Islands,
- 2:50which had previously sued JP Morgan over the bank's ties
- 2:53to Epstein. Staley worked at JP Morgan until twenty and thirteen.
- 2:58Between two thousand and eight and twenty twelve, Staley exchanged
- 3:02approximately one two hundred emails with Epstein from is JP
- 3:06Morgan email account. The amendmental lledges. During that time, the
- 3:11bank serviced approximately fifty five Epstein related accounts collectively worth
- 3:17hundreds of millions of dollars. That all tracks, that's all
- 3:21a fact. JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, these were the banks
- 3:25of choice for Jeffrey Epstein. And it was all because
- 3:28he had buddies working in the wealth asset management department
- 3:32that we're gonna safeguard his transactions, make sure he's not
- 3:35getting you know, sarred, and making sure that the Accounting
- 3:39of department is looking the other way because one thing
- 3:43we know about the financial sector, they don't have any
- 3:46problem making money on the back of scumbag pieces of
- 3:49shit like Jeffrey Epstein and from the suffering he causes
- 3:53to people like the survivors, What are the banks care
- 3:57All they care about is more money. All they care
- 3:59about is consolidating their power. Staley, sixty six, had quit
- 4:04Barclays in November of twenty twenty one, after the bank's
- 4:08board said it was disappointed with the outcome of a
- 4:11report into his links to convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
- 4:17no shit, you guys had one of Jeffrey Epstein's biggest
- 4:20financial enablers running your company. Of Course they're going to
- 4:24find that to be off the cuff. Of course they're
- 4:28going to find that to be disgusting. And of course
- 4:31Jess Staley is going to be shown the door. But
- 4:33not because what he did was wrong, not because what
- 4:37he did was condemnable by his bosses. It was because
- 4:41he was caught. It was because he was called out
- 4:44for it. Everybody at Barclays knew who jeff Staley was
- 4:48before they gave him that job. These communications show a
- 4:52close personal relationship and profound friendship between the two men,
- 4:56and even suggests that Staley may have been involved and
- 4:59ed Sstein's sex trafficking operation. The amendment continues. They also
- 5:04reveal that Staley corresponded with Epstein while Epstein was incarcerated
- 5:09and visited Epstein's Virgin Island residence on multiple occasions. According
- 5:13to The Daily Beast, We've talked about this at nauseum here,
- 5:19Jeff Staley was certainly one of the key cogs in
- 5:23Jeffrey Epstein's financial plans. He visited the island. That's a fact. Now.
- 5:29Is there any evidence that he was taking part in
- 5:32the actual abuse of any of these girls, Not to
- 5:35my knowledge, I haven't heard any of that. But he
- 5:38certainly was involved in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. The US
- 5:44Virgin Island suit also claims that Staley was allowed to
- 5:47remain a decision maker on Epstein's accounts and even asked
- 5:51to discuss the historical sordid sex trafficking and human trafficking
- 5:56allegations against them. In addition, JP Moore allegedly would make
- 6:01payments to numerous women with Eastern European surnames who were
- 6:05publicly and internally identified as Epstein recruiters, including a six
- 6:11hundred thousand dollars payment to one Jane though the pedophile
- 6:14purchased when she was just fourteen years old, and that
- 6:19person is Nadia Marsenkova. It's unbelievable what this poor woman
- 6:25has went through in her life. When we first started
- 6:28talking about this, she was considered part of the core four, right,
- 6:32one of the top four lieutenants working with Epstein. But
- 6:36as we got more context and we learned more about
- 6:39the story, we all understand now that Nadia Marsenkova was
- 6:43a victim here as well. Imagine your parents selling you
- 6:47for six hundred thousand dollars, and not only just selling you,
- 6:51but selling you to a man like Jeffrey Epstein. Imagine
- 6:55what Nadia's life must have been like. The complaint go
- 7:00on to say that Hyperion Air, who owned Epstein's infamous
- 7:03Lolita Express private jet, also issued hundreds of thousands of
- 7:07dollars in checks payable to cash or fuel expenses. Many
- 7:12of these cash withdrawals either exceeded the ten thousand dollars
- 7:16reporting threshold or were seemingly structured to avoid triggering the
- 7:20reporting requirement. The lawsuit claims this is particularly significant since
- 7:26it is well known that Epstein paid his victims in cash.
- 7:30So the real question is why did Denise George not
- 7:33file criminal charges? For all the people out there singing
- 7:37her praises all of a sudden, all of these Johnny
- 7:40cum latelies who don't know anything about the case, Let's
- 7:42just be real out here talking about Denise George like
- 7:46she's some kind of hero, like she is some kind
- 7:49of vigilante in this case who was hell bent on justice,
- 7:54when the reality is something completely different. All she cared
- 7:57about was getting more money for the US Virgin Islands.
