Latest / The Rogue Recap with Lynda / FRIDAY'S POST ON MONDAY - CHILD TRAFFICKING
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot takes, cold facts, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and let's recap Rogue Style.
- 0:14Speaker 2: What's up guys and welcome to the Rogue Recap. It
- 0:16Speaker 2: is Friday night and I'm gonna do something a little
- 0:20Speaker 2: heavy tonight. I was trying to think of what made
- 0:23Speaker 2: sense to cover. There's obviously a ton going on as always.
- 0:26Speaker 2: We're very very close to the midterm elections. And of course,
- 0:31Speaker 2: things are just getting even more weird than they were before.
- 0:34Speaker 2: And one of the races that I think I'm really
- 0:38Speaker 2: concerned about, and I'm concerned about it, not from like
- 0:41Speaker 2: a Republican Democrat perspective, even though that is the case, obviously,
- 0:45Speaker 2: in every single campaign and election and kill, it goes
- 0:49Speaker 2: without saying, right. But I'm really concerned about Javier Becerra
- 0:55Speaker 2: running for governor in California. This man, is the former
- 0:59Speaker 2: head of HHS. And I'm really trying to figure out
- 1:05Speaker 2: how it is that we have a Trump DOJ and
- 1:09Speaker 2: this guy's federal investigation is pushed back until December after
- 1:13Speaker 2: the election. I'm going to feature tonight the latest Steve
- 1:17Speaker 2: Hilton ad. It's so well done. It's rooted in fact.
- 1:24Speaker 2: And it's sad. And it deals with The topic of
- 1:29Speaker 2: child trafficking, whether for slave labor or for rape trafficking,
- 1:35Speaker 2: you know, it's very sad that the United States of
- 1:39Speaker 2: America is the largest consumer of child sex trafficking. It's
- 1:48Speaker 2: difficult to say. I truly am at a loss for
- 1:53Speaker 2: the kind of demonic people that live among us. that
- 1:58Speaker 2: are so captivated by evil that they are a part
- 2:03Speaker 2: of this world. What frightens me more is how many
- 2:06Speaker 2: of them work with children. There are so many people
- 2:10Speaker 2: who are abusers that are around children. And it's funny
- 2:15Speaker 2: because I feel like even when you try to do
- 2:19Speaker 2: something and you try to stop it and you try
- 2:21Speaker 2: to draw awareness, there's always someone telling you to be
- 2:24Speaker 2: quiet or that's not your business or don't make trouble.
- 2:28Speaker 2: And in the clips we're going to play tonight, we
- 2:30Speaker 2: have whistleblowers, Deborah White, JJ Carroll, Tara Rodas. These are
- 2:36Speaker 2: people who worked, whether they worked with ICE, Immigration, Department
- 2:41Speaker 2: of Homeland Security, whether they worked directly with HHS in
- 2:46Speaker 2: the relocation of children, which was with what should have
- 2:50Speaker 2: been sponsor families that actually were like, okay, these kids
- 2:54Speaker 2: were trafficked or they were brought by the cartels or
- 2:57Speaker 2: whatever happened. And they get here, right? Because one of
- 3:01Speaker 2: the lesser told stories of the Mayorkas and Biden and
- 3:08Speaker 2: Becerra and Kamala, like that whole regime, Obama, obviously, is
- 3:14Speaker 2: that they weren't just running drugs and guns. They're running people.
- 3:20Speaker 2: And then there's this other sort of contingent of people
- 3:23Speaker 2: who are like, you know, America's open. We have to
- 3:26Speaker 2: get there because things are so bad in our country,
- 3:28Speaker 2: which is a very fair idea, given the fact that
- 3:34Speaker 2: in the years of Biden, in the years that went
- 3:37Speaker 2: by where we looked at, and we played this clip
- 3:39Speaker 2: the other day, you know, from 2007, I might play
- 3:41Speaker 2: it tonight as well, of Joe Biden talking about how
- 3:45Speaker 2: we can't have unchecked borders. We can't have open borders.
- 3:49Speaker 2: We can't just have people coming into our country who
- 3:52Speaker 2: have no interest in assimilation, have no interest in giving back, right?
- 3:57Speaker 2: It's just a, what can I get for me? And
- 4:00Speaker 2: if you look at the amount of investigations that we
- 4:03Speaker 2: have done into Medicaid fraud, daycare fraud, welfare fraud, mortgage fraud,
- 4:08Speaker 2: marriage fraud, immigration fraud, PPE fraud, COVID fraud, I mean,
- 4:13Speaker 2: the investigations are endless. The discovery is endless. And yet
- 4:20Speaker 2: nobody ever goes to jail. Nobody ever gets in trouble.
- 4:24Speaker 2: And I'm really at a loss as to how that happens.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I can tell you as someone who has been a
- 4:29Speaker 2: part of or been around lawsuits and investigations, I feel
- 4:35Speaker 2: like it's just when you're an honest person and you
- 4:38Speaker 2: comply and you do what you're supposed to do, that's
- 4:41Speaker 2: when you get steamrolled by the system because you're not
- 4:44Speaker 2: like these people that come in and they're just like, nah,
- 4:48Speaker 2: I'm not giving you my information. I'll give you a
- 4:50Speaker 2: fake name. I remember a girl that I met when
- 4:53Speaker 2: I first moved to New York and I was, I
- 4:54Speaker 2: didn't have insurance probably for the first God, I don't know,
- 4:57Speaker 2: 15 years of my life. And, um, you know, as,
- 5:01Speaker 2: as a single person living on my own and for me,
- 5:04Speaker 2: I didn't have anything, you know, and it was fine.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I was like, all right, if something really bad happens, I'll,
- 5:09Speaker 2: you know, go in, I'll deal with catastrophic insurance or
- 5:12Speaker 2: something like that. But I remember talking to her about
- 5:15Speaker 2: it and I was like, what do you do? You know,
- 5:16Speaker 2: if you get sick or this or that, and she's like, Oh,
- 5:19Speaker 2: I just give a fake name. I'm like, what? She's like, yeah,
- 5:22Speaker 2: just give a fake name, fake date of birth. You know,
- 5:25Speaker 2: I give them all my symptoms and what's going on,
- 5:26Speaker 2: but I just give them a fake name. And that way,
- 5:28Speaker 2: you know, I don't have to pay for it. I'm like,
- 5:30Speaker 2: I was just like stunned. I was like, well, what
- 5:32Speaker 2: happens when they ask for insurance or, I mean, ID?
