- 0:03SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: My name is Elise Basil, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: I know you're gonna love today's guest.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: So today we have Andy Eaton with us, who is the founder and creator of the brand Wee Wee, which is a lifestyle brand.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: And she also has a podcast called Your Woo-woo Best Friend, which you guys have to check out.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: I actually am on the latest episode of it.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: So you definitely have to check that out.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: And she really is an amazing person for marrying the practical and the spiritual.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: And you're gonna love hearing about her journey.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: It's very inspirational.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: And she is a master at manifestation, and that's a lot of the work that she does with her clients, and the classes she teaches are about manifestation, which you know we love over here at Reclaiming Consciousness and Elise Breathes.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: So you guys are really gonna love this episode.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: I'm really excited to hear what you think.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: And uh just a couple quick announcements.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: So the metamorphosis method, my certification program for the new paradigm, is in early bird pricing.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: And it will be for the next, I think, 10 days.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: I can't remember the exact date that it's done, but at least for the next week, we are in early bird pricing.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: And this program will never be this price again, you guys, because what you get is completely insane for this price.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: It's a nine month-long program where I'm gonna be teaching you how to do what I do.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: And I have created a system that works to rapidly and efficiently move through trauma, which is a non-negotiable if you really want to change your life.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: But not only that, it's a non-negotiable if we really want to change the world, which is why I feel so incredibly passionately about this work.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna be certifying you in how to facilitate breath work with your clients, how to channel energy work for your clients, how to use my proven tools from the metamorphosis to rapidly move through familial and ancestral trauma.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: And also you will become embodied in being trauma informed by mastering my trauma framework.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: So this is a life-changing program for those that feel called, because not only will it accelerate your own growth, but it will add a completely new dimension of what you're doing with your clients if you already work with clients.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: And if you don't, if you are wanting to start a business and you're not sure exactly what you're gonna offer, this is for you too, if you feel the call.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: Because so many people have told me this was kind of like the missing piece for them that they never knew they needed.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: So this is gonna be an incredibly powerful experience, and I'm so excited about it.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: So you can check it out on the website at elisebreeds.com or message me if you want to chat about if this is a fit for you and to apply.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And then also we have a few spots still left for the Manifestation Magic retreat, August 25th to 28th in the Catskill Mountains.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Another life-changing experience where we're gonna be creating a portal to manifestation to completely change your reality and step into a new version of yourself.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: It's a four-day retreat where you will receive a one-on-one session with me, two group breath work and energy work activation sessions, a sound healing session with Andrea Donnelly, a movement class with Dahlia Brown, plus hiking, a bonfire, all the food is included.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: There's a spa.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's just gonna be paradise and you're gonna leave a different person.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: So if you want to grab one of those last few spots, reach out to me, or you can also sign up on my website at elisebreeds.com.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: So without further ado, enjoy the episode.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.

- 4:47SPEAKER_01: So today we have Andy Eaton with us, and she is the editor-in-chief and founder of We, a platform dedicated to the modern mystic, interested in astrology, ritual practices, cosmic living, and new school approaches to wellness, right up our alley.

- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Her method incorporates yogic technology, the psychology of manifestation, cosmic alignment, and the science of human energy.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And Andy offers online courses and a membership program and workshops and is presently writing book number three.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the show, Andy.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: When you like say it all at one time, I'm like, damn, I'm busy.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: It's like, wow, is that me?
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh, thank you.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: Thank you for saying all the things about me that are like the best thing.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: So I know, right?
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: It feels so good.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: So yeah, let's just dive right in.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, can you just give us a little background as to kind of how you got to where you are right now?
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I spent a long time in the corporate world.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: And that's not really on my bio because it's not what I'm doing today.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: But I did spend a long part of my life in the corporate realm.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Um, I worked for a global beauty brand in marketing and sales and education for over a decade.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: And I wouldn't take that back for the world.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: I learned so much about how to run a business, about sales strategies, marketing strategies, how to understand a PL.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: And while going through that experience, I was like many women who work in corporate environments.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: I was oftentimes the only woman in the room.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: I was oftentimes overworked and burnt out.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: And so I started really looking for a couple of things.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: I started looking for a community, specifically communities of women who were like me.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And I started looking for healing modalities that could help me to move through overwhelm and burnout and stay well while I was in the experience that I was in.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And so that really led me to the work that I do today.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And I left my corporate experience in 2014.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: I did not know what I was going to do next.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: I knew well enough to know that I needed to save some money and prepare for some time to really reflect on what I wanted to do next so that I didn't jump right back into that same exact experience all over again.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: And it was a great experience, but I was ready to move on to something, something new and something that was uniquely my own.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: And so the work that I do now has really evolved from 2014 and until today.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: And I was always a kid that was quite witchy.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: I was very much commuting in nature.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: I was having rock divination sessions without knowing what those were when I was like six years old in the backyard.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: And like so many of us do, I really lost a lot of that through my time in college and my the beginning of my of my career days because it's you just kind of forget those natural gifts and things that you love so much that make you who you are as a unique individual.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And so when I began the work that I'm doing today, I really wanted to reclaim much of that that I had had really suppressed for so long.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: So that's a little bit about my background and all the things that I'm doing today really, really flowed from that big leap I made when I left my corporate job.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: So you left corporate.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: What was your idea of what you were gonna do?
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: Like how did that all kind of like unfold?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Well, I definitely was not like, oh, I'm going to build an alternative wellness platform with mystical modalities and we're gonna do retreats.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: And I wish I had been thinking that, you know, that grandly, but I was not at all.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: What I did first is I actually moved from where I was living.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: I moved across the ocean and I lived in Spain for about six months.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: I had a really fortunate experience of having a friend who had a family home that he was like, why don't you go stay in our family home?
