- 0:10Ross.
- 0:12Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome back to the Freshest Sounds podcast.
- 0:16Yes.
- 0:16With me, your host, Ross, it's absolutely fantastic to be in the studio once again.
- 0:21As you can see, I'm not in the usual space.
- 0:25However, I still am in the generator, but they've just moved me into this larger room.
- 0:32As you can see, I've got my lovely picture over here of the podcast logo.
- 0:37So, again, I just wanna say a massive thank you to the generator, you know, who have supported
- 0:43myself and my podcast journey from when I started doing my podcasts and everything.
- 0:49So we're just gonna dive straight into everything.
- 0:53So my first topic, what I want to discuss is, obviously I've put a post on social media about
- 1:00the red flag situation.
- 1:02That is still gonna stay open for a little bit longer, so I'll probably leave it open for
- 1:07another week or so, and I will, you know, relay everyone's comments once it's been done and
- 1:14dusted with.
- 1:14So with that being said, I am gonna get into the music side of things now.
- 1:19So, obviously, with the music and everything, I normally introduce the artist, and the artist
- 1:26has kindly helped out with something here.
- 1:29Gonna play the message, and then we're just gonna get straight into the song itself.
- 1:35So here is the message.
- 1:37Yo.

- 1:45now.

- 1:55Let's go.
- 2:38Could you make it and win?
- 2:40I said 100 times.
- 2:42I'm what they're saying now.
- 2:44They never make a sound.
- 2:46All them shows up in Arbor Day, they didn't come round.
- 2:48You had to go and chase his dream.
- 2:50And as crazy as it seems, you take it out of town.
- 2:53And now they're digging
- 4:49So, yeah, I thoroughly enjoyed that one.
- 4:51Everything was there for myself, to be honest with you.
- 4:53You know, from the start to the end, really, you know, it was just the full full package for
- 5:00me.
- 5:00And, obviously, you couldn't have seen what I was doing because the YouTube video was there.
- 5:05Thank you for the YouTube video because no one got to see what I was doing.
- 5:09But, yeah, I was having a little bit of a boogie to it.
- 5:11To be honest with you, it was a very vibrant, upbeat, dancer song, and I thoroughly enjoyed
- 5:16it.
- 5:16And I can't wait to hear more of your music.
- 5:20And, you know, you're more than welcome to send any of your songs in whenever you've released a
- 5:26new one, and I'll be more than happy to play it on the podcast for you.
- 5:29So
- 5:29if you did like that song, you know, he's called I wanna say it's Phoenix Appiah on
- 5:34YouTube, and the song is called a 100 times.
- 5:38So if you did like what you've just listened to, please go like, share, subscribe, and
- 5:41comment on the video, please.

- 5:54So his name is The Resistance and the song is called Speak On It.
- 5:58Here it is.
- 6:02Song's called Speak On It.
- 6:09I ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 6:11No.
- 6:11I'm gonna speak on it.
- 6:12Yeah.
- 6:13Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 6:14No.
- 6:14I'm gonna speak on it.
- 6:16Yeah.
- 6:16Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 6:18No.
- 6:18I'm gonna speak on it.
- 6:19Yeah.

- 6:33No.
- 6:33I'm gonna sleep on it.
- 6:35Speak on it.
- 6:35Man, this beat is crazy.
- 6:37Let's face it.
- 6:37This place is is racist, not racist, but places invasive.
- 6:42And that's why we named this space a look.
- 6:44Got something to say.
- 6:45And I ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 6:47I'm embarrassed to say that I'm blooming, and I'm gonna speak on it.
- 6:50Sleep on it, I did it.
- 6:52But speaking on it, I'm doing.
- 6:54No one wants to ruin what we got going on and doing.
- 6:57But, really, we are ruined for following and pursuing.
- 7:00I'm moving and I do what we should have done, son.
- 8:39All that knowledge in your wallet gets you nowhere.
- 8:44Walk your mileage.
- 8:46All that knowledge in your wallet gets you nowhere.
- 8:51Walk your mileage.
- 8:52Let's face it.
- 8:53This place is braces, not faces, but places and faces.
- 8:58And that's why we're in this space.
- 8:59Look, I've got something to say, and I ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:03I'm embarrassed to say that I'm human, and I'm gonna speak on it.
