- 0:05Speaker 2: See see.
- 0:09Speaker 3: See see see you see say.
- 0:27Speaker 4: Ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 0:31Speaker 4: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 0:37Speaker 4: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 0:58Speaker 5: Well, good day, good day every one. Hello, I'm Ron
- 1:01Speaker 5: Edwards and welcome to this edition of the Ron Edwards
- 1:04Speaker 5: American Experienced Talk Show. And boy, we have a very
- 1:09Speaker 5: interesting show in line up for you today. First of all,
- 1:14Speaker 5: just want to take a minute to acknowledge the passing
- 1:18Speaker 5: of Hulk Hogan, great American wrestler and patriot and promoter
- 1:26Speaker 5: of America, and he will be duly missed. I thought
- 1:30Speaker 5: he was a great character and a fun guy and
- 1:34Speaker 5: you name it. He was a great I just thought
- 1:38Speaker 5: he was a great American, a great personality, very positive,
- 1:42Speaker 5: and he will be sorely missed in our society. But
- 1:47Speaker 5: it is what it is and we must continue to
- 1:52Speaker 5: march on. Well, in other news, we see that, you know,
- 1:59Speaker 5: the craziness just continues with these democrats, doesn't it. Those individuals,
- 2:06Speaker 5: They just refuse to back up from their madness. Which
- 2:14Speaker 5: which way do we go here? Okay? Now, we know
- 2:21Speaker 5: that Tulci Gabbett has released another intel report on how
- 2:25Speaker 5: the Ali Obama administration manufactured the Russia Russia claims against
- 2:31Speaker 5: the President Trump's Trump Rather and you know, they just
- 2:38Speaker 5: I was looking at an interview today with the that
- 2:41Speaker 5: they replayed with the Clapper, and the guy's just sitting
- 2:45Speaker 5: there with a straight face. Oh no, this is just ridiculous.
- 2:48Speaker 5: We did nothing despite the fact that there is evidence
- 2:53Speaker 5: that these people, I mean, this makes Watergate look like nothing.
- 3:00Speaker 5: And when you really check into it, in the grand
- 3:02Speaker 5: scheme of things, many things that have happened since the
- 3:04Speaker 5: days of Watergate, Watergate really wasn't that big of a
- 3:09Speaker 5: deal when you really check into it, and a lot
- 3:12Speaker 5: of it. The volition behind Watergate, a lot of people
- 3:16Speaker 5: don't know this is that they wanted to wipe Nixon
- 3:21Speaker 5: off the face of the earth, or at least out
- 3:24Speaker 5: of office, which they did because of some of the
- 3:27Speaker 5: things good that he was doing behind the scenes. But
- 3:30Speaker 5: a lot of people don't know that. And you know,
- 3:33Speaker 5: because Nixon wasn't the most I guess, affable guy or whatever,
- 3:38Speaker 5: and he wasn't a great communicator like Ronald Reagan or
- 3:43Speaker 5: a great fighter like President Trump, so he basically got
- 3:47Speaker 5: stomped on. His reputation was made worse than it really was.
- 3:55Speaker 5: But that's for another day. We have a great yes
- 4:00Speaker 5: today by the way. Her name is Carlo Wagner, and
- 4:03Speaker 5: she is with an organization called ax My Tax, and
- 4:08Speaker 5: she's going to be talking about how the elimination of
- 4:12Speaker 5: property taxes that is something that should be brought to fruition.
- 4:20Speaker 5: And I've always thought that the property taxes were wrong
- 4:24Speaker 5: and they did not help in society, and a lot
- 4:26Speaker 5: of people have been cond into believing that, well, there
- 4:28Speaker 5: can't be any museums, we need property taxes for this,
- 4:32Speaker 5: that and the other, and you know, it's just crazy.
- 4:36Speaker 5: So we'll be talking to her after the break, and
- 4:41Speaker 5: she doesn't affle a very great job improving how property
- 4:46Speaker 5: taxes are not needed to run many things that they're
- 4:50Speaker 5: utilized for now, because I just it's you know, property taxes,
- 5:00Speaker 5: in my opinion, are similar to income taxes. They're unconstitutional.
- 5:05Speaker 5: They shouldn't be We shouldn't have to pay income taxes,
- 5:10Speaker 5: by the way, or property taxes. When you buy something,
- 5:14Speaker 5: you should own it. You should not be pimped by
- 5:18Speaker 5: the government after you buy something, and that if you
- 5:23Speaker 5: don't pay this gangster government tax, they come and take
- 5:27Speaker 5: it away from you. And by the way, that's on
- 5:32Speaker 5: the communist manifesto. That's part of the communist way of
- 5:36Speaker 5: gradually skimming away the wealth of the people and getting
- 5:42Speaker 5: it into the hands of a certain or small percentage
- 5:46Speaker 5: of people who use that wealth and power to rule
- 5:49Speaker 5: over the rest of us and push us all further
- 5:53Speaker 5: and further down. And they want us to basically live
- 5:56Speaker 5: like serfs, which is totally the opposite of the original
- 6:02Speaker 5: vision of the founding Fathers. Now, in other news, at
- 6:10Speaker 5: least ten children ages between ten and I'm sorry two
- 6:14Speaker 5: and fifteen, they were rescued after being held in a
- 6:18Speaker 5: bunker and they have been raped and sexually tortured for
- 6:21Speaker 5: three freaking years. Seven no good adults have been arrested
- 6:28Speaker 5: in this sex trafficking ring. At least ten children and
- 6:34Speaker 5: they were locked in an Alabama storm bunker and sexually
- 6:38Speaker 5: tortured and trafficked by their parents for three years. The
- 6:44Speaker 5: adults used animal shock collars in their torture of the children.