- 5:36Speaker 2: And she was like, oh, I just say, I don't
- 5:37Speaker 2: know where it is. I can't find it. I rushed
- 5:39Speaker 2: into the ER. I'm like, I can't, I wouldn't be
- 5:43Speaker 2: able to lie like that. I really, I really wouldn't.
- 5:46Speaker 2: And I'm always shocked when people do and how they
- 5:48Speaker 2: just keep ripping off the system, but it happens. And
- 5:53Speaker 2: tonight's show is about how it happens. And it's affecting
- 5:58Speaker 2: unaccompanied minors, which is a very sad by-product of the
- 6:03Speaker 2: trafficking and illegal immigration world. And these kids are, a
- 6:08Speaker 2: lot of them are kidnapped from their families throughout Central America, China, Mexico, Central,
- 6:16Speaker 2: like Central America, as well as, um, parts of Uzbekistan.
- 6:21Speaker 2: You see them come across the borders and you ask them,
- 6:23Speaker 2: where are you from? They're from all over. They're not
- 6:27Speaker 2: just from one part. And a lot of them say
- 6:30Speaker 2: they were taken from their parents. They weren't given up.
- 6:34Speaker 2: They're not with their families. They're handed over to these
- 6:36Speaker 2: people that's an aunt or an uncle, and nobody knows
- 6:40Speaker 2: who it is. And you have to ask yourself, what
- 6:44Speaker 2: are we doing? We're handing children over to people that
- 6:49Speaker 2: have no vested interest in how they are. And our
- 6:52Speaker 2: government is not investigating the sponsors. And as you're going
- 6:55Speaker 2: to hear tonight, there was one woman she's she actually
- 6:59Speaker 2: is concealing her identity in this interview, but she's like,
- 7:03Speaker 2: I was fired. She said, I, I saw that these
- 7:06Speaker 2: kids were being sent to this address and I checked
- 7:09Speaker 2: out the address and it was containers that you would
- 7:12Speaker 2: see on like a ship. And she was like, what,
- 7:16Speaker 2: what is this? So she, God knows if they were
- 7:18Speaker 2: putting kids in those containers. God knows if they were
- 7:21Speaker 2: raping kids in those containers. I mean, the problem is
- 7:24Speaker 2: that the concept of what is happening to the kids
- 7:28Speaker 2: is so ugly, is so disgusting, is so heavy that
- 7:32Speaker 2: most people don't want to hear it and they don't
- 7:34Speaker 2: want to deal with it. And we're going to deal
- 7:37Speaker 2: with it tonight. So I'm going to start first with
- 7:39Speaker 2: the new Steve Hilton ad against Javier Becerra. I want
- 7:42Speaker 2: to say for the record that I really do believe
- 7:46Speaker 2: what's going on in California is a complete and utter
- 7:50Speaker 2: miscarriage of justice. I think it is against our Constitution.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It's against our Bill of Rights. It's against the civil
- 7:55Speaker 2: liberties of people who want to vote in a free
- 7:58Speaker 2: and fair election, and they'll never get that opportunity in California.
- 8:02Speaker 2: And the problem is that no matter who you put
- 8:05Speaker 2: in charge, none of it will work unless and until
- 8:08Speaker 2: you get rid of the people that have so much
- 8:11Speaker 2: dirt on each other. that we can't clear out the system.
- 8:15Speaker 2: You know, Newsom, his disgusting wife, Karen Bass, her communist connections, Becerra,
- 8:23Speaker 2: his cartel connections, and then all of the legislators, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 2: within there, you know, whether it's the current AG, the DA,
- 8:32Speaker 2: you know, who do they have pictures of? Who's got
- 8:36Speaker 2: dirt on who? I don't know. And even if there's
- 8:39Speaker 2: one good guy trying to do a good job, there's
- 8:42Speaker 2: 10 others that are trying to do bad stuff and
- 8:45Speaker 2: they're trying to hurt everybody out there. And I just wonder,
- 8:48Speaker 2: you know, if it's how, how do you save it?
- 8:51Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Because we can't seem to go in and eradicate these
- 8:57Speaker 2: Dem cities. And I hate when they say democratic because
- 8:59Speaker 2: democratic is a process, right? Democrats are the assholes that
- 9:05Speaker 2: are currently elected, elected in the state of California and
- 9:10Speaker 2: running things literally into the ground. But, I digress. We
- 9:14Speaker 2: talked about Steve Hilton a little bit earlier this week.
- 9:16Speaker 2: I really believe that Steve is looking to do the
- 9:18Speaker 2: right thing. He's visited all 53 counties in California, and
- 9:23Speaker 2: he has talked to everybody from the people living on
- 9:26Speaker 2: Skid Row to the billionaires and gajillionaires that are living
- 9:31Speaker 2: in Bel Air, right? You name it, he's been there.
- 9:34Speaker 2: And everybody wants one thing. They want to be safe.
- 9:37Speaker 2: They want to be able to walk down the street.
- 9:38Speaker 2: They want to be able to not be afraid to
- 9:40Speaker 2: step on a needle. Or have to step over a
- 9:43Speaker 2: pile of shit or have to, you know, potentially touch
- 9:47Speaker 2: something that has fentanyl on it. Like there's all these things.
- 9:49Speaker 2: And they're really trying very, very hard to find a
- 9:53Speaker 2: way to get around it. You know, and Steve Hilton
- 9:56Speaker 2: really wants to do the right thing. God bless him.
