- 0:10Speaker 2: The Root!
- 0:11Speaker 3: The Root!
- 0:12Speaker 1: The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 4: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 4: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 4: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 4: Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the
- 0:28Speaker 4: entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 3: What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's time for War!
- 0:37Speaker 4: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:43Speaker 4: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:59Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allen Root, I told you so. A
- 1:02Speaker 3: couple of things I want to tell you about that
- 1:04Speaker 3: I'm intricately in the middle of. Number one is that
- 1:08Speaker 3: last week I put out a commentary and I believe
- 1:10Speaker 3: it was my commentary. It must've been on America's Top
- 1:13Speaker 3: 10 Countdown and right here on America Speaks. And it
- 1:16Speaker 3: was that, yeah, it's great that President Trump has a whistleblower.
- 1:20Speaker 3: It must've been the number one story, right? Yeah, it's
- 1:23Speaker 3: my number one story. It's great that you have a
- 1:25Speaker 3: whistleblower fund to force people or encourage people or excite people,
- 1:32Speaker 3: motivate people to come forward and report Fraud against taxpayers, right?
- 1:37Speaker 3: Like Nick Shirley in Minnesota and California, taxpayers are getting
- 1:41Speaker 3: ripped off, great. $ 25 million fund, great. But President Trump
- 1:45Speaker 3: should create a fund for voter fraud and he should
- 1:49Speaker 3: give a million dollars for every person that comes forward
- 1:52Speaker 3: with a big case of voter fraud.
- 1:55Speaker 5: And then a conviction.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Gotta get an arrest and a conviction, of course, or
- 1:59Speaker 3: you don't pay the money. And I sent that article
- 2:02Speaker 3: directly to the president. And hours ago, about two hours ago,
- 2:06Speaker 3: right before my podcast, he came out and tweeted my
- 2:10Speaker 3: exact idea. He is going to give a million dollar award.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Denny Whistleblower comes forward that has proof of election fraud
- 2:19Speaker 3: and gets a arrest and conviction from it. My exact idea,
- 2:24Speaker 3: which not only did I come up with last week,
- 2:26Speaker 3: but I repeated in the column I showed them the
- 2:30Speaker 3: column from 2020. Remember, we lost the election in 2020.
- 2:34Speaker 3: We didn't really lose. They stole it from us. They
- 2:37Speaker 3: rigged it and stole the 2020 presidential election. Whatever date
- 2:41Speaker 3: the election was, November 7th, I think it was 2020,
- 2:44Speaker 3: two days later on November 9th, I wrote a column
- 2:47Speaker 3: that said President Trump should put up a $ 100 million
- 2:50Speaker 3: fund and offer a million dollars to the first 100
- 2:53Speaker 3: Democrats who could prove voter fraud, massive voter fraud.
- 2:57Speaker 5: And I said, let's do it again. You missed it.
- 2:59Speaker 3: You missed it last time. You should have done it.
- 3:01Speaker 3: You should have listened to me. But this time, you
- 3:04Speaker 3: should really do it. And it should be for the
- 3:06Speaker 3: midterms and for 2020. And his tweet is he offered
- 3:10Speaker 3: it for the midterms and for 2020. And the second
- 3:15Speaker 3: I told you so is that I wrote a column
- 3:17Speaker 3: two weeks ago, which I read here and on America's
- 3:21Speaker 3: Top 10, which was that Barack Obama, I called him
- 3:24Speaker 3: a communist, a Muslim, a guy who supports Muslim terrorism,
- 3:29Speaker 3: a Manchurian candidate, un-American, the most hateful man ever.
- 3:35Speaker 5: And I said, I've been saying.
- 3:36Speaker 3: This for years. He just proved it because he's campaigning
- 3:39Speaker 3: against for Abdul Al-Sayed in Michigan. He announced he'll be
- 3:43Speaker 3: campaigning in three weeks for him. And I said that
- 3:46Speaker 3: three weeks ago, I think it was three weeks ago,
- 3:48Speaker 3: because he just made that announcement. And he campaigned for
- 3:51Speaker 3: him over the weekend. And look at the lead story
- 3:53Speaker 3: right now in the UK Daily Mail, which is the
- 3:55Speaker 3: American Daily Mail actually now.
- 3:57Speaker 5: It's just the Daily Mail. And it's a very popular site.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Democrats are furiously turning on Obama after Abdul Al-Sayed rally
- 4:07Speaker 3: in Michigan. as party leakers reveal the dirty secret now
- 4:11Speaker 3: being whispered about the former president. The dirty secret when
- 4:14Speaker 3: you read the article is he's far more radical.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Than anyone thought.
