- 0:00Hi guys, before this episode starts we did want to jump in
- 0:03and give you a content warning. There is a portion of the
- 0:06episode where Jerry reads some casework where there is some
- 0:11instances of events that border SA.
- 0:15As soon as that comes up I will jump back in.
- 0:17I will let you know what to skip in case you don't want to hear
- 0:19that. Thank you guys so much for
- 0:21listening. Enjoy the rest of the episode.
- 0:25You know what was really good? What?
- 0:28That Chinese food we just had, it really was the orange chicken
- 0:32hit today. It did.
- 0:34It was a second highlight of my day.
- 0:36I've had a bad day. You've had a bad day.
- 0:38A bad day. The day that this is being
- 0:41recorded, Thursday, Thursday guys, I I had expelled some
- 0:47demons. Good for you.
- 0:49It was not, it was not good for the plumbing system of this
- 0:52apartment. Complex.
- 0:52Oh, oh, I see, I see I see. I.
- 0:54Had a terrible day, but you know what?
- 0:56My friend Jerry pulled up with some Panda Express and I'm
- 0:59feeling loads better. It's in the sauce.
- 1:04I think there was the the chef today made it with love, but I
- 1:07am so sorry to hear that. I I would like to ask, was this
- 1:11one of those like stomach pains where it just lingers or was it
- 1:15like sharp, sudden and then really keep?
- 1:17It vague so as not to just dis disgust our listeners, but you
- 1:22ever just have to wake up at 4:00 in the morning?
- 1:25Oh, not to pee. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:28That's. That's all you need to.
- 1:30Answer the door. Oh my God no.
- 1:32If someone's knocking at my door at 4:00 in the morning, y'all
- 1:35can wait till at least 730. I'm I'm asleep.
- 1:38I'm not. I'm not.
- 1:39Getting out of bed, I'm asleep and I'm snoring.
- 1:41That's crazy. Unless it's today, then I'm on
- 1:42the toilet. Then you can't get to the door
- 1:45no matter what, so they have to wait there.
- 1:46You. Go.
- 1:47I'm occupied. With that being said, we do have
- 1:50some fortunes we want to read out because we're manifesting a
- 1:54lot of great things and none of it's going to come true if this
- 1:58fortune doesn't tell me so. Exactly.
- 1:59I don't follow any advice unless it's from a printed little piece
- 2:05of paper I found in a cookie. Or or Emmanuel, oh true.
- 2:10Or Emmanuel, divine tarot readings.
- 2:12Oh my God. Please everyone he is doing
- 2:13readings. Honestly great price.
- 2:16Remember we had him on a couple episodes back, but reach out to
- 2:18him. He did me good and he did me
- 2:21good today too. You need it.
- 2:23You. I did you.
- 2:24Don't look away. I'm looking at you.
- 2:25Oh, shit. Get a reading.
- 2:28You've been. You've been wanting one.
- 2:29OK, Jerry, you can at least blink.
- 2:31You're like staring at them. I'm.
- 2:33Serious. Yikes.
- 2:35Just as serious as his fortune is go.
- 2:37OK, my fortune says you are admired for your adventurous
- 2:43spirit. Oh my God, tell me, tell me,
- 2:47tell me something I don't know. Mr. Don't know, dude.
- 2:51Mr. Like, oh, I'm doing this. Oh, I'm gonna go do this.
- 2:53Like dude, adventure spirit. Yes, you are.
- 2:57Thank you and if you admire me for that, please hit my line.
- 3:01Shoot him 10 bucks right now. Thank you.
- 3:03Like that's the only way we can prove that.
- 3:05That's the only way I can go on my adventures guys, if if you
- 3:07send me $10. Fund Brian's adventures.
- 3:11Right. What's yours?
- 3:12Mine says you will be successful through innovation and
- 3:15determination. Friend, we were just talking
- 3:18about you being so innovative and having determination.
- 3:21Yeah, I'm always so determined and motivated.
- 3:24And motivated. So I think that's success that's
- 3:27going to lead to my success. I'm so I'm so excited.
- 3:30Thank you, Panda Express. There's no licking numbers on
- 3:32the back. If we are not sponsored by them
- 3:34today, unfortunately, but that'd be sick.
- 3:37I'm sure there's a ghost panda somewhere.
- 3:39Absolutely. Or haunted.
- 3:41Haunted Panda Express location. Yeah, we'll get to the bottom of
- 3:45it. That would be cool.
- 3:47So this week, guys, I, I don't know what it's what's been in
- 3:50the air the last couple weeks where I tell you about my
- 3:52psychic powers, but they're getting stronger.
- 3:55Yeah, I think they are. I was at work the other day,
- 3:57like La La La La La La la. Let me check.
- 4:00Did I tell the story? Guys?
- 4:01I love yapping to you guys. I don't recall stories I've told
- 4:04you or not, but I'll tell you anyway.
- 4:05Tell them I was at work and I'm like Oh my God my favorite
- 4:09person who calls me to tell me he he's emailed me hasn't called
- 4:12me. Yeah, you did.
- 4:14You didn't mention this, but no, you did not mention this.
- 4:16I mentioned to you personally his background.
- 4:18I was complaining about it there.
- 4:19Was some background. There was some background.
- 4:20So I'm like, let me check on his on his little case, let's see if
- 4:24if there is an update. I go on, no update, but 5
- 4:28seconds later e-mail about an update.
- 4:31Update wasn't about him. That's not the psychic part.
- 4:34The psychic part was it'd be crazy if he called me right now
- 4:38before the thought has even left my head the phone rings and it's
- 4:41him manifestation. I will have to re listen to the
- 4:45last episode and make sure that this isn't a repeat because I'm
- 4:47having a vivid memory. No, no, no, I talking about
- 4:50this, I can confirm you, you spoke about it because it was
- 4:53one of those like just things that were happening that were
- 4:55like, oh, trigger, you know, things, things where feelings
- 4:59were felt. Dang, I have to start
- 5:01gatekeeping stories from Jerry again until we're recording.
- 5:05But that that was the week before.
- 5:08Yeah. Yeah, Yeah.
- 5:08The craziest one was this week. I was at work, as I am most
- 5:17Monday through Fridays. Yep.
- 5:18Yep. Unfortunately, la, la, la, la,
- 5:20la. I got to pay those bills.
- 5:23OK, My second story. You guys are not getting from
- 5:25this week because I've decided I need to move in silence.
- 5:28OK, And be successful in silence.
- 5:31I love that. Who the heck is calling you at
- 5:339:00 PM? My current endeavour is car
- 5:37shopping. I'm pretty sure that's a car.
- 5:39Dealer, if they're calling you at 9:00 PM, it's not worth it.
