  validate the modern Jewish and Palestinian claim to the Holy

  Land? And this program we begin

  chapter 2. This land is our land, the claim
• 1:42
  of the Zionist and the claim of the Palestinians.

  First, the claim of the Zionist. This land is our land.
• 1:52
  The claim to the land of Israel that since 8135 has been
• 1:58
  designated Palestine is both religious and secular.

  Zionism is a secular and political movement that claims
• 2:10
  the land of Israel belongs to the Jews, period.
• 2:16
  Therefore, it promotes the reestablishment and development
• 2:21
  of a Jewish nation that today is called Israel.
• 2:26
  Now. Zionism is the dream of the
• 2:28
  return of the Jewish people to Zion, the city of David, or the
• 2:35
  purpose of rebuilding a homeland, or the progeny of
• 2:41
  Avraham, Yitzhak, Yaokov and Yaokov's dozen sons and the
• 2:48
  tribes, that is, all the Jews. This dream has been impressed
• 2:54
  upon the Jewish mind since AD 70 and the Diaspora.

  Even the Passover finale next year in Jerusalem promotes the

  dream of Zionism. Zionism continues to champion a

  return of the sons of Israel to the Fatherland.

  The renowned trio of modern Zionism is Theodore Herzl, Chaim

  Wiseman, and David Ben Gurion, and each one envisaged a land

  for Israel and instructed the Jewish people to be responsible
• 3:34
  for the acquisition and restoration of their land, even
• 3:39
  if by military force. This Novus declaration greatly
• 3:44
  modified the traditional Jewish consideration of a militant
• 3:50
  Messiah that would accomplish the task from 24 nations.

  Jewish intelligentsia gathered at the First Zionist Congress in

  Basel, Switzerland in August of 1897.

  And the result was a massive aliyah, or a going up of nearly
• 4:13
  10,000 Zionists to make Israel once again a home for the Jews.

  Herzl's journal discloses his anticipation.

  And he said, And I quote, at Basel I founded the Jewish

  Another entry discloses Herzl's pledge of the bodily

  displacement of Arabs from Palestine, which is necessary

  for constructing A Zionist Israel, employing Jews.

  Biblically, seizure of the land of Canaan from its Pagan

  custodians was Jehovah's command to the first Israeli nation that

  came out of Mitzrayim or came out of Egypt.

  Led by their deliverer Moshe. The land of Israel, then called

  Canaan, was conquered by the army of Yahushua and the second
• 5:20
  generation of Israel that had left Mitzrayim or Egypt.

  Modern Zionism conceives this to be expected of them.

  The irony is that Zionist Israel from its inception has remained

  wholly secular, non religious and in fact in many ways

  Antichrist since Zionism is anti Yeshua.

  Sadly, Christian Zionist and many fundamental Christians also

  embrace Israel's entitlement to the land.

  Their reasoning is that God's unconditional covenant made with

  Abraham, Yitzhak, Yaokov and Yaokov's dozen tribes dictates
• 6:16
  Jewish sovereignty of the land and their right of ownership.
• 6:22
  They believe that is Christian Zionist, that the Jewish people
• 6:27
  are descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel descended from Abraham
• 6:31
  and from Yezkok and Yaakov, and the tribes and the Jewish people
• 6:38
  survive the Holocaust. The Jews are back in their land.
• 6:42
  Their history is miraculous and it must be of God.
• 6:46
  Therefore, the Jews comprising the nation of Israel today are
• 6:51
  heirs to the land. It's theirs.
• 6:54
  The argument is that the Abrahamic covenant cannot be
• 6:58
  broken. Therefore, even without

  conditions, the physical descendants of Abraham get the
• 7:06
  land. That's their argument.

  That's their belief. This confidence is strengthened
• 7:14
  considering the promise God made to Yahoshua, that is, Joshua,
• 7:19
  that the land of Israel was a bequest to the people of Israel.

  Israel is to inherit the estate that once belonged to
• 7:28
  Melchizedek. Israel has done so, so now the
• 7:33
  land belongs to the modern nation called Israel.