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: Nobody's gonna be using it, because I was leaving my job.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: I wasn't intending to have a lot of money coming in.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: So I needed to be living on a budget.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: So I moved and when I arrived to this little town, I was I knew nothing about, but my friend had his parents had a house there.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: I arrived and it was literally basically sitting in the shadow of the largest Buddhist temple in the West.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And I was like, oh, hello, like clearly you have a message for me.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Like you're my neighbor.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: So I definitely at that point in my life was not thinking about pursuing any of these things that I'm so interested in now as a next career move.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: But I really found my way into meditation.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: I was studying astrology and I was doing all of that for myself.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: And what I thought I was going to do next was work in more of a creative direction sort of role.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: One of the things I had been doing towards the end of my corporate career is I had started with a couple of other folks.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Uh, I was living in New Orleans.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: We had started a fashion incubator program for young designers.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: And I was doing a lot of the creative direction work for the events, the shows, all the things that we were working with these designers on.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: And I loved that.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: I just loved the creative expression.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: So in my mind, I was, it was like, okay, I'm gonna maybe do some styling work.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna consult on creative components of businesses, specifically in the beauty world, because that's what I had just come out of.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: So I was really thinking of that being my next step.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: I had also opened, I was doing a lot of little collaborative projects in New Orleans.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: I'd opened a small boutique space in partnership with a salon.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And so there was the salon, and then I had this little boutique space that I was showing all these designers that were in the incubator putting their work into the space.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: I loved it.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And then I also had this realization that like, I don't really want to work in a shop all day, every day.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: So here I am in Spain, and I'm like, well, I'm gonna meditate because I'm right here and I'm gonna spend a lot of time by the ocean and just kind of see what comes up for me.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: And I started taking on projects that were in that realm of what I thought I'd be doing.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, I also had a blog then and it was really tiny.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: I, you know, like it was one of those things where I pretty much knew who was reading.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: It was like my mom and my best friends, and like that was not it.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: So I started writing about the experience of living solo in this little tiny town, what it was like traveling as a solo traveler.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: And really quickly the blog took off.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden I was like, oh, maybe there's something business in this.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: And that's what really planted the seed or got me on the path to start We We and the blog as the first big step of that.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: So it unfolded slowly, but that was how it truly started to shift.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: I can so relate to because there was in my 20s, I definitely thought I wanted to work in fashion.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: And I worked in a boutique and I had that same experience where I'm like, okay, I don't want to work in a store.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: You know, it was just like, you know, there is good things about it, but also it's just like, no, which obviously that evolved, but I can so relate to that.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: And I love these stories about how things evolved because I feel like people have this idea that all of a sudden, like the sky's gonna part and what you're meant to do is just gonna like fall in your lap.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: And that's so not how it happens.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: No, no.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: I what I found was the sky slowly opened and tiny breadcrumbs dropped one by one, very slowly.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And I, in my meditation practice, I started to be aware of the breadcrumbs.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: And that was really how things started to really transform for me was I paid attention to breadcrumbs.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: And I don't know that I had done that before.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: And so I was writing my my little tiny blog, and I got a call at one point from a small regional publisher.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: And I'm thinking they're calling to ask me to contribute or like give a quote or something for a book.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: They'd mentioned they were working on a history of fashion sort of book, and I'm thinking that's what they're calling for, that they knew I ran this incubator program and that they wanted something.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: And so for a book that was already underway.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: And when I got on the phone with them, they're like, We see that you run this incubator for young designers in New Orleans.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Do you have an understanding of history of fashion in New Orleans?
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: I'm like, not really.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: And they're like, would you be interested in spending some time over the next year really studying it and writing a book for us?
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: And I was like, hold the phone, what?
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't write books.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: Like, what is happening?
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: So while I was in Spain, that that first part of that experience, I was writing that book.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And that was such a huge breadcrumb that had been dropped in in front of me.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: It was like, you know, I don't know that this is where I'm going next or what this is gonna look like.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I don't know if the incubator is gonna be a thing that even exists in a couple of years from now.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: But this publisher wants me to write a book about the history of fashion in New Orleans.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: I'm super interested in fashion and New Orleans.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: So sure, I'm game.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: But then while I was in Spain, I also was starting to write these solo travel journal sort of blog posts.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: And I was like, wait, what if I did a really great job with this book and then pitched an idea to a bigger publisher to write a solo travel book?
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And so that's what I did next.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: And that really changed, that changed the game for me in terms of then I had a literary agent and I was like taken seriously as a writer.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: And the blog was now coupled with the fact that I had a book and another book deal coming.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: And so had I not taken that call with that first publisher, I was never sitting around like, oh, I really want to write a book.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: But the second it came my way, I was like, oh, I need to get really open to this and see what happens here.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: I love that because I also feel like too, you never, and I say this all the time to my clients, like, you never know how something is gonna come in, and it never comes in the way you think it's gonna come in.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Ever.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: I don't I can't think of anything I've like created or manifested that came in in the way that I would have expected it to.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: Like it just doesn't happen.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: So you have to be open to those things.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: And the other thing that was kind of occurring to me too, that I think is really important to highlight is when you're kind of in that corporate nine to five world, you don't really have time to follow the breadcrumbs, you know?
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: And I think it's by design, right?
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: Can I always talk about this like the programming from society and like the way that we're kind of programmed to function in this way that kind of takes all of like the magic and flow and soulfulness out of life, where it's just like you're you're just doing this thing and there's not really any room for any surprises, you know?
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: So it's like not surprising that as soon as you took yourself out of that environment, it was like all of the stuff just started to flow to you.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: It was very much like, oh, hello, what is this?
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: What message is this?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm gonna write a book.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Okay, I don't know how to write a book.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: Is somebody gonna help me with this?