- 4:18Speaker 3: He just gave power to a man that is a
- 4:22Speaker 3: Muslim radical communist, Abdul El-Sayed, who believes Jews are bad,
- 4:28Speaker 3: who believes in Sharia law. And it actually says that
- 4:33Speaker 3: he didn't just say, I endorse him, which would be horrible.
- 4:37Speaker 3: That was my column. The fact that he endorsed him
- 4:40Speaker 3: shows that Obama is a communist radical Muslim. But he
- 4:45Speaker 3: didn't just endorse him. He gave him his seal of approval.
- 4:49Speaker 3: He said he will carry out my plans and finish
- 4:52Speaker 3: the job.
- 4:54Speaker 6: Right.
- 4:54Speaker 5: And I said that in my column.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Obama decided to do it subtly. Back in 2008 when
- 5:02Speaker 3: he started running, in 2009, it was subtle. or actually
- 5:08Speaker 3: 2007 is when he started running, he had to be subtle.
- 5:12Speaker 3: He had to boil the frog slowly. But he wanted
- 5:15Speaker 3: to do the same things that Abdul El-Sayed wants today.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Sharia law, destroy the United States.
- 5:22Speaker 5: And Madami wants to do today.
- 5:25Speaker 3: And now he admitted it. He's going to carry out
- 5:27Speaker 3: his plan to finish the job. It's Obama's job. And
- 5:31Speaker 3: it's being finished by El-Sayed, a radical Muslim communist. I
- 5:36Speaker 3: was right about him from day one.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Write about it from day one.
- 5:39Speaker 7: Read?
- 5:39Speaker 5: What do you mean read?
- 5:40Speaker 3: Oh, read. All right, so I've got a column. Batara,
- 5:43Speaker 3: my director, is going, Wayne, you've got to read your column.
- 5:46Speaker 3: So I wrote this column this morning about Obama, but
- 5:49Speaker 3: it wasn't about El Sayed.
- 5:50Speaker 5: I rewrote that.
- 5:52Speaker 3: This is Obama is.
- 5:52Speaker 5: Exhibit A for the pot calling the kettle black.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Obama just accused President Trump of weaponizing government to persecute
- 6:01Speaker 3: Ilhan Omar. This goes under the category of, are you
- 6:04Speaker 3: freaking kidding me? Or perhaps the audacity of Obama.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Talk about the.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Pot calling the kettle black.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Obama weaponized government like no one else in the history
- 6:13Speaker 3: of America. Obama is the king of government weaponization. Here
- 6:18Speaker 3: are some of the things Obama did to Donald J. Trump,
- 6:21Speaker 3: the candidate, and then to President Trump, and then to
- 6:23Speaker 3: former President Trump.
- 6:25Speaker 5: The list is long.
- 6:27Speaker 3: First, Obama ordered his government to spy on candidate Trump
- 6:32Speaker 3: to steal the election for Hillary.
- 6:33Speaker 5: We all know that. That's called treason.
- 6:36Speaker 3: And then after Trump was elected against all odds, pulled
- 6:39Speaker 3: the upset over Hillary, Obama ordered and coordinated the Russian
- 6:42Speaker 3: collusion conspiracy to frame Trump and ruin his first term.
- 6:46Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 6:48Speaker 3: And then we all know Obama coordinated the stolen election
- 6:51Speaker 3: of 2020.
- 6:51Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 6:53Speaker 3: And then we all know Obama secretly ran the Biden
- 6:55Speaker 3: presidency for four years.
- 6:57Speaker 5: It was Obama's third term.
- 6:59Speaker 3: To finish the job of destroying America and to cover
- 7:01Speaker 3: up the truth about a brain-dead, dementia-addled Joe Biden.
- 7:05Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 7:07Speaker 3: We also know it was Obama's orders to open the
- 7:09Speaker 3: border and flood America with 25 million illegal alien foreign
- 7:14Speaker 3: invaders to fundamentally change America. His words, by the way,
- 7:18Speaker 3: fundamentally change America.
- 7:20Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 7:21Speaker 3: And then we know it was Obama ordered the raid
- 7:23Speaker 3: on Mar-a-Lago, including the shoot-to-kill orders for the FBI agents
- 7:27Speaker 3: conducting the raid They were hoping Trump would stand in
- 7:30Speaker 3: their way and they'd kill him. And the point of
- 7:32Speaker 3: the raid, to capture classified documents in Trump's possession that
- 7:37Speaker 3: implicated Obama in many of these crimes, that's called treason.
- 7:42Speaker 3: It was probably Obama who ordered the FBI to grab
- 7:45Speaker 3: Melania's underwear as a souvenir from her underwear drawer. After all,
- 7:49Speaker 3: poor Obama's had to live with Michelle all these years.
