- 0:09Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:12access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:15genuine. Issues.
- 0:17Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:20celebrities, CEOs and even royalty, Adam Cox.
- 0:24These recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's
- 0:27world famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:43Hi, it's. Adam here.
- 0:45Now this hypnosis session is all about activating not just a
- 0:50higher level, but 10X the level. So just imagine if you could
- 0:55produce 10 times. The level of.
- 0:57Impact or accomplishments over the next?
- 1:01Year What would your life be like?
- 1:03If that was true, now the reason why I'm sharing this is because
- 1:06the session that was created for the client I was working with,
- 1:11that was his outcome and he had read a couple of books that was
- 1:15influencing that outcome. And there's an author called Dan
- 1:18Sullivan, and he has a book called Why 10X Is Easier Than
- 1:242X? And at its core, it's based on
- 1:27the principle that if you try and do twice as much over the
- 1:30next. Year.
- 1:31What you're actually trying to do is optimize what you're
- 1:34already doing, but just doing it better.
- 1:37When you 10X what you're doing, you actually look for different
- 1:40systems or structures or a form of delegation.
- 1:43So it's based on this idea of the 8020 rule that 20% of your
- 1:48effort equals 80% of the results and really honing in onto the
- 1:52top 20% that actually has an impact on results.
- 1:57Now Dan Sullivan also has a book called Who, Not How?
- 2:01And that evolves that idea of thinking that if you just have
- 2:05to increase your impact, you think, how can I do it better?
- 2:09But when you have to create systems and, and really amplify
- 2:13what you're doing, rather than thinking, how do I do it?
- 2:16You think who can I utilize to do it even better?
- 2:19And that's when you start using outsourced labor or freelancers
- 2:24hiring staff to do certain things.
- 2:26Now the client I was working with was very, very ambitious,
- 2:29had been very successful in two previous careers and had their
- 2:33eye on the prize of being at the elite level in their industry.
- 2:37And they wanted to have an evening ritual where they
- 2:41reflected on the day, made refinements and then bought that
- 2:45energy into the next day of really 10X in their life over
- 2:49the next year. Now this won't be for everyone.
- 2:52A lot of people are used to being comfortable with where
- 2:55they're at and they don't want to 10X the amount of money
- 2:59they're making or the results that they're achieving.
- 3:02And that's totally fine. But if you do like the idea of
- 3:05having an evening ritual that enables you to optimize and
- 3:08refine, then you should get some value from this session.
- 3:12Now it was created for an individual.
- 3:14Some of the suggestions might be highly relevant for the client I
- 3:16was working with, and not so relevant for you.
- 3:19But there will still be things in this hypnosis session that
- 3:22enable you to get your life to another level, if that's what
- 3:25you choose to do. And also if you like the idea of
- 3:29having a bespoke session specifically for you and your
- 3:32needs, then there will be a link in the description.
- 3:34Or you can visit my website whichisadamcox.co.uk and there
- 3:38you can book a free consultation call to explore working with me.
- 3:42For now though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you're
- 3:44not going to be distracted or disturbed.
- 3:47Relax. And.
- 3:48Enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 4:19you breathe in, breathe in that long deep breath of relaxation.
- 4:27And as you exhale, notice with your eyes closed how much easier
- 4:37it becomes to focus on the sound of my voice, breathing in
- 4:47relaxation and exhaling tension. Each breath enables a feeling of
- 5:00release, not just of tension, but of outdated thoughts, ideas,
- 5:11even beliefs about how you should be.
- 5:17Anything that is holding you back and impeding your growth.
- 5:23Give it permission to be released as you breathe in the
- 5:27resources you need and release anything that impedes your
- 5:35progress that's in. And perhaps you notice that the
- 5:45deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you feel.
- 5:51And the more relaxed you feel, the deeper and deeper you
- 5:57breathe, each breath taking you deeper than the last.
- 6:03And as your body relaxes, your imagination awakens.
- 6:11And I want you to imagine a beach you know very well in the
- 6:18last few moments of a sunset. Almost like your physical body
- 6:26remains where it is. But your imagination goes on a
- 6:32journey. A journey to that beach.
- 6:37You know the one, you've been there many times before.
- 6:44But this isn't in the daytime with sunshine.
- 6:48This has a more tranquil feel. This this is the bridge between
- 7:00sunset and dusk. That's it.
- 7:09And right here, right now, release yourself of anything you
- 7:16need to do right here. There is nothing to solve and
- 7:21nothing to improve. Just you standing on the
- 7:26shoreline at that beach. And I want you to imagine you
- 7:33have the whole beach to yourself.
- 7:37I'm not a single other person. And I want you to see perhaps
- 7:45the sun low in the sky, perhaps long shadows, not bright, not
- 7:53intense, just warm. Because at that time the sky
- 8:04changes colour from blue to pinks, oranges, yellows.