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm gonna find my way into getting the help that I need in order to do this.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And it just would not, none of that would have occurred to me in the time period in which I was really busting it to be a really great director of sales and marketing.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: So then how did that kind of evolve into like, because I love to talk about like the work that you do with different companies around like infusing the spiritual stuff and astrology and all of that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: Like, how did that kind of evolve into that?
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: And then what does that look like?
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: So the blog itself really began to take off, as I mentioned.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: And so I started to look at it as a business.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: And I wanted the blog to be more than just my story.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: I felt like a lot of the folks that were coming and reading the blog were interested in my story, but I knew that they were probably interested in the other things that I was also interested in that I was not an expert in.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: So I started to curate a group of educators and writers very slowly, one by one, I was adding additional writers to the blog.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: And as I did that, it continued to grow.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: So we had um, we had an astrology writer, we had a tarot writer.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: And a part of that was I was wanting to learn from them.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: And I knew that the people that were coming to the site would probably really enjoy what they had to say too.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: And as that happened, as I started to see it grow, I also became very much a student of everything that we were sharing on the blog.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: So I was taking astrology readers courses, I was taking human design readers courses, I was getting a yoga certification.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: And I was really interested in having some level of education personally in a really new way for me, because I had my background was I went to college for, you know, for sales and marketing, so in communications.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: And so I wanted to just have a deeper experience.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: And so one by one, I started to find that companies would come to me.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Most of the time at the beginning, it was very much uh, hey, can we do a sponsored blog post on the site or can we work with you in that sort of capacity?
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: So I had to really start to kind of change the narrative around what I could offer and what I could bring to these companies that were coming to me for those sorts of projects.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: And so I was basically saying, yes, we could absolutely do a sponsored blog post.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: But here's some of the other things that I actually have a background in in the corporate world.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: And so I know what you may need, and sometimes before you may even know that you need it.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: And if you'd be open to it, I'd like to share some ideas of ways that myself or the people who work as educators or writers for the site could bring some of this into your business.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: And it was, you know, a slow burn one by one.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: We had companies that said yes.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Usually they were like, well, we're interested in well-being and we're interested in communication strategies or creativity strategies for our teams.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: We don't know so much about the woo-woo stuff, but like if you could like angle it towards exploring creativity, or if you could angle it towards those sorts of ideas, then yeah, let's play with this.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: And so slowly I would start working a little bit more of the stuff that we were sharing on the site into the offerings that I was bringing to those companies.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: And, you know, once they would get good results and their people would say, Hey, we want to do more of this, or I'd I'd bring a little bit of meditation into a creativity training, or you know, bring a little bit of slide a little bit of manifestation, how to like incorporate a manifestation mindset into your work.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: Then those companies started coming back and saying, Hey, yeah, this is our people are into this.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: Let's do more of this.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: So, okay, there's a couple of different things I want to ask.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: First of all, my first question, because I love to know this from people.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: What would you say was your biggest challenge, like as you went down this path?
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, I definitely think, and I think this is the case for so many of us.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: I felt a lack of worth around stepping so boldly into this new world.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: I had that mindset of, you know, who am I?
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: That imposter syndrome mindset of who am I to do this?
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Like there's people that have been training to do this their whole lives.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: And here I am, someone who's like just kind of stumbling out of corporate, taking some courses, like who am I to bring this forward?
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And one of the missions that we have in our company today is that our intention is to infuse confidence and worth through everything that we do.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And that's because it was something that I needed to step into personally.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: I had been a corporate executive, yet I was really unsure if I could be the CEO of my own life and my own business.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Not because I didn't think I had the skill set, but it was more of just a, you know, who am I to think that this is available to me?
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: And when I got out of that mindset, when I was, I, you know, did a lot of work to get out of that mindset, I recognized how much that could have potentially kept me from taking.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Taking the path that I was bravely taking.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: And of course, in the moment you're doing it, you're not like, I'm so brave, like the here I go.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: It's just like I'm gonna take one foot, plant it in front of the next, and I may not feel worthy, but you know what?
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: This lifetime, this is what I'm gonna try.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: So that was probably the biggest challenge.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: It's funny.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's basically like everyone's biggest challenge.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: But I really do feel that this path of entrepreneurship and not only entrepreneurship, but just following like your soul's calling is really just a path back to your own worthiness and your own deservingness and the own trueness of who you really are.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I think everyone comes up against that.
- 22:46SPEAKER_01: And I love what you said about like if you you knew if you stayed in that mindset, then you wouldn't move forward.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: So, what were some of the ways that you were able to shift that for yourself?
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I mentioned my meditation practice, and I find people come into my community often and they're like, yeah, I sure meditation, but like I can't meditate or it doesn't work for me.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: I committed with everything I had to find a meditation style that really worked for me.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: And I found that it grounded me so much and created so much clarity for me as to what I really wanted for my life through my meditation practice.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: So I think that was the number one thing is just starting to have, you know, at the beginning it was like, let me just sit and get quiet.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Like, like, let's just start there.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: And it has been such a game changer and allowing the confidence to start to come through and to get that gumption to go for things that perhaps could be quite scary to go for.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: I think one of the other things is I really started to look at who I was surrounding myself and really started to put myself in places where I would be expanded by the people that I was surrounded by.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: And I grew up in a suburb of medium-sized town.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: It was, you know, a normal life growing up in that regard, nothing unusual, really, one way or the other.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: However, I never considered that I could be someone who like moved to Spain, definitely, or moved to New York, or like go to, I live in Los Angeles now.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: It just didn't seem available to me.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: So I started to, I noticed that in myself that those were things that growing up I never would have considered to be possible.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: And so I started to put myself in situations where the friends I was making, the colleagues that I was connecting to, or the people that I was getting to meet through business experiences were people who had done really bold things with their life and time.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: So that made a huge difference too.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: Because I started to see, like, oh, if you came from a place just like me and this is what you're doing now, why can't I?