- 5:41Don't go back. To why the fuck are they calling
- 5:42me at 9:00 PM? OK, car dealers, I'm sorry if
- 5:45you are one, but they're sharks. They're absolute, absolute
- 5:48sharks. I think they sell your number to
- 5:50those scam likely people. That's crazy.
- 5:52Well, bad thing for them. I'm a I'm a killer whale.
- 5:56Really. Tell me more.
- 5:57I'd be eating sharks for fun. Is it true that no whales have
- 6:02ever killed a human? Whales.
- 6:05What Kind of like did? I'm pretty sure one of the
- 6:07species of whales has killed a human.
- 6:09Maybe not intentionally, but just by pure size and
- 6:14circumstance. Maybe someone has?
- 6:16I believe you, Pinocchio, that that's the argument.
- 6:21Was Pinocchio a real boy? Fuck.
- 6:25That depends on who you ask. Speaking of boys, welcome back
- 6:29everyone. Welcome back to the Daily BJ.
- 6:33I'm Brian. I'm Jerry, and this is a
- 6:36paranormal supernatural podcast through the lens of two little
- 6:40Mexican boys. So much Latinos.
- 6:42Now that we're men, why did I automatically think SpongeBob?
- 6:45Because, as stated many of times over, it is ingrained in our
- 6:49DNA. Yeah, it is.
- 6:51It is from the you know what? I just understood the bikini
- 6:54bottom reference like it's a bikini bottom within the past
- 6:58five years. I get it.
- 7:00I don't understand it though. I understood it in Spanish.
- 7:03Fondo de bikini. That makes me understand it
- 7:07less. Maybe I'm not that Latino.
- 7:10Shit, maybe we we, we take it back.
- 7:14We don't know anything, but that's what this is.
- 7:18I do have an update from last week.
- 7:20We did discuss the Bermuda Triangle.
- 7:22It's a square. No, it's an isosceles.
- 7:26An isosceles triangle that's that's actually.
- 7:29It's still a triangle though. I don't.
- 7:30Know I didn't do the measurements of each the length
- 7:33of each side, but I just thought it was real funny that I'm just
- 7:36scrolling through like my random news articles and I see one that
- 7:40says scientists solve Bermuda mystery after discovering hidden
- 7:43structure below the Atlantic waters and it's from the Daily
- 7:46Mail. And I'm like hello hidden
- 7:47structure Atlantis, are you what's causing the
- 7:52disappearances? So then I clicked the link.
- 7:57And you got a virus and. Unfortunately, there is no there
- 8:00was no Atlantis. It had something to do with the
- 8:02volcano. OK.
- 8:04Now we could be hiding Atlantis inside.
- 8:08This is where conspiracy theories are born.
- 8:10I need you to sit on this and then just work it out and then
- 8:13post it on a forum somewhere. OK.
- 8:15Yeah, yeah, for sure, I can do that.
- 8:17And then we'll be full, we'll have a fully prepared episode
- 8:20'cause we're, we'd be the experts, we would be the
- 8:22experts, 'cause it's our, we'd have very vague statements of
- 8:25reports are saying, but we won't mention it.
- 8:28It's our story. Nope.
- 8:30How's your week? Do you have a good one?
- 8:31I did have a good one. So far it's been, it's, it's
- 8:35been going, you know, nothing too out of the ordinary.
- 8:39People have been decent, genuinely people.
- 8:44I've also interacted with no people, so that's pretty great.
- 8:48No one's pissing you off on the freeway these.
- 8:49Days. No dude, Luckily I haven't.
- 8:51I haven't ventured onto the freeway recently, but I think I
- 8:55am tomorrow. Fuck.
- 8:57Wow. Fuck, how about you?
- 9:01I've had a good week. I watched some drag race because
- 9:05All Stars is bad. That's right.
- 9:07That's right. And then I watched this really
- 9:08good documentary about chimpanzees.
- 9:11I don't remember what it's called, but it's about chimp
- 9:13owners in the United States. It was so good guys, you need to
- 9:17watch it. Was it narrated by Morgan
- 9:18Freeman? Unfortunately not, but Alan
- 9:20Cummings was in it. Hell yeah, I love Alan Cummings.
- 9:24He makes no mention of the traitors unfortunately.
- 9:26I was hoping he would but there is a scene where he's naked for
- 9:32like a PETA commercial. Oh OK, I was going to say like
- 9:34it was like just they just casually got footage of Alan
- 9:37Cummings naked when they were. Doing his like interview spot.
- 9:41Yeah, he was just, he just said I don't need these.
- 9:42Interesting. Wow.
- 9:44No, I think he did a PITA campaign and that's the whole
- 9:46reason why he's involved is because there's a huge PITA
- 9:49scandal and this lady who hide the chip got it.
- 9:52And can you tell me why the dude from Hunger Games is related to
- 9:57all this stuff? PITA.
- 9:59I can't confirm and nor deny that PETA Malark is in this
- 10:02documentary. OK, OK, find out for yourself.
- 10:04Gotcha. You see.
- 10:05So go check it out. Go check it out.
- 10:07This has been reviews by Brian. Brian, I have a question for
- 10:11you. What's up?
- 10:13We have a podcast. We have a paranormal
- 10:17supernatural podcast. We talk about paranormal,
- 10:20supernatural things. What's been haunting you lately
- 10:25guys? What haunted me this week is
- 10:29something that I discovered last week.
- 10:32I had never heard of it before. That's terrifying, but it just.
- 10:37I get all my inspiration from random Tiktoks.
- 10:39I find my for you page is built brick by brick where it is
- 10:43random reality TV no, and then random paranormal and then a
- 10:48random thirst traps. It is chef's kiss.
- 10:51I mean I love it. It knows what I need when and I
- 10:54saw a post about this entity called Lilith who is the mother
- 10:59of demons and I had I had to do a little rabbit hole research
- 11:03because that name has stuck out but I didn't know that's what
- 11:07she was. Interesting.
- 11:09And she's a mother who slays. She is a mother who slays and
- 11:12we're tell you and we're back. Ladies and gentlemen.
- 11:14Have you heard the saying we're all born from a woman?
- 11:19Of course, I mean, I haven't heard otherwise.
- 11:23Would you believe that's also true of monsters?
- 11:26Yeah, it makes sense. And animals.
- 11:28And other mammals. While the saying may seem a
- 11:32little antiquated because of the ideas of gender, it does pose an
- 11:35interesting question. Where do demons come from?
- 11:38Who births them? What if I told you that they
- 11:42share a mother? And what if I told you she dates
- 11:46back to Adam and Eve? They're all related.