- 8:01One hundred and five million dollars. Huh okay, sure that's
- 8:04what they rate. Now how they rate that? I have
- 8:07no idea Considering nobody in the US Virgin Islands, meaning
- 8:11the island itself or government officials, nobody was abused. It
- 8:15was actual people who were abused. And that one hundred
- 8:18and five million dollars that went into the bank account
- 8:21of the US Virgin Island and undoubtedly on through that
- 8:25bank account into the hands of some scumbag politicians. Well,
- 8:29they took money directly out of the hands and pockets
- 8:32of these survivors. So if you're cool with that, then great,
- 8:36But me personally, I'm not cool with it, and I
- 8:39don't think Denise George is somebody that should be celebrated.
- 8:43Epstein is accused of misusing JP morgan accounts for nonprofit
- 8:47organizations and used it to Bay associates like Les Wexner,
- 8:51as well as ex girlfriends. Now, if me or you
- 8:54did this, we would already be here with a Rico
- 8:56case and it would be the worst day of our lives. Meanwhile,
- 9:00all these years later and we can't get the government
- 9:03to even lift a finger for a Rico case. All
- 9:06we get is this bullshit sicco civil version of it,
- 9:09and all it is is a cash grab. You mean
- 9:12to tell me that Jeffrey Epstein and his associates should
- 9:16only be held accountable civilly. They shouldn't be sitting in
- 9:19a prison cell somewhere. Many thought the lawsuit against JP
- 9:25Morgan might go dead after former Attorney General Denise George
- 9:29was fired shortly after the initial suit was filed. Of
- 9:33course not. It had nothing to do with the suit.
- 9:35Why she was fired. She was fired because guess what,
- 9:38Breaking news folks, she's bad at her job. Imagine that
- 9:42somebody losing their gig because they suck at their job.
- 9:46When Staley quit Barclays in twenty twenty one, the American
- 9:50banker intends to contest the findings. He is reportedly shell shocked, angry,
- 9:55and upset at the preliminary conclusion of the report. Barclay
- 10:00meanwhile pointed out the probe makes no findings that he
- 10:03saw or was aware of any of Epstein's alleged crimes. Yeah,
- 10:07we can believe the internal probe right because they have
- 10:10no skin in the game to make it as less
- 10:13painful as possible for Barclays and Jess Staley. Barclay said
- 10:20last year that UK financial regulators were probing links between
- 10:24mister Staley and Epstein, who killed himself allegedly while awaiting
- 10:28trial on sex trafficking offenses. Staley has previously said his
- 10:33relationship with Epstein, who was also friends with Prince Andrew,
- 10:37ended in late twenty fifteen and that he regretted his
- 10:40relationship with him. What he really means is he regrets
- 10:43that his relationship with Epstein was outed. That's what he
- 10:47really means. The sixty four year old who was married
- 10:50to interior designer Debbie was replaced today by the bankshead
- 10:54of Global Markets, Venkat Krishnan, known as Venkat. Barclay said
- 11:01Staley was entitled to twelve months notice and will therefore
- 11:04continue to receive his current fixed to annual pay of
- 11:07two point four million in cash and Barclay's shares, a
- 11:11pension allowance of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds, and
- 11:14other benefits until October thirty first of twenty twenty two.
- 11:18Imagine this guy got this golden parachute on the way
- 11:21out the door. Imagine sucking at your job that bad,
- 11:25getting fired, embarrassed in the company, and still getting hooked up.
- 11:29It must be nice. Huh, It must be nice. Staley
- 11:33was born in Boston in nineteen fifty six. He is
- 11:36one of four children who moved frequently with their father, Paul,
- 11:39a plant manager for Procter and Gamble. His father later
- 11:43became CEO of PQ Corporation, a chemicals business based outside Philadelphia,
- 11:49where Staley grew up. After graduating with a degree in
- 11:52economics from Bodine College in Maine in nineteen seventy nine,
- 11:57he joined banking giants JP Morgan on a training program
- 12:01in New York. He later moved to Brazil to help
- 12:04set up its investment banking venture in South America, where
- 12:08he met his future wife, Debbie, just days after arriving.
- 12:12He returned to New York in nineteen eighty nine and
- 12:15quickly shot up the latter at JP Morgan. In nineteen
- 12:18ninety he was asked by then CEO Sandy Warner to
- 12:22manage the group's private banking division, and the private banking
- 12:25division in all of these banks is set up basically
- 12:28for people like Epstein. Believe me, you and I we
- 12:32are not invited to be part of that bank. In
- 12:35two thousand and one, he was promoted the CEO of
- 12:38JP Morgan Asset Management and ran the division until two
- 12:42thousand and nine. After thirty four years with JP Morgan,
- 12:46he left for Blue Mountain Capital Management now Assured Investment
- 12:50Management in twenty thirteen, before joining Barclays in two thy fifteen.
