Transcript
- 0:04Welcome to After Dark of the American Out Law Talk Radio Network.
- 0:08I am your host, Rob Harper.
- 0:10And my co-host tonight is Heather Robertson, a contributor for the New York Post.
- 0:15Heather, how are you tonight?
- 0:16I'm doing fine, Rob.
- 0:18How are you?
- 0:19Heather, all things considered, I'm doing fine as well.
- 0:22We've got a lot to talk about tonight.
- 0:24We've got the Iran uh no-deal on the table to talk about.
- 0:29I want to cover that.
- 0:30We also uh Eric Swalwell, the senator from California who is suspending his bid for governor uh due to allegations of inappropriate behavior with some of his staff, and I'm sure some of you have seen the video of him uh engaging in some type of trust with the woman.
- 0:50I've yet to confirm that it's that it's him or that it's not.
- 0:54I don't think that it's AI, but you know, we're we're still looking to see if if this is if this is really Eric Swalwell.
- 1:02But that being said, I want to start with Iran and what's happening there, and then move on to Eric Swalwell, which I hopefully will be our topic tonight person who's been living in a glass house drawing stone only to find out that his house is now cracking.
- 1:20But on Iran, we know that there were a series of meetings uh that the Trump administration had been having with some of the leaders in Iran, and then culminating into a major meeting this past weekend trying to get a peace deal.
- 1:37There they had agreed on no more strike uh strikes in Iran, uh, that they would stop the bombing.
- 1:46But it seems if though Iran for some reason think that they have all the cards and can get the US to do what they want them to do.
- 1:57Now, to be honest, I never felt that the ceasefire, although it's still ceasefire for the most part, was going to work, was going to materialize into a deal, a peace deal that Iran would say we will no longer try to enrich uranium.
- 2:14We will open up the street of her moods.
- 2:17I had I was under no pretense that that was going to happen.
- 2:23I felt that it wasn't gonna happen.
- 2:24And if you guys go back and look at some of our podcasts on America Outlaw.news, you'll see that I said that, and my position was go ahead, bomb the hell out of them and be done with it.
- 2:34When Trump came out and said, made the statement about civilization that we're going to end civilization, a lot of people were clutching their pearls, and it was like, oh my god, how could he say that?
- 2:43I was right behind him 100%.
- 2:45I said, do what needs to happen, be done with it, and then let's go home.
- 2:49Take over the straight of Hamuse, go home, charge European country, uh European nations, charge China for getting the oil, let's do it, and then let's go home.
- 2:58Just get rid of these people.
- 3:00I'm tired of them.
- 3:01It has been four decades.
- 3:03There is no reasoning with them.
- 3:06And their thought process, Heather, is let's burn it all down.
- 3:09Let's burn the whole damn house down.
- 3:11Okay, fine.
- 3:12And their civilization.
- 3:13And when I say civilization, I'm talking about the bad guys.
- 3:16Find out who they are and kill all of them.
- 3:19I'm tired of this.
- 3:21I have no sympathy for them.
- 3:23I feel nothing for them but contempt.
- 3:25I am tired of this part of the world.
- 3:28Get rid of them, Mr.
- 3:30President, and move forward.
- 3:32That's the only thing we could do.
- 3:34There is no reasoning with these vultures, these barbaric terrorists, there is no reasoning.
- 3:41They see that they're on their last leg.
- 3:43They don't care.
- 3:45And the video of them showing that they have women and children uh standing around this power plant.
- 3:51It's propaganda.
- 3:53When they go home, bomb it.
- 3:55And if they want to come out, bomb them.
- 3:57Let's be done with it.
- 3:59I'm tired of it.
- 4:00I am sick and tired of Iran.
- 4:04What more can we do?
- 4:06They think they have the upper hand, and they don't.
- 4:09And you know why they think that?
- 4:11Not only are they they're trying to walk around with their chest uh beating their chest, but because we have a media that is completely corrupt that is siding with them as opposed to saying, why won't Iran just give in?
- 4:27They keep saying, oh no, Iran can't do it.
- 4:29Iran's not gonna do it because Donald Trump, he's chicken.
- 4:31He came, Donald Trump caved.
- 4:33Shame on you.
- 4:36Shame on the media.
- 4:37Shame on Democrats.
- 4:40And when Trump comes out with a statement, a definitive statement, and say, well, this is going to be the end of their civilization, then they're freaking out.
- 4:46Oh no, how can you say that?
- 4:48And then when he doesn't do it, oh, you're chicken.
- 4:50Get rid of them.
- 4:51Get rid of Iran, and let's move forward.
- 4:53Heather, what are your thoughts?
- 4:55Hey, Rob.
- 4:56Well, I think that for sure there can be no real deal with remnants of the regime as a brilliant man I interviewed recently said that would be like trying to make a deal with Hitler during the waning days of the Third Reich.
- 5:17Uh, I think we need to understand finally what Israel and Israelis have understood and come to understand over the past eighty plus years, which is that when you're dealing with the radical elements of the Arab world, sadly, there is no making a deal.
- 5:40In the Bible, there's uh a line about the descendants of Ishmael, who was Abraham's first son.
- 5:50And I, you know, I'm not a big fundamentalist, Rob, but I I can't help but think a lot about this line.
- 5:58It keeps repeating in my head.
- 6:00Um, you know, even when I want so much to hope for some easier solution to these terrible, terrible problems.
- 6:10The the line is about the descendants of Ishmael, who I guess many sages and people like that view as the Arabs of today.
- 6:22And of course, technically Persians aren't Arabs, and da-da-da.
- 6:26But I mean, this is a bit of uh a bit of speculation, and and uh, you know, I admit that.
- 6:33Um, but I just I just have this sense that there was something prophetic about those words, the words which were that the descendants of Israel would be a wild wild donkey of a man whose hand would be raised against all other men and other men's hands raised against him.
- 6:51In other words, the descendants of Ishmael were fierce people, they were warlike people.
