- 1:11Speaker 3: Who was our second president, John Adams? What famous fairy
- 1:16Speaker 3: tale character leaves her glass slipper at the Royal ball Cinderella?
- 1:22Speaker 3: Francis Scott Key is famous for writing what song.
- 1:27Speaker 2: They Ooh? I wanted to say national anthem, but I

- 2:27Speaker 3: I didn't say job, I didn't say hex with an access.
- 2:31Speaker 1: He shut down?
- 2:38Speaker 2: So well, come on, Rich.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Get it right. Oh my gosh, I was like, we're
- 2:43Speaker 3: gonna a winner.
- 2:44Speaker 1: No, do we have a special sound effect you had made?
- 2:47Speaker 1: For sure?
- 2:47Speaker 3: It sure was like there was a lot of banky
- 2:49Speaker 3: type questions in there.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, I'm kind of lucky on that, I guess.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Thanks for listening. Nice job. Hold on the line, Kyle.
- 2:57Speaker 1: What what are three things we need to know?
- 2:59Speaker 4: Me is basically rolling out paid versions of Facebook, Instagram,
- 3:03Speaker 4: and WhatsApp. So their new subscription plans are going to
- 3:06Speaker 4: start around three dollars a month, and these new paid
- 3:09Speaker 4: versions are coming with extra features like analytics, customized tools,
- 3:13Speaker 4: and more creator slash business perks. Plus they're already testing
- 3:17Speaker 4: even more expensive AI focused plans called Meta one.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You have to pay, You have to pay. You know.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I got an email yesterday from Meta saying that I'm
- 3:28Speaker 1: I can click on this link and I will now
- 3:31Speaker 1: get paid one thousand dollars for eight posts or something
- 3:35Speaker 1: like that. I was like, okay, let me see. So
- 3:37Speaker 1: I click on it and it was like legit. It
- 3:39Speaker 1: was from the Meta people and they just said refresh
- 3:41Speaker 1: paid for fresh Paige for fresh page. I never got it,
- 3:43Speaker 1: so I gave up. It feels like a scam, but
- 3:45Speaker 1: it wasn't. I know it wasn't.
- 3:46Speaker 3: I could tell you I don't want to pay for that.
- 3:48Speaker 3: I've already paid for.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Enough getting paid.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, but like which Cal's talking about the subscriptions.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I know.
- 3:53Speaker 4: No YouTube is cracking down on AI generated content by
- 3:57Speaker 4: adding more obvious labels to videos and shorts. Some labels
- 4:01Speaker 4: are gonna have to be just automatically labeled AI. If
- 4:05Speaker 4: YouTube detects AI generated footage and others, the creators are
- 4:09Speaker 4: going to be expected to disclose it themselves as well. Basically,
- 4:12Speaker 4: the Internet has reached a point where platforms feel they
- 4:15Speaker 4: need a real or fake warning label. And I agree
- 4:18Speaker 4: because I've been fooled so many times by those like
- 4:21Speaker 4: red carpets like and movie trailers. Have you seen any
- 4:24Speaker 4: of these?
- 4:25Speaker 3: Ya? I was just telling John Jay I thought Zendeia
- 4:28Speaker 3: was going to be Janet Jackson and it was all AI.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I know. It's so trippy, is what they tell you
- 4:32Speaker 3: to do now when you Google search right minus AI
- 4:35Speaker 3: if you're looking for something, and it will take out
- 4:37Speaker 3: all the AI.
- 4:37Speaker 1: So you're saying that people are fighting to have it be.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Labeled, kind of like YouTube is just saying it needs
- 4:44Speaker 4: to be labeled. It's not even people fighting.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It reminds you like the COVID stuff, like whenever something
- 4:48Speaker 1: was posted they had a warning or they said whatever
- 4:50Speaker 1: they need to do. This more important than that, because
- 4:52Speaker 1: it's like, you believe all this stuff well.
- 4:53Speaker 4: And the deep fakes are so convincing now, and it's
- 4:56Speaker 4: like it can be actually kind of dangerous if people
- 4:58Speaker 4: are believing some of the a stuff is real. Now, apparently,
- 5:01Speaker 4: if you want to reduce anxiety and pain, the science
- 5:06Speaker 4: says pray. A new study actually found that just five
- 5:10Speaker 4: minutes of prayer helped people dealing with pain and anxiety
- 5:13Speaker 4: actually feel better even more. This actually kind of surprised
- 5:16Speaker 4: me because there's just so many studies on this, even
- 5:18Speaker 4: more than listening to music for that same amount of time.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Researchers say that people.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Who also received prayer reported less stress and discomfort, both
- 5:26Speaker 4: immediately after and even weeks after. Now, the study isn't
- 5:29Speaker 4: really saying prayer replaces medicine or therapy, but researchers think
- 5:33Speaker 4: it could be a helpful extra layer of support for
- 5:35Speaker 4: some people. And that is three things you need to know.
- 5:38Speaker 1: You know, every morning, part of my routine, I have
- 5:41Speaker 1: this Bible. It's called the Coaches Bible, and it's the
- 5:43Speaker 1: full Bible. And at the end you pick the date
- 5:46Speaker 1: like today's date, and there's a verse, and then there's
- 5:49Speaker 1: a story about a coach that tells you how he's
- 5:52Speaker 1: incorporated holy life into his world. And today it's funny.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Today it's tied into exactly what you said. Today's verse
- 5:57Speaker 1: was about. The story was about this coach who brought
- 6:01Speaker 1: his teammates in his the whole teammate. He said, Hey,
- 6:03Speaker 1: it's want to let you guys all know that this morning,
- 6:04Speaker 1: because I don't know how many people have told you
- 6:05Speaker 1: this before he goes. But this morning I went over
- 6:08Speaker 1: the roster and I prayed for each and every one
- 6:11Speaker 1: of you. And I thought that was so coolol, Like
- 6:13Speaker 1: I pray for a bunch of people every day. I
- 6:15Speaker 1: never really prayed for you three, but because I think
- 6:18Speaker 1: you need.
- 6:18Speaker 4: If you did, apparently our anxiety and pain.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Would be I'll try to three guys some tomorrow. I
- 6:24Speaker 1: mostly I've never done out of Wednesdays because it's such
- 6:27Speaker 1: a long list. Now it's getting too out of control.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I need to, like somehow let somebody the people on
- 6:32Speaker 1: my list, let them know that I don't have to
- 6:33Speaker 1: pray for them anymore.
- 6:34Speaker 3: I feel like you do pray for us in a way,
- 6:36Speaker 3: like if we sneeze, you would say blessed.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Yeah, But I mean I had this one Paine in
- 6:40Speaker 1: the morning where I pray for this certain group of people.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I was doing every day, and I started doing on
- 6:44Speaker 1: Wednesdays because the list got so long. I was getting
- 6:46Speaker 1: late coming in here. He said, why you're late, I'll
- 6:48Speaker 1: pray for people