- 12:55So Barclays already knew what he was, who he was,
- 12:58and who he was breaking bad with and they hired
- 13:01him anyway. He is also credited as a key supporter
- 13:05of the LGBTQ plus community within the US banking sector,
- 13:10having been inspired by work of his younger brother, Peter,
- 13:13who was diagnosed with AIDS related complex in nineteen eighty five,
- 13:18Peter found an act up, a New York based AIDS
- 13:21activist group, and would go on to serve as a
- 13:24member of President Bill Clinton's National Task Force on AIDS
- 13:28Drug Development. Hey, look great, all of that stuff fine
- 13:31and well, but that doesn't absolve you of the bullshit
- 13:34you were up to with Epstein. It doesn't absolve you
- 13:37of the fact that you were financially enabling this man
- 13:40to continue on with his human trafficking and abuse of
- 13:43women and girls. In addition to his connections to former
- 13:48President Clinton, Staley has held Democrat Party fundraisers at his
- 13:52plush New York apartment, said to be a short distance
- 13:55from the Guggenheim Museum. Staley's relationship with Epstein been under
- 14:00the microscope since revelations about the financier pedophiles sex trafficking
- 14:05came to light. He embarked on a professional relationship with
- 14:09Epstein in two thousand when he became head of JP
- 14:12Morgan's private bank, of which Epstein was a client. So, look,
- 14:17he's been around for long enough, he's smart enough to
- 14:19know who Epstein was and who Epstein always had been.
- 14:24Yet he chose, like all these other people, to follow
- 14:27his greed instead and work with Epstein, all because he
- 14:30wanted to make more money. Pretty pathetic, isn't it. Epstein
- 14:36had been charged with sex crimes and pleaded guilty in
- 14:39two thousand and eight to solicitation of prostitution. A report
- 14:42by The New York Times in twenty nineteen revealed our
- 14:46compliance officers that JP Morgan Chase conducted a sweep of
- 14:50their wealthy clients in two thousand and nine. However, he
- 14:54remained a JP Morgan client until twenty thirteen. Well that's
- 14:58because they didn't care. It's all about appearances, right. Oh,
- 15:01we'll make pretend we're gonna sweep these clients out. We're
- 15:04gonna make pretend we're gonna come in here and get
- 15:07rid of all of our scumbags. But the reality is this,
- 15:11those scumbag criminals are such a huge cog in the
- 15:14machine that they can't get rid of them. They can't
- 15:17purge them. Staley also admitted he maintained contact with Epstein,
- 15:22who died in a New York prison cell in twenty
- 15:25and nineteen, for seven years after his two thousand and
- 15:28eight conviction. He said his last contact with Epstein was
- 15:32Fall of twenty fifteen, when he and his wife sell
- 15:35to Epstein's private island for lunch. Imagine, let me sell
- 15:39to this child molester's private island and let's have a
- 15:42boloney sandwich. That trip occurred shortly before he joined Barclays.
- 15:49He said he had no contact with Epstein once he
- 15:51joined the bank in December of twenty and fifteen. I
- 15:54don't believe that, not for one second. Barclays say. The
- 15:59Finance Conduct Authority probe into Staley's links to Epstein makes
- 16:03no finding that he saw or was aware of any
- 16:07of Epstein's alleged crimes. Speaking in February last year, Staley said,
- 16:12for sure, with hindsight, with what we know now, I
- 16:15deeply regret having any relationship with Jeffrey. You deeply regret now, Huh,
- 16:22you knew back then. What you regret, like everybody else,
- 16:26is that you were caught, that you were called out.
- 16:28That's what you really regret. A wealthy financier pedophile. Epstein
- 16:34was found dead in a New York prison in August
- 16:36of twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on allegations that he
- 16:41trafficked girls as young as fourteen for sex. All right, folks,
- 16:45well there it is the update on Jess Staley, what's
- 16:48going on down in the Virgin Islands, and some odds
- 16:51and ends surrounding the whole situation. If you'd like to
- 16:55contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kupuci at
- 16:59protonmel dot that's bo bb Y c apu Cci at
- 17:05proton mail dot com. You can also find me on
- 17:08Twitter at bo bby underscore c ap u Cci. The
- 17:14link that I discussed can be found in the description
- 17:17box Onnicles. One of the more ridiculous claims in the
- 17:22new legal filings by Prince Andrew is him actually trying
- 17:27to tell us that him and Glain Maxwell weren't homies.