- 6:48Speaker 5: The children were drugged and tortured. Investigators believed that they
- 6:52Speaker 5: are more victims and perpetrators tied to the horrendous crime.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Alabama police arrested seven suspects in the trafficking ring. More
- 7:01Speaker 5: rest are upcoming. Man. This happened at Bibbs County in
- 7:09Speaker 5: the beautiful state of Alabama. And trust me when I
- 7:13Speaker 5: say this, there's a whole lot more cases like this
- 7:18Speaker 5: happening all over the Republic. Let's not forget three hundred
- 7:23Speaker 5: thousand children were bought in under the Uncle Joe Biden
- 7:26Speaker 5: regime and lost. And what makes it even more heinous
- 7:32Speaker 5: is that the children were given the phone number to
- 7:35Speaker 5: call if there was something bad happening to them wherever
- 7:40Speaker 5: they were taken. And when they call the number, all
- 7:43Speaker 5: they get is a ring tone, ring, ring, no answer.
- 7:50Speaker 5: But this is a part of the you know, part
- 7:53Speaker 5: of the democratic machine, Democrat Party machine. Now a second court,
- 8:05Speaker 5: another black robe gone while is ignoring a landmark Supreme
- 8:12Speaker 5: Court ruling and issues a nationwide injunction. In a sixty
- 8:17Speaker 5: three ruling late last month. You remember this, the Justice
- 8:20Speaker 5: Amy Cony Barrett meance no words when it came to
- 8:23Speaker 5: so called universal injunctions lower court rulings that extended far
- 8:28Speaker 5: beyond that court's jurisdiction. She said it was unnecessary to
- 8:33Speaker 5: consider whether Congress has constrained the judiciary. What matters is
- 8:38Speaker 5: how the jujitiary may restrain constrain the executive, Barrett wrote
- 8:43Speaker 5: in that decision that goes for judges. When the court
- 8:50Speaker 5: concludes that the executive branch has acted unlawfully, the answer
- 8:54Speaker 5: is not for the court to exceed its power to
- 8:59Speaker 5: limit that executive action, especially when it is politically motivated.
- 9:07Speaker 5: That decision, by the way, did not decide the merits
- 9:09Speaker 5: of the case in which the universal injunction was issued.
- 9:15Speaker 5: President Trump's administration has argued that the fourteenth Amendment does
- 9:19Speaker 5: not grant birthright citizenship because those born to citizens of
- 9:24Speaker 5: other countries within US borders are not among persons born
- 9:28Speaker 5: in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 9:32Speaker 5: And that is the truth, that is the God's honest truth.
- 9:38Speaker 5: But yet it has been misconstrued by liberals who want
- 9:43Speaker 5: to change the face of this country, the makeup of
- 9:46Speaker 5: this country, and allow these anchor babies to just drop drop, drop,
- 9:50Speaker 5: drop drop all over the place to the tune of millions,
- 9:54Speaker 5: all because they want to shrink the percentage of the
- 9:58Speaker 5: white population. Because overall, the white population is percentage wise
- 10:05Speaker 5: the most patriotic of all the populations of the country
- 10:10Speaker 5: percentage wise, and so that is the real reason behind
- 10:15Speaker 5: the effort to shrink the white population by percentage by
- 10:20Speaker 5: loading up with illegals. And since that's not happening now
- 10:25Speaker 5: in great numbers, they want to continue the anche anchor
- 10:29Speaker 5: baby situation. Anyway, I Ran Edwards will be right back
- 10:34Speaker 5: after this.
- 10:37Speaker 3: This is Nate Hara, and you are listening to the

- 12:34Speaker 8: Hi, this is Carla Wagner from axmtax dot org and
- 12:37Speaker 8: you are listening to the Ron Edwards American Experience Summer
- 12:42Speaker 8: time in Northern Missy.
- 12:45Speaker 5: Yeah, we're back. This is a run of the American Experience.
- 12:48Speaker 5: And I'm really happy to be here this day, and
- 12:51Speaker 5: I hope you're happy too. Anyway, let's get right to it.
- 12:55Speaker 5: Our guest today is Carla Wagner, and she is the
- 12:58Speaker 5: founder of X Tax Initiative, which aims to eliminate property
- 13:03Speaker 5: taxes in Michigan through a constitutional amendment. Now. She's a
- 13:07Speaker 5: Michigan real estate agent and small business owner who believes
- 13:10Speaker 5: that property taxes are unaffordable for many residents, leading to home,
- 13:15Speaker 5: farm and business losses and prompting people to leave the
- 13:18Speaker 5: state and This is a movement that I humbly believe
- 13:22Speaker 5: that should be made national because property taxes anywhere leads
- 13:27Speaker 5: to government money stealing everywhere. Anyway, let's welcome Carla Wagner
- 13:33Speaker 5: back to the run average American experience. Hello Carla, and
- 13:36Speaker 5: welcome back.
- 13:37Speaker 7: Hi Ron, how are you? Thank you for having.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Me super duper It's been a long time, but yeah,
- 13:45Speaker 5: let's get into it. There's a lot new members of
- 13:49Speaker 5: the audience. Why don't you tell folks why you got
- 13:53Speaker 5: involved in this effort and why you think it's very
- 13:56Speaker 5: important to get rid of a property taxes.
- 13:58Speaker 7: Well, you know what, Ron, and that changes every day.
- 14:01Speaker 7: I mean, I know why I got into it. Everything
- 14:04Speaker 7: I've done, like you said, I was a small business owner.