- 6:57Um maybe dare I say crazy people.
- 7:01Now I'm not talking about all Arabs, I'm not talking about all Muslims, but there is an element that has been a plague on this world decade after decade in the modern world.
- 7:15Um, these radical people, I I know that there's fanaticism there.
- 7:21I know that I don't, you know, I I I just I question whether any uh agreement is going to bring them to um heal and accept the terms that they need to accept for us to coexist.
- 7:40Um I think October 7th showed us what they are capable of, what they are they meaning the Iranian regime, which helped to sponsor October 7th and its little proxies, Hezbollah, Hamas.
- 7:56As long as they're still around and Iran is still funding them and funding itself, and I mean, there's just not gonna be any peaceful solution.
- 8:07And I don't know, strategically, tactically, Rob.
- 8:10I mean, you know, from a military perspective, that's not my area.
- 8:15I don't know what the best approach is, but I know the war's not over, and it's not even close to being over.
- 8:23And one other thing I do want to say is that for anyone who dares to blame Israel for this, they need to understand a couple things.
- 8:36One, as far as the US war effort, right or wrong, America in attempting regime change in Iraq, you know, in general has taken a different approach than Israel.
- 8:49Israel, generally speaking, doesn't try to change the the Arab people.
- 8:57Um I remember hearing that Ariel Sharon said to Natan Sharansky, who was a great, who is a great Russian dissident and an idealist and a very brave man, but he came to Israel with a lot of idealistic ideas.
- 9:12Um and I remember hearing something about how Sharon said to him, look, your ideas were fine in the former Soviet Union because you were dealing with an enemy with a repressive um uh dictatorship, yes, uh you know, uh a totalitarian country, but the truth is they weren't they were not gosh, Rob, this is politically incorrect, but you were taught you were dealing with a culture that wasn't completely incompatible with any kind of Western um advancement.
- 9:48You know, I'm paraphrasing here, but he basically said you're talking in the Arab world, all bets are off.
- 9:54This is a different mindset, it's a different culture.
- 9:59You can't
- 10:01Guilt them or you you know, you can't you know prick their conscience into having them behave a certain way, you know.
- 10:09Basically, you just can't change them.
- 10:11You just have to keep mowing the grass.
- 10:14You you have to keep you have to keep vigilant and not allow the terrorists and the leaders, so-called leaders of these radicals to gain power.
- 10:26You just have to fight them like, you know, so anyway, I mean, I see it as like a chronic disease that has to be fought unless you want to try to find a way like you're talking about to just have the reaction be so massive.
- 10:45But I don't think the West has the stomach for that, Rob.
- 10:48I don't think I do think there are there are ways you can win this probably, but I I don't think the West is there.
- 10:56Um, I mean it may just go back to sort of the Israeli style, mowing the grass, and uh but one thing you can't do is be naive about their intentions.
- 11:08I mean, that's what really disappoints me.
- 11:11Um, in here in America, among our the conservatives, I mean, I think most conservatives are standing strong, and you know, especially our Christian allies are righteous people and they understand that Israel's not doing any of this, and America's not doing any of this for kicks.
- 11:30I mean, this is a matter of civilizational survival against a barbaric bloodthirsty, fanatical enemy.
- 11:37I think most Americans, most Christian Americans especially get that.
- 11:42But I have to say, the one thing I do find very disappointing is some people on the conservative side of the aisle, the commentariat talking about Meghan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, these opportunistic people who, you know, if they don't understand that you're talking about fanatical people.
- 12:01I mean, after 9-11, after October 7th, after the murder of 241 Marines in 1983 while they slept, after all the dismemberment and death to our service members, all the IEDs and the terrorist bombings in in Iraq and Afghanistan when all America was trying to do was help those people build some kind of democratic, you know, modern life.
- 12:26I mean, after all the assaults and massacres of, you know, not just Jewish Americans, but Christian Americans in Israel at Hebrew University, walking down the street.
- 12:38Taylor Force was a young Marine who wanted to walk where Jesus walked and got stabbed in the heart by Hamas a few years ago.
- 12:46I mean, that's just one example of hundreds of Americans, you know, Jewish Americans, Christian Americans.
- 12:53I mean, you know, there's no excuse for pretending that Iran is no threat, and that this terrorist mindset and these terrorist networks are no threat to Americans.
- 13:05That's just shameful, totally disrespectful to the victims of terrorism for the past 40 years since 1979.
- 13:14You know, I mean, those people, as far as I'm concerned, you know, I mean, I don't believe in disbarring journalists, and there is no such thing, right?
- 13:23Unless you're sued for, you know, uh libel, and you know, you lose it, the lawsuit.
- 13:30I mean, there's no journalists and commentators are free to say what they want in America, but I really think that that it's shameful what they've done because they're they're too intelligent to believe some of what they're spouting.
- 13:42You know, I mean, I'm sure they feel like Israel, whatever, gets a pass with everything.
- 13:49It's one thing to say, oh, I question whether we should give this much foreign aid or we should do this.
- 13:54But I mean, to pretend that Iran is no threat, and none of this is any threat, and what does that mean?
- 14:00America and Israel are just engaging in this for no reason because we just are bloodthirsty.
- 14:06I mean, it's ridiculous.
- 14:08And I mean, that much I do know.
- 14:11I I think Americans need to get their heads on straight.
- 14:14We can have a legitimate debate about how to approach this conflict, but to pretend there's no conflict, you know.
- 14:24I mean, that's just to, you know, to fantasize that we're in another time, that everybody's in some kind of kumbaya, that if you separate yourself, and but you know, it's just we're just past that.
- 14:37There's no way, you know.
- 14:38I mean, I I get it, they don't want people, masses of immigrants coming here, you know, from these places.
- 14:45That's fine.
- 14:46I, you know, I think you can try to control that, but you can't completely separate us from the I mean, the reality is we rely on this economy relies on oil, it's a global commodity.