- 9:58Speaker 2: I give him a lot of credit. But here's his
- 10:01Speaker 2: latest ad against Becerra. Becerra, by the way, who will
- 10:04Speaker 2: not show up and debate Steve. Just as a point
- 10:09Speaker 2: of note, you're so confident in what you have to
- 10:12Speaker 2: say that you won't say it. Or you just know
- 10:18Speaker 2: that everything's in the bag. And you don't have to
- 10:20Speaker 2: work that hard. It's one of those. I don't know
- 10:23Speaker 2: which one. I'll let you guys choose.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Innocent children came to our border needing help. They were
- 10:29Speaker 4: told they were going to safe homes. What they didn't
- 10:33Speaker 4: know was that Javier Becerra had gutted background checks for
- 10:37Speaker 4: foster parents. He told staff to move the kids like
- 10:40Speaker 4: an assembly line. Boys were sent to slave labor, girls
- 10:44Speaker 4: to traffickers. If Javier Becerra did this to migrant children,
- 10:49Speaker 4: what would he do to yours?
- 10:50Speaker 2: And you know, Steve Hilton has this, he has all
- 10:57Speaker 2: these slogans like try it, enough is enough, stop it, right?
- 11:01Speaker 2: He has these things because he's trying to do simple
- 11:03Speaker 2: things that stick with people. And one of the monikers,
- 11:06Speaker 2: if you're listening to this and you're not watching in
- 11:09Speaker 2: that ad, is it says there's still 140,000 children missing
- 11:16Speaker 2: from the Becerra leadership days. And so we have some
- 11:21Speaker 2: testimony here. This is testimony that was given before both
- 11:25Speaker 2: Senate and House leadership multiple times. And like I said,
- 11:30Speaker 2: they're by three different whistleblowers and people who lost their
- 11:36Speaker 2: jobs and were reprimanded. Because they went to the higher
- 11:41Speaker 2: ups at the HHS, at the Department of Homeland Security,
- 11:45Speaker 2: at Border Patrol and said, hey, do you know this
- 11:47Speaker 2: is happening? This is horrible. And people were like, no, no, no,
- 11:50Speaker 2: be quiet. Stop. You're raising too many questions. Stop looking
- 11:54Speaker 2: at things you're not supposed to look at. We just
- 11:56Speaker 2: need to do this. We just need to move this on.
- 11:58Speaker 2: What is going on? That's kind of the spot that
- 12:03Speaker 2: we're in, is that people are lying and people are
- 12:06Speaker 2: getting away with it. Because for too long, we've said
- 12:10Speaker 2: that's okay. So this first person's testimony that I'm going
- 12:14Speaker 2: to give you is Deborah White. She's a HHS whistleblower.
- 12:20Speaker 2: It's very, very long. So I'm not going to play
- 12:21Speaker 2: the whole thing. But I just want you to listen
- 12:23Speaker 2: to a little bit of it because this woman is
- 12:26Speaker 2: putting her name and her livelihood on the line. She
- 12:29Speaker 2: has nothing to gain from this. She's not suing. She's
- 12:32Speaker 2: not making any money. She's trying to protect children. That's
- 12:36Speaker 2: all she's trying to do.
- 12:38Speaker 5: Thank you, Senator Grassley and honorable senators for standing up
- 12:42Speaker 5: for exploited children.
- 12:44Speaker 6: My name is Deborah White.
- 12:45Speaker 5: I'm a federal employee that was detailed to the Health
- 12:48Speaker 5: and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement, HHSORR, in the
- 12:53Speaker 5: summer of 2021 to help unaccompanied children entering the country.
- 12:58Speaker 5: As a Hispanic American and professional with certifications in project
- 13:02Speaker 5: management and contracting, I believed that my language and professional
- 13:06Speaker 5: skills could be valuable in reuniting children with their families.
- 13:11Speaker 5: What I discovered was horrifying. Make no mistake, children were
- 13:16Speaker 5: not going to their parents. They were being trafficked with
- 13:20Speaker 5: billions of taxpayer dollars by a contractor failing to vet
- 13:24Speaker 5: sponsors and process children safely, with government officials complicit in it.
- 13:31Speaker 5: In June of 2021, I discovered the first case of
- 13:34Speaker 5: trafficking and along with my counterpart, Tara Rodas, reported it.
- 13:38Speaker 5: But children continued to be sent to dangerous locations with
- 13:42Speaker 5: improperly vetted sponsors. One case in Florida had over 12
- 13:46Speaker 5: children linked to one sponsor at multiple addresses. Children were
- 13:51Speaker 5: sent to addresses that were abandoned houses or non-existent in
- 13:56Speaker 5: some cases.
- 13:57Speaker 6: In Michigan, a child was sent to an open field.
- 14:01Speaker 5: Even after we reported making a 911 call after hearing
- 14:04Speaker 5: someone scream for help, yet the child was still sent.
- 14:10Speaker 5: When I raised concerns about contractor failures and asked to
- 14:14Speaker 5: see the contract, I was told, and I quote, you're
- 14:18Speaker 5: not going to get the contract and don't ask for
- 14:20Speaker 5: it again. So I took it upon myself to create
- 14:24Speaker 5: trainings for significant incident reports of sexual abuse and for
- 14:28Speaker 5: flagging trafficking.
- 14:30Speaker 6: In order to equip case managers.
- 14:33Speaker 5: But children continued to be sent to dangerous places. We
- 14:36Speaker 5: never saw sponsors face to face, and fake documents were rampant.
- 14:42Speaker 5: When we questioned documents, HHS ORR leadership said, you're not
- 14:46Speaker 5: a fake ID expert, and your job is not to
- 14:49Speaker 5: investigate the sponsor.
