- 0:40Hi, it's Adam here. And on today's episode of The
- 0:43Hypnotist, I'm joined by a guest hypnotist who's also going to be
- 0:47speaking at the Irish Hypnotherapy Conference, and
- 0:49that is Krista Dora. Krista Dora, welcome to the
- 0:51show. Adam, how are you?
- 0:54Good. Good day to you and everyone
- 0:56else. Thank you so much for having me
- 0:59today in your program and looking forward to share
- 1:02knowledge and wisdom with everyone else.
- 1:04Yeah, perfect. Great to have you here.
- 1:07So I think we, we first met I think at the London Hypnosis
- 1:12Convention just a few months ago.
- 1:14I saw your talk, which was which was fascinating.
- 1:17Before we get into what you're going to be talking about at
- 1:20Ireland, how did you get into this fascinating world that we
- 1:24call hypnotherapy? What was what was the catalyst
- 1:27that led you to quite a an unusual niche?
- 1:32Yes, well I I studied psychology and I remember that in our first
- 1:38year we learned about Milton Ericsson.
- 1:41So when we learned about him, we learned about metaphors and
- 1:46basic hypnosis. However, I've learned about it
- 1:49from a theoretical perspective and linguistic more from the
- 1:55analyse, analysis or analytic part.
- 1:58However, I didn't experience hypnosis just the way we know it
- 2:03until I met burial in 2015 in Dubai.
- 2:06I was living and working in there and I was going through a
- 2:11clinical depression. I had a very rough time because
- 2:14I just lost my father from a stroke and I bumped into her in
- 2:20in one HR conference and she was giving a talk on emotional
- 2:24intelligence in business. However, she ended up
- 2:26hypnotizing us. So at the end of the of the
- 2:31training of the workshop, I literally stuck her out and ask
- 2:36her questions and I booked a session with her to help me with
- 2:40that depression that I'm I was going through a PSTD.
- 2:44It was awesome. Was really so, so fast and so
- 2:48effective because I, I was already doing a lot of other
- 2:51stuff, taking medicine, went to psychiatrist and nothing seemed
- 2:56to help me. But when I worked with her with
- 2:59my subconscious mind, yeah, I immediately, I immediately
- 3:04process the information. It happens to be that I'm a
- 3:06floppy, which means I'm that one of those persons that enter very
- 3:11quickly and very deep into hypnosis.
- 3:14So that was the stars. And I remember that just after a
- 3:18few months burial had a training in Dubai and I said, OK, why I'm
- 3:26why I'm not going to get into this and do a training for
- 3:30myself. I never thought that I'm going
- 3:32to become an immunotherapist and a trainer and not even that I'm
- 3:37going to spend my entire life and routine on it.
- 3:41And so I, I got into the training was one intense one
- 3:46month training with burial. And from there it was just
- 3:50non-stop training, training, travelling a lot and keep
- 3:56training, training, training and learned from different
- 4:00professionals, travelling all the time to all the conferences.
- 4:05And yeah, so that's how I got into into.
- 4:10It was Milton that was the initial kind of, you know, kind
- 4:13of seed that was sown in your mind and then obviously moved
- 4:16since then. And how would you describe your
- 4:19style? Because some people use labels
- 4:22and they'll say, oh, it's very metaphorical.
- 4:24It's very direct. It's very, you know, kind of
- 4:27they'll they'll use different styles or kind of elements.
- 4:30How would you describe your type of hypnosis?
- 4:33Well, I, I would probably use intuitive words.
- 4:38I, I know that for some other professionals, intuitive might
- 4:42sound like unprofessional. However, I remember one thing
- 4:48that barrel taught us and she was, you know, repeating that
- 4:51over and over again. Client is a script, client is a
- 4:54script. So you just need to dive into
- 4:57that creative power of your subconscious mind is
- 5:00subconscious mind and you get that information that is needed
- 5:03for the decline in the moment. So I wouldn't say there is a way
- 5:08that I'm learning. I would rather say that I'm
- 5:11learning a lot of things just like the good doctor, you know,
- 5:14that doctor that just sees the things that he needs to place
- 5:19into put into place and he just does that on the spot.
- 5:23So learning so many techniques and structuring them,
- 5:28understanding where I would have to put those techniques into
- 5:32place in the process when I'm with a person that I'm engaging
- 5:36and I'm, I'm, I'm taking out of the toolbox the techniques that
- 5:39I need in, in every moment. So I'm, I'm pretty much flowing,
- 5:44although I have a structure. The way I'm working after so
- 5:47many years is that I normally take, I take people in only if
- 5:52they go into a program 3-6 or nine months.
- 5:56Because what I've realized that with hymnosis, people have the,
- 6:00they create this expectative that it has to be fast, quick,
- 6:04and sometimes one or two sessions are really good and can
- 6:08help people a lot. But many times it's not like
- 6:10that people need to take it as a as a process, you know, personal
- 6:14development. And what I do now, I mostly work
- 6:19with people three months into a regressive space and we get into
- 6:24the wheel of life with all the areas that are important in our
- 6:29life. And we just dive into all those
- 6:32areas and find things that stop people from from growing.