- 14:59Um I mean, these people have a certain amount of power because of the oil.
- 15:06And it's there, you know, you can say all day, no blood for oil.
- 15:10And I listen, I wouldn't want my family member dying in a war over oil either.
- 15:16So I think we should be careful, we should be judicious about boots on the ground.
- 15:21Uh, you know, I agree with that, but we can't really pretend that there is no conflict and that you know, we're gonna demonize our allies like Israel.
- 15:31When the truth is the whole world is dependent on oil.
- 15:37The oil's being sat on by some fanatics who preach hate and go out and target innocent people for horrendous torture, and including Americans, and it's a very thorny, complicated, ongoing problem.
- 15:54And to just sit there and demonize our allies and pretend that America doesn't have to fight this is not the answer.
- 16:05And I I'm not saying I know what the answer is, but I know it isn't that.
- 16:09Um also one thing I wanted to say, Rob, is that you know, anybody who's it's who's trying to blame Israel for this is just incredibly stupid.
- 16:20I mean, for one thing, nobody, as we know, tells Donald Trump bosses him around.
- 16:26I mean, he's making the decisions he's making, like them or not.
- 16:31And if but if anybody's an influence, it's Saudi Arabia because Israel doesn't have any oil.
- 16:38We we don't take our orders from Israel.
- 16:41No American president ever has, and you know, nor should they.
- 16:45I mean, I'm a Jewish American and I love Israel almost as much as I love America, but I don't, I'm not saying Israel's never tried to give America orders or asked anything other than help in defending itself.
- 17:02Israel's citizens, they're the boots on the ground.
- 17:05Every kid in Israel has to serve for years in the army when they're 18 years old.
- 17:10The whole country is in the army because they have to be to survive.
- 17:14They don't ask for Americans to come fight.
- 17:17They don't, I mean, yes, they get uh a good amount of foreign aid, and they also do what they can to spend a lot of it here in America on munitions.
- 17:28They buy everything here in America, they they cooperate with America on tech, on health projects, on counter-terrorism, but they don't really have any leverage because they don't have oil.
- 17:40They can't, even if they wanted to boss around America, they can't.
- 17:43It's it's absurd.
- 17:44It's not true.
- 17:46And, you know, if anything, it's the Arabs who have more um they have more power as as you can see with what they're doing.
- 17:55I mean, the blocking this straight.
- 17:58We're talking about Iran, who aren't technically Arabs, but you know, Muslim fanatics, they're basically holding the world hostage, the world economy hostage.
- 18:08And on the other side, you have the Saudis telling Trump to keep going because the Saudis are, you know, at war with Iran, the whole region is at war with Iran.
- 18:17They don't want to fall victim to Iran, and they have the money.
- 18:21They have the black gold, as it were.
- 18:24So I don't think that, you know, they I don't think that they're I mean, I think ultimately Trump and America's decisions are our own.
- 18:32I'm not trying to blame anybody else, but I think if you want to consider who's got the real influence, it's the Saudi Prince, what is his name, the new guy, um Mohammed bin Salman.
- 18:45But you know, the Saudis have they have leverage because we're up against the time.
- 18:52Uh we've got to go for commercial break, but we're gonna continue the conversation uh after this brief commercial break, and I hope you'll join us.

- 21:12I'm just gonna just put a bow tie on this.
- 21:15Said we need to finish this and move on.
- 21:18And I'm glad you mentioned Heather, Saudi Arabia.
- 21:21And anyone who's influencing America, I would say that as the Gulf states that want Iran to be stopped.
- 21:30We learned it just the other day.
- 21:32Now that Trump is saying, okay, the deal is off.
- 21:35We're gonna control the Strait of Hermoods.
- 21:37We found out that Saudi Arabia had previously built a pipeline up under the Strait of Hermood so that they could pump oil through bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran has been controlling in a threatening type fashion.
- 21:53Now, why would they want to attack ships that are going through the Strait of Hermoods?
- 21:58Why would they want to delay ships, knowing that oil is needed to get through that narrow passage?
- 22:05Why would they do that?
- 22:06I want someone who's so intelligent, who's so against us uh trying to get Iran to do what's right to explain to me why would we want to give them control the back?
- 22:15And why would Iran want to threaten ships that are going there, knowing that it would disrupt the global markets?
- 22:20Why?
- 22:21I'll tell you why.
- 22:22Because if they were to get a nuclear weapon, they would do the exact same thing.
- 22:26People wake up.
- 22:28It's a no-win situation.
- 22:29That's what we're up against, a no-win situation situation, unless we annihilate Iran, neutered them completely.
- 22:38And I do mean completely.
- 22:40We've got to stop being afraid.
- 22:41We've been afraid for four decades.
- 22:43We did the same thing with North Korea under Kim Jong un the the second.
- 22:48He said, Oh, we're not going to enrich uranium.
- 22:50Oh, we're just nice.
- 22:51We're just looking at it.
- 22:52Bill Clinton convinced the world, oh, they're not going to.
- 22:56Let's just welcome them with open arms.
- 22:58We don't have to go in and inspect and see what they're doing.
- 23:00And then in 2006, what did they do?
- 23:03They launched, they launched their first nuclear bomb or whatever.
- 23:06Then we're like, oh my God, we thought you told us you weren't doing it.
- 23:10They lied.
- 23:11Now they have a nuke.
- 23:12And what is little Rocket Man doing every so often?
- 23:14He would threaten South Korea.
- 23:16He would threaten the other countries in that region.
- 23:18But when Trump came on, Trump said, Oh no, you don't.
- 23:21Remember, my guns are a lot bigger than your guns.
- 23:24Then he subdued him because he knew that Trump would come in and clean up house.
- 23:28The same thing needs to happen with Iran.
- 23:30And if we had an honest media who would stop giving Iran props, who will stop siding with the enemy.
- 23:38This is what I say shut him down because they're propaganda arms.