- 14:50Speaker 6: Your job is to reunify the child with the sponsor.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Contacting the Guatemalan Consulate in regards to fake documents resulted
- 14:59Speaker 5: in a reprimand by the HHS ORR official stating, that's
- 15:04Speaker 5: not your job and you are never to contact the
- 15:06Speaker 5: Consulate again. When I checked on a child's welfare at
- 15:10Speaker 5: another facility, I was told, and I quote, do not
- 15:14Speaker 5: do that again. Once these children leave here, they're gone
- 15:18Speaker 5: and they are no longer your responsibility. 30-day wellness calls
- 15:23Speaker 5: required by HHS ORR policy revealed that many sponsors no
- 15:29Speaker 5: longer had the children in their custody, and many case
- 15:32Speaker 5: managers became frantic. But HHS ORR leadership instructed us to
- 15:37Speaker 5: stop doing the 30-day calls and stated that they would
- 15:40Speaker 5: be done at the National Call Center from now on. Repeatedly,
- 15:45Speaker 5: the program prioritized speed over safety. HHS ORR and Cherokee Federal,
- 15:51Speaker 5: the prime contractor, created a quote-unquote strike team to remove
- 15:56Speaker 5: children faster, ignoring warnings that came from case managers that
- 16:01Speaker 5: children were being trafficked. As a certified project manager and
- 16:05Speaker 5: contracting official, I could have ensured that the contract terms
- 16:09Speaker 5: and conditions were upheld, but my offers for.
- 16:12Speaker 6: Help were repeatedly rejected.
- 16:14Speaker 5: Cherokee Federal staffed the site with several unqualified, unvetted, and
- 16:19Speaker 5: quite frankly, dangerous contractors with access to vulnerable children that
- 16:26Speaker 5: did not get the appropriate support, services, or humanity that
- 16:30Speaker 5: they deserved after a most treacherous journey. I have seen
- 16:34Speaker 5: these children, I have interviewed these children, and I have
- 16:37Speaker 5: stories that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
- 16:40Speaker 5: The HHS ORR program is the biggest failure in government
- 16:45Speaker 5: history that I have ever witnessed. Despite raising case after
- 16:49Speaker 5: case of trafficking, HHS ORR leadership and the contractor allowed
- 16:55Speaker 5: children to be trafficked on their watch, and the taxpayers
- 16:59Speaker 5: continue to fund it. I plead with you to give
- 17:02Speaker 5: these exploited children a fighting chance. Please save them and
- 17:08Speaker 5: investigate this program. We've spent countless hours with Senator Grassley's
- 17:13Speaker 5: staff as part of this investigation. Despite these tremendous efforts,
- 17:18Speaker 5: children continue to be trafficked into America, and we are
- 17:22Speaker 5: paying for it. Please understand, this is taxpayer-funded child slavery,
- 17:31Speaker 5: sanctioned by our government and brought to you by NGOs
- 17:35Speaker 5: like Cherokee Federal. We are the United States of America
- 17:39Speaker 5: We can do better, and by God, we must do better.
- 17:43Speaker 5: I cannot stand by and do nothing while children's lives
- 17:46Speaker 5: are at stake.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Can you?
- 17:49Speaker 5: Please, I urge every senator to investigate this matter as
- 17:53Speaker 5: Senator Grassley is doing. And I plead for every American
- 17:58Speaker 5: to demand action.
- 17:59Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 18:04Speaker 2: I played that whole testimony, number one, because she's brilliant,
- 18:08Speaker 2: number two, because she's brave, and number three, because if
- 18:12Speaker 2: it doesn't hurt your heart and it doesn't make you
- 18:14Speaker 2: ask whatever happened, because you figure that's probably three years
- 18:19Speaker 2: ago now. I think that's 23 or 24 she gave
- 18:21Speaker 2: that testimony. When she first started realizing that the kids
- 18:24Speaker 2: were being trafficked, it was 2021. Senator Grassley is known
- 18:29Speaker 2: to take on cases, do investigations, look into things that
- 18:32Speaker 2: other senators won't. I think the thing that bothers me
- 18:35Speaker 2: the most is that there is a perverted and pervasive
- 18:39Speaker 2: nature in Congress to turn and shy away from exposing
- 18:44Speaker 2: those who allow sexual deviancy to go unchecked. And I
- 18:50Speaker 2: say that because we see it at the highest levels,
- 18:53Speaker 2: whether it's Bill Clinton getting a blow job from an
- 18:56Speaker 2: intern and it being funny and the blue dress being framed,
- 19:02Speaker 2: or if it's A situation where we're talking about Joe
- 19:07Speaker 2: Biden and his many, many awkward sniffing, grabbing, touching moments
- 19:16Speaker 2: with people's wives, staffers, as well as with children. We
- 19:21Speaker 2: have so many strange, strange photographs of that man touching children.
- 19:28Speaker 2: And don't forget that we had his daughter's diary. And
- 19:33Speaker 2: that diary was verified to be his daughter Ashley's personal
- 19:37Speaker 2: diary left in a home that she had rented in Florida.
- 19:40Speaker 2: And man, did they squash that. And it had all
- 19:43Speaker 2: of these recollections of the sexual abuse that both she
- 19:47Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden had suffered at the hands of Joe Biden.
- 19:50Speaker 2: And they were like, oh, no, no, no, that's not
- 19:52Speaker 2: the case. And she had addiction problems. He had addiction problems.
- 19:55Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, maybe they had addiction problems, but did
- 19:58Speaker 2: you ever wonder what was the impetus for the addiction problems?
- 20:02Speaker 2: I mean, I'm on a rabbit trail here, but my
- 20:04Speaker 2: problem is that we have a sexual assault slush fund
- 20:09Speaker 2: paid and continually funded by taxpayer dollars for the amount
- 20:14Speaker 2: of members of Congress that are paying out their victims.
- 20:19Speaker 2: So like here, here's a million, here's a hundred thousand,
- 20:21Speaker 2: here's half a million, here's 300,000, whatever it is for
- 20:24Speaker 2: their silence. So that people who are guilty of sexual
- 20:28Speaker 2: assault and are still sitting members of Congress can keep
- 20:33Speaker 2: their seat. How in God's great name are you enforcing anything?