- 6:38And then we have the integration of the parts because we have a
- 6:40lot of, you know, conflict, right?
- 6:42People are a part of me now wants to change and another part
- 6:45of me wants to say the way it was.
- 6:47So working with parts is very fun.
- 6:50I like working with working with parts and we move with clients
- 6:54through this process and we creating a new a new character.
- 6:58And then the last part of the process is to work with people
- 7:02on to creating that new character.
- 7:04So if you would have the possibility to build a new you,
- 7:08how that new you would be. So that would be the structure.
- 7:12And obviously when it comes to regression, there are so many
- 7:15techniques to work with regression.
- 7:16You can work with very clinical techniques, with people who are
- 7:21scientific or very rational or analytic oriented, right?
- 7:26And then you can work with spiritual diagnosis with people
- 7:29who are spiritual or the yoga or all this kind of spiritual
- 7:33activities or practices. So always taking count the
- 7:37person persons needs to apply the techniques.
- 7:42And I love that phrase intuitive hypnotherapy because I think
- 7:47it's almost paradoxical if you're not using your intuition,
- 7:50because if you, whether you see it as a metaphor, a model or
- 7:53whatever, this idea that anything other than the
- 7:56conscious is kind of unconscious, super conscious,
- 7:58subconscious, whatever, whatever phrase you use, it can clearly
- 8:02evaluate more information than the conscious mind that's
- 8:04limited to about 7 chunks of information.
- 8:07So therefore, why would you not allow your unconscious to be
- 8:10the, the catalyst for that hypnotherapy if it can process
- 8:13so much more information? So it's, it's great that that's,
- 8:17that's it clearly something you embrace.
- 8:20We're talking at the Irish Hypnotherapy conference.
- 8:23Tell us a bit about what you're going to be talking about.
- 8:26I'm going to talk about that precisely intuitive speaking
- 8:29because I've been and I'm still going to so many presentations,
- 8:34not just in in Gnosis, but also through the nature of my work.
- 8:38I'm going to different, other industries, right?
- 8:42So I'm seeing presentations from different people with different
- 8:46mindsets, structures, like it's different to hear a doctor
- 8:50speaking than to hear a dentist than to hear a psychologist than
- 8:53to hear someone who's doing a, a, a very energetic work.
- 8:57So the, the, the script, right? And the dialogue is totally
- 9:00different. So what, what I've noticed that
- 9:04sometimes people get really caught into the, into the
- 9:08content and they forget about the people.
- 9:11So I, I mean, I know there is some, there is a safe who says
- 9:15that they will, they will forget what you said, but they won't
- 9:20forget how you made them feel. So I, I really cling on to that.
- 9:25And I, I realized I've seen, I observed people who are doing
- 9:29really good speaking, motivational speaking sessions
- 9:34and professional sessions, right, teaching or academic
- 9:38sessions. And I've come to realize at
- 9:41least, is that, that the way, how I'm feeling it and how
- 9:43people feedback on me, that when you're really connecting with
- 9:48the people, with the space, when you are with them and you feel
- 9:53them and you, you understand them just by seeing, just by
- 9:57watching their body language, their faces, right?
- 9:59Because we heard 7080% or more our, our community condition is
- 10:05non variable. So I really stick to that and I,
- 10:09I, I zoom into that space of energy, right And although there
- 10:16is a theme, there is always an energy that prevails that theme,
- 10:20right. So what I'm going to do at the
- 10:23Irish conference is present this new perspective on how to do
- 10:27creative presentations, how just how you can sink into that
- 10:31capacity, which is innate, is natural of sharing your
- 10:35knowledge, which is absolutely gorgeous.
- 10:38Now there are people who are doing scientific research and
- 10:42they have so much to share, but then they're losing people
- 10:45because they are so focused on the technical part that it
- 10:48doesn't reach to to to the ones those those ones that are
- 10:52listening or are attending, right.
- 10:54So the presentation is going to be about the fear of just being
- 10:58you. We we're creating characters
- 11:01just to fit in in a model, But we we forget that we're humans
- 11:05and we need to maintain that that link of humanity among or
- 11:11between US. And when I think of like some of
- 11:14the best Ted talks I've seen, it's not someone reading a
- 11:18script or doing a presentation. It's someone really kind of
- 11:21talking about their experiences and, and those kind of things.
- 11:24And I guess the parallel between presentations and hypnosis is
- 11:29the the PowerPoint is the comfort blanket of the presenter
- 11:33and the script is the comfort blanket of the hypnotist.
- 11:36So it feels safe to kind of have that very structured thing, but
- 11:40in doing so, you lose something at that point because humans
- 11:44already know how to communicate. And then having that additional
- 11:47thing in between kind of impedes that connection, that energy
- 11:51between them and the and the people they're working with.
- 11:55Did you use scripts early on in your in your kind of career as a
- 11:58hypno hypnotherapist or you've always been, let's say using an
- 12:04intuitive style? No, no, no, no.
- 12:11At the beginning, the maximum that I did was to learn the
- 12:15words because I'm not an English native speaker.
- 12:18As you can see, I'm neither a Spanish native speaker.