- 23:41They're not journalists.
- 23:42Let's be clear here.
- 23:43They are not journalists.
- 23:45They're acting as propaganda machines.
- 23:48And we saw that last week when Trump came out and said, I'm going to end civilization.
- 23:52They freaked out.
- 23:53Oh my God, how dare he say this?
- 23:54He can't say that.
- 23:55He can't do that.
- 23:56Meanwhile, Iran has been threatening to get rid of us on the street saying death to America, death this, and the media said absolutely nothing.
- 24:03All of the radicals have been saying death to America, burning our flags.
- 24:06Where were they getting the flags from?
- 24:07Where were they getting American flags from to burn?
- 24:10Let's start there.
- 24:10Where do you think they were getting it from?
- 24:12From people from with inside our country, sending it to them, sending them propaganda.
- 24:17I wouldn't be at all surprised as people with inside our country is telling them this is how you deal with Trump.
- 24:22Why don't you do this?
- 24:23Why don't you do that?
- 24:24Don't bag down.
- 24:24He's not going to do anything.
- 24:26Enemies within the gate.
- 24:27We know this happened during Trump's first term, 2016, when John Kerry said, Oh, Iran, don't worry about the money that he stopped.
- 24:33He'll be out of the office in 2020 and we'll start the money back up.
- 24:36And as soon as they cheated on the election, what did they do?
- 24:39Joe Biden came in and gave Iran the rest of the money that Barack Obama was giving them.
- 24:43Please don't tell me that you don't see this.
- 24:46But these are the people that feel sorry for Iran.
- 24:48Oh, they're so innocent.
- 24:49No, they're not.
- 24:50For decades we've been dealing with this rogue nation.
- 24:53These rogue players, giving them every opportunity to disarm.
- 24:58We bomb them last summer.
- 25:00Why are they coming up yet again, trying to do the exact same thing?
- 25:04The media told us last summer they don't have anything.
- 25:07And then once we bomb them, what did they say?
- 25:09Oh, you missed.
- 25:10Wait, I thought you said they didn't have it.
- 25:12So how did we miss something that they didn't have?
- 25:14This go around the exact same thing.
- 25:16We're telling them stop, stop, stop.
- 25:18And they're saying, ha ha ha, we're not gonna stop.
- 25:21Then we go in and we decimate their military.
- 25:24They have nothing.
- 25:25And then we tell them, open up the straight of her moods.
- 25:28Put down your weapons, stop trying to attack us.
- 25:31And if you don't, we're gonna end it for you completely.
- 25:34What is the media say?
- 25:35Oh, you can't say that.
- 25:36That's horrible.
- 25:37We're supposed to have take the moral high ground.
- 25:39We're supposed to this, we're supposed to that.
- 25:41Meanwhile, as you said, Heather, look at all the people that they have killed.
- 25:44Time is up.
- 25:45No more sympathy.
- 25:46I'm sick and tired of Iran.
- 25:49And it's time to decimate the entire military regime.
- 25:53Go in, covert.
- 25:54I don't care how you do it, but just get rid of all of them.
- 25:57Decapitate them all, end it.
- 25:59Let's put it into this once and for all.
- 26:02This is what the other Gulf states want.
- 26:04But I want them to have some scan in the game also.
- 26:06I want them to send their military out there to show that we mean business.
- 26:11Forget about Europe.
- 26:12Okay.
- 26:12Europe is useless now.
- 26:13NATO is useless.
- 26:15If some of you think that they're good, okay, that's fine, but in my opinion, they're useless.
- 26:18Because when we need them to stand up, well, we need them to show a force and say, look, Iran, you've been warned, you've been cautioned.
- 26:25It's time for you to stop.
- 26:26We know what you're doing.
- 26:28We know that you're trying to enrich uranium.
- 26:30We know it.
- 26:31We're not going to allow it.
- 26:32Because if they get it, what would they do?
- 26:34They're going to threaten everyone.
- 26:36And people say, well, why should we care?
- 26:38Well, you know, maybe we shouldn't care.
- 26:39Let them just nuke Europe.
- 26:41Let them just take out Europe.
- 26:42Because yours is being taken over anyway by radical Muslims.
- 26:45So who gives a damn?
- 26:46Just say, okay, fine.
- 26:47But now Trump is saying we're going to re-route the ships to the Gulf of America.
- 26:52We're going to control the Strait of Hamous.
- 26:54And if the Europeans complain about it, and I would put a heavy price on the oil for them.
- 26:58I'm going to say, no, we're going to jack the price up.
- 27:00And you got to pay it.
- 27:01Because this is going to protect us just in case you guys get Iran into thinking that, oh, just go ahead and blow those ships up.
- 27:08Oh, yeah, really?
- 27:09Yeah, we're going to show you something.
- 27:10We're going to jack the prices up.
- 27:12China, screw you.
- 27:14Let their economy collapse.
- 27:15I don't care about these people anymore.
- 27:17I'm sick and tired of that region.
- 27:19Why does it matter to us?
- 27:21I'll tell you why it matters to us.
- 27:23Because if we don't do it, you would have China trying to come in in the Western Hemisphere.
- 27:27That's the reason why we're trying to stop this.
- 27:29I wish people would understand geopolitics.
- 27:32Get your go to Duck DuckGo.
- 27:35Study history.
- 27:36Understand where we are.
- 27:37Understand what's happening.
- 27:39All those naysayers who are out there saying, oh, you can't do this, and this is not fair.
- 27:42And Trump is this no Trump is trying to protect us because was Trump is off the stage.
- 27:47You will have, hopefully not, but Lucy goosey liberal leaders who will allow these foreign countries to do whatever the hell they want to do and encroach on our in our backyard doing everything possible to destroy us.
- 28:03Look at what's happening to America right now.
- 28:05Look at this guy, Roy Singham, who's in China funding all these radical groups within our country.
- 28:11We need to go after him.