- 9:06Speaking on it.
- 9:07Speak.
- 9:08Speak.
- 9:08Speak.
- 9:09Good boy.
- 9:10Speaking on it.
- 9:11Speak.
- 9:11Speak.
- 9:12Speak.
- 9:12Like a dog.
- 9:13Speaking on it.
- 9:14Speak.
- 9:15Speak.
- 9:16Good boy.
- 9:16Speaking on it.
- 9:17Speak.
- 9:18Speak.
- 9:18Speak like a dog.
- 9:20Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:21No.
- 9:21I'm gonna speak on it.
- 9:23Yeah.
- 9:23Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:25No.
- 9:25I'm gonna speak on it.
- 9:26Yeah.
- 9:27Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:28No.
- 9:28I'm gonna speak on it.
- 9:30Yeah.
- 9:30Ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:31Sleep on it.
- 9:33Is crazy.
- 9:34Face it.
- 9:34This place is is racist.
- 9:36Not faces, but places and faces.
- 9:38And that's why we're in this spaces.
- 9:40Look, I got something to say.
- 9:42And I ain't gonna sleep on it.
- 9:44I'm embarrassed to say that I'm human, and I'm gonna speak on it.
- 9:47Speaking on it, speak, speak.
- 9:50Good boy.
- 9:51Speaking on it.
- 9:51Speak.
- 9:52Speak.
- 9:53Speak like a dog.
- 9:55Oh, yeah.
- 9:56The Resistance, Speak On It, I, for one, thoroughly enjoyed that.
- 9:59You know?
- 10:00Everything was there for myself, to be honest with you.
- 10:02I enjoyed it.
- 10:03I enjoyed how you've freestyled as well because, you know, I for one find that stuff
- 10:08very, very difficult.
- 10:09And the fact that you just sat there and just come up with all that off the top of your head
- 10:13is absolutely amazing.
- 10:15I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed it.
- 10:17But the only thing that I would say for improvement wise is if you've ever heard of a
- 10:24software called BandLab, it is free.
- 10:26I would highly recommend you recording your voice over the track in there.
- 10:31And then that way, you're not gonna get your mic went every two minutes.
- 10:36That's the only thing that spoiled it for me.
- 10:38But other than that, it was absolutely amazing, and the audio would be a lot better as well if
- 10:44you use BandLab.
- 10:45So that's the only thing I can say personally needs improving on.
- 10:50That's Speak On It Ladies and Gentlemen by The Resistance so if you did like that song again
- 10:54it is The Resistance on YouTube please go subscribe to his channel and support the
- 10:59artist.
- 11:00So up next we have Rockboy Records and the song is called Slipping by Murder Unit.
- 11:07So, yeah, if you like what you're about to listen to, please like, share, subscribe,
- 11:11comment, do all that sort of stuff.
- 11:12Go show you Nan because I know she's gonna love it.
- 11:14Here it is.
- 15:09And that was Rock Boy Records Slippin'.
- 15:12I thoroughly enjoyed that one, to be honest with you.
- 15:15You know, everything was there.
- 15:16And I can't say there's any room for improvement because if I said that there was, I
- 15:21think I'd be lying, to be honest with you.
- 15:22So if you did like that song, you know what to do.
- 15:25Go subscribe to them.
- 15:26The YouTube channel is Rockboy Records, the song was called Slippin' by Murder Unit.
- 15:31So please like, subscribe, comment, do all that sort of stuff purely because it helps the
- 15:36artist out.
- 15:36And I know for a fact all these artists who get the extra support from being on the podcast
- 15:41appreciate all users well because I've had personal messages of them and they've thanked
- 15:47me as well.
- 15:48And other things are happening behind the scenes and going on in the pipelines as well.
- 15:53So, you know, you need to make sure you stick to this podcast because 2025, I'm telling you
- 15:57what, it's gonna go off.
- 15:58It is going to go off.
- 16:00We are on our last and final song of the episode, ladies and gentlemen.
- 16:07So this one is off an artist called Gangster Bean.
- 16:12So if you do like what you are listening to in a second, please go subscribe to his channel.
- 16:17Again, his YouTube name is Gangsta Bean, the song is called Livewire.
- 16:22Here it is.