- 12:23I'm a Romanian native speaker. So I had to learn some at the
- 12:27beginning. I had to learn the linguistics,
- 12:29I had to memorize, I had to practice the the spelling, just
- 12:34like now I'm I'm making an effort to be able to make sure
- 12:39that what it reaches to people is what I actually mean.
- 12:42So more it's it was more that work that I had to do a personal
- 12:47work. But in terms of script, I always
- 12:51have that clear. As I said from the beginning
- 12:54from from barrel, just allow your creative mind to to guide
- 12:59the session. You have this, the the, the
- 13:01techniques, you have them inside you learn the techniques you
- 13:04know, you mastered the techniques, you practice the
- 13:06techniques just before you get with the person.
- 13:09So when you are with the person, we use that person's about
- 13:14ability and capacity to connect to to, to to reach out.
- 13:19And ever since I started, I think that the, the, the only
- 13:23scripts that I read to say so was just the basic steps we had
- 13:27in the manual Ignosys manual in manual is just because of the,
- 13:31the language. And the rest of the time I, I
- 13:34just flow. And you cannot imagine I, I
- 13:37could write a book of the, the, the, the kind of examples of
- 13:42metaphors that I always come up with when I just allow myself to
- 13:45be into this state of flow. Flowness and I barely I I will
- 13:51say I'm I'm not using scripts neither for the presentations.
- 13:55I'm more of a storyteller because you can get a content
- 14:00and you can wrap that content into a story.
- 14:02And when you, when you, when you say a story, when you tell a
- 14:06story and when you get that, you know, body language and the
- 14:10voice and, and the, and the, and the gaze and everything and, and
- 14:14the emotion with the people, the people sense that and they, they
- 14:18just again, get into that boat and drive with you and travel
- 14:22with you through that story. So I would say that that's is
- 14:26mostly what I'm doing. Yeah, and I think, you know, for
- 14:29me, that's the ideal way to do it to to kind of get into that
- 14:32flow state and just allow the the intuition, the subconscious
- 14:35to kind of do the heavy lifting. And then you're you're freeing
- 14:38up the cognitive resources to focus on calibration.
- 14:41You can then look at, you know, facial expressions and micro
- 14:44expressions and those kind of things that kind of steer it in
- 14:46the right direction. I guess one step away from a
- 14:48script would be a protocol. And there are certain people
- 14:51that become attached to protocols and they're very much
- 14:56evangelical that this protocol works for every client in every
- 15:00situation. And then again, it becomes less
- 15:02about the client and more about their system.
- 15:06And I guess there's pros and cons of doing that because then,
- 15:09you know, you can have a high level of confidence in the
- 15:11protocol, which some of that confidence is going to project
- 15:14across to the client. But it it can be sometimes feel
- 15:18like putting square pegs in round holes where it doesn't
- 15:20quite fit, but you're kind of forcing it.
- 15:22What's been your experience of the pros and cons of protocols
- 15:25or techniques? All right.
- 15:28I, I, I, I think that my favorite words in this sense is
- 15:32structure. I create a structure.
- 15:35So I'm not marrying with any of the, the techniques.
- 15:39I could pull out stuff from Elman and then I can mix with,
- 15:44with techniques that are totally different, but I'm not marrying
- 15:49with any of the things techniques.
- 15:51I'm not saying, oh, this is the ultimate, this is the, oh, this
- 15:54is, I mean, if I'm not doing it this way, it's not working.
- 15:58And I think that's the key to my success that I'm, I'm just, you
- 16:03know, taking the best out of all the techniques and creating the
- 16:06structure. I think that it is very
- 16:08important to understand how brain functions.
- 16:11It's very, very, very, very important to understand how mind
- 16:15functions. It's very important to
- 16:17understand people, their vax, their submodalities, if they're
- 16:22visually, they're kinesthetic, if they're, if they're auditory,
- 16:26I, I think it's important to understand the person to, to, to
- 16:30ask the person to talk about themselves, to know, to, to have
- 16:33their life story in front of you.
- 16:35And yes, you need to have a structure.
- 16:37I, I believe it's important for you to be able to get from A-Z.
- 16:41If is that, if not, you're just like rumouring around, but
- 16:46without having a direction. So I think the direction is very
- 16:49important in the process and it's the future pacing.
- 16:53So I would, I would say, OK, I'm doing a pre talk with a person.
- 16:58I understand what's the, the, the issue?
- 17:00Well, we, we discover which techniques are better to use
- 17:03with a person as we go along. But when we first meet, we have
- 17:09an objective. OK, so you're coming here
- 17:11because you'll have this issue. What is your goal?
- 17:13What do you want to achieve? How do you want to see yourself
- 17:16at the end? So if you make this changes, how
- 17:19this would change your life from now on, not just this part of
- 17:23your life, but all your life. So I'm using a lot the will of
- 17:28life when I'm working with people.
- 17:31So I, I help them to get this equine feeling around all the
- 17:36areas of the life. So they don't just get focused
- 17:38on one part and then they forget about the others.
