Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is May 25th, and today's calendar challenge is Have Fun. Happy Memorial Day to you all. I hope that wherever you are right now, while you are listening, you are open to the ways that this day can bring you fun, rest, reflection, whatever it is, however it looks and feels for you. Have fun. Joy grows through fun. It brings us into the moment. It activates playfulness. It relieves our stress and it reconnects us to ourselves. Fun isn't something that we have to earn. It's not something that we should have to work for. It is our right to enjoy our lives. Fun and joy go hand in hand. Joy isn't something we always have to search for. Sometimes it's simply what we feel when we allow ourselves to have fun. And fun is what we feel when we allow ourselves to recognize the joy. All of the joy that has been, all of the joy that is, and all of the joy that will be. Remember, just enough is always more than enough, Saran says.