  Evangelical prophecy connoisseurs interpret modern
• 7:42
  Israel's presence in the land called Israel today as the
• 7:48
  prophetic fulfillment of Ezekiel's vision of dry bones
• 7:53
  that's found in Ezekiel 37 and other Old Testament prophecies
• 7:58
  that speak of Israel's return to the land in the Akari Hayamim
• 8:05
  are the last days. However, Christians are
• 8:10
  biblically obligated to ask the question, does modern Israel
• 8:18
  correspond to God's requirements for inheritance of His yard?
• 8:26
  Charles Dyer of Moody Bible Institute states this and I
• 8:30
  quote judged on biblical grounds, the nation does not
• 8:37
  pass divine muster as a nation living in covenant obedience to
• 8:44
  God. The promise to possess the land
• 8:48
  is directly tied to the nation's response to their Messiah.
• 8:55
  And I of course totally agree. This is the critical inquiry.

  Is the modern state of Israel today since 1948 a Nexus to the
• 9:07
  ancient Davidic state of Israel or the Solomonic Kingdom?

  Is modern Israel a resuscitation of the Kingdom spirit of King
• 9:19
  David and King Solomon? Is the nation of Herschel and
• 9:23
  Wiseman Ben Gurion go to Mayer and its prime ministers
• 9:28
  comparable are similar to the Israel who with Yahushua
• 9:35
  captured the land and lived in it as heirs and they did so for
• 9:40
  God. It is worthy to note that
• 9:43
  Israel's founders, presidents, prime ministers and politicians
• 9:50
  have been and remain exclusively non believers in the Jewish New
• 9:57
  Covenant and its Messiah Yeshua, whom Elohim has enthroned as
• 10:04
  King over the colossal world He created.

  God has determined that His Son Yeshua must be embraced to
• 10:14
  escape eternal judgment. Parenthetically, Yeshua is
• 10:20
  Elohim. As for modern Israel, the
• 10:24
  greater populists are unbelievers not only in Yeshua,
• 10:28
  but even in Jehovah the God of the Holy Scriptures.

  If Jehovah the God of the Holy Scriptures is resolute, his
• 10:36
  expectation of modern Israel is the same expectation he had of
• 10:41
  Israel 2000 years ago and Israel 2000 years before that.

  Well, God's new covenant is prescribed to everyone, yet to
• 10:52
  the Jews first, to the Jews first and foremost.

  Romans 116 says, And I quote, for I'm not ashamed of the
• 11:01
  gospel of the basura of Messiah, said the apostle Shaul in
• 11:06
  writing the letter to the Romans.

  For it, that is, the basura of the gospel is the power of the
• 11:13
  Coah of Elohim. It's the power of God unto
• 11:17
  salvation for everyone who believes to the Jew foremost, to
• 11:22
  the Jew 1st, and also to the Greek judgment is the penalty
• 11:28
  for all who reject Elohim's Son and Savior Yeshua.
• 11:35
  And the protocol is the same, the Jews first and foremost, and
• 11:41
  then the Gentiles. And I read again, I quote the
• 11:44
  apostle Shaul this time in Romans 2, nine through 11.
• 11:48
  And he says this tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man
• 11:55
  that does evil, of the Jew 1st and also of the Gentile, but
• 12:01
  glory and honor and peace to every man that works good to the
• 12:06
  Jew 1st and also to the Gentile, for there's no respect of
• 12:11
  persons with God. If Yeshua is so serious a factor
• 12:16
  to the souls of men and their eternal destiny, Yeshua must be
• 12:23
  a serious factor in the biblical land covenant in concert with a
• 12:28
  new Messianic covenant and the messianic plan of God in
• 12:33
  eschatology, which concerns the land of Israel and the people of
• 12:39
  Israel. There are objections of course,
• 12:42
  to this view due to misinterpretations of the
• 12:46
  writings of the Apostle Shaul, interpretations that misconstrue
• 12:52
  Shahul Paul to have said that Israel remains the beloved of
• 12:57
  God and his chosen people even in their unbelief of Yeshua due
• 13:03
  to the unconditional aspects of the Abrahamic covenant.
• 13:08
  That's Romans 11/29. Clearly Shahul or Paul states
• 13:14
  throughout his inspired writings just the opposite.
• 13:19
  The Jews in unbelief are not authentically Jewish and they
• 13:25
  are not authentically Israel. They do not the Israel of God.
• 13:30
  And Jews in unbelief of Yeshua are as Esau, forfeiting their
• 13:36
  birthright. I challenge you to read
• 13:39
  Galatians 421 to 31 and Romans 9.
• 13:45
  And they will not inherit the blessings when Yeshua appears.
• 13:51
  The author of Hebrews agrees. Hebrews 12/16.
• 13:55
  Horrifically, what awaits the unbelieving Jew is eternal agony
• 14:01
  of soul being separated from Elohim, being separated from God
• 14:06
  and separated from Yeshua for eternity, and the fire of
• 14:10
  Gehenna, the Apocalypse of Yeshua.
• 14:13
  Revelation 14 Ten, 19/20/2010 and 21/8.