- 17:41And then they are this compensated and they, they, they
- 17:45can, you know, find that they have issues throughout their
- 17:50life. So I like structure, yes,
- 17:54structure, it's important. But then when you have a
- 17:56structure, you can have a slide with five points and then you
- 17:59can develop those points. I'm not sure whether you were at
- 18:03the UKHA when I did a presentation now in November
- 18:07that I had technical issues. Yeah, I was left out of the
- 18:10presentation. So I didn't have a presentation
- 18:14and I didn't have anything. I just had myself had that
- 18:17structure, had the people in the room, had the feedback from the
- 18:21people and I just moved, moved along with that.
- 18:23And I think there was it was an incredible session.
- 18:27And it's just because I allowed myself to to flow and I just
- 18:32didn't stick to oh shit, my my presentation.
- 18:35Why did I have to? Do you know why this that why
- 18:38that happened to me? Yeah.
- 18:40I think a lot of people would have have kind of freaked out
- 18:43because again, it's that comfort blanket and the analogy that
- 18:46comes to my mind. I don't know if you've seen the
- 18:48original Dumbo, but Dumbo's little kind of feather.
- 18:53Dumbo's this elephant with big ears and, and convinced that,
- 18:56you know, the only reason they it can fly is because it's
- 18:59holding this little kind of black crow's feather in its in
- 19:01its trunk. And for a lot of people, like I
- 19:05think a protocol, the script presentation becomes Dumbo's
- 19:08feather it, you know, it's that placebo effect that if they have
- 19:11that, then they're OK. And it was great to see your
- 19:13presentation because yeah, like the projector wasn't working,
- 19:16like the the PowerPoint wasn't working and then.
- 19:19The sound and. There's several issues and I
- 19:21think to some extent like that's what that's a great metaphor for
- 19:25life. Like life isn't going to go
- 19:27exactly as you plan it to be, but, you know, adapting and, and
- 19:30changing is, is kind of the, you know, the more useful thing to,
- 19:35to do there. So in, you know, and, and
- 19:38another metaphor that's coming into my head as you were talking
- 19:39about kind of like this idea of kind of structure versus kind of
- 19:43scripts. It's almost like some people can
- 19:46cook well only if they follow a recipe exactly as the recipe is
- 19:51kind of written down. But there's actually great cooks
- 19:54that they just know roughly like what are they creating?
- 19:57And that element of sensory acuity and calibration like
- 20:00tasting a little bit, add a bit more of this.
- 20:02You know, well, they can cook anything with any ingredients,
- 20:05whereas the person that can only follow a recipe is screwed if
- 20:09the recipe stops working or, you know, if they don't have one of
- 20:13the ingredients. And I think it's much better to
- 20:15know the the reason why ingredients have an impact
- 20:18rather than just, you know, follow a particular sequence.
- 20:21And I think, you know, clearly you have that broad structure.
- 20:25And sometimes parts therapy is helpful, sometimes it isn't.
- 20:28Sometimes regression is helpful, sometimes it isn't.
- 20:30And I think that ability to be discerning and know what is
- 20:33going to help and what isn't going to help can really make a
- 20:36difference with a client rather than just thinking, oh, OK,
- 20:39they've got PTSD so we're going to do regression to cause but
- 20:43disassociate or they've got this habit so we're going to do a
- 20:46swish pattern or something like that.
- 20:48It's kind of like, well, there's way more different options than
- 20:50just kind of what you can do in any, any kind of situation.
- 20:54If you could go back in time and give your earlier hypnotherapy
- 20:59self some advice, knowing what you now know from all the kind
- 21:02of clients that you've seen in sessions, what advice would you
- 21:05have given you in, let's say, your first year of being a
- 21:08practitioner? Or just keep doing what you're
- 21:10doing. Just keep doing what you're
- 21:13doing because it's it's, it's great.
- 21:16And I, I was, well, I was listening to you and just came
- 21:19to my mind. How come some people are more
- 21:23natural at it? I think that I at least in my
- 21:28case, besides the fact that I'm very right brain and it's very
- 21:34operative, very creative. Ever since I was a little girl,
- 21:39I grew up in some conditions that were very out of the normal
- 21:44in the mono parental family with a lot of a lot of struggles and
- 21:49always had to find a way of getting out of situations out of
- 21:56out of comfort, but not in the comfort as I think about it,
- 21:59like in the in the painful comfort, comforted way
- 22:04comforted. So sorry, and, and I think that
- 22:08that helps or help me at least to develop a sort of agility,
- 22:14mental agility and just, you know, on the spot, having the
- 22:19information and moving with that information.
- 22:21And just as you're moving, you just do the things and connected
- 22:25to that. One thing that my father taught
- 22:28me is he liked to cook a lot and he was always saying that the,
- 22:34the secret is love. So when you put love into what
- 22:38you're doing, you cannot go wrong.
- 22:41Because even if it doesn't come out the same way, you seen a
- 22:46recipe, recipe, for example, it's going to, it's going to be
- 22:52the way it has to be in that very moment.