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: That's so incredibly important to have those people in your life because if you don't, then it's just kind of flailing because it's like you're trying to create something, but everyone around you is not in the same place.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: So it's just yeah, that's so important.
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: And that kind of like leads me into my next question, which is around manifestation.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: Cause I know that that's such a huge part of the manifestation process is having those people around you.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: So I'd love to hear because I know you talk about manifestation and it's part of your work.
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: So, like, what is your take?
- 25:23SPEAKER_01: What have you discovered about it?
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: And yeah, just what's your take on it?
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: So inside of Wee We, we have an eight-step manifestation guide.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: We offer it for free.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: It's almost always how people find their way into my courses, my retreats.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: They start with that eight-step guide.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: And those eight steps, during that time when I was living in Spain, I it was, you know, it was such a short part of my life.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: It was six months, but it was so transformational.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: And I started to really take note of when things showed up for me, when things arrived into my life, whether I had asked for them or not, it was very much oftentimes that idea that the universe knows better than I even do and was delivering things that I um was so grateful for after the fact, but that I had no idea that I was even in need of to take the next step in life.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: So I started to document, okay, what does this look like?
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: What process am I moving through each time something great occurs in my life?
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: And so those eight steps, the like general gist of it, it starts with really facing those belief systems that are ingrained in us since we were little tiny kids and starting to get out of that headspace of believing that a bigger life is getting out of the space of believing that a bigger life couldn't be possible for you.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: So really moving through limiting beliefs is the beginning of it.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: Um then getting really clear on goals.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: And I often find when people come into our manifestation courses, they have a list of goals in mind, and then it changes tremendously as they start to open up and start to see a bigger possibility and a bigger future for themselves.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: But that's what we one of the things we start with.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: Then finding those expansive people, really opening up the circle of people in your life.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: We talk a lot about shifting your vibrational frequency, but I find that sometimes people will say, Oh, you got to be high vibe all the time.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: And as human beings, I mean, we know that that's not possible.
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: We can't just live in a high vibe state.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: Sounds really great to be high vibe only, but that's just not reality of the human experience.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: So one of the things that I found to be really important in the manifestation process is you've got to feel into what it is that you want to call in.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: You have to have an emotional state of being that aligns to that thing that you want to call in.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: And you can start to do that by noticing when your frequency is a lower vibrational state.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: So, like when you're feeling sad or frustrated or angry or jealous, doing some basic practices or rituals to help you to move out of frustration and into gratitude, for example, which is a much higher vibe frequency.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: So that's definitely a part of it as well.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And then starting to trust intuition, really starting to believe in what your heart has to say, what your soul has to say, or what your guides have to say if that's something you believe in.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: And then taking action.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: Taking action is something it sounds really great to be able to like sit back and watch Netflix and eat popcorn and like everything just shows up.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: And if you do that, maybe sometimes things will show up for you.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: But if you're taking action and going out and meeting the right people, or I had someone tell me recently, she said she sent me a DM on Instagram and she said, I used your guide over this last month to get a new job.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: And she said, the action that I took was I had prettied up my resume and I sent my resume out.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: And that was the action.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: It was something that's like, of course, it's a step in a job seeking process.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: And she said, I'd been wanting to change jobs for the last couple of years.
- 28:46SPEAKER_00: I had done all this work around like getting the job, but I didn't take the action to actually like apply for the jobs.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: It's like, yeah, yeah, you got to apply for the job.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: You want to go for it.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you got to go for it.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: And then staying out of your own way, not self-sabotaging, like really getting used to having great stuff show up for you, which, you know, that's something that can be a challenge for a lot of us.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Is good things start to happen and we're like, all right, when's the other shoe gonna drop?
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: Like, this can't be, this can't really be for me.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: So truly, and to wrap all that up, what I find to work with manifestation is you've got to have the emotional frequency aligned to what it is that you want to call in.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: You got to be feeling into it in a great way.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: You've got to take the inspired action and you've got to have clarity around what it is that you want.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: And if you're not super clear, that's okay too.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: You can start to see it and then allow it to unfold as it finds its way to you.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 29:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, it it feels like you covered all of it.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: So, what would you say, I guess, for the person that's like, how do I raise my frequency or how do I, you know, change my emotional frequency?
- 29:53SPEAKER_01: Because I think that can be elusive for people.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: Even, you know, I think we get it to a certain degree, but sometimes when you're like really in it, it kind of feels like hard from to go from A to B.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it can be really hard.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: And I think sometimes the practices out there, it's like, if I'm feeling really bad, am I gonna like now go sign up for a meditation class and like have to like go through that pro?
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: No, you're probably gonna like actually go sit on the couch, turn on Netflix, and just stay there and like do an Instagram scroll and then and then you're probably feeling worse afterwards.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: But it's like asking yourself to do something that would be quite out of your norm is often not the best first step.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: So there's little things that I like to recommend.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: Like we do an exercise in one of my classes, which is writing an essence statement.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: And you basically write, you take a set of words that you would like to embody and you write the statement using I am phrases.
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: So it's like, I am visionary, I am creative, I am intuitive, I am loved.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: You write that down, put it on your nightstand every night before you go to bed, you read it to yourself.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: Every morning when you wake up, you read it to yourself, or you could put it on your mirror in the bathroom, you know, whatever works for you.