- 17:31It is one of the most absurd claims I've heard
- 17:34in quite some time, and folks, we've heard them all
- 17:38since we've been following this case. But Prince Andrew is
- 17:42adamant in these court filings that him and Glain Maxwell,
- 17:45you know, they were just casual friends, you know, pass
- 17:48you by in the bar, give you a nod of
- 17:50the head as you're going to get a pint and
- 17:52keep it moving type friends. I guess meanwhile, the facts
- 17:56tell a completely different story. Tonight, we're going to talk
- 17:59about an article from The Mirror that points to nine
- 18:02different times Glenn Maxwell and Prince Andrew we're looking pretty chummy.
- 18:08But we're also going to discuss an article from the
- 18:11New York Post about Jess Staley before we even dive
- 18:15in about Prince Andrew and his cozy relationship with Glen Maxwell. Now,
- 18:22Jess Staley is well, I guess I should say was
- 18:26one of the most powerful men in the financial world.
- 18:30This dude was the gatekeeper over at JP Morgan for
- 18:35a very very long time. He ran the investment banking
- 18:39division over at JP Morgan, and that is where all
- 18:43of the big shots come, you know, to do their
- 18:46wieling and dealing with their money. They come in and
- 18:49you know, these guys manage the money for them, make
- 18:52transactions whatever it may be. This is what the division
- 18:56is there for. And Jess Staley was the guy who
- 18:59was the big shot over there, mister head honcho, mister
- 19:03dude in charge, and him and Jeffrey Epstein were really close.
- 19:07Another one of those relationships that doesn't get the kind
- 19:11of spotlight that it deserves. And it certainly does deserve
- 19:15a whole lot of spotlight, just like the situation with
- 19:17Leon Black. When you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein and
- 19:21he has access to movers and shakers like this in
- 19:24the financial world, what are we supposed to think when
- 19:28these people are lobbying for him, when these people are
- 19:31giving them one hundred and fifty eight million dollars for
- 19:34I'm using air quotes right now, folks advice, What are
- 19:37we supposed to think that it's all on the up
- 19:40and up, that these guys are just you know, chums
- 19:43and they're hanging out having a chat like the rest
- 19:45of us over you know, Crispy Taco Night. Nobody's buying it.
- 19:50Nobody believes that bs. And I'm not gonna sit here
- 19:53and tell you that, you know, there's a room full
- 19:56of six people who are sitting around, you know, controlling
- 19:59the world or any anything like that. I'll leave that
- 20:01to other people. That's out of my lane. But what
- 20:04I will tell you is this, people like Jess Staley,
- 20:07people like Leon Black, those people really hold the keys.
- 20:11If you're in control of the financial world, if you're
- 20:14in the in control of the way of you know,
- 20:18the money is moving through the banking system. That would
- 20:22give you a lot of power, wouldn't it. And when
- 20:24you have some of the biggest people in the world
- 20:28in this industry hanging out with Epstein and facilitating his
- 20:34financial malfeasance, what are we supposed to say. Are we
- 20:37just supposed to just say forget it, turn our heads
- 20:40and say, ah, no big deal. Usually that's what we
- 20:42would do, right if it was just the usual stealing
- 20:45and evading taxes and all of that jazz, shrug our
- 20:48shoulders and move on. We have bigger problems. All of
- 20:50us got to feed our families and we got to
- 20:53continue to pay the poor people's tax right. But they
- 20:56messed up. They're really messed up. When they thought that
- 20:59they were going to get over on us with this one,
- 21:01when they thought that the Jeffrey Epstein stuff was just
- 21:03gonna blow over and everybody was gonna forget about it.
- 21:07That's not the case. Nobody's forgetting about it. People want answers,
- 21:12and people like this who were connected to Epstein, who
- 21:16were lobbying for him at a huge firm like JP
- 21:20Morgan should be held to account. And I know he
- 21:23lost his job at Barclays, right that's a good first step.
- 21:26But why haven't we had a real look into the
- 21:29financials here? You mean to tell me all of the
- 21:32financial transactions Epstein was moving through this bank. We're on
- 21:36the up and up. We already know that's not the case.
- 21:39We've already seen the finds that these banks have got
- 21:41slapped with for their malfeasance, for not respecting the fence
- 21:46in process. But none of these bankers, the men in charge,
- 21:51the women in charge, the people at the top, when
- 21:54do any of them get held accountable. Nobody goes to prison.