- 8:11And see that golden light stretching across the surface of
- 8:16the water. And notice how the horizon feels
- 8:21wide open, unhurried. And notice how the air is softer
- 8:31here. You get a sense of that it's
- 8:38humidity. That's salt in the air, but it's
- 8:40clean and it's not hot like in the daytime.
- 8:48Notice the temperature beginning to cool, almost like the day is
- 8:55gently releasing its grip, just as you relax your grip on any
- 9:03need to do to have. Because here everything works
- 9:10better without effort, as your nervous system recognizes this
- 9:18sensation, this rhythm, this moment.
- 9:27And I want you to feel that transition of day turning into
- 9:33evening doing, turning into being.
- 9:43I want you to look down and notice that you're barefoot and
- 9:48with those bare feet, feel the sand beneath your soles, your
- 9:54toes, and notice how it's cooler now than it was before, and feel
- 10:03that gentle breeze moving across your skin, carrying the familiar
- 10:08scent of salt water. And each time a wave rolls in,
- 10:16slow it down in your imagination so it's slower, deliberate, and
- 10:23then see the wave recede. Because here, right now, nothing
- 10:30needs to rush, but also nothing lingers longer than it needs to.
- 10:38A perfect balance, perfect equilibrium.
- 10:43And as the sky shifts from gold to amber to that deepening blue,
- 10:53and then on the way to the darkness, your mind follows that
- 11:04same rhythm, slowing, settling, letting go.
- 11:17And your unconscious knows exactly what you would benefit
- 11:21most from letting go of. So give it permission to do just
- 11:28that, to let go of anything that isn't helping now.
- 11:41And as you continue to watch the sun dipping under the horizon,
- 11:51notice something forming in the sand.
- 11:57Because even at dusk, you can still see markings in the sand.
- 12:02And I want you to see the number 10 there, where the sand meets
- 12:08the water's edge. Clear, simple.
- 12:14And then a wave rolls in over the number and gently washes it
- 12:21away. And right here, right now, you
- 12:25don't have to make the numbers. They just appear like the number
- 12:309, and then another wave arrives and removes it completely, and
- 12:39your body sinks deeper into calm. 8 there and then washed
- 12:47away, carrying with it any obligations, any loose ends.
- 12:58And then seven see it and then see it softening and then
- 13:03disappearing as effort drains from the system.
- 13:11Six there until it's not. As the mind becomes even quieter
- 13:17now, 5. You can recognize the shape of
- 13:25the number and then see it disappear like a blank canvas.
- 13:32Nothing to hold, nothing to resist.
- 13:36And then four. And notice how you're breathing
- 13:39finds it's natural rhythm, Three.
- 13:48Notice the number disappear as unnecessary thoughts lose
- 13:53relevance, and then two as it washes away.
- 13:59Feel the awareness settle fully into the body and one any doubts
- 14:09or confusion get washed clean as well as the number.
- 14:13So now the sand is smooth again, completely undisturbed, and you
- 14:23don't have to stand there. I want you to imagine a modern
- 14:31yet comfortable recliner there on that beach.
- 14:39Imagine sinking into the recliner, adjusting the position
- 14:44to maximize your feeling of relaxation, mind drifting deeper
- 14:52and deeper still, and in this quiet state, you begin to notice
- 14:59something crucial. But here, in this moment, you
- 15:06don't feel driven, you feel settled.
- 15:14And what if this is what being exceptional actually feels like?
- 15:23Not intensity. Not pressure, hustle, grind, or
- 15:28striving. What if exceptional means that
- 15:33your systems work without being dependent on motivation?
- 15:42What if your ultra high standards actually remove
- 15:47friction? What if you're already doing
- 15:53what needs to be done? 24 different parts of yourself
- 15:57can debate internally because now you don't force discipline,
- 16:09You design for it. No need to chase outcomes.
- 16:16You build the very structures that mean those outcomes are
- 16:24inevitable, and I want you to get a feeling that your nervous
- 16:32system prefers this way of operating.
- 16:42And as you sink deeper into that reclining chair, take on a calm
- 16:49observe, a position and just allow today almost to come to
- 17:01the surface for you to identify refinements and not emotionally,
- 17:14no blame, no shame, and not critically, but as information,
- 17:20as feedback. And from this, as you think back
- 17:25on everything that happened today, you notice what worked
- 17:34and acknowledge it, and you notice what didn't and release
- 17:43it. And nothing needs fixing today
- 17:51in this evening, because you're unconscious, knows how to refine
- 17:58better than your conscious mind does, so allow that refinement
- 18:04to happen naturally when pressure is absent.
- 18:13There's been times in the past that you've berated yourself,
- 18:19criticize yourself, but change was temporary, like a blip.
- 18:26But when it comes from a place of aligned refinement, the
- 18:33changes almost happen by themselves.
- 18:38And I want you to feel that without reflection, extracting
- 18:43wisdom and gratitude, the day is complete.
- 18:47And then allow your imagination to expand your awareness beyond
- 18:57the day itself and to sense the trajectory that you're on.
- 19:07Because you already know that when you try to improve
- 19:12slightly, doesn't it keep you tied to old habits?