- 11:51It is a crazy love triangle. Wait, wait, wait.
- 11:55And it's OK. OK, So many questions.
- 11:58Jerry, sit yourself down because this has been haunting me this
- 12:00week and hopefully it haunts you too.
- 12:02Let. Me.
- 12:02Sit down. I'm sad.
- 12:04If you've never heard the name Lilith, you have not known the
- 12:07centuries of fear the name carries.
- 12:10Lilith is said to stock bedrooms at night, prey on infants and
- 12:15threaten women in childbirth. Oh no, she never exists as an
- 12:19isolated myth, and she has long been used as a scapegoat for
- 12:23fears of infant mortality, sleep paralysis, and just unexplained
- 12:26illness. She's existed long before modern
- 12:29history. The name itself is thought to
- 12:31have been derived from Mesopotamian demons called Lilu.
- 12:35The feminine version is Lilitu. Lilu roughly translates to Night
- 12:39Monster. Awesome.
- 12:41In early Mesopotamian believes, Lilitus were an entire group of
- 12:45nights periods associated with disease and I'll omens.
- 12:48They were often blamed for things that society couldn't
- 12:50control. So who is Lilith and why she
- 12:54forever depicted as the source of evil.
- 12:57Lilith first appears in writings dating back to ancient summer
- 13:00and Babylon. This is where we find references
- 13:02to the Lilutu demon. We know these demons threw
- 13:05inscriptions on pottery from around that time, which is the
- 13:088th century BC before Christ. 800 years before Christ.
- 13:12Remember that. OK, 800 years before.
- 13:14Christ. It's understood that the items
- 13:16discovered were intended to be protective.
- 13:19Depictions of Lilith were found in a variety of artifacts, from
- 13:22amulets to incantation bulls. These bulls were used as a
- 13:26Talisman meant to ward off evil. People believe that if not
- 13:29protected, her spirit would infiltrate the home and seduce
- 13:32the man of the house while he slept.
- 13:34But even more than that, in broader demon traditions tied to
- 13:37Lilith's early forms, she becomes associated with other
- 13:39nights periods like the succubite.
- 13:41This is part of where later demon classifications start to
- 13:44kind of overlap with her history.
- 13:46OK. Additionally, it was believed
- 13:49that Lilith would torment pregnant women, kidnap their
- 13:52babies, and harm older children. History.com and Britannica both
- 13:56point out that this association with infant harm is one of the
- 13:59main reasons her myth survives so aggressively across cultures
- 14:02even older still, Jewish tradition recounts Lilith
- 14:05existing since the dawn of creation.
- 14:08Wow. She is immortalized in Jewish
- 14:10folklore as Adam's first wife, who, according to history.com,
- 14:16fled paradise rather than submit to her husband.
- 14:19Good. Wait, I didn't even know that
- 14:21was a thing. Like so, Adam.
- 14:26Yes, I will get into it, but is this not an example of the first
- 14:30bad bitch in history? Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 14:31Dating back to the creation of man.
- 14:33Go off the random scream and I just heard right now.
- 14:38Literally yeah, hell yeah, neighbor.
- 14:40They agree. They know.
- 14:43OK so let's get into the little story of Adam, Eve and Lilith
- 14:48the Rubble. No, not only this turned out OK.
- 14:52Tell me. The Bible mentions 2 accounts of
- 14:54the creation of man. According to Genesis, God
- 14:57created all living creatures in his own image, including the
- 15:00world's first man and woman. The couple blessed by God were
- 15:05directed to be fruitful and multiply.
- 15:07He said. I need you guys to bang and
- 15:08procreate and fill the entire world of people.
- 15:12Does that not mean in this in this interpretation of the
- 15:15Bible, that we're all children of incest?
- 15:17Why wouldn't we all be related? That's exactly where my mind
- 15:22went, friend. Shit, that's what that would
- 15:25explain why some people would, really.
- 15:26I know. But then in broader terms, like
- 15:28really we have so many different kind of races of people.
- 15:31Yeah, yeah, yeah. To all stem from 1:00.
- 15:34For sure, for sure. I was going to.
- 15:36No, I was going to say that like that would explain why like so
- 15:40many, there's like so many people around the country or
- 15:42around the world that look the same, like there's very like.
- 15:47Like regional features like. Yeah, whether it's like, you
- 15:50know, like nose features, ear features, eyes, like even like
- 15:53head shape and face shape. Like that's something I've
- 15:55always thought about but I've never really researched but.
- 15:58Yeah, this is all corner of the Bible and I want everyone to
- 16:01know that I am not a big religious believer.
- 16:03Have you ever opened up a Bible? No, the only Bible I ever read
- 16:06was I I did get all the way up to first comedian.
- 16:10I was raised Catholic. OK, OK, OK.
- 16:12But the Bible we read was a picture book, the Bible comic,
- 16:16it was shortened in the bridge and it had mostly illustrations.
- 16:19Interesting. That's what we got tested on and
- 16:21I passed. It's because I love to over
- 16:24achieve, overachieve. And what is it when you memorize
- 16:28short term memory exactly? That's all testing is.
- 16:31Yup, Yup, Yup, Yup. OK.
- 16:32So God told them I've made you, You guys are going to make
- 16:34babies, and you're going to live amazing lives in paradise.
- 16:38OK. However, there is a second
- 16:40account of creation where Adam was created from the earth,
- 16:44followed by Eve who was created from Adam's rib so he would not
- 16:48be lonely. That's what I remember in my
- 16:51vague memory was that Eve was made from a rib of Adam.
- 16:55Yeah, that is the story that I am familiar with as well.
- 16:58From my very limited knowledge of the Bible saying, I stated
- 17:01previously, I'm not super religious.
- 17:03Eve was made to replace Lilith and be subservient to Adam.
- 17:08Oh, but was she low? Because she did do what she
- 17:13wanted. And she did eat that apple.
- 17:14Yeah, yeah, yeah. She was given an option.
- 17:17Don't eat it rebellious or eat it.
- 17:19See what happens. And she took matters into her
- 17:21own hand. Hell yeah.
- 17:22I hope it tasted really good. That's probably the best apple.
- 17:25Like crispy, not even like like washed by the rain, you know,
- 17:30just. No pesticides.
- 17:31Nothing organic. Allegedly, it's paradise.
- 17:34Exactly. So then, the story goes, Eve is
- 17:37punished for eating the apple and that's why women suffer the
- 17:40pains of childbirth. So does the Bible insinuate that
- 17:44menstrual pain is like some sort of karma for Eve eating the
- 17:49apple? I can't argue otherwise.
- 17:53I mean, that's. It just seems a little
- 17:55misogynistic. Yeah.
