- 1:24Speaker 1: Here's the truth.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Transition is uncomfortable, it's messy and it doesn't show up with a clean checklist and easy answers.
- 1:35Speaker 1: But you don't have to go through it empty-handed.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Today I want to share something practical, something you can reach for when the ground starts shifting again or as it's shifting out from under you right now.
- 1:50Speaker 1: This episode is all about resources for those of us in transition.
- 1:55Speaker 1: There's books and podcasts and therapists who can help you walk it out with more strength and a little more clarity.

- 3:04Speaker 1: He's obviously someone I personally trust.
- 3:07Speaker 1: The second place is your church home.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yes, it's still one of the best places to find solid, faith-based counselors who get both the spiritual and emotional weight of what you're walking through.
- 3:20Speaker 1: And the thing is is, if your church home doesn't have someone who can immediately help you, they have a long list of trusted counselors and therapists.