- 21:58None of these people ever go to prison. And that's
- 22:00because they're the ones that are holding the bag. And
- 22:04we all know what happens when a president gets elected
- 22:07in America, inevitably, his whole entire cabinet, transition staff, all
- 22:12of it is filled with people from the financial sector.
- 22:15And then you wonder why the wheel just continues to
- 22:18go around and round. All right, So we're going to
- 22:22talk about this article real quick from the New York
- 22:25Post and Jess Staley. It's a relatively short article. That's
- 22:28why we're doing it at the top end here of
- 22:30this episode and not doing an episode for this article alone.
- 22:34I don't think there's any point in doing an eleven
- 22:36minute episode, So we'll just tack it on here and
- 22:39then we'll add the other article right here to the
- 22:42back end. This article was authored by Lydia moynihan and
- 22:50it was posted in the New York Post headline oust
- 22:53did Barclay CEO Jess Staley reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan.
- 22:59I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house,
- 23:03you know, big time financial institution, and this is the
- 23:09sort of stuff they're really getting up to when all
- 23:11of the nonsense and you know, the curtains are pulled
- 23:15back and you peel their face off when they're talking
- 23:18about how woke they are or whatever. Really what they're
- 23:21doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy
- 23:25and all of our oh you know, rage, if you will,
- 23:29at each other as opposed to them. And they got
- 23:33a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy
- 23:36Wall Street, and they understood that there was a ground
- 23:39swell coming against them, so they changed their tactics. Meaning
- 23:42Corporate America right, and places like JP Morgan and these
- 23:45banking institutions, let's put on a friendlier face. But just
- 23:49because they say that that's what they are, Just because
- 23:52they say that they're you know, hipped to the Times,
- 23:55we all know that BS walks right. It's a lot
- 24:00of BS from these companies because when you look at
- 24:02the way they conduct business, it's the same old or
- 24:06even worse than usual. Recently, oust did Barclay CEO Jess
- 24:12Staley went to bat for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
- 24:16when he ran the investment banking division at JP Morgan.
- 24:19According to a report, JP Morgan was examining whether to
- 24:23boot Epstein as a client because of his thirteen month
- 24:26prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from a minor, meaning
- 24:30having sex with an underage girl. Soliciting sex from a minor.
- 24:33What an absolutely ridiculous charge, An absolutely ridiculous charge. There's
- 24:38no such thing as soliciting sex from a minor. You're
- 24:43committing you know, if under a certain age, you're committing
- 24:47a rape, statutory rape at the very least. But Staley,
- 24:57who ran the Giant's investment bank, argue that Epstein at
- 25:00paid his debt to society and should remain a client.
- 25:02According to the report Wednesday in the Financial Times, I mean, yeah,
- 25:06he really paid his debt to society. Hunh folks had
- 25:09to check into the jail for a couple hours a day,
- 25:11was able to run around, still conduct business, go to
- 25:14his office, and, according to some survivors, continue to abuse
- 25:17people while there was a sheriff on duty. But nah,
- 25:20nothing was a miss down there in Palm Beach either.
- 25:23I mean, really, he paid his debt to society. Huh.
- 25:26There's not enough punishment on this planet for this dude
- 25:30to repay his debt to society and forget that his
- 25:34debt to these survivors. Staley's efforts came after Epstein was
- 25:40convicted in two thousand and eight. According to the ft JP,
- 25:44Morgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein in twenty and thirteen,
- 25:48the same year Staley departed the JPM for a new
- 25:52job at the Hedge Fund at a hedge fund, before
- 25:55rising to run Barclays in twenty and fifteen. Now, I
- 26:00guess it's just another coincidence, right, That's what people want
- 26:03to That's what they'll tell you. Oh, it's just another coincidence. Me.
- 26:06I don't know what to call it. Sure are a
- 26:09lot of coincidences in this case. Camera's not pointing at
- 26:12the jail cell he happens to leave in twenty thirteen,
- 26:15right when the relationship with Epstein ends. You know, just
- 26:18a coincidence, I guess, folks, But really what's going on
- 26:21here is you see the correlation the relationship with Epstein
- 26:26and Jess Staley. It was a tight one and Staley
- 26:30was a huge, huge deal when it comes to making
- 26:32the money move. Staley's support for Epstein at JP Morgan
- 26:37underscores his long standing ties to the disgraced financier pedophile
- 26:42and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf well before it
- 26:45resulted in Staley's exit from Barclay's late last year. In November,
- 26:50report surface that Staley and Epstein had exchanged around twelve
- 26:53hundred emails during Staley's thirty year tenure at JP Morgan.