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: And you start with little changes of mindset with things like that.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: Another one would be if meditation feels like it's not quite in reach for you, just giving yourself, setting a timer, three minutes, sitting down, long deep breaths, holding that mantra in your mind, that essence statement mantra in your mind.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: I am creative, I am visionary.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: Give yourself three minutes of that before you start your day.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Or if you don't have time for three minutes before you start the day, because you've got like the kids running around and you've got to like get to the first Zoom call of the day or whatever it is, when you have three minutes in the shower, on the toilet, whenever you have a second, work through that in your mind.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: So I think those that an example of something as simple as that, those little tiny changes can start to shift how we feel about ourselves and those emotions like frustration or anger, jealousy, and we can start to shift into emotions of compassion and self-love.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: Another practice that I really love, we do this in my community on every full moon.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: It's called 111 gratitude.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: And the full moon, every moon phase is a couple of days, right?
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: So you take the couple of day time period around the full moon and you write down 111 things that you're grateful for.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: So you've got like, you know, over the course of three days, you're writing, you're journaling on gratitude every day for a couple of days until you fill that list with 111 things.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: And I find the first time people do it, they can get to like 20 things they're grateful for.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: And then they're like, I think that's it.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: I think that's all we've got.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: So really pushing yourself to recognize that even the challenges in your life, the lessons that you've experienced, you know, the there's gratitude in all of that too.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we forget that there are things that we've learned in the human experience that were not great in the moment, but there's a gratitude on the other side of that.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: So I find that practice to be really nice too, because it helps to shift us out of that lower vibrational feeling.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: I I think that's those, well, those are all great.
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: Thank you for sharing that.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: And I really do what's occurring to me, and what you know, I kind of think about a lot is what you're sharing are all like really potent and easy ways for you to change your own energy, right?
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: And I think that's something that we don't realize that we can do.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: And we kind of like go through life at the mercy of what I call, you know, being hit by the tidal wave and then just like not knowing how to get yourself back up.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: And this whole process of learning how to manifest is really just about coming back to like energetic alignment with your own, with yourself and also learning that you have agency over how you feel and your own energy, right?
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: So all of the things you're describing are like really great techniques to just take your power back and change your own energy so that you can actually start to be in alignment with what you want.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: And the other thing, too, because I help people move through trauma, right?
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: And one of the things that I always find is so helpful and important is kind of what you're describing when you're talking about these I am statements or these ways of kind of shifting your perspective on yourself.
- 34:33SPEAKER_01: And that is so important to do, especially as we're moving through clearing deeper levels of trauma or changing these old belief systems or like facing our shadows and really acknowledging these deeper things.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, but in order to really move through it, we kind of have to see what the light is at the end of the tunnel, which is like what we're stepping into.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: So those phrases of like, what is the energy you want to step into?
- 35:00SPEAKER_01: What are you creating is like so important to do because if you don't, then you're like, well, where am I going?
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's so true.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: And it's not that I think that saying positive affirmations over and over again are going to bring all the things that you want into your life into focus.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: It's it's not that easy.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: But there are first steps you can take to begin to find a new way of honestly, it's how you treat yourself, a new way of treating yourself with compassion and empathy and care.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: And often I find that the care, the empathy, the compassion, the love that we give to others, we so freely don't even kind of give back to ourselves.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: And so those little things like the I am statements or the gratitude journaling, those little things, sitting and giving yourself a few moments of long deep breaths before you, you know, spend eight hours working for somebody else or, you know, chasing your kids around or whatever it might be, giving yourself that stuff is a wonderful way to begin to shift your mindset.
- 36:05SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: And also, you know, I always tell people that you treat yourself the way your parents treated you.
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:13SPEAKER_01: That kind of like rings a bell for people because they're like, oh shit.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, you know.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: So um, and all of these things are ways to really start, like you said, to shift your relationship with yourself, which then creates a different frequency within you, right?
- 36:30SPEAKER_01: Completely different frequencies so that you are actually in alignment for what you're calling in.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: So um, what would you say are maybe some of the most common, like limiting beliefs or blocks that people have?
- 36:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Well, we talked about the worthiness one, and I find that's almost always number one is that I'm not worthy, is almost always number one.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm not capable or I'm not smart enough.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: I'm not good enough.
- 36:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm not good enough.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not good enough is a huge one for sure.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: I think outside of those two, really, I'm not worthy and I'm not good enough.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: There's other things that sometimes are a reflection of your life experience, you know, something perhaps that you went through as a kid or as a young adult that implants something in your mind, giving you a view of yourself that is completely different from what everyone else sees of you.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: There's a woman in one of my programs, she's come through, she's been in almost all of my programs.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: She's been in my mastermind, she's been in one of my retreats, she's been in my manifestation courses.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: And hers was that she needed saving.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: And, you know, that was a huge one for her.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: So she's like spent the majority of her adult life waiting to be saved in business and in relationships.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: And when we first started to uncover that, it was just something that she from childhood had been told that she needed to be quiet.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: She it was part of her religious experience that she needed to stay small.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: And if she did that, then she would be saved.
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: And so that's how she showed up in everything that she did, waiting for someone else to pull her out of the depths.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: And along the way, she was having really great successes in life.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: But then she'd like kind of shrink again.
- 38:15SPEAKER_00: So I see that one sometimes in women.
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:18SPEAKER_00: Being small or shrinking yourself, um, not wanting to shine too bright or overpower people around you, thinking that ultimately that that's a negative thing versus that when you shine your light, then impacts everybody around you.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: Like not having an awareness of that is definitely something I see too.
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I totally agree with you.
- 38:38SPEAKER_01: I see that too.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: And also the other one, too, is I feel like people just feel like a general lack of safety.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Like they just don't feel safe like in their body or just in general, like kind of always in fight or flight, like bracing for like the next bad thing to happen.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I always joke that everything you've been taught is actually the opposite.
- 39:01SPEAKER_01: Cause it's like you think what like you get this programming that you're not worthy, you're not good enough, you aren't capable, right?
- 39:10SPEAKER_01: And it's like all actually the complete opposite.