- 14:06Speaker 7: I am a small business owner, a real estate agent,
- 14:09Speaker 7: a builder, and amongst a couple of other things, I
- 14:12Speaker 7: prepared tax returns for twelve years. I had my securities license,
- 14:17Speaker 7: which men I could do stock trading, that kind of thing,
- 14:19Speaker 7: did financial planning for people. And what I have seen,
- 14:22Speaker 7: especially since during COVID, when everyone no one could work,
- 14:27Speaker 7: but bills kept coming in, and the number one bill
- 14:31Speaker 7: that kept coming in was the property tax bill. So
- 14:34Speaker 7: for someone a small business owner, or even a homeowner,
- 14:37Speaker 7: if you weren't able to work, like I couldn't do anything.
- 14:40Speaker 7: I couldn't sell real estate, I couldn't build houses. My
- 14:43Speaker 7: little restaurant couldn't be open, my little retail shop couldn't
- 14:46Speaker 7: be open nothing. I couldn't make any money. And yet
- 14:49Speaker 7: I had to pay the property taxes. And then I
- 14:52Speaker 7: just and I thought, you know what, It's not just me,
- 14:54Speaker 7: it's every it's every person. It's every homeowner that can't work.
- 14:58Speaker 7: It's every landlow who was told you have to pay
- 15:01Speaker 7: property taxes, but your renter doesn't have to pay rent.
- 15:06Speaker 7: Remember that that happened during COVID. Renters didn't have to
- 15:09Speaker 7: pay rent, but landlords still had to pay property tax.
- 15:11Speaker 7: How do you do that? It's elderly people who are
- 15:14Speaker 7: on a fixed income property taxes because their houses keep
- 15:18Speaker 7: getting assessed higher, the property tax that they pay keeps increasing,
- 15:23Speaker 7: and then we keep voting more milages on, we keep
- 15:27Speaker 7: adding more millages. We really need to start voting no
- 15:30Speaker 7: on every single millage to keep our property taxes low
- 15:35Speaker 7: and affordable. Because they're so unaffordable. We have lost so
- 15:41Speaker 7: many businesses and so many people out of Michigan, and
- 15:44Speaker 7: it's really starting to affect the revenue in the state
- 15:48Speaker 7: of Michigan. You know, we're losing the state income tax,
- 15:50Speaker 7: we're losing sales tax, we're losing any kind of revenue
- 15:54Speaker 7: is going lower and lower every day as we lose
- 15:57Speaker 7: people in businesses. And so our governor, our current governor,
- 16:01Speaker 7: she keeps wanting to raise taxes. Look at they're going
- 16:04Speaker 7: to raise hunting and fishing licenses. They want to raise
- 16:07Speaker 7: the gas tax, they want to she wants to keep
- 16:10Speaker 7: raising taxes to make up for all of it that
- 16:12Speaker 7: we're losing because these businesses and people are leaving Michigan.
- 16:17Speaker 7: It's a mess. It's a mess.
- 16:19Speaker 5: It is a mess. And there's one more reason why
- 16:23Speaker 5: they continue with these awful property taxes, income taxes, you
- 16:27Speaker 5: name it. The other reason is, you know, it's something
- 16:30Speaker 5: that Klaus Schwab said, and he said, they want to
- 16:34Speaker 5: make it so that we don't own anything and that
- 16:37Speaker 5: we'll be happy. I really believe that. And that's why
- 16:42Speaker 5: they remember when they they called it the graduated income tax. This, this,
- 16:48Speaker 5: this is this is all in my humble opinion and
- 16:51Speaker 5: methodology to drain away. Why do you think that even
- 16:54Speaker 5: though they say that there's just unfettered prosperity. But yet
- 17:00Speaker 5: the very very prosperous is a it's a very small
- 17:05Speaker 5: percentage of the other country. What is it, five percent
- 17:08Speaker 5: of the country owns eighty percent of the wealth.
- 17:10Speaker 7: Yeah, very small. But you know what I and you
- 17:13Speaker 7: know here in Michigan, they're trying to do that graduated
- 17:16Speaker 7: income tax right they're going they want to bump up
- 17:19Speaker 7: the income tax rate to people that make it. And
- 17:21Speaker 7: you know what, that's just a bunch of book craft.
- 17:24Speaker 7: They already pay more because they make more. You know,
- 17:27Speaker 7: are you gonna are we You know, we can't. We
- 17:29Speaker 7: can't be envious and jealous of people maybe because they
- 17:32Speaker 7: either work harder than us, or maybe their family did
- 17:34Speaker 7: or whatever else. You know, you'll be glad that they did.
- 17:37Speaker 7: Because right now, the way the income taxes, everybody pays
- 17:42Speaker 7: the same four point twenty five percent, that's the rate.
- 17:45Speaker 7: But if you make a hundred bucks, you're going to
- 17:47Speaker 7: pay less than somebody than it makes one hundred thousand, Right,
- 17:50Speaker 7: So the person making one hundred thousand, why aren't they
- 17:52Speaker 7: paying their fair share? They are paying their fair share
- 17:54Speaker 7: one hundred thousand times four point twenty five is certainly
- 17:57Speaker 7: more than one hundred thousand, certainly more than one hundred
- 18:00Speaker 7: times four point two five, don't you think so. The
- 18:04Speaker 7: fact that they're doing that is just again it goes
- 18:09Speaker 7: to your point that they are doing everything they can.
- 18:12Speaker 7: What they want to try and do is equalize us.
- 18:14Speaker 7: But they can't and you never will because there's always
- 18:17Speaker 7: going to be people that work harder than other people.