- 7:53Speaker 3: That's not treason, it's just problematic and pathetic and perverted.
- 7:56Speaker 3: And for once, I actually feel bad for Obama a
- 8:00Speaker 3: little bit. We can all safely assume it was Obama
- 8:02Speaker 3: who ordered OSHA to mandate COVID vaccines for every working American,
- 8:06Speaker 3: the military and first responders. That's not just treason, it's
- 8:10Speaker 3: mass murder and crimes against humanity. And then we all
- 8:14Speaker 3: know it was Obama who ordered and coordinated the persecution
- 8:17Speaker 3: of former President Trump, because he was out of the
- 8:20Speaker 3: presidency starting in 2021. by both the federal government and
- 8:23Speaker 3: state governments run by Democrats. And the goal was to
- 8:28Speaker 3: demonize and discredit Trump and to bankrupt Trump with legal
- 8:30Speaker 3: fees and to seize his property and to send him
- 8:33Speaker 3: to die in prison. That's called treason by Obama. The
- 8:37Speaker 3: list of crimes by Obama goes on and on. One
- 8:40Speaker 3: quick PS, I want to remind you all, it was
- 8:42Speaker 3: Obama who empowered Iran with billions of dollars in funding.
- 8:46Speaker 3: It was Obama who handed them pallets of cash. Obama's
- 8:50Speaker 3: money allowed Iran to fund terrorism all over the globe.
- 8:53Speaker 5: It was Obama who tried.
- 8:54Speaker 3: To ensure that Iran would get a nuclear weapon with
- 8:58Speaker 3: the world's worst deal, the Iran Treaty. He gave them
- 9:01Speaker 3: everything they wanted, plus the kitchen sink. Obama is the
- 9:05Speaker 3: reason we're in a war with Iran. It's not Trump's fault.
- 9:08Speaker 3: It's Obama's war. Trump is just cleaning up his mess.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Let me present my strongest opinion about Obama. He's a radical, un-American, communist, Muslim,
- 9:18Speaker 3: and Syrian candidate sent by the deep state and our
- 9:20Speaker 3: worst enemies to destroy this country and the great American
- 9:23Speaker 3: middle class and capitalism, and as a bonus, Israel too. Now,
- 9:27Speaker 3: those are my opinions.
- 9:29Speaker 5: Now to the facts.
- 9:31Speaker 3: I'm a witness to one of Obama's worst crimes. I
- 9:34Speaker 3: have up close and personal knowledge of Obama's weaponization of government.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I am a witness to Obama's IRS attacks. Obama used
- 9:42Speaker 3: the IRS to intimidate, bankrupt, and destroy his opponents and critics,
- 9:46Speaker 3: including me.
- 9:47Speaker 5: This is also called treason.
- 9:50Speaker 3: When articles of impeachment were drawn up against Richard Nixon,
- 9:53Speaker 3: the first charge was Watergate spying just as Obama spied
- 9:57Speaker 3: on Trump to steal the 2016 election for Hillary. But
- 10:00Speaker 3: article of impeachment charge number two against Nixon was using the.
- 10:06Speaker 5: IRS to persecute his political opponents.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Once again, whatever Nixon did, it was child's play compared
- 10:12Speaker 3: to Obama's IRS attacks against thousands of GOP groups and donors.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Obama's biggest crime was how and why he weaponized the
- 10:21Speaker 3: IRS to steal the 2012 election. Obama used the IRS
- 10:26Speaker 3: to attack GOP groups, PACs, and donors in order to
- 10:29Speaker 3: dry up funding for Mitt Romney and the RNC. That's
- 10:33Speaker 3: how Obama was reelected in 2012, even though he created
- 10:36Speaker 3: the worst economy by many measures.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Since the Great Depression.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Obama weaponized the IRS to stop cold all the GOP
- 10:45Speaker 3: fundraising so he could steal the election. And he weaponized
- 10:49Speaker 3: the IRS to go after me personally for four years.
- 10:52Speaker 5: And I am a witness.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I have all the proof.
- 10:55Speaker 5: My attorney and accountant are both witnesses as well.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Everyone associated with my case agrees I was on Obama's
- 11:01Speaker 3: enemies list.
- 11:02Speaker 5: The story is long and detailed.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Let's just say Obama wanted to destroy the life of
- 11:07Speaker 3: one of his worst critics, me, or I should say
- 11:09Speaker 3: one of his biggest critics, me. I'm his Columbia University
- 11:12Speaker 3: class of 83 classmate, and I knew where Obama's bodies
- 11:16Speaker 3: were buried. I knew his scams like no one else
- 11:19Speaker 3: in the world. He needed to shut me up. So
- 11:22Speaker 3: for four years, Obama threw the power of the entire
- 11:25Speaker 3: IRS and the entire federal government at me, but he failed.