- 17:57Like, and I want you to remember that misogyny.
- 17:59OK, misogyny 800 years before Christ.
- 18:02Got it. Two things.
- 18:03Lilith is described in some versions of Isaiah 3414 as a
- 18:08demoness of the night, or just simply a night demon sick.
- 18:14The medieval alphabet of Bensira depicts Lilith as Adam's first
- 18:18wife who rebelled and became a demonic figure.
- 18:20This is where we get the most common depiction of her fall
- 18:23from grace. Lilith rejects Adam and
- 18:25therefore she's depicted as something dangerous.
- 18:29And who's writing this down? Jerry, you're like reading my
- 18:32notes. Sorry.
- 18:33Continue. She also appears in manuscripts
- 18:36of the Book of Isaiah, dated to around 100 BC, as well as in the
- 18:40Talmud, where she is called a vampiric succubus.
- 18:44In the Zohar, Lilith is regarded as a divine entity.
- 18:48In this adoption, she rules alongside her second husband
- 18:51Samuel, and is the mother of demons and all things evil.
- 18:54This version presents her as seductors who murders men.
- 18:59When people say mother of demons, this is usually where
- 19:02what they're pulling from. In this version, she's tied to
- 19:06an entire lineage of night spirits.
- 19:08These night spirits are seen as lesser beings of chaos,
- 19:11nightmare, or corruption. She's not their biological
- 19:14mother, but she's the source of inspiration for everything that
- 19:17followed. OK, because remember what year?
- 19:20800 BC. Hey short term memory.
- 19:25You'd pass the test, friend. Thank you.
- 19:28One account visually describes her as a harlot who seduces the
- 19:31sons of man. Her hair is long and red like
- 19:33the Rose. Her cheeks are white and red.
- 19:36From her ears hang 6 ornaments. Her tongue is sharp like a
- 19:40sword, her words are smooth like oil, her lips red like a rose
- 19:45and sweetened by all the sweetness of the world.
- 19:49I'm sorry. The common thread in all
- 19:51versions of Lilith stems from the same place, the fear of
- 19:54female power and the loss of male dominance.
- 19:57Interesting. That same reason is why many are
- 20:02drawn to her. She stood in the face of a man
- 20:04and said no, and she was forever vilified by it.
- 20:06Yeah. And think about it, Jerry, you
- 20:09did a question earlier. Who is writing these books?
- 20:13Who has been at the helm of what history can be told and what we
- 20:16should fear? I know, I know.
- 20:20Oh. Jerry, Yes.
- 20:22What is it? The answer is man, man, men.
- 20:27Men, the patriarchy, the people for centuries were in a lot of
- 20:33cultures. The ones who read, the ones who
- 20:36wrote, the ones who were history keepers.
- 20:40And what are they going to do? Make sure that men stay in
- 20:42power. Yep, Yep, Yep.
- 20:46Oh yeah yeah SMH I'm sorry. I am too.
- 20:52I'm sorry even as a gay man. I am so sorry women, for
- 20:55everything that you have to face in the world and have been
- 20:58facing since the creation of. 800 BC Jesus No, no one not not
- 21:04let's not even save. Jesus, right now.
- 21:06OK, Fast forward thousands of years.
- 21:09Hundreds, maybe thousands. OK, it is not unusual for people
- 21:13of all gender spectrums to idolize Lilith.
- 21:15She saw the life that was laid out in front of her and she said
- 21:18no, I can do better for myself. Fuck yeah.
- 21:21In modern times, Lilith has been reclaimed by feminists as an
- 21:24icon of women's empowerment. Fuck yeah.
- 21:26In 1972, theologian Judith Plaskow reinterprets Lilith's
- 21:30story. She reframes ancient scriptures,
- 21:32and in her retelling, Lilith and Eve ultimately form a
- 21:35sisterhood, bonded by their shared understanding of what it
- 21:38means to be a woman in the New World.
- 21:39Beautiful. I love that.
- 21:40Let's reframe everything. I would love to read that.
- 21:44I'll pass the the link, I did see it in the article.
- 21:48Maybe that's why the story has lasted centuries.
- 21:50Every version of Lilith reflects a long standing fear of what it
- 21:53means to be a woman. To some, that may look like a
- 21:56child stealing demon or a seductress who preys on men.
- 21:59To others, she's simply woman punished for demanding autonomy.
- 22:05At the end of the day, no one can fully agree on what she
- 22:07actually is. Depending on who's telling the
- 22:10story, she's a demon, a goddess, a villain, or a victim.
- 22:14Regardless, she has outlasted a plethora of societies and will
- 22:17outlive many more. The Mother of Demons will live
- 22:20to see another day. Yeah, isn't.
- 22:27That kind of infuriating. No, for sure, for sure, but I, I
- 22:32love that word informing y'all as well as me 'cause you're
- 22:36informing me. Lilith.
- 22:38I've heard of the name. I've I've, to my limited
- 22:41knowledge, knew that she was associated with being demon, a
- 22:46head demon, one of the first demons, a mother of demons,
- 22:48something she's done. A lot of like video games and
- 22:51books as like a sort of evil entity.
- 22:54Yep, to the point where I've also like, have known children
- 22:59named Lilith, but not knowing, like myself that this was
- 23:02associated to early biblical, you know, stories.
- 23:08And stuff. This is Jewish folklore which I
- 23:10have no I had knowledge of. No clue that there was like AI
- 23:13mean obviously this isn't taught in Catholic teachings.
- 23:16You know, they're not talking about this stuff, obviously, but
- 23:19that's wild. That's so crazy.
- 23:21I've yeah, I just. It changes the perception of who
- 23:27she was, who she actually is and how she's represented in, you
- 23:30know, and just history. Thank you.
- 23:34Thank. You and that they created a
- 23:35whole antithesis to foil that kind of character.
- 23:38Like, no, we're going to create the story of Eve.
- 23:40She was everything Adam needed, but still she's a woman and she
- 23:44gets vilified because she ate the apple and all of a sudden
- 23:46all of humanity is then kicked out of the Garden of Eden.
- 23:50Reason why? At the end of the day, doesn't
- 23:52matter what type of woman you are, they're still going to find
- 23:54a way to patronize you. Yeah, yeah.
- 23:57Whether you say no to the status quo or you try your best to fill
- 24:00in, you will never be under men. Very specific men's opinions and
- 24:05society's opinions. They think you will never be
- 24:07equal. I am a 180 on the other side of
- 24:10that. I think women are the most
- 24:13powerful. I agree.
- 24:15Women are meant to rule. Anytime I've had any kind of, I
- 24:19mean just job in general, anytime I've had a woman leading
- 24:24us, it has been the best experience I've ever had.