- 20:38Speaker 2: You're a criminal. And this is the ongoing issue that
- 20:41Speaker 2: I have is that we can't have honest conversation and
- 20:44Speaker 2: we can't have honest debate because the people that we're
- 20:47Speaker 2: giving testimony to about the horrible things that are happening
- 20:51Speaker 2: on our federal government's watch by our federal taxpayer dollars
- 20:56Speaker 2: and then misappropriated to these NGOs that have nothing but
- 21:02Speaker 2: their own wealth in mind, they're not looking to help anybody.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Nonprofit organizations, are just these, I mean, they really are
- 21:12Speaker 2: just the scariest organizations I've ever seen because they're so
- 21:16Speaker 2: ugly and they're so pervasive and they're everywhere and they're deliberate, right?
- 21:21Speaker 2: They want your money. They're going to take your money.
- 21:24Speaker 2: They're going to tell you that they're going to do ABC,
- 21:26Speaker 2: but they're never going to do that. They're going to
- 21:28Speaker 2: do XYZ every single time. And they do not give
- 21:31Speaker 2: a shit. Once they have your money, game on. And
- 21:35Speaker 2: so now we look at a situation where we have
- 21:38Speaker 2: this woman, whose heart, I mean, when she said, there
- 21:42Speaker 2: are things and stories that I have learned about and seen,
- 21:46Speaker 2: and they will haunt me for the rest of my life.
- 21:48Speaker 2: I always think of Tom Homan, who is the current
- 21:51Speaker 2: boarder czar, and he tells the story of when he
- 21:53Speaker 2: opened the back of a haul truck, long haul truck,
- 21:58Speaker 2: and he literally, there was a five-year-old dead because the
- 22:03Speaker 2: back of the truck was filled with 150 people that
- 22:06Speaker 2: were all smushed together and it had gotten so hot
- 22:08Speaker 2: in there. as they were going, I guess, through the
- 22:10Speaker 2: desert and, you know, however they came from across Texas.
- 22:14Speaker 2: And it was just so horrible. And they had all
- 22:17Speaker 2: taken their clothes off and collapsed because there was no
- 22:20Speaker 2: air and it was so hot. And under these piles
- 22:23Speaker 2: of bodies in the back of this truck was a five-year-old.
- 22:27Speaker 2: And he just remembered his face. And he tells that
- 22:29Speaker 2: story because that's happening every day, right? It's less frequent
- 22:36Speaker 2: under Trump, but it's not over. And these people have endless,
- 22:41Speaker 2: bottomless pockets. Their cash has no end when it comes
- 22:48Speaker 2: to trafficking children. The next testimony I'm going to play
- 22:52Speaker 2: for you is a man by the name of J.J. Carroll,
- 22:54Speaker 2: and he worked for Border Patrol for 24 years. And
- 22:59Speaker 2: the testimony that he gives about who we are as
- 23:02Speaker 2: a nation and what is happening is really and truly heartbreaking.
- 23:10Speaker 7: I state without reservation that the United States federal government
- 23:15Speaker 7: is the world's largest child sex trafficking organization in modern history.
- 23:19Speaker 7: The probability that thousands of these UACs are being raped
- 23:25Speaker 7: at this very moment is 100%. Chairman Higgins, Ranking Member Correa,
- 23:31Speaker 7: Chairman Bishop, Ranking Member Ivey, and the members of the subcommittee,
- 23:35Speaker 7: I appreciate the opportunity to speak about the evil of
- 23:38Speaker 7: child trafficking caused by the open border policies under President
- 23:41Speaker 7: Joe Biden and his administration. I served in the United
- 23:43Speaker 7: States Border Patrol for 24 years until I retired as
- 23:47Speaker 7: a deputy patrol agent in charge in San Diego sector.
- 23:50Speaker 7: I worked under five presidential administrations and only one president
- 23:54Speaker 7: secured the border, President Donald Trump. Border Patrol agents went
- 23:57Speaker 7: from working and being supported by the greatest border president
- 24:00Speaker 7: in American history to the worst, President Joe Biden. My
- 24:06Speaker 7: last year in the Border Patrol was Joe Biden's first
- 24:07Speaker 7: year in office. On his first day in office, I
- 24:09Speaker 7: watched in disbelief as 94 executive orders cascaded down from Washington, D.C.,
- 24:14Speaker 7: obliterating every immigration policy that had been provided the most
- 24:17Speaker 7: secure border in America's history. Border Patrol agents were forced
- 24:21Speaker 7: to carry out unconstitutional orders that violated every law in
- 24:25Speaker 7: the Immigration Nationality Act. President Biden, through Department of Homeland
- 24:29Speaker 7: Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, created policy out of thin air,
- 24:33Speaker 7: ignored federal immigration law, and facilitated the largest mass invasion
- 24:37Speaker 7: into America that the world has ever seen. The United
- 24:40Speaker 7: States of America will have spent hundreds of billions of
- 24:43Speaker 7: dollars in four years to fund the needs of over
- 24:47Speaker 7: 50 million illegal aliens that populate our nation. Between one
- 24:52Speaker 7: in six and one in seven residents in America is
- 24:54Speaker 7: an illegal alien. America has suffered the greatest demographic shift
- 24:57Speaker 7: in modern history. After serving in the United States Border
- 25:01Speaker 7: Patrol for 24 years, spending a year researching and writing
- 25:03Speaker 7: a best-selling book entitled Invaded, the Intentional Destruction of the
- 25:06Speaker 7: American Immigration System, and filming two documentaries, I state with
- 25:11Speaker 7: complete certainty that Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas intentionally, strategically, and
- 25:16Speaker 7: purposely weaponized illegal immigration and used it as a tool
- 25:19Speaker 7: to fundamentally transform America. Inside this invasion, the unspoken evil
- 25:23Speaker 7: of child trafficking, and more specifically, child sex trafficking, has flourished.
- 25:28Speaker 7: At the end of this current administration, the number of
- 25:31Speaker 7: children trafficked will have grown to over 550,000 unaccompanied alien
- 25:36Speaker 7: children known as UACs. This horrific number of children will
- 25:39Speaker 7: have been arrested, released into America, and then lost. To
- 25:43Speaker 7: put this into context, during President Trump's last year in office,
- 25:46Speaker 7: Customs and Border Protection arrested 30,557 UACs who were accounted
- 25:50Speaker 7: for and not lost. Conversely, In the first year of
- 25:56Speaker 7: Biden's presidency, CBP arrested 147,975 UACs, most of which are
- 26:04Speaker 7: unaccompanied for and lost. In 2023, Congressional Hearings, Health and
- 26:09Speaker 7: Human Services, Javier Becerra and Director of Office of Refugee Resettlement,
- 26:13Speaker 7: Robin Marcos, forced to admit that their agency had no
- 26:16Speaker 7: contact with over 85,000 UACs.