- 26:57Some emails revealed questionable and on explained phrases like snow white,
- 27:01according to the Ft and we talked about this too,
- 27:04snow white. I mean, look, you can delve into a
- 27:08lot of different things when you're talking about code words
- 27:12and find yourself down a lot of rabbit holes. But
- 27:15they're obviously using some kind of code here, Okay, Now,
- 27:18I'm not one of the wind talkers. I'm not gonna
- 27:20sit here and tell you, Oh, I've I got my
- 27:22little decoder ring out of the cheerio box and I
- 27:24figured it all out. But they're obviously up to something.
- 27:28Staley stepped down from Barclays in November after he reviewed
- 27:32initial findings from a probe by UK regulators into whether
- 27:35he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein as purely professional.
- 27:40According to the FT, Staley is contesting the findings. JP
- 27:45Morgan declined to comment to the FT. A spokesman for
- 27:48Staley also declined to comment. Shocking, right, and they'll get
- 27:52away with it. Nobody will hand these people no way.
- 27:54They're too busy covering covering the Stormy Daniels case. Staley
- 28:00stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the banker's departure
- 28:03from JP Morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right, Oh,
- 28:07our relationship fizzled, Our relationship ended, shocking, But even after
- 28:12he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Diamond, he visited
- 28:15Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, Little Saint James,
- 28:19according to reports, And I you know, Jamie Diamond will
- 28:21never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. He's,
- 28:25you know, one of the golden boys for all of
- 28:27the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here?
- 28:30It ain't you? Well you think your one hundred two
- 28:33hundred dollars donation to insert politician here is moving the needle.
- 28:37They're not accepting your call when you call their office,
- 28:39are they? You're getting a staffer? You think Jamie Diamond
- 28:43gets a staffer if he calls the office of whatever
- 28:46politician he's looking to talk to. Staley worked at Blue
- 28:50Mountain Capital from twenty and thirteen to twenty and fifteen,
- 28:54before nabbing the top job at Barclays in twenty and fifteen. Meanwhile,
- 28:59Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank in twenty thirteen, according
- 29:03to the FT, after being cut off by JP Morgan
- 29:06following Staley's departure from JP Morgan. Epstein died in twenty
- 29:11nineteen in prison as he awaited trial on charges he's
- 29:15sex trafficked miners. Now Deutsche Bank is just a den
- 29:19of scum and villainy, and they've been slapped with so
- 29:22many fines that it's not even funny. And now my
- 29:25question is how many people have they hit with the
- 29:27poor people tax? And what I mean by the poor
- 29:30people tax is the inflated rates of borrowing the finance rates.
- 29:37How many people have they absolutely hammered with a twenty
- 29:40percent rate on a car for a piece of garbage
- 29:43car that's hardly gonna last. These people are just gross, honestly,
- 29:49at this level. When we're talking about this level of
- 29:51banker and the way they conduct themselves, you think they
- 29:54care about the survivors or that Jeffrey Epstein was a
- 29:58convicted sex offender. He brought more money to their pockets,
- 30:01more prestige, opened, some more doors, had some more relationships
- 30:05built for them, And like I always say, with people
- 30:09like this, the means always justifies the ends. And to
- 30:13the rest of us, we look around and we just
- 30:15shake our heads, like, really, one's enough enough. Don't you
- 30:17people have enough money? Don't you have enough power? But
- 30:21for them the answer is always no. Now. Jess Staley
- 30:25is somebody I've been talking about for a long time,
- 30:27and before the pandemic, I said that he was in
- 30:30big trouble back then, and it took a little while. Obviously,
- 30:34Barclays was trying to write the ship If you will
- 30:38during the pandemic, and didn't want to upset the apple cart,
- 30:42but the writing was on the wall, and it's no
- 30:44shock to me that he's out, especially considering we know
- 30:47how much deeper his relationship with Epstein went then they
- 30:50even let on. So that's where we're at with Jess
- 30:53Staley and the situation he finds himself in. Currently. Now
- 30:59onto our next article from The Mirror. This article was
- 31:04authored by Alana Kindred, headlined nine times Prince Andrew and
- 31:09Ghlainne Maxwell looked like good pals as he denies closeness. Now,
- 31:14we talked about this a little bit earlier. What a
- 31:17ridiculous claim. How are you gonna say to anybody that
- 31:19you and Ghlaine Maxwell weren't close. It's so ridiculous that
- 31:23his lawyers would even add this. I just don't even
- 31:26know what to say about it, Honestly, Prince strongly as
- 31:30excuse me, Prince Andrew is strongly denied he was close
- 31:33friends with now convicted sex trafficker Gallayne Maxwell. At least
- 31:37they got it right and called her a convicted sex
- 31:38trafficker here, that's a good start. The Duke of York's
- 31:42reported attempt to distance himself from Maxwell comes as he
- 31:45has demanded a trial by combat, I mean a trial
- 31:47by Jerry, denying to a New York court a catalog
- 31:51of sex abuse allegations brought by his accuser, Virginia Roberts.