- 24:28I mean, all the, all the terrible and just shitty
- 24:32experiences that I've had are all with male, male males in
- 24:36leadership positions where you're just like, how in what
- 24:39world were you able to get this position?
- 24:42And. They're men.
- 24:43In charge, yeah. Because yeah.
- 24:45Then that's frustrating. Wow, friend, thank you for that.
- 24:49You're. Welcome.
- 24:50I hope we haven't enraged all with the the the long standing
- 24:57misogyny that our cultures have experienced for so long.
- 25:03I would if I had a cat, I would name my cat.
- 25:06I'm sure that's not original. I know that's a great name.
- 25:09I would and it has to be a black cat.
- 25:12It's just sorry. Side Side Story we encountered a
- 25:16new cat in the premise where we live and the premises never seen
- 25:21it before. I had just got home.
- 25:23I was unloading the water gallons.
- 25:25Dunta just got home. So we were both like about to
- 25:29meet and then this cat appeared out of nowhere and he was just
- 25:31meowing. He was being super vocal.
- 25:32He she not sure and Dunta called it.
- 25:36He was like, and it meowed and went straight to her and I'm
- 25:39like, we have to get this cat into the house.
- 25:41So I boy, I'm going to open the door quick and I'm like, bring
- 25:45it. And she's like calling it,
- 25:47calling it. And it gets to like, I don't
- 25:49know, maybe halfway from where it was at the, where it was at
- 25:53to the, to the apartment. And then it ran back and I was
- 25:57like, no. So then I can't.
- 25:58Be taped. You said You could not confide
- 26:00me. No, I just I'm a free spirit.
- 26:02Just wanted to love and care for it.
- 26:04No, but I figured any, any animal that just comes up to you
- 26:07willingly, willingly like that and is super just domesticated
- 26:11has to belong to someone. So I'm like, someone's probably
- 26:13looking for this cat. And it was such a beautiful
- 26:14little cat. It was like white and grey and
- 26:17had like little stripes. It was so cute.
- 26:19No, it didn't. Yeah, but I would, I would want
- 26:22a little black cat. The more I the more I meet cats
- 26:24and the more I'm interacting with them, the more I want one.
- 26:28Which is crazy because I've never had that feeling.
- 26:30What's sad is the one we interact with most Binks.
- 26:33I'm very allergic. To But he's such a choke cat.
- 26:36He is the most choke cat in the world.
- 26:39Binks, I don't care. Sometimes he's just there and
- 26:42his face is just like within reach and I have to give him a
- 26:45squeeze. Who cares if my eyes water the
- 26:47rest of the night it. Was worth it.
- 26:49Worth it. Lilith would be a good name for
- 26:52a cat. Like I said, probably taken
- 26:54multiple times, but that's great.
- 26:56OK friend, what haunted you this week?
- 26:58Dude, so we mentioned this earlier.
- 27:01I think we're very much aligned today, Thursday, because you
- 27:08talked about her Lilith being the mother of demons or the
- 27:11mother of, you know, these creatures.
- 27:14And you mentioned succubi. Yeah.
- 27:18What haunted me today was not only learning about succubus,
- 27:22incubus, succubi, but the specific medical reports and
- 27:28studies that I found through the World Wide Web.
- 27:32What medical stuff? OK, I'm locked in.
- 27:35I'm seated. Dude you mentioned you know the
- 27:38the the time period of the time period that I read about was
- 27:41Middle Ages. So in folklore dating back to
- 27:44the Middle Ages, a succubus was believed to be a female demonic
- 27:48entity that visited men in their sleep, often seducing them
- 27:51through sexual encounters or vivid dreams.
- 27:54In the article that I read it states as per the folklore
- 27:58belief the succubus can take a form of a beautiful young girl
- 28:02who may have deformities of her body such as bird like claws or
- 28:06Serpentine tales. Furry before furries existed.
- 28:09Literally. But hot.
- 28:12But hot. Oh, subjective.
- 28:14It's very subjective offense to the very community.
- 28:16No, I support you. I said subjective and I respect
- 28:19it. I'm not.
- 28:20I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
- 28:20Furries, I love you. Go on.
- 28:23The stories about these beings appeared throughout medieval
- 28:26Europe and were treated as genuine supernatural attacks
- 28:29rather than nightmares or hallucinations.
- 28:32The male version of this entity was known as an incubus, set to
- 28:36prey on women in similar ways. Stories about supernatural
- 28:40beings connected to sexual encounters during sleep appear
- 28:44in cultures all around the world, not just in European
- 28:46incubus or succubus legends. Many societies develop their own
- 28:50versions of night time entities believed to seduce, attack, or
- 28:54drain people while they sleep. While they slept, drain their
- 28:59insides. There's many, many, could be
- 29:02many things. In Arabic folklore, beings known
- 29:06as jinn are sometimes associated with mysterious sexual
- 29:09experiences and nighttime visitations.
- 29:12We've we've talked about jinn. Yes, we have.
- 29:14So long ago. Across parts of Africa, there
- 29:18are beliefs involving spirit like female entities that appear
- 29:21in dreams, often taking the form of a beautiful of beautiful
- 29:24women. According to these traditions,
- 29:26men who experience encounters with these beings may wake up
- 29:29feeling physically drained, weak, or exhausted.
- 29:32Me before you, no. Did we mention what might have
- 29:39done that? I don't know.
- 29:41I thought I had to go to the bathroom.
- 29:44What if the Taco Bell is beside this?
- 29:47Or incubus? No, you can't spell incubus
- 29:51without Taco Bell. Have you thought about that?
- 29:52I've never seen Taco Bell and or an incubus in the same room
- 29:55still right? It's like an anagram.
- 29:58Germanic and Teutonic folklore tells of the Alt, a creature
- 30:03connected to nightmares and oppressive night time attacks.
- 30:08Depending on the story, it could become a demonic lover visiting
- 30:11people during the night. In Swedish folklore, this
- 30:15includes the mera, also called the mare, a spirit believed to
- 30:19sit on on a sleeping person's chest and cause terrifying
- 30:23dreams of suffocation like sensations.
- 30:26In fact, many historians believe the modern word nightmare may
- 30:30partially originate from these ancient beliefs.
- 30:33Similar legends appear in Turkish culture as well.
- 30:36What's fascinating is that despite cultural differences,
- 30:39many of these legends describe nearly identical experiences.
- 30:43Pressure on the chest, paralysis, fear, sexual
- 30:47encounters, exhaustion after waking, and the belief that
- 30:50repeated attacks could slowly weaken or even kill a person.