- 18:19Speaker 7: There are always going to be people that have a
- 18:21Speaker 7: higher IQ. That's just the way it is, right, I mean,
- 18:24Speaker 7: I'm not saying that to be mean or rude or
- 18:26Speaker 7: anything like that. It is the cream will rise to
- 18:30Speaker 7: the crop, and there's always going to be more people
- 18:32Speaker 7: that are going to be a little bit more ingenious
- 18:36Speaker 7: and they're going to they're going to figure out how
- 18:38Speaker 7: to do something. You know, the first caveman, you know,
- 18:41Speaker 7: foes to death and the second cave man said, I'm
- 18:43Speaker 7: going to learn how to build fire to stay warm. That,
- 18:47Speaker 7: you know what, that there was just something in that
- 18:49Speaker 7: caveman that gave him the idea to do that. But
- 18:55Speaker 7: we're so right, what's happening here in the state of Michigan.
- 18:59Speaker 7: They're trying to equalize us, and they're not going to
- 19:02Speaker 7: equalize us and make us all rich. No, they're going
- 19:04Speaker 7: to equalize us and make us all poor. Like you said,
- 19:08Speaker 7: it's all an effort to standardize or equalize the wealth,
- 19:13Speaker 7: and so that all of these unaffordable affordable housing units
- 19:17Speaker 7: that they're building everywhere. I mean, just look at the
- 19:19Speaker 7: gobs and gobs and gobs of taxpayer dollars that they
- 19:22Speaker 7: are investing into unaffordable affordable multifamily units. So what they're
- 19:28Speaker 7: going to do is tax you out of your single
- 19:31Speaker 7: family home. You will no longer be able to afford
- 19:34Speaker 7: a single family home. We will all be pushed into
- 19:37Speaker 7: these multifamily units that they're building because they're not building.
- 19:42Speaker 7: When they say affordable housing, that makes me cringe because
- 19:45Speaker 7: it's not affordable houses, it's affordable multifamily.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Yeah, think of that's and that's awful because they used
- 19:55Speaker 5: to build affordable housing in a polite way. I remember
- 20:00Speaker 5: years ago when they stuck an affordable apartment building in Birmingham,
- 20:04Speaker 5: and that was bad enough, because to be honest with you,
- 20:10Speaker 5: if I can't afford to live in Birmingham, I don't
- 20:12Speaker 5: want to be there in a building like the one
- 20:15Speaker 5: they built in Birmingham, and you know, and you know
- 20:19Speaker 5: that it's an affordable building because it doesn't look like
- 20:23Speaker 5: the rest of the building is. It doesn't have the
- 20:25Speaker 5: same craftsmanship or the same beauty as the other other buildings.
- 20:29Speaker 5: It's new, but you know, there's a big difference, and
- 20:32Speaker 5: you know when you walk out, everyone will know that
- 20:35Speaker 5: on your own you couldn't even be there anyway. And
- 20:39Speaker 5: now they forced the issue by burning people out in
- 20:42Speaker 5: Los Angeles or like they did in Hawaii, and now
- 20:48Speaker 5: in both of those situations, they're they're building affordable housing
- 20:52Speaker 5: cluster cluster houses, and so you're right on about this.
- 20:55Speaker 5: This is so evil And.
- 20:59Speaker 7: What concerns me. What concerns me around is I'm part
- 21:03Speaker 7: of my local home builders Association and with the you know,
- 21:06Speaker 7: I go to the some of the state meetings and
- 21:07Speaker 7: conventions and things, and what I see is that the state,
- 21:12Speaker 7: the state not only wants to be our landlord, the
- 21:16Speaker 7: state wants to be the builder as well. So they're
- 21:19Speaker 7: pushing a lot of them, the small home builders, you know,
- 21:22Speaker 7: the small residential homebuilders that maybe make a living building
- 21:26Speaker 7: six to eight to ten houses a year. They're pushing
- 21:29Speaker 7: them right out of business. And the state is making
- 21:32Speaker 7: the construction codes so difficult for single family homes, and
- 21:37Speaker 7: I'm kind of wondering if they're going to maintain the
- 21:39Speaker 7: same construction codes for these multifamilies because they can't make
- 21:43Speaker 7: them affordable. If they're going to hold them to the
- 21:45Speaker 7: same construction codes. Is what they're doing to these single
- 21:47Speaker 7: family builders. But the problem is is that the state,
- 21:53Speaker 7: the state is Michigan's largest employer, and that is unsustainable.
- 22:00Speaker 7: We have a population where more and more of us
- 22:03Speaker 7: are senior citizens, and we're retiring. Who's working to pay
- 22:07Speaker 7: for those state workers, who's working to pay for those
- 22:10Speaker 7: state workers' pensions, who's working to pay for those state
- 22:14Speaker 7: workers' benefits and everything like that, right because it's all
- 22:18Speaker 7: going to crumble. I am telling you this is unsustainable.
- 22:21Speaker 7: The path that Michigan is on is unsustainable. And that
- 22:25Speaker 7: is why we're near the bottom of everything that you
- 22:28Speaker 7: can measure. We're at the bottom of the pile. We
- 22:31Speaker 7: only have We can only go up. But what it
- 22:34Speaker 7: will take is a total reset of the Michigan economy,
- 22:39Speaker 7: which means we have to totally reset the mind the mindset,
- 22:44Speaker 7: and put Michigan on sale. You know, if you want
- 22:47Speaker 7: to sell more of Michigan. You need to put Michigan
- 22:50Speaker 7: on sale if you want to attract more businesses, if
- 22:52Speaker 7: you want to attract people to come back. To increase
- 22:56Speaker 7: the revenue stream, you have to charge less in taxes,
- 23:01Speaker 7: not more. More. More does not get you more. You know,
- 23:07Speaker 7: less is more, right, And.
- 23:10Speaker 5: The evidence of that is if you look around Michigan.
- 23:13Speaker 5: Both Ohio and Indiana have lower taxes and lower or
- 23:19Speaker 5: and slightly fewer regulations, and proportionately they are both more
- 23:24Speaker 5: prosperous as economies.