- 11:30Speaker 5: All right, you can call in. 800-347-ROOT.

- 14:49Speaker 15: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, I should also say I
- 14:53Speaker 15: told you so to President Trump because he came out
- 14:56Speaker 15: with that statement, I'm not going to ever allow us
- 14:58Speaker 15: to indict Obama, Hillary Clinton, or Biden because of respect
- 15:03Speaker 15: for the presidency.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Do you see how Obama has trashed Trump in the
- 15:08Speaker 3: last few speeches? Trashed him like Trump is a white
- 15:12Speaker 3: trash deplorable loser, right? Obama needs to go to prison.
- 15:17Speaker 3: He needs a slap in the face. He needs a
- 15:20Speaker 3: kick in the balls. Indict the son of a B.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Indict him. He's a bad human being. Tried to destroy
- 15:27Speaker 3: this country and he tried to destroy you. In your
- 15:31Speaker 3: first term, he's trying to destroy you now. And he's
- 15:34Speaker 3: trying to elect a communist, Muslim, radical jihadist as United
- 15:39Speaker 3: States Senator. And in the article in the Daily Mail,
- 15:43Speaker 3: it says, so many Democrats, they didn't use the word
- 15:47Speaker 3: Jewish Democrats, they should have, because I'll bet you money
- 15:49Speaker 3: it's only Jewish Democrats that are mad at Obama for
- 15:52Speaker 3: endorsing Al-Sayed, or Al-Sayed, excuse me, Abdul Al-Sayed, It says
- 15:58Speaker 3: they're all worried that if El-Sayed wins, he's going to
- 16:02Speaker 3: run for president in two years. President.
- 16:05Speaker 5: And what did Obama say?
- 16:07Speaker 3: He's going to be the guy that finishes the job.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Finishes Obama's job. Finishes the job on health care to
- 16:15Speaker 3: make it free for everyone because it's worked out so great,
- 16:18Speaker 3: hasn't it?
- 16:20Speaker 2: Wow.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Wow, wow, wow, wow.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Look, if you weren't here in the first segment, I
- 16:24Speaker 3: just want to mention again, because it is big news
- 16:27Speaker 3: for the country, and it's big news for the election,
- 16:30Speaker 3: and it's certainly big news for me personally. I wrote
- 16:33Speaker 3: about it last week. I said President Trump won a
- 16:36Speaker 3: huge fund for whistleblowers, not for fraud, but for voter fraud,
- 16:42Speaker 3: and offer a million dollars to every person that comes
- 16:45Speaker 3: forward with information about voter fraud, major information. I said
- 16:49Speaker 3: The first hundred Democrats do a hundred million dollar fund
- 16:53Speaker 3: and give a million to the first hundred Democrats that
- 16:55Speaker 3: come forward to show how their party's stealing the election.
- 16:58Speaker 3: And President Trump just announced basically exactly what I said,
- 17:02Speaker 3: a million dollars if you come forward and announce, you know,
- 17:05Speaker 3: show proof of election fraud. So very, very, very cool.
- 17:09Speaker 3: We're taking calls. 1-800-347-ROOT if you're watching the show at
- 17:14Speaker 3: midnight Eastern time. 9 p.m. Pacific on Real America's Voice.

- 17:22Speaker 5: as they say. It's taped.
- 17:24Speaker 3: But we tape it live each day at 6 p.m. Eastern,
- 17:27Speaker 3: 3 p.m. Pacific.
- 17:28Speaker 5: And you can call in. You can watch on the

- 17:31Speaker 3: By the way, you can watch it live on the
- 17:33Speaker 3: YouTube channel of Real America's Voice at 6 p.m. Eastern.

- 17:53Speaker 3: Let's take Dave from Ohio. Dave, you're on with Wayne Root.
- 17:56Speaker 3: How are you, buddy?
- 17:59Speaker 16: I'm good. I hope everything went good for you this
- 18:01Speaker 16: weekend with your granddaughter.
- 18:03Speaker 5: Yes, it went great.
- 18:04Speaker 3: I saw, oh, I mentioned it on my podcast, but
- 18:07Speaker 3: I didn't mention it on this show. Yes, I was
- 18:08Speaker 3: back east visiting my brand new baby granddaughter. I never
- 18:12Speaker 3: met her in my life. She's now five and a
- 18:14Speaker 3: half weeks old. And I got to meet her. She's
- 18:17Speaker 3: the sweetest thing in the whole world, the most beautiful
- 18:18Speaker 3: thing in the whole world. And I just, I'm sworn
- 18:21Speaker 3: to secrecy by my daughter. She doesn't want anyone to know.