- 22:54So as long as we're putting heart into what we're doing,
- 22:58we're actually getting to, to, to transmit our message to to
- 23:03the others. Yeah, we're, we're at a strange
- 23:07time in kind of human history where perhaps within the next,
- 23:12who knows, 5-10 years, computers and robots will be smarter than
- 23:16the average human. And we might have this
- 23:19paradoxical situation where robots are better therapists
- 23:22than than humans. Do you ever think about how our
- 23:25industry might change and, and you know, the pros and cons of
- 23:32what it would be like in a future where you know there's a
- 23:36better understanding perhaps of human problems from technology
- 23:41than than from other humans? You see, these days I'm reading
- 23:47Course of Miracles. I'm not sure how that is in
- 23:50English, but here in Spain it's called Corsoli Milagros, and
- 23:54he's talking about love and consciousness.
- 23:57And so while I was reading that book, I was contemplating and
- 24:01reflecting on technology. And to me, technology is an
- 24:07extensive or an extended consciousness.
- 24:11So it's a way of it's a different way of experiencing
- 24:14consciousness, just as we experienced faith through
- 24:19Christianity and religion before.
- 24:21So I ate the new religion. And if you're not able to cope
- 24:27with that and run, you know, and get into the boats, you might
- 24:32just sink. Because IA is just to me, to me
- 24:36is just an expression of consciousness.
- 24:38It's, it's like just a universe. It's, it's a material expression
- 24:43of consciousness. Because when you're getting
- 24:46intuitive and you're allowing yourself to be and the energy,
- 24:50it just flows and the information, it just flows into
- 24:53your brain and the words just flow and you don't have to think
- 24:56and make any efforts for things to happen.
- 24:59So when you're working with IA, it's the same because it's like
- 25:02a huge library. You know, we're working noses
- 25:04with the library of resources. So it's like a huge library and
- 25:08then you just place your thoughts and you place your
- 25:12ideas and you place your doubts and the the only difference is
- 25:16that you get an instant response instead of waiting for the
- 25:20universe to come back with a sign that is not tactile.
- 25:24Well, the, the IA, it's responding on the spot.
- 25:27And I already have a prompt and an IA assistant that is helping
- 25:31me with, with the therapy sessions, with the follow up
- 25:35with my clients. It knows my clients.
- 25:37I put in the basic information without disclosing their, you
- 25:41don't need identity, but I put information about the cases.
- 25:45And it helps me a lot to create scripts, but not scripts as if
- 25:50you can imagine, know, like as people can imagine know that
- 25:54that I'm guiding an inner therapy session.
- 25:58Perhaps I'm teaching them self hypnosis and I'm giving them a
- 26:02guide, let's say so on things that they can repeat to
- 26:05themselves, affirmations or the wording for a tapping session,
- 26:11for example. I'm teaching my clients a lot to
- 26:13use self help techniques like self raky, self hypnosis, self
- 26:17tapping and, and, and, and it helps me a lot to, to create
- 26:23this kind of communication and sending emails and making follow
- 26:28follow-ups and, you know, impulsing my clients to, to, to
- 26:32just stick under on the on the road of growth of personal
- 26:37development. And it's it's the future to me
- 26:41IA the future. And if we're not able to cope
- 26:43with that and we we rejected, we're going to end up, I don't
- 26:50know where, but not very good. Actually left behind, I think, I
- 26:54think there's, there's a lot of people worried that, you know,
- 26:58AI and, and robots are going to replace humans and, and, and I
- 27:02think, you know, I've, I've seen a few kind of AI experts and,
- 27:06and the consensus seems to be that there will be almost like
- 27:11this new digital divide. So 20 years ago, the digital
- 27:14divide was those who had access to fast Internet and those
- 27:17people that didn't. And clearly there was an
- 27:19advantage for people that, that could.
- 27:21And the new digital divide will be the people that really
- 27:23understand and utilize AI and robotics.
- 27:26And maybe they have lots of automation happening in their
- 27:29work, in their business, in their home, and they really get
- 27:32the benefit of accessing whatever information they need
- 27:34rapidly. And those people that, that
- 27:37don't, and they're the people that would be the equivalent of,
- 27:41and there are people, you know, in, in England, we call them
- 27:43Luddites. It's kind of people that would
- 27:45reject technology. So they would never have a
- 27:49phone, never have a car, never have technology.
- 27:52And, and of course, like it's very difficult to compete if you
- 27:55don't have the same resources as I think it's a great metaphor
- 27:59because it's, it's kind of like for me, AI is, is a resource in
- 28:03the same way that confidence can be a resource or creativity can
- 28:06be a resource. And all things being equal, the
- 28:10human that can access more resources has an advantage to
- 28:12the human that, you know, can't access the same resources.
- 28:16So yeah, it's certainly, it'll be a strange, a very strange
- 28:20future. And I'm sure there'll be new
- 28:22problems that we as therapists are working with clients that we
- 28:26can't even guess right now because the world has changed so
- 28:29much. But it will be a very strange, a
- 28:32strange period. So for those people, and you're
- 28:35about to do a demo for us, some some kind of example hypnosis
- 28:39session. But for those people curious to
- 28:41learn more about you, where can they?
- 28:43Where's the best place for them to find you?
- 28:46Well, we have a website, but it's in Spanish and the, the
- 28:49idea is to, to, to translate it to English as well as I'm
- 28:53exposed more and more to the, to the English community.
- 28:59However, it's mindset pro academy.com.
