- 0:51in through your nose and gently breathe out through your
- 0:57mouth one last time, big breath in, and slowly and
- 1:07gently breathe out through your mouth, not just bring your

- 1:21and fall gently, and feeling peaceful and calm, feeling very relaxed.
- 1:33And with each breath you take, you can feel yourself
- 1:37becoming more and more relaxed, so loose and even a
- 1:44bit floppy. And you feel so peaceful now, so relaxed,
- 1:51and you feel very happy and light, and your breathing
- 1:57is almost still. You are so relaxed.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Imagine yourself walking along a lovely stone path through a beautiful,
- 2:10lush green meadow early in the morning, and the sun
- 2:14is shining brightly, and it's a very beautiful and clear day,
- 2:22and you can see the gentle rolling hills all around you,
- 2:27and there is a large forest to one side of you,
- 2:29and to the other side of you there's a small
- 2:32wooded area, and you can see that the leaves on
- 2:36the trees glisten with the morning dew, kind of like
- 2:43tying into raindrops dancing in the sunlight, and you feel
- 2:48very calm, very relaxed, or very very peaceful. And you
- 2:56can hear the birds singing to each other. You can
- 3:00hear the rustling of the small creatures darting through the
- 3:03meadow as they go about their day.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Can you hear them?
- 3:13Speaker 1: As you walk along your path, you notice that they
- 3:17are very beautiful yellow daftils and pure white croakers scattered
- 3:23all around you, and they look ever so pretty. You
- 3:27look ahead of you and you see a lovely old
- 3:29stone bridge that you have to cross. It's very old
- 3:33and it looks like it's been there forever. As you've
- 3:37reached the bridge, you notice a little sign telling you
- 3:41that this bridge is a fairy bridge, and the sign
- 3:46also tells you that you must say hello to the
- 3:48fairies and give them a wave. You think this is
- 3:52a bit ard that you can't see any fairies anywhere,
- 3:56but you do it anyway because you wouldn't like to
- 3:59offend them. As you cross the bridge, you see movement
- 4:05on the corner of your eye. It's more of a
- 4:08flash of light, really, then suddenly before you appears a
- 4:13tiny little fairy. She is very beautiful, and she is
- 4:18hovering in front of you, gently moving her wings backwards
- 4:22and forwards, and she's about eight inches tall.
- 4:26Speaker 2: She's very tiny, but she.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Is a fairy after all, and they're not very big.
- 4:34She smiles at you and says hello. She says she
- 4:38heard you saying hello to the fairies, so she wanted
- 4:41to come and see who it was. Who was it
- 4:43that was being so kind. She tells you her name
- 4:48is Liliana, and she is very glad.
- 4:51Speaker 2: To meet you.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So you introduce yourself to Liliana and you tell her
- 4:55your name. Liliana is not just any fairy. She is
- 5:01the fairy of the forest. And it's here y'are to
- 5:04look after all the trees, all the flowers, and all
- 5:09the grasses in the many forests and the many woods.
- 5:13She takes care of all of them. She makes sure
- 5:17that they have water that they need to grow big
- 5:20and strong. If they are safe, we're not feeling too well,
- 5:25it's hare y'are to make them feel better. She asks
- 5:30you if you would like to help her today. Well,
- 5:34of course you say yes, you would love to help her.
- 5:36Take care of the forests and the woods. Well, that's
- 5:40just fabulous, she tells you. But there is something she
- 5:43must do for you first. She has to make you
- 5:46as tiny as she is. And it's an end that
- 5:50you notice her magic Wand it's a beautiful silver wand
- 5:55encrusted with tiny, colorful crystals. And with a quick flick
- 5:59of it over your head, she says some words that
- 6:02you don't really understand them. That's because you don't speak
- 6:04for hairy language. And in the blink of an eye,
- 6:07you are the same size as little Lilliana. Oh my,
- 6:13how cool is that. You feel something moving on your
- 6:19back and you take a look. Oh my goodness me,
- 6:21you have wings, tiny little wings, just like Lilliana.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 6:28Speaker 1: She then hands you your very own silver one. She
- 6:32tells you it takes a bit of practice to use
- 6:33the one properly, but she tells you not to worry.