  For this reason the apostle Shaul had unceasing and colossal
• 14:25
  grief and sorrow for his Jewish brothers in the flesh, to the
• 14:31
  extent that he was willing himself to be anathema or
• 14:36
  accursed from Messiah for their sake.
• 14:39
  Romans 9 One through 7. Israel is certainly beloved by
• 14:45
  God, but the blessings of the patriarchs are forthcoming only
• 14:51
  to the seed of the patriarchs, who have the salvific faith of
• 14:57
  the patriarchs. This is scriptural.
• 15:02
  The remnant or the elect of God, far known before the foundation
• 15:07
  of the world. The rebuttal goes like this.
• 15:10
  After 2000 years, the Jewish people are again in the Land
• 15:15
  Promised, Avraham, Yizhak and Yaakov, and the land is again
• 15:22
  Eretz Israel, or the Land of Israel.
• 15:25
  So this must mean something. Israel having survived millennia
• 15:29
  of persecution and more recently the Nazi concentration camps and
• 15:34
  the Holocaust, they've returned to their home, the Land of
• 15:37
  Israel. They've conquered the land that
• 15:40
  was called Palestine. And Israel must be the heirs of
• 15:44
  the land of Israel. The land, they say, is God's
• 15:47
  blessings to the Jews, even if they are unbelieving in his
• 15:52
  Messiah, even if they're unbelieving in Yeshua, even if
• 15:56
  they're unbelieving in Jehovah. This is the claim, by the way,
• 16:00
  of many religious and secular Israelis and some evangelical
• 16:06
  Christians or they. There are five basic Jewish
• 16:11
  claims to Palestine that are both historical and religious.
• 16:17
  Here they are. First, modern Israel makes a
• 16:20
  religious and historical appeal to the Avrahamic covenant, which
• 16:26
  promised Avraham a nation, a land, a physical seed, and
• 16:31
  confirmation of the covenant to his biological posterity.
• 16:37
  However, the behavior and faith of modern Israel is
• 16:44
  unquestionably secular, directly opposed to that of Avraham
• 16:51
  Yiskok and Yaokov, and especially Avraham, who knew
• 16:57
  something of Yeshua's day. Avraham knew Yeshua, Oh yes, he
• 17:02
  did the Gospel of Yokonan, chapter 8, verse 56.
• 17:07
  Your father Avraham rejoiced to see my day, Yeshua said, and he
• 17:13
  saw it and he was glad. Also Yaakov Jacob knew Yeshua.
• 17:20
  It was Yeshua the God, Man, Angel, with whom Yaakov wrestled
• 17:29
  and won his birthright and won the blessing and even won a new
• 17:34
  name for Yaakov came to be called Israel.
• 17:39
  Israel, Genesis chapter 32. Second, historically many aliens
• 17:48
  have enslaved and evicted and murdered the Jews, though the
• 17:55
  Jewish people have maintained A continuous residency in the
• 18:00
  land, though often in small numbers.
• 18:04
  From the conquest of Canaan by Yahushua and the Jewish nation
• 18:09
  in 14 O 5 BC, 2000 years before the Arabs staked a claim to it,
• 18:17
  the Jews have been found at home in the Land of Israel.
• 18:22
  This is supposedly due to the Abrahamic Covenant.
• 18:27
  Third, the Balfour Declaration, which was the essential part of
• 18:32
  the Rasali's peace treaty, guaranteed the Jews a national
• 18:36
  home in Palestine and consented approval to the League of
• 18:41
  Nations to establish a Jewish haven.
• 18:45
  A plan to honor Kaim Wiseman for his contribution to World War
• 18:50
  Two 4th A sanctuary for world Jewry was imminent, following
• 18:56
  and due to the world's worst atrocity, and that is the
• 19:00
  Holocaust, which afforded the Jews declaration and resolution
• 19:05
  of Israel as a land of refuge. And finally, the Jewish people
• 19:10
  have remained with an affinity to the land, and especially an
• 19:15
  affinity to the city of Erushalayim or Jerusalem.