- 29:03It's our website, but it, as I say, it's, it's, it's in, it's
- 29:07in Spanish right now. And there we, we put information
- 29:11about a program that we have mindset reset and helping people
- 29:15to, to change their mindset. It's like a personal development
- 29:19course, but also it's an immunotherapy, professional
- 29:22immunotherapy course. So people who want to get into
- 29:25the professional part, they will just do some more, more homework
- 29:31and, and modules and an exam and they, they can get the
- 29:35certification as a, as immunotherapist.
- 29:38And then we here we have an Academy as well and we're doing
- 29:42a lot of activities and we're doing yoga as well.
- 29:46I'm not big yoga of course. And, and we're doing Ibn Reiki,
- 29:52Reiki with hypnosis combined and tapping.
- 29:56So our three main activities are hypnosis in training and therapy
- 30:03and then yoga, which is our connection with the earth, let's
- 30:07say. So and then the trainings that
- 30:11we're doing in, in Reiki and tapping, these are free
- 30:15trainings. They're not charging people for
- 30:17them, just want to share with the community.
- 30:20So it's our social responsibility to say so.
- 30:25Amazing. And if anyone's curious to see
- 30:27Christadora or myself at the Irish, Irish Hypnotherapy
- 30:31Conference, that's going to be in Dublin in a few weeks time,
- 30:34early April and that is Irish Hypnotherapy Conference dot IE.
- 30:38But you're going to do a little demo and experience for us.
- 30:41Tell us about what we can expect.
- 30:44Well, intuitive connected connection, connect with the
- 30:49intuitive into sorry intuition, the intuitive space that is
- 30:54there behind our mind. So just do like a guided soft
- 30:58diagnosis, helping people to connect with that space,
- 31:02intuitive space and allow that space to just sprout to surface
- 31:07and experiences in their their day-to-day life.
- 31:14Perfect. Well, I'm going to put myself on
- 31:15mute, so I will be experiencing this alongside the listener.
- 31:18So, Christadora, over to you. Thank you so much, Adam.
- 31:23So all right, so put your place yourself comfortable, make
- 31:29yourself comfortable. Allow your shoulders, your chest
- 31:34to relax. And now you can close your eyes.
- 31:37Just close your eyes in a moment.
- 31:39I'm going to count from 5:00 to 1:00.
- 31:41With every number that I'm counting, you observe how your
- 31:43eyes getting heavier and heavier, heavier and heavier.
- 31:47And as you observe how your eyes are getting heavier and heavier
- 31:50as you're listening to my voice, you relax deeper and deeper with
- 31:54every nail and exhale, every time deeper and deeper.
- 31:58SO5. You inhale deeply and as you
- 32:00exhale, you allow all the muscles and all the cells of
- 32:03your body to relax deeper and deeper. 4/3 You place your gaze.
- 32:09You place your gaze, your attention behind your eyes, just
- 32:12as if you'd like to touch the crown of your eye, of your of
- 32:16your head. Just imagine you want to touch
- 32:18the crown of your head with your eyes, and your eyes stay closed.
- 32:2232 You observe how your eyes stop working right now.
- 32:26Your eyes stop working right now in a way that when I'm counting
- 32:29to one, when I'm counting to one, you're going to realize
- 32:32that your eyes stopped working. And you can test it.
- 32:35You can test it. You can try to open your eyes
- 32:37just to realize that your eyes are just stuck, relaxed, really
- 32:40relaxed. Now you stop trying and you
- 32:42relax deeper and deeper sleep. Every time I say the worst
- 32:45sleep, every time I say the worst sleep, you relax deeper
- 32:48and deeper. Every muscle, every cell of your
- 32:50body, every muscle, every cell of your body.
- 32:53And now in a moment, I'm going to come from 12:50.
- 32:55And with every number you can imagine yourself as you're going
- 32:58through some stairs. You can come up and down through
- 33:01the stairs, you can go up to the sky, or you can go down in the
- 33:05depth of the earth, whatever it feels good and comfortable for
- 33:08you. So 1098, you deeply sing 765.
- 33:16My Spanglish accent helps. And guys, you relax deeper and
- 33:19deeper. It's almost funny and it's
- 33:22really nice and comfortable. It makes you even want to smile.
- 33:25And you feel that when you smile, you get deeper and deeper
- 33:28too. And one deeply relaxed at the
- 33:32end of the stairs. At the end of the stairs, you
- 33:34can see that there is a tunnel. There is a tunnel.
- 33:38And in a moment I'm going to count again from 5:00 to 1:00.
- 33:40And with every number that I'm counting, you realize that
- 33:43you're floating. You're floating to drift through
- 33:46this tunnel and at the end of this tunnel there is a door.
- 33:49There is a special door. You can colour it the way you
- 33:52want. It can have colours and
- 33:55different shapes and different sounds.
- 34:01You can draw this tunnel the way you want.
- 34:04So fine, for as you get closer to this tunnel, you can see the
- 34:08gate, the door tree. When I'm counting one at the
- 34:13count of 1, you imagine you're in the library of creation, in
- 34:16the library of creation, in the library of intuition there where
- 34:20you can access to all the information you need to access.