- 39:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: It's oh, it's so real.
- 39:16SPEAKER_00: It's so real.
- 39:16SPEAKER_00: And everybody has, you know, when you start to realize everybody's got a story that they're like spinning through their mind, you know, everybody's running some sort of racket on themselves.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: And when you start to get into a place of like being able to break out of that and notice it about yourself and notice it about, you know, the people that you spend the most time with, it's really incredibly freeing, but it's really hard to do.
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: It's really hard to do.
- 39:41SPEAKER_01: And I find that it's just a process of deeper and deeper awareness, you know, and noticing it and then shifting it.
- 39:49SPEAKER_01: And like I always tell people it's like not gonna happen overnight.
- 39:52SPEAKER_01: You just gradually become more and more aware and you gradually are able to shift it more and more.
- 39:58SPEAKER_01: And what I love too is like making a joke about it too.
- 40:02SPEAKER_01: I have a joke in my one program, The Metamorphosis, like, oh, it's your mom, you know, because like we have that mother wound so strong.
- 40:09SPEAKER_01: So I like to make light of it because I think people can get really bogged down by it.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: And when you can recognize that, you know, everything in your story was very real for you in the moment that it was going on, but that you have the power to decide how much energy you're going to continue to give to that story or to give to that experience.
- 40:33SPEAKER_00: And I was in a program one time many, many years ago, and like one of the mottos, when I shared this with anybody else around me, they were like, that sounds terrible.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: But one of the mottos was everything is empty and meaningless.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: It is truly.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: Everything is empty and meaningless until we apply meaning to it.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't mean that things aren't inherently good or bad or that there's not inherently light or dark to situations.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: However, when we can look at something and take meaning out of it and then redefine how we're gonna move forward with that experience, we take a lot of our power back.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: We take control of our life back.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: And that was really profound for me.
- 41:12SPEAKER_00: That learning of, okay, it's all empty and meaningless.
- 41:15SPEAKER_00: So I can now choose what I'm gonna do.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because also it's kind of like the thing, I think it's been proven in quantum physics that like nothing actually exists without someone observing it.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:27SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 41:27SPEAKER_01: So like there's actually no reality outside of your perception of reality, which is kind of the same thing.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: So it's like you're giving meaning to everything that you're seeing, like you're deciding whether it's good or bad, wrong or right, whether it's hurtful or not hurtful, whatever it is.
- 41:47SPEAKER_01: Like you're deciding that.
- 41:49SPEAKER_01: And that is really a scary thing to come to, but also the most liberating thing in the entire world.
- 41:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: I walked out of that.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: It was like one of these like four-day intensives where we were there from like 8 a.m.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: till midnight every night.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: And all my friends were like, What are you doing over there?
- 42:06SPEAKER_00: This is so weird.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: But I walked out of that experience and was like, I got it.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: I'm so clear on how I'm going to take control of how things show up for me in house, how I'm impacted by the world around me and or how I'm not impacted by the world around me.
- 42:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 42:24SPEAKER_01: So I want to switch gears a little bit because I want to well, I want to talk some about your programs too.
- 42:29SPEAKER_01: But I also just want to ask you, too, the way that you incorporate astrology into your work.
- 42:36SPEAKER_01: Cause I'm like obsessed with astrology and fascinated by it.
- 42:39SPEAKER_01: And I love to hear your take and how you incorporate that and anything else you want to share about it.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: So from my perspective, astrology gives us a really good opportunity to have good check-ins around steps we're taking, ideas we're having.
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: I am not someone who thinks that astrology predicts your future or that, you know, what based on what your chart says or what the planetary positions are, that your life is going to be dictated by that.
- 43:09SPEAKER_00: In my programs and in my practice, there's particular things within the chart that I I love to explore.
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: So for example, we do a lot of work with North Node astrology.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: The North Node, you could describe it as your North Star.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: It's what your purpose and calling is in this particular lifetime.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: And on the opposite pole of that is the South Node.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: And the South Node is your comfort zone.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: And many astrologers say it's the story of your most recent or recent past lives.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: And so you're traveling on this landscape of moving from the South Node towards the North Node throughout this lifetime that you're living.
- 43:49SPEAKER_00: And so I love working with North Node astrology to help you to hone in on what your highest purpose is in this particular lifetime.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: And so for those that are really unfamiliar with astrology, your north node, just like when someone asks you, hey, what's your sign?
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: Typically you're answering what your sun sign is.
- 44:09SPEAKER_00: So for me, my sun sign is Leo.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: And so for North Node astrology, you have a sign.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: That north node is in that particular sign as well.
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: So, or in a particular sign, not the same as your sun sign necessarily.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: It's an A sign on your chart.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: And so that's one way I like to use astrology.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 44:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, I love all astrology.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: And I know my north node is in cancer.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: Um I love that.
- 44:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but I'm also interested too in looking at like the current north node and south node that we're going through right now, which I find to be incredibly fascinating because we have like the South Node and Scorpio, North Node and Taurus, which is also like fascinating current event energies for sure.
- 44:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, there's so much interesting stuff with current event energies, which is another way I like to use astrology.
- 44:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, in the US right now, we're going through this Pluto return, which is the only time any of us will ever experience it because of the speed that Pluto moves through the sky.
- 45:07SPEAKER_00: It's only going to happen once in our lifetime.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: And what that basically means, a return is when that planet is back into the same place it was at the beginning of your birth, or in this case for the US Pluto return, it's at the same place it was when the country's Declaration of Independence was signed.
- 45:26SPEAKER_00: So Pluto's kind of a heavy planet.
- 45:28SPEAKER_00: So there's a lot of stuff that's going to be unearthed through this process.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: So that's some really cool ways you can use astrology too.