- 23:27Speaker 7: And we are friends in Ohio now that are that
- 23:32Speaker 7: are starting to circulate a petition as well to remove
- 23:36Speaker 7: to get rid of property taxes. And what scares me,
- 23:40Speaker 7: this is what scares me more than anything, as we
- 23:44Speaker 7: have two things we have people talking about, like Governor DeSantis,
- 23:49Speaker 7: he's talking about the elimination of property tax, but I
- 23:51Speaker 7: think he's only talking about it as far as homeowners,
- 23:54Speaker 7: which means here's the thing. Property tax is a system, right,
- 24:00Speaker 7: There's a mechanism called property tax. As long as that
- 24:06Speaker 7: mechanism is in place, it will continue to be abused.
- 24:10Speaker 7: So if we eliminate property taxes for own homeowners, everybody
- 24:13Speaker 7: will go oh, great homeowners don't have to pay property
- 24:16Speaker 7: tax anymore. But that leaves our farmers who operate as businesses.
- 24:21Speaker 7: That leaves our farmers, that leaves our small business owners,
- 24:25Speaker 7: our medium our large businesses. That leaves them holding the bag.
- 24:30Speaker 7: So guess what we will lose more of our small businesses.
- 24:33Speaker 7: We will have less corporations trying to come here right
- 24:37Speaker 7: because the eighty percent of property taxes are currently paid
- 24:42Speaker 7: by homeowners. So you if they take away that eighty percent, hold.

- 30:16Speaker 5: Ron Edwards and thanks for joining us from throughout America
- 30:20Speaker 5: and around the world. Our guest today is the delightful
- 30:23Speaker 5: Carlo Wagner, founder of ax my tax initiative aiming to
- 30:29Speaker 5: eliminate property taxes in Michigan and hopefully spreading that movement
- 30:33Speaker 5: throughout the Republic. Welcome back, Carla, And before we get
- 30:37Speaker 5: started again, why did you tell folks how they can
- 30:39Speaker 5: get a hold of you? And maybe because I think
- 30:42Speaker 5: this is something that really needs to grow tremendously.
- 30:47Speaker 7: Yes, here in Michigan, we are axmytax dot org ax
- 30:53Speaker 7: mi tax dot org. That is the best place. We
- 30:58Speaker 7: have a ton of information on our website. We also
- 31:01Speaker 7: have a volunteer form there, so if anyone would like
- 31:04Speaker 7: to volunteer to help us circulate the petitions. That's what
- 31:07Speaker 7: we're doing right now. We're circulating petitions to get this
- 31:10Speaker 7: on the ballot in November twenty twenty six and so
- 31:13Speaker 7: that people will have the opportunity to vote to eliminate
- 31:17Speaker 7: property taxes in the state of Michigan. But we are
- 31:21Speaker 7: you know, I think there's other states that definitely need
- 31:25Speaker 7: to be doing this, and there are a few states
- 31:27Speaker 7: and that our following suit and are working to eliminate
- 31:30Speaker 7: property tax you know, one.
- 31:33Speaker 5: Of the things. And I think we've talked about this before.
- 31:36Speaker 5: It kind of blows my mind when I just think
- 31:38Speaker 5: about it that when this is explained to people, a
- 31:42Speaker 5: lot of them clutch their pearls and, oh, no, we
- 31:45Speaker 5: can't get rid of property taxes because how we have
- 31:47Speaker 5: our museums in our parks and ladi da di da,
- 31:51Speaker 5: and there's that. In my humble opinion, that's a very
- 31:55Speaker 5: simple there's a simple solution to all that. If it
- 31:58Speaker 5: is a problem, what say you?
- 32:01Speaker 7: Yeah, you know what? I think people have just been
- 32:04Speaker 7: brainwashed into thinking that property taxes, that the whole state
- 32:12Speaker 7: relies on property tax But then, but then I always
- 32:15Speaker 7: ask them, then, then why do you think you're paying
- 32:18Speaker 7: all those other taxes? You know, you pay state income tax,
- 32:21Speaker 7: we pay a corporate business tax if you're a company,
- 32:24Speaker 7: you pay sales tax, you pay lottery tax, you pay alcohol,
- 32:28Speaker 7: marijuana and tobacco taxes. You pay a real estate transfer tax.
- 32:32Speaker 7: There's multiple other taxes that we pay, and fines and fees.
- 32:37Speaker 7: Why do you where do they think that money goes?
- 32:41Speaker 7: If they think that property taxes pays for everything and
- 32:45Speaker 7: the state will totally crumble without our property taxes, then
- 32:50Speaker 7: I'm not quite sure what they think all of the
- 32:52Speaker 7: other money that they give to the state, what that
- 32:55Speaker 7: all pays for or what that goes for. But I
- 32:59Speaker 7: still I have yet to find a book in the
- 33:01Speaker 7: library that's where someone losing their home. Not found one yet.
- 33:06Speaker 7: So and I don't think it. I don't think it's
- 33:10Speaker 7: a matter of closing those things. The zoos and the museums.
- 33:14Speaker 7: You know, they charge admission. When you go to the zoo,
- 33:17Speaker 7: you pay admission. When you go to the museum, you
- 33:19Speaker 7: pay admission to get in. So why are we funding
- 33:22Speaker 7: them through our property taxes and an admission? That's my question. Libraries,
- 33:28Speaker 7: I think should be paid by consumption, if you go
- 33:30Speaker 7: to the library by a library card.
- 33:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 5: And in some places like the Cleveland for example, the
- 33:36Speaker 5: Cleveland Museum of Art, which has one of the largest
- 33:38Speaker 5: endowments on the planet that didn't come through taxes, that
- 33:41Speaker 5: came through voluntary wealth. And no one is charged to
- 33:48Speaker 5: ever enter the Cleveland Museum of Art unless they have
- 33:50Speaker 5: a special traveling exhibit from Egypt or something like that.