- 30:54In Indian mythology, the concept takes a slightly different form
- 30:57through beings known as yakshinis or yakshinis, the
- 31:03supernatural. Female entities are connected to
- 31:06the cubera, the Hindu God of wealth, and are often described
- 31:10as guardians of hidden treasures beneath the earth.
- 31:14Ancient texts portray them as incredibly beautiful and
- 31:17eternally youthful beings capable of granting pleasure,
- 31:21desire, wealth, or power. Today, many psychologists,
- 31:26anthropologists, and sleep researchers believe these
- 31:29experiences may be connected to sleep paralysis and intense
- 31:33dream related hallucinations that occur while falling asleep
- 31:37or waking up. I mean to tell me it's just
- 31:39really, really crazy wet dreams. You're just tired.
- 31:43It's all happening during. It's your R.E.M., your R.E.M.
- 31:45cycle. During these episodes, people
- 31:48can experience terrifyingly realistic sensations, including
- 31:51pressure on the chest, shadow figures, physical touch, or even
- 31:55sexual encounters that feel completely real.
- 31:58Psychiatric literature contains documented cases where patients
- 32:02with disorders such as schizophrenia reported
- 32:04experiences resembling incubus phenomena.
- 32:08However, reports involving succubus like experiences appear
- 32:12far less frequently in medical literature.
- 32:15OK, this is the portion where Jerry talks about some research
- 32:18that was done on a couple of patients who severed
- 32:21schizophrenia and some of the events that they encountered do
- 32:26have very similar vibes of SA. So if you don't want to listen
- 32:29to that, I advise you skip forward to at least 40 minutes.
- 32:35That should put you at a good spot for the rest of the
- 32:37episode. The article I'm discussing today
- 32:40is Unusual Cases of succubus, A Cultural phenomenon manifesting
- 32:44as part of Psychopathology by Sandeep Grover, Aseem Mara, and
- 32:50Devaxi Doug. If I mispronounce her name, I
- 32:54apologize. Yeah, he's so sorry.
- 32:56This presents 2 schizophrenia cases in which the patients
- 33:00describe experiences strongly resembling encounters with a
- 33:03succubus. Case number one.
- 33:08The first case presented in the articles, is centered around an
- 33:1218 year old man whose mental health had been deteriorating
- 33:15for nearly three years before he finally received treatment.
- 33:19According to the doctors, his symptoms developed gradually and
- 33:22became constant overtime. He began experiencing intense
- 33:26paranoia, believing people were targeting him or talking about
- 33:29him indirectly. He also suffered from delusions
- 33:32of grandeur and believed outside forces could control his
- 33:36thoughts and actions. The paper explains that he
- 33:40experienced multiple forms of hallucinations, including
- 33:43hearing voices that could speak that would speak to him, argue
- 33:47with each other, and even command him to do things.
- 33:49He also believed his thoughts were somehow being broadcast for
- 33:53others to hear. Over time, his condition
- 33:56severely damaged his daily life. He became apathetic, neglected
- 34:00his hygiene and self-care, and showed major social and
- 34:04occupational dysfunction. But among all of his symptoms, 1
- 34:07experience terrified him more than anything else.
- 34:10At night, whenever he lay down to sleep, he claimed he could
- 34:14sense a woman entering his presence.
- 34:16What? Are you going to say entering?
- 34:18His body how the turntable women can top.
- 34:22Yes, yes he can. He described her as physically
- 34:25attractive, but the encounters themselves were deeply
- 34:27disturbing and unwanted. He said he could physically feel
- 34:31her touching him intimately. To his account, these
- 34:34experiences cause involuntary sexual arousal, erections and
- 34:38ejaculation. Despite the fact that he did not
- 34:41consent or desire these encounters, the patient insisted
- 34:46the experiences felt completely real.
- 34:49Instead of pleasure, he reported overwhelming guilt, shame, fear
- 34:52and confusion. Sometimes he would wake up
- 34:55suddenly after the encounters feeling terrified and
- 34:58emotionally distressed, convinced something had violated
- 35:01him during the night, The article states he believed a
- 35:04supernatural witch was responsible for the attacks.
- 35:08However, he could never fully describe the figure or explain
- 35:11exactly what she looked like. It was more like an overwhelming
- 35:15presence, something he can feel rather than clearly see.
- 35:20Doctors carefully evaluated whether the experiences could be
- 35:23connected to known sleep disorders.
- 35:26Interestingly, there was no history suggesting narcolepsy,
- 35:30recurring nightmares, sleep paralysis, night terrors,
- 35:33insomnia or hypersomnia. Medical tests including brain
- 35:37imaging, blood work, and and EEG scans all came back normal.
- 35:43Eventually, psychiatrist diagnosed him with
- 35:45schizophrenia. He was treated with the
- 35:47antipsychotic medication, which gradually increased to 15
- 35:51milligrams daily and overtime his hallucinations, paranoia,
- 35:54and the succubus like experiences completely
- 35:56disappeared. Once his symptoms improved, he
- 36:00became uncertain whether the nighttime attacks had ever truly
- 36:03happened at all. He began to question something
- 36:06that once felt unquestionably real.
- 36:09That's case number one. Wow, case number 2.
- 36:15They have these exact same symptoms.
- 36:16That's going to be so crazy. The second case involved a 24
- 36:19year old man who suffered from schizophrenia alongside a
- 36:22cannabis dependence. Like the first patient, his
- 36:27illness developed gradually over several years and became severe
- 36:30enough to completely disrupt his life.
- 36:33He began experiencing delusions and hallucinations that revolved
- 36:36around 1 specific person, a former female teacher.
- 36:41Oh no. Oh, that's trauma in there too.
- 36:44The patient became convinced that his teacher was secretly
- 36:48communicating with him and deeply in in love with him.
- 36:51He claimed he could hear her voice speaking directly to him,
- 36:54even when she was nowhere nearby.
- 36:56According to the article, the voices would comment on his
- 36:59behavior, hold conversations and command him at times.
- 37:03That's so scary. The hallucinations didn't stop
- 37:06with sound. He also described powerful
- 37:09physical sensations throughout his body, particularly
- 37:13concentrated in his thighs and genital region.
- 37:16He explained these sensations as vibrations or waves moving
- 37:19through him, usually occurring late at night while he was
- 37:22alone. Sometimes the experiences
- 37:24happened while fully awake, while other times they occurred
- 37:28as he drifted towards sleep. During these episodes, he
- 37:31believed the teacher was somehow remotely touching him and
- 37:34forcing sexual experiences onto him without consent.
- 37:37The patient reported hearing her voice claim responsibility for
- 37:41the sensations. He believed she was expressing
- 37:44romantic obsession towards them and trying to initiate sexual
- 37:47intercourse through supernatural or unexplained means.