- 45:35SPEAKER_00: When I was first starting to study astrology, it was when I was working in the corporate environment and I came across this, I don't even remember what it was.
- 45:44SPEAKER_00: It was it was like an article somewhere.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: And it was like JP Morgan Chase, the banker, was completely committed to astrology and made all of his stock market picks based on the astrological chart of like the companies that he was buying.
- 45:59SPEAKER_00: It was really interesting.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: And I was like, hmm, that's cool.
- 46:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, not surprising though, because I know that they don't advertise it, but all like the really wealthy they're all astrology people.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, totally.
- 46:13SPEAKER_01: Like they try to act like for us it's like crazy, but then they're using it just like they use psychics and remote viewers and all of that.
- 46:21SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: Like they're like, oh, that's that's not real, but we're just I've got my first number here.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, there's so many cool ways you can use it.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: But if someone's like, all right, let me try if you know how could I start?
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: I think that that north node piece that I talked about, that's a really good place to start, especially if you're working on, okay, what's my highest purpose?
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: What's what's my life path?
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: What do I want to be up to next?
- 46:43SPEAKER_01: I totally agree with you.
- 46:44SPEAKER_01: I started looking at my north node more when I first started my business.
- 46:49SPEAKER_01: And it was really helpful for me just to like have that understanding and awareness of like where I was coming from and where I was going and how it really all made sense too, like based on what I do and like all of that.
- 47:03SPEAKER_01: So I love that.
- 47:04SPEAKER_01: I love studying the North Note.
- 47:06SPEAKER_01: I think that's really, really helpful.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: There's all sorts of other fun things you can do, whether it's your business or your home, looking at your Venus placement is really fun for like if you're doing a rebrand in your business.
- 47:17SPEAKER_00: Venus will tell you a lot about how you are aesthetically and the beauty of your world.
- 47:23SPEAKER_00: And so that's really fun if you're considering a rebrand in your business or redecorating your home.
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: You can go look at your Venus placement.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: If you've got like a big presentation coming up, looking at your Mercury and your Mars transits, those are planets of communication and action.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: So looking at those sorts of things are really cool too.
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: So you don't necessarily have to be an expert at all to go and say, okay, I've got a big presentation coming up.
- 47:48SPEAKER_00: So let me go take a quick look at my chart and see what's going on with those particular planets.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: Or I'm about to redecorate my house.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: Let me go see what's going on in with the planet Venus in my chart.
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: Those are some fun ways you could use it too.
- 48:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 48:02SPEAKER_01: I know I have my Venus is in Capricorn, like in my natal chart.
- 48:06SPEAKER_01: And then I went through this whole like transition in my relationship with my husband, and it's all working out, but we had like a crazy time over this past year, like end of 2021.
- 48:18SPEAKER_01: And one of my friends was an astrologer.
- 48:20SPEAKER_01: She's like, you know, you're having this transit, like in your like, hello.
- 48:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm like, oh.
- 48:28SPEAKER_01: And then it was like Venus was in Capricorn.
- 48:32SPEAKER_01: And then I was having this transit.
- 48:34SPEAKER_01: I forget exactly how she explained it, but it was like it made so much sense, like as to why we went through this huge upheaval.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: Like we separated and then we got back together, and like it was like a whole thing.
- 48:46SPEAKER_01: So even if you don't know what's happening, and then you like look at it, it'll always, I feel like, reflect exactly what's going on in your life.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think so too.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: That's why I like to use it for more of the like, okay, it's affirming a direction you're already going versus like, all right, let me predict what's gonna happen next.
- 49:05SPEAKER_00: It's you know, you could try it that way.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: And certainly JP Morgan Chase with his stock market picks was doing that.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: So if that's the way you want to use it, go for it for sure.
- 49:14SPEAKER_00: It worked for him.
- 49:14SPEAKER_00: Um, but I think for most of us and like our day-to-day, just letting those planetary placements affirm something that we already intuitively are guided towards is a really nice way to use it.
- 49:25SPEAKER_01: I totally agree.
- 49:26SPEAKER_01: I always joke that like listening to like the current astrology is like my news.
- 49:31SPEAKER_01: That's where I get my news from.
- 49:33SPEAKER_01: Because it's kind of like the energetic weather report, you know.
- 49:37SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, these are the energies at play.
- 49:40SPEAKER_01: And then you make your own, like you draw your own connections as far as like what's going on in your life and these energies and how it's kind of all working together, you know.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, completely.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: I absolutely align with that approach for sure.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: So I love to go into can you tell us a little bit about what programs you're offering, like how people can work with you and what is available.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: So at Wee Wee, we have our blog and then we have a studio which is called We We Studio, O-U-I-W E Studio.
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: And the studio is a place for personal empowerment, manifestation.
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: There's some professional development experiences in there too.
- 50:22SPEAKER_00: It's all courses and retreats.
- 50:24SPEAKER_00: So inside the studio, we have our manifestation courses.
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: Every month we have a course called Rituals of Manifestation.
- 50:32SPEAKER_00: And we teach five practices inside that course and we change them up every month.
- 50:37SPEAKER_00: We have people that have been coming to this course and renewing it like a spiritual gym membership every single month for like the last, we started it two years ago.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: So we've had people that have been in almost that long.
- 50:49SPEAKER_00: But in it, we teach meditation, breath work, and we do some movement.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: There's a daily journal prompt, and then there's special rituals for the week.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, like the full moon, we create a moon altar together and it's very self-guided though.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: So you get your directives and then you go and you implement your particular rituals that you feel called to try out for that month.
- 51:11SPEAKER_00: And that course runs every single month.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: We started again on the new moon every single month, and it's a really special community that comes into that course.
- 51:19SPEAKER_00: I find that course is really great for accountability.