- 26:19Speaker 4: They were lost.
- 26:20Speaker 7: What did DHS, HHS, and ORR do to correct this
- 26:22Speaker 7: humanitarian disaster? Nothing. In fact, all three agencies created further
- 26:27Speaker 7: policies and procedures to increase the efficiency of moving UACs
- 26:31Speaker 7: from the border to the interior of the United States
- 26:33Speaker 7: to unknown and unvetted sponsors. Unaccompanied alien children were being
- 26:37Speaker 7: handed off to total strangers. Then they disappeared into the
- 26:40Speaker 7: darkness of labor and sex trafficking. In fact, a year
- 26:44Speaker 7: later in August of 2024, the Inspector General with oversight
- 26:47Speaker 7: over DHS issued a report stating the number lost UACs
- 26:51Speaker 7: was not 85,000. It was over 320,000. My business partner
- 26:56Speaker 7: Ryan Matt and I spent six months traveling across America
- 26:59Speaker 7: filming a documentary titled What is Treason Trafficked? The evil
- 27:03Speaker 7: of child sex trafficking is difficult to digest and understand. However,
- 27:08Speaker 7: after conducting numerous interviews with officers, agents, and whistleblowers from
- 27:12Speaker 7: every alphabet agency and department, it was made clear to
- 27:15Speaker 7: us that the federal government knowingly and actively facilitated these
- 27:19Speaker 7: criminal acts.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I don't know about you, But when I listened to
- 27:26Speaker 2: a man who served as a border patrol agent for
- 27:30Speaker 2: 24 years of his life, this is a man who's
- 27:32Speaker 2: seen some things. He worked under five presidents. And he's
- 27:37Speaker 2: telling you unequivocally that Biden was the worst. And who
- 27:42Speaker 2: did we have under Biden? We had Becerra. We had Mayorkas.
- 27:47Speaker 2: We had Kamala. And we had a carryover from the
- 27:52Speaker 2: Obama administration. this willingness to allow this to occur, this
- 27:58Speaker 2: willingness to make sure that we could fund it, that
- 28:01Speaker 2: we could get whatever monies we needed so that they
- 28:04Speaker 2: could continue to profit off of the lives of some
- 28:10Speaker 2: children as young as five. I'm sure you guys all
- 28:13Speaker 2: remember the video of the two-year-old who came across the
- 28:17Speaker 2: border completely alone. She had a Post-it note on her jacket,
- 28:21Speaker 2: a little puffer. She had little pigtails. Couldn't even talk.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Two years old. Think about your child. Think about how
- 28:33Speaker 2: much you love them and how much you care for them. Somewhere,
- 28:37Speaker 2: some mother is missing that child. That child was taken.
- 28:42Speaker 2: And I think for me, as a parent, and as
- 28:46Speaker 2: somebody who believes in legal immigration, and somebody who believes
- 28:51Speaker 2: in actual cases of asylum, It pains me to know
- 28:56Speaker 2: and it pains me to hear these testimonies and then
- 29:00Speaker 2: wonder what happened. What happens then? How is it that
- 29:05Speaker 2: someone who was involved so deeply in what we're talking
- 29:10Speaker 2: about today is now running for governor? How is it
- 29:16Speaker 2: that the Department of Justice and Todd Blanch is delaying
- 29:22Speaker 2: Becerra's federal case? on crimes like these and others until
- 29:27Speaker 2: December when the election is over.
- 29:29Speaker 8: How are these our reality?
- 29:32Speaker 2: I just, I don't know. I feel lost that this
- 29:37Speaker 2: is where we're at. And I feel lost that we
- 29:40Speaker 2: have control of every branch and arm of our government
- 29:44Speaker 2: as conservatives and we can't figure it out. And it
- 29:48Speaker 2: just goes to show you that the sickness of child
- 29:53Speaker 2: trafficking for whatever purpose is deep and it's sick. And
- 29:59Speaker 2: there are brave people like this. I don't know how
- 30:01Speaker 2: they do it, honestly. I don't know how they see
- 30:03Speaker 2: what they see. I don't know how they do what
- 30:05Speaker 2: they do. I have a hard time reporting on it.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I don't know if I could sit and look at
- 30:10Speaker 2: a child and never see them again and know that
- 30:13Speaker 2: they were existing in unspeakable horror. As that man just said,
- 30:18Speaker 2: JJ Carroll, I promise you with 100% certainty, there is
- 30:23Speaker 2: an unaccompanied mire being raped right now. Just think about
- 30:28Speaker 2: that statement. Think about what that really means. I can
- 30:32Speaker 2: assure you with 100% certainty that there is an unaccompanied
- 30:36Speaker 2: mire being raped right now, period. And he's giving you
- 30:42Speaker 2: the statistics. He's not saying maybe, he's not saying this
- 30:45Speaker 2: could happen. He's saying this is happening right now and
- 30:48Speaker 2: we're allowing it. And I feel like as a society,
- 30:52Speaker 2: we've become so numb We've become so used to everything
- 30:56Speaker 2: being so bad that we don't even respond. Like if
- 31:00Speaker 2: somebody said to you, God forbid, oh, my neighbor, my aunt,
- 31:05Speaker 2: my son, my this, my that was raped today. Do
- 31:08Speaker 2: you think you would be that docile? Do you think
- 31:10Speaker 2: you'd be like, God, that's horrible, and then just keep
- 31:12Speaker 2: it moving? No, you'd be out of your mind. That's
- 31:15Speaker 2: how we should be about every child. It's our responsibility.