- 19:17Old structures Old. Paradigms.
- 19:19Old ways of thinking, but when you expand into the next level
- 19:26up, it requires a different perspective, a different filter.
- 19:37So rather than asking, how can I do more, your system, your
- 19:45unconscious, asks what no longer belongs at this level.
- 19:55And as effort drops away, clarity increases.
- 20:03Sometimes less is truly more, so long as it's the right thing,
- 20:11like a lever. That's it.
- 20:23So just allow that. To take hold.
- 20:33That's it. Connect with that feeling now,
- 20:43and as you do, just allow your unconscious to make whatever
- 20:49changes are necessary to activate that next level.
- 20:57That's it. Like a key unlocking.
- 21:10That's it. And I want you to feel that it
- 21:18is unlocking now, unleashing new ways of thinking.
- 21:29That's it. And doesn't it feel good to
- 21:36feel, to feel that way? That's it.
- 22:01And now allow your attention to shift to the very next level of
- 22:09change. I want you to draw attention to
- 22:19shift to how things get done and notice a change that you no
- 22:28longer carry everything yourself.
- 22:34You start thinking about who, not how and when.
- 22:40You release the need for you to do everything.
- 22:45I want you to imagine the right people stepping in where support
- 22:51appears naturally, capability replaces strain, and feel the
- 23:00relief of not needing to be the engine anymore.
- 23:15That's it. Feel that change.
- 23:27Almost like you're letting go of everything.
- 23:35Everything that isn't required. That's it.
- 23:40And maybe your brain starts to let you know some of those who's
- 23:55and not how's. I have a feeling that you
- 24:03already know some of these people.
- 24:13That's it, feel it. What if you are not the
- 24:22bottleneck, you're the architect?
- 24:32What if your role is direction, selection and vision, and others
- 24:39hold execution where it no longer belongs with you?
- 24:46Isn't that leverage? Isn't that how you, 10X and so
- 24:54now gently become aware of just how far you've already come?
- 25:04Not dramatically, not emotionally, just factually.
- 25:14How renting a room became a beautiful apartment.
- 25:19How anxiety became calm confidence.
- 25:24How guessing and hoping became clarity, and how that average
- 25:33execution became exceptional standards.
- 25:44And that feeling that arises is pride.
- 25:50Not a boastful pride, but an accomplished pride.
- 25:57Stable, grounded. No need to rush.
- 26:06And imagine looking up at the night sky, perhaps the moon, the
- 26:11stars. They're over the ocean.
- 26:16Want your subconscious to feel that?
- 26:19It has two aligned options, both correct and both disciplined.
- 26:32But right now, if your body is already ready, then very soon
- 26:40when I count from 1:00 to 10:00 you will be able to drift off
- 26:49into a deep sleep. Consider it a transition where
- 26:58your nervous system resets completely.
- 27:06But if now is not the right time to sleep, if movement still
- 27:11feels right, then imagine when I count from one to 10, awakening
- 27:21from a place of empowered resourcefulness.
- 27:28That's it. And then later, when the time
- 27:33comes, the moment your head hits a pillow, you will drift off
- 27:41into a deep, rejuvenating, wonderful sleep.
- 27:47But either way, your unconscious wants to continue working for
- 27:55you quietly, even when you sleep.
- 28:00So let's assume that the power of your unconscious can solve
- 28:04problems, simplify strategy, and identify opportunities for
- 28:12leverage. That each night it resets
- 28:18discipline and each morning activates it.
- 28:26And at any point in time, whether out loud or just in your
- 28:31own, in a dialogue, if you say the phrase, let's go not with
- 28:40excitement or urgency, but with determination and readiness, it
- 28:47will connect to that salt air, that ocean breeze, that feeling
- 28:53of inevitability. So whenever you need the
- 28:59resources, you are just two words away from activating them.
- 29:08Try it now. Just say to yourself, let's go
- 29:13and feel that whatever resources you need are coming up very
- 29:23soon. I will count from 1:00 to 10:00.
- 29:27And if there's a part of you that wants to sleep, the numbers
- 29:30will help you sleep. And if you wish to awaken, the
- 29:36numbers will help you awaken. You don't have to decide.
- 29:40Your unconscious will do it for you.
- 29:44That's it. So connect to that idea of
- 29:48awakening all the most powerful resources for you to 10X your
- 29:57capabilities, your leverage, your results, and your future.
- 30:03And just before I count from 1:00 to 10:00, create an image
- 30:10of what your life would be like one year from now if you were
- 30:16able to multiply your results and impact by 10.
- 30:25Thinking of. What?
- 30:28Would you need to do for that to be inevitable as we consider
- 30:34that a seed planted, it will bear fruit in your future
- 30:39through an epiphany, an insight, a realization.
- 30:43But that will come later. For now, just allow yourself to
- 30:47either awaken or drift deeply into a wonderful, rejuvenating
- 30:55sleep. Starting to count 123456, 789
- 31:11and 10. Thank you so much for joining me