- 28:13Shut down his bank accounts.
- 28:15Every bank account that he has, shut them down.
- 28:17And they say, anyone who's doing business with you with him, we conceded you an adversary.
- 28:21We just got to start playing tough and shutting it down, but we can't get there because we have people from within the country working against us, like Eric Swalwell, who just got caught doing the exact same thing he has been accusing others of doing.
- 28:36Yeah, you guys knew Eric Swalwell, the guy who's running for governor.
- 28:39Well, he was running for governor of California, the esteemed senator who is all over the Epstein file saying that Trump needs to come clean, the same Eric Swavell who went after Brett Kavanaugh and said Brett Kavanaugh, he did all these bad things to what was her name, that woman.
- 28:54That Eric Swal.
- 28:55Yeah, yeah.
- 28:56The Eric Swab, the Eric Swagwell who had an affair with Bang Fang.
- 29:00Eric Swabell.
- 29:03The Chinese spy.
- 29:04And what did the media do?
- 29:05The media just dance right over, pretended as if though it didn't happen.
- 29:08Oh, you can't believe that.
- 29:09Oh, they're just trying to, they're just trying to dirty uh his name.
- 29:12Oh, don't believe, don't believe what they're saying.
- 29:15Christine Blazy Ford.
- 29:16So she Blazey Ford.
- 29:17That's the one who wouldn't was going against uh Brett Kavanaugh.
- 29:20And they said, oh, believe her, believe her.
- 29:22The woman didn't know who, what, where, when, and how, but she was able to finger Brett Kavanaugh.
- 29:26Really?
- 29:27And we were supposed to believe it.
- 29:28History will look at this and will judge us harshly.
- 29:31We judge the Democrats harshly and rightfully so, because they should.
- 29:35Because we lost ourselves during that moment in time.
- 29:38Over what?
- 29:39Nonsense.
- 29:40Over people like Eric Swalwell running around, trying to accuse President Trump.
- 29:45And this is the same Eric Swalwell who tried he even tried to run for the presidency.
- 29:48You can't make this stuff up.
- 29:50You just can't make it up.
- 29:52So now, last week he found himself and brawled in a scandal.
- 29:56Four women, his staffers, accusing him of.
- 30:00Sexual harassment.
- 30:01Now I'm sure many in the media have known about this for quite some time.
- 30:06But they probably chose not to say anything about it.
- 30:08Why?
- 30:09Oh, because he goes in hard on Donald Trump.
- 30:11Oh, don't touch him.
- 30:12Leave him alone.
- 30:13Let him keep going.
- 30:14He's he's all about the FC files.
- 30:16He's all about holding Trump accountable.
- 30:18So let him do it.
- 30:19Let him go for it.
- 30:20Look at how he what he did to Brad Kavanaugh.
- 30:22Oh, we love him.
- 30:23But he was having an affair with the Chinese spy.
- 30:26And that information should have been disclosed to the American people.
- 30:29Why were they trying to protect him?
- 30:31Meanwhile, they were getting just creating stuff on Donald Trump, making it up whole cloth, Russia collusion.
- 30:38Oh, he tried to uh overestimate the price of his property.
- 30:41You had all these judges jumping in on this, just making stuff, I mean, making stuff up.
- 30:47That's the thing that I just don't understand.
- 30:49Making it up, and I'm like anyone with the brain, all you have to do is just sit down, Google what they're talking about that he's guilty of, and you will see that it doesn't make it doesn't have any foundation.
- 31:01You have a judge who knows nothing about real estate, trying to put an appraised value on a property.
- 31:08You have judges that are saying, Oh, well, Trump lied about the value of his property.
- 31:13It's like if you understand real estate, when you go into a bank, they'll say, How much is a property worth?
- 31:18You'll give them an estimate, they'll say, okay, fine, but then they go out and do their own estimation.
- 31:23They get their own appraiser.
- 31:25So he can say that it's worth 20 million.
- 31:28But the bank will go in and say, Well, we had, and not just one appraiser.
- 31:32They'll get more than one.
- 31:34They'll get two or three, depending on the size of the property.
- 31:37And then from that, they'll say, This is what we believe the value to be.
- 31:40This judge never did it.
- 31:42So I'm sitting back and I'm thinking you have realtors that are out there knowing what's happening is wrong, but they won't say anything out of fear that if we say something, they'll come after us.
- 31:52And all these charges, oh, Trump did this with Egene Carroll, and she can't remember anything.
- 31:57She's just making it up.
- 31:58I mean, Heather, it was it's ridiculous.
- 32:01And you have Eric Swalwell doing this, and then some, knowing that he's doing it.
- 32:07The media probably knew that he did it.
- 32:08Just like with John Edwards, when John was running for president back in 2006, I think it was.
- 32:13Right.
- 32:14The media knew that this guy was having an affair on his wife.
- 32:18They knew it, but they covered for him until they decided we're not gonna cover any more.
- 32:23And I'm looking at this, and I'm like, wow, the media is that corrupt?
- 32:28I mean, how could you do this?
- 32:30Actually, you know, it was interesting how that finally came out, but that's a side note.
- 32:35A historical side note about John Edwards, it was the national inquirer.
- 32:40But I always had a tiny bit of empathy for him, only because what the way they got him is that he had enough conscience to go visit the baby he had fathered with this woman.
- 32:53She her name was uh real hunter, and she was in a motel somewhere wanting to see him, and he went and secretly visited the baby.
- 33:03Maybe it's just me as a woman with a ticking biological clock, but I just always thought it was kind of sadly ironic that yes, he was a shister, but the he wasn't the lowest of the low of the shysers.
- 33:16They got him because you know, instead of uh abandoning this woman and the baby, he was secretly going to visit trying to do the right thing.
- 33:25But it just shows you it shows you how the Democrats will cover for their own, and I guess they had enough.
- 33:32Of course.
- 33:33They've had enough.
- 33:34Eric Swalwell.