- 31:19Speaker 2: to take care of children, to be stewards of the world,
- 31:23Speaker 2: of the earth that God has given us. I mean,
- 31:25Speaker 2: it sounds like a platitude, but it's not.
- 31:27Speaker 8: It's reality.
- 31:29Speaker 2: We're in some serious spiritual warfare. And I tell you what,
- 31:33Speaker 2: it's heavy and they are at it. They're not coming
- 31:36Speaker 2: at us lightly. They're going after everything that matters. You know,
- 31:40Speaker 2: that whole moral depravity thing, it is real and it
- 31:44Speaker 2: is ever present and it's loud. And then you have
- 31:47Speaker 2: these brave people go forward and they're trying to stop it.
- 31:49Speaker 2: They need our help. Because our elected officials, they hide
- 31:53Speaker 2: in their offices. They don't give a shit. They take
- 31:56Speaker 2: their five weeks of vacation. And then we see them
- 31:59Speaker 2: in campaign season and they tell you that they're going
- 32:01Speaker 2: to do all these wonderful things for you. Nobody ever
- 32:03Speaker 2: asks them the hard questions. How do you feel about
- 32:06Speaker 2: child sex trafficking? How do you feel about child labor?
- 32:09Speaker 2: How do we conquer that aspect of that? How about
- 32:12Speaker 2: asking those Democrat senators and congressmen or candidates? that are
- 32:17Speaker 2: saying that they want to defund ICE, get rid of
- 32:20Speaker 2: the police, open the border. Okay, what do we do
- 32:23Speaker 2: about all of the side parts of those activities? What
- 32:28Speaker 2: do we do to address what happens, right? All the
- 32:31Speaker 2: tangential little branches that happen when we do those things.
- 32:36Speaker 2: What do we do to help those people? What do
- 32:38Speaker 2: we do to help those children? How do we protect
- 32:41Speaker 2: and secure those other areas? That will ultimately be deeply
- 32:45Speaker 2: affected by what you're choosing to do. Have you ever
- 32:47Speaker 2: heard any of those questions asked? Because I haven't. And
- 32:51Speaker 2: these people are like, no, we love immigrants. We love migrants.
- 32:55Speaker 2: You know, it's just such nonsense. I'm so sick of it.
- 33:00Speaker 2: I wish that somebody would speak with substance that really
- 33:04Speaker 2: kind of reaches your heart. And you say, here's what
- 33:07Speaker 2: you can do as an average American. I can tell
- 33:10Speaker 2: you as a member of the media, I can't even
- 33:13Speaker 2: get through to our senators and our congressmen and I
- 33:16Speaker 2: can't reach them. I call their offices, it goes to voicemail.
- 33:19Speaker 2: If I didn't have somebody's cell or somebody's email, I
- 33:22Speaker 2: would never get to them. They're not available to their constituents.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Their local offices have the same problem. It's become so
- 33:33Speaker 2: performative and it's become so acceptable to be, I don't know,
- 33:40Speaker 2: just not present. Not really do your job. Be more
- 33:44Speaker 2: interested in the benefits and the ancillary perks that come
- 33:48Speaker 2: with being a senator or a congressman and forgetting that
- 33:51Speaker 2: you're allowing tax dollars to traffic a three-year-old and to
- 33:55Speaker 2: be raped by a 60-year-old man in some hostel until
- 33:59Speaker 2: she's too sick to live and then they euthanize her.
- 34:02Speaker 2: How about that? Because that's actually what's happening. We've got
- 34:08Speaker 2: two more clips in this show that I'm going to play.
- 34:10Speaker 2: One is about those migrant containers that I'll mention to you.
- 34:13Speaker 2: This woman or person, I'm assuming it's a woman, is
- 34:17Speaker 2: completely like vocoded and she's concealed in this tape. And
- 34:22Speaker 2: then we have a tape of Tara Rodas, but I'm
- 34:25Speaker 2: going to play the migrant containers first.
- 34:28Speaker 9: There were 200 migrant children who had been sent to
- 34:31Speaker 9: a same location. When she was entering this address, it
- 34:35Speaker 9: was just.
- 34:35Speaker 8: Like a lot with containers.
- 34:37Speaker 9: She took it upon herself to call that anti-trafficking number
- 34:41Speaker 9: and the next day she got terminated.
- 34:43Speaker 3: Do you think there is any way that Javier Becerra
- 34:45Speaker 3: was unaware of this?
- 34:47Speaker 8: No, he was aware.
- 34:49Speaker 10: When we relinquish custody of that child, we have every
- 34:57Speaker 10: confidence that we can that that adult will take care
- 34:59Speaker 10: of that child.
- 35:00Speaker 9: I remember a case manager who came and said, hey,
- 35:04Speaker 9: how's the government in El Salvador? I have a 13
- 35:07Speaker 9: year old whose mom is saying that she's being persecuted
- 35:11Speaker 9: in her country. And she's from El Salvador. And I said, well,
- 35:15Speaker 9: I could only imagine why if she was involved with
- 35:18Speaker 9: the gangs out there, then maybe that's why. But she's
- 35:21Speaker 9: asking what's taking so long with her fingerprints getting released
- 35:26Speaker 9: so that we can send the child to her.
- 35:29Speaker 8: And that kind of sounded a little shady.
- 35:31Speaker 9: And so I remember taking that case to the two
- 35:34Speaker 9: federal employees that were working there. Within a day or two,
- 35:37Speaker 9: we get the email back that says that this sponsor
- 35:41Speaker 9: was wanted by the Interpol. The mom eventually started threatening
- 35:46Speaker 9: this case manager.
- 35:47Speaker 8: They had to change.
- 35:48Speaker 9: The case manager's hours because now she was also being followed.
- 35:52Speaker 9: The lady that was doing more research and trying to
- 35:55Speaker 9: find out what was going on, who was also a
- 35:57Speaker 9: federal employee, got escorted out of the facility. Mind you,
- 36:01Speaker 9: she's working for the government. She's trying to protect these
- 36:04Speaker 9: children and she got fired.
