Judge David Waters ruled the prior restrictions were improperly applied, stating they’re only justified if there’s a proven link between the accused and the content — which wasn’t established here. The case, scheduled for trial by indictment at Cork Circuit Criminal Court on November 19, now allows Kelly’s identity to be publicly disclosed.