- 34:22So you can realize right now that you are already a creative
- 34:27space, that you are already a creative space behind your mind,
- 34:31behind your mind, you are a creative space.
- 34:33SO2 preparing to get through that gate, through that door
- 34:36right now, two and one. Now you get through that door.
- 34:39Right now you go through that door right now, getting to the
- 34:43drug door and you drift, drift, drift deeply into your mind,
- 34:47deeply into your consciousness beyond your conscious mind.
- 34:51And you imagine your mind as if it would be a, an onion, perhaps
- 34:55you like or not the onions, but you know they have these layers.
- 34:58And as you keep taking layers, you get to the sweetheart of the
- 35:02of the the onion. So that's how you're getting
- 35:05right now to the sweet, to the sweet spot of your super
- 35:09conscious mind right now. And now you keep drifting,
- 35:14drifting through this space, through this library of
- 35:16consciousness. And as you're moving, you can
- 35:19see in the distance and you can sense, you can hear perhaps that
- 35:23there is a sort of energy presence that is connecting with
- 35:28you right now. And it comes to tell you what
- 35:31you need to know, what you need to understand, what you need to
- 35:33realize, what you need to integrate inside of your body,
- 35:37your mind, and all the layers of your consciousness to realize
- 35:40that you're a creative being, that you're a creative being.
- 35:43And every time you want to sink into this creative space, you
- 35:46can do it. So I'm counting from 5:00 to
- 35:481:00. And as I'm counting from 5:00 to
- 35:501:00, that presence gets closer and closer to you.
- 35:53And as it gets closer and closer to, you can start to feel and
- 35:56perceive and receive information in different ways, the way it's
- 36:01easier for you to receive it. Perhaps you can hear, perhaps
- 36:04you can sense, perhaps you can see.
- 36:06Perhaps you can engage all your senses and integrate this
- 36:11knowledge into your being right now. 543 You drift away even
- 36:16more, even more. 32 deeper and deeper, deeper and deeper.
- 36:23Deeply connected, deeply connected, totally connected.
- 36:29And now you just take in this information.
- 36:32You take this information. Just allow any other sound and
- 36:36noise around you help you and guide you to integrate this
- 36:40knowledge. So I'm going to keep a moment of
- 36:43silence. I'm going to keep a moment of
- 36:45silence right now and allow you to integrate into your being,
- 36:50into your cells, into your, into your muscles, into your spine,
- 36:57all the information so all the parts of you understand, realize
- 37:02and accept that is safe for you to be creative.
- 37:06It's safe for you to be creative right now.
- 37:10So right now, I'm allowing you a space of silence so your
- 37:14consciousness talks to yourself, speaks to yourself, speaks to
- 37:18you, and tells you everything you need to know right now.
- 37:21Now. As you deeply nail and excel,
- 37:40you sense how you're downloading all this information.
- 37:45You're just downloading all this information into your body, into
- 37:49your being right now. Being easy for you to be, being
- 37:54easy for you to just be. Be right now.
- 37:59Creative space right now. Feeling good.
- 38:10And now, now I'm going to count from 1:00 to 3:00 and another
- 38:14count to three. You can imagine yourself.
- 38:16You can imagine how you're jumping in the future.
- 38:18You jump in the future in a moment where you need to use
- 38:23this creative, intuitive energy in a space perhaps where before
- 38:28you felt you cannot do it. You, you doubt it, you felt
- 38:32uncomfortable, unsecure, and you allow this creative energy to
- 38:36just wrap that insecurity and allow it to burst into a space
- 38:41of creativity, space of creative ideas.
- 38:45SO1 Imagine how you're going in the future, in the future, in
- 38:49any of those moments where before you felt uncomfortable,
- 38:53insecure, doubtful. 2 and three, you're there in the future.
- 39:00You're there and you're just placing this creative,
- 39:03intuitive, create creative energy into that space.
- 39:07Imagine how this creative space, intuitive space wraps that part
- 39:11of you, wraps it with a very warm and pleasant energy.
- 39:17Perhaps that energy has a smell as well.
- 39:20Perhaps when you e-mail, you feel like a nice sensation,
- 39:26cotton like sensation, like a fresh air sensation.
- 39:31So every time you e-mail deeply and you say inside of yourself
- 39:35creative space, you're automatically anchoring to this
- 39:42capacity to get into this creative space.
- 39:45So creative space right now. And you imagine how this
- 39:51creative space wraps that part. And just like that, this
- 39:57creative space wraps all the parts of you.
- 40:01Fast and future and you realize it's safe for you to allow
- 40:09yourself to flow into this creative space safe for you to
- 40:18do to do this right now and in a moment.
- 40:23I'm going to count from 1:00 to 5:00.
- 40:25And with every number, you can integrate the entire experience
- 40:29and you can even memorize it so you can use it next time when
- 40:32you need to do it. Knowing that you can get into a
- 40:35deep hymnosis and you can make this travel through the stairs,
- 40:38up or down, going through the tunnel, opening the door,
- 40:42getting to the library of creative space, creative
- 40:45intuitive space. And from there, get the
- 40:47information that you need every time.