- 36:07Speaker 3: That was the culture at the Pomona Fairplex where if
- 36:10Speaker 3: you do some diligence and find out if The sponsor
- 36:13Speaker 3: is who they say they are. If they're at a
- 36:15Speaker 3: minimum not a wanted criminal.
- 36:17Speaker 8: You will be terminated. They do know of another person.
- 36:21Speaker 11: If Henry Ford had seen this in his class, he
- 36:24Speaker 11: would have never become famous and rich. This is not
- 36:28Speaker 11: the way you do an assembly line.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Did you feel like the workers at Pomona were doing
- 36:45Speaker 3: a sufficient job to check the person that you were
- 36:49Speaker 3: going to in.
- 36:49Speaker 10: The United States?
- 36:50Speaker 11: If they had done a good job, we wouldn't have
- 36:54Speaker 11: gone through all this.
- 37:04Speaker 3: At what point did you realize that you were actually
- 37:06Speaker 3: being trafficked?
- 37:08Speaker 11: I realized it after 15 days. She told me, I'm
- 37:11Speaker 11: only going to pay the rent for 15 days. And
- 37:13Speaker 11: after those 15 days, you're going to pay your own rent.
- 37:16Speaker 11: So I said, where am I going to get that money?
- 37:20Speaker 11: And she told me, you have to work. that if
- 37:35Speaker 11: we were going to leave her, she threatened to call
- 37:38Speaker 11: the police, to deport us. They threatened to do something
- 37:44Speaker 11: with my family in Guatemala. And all the papers they
- 37:49Speaker 11: gave me there, He didn't even give it to me.
- 37:54Speaker 11: There are numbers there that we could call if there
- 37:57Speaker 11: was traffic, if they were doing something to you. There
- 38:02Speaker 11: were numbers on those papers. She kept it. I had
- 38:05Speaker 11: it saved. Javier Becerra, that we went through several traumas, pain, sadness.
- 38:11Speaker 8: How could you do this?
- 38:23Speaker 2: So what that young man was saying in Spanish was
- 38:26Speaker 2: that he was trafficked. He was given to a trafficker
- 38:29Speaker 2: who was supposed to be a sponsor. He was there
- 38:32Speaker 2: and it was coming on 15 days. And the woman
- 38:35Speaker 2: who was trafficking him said, now that you're here for
- 38:39Speaker 2: 15 days after this, you have to work. You can't
- 38:42Speaker 2: live here rent free anymore. And he was like, well,
- 38:44Speaker 2: how do you want me to pay to live here?
- 38:46Speaker 2: I don't have anything. I just came here from Guatemala.
- 38:49Speaker 2: And she's like, well, you have to work. And so
- 38:51Speaker 2: they put him through this abusive labor camp and they
- 38:54Speaker 2: put him to work. And they said if he didn't
- 38:57Speaker 2: work that they would hurt his family in Guatemala. She
- 38:59Speaker 2: took all of his papers that he expected to be
- 39:03Speaker 2: put through the United States government to attempt to get,
- 39:05Speaker 2: you know, working papers or green card or whatever. And
- 39:10Speaker 2: she took them and stored them away and said, if
- 39:12Speaker 2: you try to leave or you try to tell anyone
- 39:13Speaker 2: what's going on, we'll call the police and we'll have
- 39:15Speaker 2: you deported back to Guatemala. And in the process, while
- 39:17Speaker 2: that's all happening, we'll hurt your family. So it's like,
- 39:21Speaker 2: Oh my God. And they asked him, like, do you
- 39:23Speaker 2: think that, you know, the United States government did a
- 39:25Speaker 2: good job of vetting the people that you went to?
- 39:27Speaker 2: And he was like, no, he said if they had
- 39:29Speaker 2: done a good job, I wouldn't have ever been sent there.
- 39:32Speaker 2: It was horrible. I don't know how he ended up
- 39:36Speaker 2: where he did or how he got out. God bless
- 39:38Speaker 2: him that he did. But he's a kid. You know,
- 39:40Speaker 2: he's like a teenager. This is not what he should
- 39:43Speaker 2: be going through. This is not where he should be.
- 39:45Speaker 2: And Lord knows how they got him on the road
- 39:47Speaker 2: to America from Guatemala and what this kid has seen
- 39:50Speaker 2: and been through. I really can't imagine. And the woman
- 39:53Speaker 2: who's blowing the whistle on all this is like, yeah,
- 39:56Speaker 2: Becerra knew. Becerra was like, the assembly line's not fast enough.
- 40:00Speaker 2: You hear him on the tape saying it. This man
- 40:03Speaker 2: cannot be governor of California. Steve Hilton is the only
- 40:06Speaker 2: way to protect these kids and to take care of them.
- 40:10Speaker 2: And I think if we do not do something now,
- 40:14Speaker 2: I think it's going to get a lot worse because
- 40:16Speaker 2: if Democrats take over the House and Democrats take over
- 40:19Speaker 2: the Senate, you can bet three things will happen. They
- 40:23Speaker 2: will allow more illegal aliens in that have no intention
- 40:28Speaker 2: of assimilating. They will traffic more children and they will
- 40:33Speaker 2: completely dismantle the government as we know it to allow
- 40:37Speaker 2: for a socialist takeover because that's what they want. For them,
- 40:42Speaker 2: it's not about anything more than power and money. It's
- 40:45Speaker 2: a really sick, disgusting thing, which harkens back to the
- 40:48Speaker 2: spiritual warfare comment. Sounds crazy, right? People say you sound like, oh,
- 40:52Speaker 2: you sound like a right-wing nut. But when you play
- 40:55Speaker 2: the tapes and you talk to the people that are
- 40:57Speaker 2: working on the inside, is it really such a conspiracy
- 41:00Speaker 2: or is it just you're too uncomfortable to talk about it?
- 41:02Speaker 2: I think those are the big questions. I hope you
- 41:05Speaker 2: guys are headed into a safe weekend. It is Friday
- 41:07Speaker 2: and just be safe out there. say a prayer for
- 41:11Speaker 2: these kids and we'll see you guys on Monday. I