- 33:35As I mentioned last week, these stories start to trickle out in social media.
- 33:40He denied it.
- 33:42Initially, the media paid no attention to it.
- 33:44They want to pretend as if they'll, well, this didn't happen, they're making it up.
- 33:47And then finally, I I don't know what happened, but as I was saying, Heather during the break, I do believe that someone within the Democrat Party pushed for this story to get out there.
- 34:02I do.
- 34:03Whenever something like this happens, it's always their side.
- 34:06Now they'll blame Republicans, just like Jasmine Crockett when she lost her race.
- 34:11She wanted to blame Republicans.
- 34:12I'm like, no, blame Democrats.
- 34:15It was Stephen Colbert who refused to allow you to come on his show after he allowed your opponent to come on.
- 34:22You had Democrats saying, don't listen to her.
- 34:25Not Republicans.
- 34:26Republicans wanted you to win because they knew that you would be an easy opponent.
- 34:31So the same thing with Eric Swalwell.
- 34:33Republicans were looking at this and saying, no, let him stay in.
- 34:37Because if we have all of these Democrats in, the way California does their vote, it's gonna split their vote, and the Republican will end up winning.
- 34:46So it wasn't us.
- 34:47Don't blame us, Eric Swalwell.
- 34:49And I wish the Republicans would get in front of this, stop.
- 34:52And I've said this on so many occasions.
- 34:55We've got to start playing the game the way they play the game.
- 34:59We've got to start being ruthless.
- 35:02The way to play the game has changed.
- 35:04And if we don't change, we will lose.
- 35:07We need to get behind Trump with what he's doing and say, no, we need to win.
- 35:13Megan Kelly, Tucker Carlson, and Candace Owens, you guys need to drop on the side, do something else because we need to win.
- 35:20We don't need all this crazy division.
- 35:22It's time for us to win, and we've got to start fighting.
- 35:25So Republicans need to come out and call Swalwell out and say, nope, we didn't do it.
- 35:30Your own party did it because they recognize the fact that what you're doing is completely different than what you're saying.
- 35:36Affairs with all these women.
- 35:38Are you serious?
- 35:39Who do you think you are?
- 35:40And then you want to try to call out Brett Kavanaugh and say, oh no, Christine Blasey Ford, oh, we've got to believe her.
- 35:45Oh no, no, no.
- 35:46Meanwhile, you're banging your office staffers, harassing your office staffers, banging a Chinese spy, and you're supposed to be married, and on top of that, paying your nanny with campaign funds, going on these expensive vacations?
- 36:00Who the hell does this man think he is?
- 36:03But see, he's able to get away with it.
- 36:06Because there was no one to hold him accountable until now.
- 36:10Someone within the Democrat apparatus looked at this and said, it is time to hang him out to dry.
- 36:16Maybe it was Katie Porter.
- 36:18She's a bad candidate, also, has a very nasty attitude.
- 36:22But see, now people are looking at these people and saying, nope, we don't want them anymore.
- 36:26But still, as I said, Republicans have got to push back hard and call this out.
- 36:32Folks, you'll listen to After Dark of the America Outlaw Talk Radio Network.
- 36:36We'll be back with the last half of the show.
- 36:37And I'm gonna let Heather weigh in on her thoughts with the latest with Eric Swalwell and his honey money baby from China from China.
- 36:47Hope you're joining us.

- 38:49Like I said, there's just so much to talk about because the news is moving at rapid speed.
- 38:55We saw that the astronauts from Artemis, they landed safe and sound.
- 38:59Give them a big kudos for circling the moon.
- 39:02Trump said it would happen in 2016.
- 39:05He said that we're going to go to the moon.
- 39:06We're going to beat China.
- 39:07We're going to beat Russia.
- 39:09And we did it.
- 39:10Where's the media with giving him the accolades?
- 39:13Nowhere to be found.
- 39:15And all those who are saying, oh, we want Trump to focus on what he said he was going to do.
- 39:18Well, he said this was going to happen and that happened.
- 39:20I talked about the Trump accounts.
- 39:22Look at that.
- 39:23He did that.
- 39:24No tax on tips.
- 39:26No tax on Social Security.
- 39:28Wow.
- 39:28Trump RX.
- 39:31Having investments in the United States with factories being built.
- 39:34So he is working domestically.
- 39:36Yes, there's a much much more to be done.
- 39:38But we've got to look at the picture in its totality.
- 39:41And remember, this is what Trump is doing.
- 39:44He can walk, talk and chew gum at the same time.
- 39:46We got to make certain that we're supporting him and then calling out people like Eric Swalwell as opposed to us getting lost in these Democrat media spins.
- 39:59How many of us
- 40:00Going to go out there in social media and just completely ride Eric Swalwell.
- 40:05Because that's what we should be doing.
- 40:06The same way you wanted to keep, we want to know about the Ep Sync files.
- 40:09You should be demanding to know about Eric Swalwell.
- 40:12What did he know and when did he know it?
- 40:14Gavin Newsom, all the corruption that's taking place in California.
- 40:18We need to know everything about that.
- 40:23Stop trying to attack its own and go after the opponents.
- 40:28Heather, what are your thoughts on Eric Swalwell?
- 40:30Well, I think that yes, that it's another example of the hypocrisy, someone who's so invested in all the shibboleths and uh the sanctimony of the Me Too and all that, which, as you know all along, I mean I I was skeptical of the mob kind of umity at work there.
- 41:00I mean, I now that the the wave has crested and that that whole Me Too episode has calmed down, I feel like I can be a little more um fair myself about evaluating whether something good came out of it.
- 41:18But as you know, I felt that the whole movement was rife with excess, um, you know, everything from the whole the slogan believe women like as if the only thing you need to do to have a system of justice is provide testimony, you know, which would mean that any time anyone accused anyone of anything, if the accuser was female, there'd be no need for a trial or any investigation or I mean it it just uh it was ridiculous on its face.