- 37:51He described feeling his genitals being touched despite
- 37:53no one physically being present. The experiences often cause
- 37:57involuntary arousal, erections, and occasional ejaculation.
- 38:02What stands out most is how convinced he was that these
- 38:05experiences were real, even though he could not logically
- 38:09explain how the teacher was supposedly accomplished
- 38:11accomplishing this, he firmly believed she had gained control
- 38:15over his body itself. He told doctors that that she
- 38:18forced him into sexual activity against his will and manipulated
- 38:22his physical sensations remotely.
- 38:24And unlike some delusions that might provide comfort or
- 38:26pleasure, this experience tortured him.
- 38:29The article notes that he denied and joined the encounters and
- 38:31said he felt trapped and powerless during them.
- 38:34Eventually, the symptoms became so severe that he stopped
- 38:37attending school altogether and isolated himself at home.
- 38:40This is during the same time. The same time.
- 38:42Oh my God I thought this was like a past like teacher.
- 38:46Oh, no, sorry, he was 24. Oh, but no, I mean impacted as
- 38:49like daily activities. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 38:51Doctors attempted several antipsychotic medications.
- 38:55Some treatments slightly reduced the voices he heard, but the
- 38:58tactile and sexual hallucinations remained
- 39:01stubbornly persistent. Finally, physicians prescribed a
- 39:05more intense antipsychotic, clozapine, a medication often
- 39:09reserved for severe or treatment resistant schizophrenia.
- 39:12After beginning clozapine at 200 milligrams, his symptoms
- 39:16improved significantly. Most importantly, his insight
- 39:19returned over time. He began recognizing that the
- 39:22voices, physical sensations, and perceived sexual encounters were
- 39:25not real. Whether it's medieval times,
- 39:28succubi, incubi, shadow people during sleep paralysis, or
- 39:32modern psychology cases where people genuinely believe that
- 39:35they are being touched or attacked in the dark, the human
- 39:38brain once again can create experiences that feel
- 39:41horrifyingly real. Have you ever woken up in the
- 39:44middle of the night, unable to move, feeling pressure on your
- 39:47chest, hearing whispers, feeling hands touch you when no one's
- 39:52there? The day I experience sleep
- 39:55paralysis is the day it's over. It's over like you're done.
- 39:58I mean, we've talked about it so much and I've never dealt with
- 40:02like that feeling of not being able to move.
- 40:04Just like helpless. Dude, of course your mind's
- 40:06going to wander. But those are very scary cases,
- 40:09especially the second one where he like it's his teacher, like
- 40:13the voices he hears is that Lady.
- 40:17I always wondered like, what voices do people hear?
- 40:20Like is it people they know? Well, in this case, yes.
- 40:23Yeah, I just, I, I really like the article because this was one
- 40:28some sort of like peer reviewed article with, you know,
- 40:33scientific documentation on these two separate cases.
- 40:37A lot of, you know, connections between both of them.
- 40:40But I like how they're not shooting down the idea that
- 40:43like, hey, these like succubus, incubus or whatever they may be
- 40:47can be affecting like the sleep, their sleep cycle.
- 40:50Yeah, to them, this is the reality.
- 40:51Yeah. So sure, there were some
- 40:54schizophrenia in it, so you know, some, some other mental
- 40:58health, I'm sure. But it's, it's, it's scary.
- 41:02I think it's very interesting because this is also modern
- 41:05medicine. They did not have anti
- 41:08schizophrenia drugs back in the Middle Ages.
- 41:11So if this is a common occurrence, that was two people
- 41:14unrelated at all, but we're feeling very similar symptoms.
- 41:19All it takes is for someone to hear a story, hear a story
- 41:22somewhere and hear it again somewhere else, that it becomes
- 41:25lore. Oh, these are these things that
- 41:26exist because now I have witnessed 2 people yeah telling
- 41:29me that this has happened to them and.
- 41:32Then if we go back to the cultural connection, like there
- 41:36are so many things that are very similar once again in how they
- 41:40are perceived and how they what they do, how they affect you
- 41:44physically. Like, doesn't matter where you
- 41:46go, many parts of the world, there's just a different name
- 41:50for it. Yeah with all very similar all
- 41:53with very similar symptoms yes like the most common one we hear
- 41:56about like when we did research on the freaking hat man like
- 41:59months ago was that feeling of not being able to move and
- 42:01something's heavy on your chest yeah yeah the extra thing of
- 42:08ejaculating that one's new have not heard of heard that one on
- 42:12any other paranormal being that we've.
- 42:14We've discussed it's a sexual arousal.
- 42:16Yeah, wow, two things that haunted us that were very linked
- 42:21this week. I'm rethinking calling the Inc.
- 42:28What is it the male 1? The incubus?
- 42:29Incubus. Dang, when I think of succubus
- 42:34and incubus I think of. Digimon wait, explain I let me
- 42:41explain. I need to, I need to give you
- 42:43references because that has been the image that's existed in my
- 42:46head for forever. Is it Debbie?
- 42:52Mon Debbie Ryan No, I walked in to Mr. Incubus.
- 42:58OK, that. Yeah.
- 42:59Yeah, that's you. You.
- 43:01Know what I mean? Like, that's just latex.
- 43:03It's like, yeah, what? What's that called with?
- 43:05With wings? And he's a hot, sexy, muscular
- 43:09man. That's just BDSM dude.
- 43:11It is with wings with wings fantasy.
- 43:15Love it. I will link that article.
- 43:21Love the reading about it, I just think it's super
- 43:23fascinating. Send it to me so I can put in
- 43:25the notes I will. Just that concept of sleep
- 43:29paralysis and I've told you like my personal experiences with
- 43:32people around my life that have experienced something like that,
- 43:36but. Is this what you think your dad
- 43:38saw? Well, I think he for sure felt
- 43:40the pressure. But you didn't see a sexy lady.
- 43:43No, I don't. I don't think I think he would
- 43:45have mentioned it. And the times that I've
- 43:47experienced the paralysis, I was maybe too young to where my mind
- 43:50didn't automatically like create an image of a of a a, a
- 43:54seductive. Demon of a seductress of a Dom
- 44:00mommy. Yeah, 'cause yeah, I was, I was
- 44:03AI was AI was a young kiddo, so. Well, we'll keep you updated if
- 44:08for some reason something in the future happens and we'll give
- 44:11full details on our Patreon. You will have to pay for that if
- 44:15and when that happens. If and when that happens, well,
- 44:19my voice got all like, raspy. You.
- 44:23Well now, now we know Lilith and her demon children.