- 20:57And that was gangster bean live wire.
- 21:01To be honest with you, it wasn't my cup of tea, but podcast isn't here for myself.
- 21:05It is here for the music artists and the music lovers.
- 21:08So I can say on a personal opinion that I think that there's a lot of room for improvement.
- 21:14I can feel the passion and the determination in the music.
- 21:19And I think with the right tools and the right help, you could be onto something really,
- 21:24really good there, to be honest with you.
- 21:25So, yeah, obviously, I would use BandLab and just to get your timing right on the beat and
- 21:30everything.
- 21:31So, yeah, I would recommend using BandLab because, obviously, there is different how can
- 21:36I put it?
- 21:36There's different softwares inside of it, like different plugins, and, you know, it can help
- 21:41you stay on track and on beat with your your beat, obviously.
- 21:46So there is something called, like, this monotone thing, and it goes sounds like that,
- 21:52basically.
- 21:53And it just helps you keep on track with the beat, and it keeps, like, a progression,
- 21:58basically.
- 21:59So yeah, I'd highly recommend that and you know just work at your music a lot more because I
- 22:05can feel the potential.
- 22:06I can hear the potential in your voice and everything and I'm not going to sit here and
- 22:09say your music shit because I don't think that.
- 22:12And I would never say that to anyone's music, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
- 22:17And I just want you to improve your music so, so much.
- 22:20And like I said, I can feel and hear the passion that it's got.
- 22:24And I know for a fact you're gonna be a dangerous one when you've got your music sorted
- 22:28properly.
- 22:29You know, like, obviously, like, when you've got your vocals a bit better and, you know,
- 22:33you're a bit more on par with the beat and everything.
- 22:36But other than that, I enjoyed the music.
- 22:38You know?
- 22:39It's just there is room for improvement, and I want you to improve it.
- 22:43It like, I don't mean it in a disrespectful way, me personally.
- 22:46So it's just my honest opinion.
- 22:48I'm not gonna sit here and go like, oh, yeah.
- 22:50Was absolutely fantastic.
- 22:51Nothing wrong with it when I feel like there is room for improvement.
- 22:54Do know what I mean?
- 22:55So, yeah, that's it for the episode, ladies and gentlemen.
- 22:57I just wanna say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the podcast.
- 23:01And I've also forgot to mention as well, I would just wanna say a massive, massive thank
- 23:05you to Frankie Kington.
- 23:07Now if you are following the Facebook page, you will see that I've got a sponsor on the
- 23:13podcast.
- 23:14So Frankie Kington has kindly sponsored the podcast and what he does, he is a entrepreneur.
- 23:20He's a mentor.
- 23:21He he is a life coach as well.
- 23:25So he helps out young men from aged 18 and above, and he helps them who are in dire need
- 23:34of his help.
- 23:35So if you're like, you know, you're going down the wrong path, let's say, and Frankie will
- 23:41help out and guide you and assist you onto the right path.
- 23:45He has been in multiple situations.
- 23:48His life wasn't the best, let's say that.
- 23:51And, you know, he has changed.
- 23:55He's reformed himself.
- 23:57And, yeah, he's he's got a book out as well, I believe.
- 24:00And I'm gonna leave his website in the bio and everything.
- 24:04And, you know, you're more than welcome to check it out.
- 24:06And I'm gonna do the same for Spotify as well.
- 24:09So everyone who has been played today, they're gonna get tagged on the YouTube channel and the
- 24:15Spotify channel as well.
- 24:16So, yeah, I just wanna say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the podcast, you
- 24:19know, on social media and everything, and it means a lot to me.
- 24:24It means the world to me that you've supported me and helped podcast grow.
- 24:29It is still growing, and it's in its baby stage at the moment.
- 24:34And when it gets out there out there, you know, I'm gonna be lost for words.
- 24:39I'm always lost for words as it is anyway.
- 24:41But, yeah, I just wanna say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the podcast from
- 24:45the start of the journey, the middle of the journey, and the end of the journey.
- 24:48But it is not the end of the journey until the fat lady sings, and I don't hear her singing
- 24:52just yet.
- 24:53And on that note, ladies and gentlemen, I bid you all farewell, and I will see you on the
- 24:59next episode.
- 25:00See you later.