- 6:37She will teach you how to do it. It's this
- 6:42time you notice that you too have been hovering in
- 6:45the air, just like Liliana. Oh wow, you say to yourself,
- 6:49I can fly. And it's then you'll land on the
- 6:52ground with a big bump. You both laugh at loud
- 6:56Liliana tells you that you'll teach you to fly too,
- 7:00because she thinks you might need it. So, as Liliana
- 7:05guides you to fly through the air with her, you
- 7:08both go whizzing into the beautiful forest ahead, and you
- 7:13you are going to take care of the trees and
- 7:15the plants and the grass too. As you fli close
- 7:19to the ground, you see another little fairy going in
- 7:22the opposite direction to you.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Both.
- 7:25Speaker 1: He waves and he calls out good morning as he
- 7:27whizzers past. Liliana shouts good morning back at him. She
- 7:32tells you that he is her friend, Simon, and Simon
- 7:36has the best job in all of the fairy kingdom.
- 7:41He gets to look after all of the animals, all
- 7:44of the birds, and even all of the insects. And
- 7:48he makes sure that they too have plenty of water
- 7:52to drink and lots of food to eat, and he
- 7:55takes care of them if they become poorly, and he
- 7:58helps them back to good health again. Whatever the forest
- 8:03needs to grow and to thrive, the beautiful fairy Liliana
- 8:08provides it all for them. And she does all of
- 8:11this with a beautiful silver encrusted magic one, and she
- 8:17tells you she loves her job very much, and you
- 8:21think Liliana is a very kind fairy. Indeed, Lillianna tells
- 8:29you to stop, and you both hover in the air.
- 8:33She tells you to close your eyes and just listen
- 8:36to the amazing sounds of the forest. She says, if
- 8:41you are very quiet and peaceful, you might hear the
- 8:45trees talking to each other. You might hear the whisper
- 8:49of the flowers as they stretch up and outwards towards
- 8:52the sunshine. You might even hear the grasses all chattering away.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Can you hear them?
- 9:04Speaker 1: So for a little while, you and Liliana and go
- 9:08off and tend to the forest. You can help the
- 9:12trees and the flowers and the grasses to grow and
- 9:16to thrive. And you too can wave your magic wand
- 9:22so go and help Liliana, and maybe, just maybe the
- 9:28forest will talk to you too. Did you enjoy that?
- 11:50Did you help the trees and the flowers and the
- 11:53grasses to thrive.
- 11:55Speaker 2: And to grow?
- 11:57Speaker 1: Did they whisper to you? You? Liliana, Now return to
- 12:04the beautiful old stone bridge where you first met Fairy Bridge.
- 12:10Liliana takes out him wan and thanks you for all
- 12:14the help you've given her Today, she tells you that
- 12:18the forests all around the world need our help to
- 12:21thrive and to grow, so that we must all always
- 12:26do everything we can to help them, and she thanks
- 12:31you for helping her take care of the forest. And
- 12:35it's then that you hear the trees and the flowers
- 12:38and the grasses all whispering their thanks to you too,
- 12:43and it's the most beautiful sound you have ever heard,
- 12:51and you feel so happy, but you know it's time
- 12:55for you to go home now. Liliana waves her beautiful
- 13:00wand and says the magical words in the fairy language,
- 13:04and then she flicks a wand over your head and again,
- 13:08with the blink of an eye, return to your normal size.
- 13:15Li Leana now hovers in front of your face and
- 13:19gives you a great big smile, and she thanks you
- 13:23once again, and you tell her you will miss having
- 13:28wings and being able to fly, but you will miss
- 13:31her more. She tells you not to worry, because she
- 13:35knows you will come back to see her, and when
- 13:38you do, she will give you back your wings again.
- 13:43And with that she waves and flies away, and you
- 13:50now realize that you are back in your fairy over bed,
- 13:57all snuggled up and cozy, and you feel very sleepy too.
- 14:03You have, after all, had a very busy day. You
- 14:09close your eyes and smile, remembering the wonderful time you
- 14:15had with Liliana. And you are breathing softly and gently now,
- 14:22and each time you breathe in, you take in all
- 14:26the good thoughts of positive feelings from the gentle and
- 14:31loving forest. You begin to drift in and out of
- 14:37sleep as you sink deeper and deeper into your lovely
- 14:43soft bed, deeper and deeper into the most wonderful night's
- 14:50sleep ever. So turn over on to your side and
- 14:56snuggle down. When you feel so safe and so protected,
- 15:03you feel so peaceful and so calm, So just rest
- 15:09your sleepy head.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Night night, visi Ulis Beli