- 44:28That's crazy how different parts of the world have pulled from
- 44:31very similar stories. What if it's the same person
- 44:34going around and just spreading these stories and they're like,
- 44:37hey, did you hear about this? And then they're like, well, we
- 44:40can't call it that. It's already taken.
- 44:41Let's just switch it up and they get something else.
- 44:43We'll give it a new name and then we'll get credit.
- 44:45Yeah. And then somehow it made it to,
- 44:48you know, somewhere else, modern times here in the country.
- 44:51And they're like the hat man. And they were like, Yep, that's
- 44:54that's the name. That's.
- 44:56The one. Maybe the hat man is sexy.
- 44:57Maybe the hat man's an incubus. I'm pretty sure he's an incubus.
- 45:00We have to ask Michael and Peter.
- 45:01Hey straight man, do you think Hat Man was a little hot?
- 45:05He was dapper. He had a nice coat on and a top
- 45:08hat. Yeah, could you see ABS through
- 45:09the shadows? Can can you explain the the the
- 45:12shadow ABS a little bit more in detail?
- 45:14Looked. Like he lifted, like he lifts.
- 45:16He was at least 6 something 6. Two, then it was.
- 45:19I'm sorry, it just was. If you're taller than like 6
- 45:22feet, then odds are you're an incubus.
- 45:26That's just nature giving you a couple points in life.
- 45:30That's just nature favouring you.
- 45:31Yeah, must be nice. Dang, I wish I was 16 hey.
- 45:35What I'm lack in height I make up in width.
- 45:41Good for you. Thanks.
- 45:44That is like size 36. Yeah, waist.
- 45:46Damn clock me. Yeah, I mean, hey, maybe people
- 45:49can send you some pants. Sponsor Brian's clothing?
- 45:53No, send me wardrobe. I can buy my own pants.
- 45:56Don't send me, Don't send me pants.
- 45:58What have you been listening to this week?
- 46:00Oh man. Well, lucky enough I mentioned
- 46:06last week to listen to Motionless and Whites.
- 46:09No song. And because it wasn't out
- 46:13technically and now it is, I'm going to say go listen to Plain
- 46:17God by Motionless and White featuring Corey Taylor, lead
- 46:21singer for Slipknot. So that was a cool little collab
- 46:24that surprised everyone. Not a huge Slipknot fan.
- 46:27Like, I, I mean, I, I grew up listening to them because they
- 46:30were popular, but not because I like them.
- 46:33I'm indifferent. But it's a really good song
- 46:36talks about like the parasocial relationships with, you know,
- 46:39just people in general, the obsession with social media, the
- 46:44toxicity behind, you know, social media and, and being
- 46:47online, being chronically online.
- 46:49Oh, so it's a it's toxic meaningful song.
- 46:52So pretty cool. Being chronically online, my
- 46:54brain has rotted. But for the better, like for the
- 46:58good of humanity, you know, You know, on there trying to get
- 47:01like a reaction. Oh yeah, you know, they're like
- 47:06a toxic reaction and shit. Like no, I just go under to hee
- 47:10hee ha ha a funny. Little cat videos for the That's
- 47:12the the better of human. That's what makes us human.
- 47:16He, he's and ha ha. I love to hee hee and ha ha
- 47:19before bed a little a little squirrel.
- 47:21Born to Lollygag, forced to work a night of oh.
- 47:25Don't remind me my very similar to Jerry.
- 47:29My recommendation is something I didn't mention last week.
- 47:31I did say you guys should listen to Zara Larsson's Deluxe
- 47:34edition. Well, I did and I did not like
- 47:37the new version. Oh Dang, OK.
- 47:39One of my favorite songs, so I'm going to recommend the original.
- 47:43Can I recommend 2 songs to please to have permission?
- 47:46Jerry, can you please, Sir? Let me check.
- 47:49Yep, you're clear. OK, so.
- 47:52Wait, not yet. You're clear.
- 47:54OK. So the first one is a Blue Moon
- 47:57by Zara Larsson. It is one of my favorite on the
- 48:00album aside from Midnight Sun. That was really good.
- 48:04The blue moon, you hit that. And guys, I don't know if anyone
- 48:10knows. Very few people know that one of
- 48:12my my pop Queens is Tuvalu. I love Tuvalu Tuvalu, Tuvalu
- 48:21Tuvalu, period. She makes amazing pop music.
- 48:28Argue arguably you hit that. She's like up there with Carly
- 48:33Rib. Just Carly Rae Jepsen for making
- 48:34amazing pop music, but she makes amazing like, like dance.
- 48:39Music. Yes, but sometimes it's just the
- 48:43lyrics are also so deep and just the the songwriting that Pen is
- 48:48on fire. Those beats are on fire.
- 48:50And she dropped a song literally today when you guys are
- 48:53listening to to this podcast. What?
- 48:55This. Is Thursday, Yes, but it came
- 48:57out a little early, so I did hear it.
- 49:00But it's called I'm Your Girl, right?
- 49:02And just look at that album artwork.
- 49:03Is this the whole song? You said this saved summer?
- 49:06Yeah. If you follow me on Instagram.
- 49:08OK I did post that summer is saved because she saved it.
- 49:10That's crazy. We weren't going to have a
- 49:12summer. That's wild.
- 49:14But now we do because Tuvalu, she saved us Tuvalu, Tuvalu,
- 49:18period Tuvalu. Watch Lady Gaga's Requiem.
- 49:22Oh, that comes out today. That's today, yeah.
- 49:25Thursday the 14th, yes. Oh yeah it is.
- 49:28Holy shit. Yeah, you think I wouldn't know
- 49:31that's a mother girl? I don't know what they were.
- 49:33That's a mother. Well, I know it's Thursday, but
- 49:37what are you listening to? Why don't you recommend us
- 49:40something? Yeah, I would love that.
- 49:42Switch it up. Send us a recommendation.
- 49:44Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. What do we need to add?
- 49:45You know what we listen to? Yeah, you hate my music.
- 49:48You're like, that's, that's too crazy for me.
- 49:49No, no, no, as separate as our interests lie every week it
- 49:53they're 180 polar opposites. There is a file, a through line
- 49:58that me and Jerry do enjoy. Maybe, maybe you know exactly
- 50:02what it is. Maybe.
- 50:03And it's always synth wave, vampy.
- 50:06That's true dance music. When in doubt I just go back to
- 50:08my EBM and dark wave. Yep.
- 50:11Synth. Well guys, this has been of the
- 50:15Daily BJ with Brian. And Jerry I.
- 50:19Think no, I think I think you are right.
- 50:25Oh my God, guys, he grew wings. I'm a Jincubus.
- 50:28Guys are here to go to bed. Right now, when I was not Jin,
- 50:32bye bye.