- 41:47It was kind of as absurd as defund the police.
- 41:50I mean, it was just a totally unrealistic sort of maxim, and people just were jumping on board, and I felt that there was a lot of hypocrisy.
- 42:03I mean, I just feel it's like they're pointing to something that I guess deserves attention, but doing it in such a way that they're just smashing down on people and whole groups of people and uh pointing themselves, the arbiters of truth.
- 42:24And the reality is that there are men out there who are disrespectful and who are abusive, you know, and and there are there are good men and great men, and there are women who are victims and who are you know, women are vulnerable in a lot of ways, but then there are women who uh have their own agendas, and if you're supposed to believe no woman ever lied about anything, I mean, then you you know, you're obviously not living in reality.
- 42:57So I mean, these people who are the loudest voices in condemnation, I do think the old saying, uh, you know, he who doth protest too much is sometimes um revelatory, and in this case, it clearly is.
- 43:15I, you know, all along I wondered if some of the women who were out to hang most men as abusers and harassers and have the darkest interpretation of anything anyone says or does.
- 43:30You know, if they could hear their own husbands, boyfriends, brothers, you know, at the in the worst day of their lives, uh, talking about women, they'd probably be pretty shocked.
- 43:44I mean, I'm a realist, you know, and I just think that anyway, you're asking about Swalwell.
- 43:51Yes, I think he seems like a real sanctimonious um just a schmuck.
- 43:58I mean, I I've thought that all along.
- 44:00Some of these people who are so obsessed with hating Trump and the clutching their pearls, and just the tone.
- 44:07I mean, you you can just tell that to be that obsessively anti anyone other than who we should really be anti, which is like people who have no respect for life, people who hurt children, you know, human traffickers, terrorists.
- 44:24I mean, where's the outrage those people?
- 44:28No, no, you know, we'd rather be outraged at conservatives and at President Trump, as if that's the worst that there is in the world, you know, that it deserves all of this time and energy.
- 44:41It just shows you that people, these people don't really care deeply about human rights and about protecting children.
- 44:50Or else, you know, for only only as a matter of limited time and resources, they would curb some of their fascination with hating Trump and conservatives, just so that they could dedicate some time and energy to addressing issues and trying to help people.
- 45:09I mean, so I think it was revealing that this man was obsessively um complaining about Trump, and I think that it sounds like there was a lot of projecting going on.
- 45:25Well, it's again, I just looking at this whole thing with Swalwell, and how he came out and just vehemently denied all these accusations, wanted to blame MAGA, and said that we're creating all this.
- 45:48And then I look think back what happened during the Brad Kavanaugh days.
- 45:54Not a shred of evidence.
- 45:56Everything they were throwing up there made absolutely no sense, would have never been admitted in a court of law.
- 46:04A court of law that didn't have an activist judge, I should add.
- 46:09But they had rigged the system in their favor.
- 46:14So when this story broke, again, he assumed that the media wouldn't cover it.
- 46:25I thought the same thing.
- 46:28No, I'm not one of those who would say believe all women.
- 46:33But he had a history.
- 46:37There had been rumors of this man being touchy-theally.
- 46:46And again, you can't just you can't look at that and say, oh, well, you know, he's guilty.
- 46:52But the way the media chose to ignore it.
- 46:58First with Fang Fang, knowing that the CIA had investigated him, had called him in, and he had testified, and people were saying, okay, if there's nothing wrong, why won't you allow your testimony to be released?
- 47:13And I think it was Cash Patel who said that we're going to release it.
- 47:16And he was fighting like crazy.
- 47:18Oh no, you can't do it.
- 47:18That's a violation.
- 47:19Don't do it, don't do it.
- 47:21What do you have to hide?
- 47:24If there's nothing there, then release it.
- 47:29He's at the same thing of Trump.
- 47:32Well, he must be hiding something.
- 47:34And what did Trump say?
- 47:35No, I'm not hiding anything, but there are innocent people whose names might be in some of these documents.
- 47:41And then people will assume.
- 47:43Alan Dirch would set the same thing.
- 47:46I know the names that are there.
- 47:47There's nothing nefarious, but people will assume once they hear the names.
- 47:54Now, we know also last week Melania Trump came out and gave a statement that they were trying to drag her name in the Epstein ordeal.
- 48:05Mm-hmm.
- 48:07And she said, you better stop.
- 48:09James Carvel, Harvest Bazaar UK, the Daily Beast.
- 48:13I mean, just making things up because of their hate for Trump.
- 48:18Just making it up.
- 48:19Meanwhile, Eric Swalwell saw this, knowing that the footsteps of inevitability were right behind him.
- 48:30But he kept going after Trump.
- 48:31Trump has done something wrong, and I don't believe this.
- 48:33And Trump Trump Trump.
- 48:36Thinking that he had been inoculated by the media, that they're going to protect him.
- 48:40They've given him the shield, like they've shielded so many people.
- 48:44Adam Schiff, you're probably next.
- 48:47Look at Katie Porter.
- 48:50The nastiness that she has shown us to her staff, to her husband.
- 48:57But shielded by the media, making it seem as if though, oh no, she's just a woman of power.
- 49:01People don't like that.
- 49:02No, she's a nasty woman with a nasty attitude who should not be in politics.
- 49:08Pouring hot water on her husband, boiling water of potatoes.
- 49:13Saying that her little girl came to her and saying, Oh, mom, so if I get raped and if I have a baby, I can't abort it.
- 49:19Your daughter didn't say that.
- 49:20You made that up.
- 49:22But the media gave her cover.
- 49:24So why wouldn't Eric Swalwell think that they're going to give him cover also?
- 49:28Well, look at the cover that they're giving Iran.
- 49:30Making it seem as if Bill Iran are so innocent.
- 49:32They're good players.
- 49:34Look at the bad leaders that we've taken out and how the media has said, oh, these are just these were good men.
- 49:39How could we do this?