- 33:54Speaker 5: But other than that, it's free to go in every day.
- 33:57Speaker 5: And it's one of the world's greatest museums. And so
- 33:59Speaker 5: that's proof right there that backs up what you're saying.
- 34:03Speaker 5: And I think property taxes and.
- 34:05Speaker 7: I think too, is we can't forget Like, look at
- 34:08Speaker 7: our colleges and our universities. Number one, they charge tuition, right,
- 34:12Speaker 7: they do charge tuition, and a lot of them get
- 34:16Speaker 7: huge donations from alumni. I mean, these colleges and universities
- 34:20Speaker 7: have a lot of money, a lot of money, and
- 34:23Speaker 7: yet why are we paying them as taxpayers? You know what,
- 34:27Speaker 7: my kids Neither one of my kids went to college.
- 34:30Speaker 7: They both entered into the workforce right away. I mean,
- 34:33Speaker 7: my daughter went to a community college for culinary, which
- 34:36Speaker 7: she paid for and got scholarships for. But if you're
- 34:41Speaker 7: not sending your kid to college, why are you paying?
- 34:46Speaker 7: Because all of those other taxes, you know, like your
- 34:49Speaker 7: state income tax, when income tax is withheld from your check,
- 34:54Speaker 7: you're supporting a college and a university when you're paying,
- 34:58Speaker 7: when you're paying, when you're buying something, a portion of
- 35:02Speaker 7: your sales tax goes to pay that college and that university.
- 35:05Speaker 7: So that that's my point is like don't they charge tuition,
- 35:09Speaker 7: Yes they do. Don't they get donations from alumni? Yes
- 35:13Speaker 7: they do? Then why are we as taxpayers still funding
- 35:17Speaker 7: them with all of our other tax dollars on top
- 35:20Speaker 7: of that?
- 35:21Speaker 5: And you know what, backs up what you just said.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Hillsdale College, Mm hmm. They don't take They've never taken
- 35:29Speaker 5: one dime since their inception I think it was in
- 35:32Speaker 5: eighteen forty nine somewhere thereabouts, and not one penny have
- 35:38Speaker 5: they ever taken from the government. But they have a
- 35:40Speaker 5: nice endowment and they do a great job. By the way, look.
- 35:44Speaker 7: At look at every Christian like Like my son sends
- 35:48Speaker 7: his five kids to Christian school and he pays that tuition.
- 35:53Speaker 7: But and he says, mom, I don't want help paying
- 35:55Speaker 7: that because that's the choice that we made. It's just
- 35:58Speaker 7: under kister Christian School. But sure would be nice not
- 36:01Speaker 7: to have to pay public school taxes on our property tax. Okay,
- 36:05Speaker 7: so he's paying Christian tuition. And I mean, look at
- 36:09Speaker 7: all the people in Michigan that are doing the same
- 36:11Speaker 7: thing as my son. They're sending their kids to private school,
- 36:14Speaker 7: and yet they're supporting the public schools whose services they
- 36:18Speaker 7: do not use. They're still paying for that through the
- 36:22Speaker 7: property tax. But on top of that, ron every time
- 36:25Speaker 7: my son has stay income tax with held from his paycheck,
- 36:30Speaker 7: he's paying them again. He's sending this kids to Christian school,
- 36:35Speaker 7: paying that tuition, supporting public schools through his property taxes,
- 36:39Speaker 7: but he's also supporting public schools through all of the
- 36:41Speaker 7: other taxes he pays. Yeah, so think about that.
- 36:46Speaker 5: It's all about creating a burden because they want everyone
- 36:51Speaker 5: under smashed together and become mental midgets in a one
- 36:56Speaker 5: size fits all government school system which makes stupid everyone
- 37:01Speaker 5: or turned you into leftist robots and or victims depending
- 37:06Speaker 5: on the community. If you know what I mean, and so,
- 37:11Speaker 5: and if you dare decide to, you know, make the choice. Well,
- 37:16Speaker 5: I'm not going to send my child to that place.
- 37:18Speaker 5: They want to make you difficult for you and they
- 37:22Speaker 5: know Here's here's something I want to ask you. I
- 37:25Speaker 5: already know the answer, But isn't it true. Then let's
- 37:29Speaker 5: say if they whittled away a lot of these taxes,
- 37:31Speaker 5: got rid of the property taxes, the income taxes, and
- 37:34Speaker 5: only were left with a consumption tax. Now you know
- 37:39Speaker 5: as well as I know, that there would actually be
- 37:41Speaker 5: much more prosperity and there would be more than enough
- 37:45Speaker 5: revenue being brought in and so. But the reason why
- 37:49Speaker 5: you have these gazillion other taxes, it's about built in
- 37:53Speaker 5: challenging regulations that come along with the taxes. Because with
- 37:57Speaker 5: each tax for whatever. There's regulations for this, that and
- 38:00Speaker 5: the other, and it's all about persecuting with the people,
- 38:04Speaker 5: or slowing us down, or just making life more difficult.
- 38:08Speaker 5: Is the common practice of leftist oriented government.
- 38:12Speaker 7: What say you yeah, I think I you know, I yes,
- 38:17Speaker 7: I think that is the goal again, we talked about
- 38:21Speaker 7: that is to kind of equalize everybody. But it's unfortunately
- 38:27Speaker 7: it's not going to bring the people at the bottom up.