- 31:56So obviously that was the first salvo for him answering
- 32:00these accusations and giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking
- 32:05about still tonight. On December twenty ninth, Maxwell sixty, was
- 32:09found guilty of offenses relating to her work as a
- 32:12fixer for the Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile
- 32:16and billionaire. She faces up to sixty five years in prison.
- 32:20So couple things, Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, There were both
- 32:24of the Duke's associates, okay, and I would say that
- 32:27he was probably closer to gleainn Maxwell than he was
- 32:30to Epstein. Even let's remember Glaiine Maxwell was the gatekeeper
- 32:33to the social Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made
- 32:37her have sex with the Duke three times when she
- 32:39was seventeen, including once in London. Prince Andrew, who has
- 32:43always strongly denied the allegations, but up until now it
- 32:47was a very generic version of denial, right, well, he
- 32:51dropped his formal denial, and I guess you can see
- 32:54why he kept generic for so long, because he has
- 32:57nothing to go on. In an eleven page response to
- 33:00Miss Roberts lawsuit yesterday, Andrew denied wrongdoing, but he did
- 33:05say in this document that he met Epstein in or
- 33:08around nineteen ninety nine. The Prince refuted her major claims
- 33:12while admitting to befriending Epstein, but denied he was ever
- 33:17a close pal of British socialite Maxwell trafficker Maxwell, you
- 33:21mean and again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gaslighting, whatever
- 33:28you want to call it. It's all of that. Because
- 33:31we know it's not the case. We've seen the pictures.
- 33:34The Duke sixty one said it was not true, and
- 33:37he was that it was not true that he was
- 33:39a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes around the world,
- 33:43including New York City, where he sexually abused Virginia Roberts
- 33:47at epstein and Maxwell's invitation when she was a minor.
- 33:51Andrew's strenuous denials of not being close with Maxwell comes
- 33:54years after the pair have been photographed together on multiple
- 33:58occasions around the world. I mean yeah, around the world.
- 34:02Everywhere you can imagine. These two have been photographed together.
- 34:06They had a long history together, folks. And you don't
- 34:09have access to the palace the way she did, or
- 34:11to the property the way she did, if you're not
- 34:13close to somebody. Epstein and Maxwell at Balmoral. The photo
- 34:21of Epstein and Maxwell sitting in the Queen's log cabin
- 34:24in glenn Beg, Balmoral was taken in the late summer
- 34:27or early autumn of nineteen ninety nine. So there's one
- 34:30for you. You know, you got the picture of these
- 34:32two at Balamoral. Certainly not a good look for them.
- 34:38The next instance, Andrew Maxwell, Donald Trump, and Epstein and
- 34:42mar A Lago February two thousand Andrew was photographed with
- 34:46Donald Trump and his wife Milania Trump. In the background.
- 34:49You see Epstein looking directly at the camera and Maxwell's
- 34:52face is scene peering into the frame on the right
- 34:54hand side. I mean, we all know that these people
- 34:57were all paling around together. It's not even a debate
- 35:01at this point. Now we don't know exactly the specific
- 35:07roles of every single person involved, but we do know
- 35:10anyone that was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein, knew what
- 35:14he was about, knew that he was not a normal guy.
- 35:18And if you were hanging out with him after the
- 35:19first conviction, you knew he was a convicted sex offender.
- 35:23Andrew and Maxwell at Ascot Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended
- 35:27the Royal Ascot in June two thousand. They were photographed
- 35:30with Epstein, another one of the Duke's former girlfriends, Carolyn
- 35:33Neville and her husband Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving
- 35:38the wedding of a former girlfriend. September two thousand, the
- 35:41Duke attended the wedding of his former girlfriend or really
- 35:44a cecial with Maxwell. The pair arrived together, but walked
- 35:47in separately, according to reports at the time. I mean, look,
- 35:51all of these different examples are just more evidence of
- 35:56the BS he was trying to run on us. This
- 36:00one Andrew and Maxwell partying at a Halloween party. The
- 36:03pair were photographed together at supermodel Heidi klums Halloween party
- 36:07in October of two thousand. Now, remember how close they
- 36:10were at this point in time. And now Andrew will
- 36:12tell you, oh, well, we weren't close, So what are
- 36:14you doing at the hookers in the Pimps and Hose party,
- 36:18Hookers and Pimps theme bash at the Hudson Hotel, because
- 36:21that's what you were doing at the Halloween party with
- 36:24at how he Clum's Halloween party. So you're there with Maxwell,
- 36:28but you're not close, you don't know her. You just
- 36:30go to a hookers and pimps party, Pimps and hose party.
