  Speaker 1: and metaphysical wisdom. Today I'm answering the question how do

  Speaker 1: you trust the mystery? And my simple answer is this,

  Speaker 1: after fifteen years of talking to people, the only surefire
• 0:25
  Speaker 1: way to navigate the mystery is to decide now. In
• 0:29
  Speaker 1: case you're not sure what I mean by the mystery,
• 0:33
  Speaker 1: mystery with a capital M. In metaphysics and spirituality, it
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: is the unseen space between desire and manifestation, prayer and answer,
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: planting the seed and harvest. It is the part you
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: cannot fully control, understand, or predict. And after three decades
• 1:00
  Speaker 1: of being on the spiritual path, I know that the
• 1:04
  Speaker 1: only way to truly trust the mystery is to make
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: a clear decision. You have to decide a clean decision
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: from deep within yourself, sets you out in the direction
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: of your truth. And once you do that, you stop
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: thinking about your circumstances. You stop thinking if it's possible,
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: you stop thinking about what could go wrong, you stop
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: trying to control the mystery, and you start to just trust.

  Speaker 1: Even if you're struggling with a self esteem issue, you
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: will still click into that part of yourself that is
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: determined to see whatever it is that you've set in
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: motion in your mind through. When you make a decision,
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: you're not afraid of the mystery. You embrace it, you
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: move with it. So if you're trying to trust the mystery,
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: it probably means you have it made a clean and
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: clear decision, because I promise you, once you decide, you
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: trust the mystery. It's built into making the decision. And
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: when you make a decision, you choose a course, a
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: desire and set out to achieve it. The difference between
• 2:33
  Speaker 1: saying you want something and making a decision is this.
• 2:38
  Speaker 1: When you make a decision, you do not quit until
• 2:41
  Speaker 1: you get to where you want to be. You decide
• 2:44
  Speaker 1: that what you are seeking is available. You don't care
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: how it happens or exactly when it will happen. You
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: don't care about that either, but you know that the
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: timing will be right, and all the ways it's going
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: to unfold will be right, and all you have to
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: do is be present for it. You're not debating which
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: possible path could be the right path. You're just showing up.
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: You're no longer asking if something's right for you, or
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: if you can handle it all, if that goes away.
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: The moment you make a decision, you immediately start to
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: act like someone who's going to receive their desire. You
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: act like a person who knows where they are going
• 3:33
  Speaker 1: and what they're meant to do in this time and
• 3:36
  Speaker 1: space reality. Again, you don't care how you get there.
• 3:40
  Speaker 1: You just know you're going to get there because you
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: have decided. You're not even all that concerned about the
• 3:49
  Speaker 1: things that are outside of your control. You trust divine timing.
• 3:55
  Speaker 1: You trust that all that you need will show up,
• 3:58
  Speaker 1: and it's not. You know, for the sake of this podcast,
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: I'm really slowing this process down. But in truth, when
• 4:05
  Speaker 1: you make a decision, all this stuff clicks into place.
• 4:09
  Speaker 1: Right you're not thinking about it. You're thinking about whatever
• 4:12
  Speaker 1: you are determined to achieve. So when you make a decision,
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: things can start to happen rapidly because you just pulled
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: yourself into alignment. It is the only way to navigate
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: successfully the mystery, and there is something very powerful about
• 4:31
  Speaker 1: making a decision. You don't have to work at faith
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: or patience or desire or trust. It just all clicks
• 4:41
  Speaker 1: in to place. I truly believe that making a decision
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: brings you into the energy and frequency of what you want.
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: I've heard over and over and over again various stories
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: of when this decision moment happens. No one calls it that,
• 4:59
  Speaker 1: but I remember he client telling me that her and
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: her husband were struggling financially, but they needed something and
• 5:08
  Speaker 1: she set out. She said, I just left the house,
• 5:11
  Speaker 1: and I just knew I was going to get it right.
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: And she she just set out and she got it.
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: I've had clients who have struggled in a particular area
• 5:24
  Speaker 1: of their life for decades, and when they decided that
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: the struggle was over and that they were going to
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: have whatever it is that they had been seeking, it
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: just shows up. Right. This is how major change happens.
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: This is how transformation happens. But the mystery, you know,
• 5:43
  Speaker 1: the more and more I think we try to understand it,
• 5:45
  Speaker 1: the more and more it kind of spins us around
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: and around. I don't think our human mind is meant
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: to understand the inner workings of God. I think there
• 5:57
  Speaker 1: are pieces that we can tap into. I think we
• 6:00
  Speaker 1: have access to a lot of it. I don't think
• 6:02
  Speaker 1: spirit's trying to hide something from us. I think God
• 6:06
  Speaker 1: is bigger than the human experience, and so there are
• 6:10
  Speaker 1: pieces of it we will never fully understand as long
• 6:13
  Speaker 1: as we're in this human body. But I promise you
• 6:16
  Speaker 1: what overrides all of that is making a clear decision.
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: You stop thinking about the mystery. You don't have time.
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: You don't have time to think about the mystery once
• 6:28
  Speaker 1: you make a decision, and that's why it's so powerful.
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: You trust the mystery in that moment because you're trusting
• 6:38
  Speaker 1: the desire within you. You're trusting that part of you
• 6:42
  Speaker 1: that just said, hey, I believe that things can be different,
• 6:47
  Speaker 1: and I'm not going to stop until they are. And
• 6:51
  Speaker 1: I truly believe that when you shift into a decision,
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: the mystery mirrors back to you trust and shows up
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: for you in all these amazing and wonderful ways. Because

  Speaker 1: if you've root to yourself, you get clear about what's
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: important to you, and you move forward with determination and optimism,
• 7:11
  Speaker 1: you will achieve your desire. So again, what I know
• 7:17
  Speaker 1: to be true may be very different from what you've heard.

  Speaker 1: I don't think the mystery is all that complex unless
• 7:28
  Speaker 1: we are distracting ourselves with trying to figure it out.
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: I think it's just a natural part of our journey.

  Speaker 1: And if you want to navigate the mystery the way

  Speaker 1: I believe spirit intended, you just need to make a
• 7:42