- 49:40Oh, they were good men.
- 49:42So why wouldn't Eric Swalwell think the same thing?
- 49:45That they're going to continue to give me cover.
- 49:49And then finally, the footsteps of inevitability, Heather.
- 49:53Caught up with them.
- 49:56Someone somewhere probably said, uh, this is not going to end well.
- 50:01They're gonning for you.
- 50:03This is not going to end.
- 50:05You've got to say something about it.
- 50:06So what does he do?
- 50:07I'm going to suspend my campaign.
- 50:09That's the first step.
- 50:10They suspend the campaign.
- 50:13Now I hope he just said I'm out of it altogether because I'm hearing that they're saying even his own, even Nancy Pelosi has said that he needs to step aside and look at this.
- 50:23Nancy Pelosi, so you know this is getting serious if Nancy Pelosi is coming out saying this.
- 50:29This is getting really serious.
- 50:30There has to be something there that the Democrats are trying to get ahead of.
- 50:35There has to be something there that they're saying, this will not look good for us.
- 50:40He needs to step aside.
- 50:41Maybe it's the files that Cash Patel wants to release about Fang Fang.
- 50:46Maybe, well, I'm sure Nancy Pelosi has seen it, as some of the others.
- 50:50And maybe they're saying, wait, we need to distance ourselves right now.
- 50:53Cut our losses.
- 50:56Because this is not going to look good.
- 51:00Maybe that's what it is.
- 51:02That they're looking at this and they're like, this is not good, Eric.
- 51:06You need to step aside.
- 51:08For him to come out now and say, I'm going to suspend my campaign because I mean, look at it, look at the history.
- 51:15This guy has been hardcore going after Trump, going after other Republicans, what he did to Brad Kavanaugh.
- 51:24He had no reason not to think that they were going to shield for him and keep protecting him.
- 51:29So whatever is about to come out about him.
- 51:33It is not good.
- 51:34As I mentioned, you can go on social media right now and look at some of the videos that they're putting out there.
- 51:39Maybe there's more to that.
- 51:42But for his stackers, for women to accuse him and say no.
- 51:49Uh-uh.
- 51:51There's something behind it, something really bad.
- 51:55And the Democrats are trying to cut their losses and distance themselves in a mighty big way.
- 52:02Because they know that this is not going to look good.
- 52:05So while he wants to blame Republicans, and say that, oh, they're trying to, they're coming after me.
- 52:11No.
- 52:12You created this.
- 52:14You dug your own grave.
- 52:19It's time for you to accept responsibility.
- 52:23Stop trying to blame others.
- 52:26When you have people inside your party like Nancy Pelosi saying, we need to look at this, we need to slow, slow down.
- 52:32He needs to step aside and take care of this.
- 52:35Because she could have very easily said, oh no, there's nothing to it.
- 52:38You know, he'll be okay.
- 52:39No, there's something to this.
- 52:42And I don't think it's whatever that something is, Heather, I don't think is anything good.
- 52:47So I think Democrats are saying we need to run to the heels.
- 52:54Because this is bad.
- 52:56Yeah, it's interesting how, as you note, there is a double standard because the media tends to be so biased against conservatives and in favor of Democrats, liberals, whatever.
- 53:11So it's like in order for any story to come out about a conservative, I mean, about excuse me, a liberal, a Democrat.
- 53:20It's like there has to be someone outing the person because the the media is not gonna dig it up on their own.
- 53:28So it's almost like they get to get together, whoever's the powers that be or whoever is making the decisions, and you know, whether it's the DNC or whatever, or like you said, I guess it could be anybody who um is gonna tip the media off.
- 53:46It's not like the media is gonna initiate any investigation of any Democrat shisting, you know, whether in personal life or professional or both.
- 53:57Um so yeah, I mean, it's kind of it's it's unbalanced and it's but it's unbalanced into speculating why, you know.
- 54:08I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist, but it's like you wonder.
- 54:12They do seem to have a way of um I think it's part of the corrupt and uh dishonest way they operate as a party at this point that they cut their members out, you know, they they toss them to the to the wolves, the media, whatever, um, when they become less likely to be winners for the Democrats.
- 54:40It's like there's there seems to be no scruples.
- 54:43Like I think about Cuomo.
- 54:44I mean, Cuomo certainly deserved to go down.
- 54:47He was horrible in the pandemic.
- 54:49He made the most bone-headed decision of all that cost thousands of elderly lives, you know, to to mandate the nursing homes, except COVID-infected people among other elderly vulnerable, fragile people, and even when the nursing home directors are on record in several cases as protesting that this is very dangerous.
- 55:13I mean, Cuomo threatened them with uh, you know, funding being cut off and losing their licenses, etc.
- 55:23He really strong armed them into doing something that he was being told was dangerous to the elderly.
- 55:30I mean, but meanwhile, that's not what he went down for.
- 55:33The media covered for him in a lot of ways.
- 55:35I mean, that it didn't come out right away, and and when it came out, it's like the party didn't oust him.
- 55:43But but they did over the sexual harassment allegations, which actually didn't sound that serious to me.
- 55:51I mean, certainly not compared to what he did there, which was a horrendous decision.
- 55:57What whatever you believe his motives, I mean, it cost lives.
- 56:00It was maybe it was absolutely uh a horrible uh disastrous decision, but interestingly, I mean he, you know, it's like he then got expelled based, you know, for sort of for saying, Do you want to play strip poker to a staff?
- 56:18So my point is just somebody made the decision, time to cut Cuomo loose.
- 56:23Well, the same way I'll say this, and then we've got to go the same way they did with Eric Swalwell.
- 56:28The decision was made that it was too risky to keep supporting him.
- 56:33It's time to cut loose.
- 56:34And that's what they've done.
- 56:36Folks, you've been listening to After Dark of the America Talk Radio Network, your host Rob Harper, and my co-host tonight was Heather Robinson, a contributor of the New York Post.