- 36:35I mean when I worked in the joint here in
- 36:37Las Vegas, those parties were wild, absolutely insane types of
- 36:42parties invited on a shooting weekend at Sandringham. Photos from
- 36:48December two thousand have shown Maxwell and Epstein on a
- 36:51pheasant shoot with Andrew. They spent the weekend in Norfolk
- 36:54at the Sandringham estate. Andrew spoke to the BBC News
- 36:57Night in twenty and nineteen about his links to EBST,
- 37:00and when he was asked about that weekend, he said,
- 37:02it was a straightforward shooting weekend. Whatever that means. Anyone
- 37:06want to explain to the rest of us what that
- 37:08means a straight forward shooting weekend. What you have bent
- 37:11shooting weekends, crooked shooting weekends. What is a straightforward shooting weekend?
- 37:17Andrew photographed with Roberts and Maxwell in London. Now we
- 37:20all know about this photograph. I'm not even gonna go
- 37:23into it. Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the Palace.
- 37:28So we know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour
- 37:30of the palace, got the pictures, the whole line. So again,
- 37:34how are you going to tell us that you're not
- 37:36close with Glene Maxwell? And then finally for this article,
- 37:40but certainly not the last time they were hanging out
- 37:42Andrew Maxwell, Epstein, and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's
- 37:47birthday in two thousand and six. Beatrice's eighteenth birthday party
- 37:51was held at Windsor Castle. Photos published in The Sun
- 37:54on Sunday shows now convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein with
- 37:58Epstein and Maxwell about the three stooges, the three gross
- 38:03disgusting morons. Maxwell wore a feathered mask as she smiled,
- 38:07and photos taken at the bash that was attended by
- 38:09some four hundred guests. Epstein was being investigated by US
- 38:13authorities at the time he attended the party. Two months later,
- 38:16he was issued a warrant for sexual assault of a minor.
- 38:19You mean to tell me that nobody warned the Prince.
- 38:21Nobody in the Foreign Affairs Office called over and said, hey, look, dude,
- 38:25Jeffrey Epstein's sick. Fuck boys, what are you guys doing?
- 38:30Maybe they didn't, but I'll tell you what. Either way,
- 38:33what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea, why
- 38:36don't you google the people you're hanging out with. During
- 38:41a newsnight interview in twenty nineteen, Andrew claimed he didn't
- 38:44know about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because
- 38:47he had invited Maxwell. So again, he says in the interview,
- 38:50he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden, him and
- 38:53Epstein were the close ones. None of it makes sense,
- 38:56all right, The whole story he's pitching, and this whole
- 38:59entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be
- 39:03what sinks him here. And that's why I wanted to
- 39:05focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure Judge Kaplan's going
- 39:08to take a look at this and say the same
- 39:10thing I'm saying. What are you talking about, buddy? I
- 39:12see the evidence here. You were obviously close to her,
- 39:15and if you can't be truthful about the very basics,
- 39:19the small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful
- 39:23about the overall story either. So that's where it's at
- 39:26with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the rebuttal
- 39:32he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for
- 39:36him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were
- 39:39excited when they put that together. They all had a toast,
- 39:42maybe clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a
- 39:45good job. But boys, tell you what, barely getting a
- 39:50C grade here and lucky to get that because this
- 39:55whole entire response was not the right way to go
- 39:58about it in my opinion. Anyway, I guess we'll have
- 40:01to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode
- 40:05after all is said and done, and we'll see if
- 40:07I was close to the mark or not. But so far,
- 40:10when we're talking about these people and the way they've
- 40:13gone about defending themselves, this has not been the right
- 40:16way to do it. They've all failed, and I would
- 40:19expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well if he
- 40:21keeps this up. Especially so tomorrow morning we'll pick back
- 40:25up and we'll see what's going on with Maxwell and
- 40:28Epstein and Andrew and the rest of them. And you know
- 40:32that we're going to have a couple of curves in
- 40:34the road, if you will, and some more bumps before
- 40:38we get to the end here, because there is so
- 40:42much more we do not know. For everything that we
- 40:44do know, there's a ton more that we don't know,
- 40:47and every day more becomes available, and as we get
- 40:50more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully we'll
- 40:55get more information and the picture will become more clear.
- 41:00All right, everybody that's gonna do it for tonight. I
- 41:02will be back tomorrow morning with a morning update. Obviously
- 41:07some context episodes come in your way in the meantime,