- 51:22SPEAKER_00: Most of the people that come, the reason they're coming back month over month is they want accountability to their meditation practice or they want accountability to their journaling practice.
- 51:31SPEAKER_00: And so they continue to sign up for the course and we keep the price point low so people can come back month over month.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: And that's really what they're coming for.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: And then we have a course called Manifestation Blueprint, and we run this course several times a year.
- 51:46SPEAKER_00: We do a live version of it at the beginning of the year.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: So the people that come to that live version are coming to create their manifestation plan for the year ahead.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: So they're mapping out month by month by month everything that they want to call in and create for themselves for the month ahead.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: And then we run an on-demand version several times throughout the year.
- 52:07SPEAKER_00: So we do it at the spring equinox, the summer solstice, and then the fall equinox.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: And some of the same students come back through and they just kind of rewrite their plans.
- 52:16SPEAKER_00: And then others are like just wanting to start fresh in the spring and they come in and they no matter when you come, you're building out a 12-month plan ahead.
- 52:24SPEAKER_00: So, and that one is really it's like one part mystical mindset and one part practical strategy.
- 52:30SPEAKER_00: We do a lot of yeah, we do a lot of like breaking out of those limiting beliefs, breaking into new ways of thinking at the beginning.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: So the first couple of sessions are like really working on that.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: And then we really just spend the time to like create the vision boards for the season ahead.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: We work on outlining what it is that you want to call in in your relationships and your finances and your spiritual life and your wellness.
- 52:52SPEAKER_00: So we we really map it all out.
- 52:54SPEAKER_00: And that course happens, yeah, four times a year.
- 52:56SPEAKER_00: So that's um that's awesome.
- 52:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a really fun one.
- 53:00SPEAKER_00: And it's four sessions.
- 53:02SPEAKER_00: So, you know, it's like you kind of get in and like get the work done, get committed and get it done in a fairly short amount of time.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: And then we have retreats that run are kind of depending on the season.
- 53:12SPEAKER_00: We're finally kind of getting back to being able to host our retreats and travel together again.
- 53:17SPEAKER_00: So all that stuff is uh is over on WeWe Studio.
- 53:21SPEAKER_01: Well, where's your next retreat?
- 53:22SPEAKER_00: We have one coming up in New Orleans, and then we have yeah, which so that is where I spent a lot of time in my adult life.
- 53:30SPEAKER_00: So taking folks back to my old stomping grounds.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: And then we have one in Bali in the spring of 2023, which is actually already selling really well.
- 53:40SPEAKER_00: As soon as we put that one up on the site, we immediately had, I think like six, there's 12 spots total.
- 53:48SPEAKER_00: And I think we had six spots taken like right away.
- 53:50SPEAKER_01: People that were like ready to go to Bali.
- 53:53SPEAKER_00: So that retreat was scheduled to happen in 2020.
- 53:56SPEAKER_00: And so now we're finally, we're finally able to do it.
- 53:59SPEAKER_00: So those are the two that we've got coming up next on the calendar.
- 54:02SPEAKER_01: Oh wow, that's so exciting! Yeah, that's awesome.
- 54:05SPEAKER_01: Well, I love all of that stuff, and it sounds like it's really like a comprehensive way of really learning to manifest, which is yeah, so helpful for people.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 54:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 54:18SPEAKER_00: I find that that blend of practical strategy and mindset is it's so powerful.
- 54:25SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like you have to have both, right?
- 54:28SPEAKER_01: Because you have to have the practical ways of like implementing stuff, but then you have to use the other stuff to like really have the embodiment of it.
- 54:36SPEAKER_01: So yeah, you have to have both.
- 54:40SPEAKER_01: So where can everyone find you?
- 54:42SPEAKER_01: Because I'm guessing they're gonna want to connect with you after this.
- 54:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 54:46SPEAKER_00: So the blog is wewe girl.com, all my social is that as well.
- 54:51SPEAKER_00: Our studio is WeWe Studio, and then the podcast is your woo-woo best friend, and it's on all the podcast platforms.
- 54:59SPEAKER_00: You'll be on it coming up as well.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm excited.
- 55:03SPEAKER_00: Um, so that those are all the ways you can find me and um connect into what we're doing.
- 55:08SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 55:09SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 55:10SPEAKER_01: And then for our final question for you what is a non-negotiable when it comes to fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 55:18SPEAKER_00: The thing that comes up for me, the non-negotiable, is living with integrity, being true to myself and being true to those that I love and that I spend my time with.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: And sometimes that means that things are not exactly the way that you might want them to be, or you have to share something that is your truth that can be challenging.
- 55:39SPEAKER_00: But when we live in integrity and when we're really holding that as a high value, I find for myself that that is the way.
- 55:47SPEAKER_01: I completely agree with you.
- 55:48SPEAKER_01: And then I feel like once you start kind of living in that way, it's hard not to anymore.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: You know, it just feels really bad.
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's so true.
- 55:58SPEAKER_00: It's so true.
- 55:58SPEAKER_00: And it helps with boundaries, it helps with you start to really learn, okay, what am I gonna say yes to?
- 56:04SPEAKER_00: And what is like a hard no for me that I maybe used to would have said yes to.
- 56:08SPEAKER_00: All of that stuff starts to come up.
- 56:10SPEAKER_00: And I find that to be in your truth in that way is so good for you.
- 56:14SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 56:15SPEAKER_01: And that's really how you become a powerful manifestor as well.
- 56:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 56:20SPEAKER_01: Hell yeah.
- 56:21SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 56:22SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for being here.
- 56:24SPEAKER_01: This was amazing.
- 56:25SPEAKER_01: I know everyone's gonna love it, and uh, we will talk to you soon.
- 56:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, my pleasure.
- 56:30SPEAKER_00: Thanks for having me.
- 56:33SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