- 38:30Speaker 7: It's just going to bring the people at the top down. Right,
- 38:33Speaker 7: So the people that the people that think they're going
- 38:36Speaker 7: to get a huge step up the ladder, No, that's
- 38:39Speaker 7: not the case. We're all going to They want us
- 38:41Speaker 7: all down at the lowest level, right, that's what they're
- 38:43Speaker 7: trying to do. But yes, and we are overregulated. There's
- 38:48Speaker 7: government overreach. They're making all kinds of rules and regulations
- 38:52Speaker 7: that we have to live within. And it's tough to
- 38:55Speaker 7: do business. There's been a lot of things that have
- 38:59Speaker 7: come out that hit small businesses affected small businesses. One
- 39:02Speaker 7: of them has raised the wage. And then when you
- 39:05Speaker 7: when you get hit by raise the wage and you
- 39:07Speaker 7: get hit by higher property taxes, then you have to
- 39:10Speaker 7: keep increasing the cost of your goods, which who buys
- 39:14Speaker 7: that than the people? So you know what, it just
- 39:17Speaker 7: raises the cost of everything and makes life more unaffordable.
- 39:24Speaker 7: I always say, when this people prosper, the state will prosper.
- 39:29Speaker 7: And that's what you just said. That's what you just said.
- 39:32Speaker 7: We will have more money if if we pay less taxes,
- 39:36Speaker 7: we will put more we will pump more money into
- 39:39Speaker 7: the economy because we'll have more money to spend. And
- 39:42Speaker 7: we love as people. We love to spend money. We
- 39:44Speaker 7: love to go out to eat, We love to buy
- 39:46Speaker 7: new cars. We love to have a boat and buy
- 39:49Speaker 7: you know, boat gas. We love to do that.
- 39:52Speaker 5: So we love to get invest as well too, and
- 39:54Speaker 5: grow our money real quick. Tell folks again how they
- 39:57Speaker 5: can get a hold of you and they can get involved,

- 42:52Speaker 5: new mainstream media is not the biggest, but your voices
- 42:55Speaker 5: and actions are. So don't give up.
- 43:04Speaker 7: Ron Edwards the new voice of America.
- 43:07Speaker 5: This is Amyl and this is and you are listening
- 43:11Speaker 5: shouting ron Edwards America and Exturians.
- 43:17Speaker 4: And we're back. I'm on Edwards.
- 43:19Speaker 5: Thank you very much to our great guest today, Carlo
- 43:22Speaker 5: Wagner of ax My Tax and you guys should get
- 43:26Speaker 5: a hold of her axmytax dot org because we do
- 43:30Speaker 5: need to get rid of these god awful property taxes. Well,
- 43:34Speaker 5: you know. According to cliffkin Caid of News with Views,
- 43:39Speaker 5: he says that the Democrats are making America into a
- 43:41Speaker 5: hell on Earth like Haiti, and in some areas they've
- 43:48Speaker 5: already done it. Joseph Stalin's Dialectical and Historical Materialism is
- 43:55Speaker 5: worth reading to understand what they mean by social demokocricy
- 44:00Speaker 5: and democratic socialism. The greatest massed murderer in history next
- 44:05Speaker 5: to Mao Stalin, Uncle Joe Stalin describes the historical process
- 44:11Speaker 5: of slavery followed by feudalism, then capitalism or free market
- 44:16Speaker 5: and prosperity, then evolving or devolving into socialism untimely, resulting
- 44:23Speaker 5: in communism. Communists today openly organized on American soil in
- 44:30Speaker 5: violation of our constitution yep, and basically in violation of
- 44:39Speaker 5: the Communist Control Act. Most people don't know about that act.
- 44:44Speaker 5: It's still on the books, but unfortunately, because of the
- 44:49Speaker 5: I don't know the mindset of elected officials who swear
- 44:53Speaker 5: to defend our constitution in our nation, they ignore it.
- 44:58Speaker 5: Congress abolished in ternal security panels, while big tech platforms
- 45:03Speaker 5: like YouTube terminates you know, accounts that they don't like
- 45:08Speaker 5: or they regulate you. Yeah. Right now, in New York City,
- 45:16Speaker 5: for example, you've got communist bookstores. One of them is
- 45:22Speaker 5: called Revolution Books, and they openly promote the Revolutionary Communist
- 45:28Speaker 5: Party and it's located on Malcolm X Boulevard in Harlem.
- 45:36Speaker 5: And I'm very concerned because more and more people, especially
- 45:46Speaker 5: the younger, are glombing on to this Marxist philosophy. Not
- 45:53Speaker 5: because it's good, not because it brings about more optimism,
- 45:59Speaker 5: not because it's uplifting or anything like that. No, because
- 46:04Speaker 5: people are conned in government schools and do accepting a
- 46:09Speaker 5: more egalitarian mindset, one void of common sense in higher thinking,
- 46:19Speaker 5: and so one that also includes not wishing your neighbor
- 46:25Speaker 5: to do well, wishing that they would be as poor
- 46:30Speaker 5: as you, if not poorer. So jealousy is one of
- 46:36Speaker 5: the supreme elements of the socialist mindset. Now, the Bible
- 46:41Speaker 5: says that we should be jealous in the fight to
- 46:44Speaker 5: do better. If you see a man that's in that
- 46:50Speaker 5: is that leads a good life, a holy life, and
- 46:53Speaker 5: is prosperous, and he's doing well by his family and etcetera, etcetera.