  Now an evaluation of these five arguments can be made, and by
• 19:26
  the way, it is made in my book Yes, You Was Israel.

  Yet one thing is for sure, contemporary Israel today
• 19:38
  asserts divine claim to the Land of Israel, although that claim
• 19:45
  must be measured by God's Plumb line.
• 19:51
  Modern Israel exhibits the spirit and the words of Yehuda
• 19:56
  Halevi, a Moroccan Jew who set out from Spain in 1141 on his
• 20:04
  one and only pilgrimage to Palestine.
• 20:08
  And this is what Judah Halevi wrote, and I quote him.
• 20:12
  My heart is in the East and I am in the uttermost West.
• 20:17
  How can I find savour in food? How shall it be sweet to me?
• 20:25
  How shall I render my vows and my bonds, while yet Zion lieth
• 20:33
  beneath the fetter of Edom, and in Arab chains a light thing?

  Would it seem to me to leave all the good things of Spain, seeing
• 20:45
  how precious of my eyes to behold the dust of the desolate
• 20:50
  sanctuary? And he's speaking there, in
• 20:53
  particular of Jerusalem in Israel and the Temple Mount, in
• 20:58
  the persona of Halevi. Other Jewish sages and
• 21:01
  philosophers and statesman have sung similar songs, asserting
• 21:07
  passion for the land and the need to secure it.
• 21:11
  Even the common Jewish citizen, those like Tamara Hafron, a
• 21:15
  settler from Nepheme in the West Bank, believes, as he states,
• 21:20
  quote, this land is our land. I don't think anyone has the
• 21:25
  right to give away what God gave us, UN quote.

  Rabbis held that Israel was the Mount Sinai of Judaism and
• 21:35
  rabbinism, and outside Israel the people are no longer Israel,
• 21:40
  they're only Jews, the dispersed people.
• 21:44
  Akin to the spirit of Halevi and other like minded Jews, many
• 21:49
  Christians embrace and marvel at the new nation of Israel, the
• 21:54
  result they claim as prophetic fulfillment.
• 21:57
  Myriad books have been written promoting the end times due to
• 22:02
  Israel's return to the land, Christian's journey to Israel to
• 22:07
  experience what they call Holy Land, Holy Space.
• 22:14
  Modern Israel, however, is without the spirit of Yeshua.
• 22:20
  Modern Israel is without the spirit of Yahushua, and Yeshua
• 22:26
  is the answer to the question of the land.
• 22:30
  Whose land is it? We must ask Yeshua, To whom does
• 22:35
  Jerusalem belong? We must ask Yeshua.
• 22:41
  His Father's vineyard is Israel, bequeathed to Him as the Messiah
• 22:48
  of Israel. Therefore, modern Israel's claim
• 22:54
  is Neil. In fact, modern Israel may be in
• 22:58
  really big trouble if they continue to discard Yeshua.