- 40:49So you can even do it every time you need to do a session with
- 40:52your client. Get yourself into that creative,
- 40:54intuitive space, and then you feel how you're connecting, your
- 40:59aura connects with your clients and with your audience, and you
- 41:04sense how easy it is for you to send to to flow with the people.
- 41:09SO12 coming back with this information well integrated into
- 41:16all the parts of your being, of your body, of your brain and
- 41:20mind. Three, you start to move your
- 41:23hands, your feet. 3-4 you start to smile, integrating your head,
- 41:30start to stretch, stretch, stretch. 4, you start to stretch
- 41:33your hands up with a big bright smile on your face, feeling
- 41:38totally connected with this intuitive, creative space.
- 41:42Four and five here now feeling good, safe and control.
- 41:47Whenever you want. You can open your eyes feeling
- 41:50good, in control, safe, with lots, lots of energy and
- 41:53curiosity to keep diving into this creative, intuitive space.
- 42:00Hello. Wow, that was really good.
- 42:03I really felt I've drifted off there to A to a very nice place.
- 42:08It was all intuitive Adama. No script the way it should be,
- 42:13the way it should be. So for people listening to to to
- 42:18this, obviously they know how to get a hold of you.
- 42:20They might need to use Google Translate to translate your
- 42:22website if they're listening in English, but they can certainly
- 42:24get a hold of you. What should they expect from a
- 42:26session like that? Just, you know, feel more
- 42:29resourceful, feel ideas coming to them.
- 42:31What's the What's the best way in which they can harness them?
- 42:35OK, so while you're talking it, it came to my mind besides
- 42:40looking at the website to see what we're doing, they can also
- 42:43connect with me directly on my Instagram.
- 42:46So the name, the way it is right now, just with a dot cristadora
- 42:50dot Buiculescu is my Instagram. So is there where I'm more
- 42:54active and I'm constantly publishing information and doing
- 42:59stories and I'm also publishing in English because I am
- 43:02connected with a lot of fellows from from abroad.
- 43:06And that's one, one thing they can get in touch through
- 43:11Instagram and then we can change numbers.
- 43:13And what I'm working with hypnosis right now, I'm really
- 43:18focused in anxiety on anxiety, fears, phobias.
- 43:24And I work weight loss or reducing weight or healthy
- 43:30weights more, more to say healthy emotions because weight
- 43:35issues are related to emotions. So we're, we're working with
- 43:38emotions and, and coaching. So these are the areas where I
- 43:44I'm specialized, I'm safe, I'm secure.
- 43:48Obviously I sometimes work with quit smoking and other
- 43:51therapies. I have knowledge, I'm not expert
- 43:55in that. However, I can do it.
- 43:58Recently I worked with a with a child, for example.
- 44:02I'm not very used to work with children, but the mothers having
- 44:06good results. They are sending their children
- 44:10with me and I had the case of of a of a boy he was now he's 12
- 44:18year. In fact, he was this morning
- 44:19with me working on another on another fear.
- 44:24And I think it's called in, in Neoresis in English when they
- 44:30pee in their bed throughout the night.
- 44:33Yeah. Bed.
- 44:33What? Thing is, is kind of normal bed.
- 44:35What thing? Yeah, sorry.
- 44:37So here it has a technical name. So bed.
- 44:40What thing? So he was doing a lot of
- 44:43psychology sessions and even taking Medicaid medication and
- 44:48nothing was working. And we started to do hypnosis,
- 44:51direct diagnosis with NLP and a lot of metaphor working with
- 44:56him, sleep talk. And just in three months, he
- 45:00stopped. So now I'm getting into a new
- 45:04space working with children, which is new to me because I, I
- 45:08always felt clumsy with that. But I realized I'm I'm getting
- 45:11very creative with with, with kids, working with them.
- 45:15I think the great thing with kids as well is that their
- 45:17imaginations are so active that actually they don't have to get
- 45:21over this mental leap of what's hypnosis.
- 45:23They just, they go to that place quick.
- 45:26And yeah, it's, it's it's lovely working with kids.
- 45:30We're going to see you at Dublin a couple of weeks.
- 45:32So if you want to see Christa Dora, check out Irish Shipment
- 45:35Therapy conference dot IE. And if you use the code, Adam, I
- 45:38think you can get a discount there on tickets.
- 45:40So check that out. Christa Dora, great to have you
- 45:42on the show today. Thank you so much.
- 45:45And something else, Adam, I, I'm also going to be in Bristol
- 45:52seven and 8th of June teaching hymnosis, EFT and bilateral
- 45:58stimulation technique. Julie May was there at the UKHA
- 46:02this, this November and he liked the way I'm, I'm combining these
- 46:06techniques. So she invited me to do a
- 46:08training. I think they're around 15 people
- 46:11already registered to that course.
- 46:13So they can also have a, a look at Julie's May's website and
- 46:19they they can see the information about the workshop.
- 46:22I'm going to do the course. It's a two days course, you know
- 46:25if you send. Me that link, Christadora.
- 46:27I'll make sure that's in the show notes when this episode
- 46:29goes out. So whether it's in Dublin,
- 46:31Bristol, or checking out Christadora's Instagram or
- 46:34website, be sure to check her out.
- 46:36Christadora, thank you so much for joining me on the show.