- 46:58Speaker 5: You should be thanking God for his prosperity and not
- 47:03Speaker 5: begrudging him because of his prosperity. What are the factors
- 47:09Speaker 5: that made America the one time envy of the world
- 47:12Speaker 5: was the overall sense of optimism and one of the
- 47:20Speaker 5: things that used to make people very angry. And I
- 47:23Speaker 5: would see it. You could see it in the cracks,
- 47:25Speaker 5: in the societal cracks. Even as a child, I could
- 47:28Speaker 5: see it when you'd run across someone who had this
- 47:32Speaker 5: just this vile hatred of the general goodness of America
- 47:39Speaker 5: because they, like the many of the folks on the
- 47:44Speaker 5: left today who complain about our imperfections. But they never, ever,
- 47:51Speaker 5: not once, have I ever heard anyone from the left
- 47:54Speaker 5: propose anything that would improve upon the things that they
- 47:58Speaker 5: complain about. Now they continue to complain about slavery right,
- 48:07Speaker 5: But yet every policy that they propose, every policy that
- 48:11Speaker 5: they enacted, they are voted into government foolishly. What do
- 48:16Speaker 5: they do they bring about more slavery upon us today?
- 48:21Speaker 5: Where is Clarence Thomas famously stated long ago high tech slavery,
- 48:27Speaker 5: high tech slavery through over government and over government taxation,
- 48:32Speaker 5: and regulation. That's all part of the gradual push towards communism.
- 48:40Speaker 5: And one of the easiest ways to transform a great
- 48:43Speaker 5: nation into a cesspool of communism is to promote victimology.
- 48:54Speaker 5: Then get evenism, bitterness of the present society, and make
- 49:04Speaker 5: the full bore wickedness of Marxism and communism. Make the
- 49:10Speaker 5: people think that that is just too wonderful. Peachy King, Now.
- 49:19Speaker 8: You have.
- 49:21Speaker 5: Antidotes to all of this. You have even in our
- 49:24Speaker 5: country today, spots, you know, different places where there is
- 49:29Speaker 5: an effort to stave off the full affront, you know,
- 49:35Speaker 5: frontal assault of communism, but it's just varying degrees. You
- 49:41Speaker 5: have at best in America today what I would call
- 49:43Speaker 5: a mongrel economy. We do not have full free market
- 49:48Speaker 5: economics in this country, and we haven't had it since
- 49:51Speaker 5: oh before, around nineteen thirteen, and every year since they
- 49:59Speaker 5: have and gradually chipping away at what is called the
- 50:05Speaker 5: free market economic system here in the United States of America.
- 50:08Speaker 5: The only reason that there is still although it's dwindling
- 50:13Speaker 5: a middle class, of the creation of wealth, et cetera,
- 50:16Speaker 5: et cetera, et cetera, because our economy was so blessed,
- 50:20Speaker 5: so massively blessed and is so huge that yes, we
- 50:26Speaker 5: still live relatively good lives. And one are the factors
- 50:34Speaker 5: that indicates that your nation is in fast decline is
- 50:39Speaker 5: when people accept continued lowering of standards. For example, the
- 50:48Speaker 5: subway in New York City. Many say that it's filthy,
- 50:54Speaker 5: they've cleaned it up some, I guess, But it was
- 50:57Speaker 5: even dirtier during the Uncle Joe Biden administration, where there
- 51:00Speaker 5: was just no effort, nothing, rats running all over the place,
- 51:05Speaker 5: no matter what time of day, just raggedy Chicago murders
- 51:14Speaker 5: every weekend in great numbers, illegals taking over buildings, a
- 51:23Speaker 5: taxpayer expense, the lowering of standards when it comes to architecture, because,
- 51:34Speaker 5: believe it or not, one of the things that we
- 51:36Speaker 5: are influenced by as people aesthetics. Esthetics is part of creativity,
- 51:44Speaker 5: which is heavily linked to an optimistic individual and or society.
- 51:53Speaker 5: And as they continue on the left to try to
- 51:57Speaker 5: normalize anger, victimology, division, but it's actually they call it diversity,
- 52:07Speaker 5: but its actual division bulcanizing our society into variant groups
- 52:14Speaker 5: that hate each other, divide and conquer that mix a
- 52:21Speaker 5: nation or society or even a family weak, and so
- 52:28Speaker 5: we have to start looking with God's wisdom at these
- 52:32Speaker 5: situations and not clutch our pearls and get all nervous
- 52:37Speaker 5: and bent and all bent, as they say. But no,
- 52:42Speaker 5: we have to get steely, spined and push back utilizing
- 52:47Speaker 5: the principles we know that can defeat the efforts to
- 52:53Speaker 5: bring about communism officially in our nation. For instance, in
- 52:58Speaker 5: New York City, all you have to do is elect
- 53:00Speaker 5: Curtis Sliwa as mayor, not Cuomo, not the Muslim, not
- 53:09Speaker 5: re elect Eric Adams, Curtis Sliwa mayor of New York.
- 53:14Speaker 5: That would bring that communist movement to a screeching halt,
- 53:19Speaker 5: and that would plant the seeds of the resurgence of
- 53:22Speaker 5: the great city of New York City. It would be
- 53:24Speaker 5: cleaned up, probably as well as it was done under
- 53:27Speaker 5: the Giuliani years. But we have to be willing to
- 53:34Speaker 5: discriminate the crucial differences when it comes to people that
- 53:37Speaker 5: are running for office, when it comes to whether you're
- 53:42Speaker 5: looking at the tax code, no matter what it is,
- 53:46Speaker 5: you have to discriminate the differences between what is truly
- 53:49Speaker 5: good and what is truly bad. Oh man, it's truly
- 53:54Speaker 5: bad that now that my time is over, but I
- 53:56Speaker 5: must thank you for your time. At this time, I
- 54:00Speaker 5: always remind you to pray for your nation, Pray for
- 54:03Speaker 5: your family, your friends, and even your enemies. Did they
- 54:05Speaker 5: get it right before it's too late. Treat others the
- 54:08Speaker 5: same way you would want to be treated. And also
- 54:12Speaker 5: don't forget if you were is king. And until next time,
- 54:15Speaker 5: I'm Ron Edwards Excelsior, even
- 54:42Speaker 7: The the that's all Folks tags at stage right