  Believers under the auspices of the New Covenant must not
• 23:08
  endorse modern Israel to be the heirs to the Holy Land according
• 23:13
  to Scripture, since modern Israel is aloof to the Messianic
• 23:19
  New Covenant inaugurated by Jehovah and to ignore and to
• 23:23
  negate Yeshua the Messiah of Israel, the Son of the Landlord
• 23:29
  of the Holy Land. That is modern Israel's demise.
• 23:33
  Not a position of blessing, but a position of cursing Yeshua is
• 23:39
  key to the question of Israel, both the question of who is
• 23:43
  Israel and who is the proprietor of the Land of Israel.
• 23:49
  Without the indwelling spirit of Yeshua, the Jews are not
• 23:53
  authentically Jewish and they are not authentically the Israel
• 23:58
  of God. According to Galatians 616, Jews
• 24:03
  who are unbelieving in Yeshua are not the Israel of God, they
• 24:07
  are not the remnant, and they are not heirs to the Land of
• 24:11
  Israel that the Holy Scriptures say belongs to Yehovah and
• 24:16
  Yeshua. He is Jehovah, is the physical
• 24:22
  image of the invisible Jehovah. Christians cannot, must not
• 24:28
  interpret Elohim's promises to Avraham in Genesis as a legacy
• 24:34
  to modern Israel if the modern nation continues to ignore
• 24:38
  Yeshua, who's the only way, the only truth, the only life, the
• 24:43
  only treasure of life, the Son of the Landlord, Elohim, the
• 24:48
  rightful first born Judaite and the Messiah of Israel and the
• 24:53
  Savior of the world. This was the faith of Avraham.
• 24:58
  This was his faith. And God has often allowed alien
• 25:03
  Pagan nations to occupy his land as short term custodians for
• 25:10
  many reasons. One reason is to provoke justice
• 25:14
  and judgment and even alienation of the Jewish people.

  Perhaps the contemporary idea of a bi national state is the
• 25:25
  certain demographic time bomb God will use today.
• 25:30
  Israel's Jewish population today is approximately 84% of the 9.6
• 25:38
  million populous of Israel. When Zionists begin filtering
• 25:42
  into the land following World War One, the Arabs living in
• 25:47
  Palestine outnumbered the Jews tend to 1 and the residing
• 25:53
  Philahean living in the land and in poverty as transient nomads.

  They were ignored by the early Zionists arriving to the land

  just as the new immigrants were ignored by the Philahean.

  The Philohene were Arab tenant farmers who leased land from

  wealthy Arab land owners from Lebanon.

  These Philohene came to be called the adverse term which

  infuriated the Arabs because it was used in the Balfour

  Declaration when they were called non Jews.

  Identity is a major concern in the Land of Israel, both of Jews

  who contend that Jewish identity is matriarchal, and the
• 26:40
  Palestinians who attest to paternal genealogy.

  In reality and according to Haleka, or Jewish law, there is

  great difficulty in ascertaining who is Jewish, is Jewish
• 26:55
  matriarchal, Is Jewish patriarchal, Is Jewish social,

  is Jewish cultural, is Jewish religious or perhaps national.

  The Palestinian Arabs. They allege their legal
• 27:10
  inheritance to the land, advocating that Allah made His
• 27:14
  covenant with Ishmael, that Ishmael's birth order was
• 27:19
  preeminent to Yitzhak. Esau's birthright was stolen
• 27:23
  from him by Yaakov, and the land was first inhabited by them
• 27:29
  before Israel's entry. The Israeli Arabs or the
• 27:34
  Palestinians claimed the land belongs to them due to tenure
• 27:40
  and that the 8687% majority Jewish Israelis of modern Israel
• 27:47
  are merely immigrants to Palestine since the Holocaust.
• 27:51
  Middle Eastern Muslims join the argument declaring the land
• 27:55
  belongs to Islam because of the Allah and what Allah has said.

  Accompanying these assertions are the biases of politicians,
• 28:04
  the biases of religious men and idealist and racist and the
• 28:09
  United Nations who advocate for the Palestinians while
• 28:14
  controversially ranting. The Jewish identity is
• 28:17
  impossible to ascertain in modern times due to millennia of
• 28:22
  matrimonial blood mixing. However, the term Arab is also
• 28:28
  somewhat vague and cannot be properly defined as ethnicity,
• 28:33
  since the term is cultural and linguistic.
• 28:36
  Arabs are not exclusively kin. They did not descend from one
• 28:41
  progenitor, Ishmael, but the Arabs came, according to the
• 28:45
  Holy Scriptures, from Mitzrayim or Egypt, from Nahar, the
• 28:50
  brother of Avraham, from Ishmael, from Esau, from Moab
• 28:56
  and Amman and the six sons of Padura.