- 18:23Speaker 3: My daughter doesn't want anyone to know her name. She
- 18:25Speaker 3: doesn't want anyone to know the baby's name. She doesn't
- 18:27Speaker 3: want anyone to know where she lives. I went to
- 18:29Speaker 3: the East Coast because she knows there's so many crazies
- 18:31Speaker 3: out there that want to kill me that you just
- 18:33Speaker 3: never know what they would want to do to my
- 18:34Speaker 3: daughter and my granddaughter. So I can't show you pictures
- 18:37Speaker 3: of the baby. She doesn't want any photos shown. Trust
- 18:40Speaker 3: me when I tell you it is the cutest baby
- 18:41Speaker 3: you've ever seen in your whole life. It is cooing
- 18:44Speaker 3: and slight little smiling. And it's just learning about life
- 18:48Speaker 3: at the age of five and a half weeks. And
- 18:50Speaker 3: she is just beautiful and wonderful and precious. And I
- 18:53Speaker 3: had a great trip, but it was a grueling trip.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Eight hours there with a stop, six hours back. Got in,
- 18:59Speaker 3: went to sleep at 2 o'clock last night, and here
- 19:01Speaker 3: we are after my podcast.
- 19:02Speaker 5: So, Dave, what's on your mind, buddy?
- 19:06Speaker 16: Well, you know, I'm just going to kind of echo
- 19:08Speaker 16: on everything you've been saying, Wayne. And, of course, I
- 19:11Speaker 16: agree with you 100 percent. And, you know, I've been
- 19:13Speaker 16: telling you for the last week, two weeks, and I
- 19:16Speaker 16: was pretty sure when I.
- 19:17Speaker 6: Hear Trump, you know, talking these rallies, he's been listening
- 19:20Speaker 6: to the show. He's been listening to everything you say.
- 19:23Speaker 6: And he's echoing a lot of, you know, your same
- 19:26Speaker 6: thought problems. Your thing that you're highlighting on the problems
- 19:31Speaker 6: with the Republicans, what they're not doing and the problems
- 19:34Speaker 6: with the.
- 19:34Speaker 16: Democrats, what they are doing.
- 19:35Speaker 17: And, you know, the whole bottom line of this is
- 19:38Speaker 17: that the Democrat Party is desperate because now all they've
- 19:44Speaker 17: got at their rallies is telling a pack of lies
- 19:47Speaker 17: about Trump, about Matt. about the Republican candidates, and really.
- 19:54Speaker 6: Wayne, when.
- 19:55Speaker 17: You look and compare the quality of candidates that's on
- 19:58Speaker 17: the board, a lot of new ones for the Republicans,
- 20:00Speaker 17: and compare the Democrats and a lot of their retreads, like,
- 20:04Speaker 17: you know, up there in Minnesota, with that, the retread
- 20:07Speaker 17: was the backup to Waltz, and now she's running to
- 20:11Speaker 17: be a senator and stuff. I mean, it's a difference
- 20:15Speaker 17: of night and day, but here's one of the things
- 20:18Speaker 17: I think Trump has got to do.
- 20:19Speaker 1: All right, look, we've got to run.
- 20:21Speaker 3: They're screaming in my ear, our time is up.
- 20:25Speaker 5: We'll be right back.
- 20:29Speaker 7: All right.
- 20:29Speaker 18: I was just looking at my column.
- 20:31Speaker 3: I read it to open up a show last week
- 20:33Speaker 3: right here on America Speaks, of course, on America's Top Ten.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Let me give you the title of the column that
- 20:39Speaker 3: I opened the show with. It was President Trump just
- 20:42Speaker 3: announced a whistleblower reward fund program.
- 20:47Speaker 5: For reporting fraud against taxpayers. Fantastic.
- 20:50Speaker 3: But even better, where is the whistleblower reward fund for
- 20:54Speaker 3: reporting voter fraud by Democrats? And I suggested a million
- 20:59Speaker 3: dollars per person that comes forward to report voter fraud.
- 21:04Speaker 5: And President Trump tweeted out today.
- 21:06Speaker 3: I'm starting a reward fund for people reporting voter fraud,
- 21:11Speaker 3: a million dollars for each person that reports voter fraud. Exactly,
- 21:16Speaker 3: exactly what I urged and recommended and advised. And I
- 21:20Speaker 3: sent it to President Trump's office and I'm very proud
- 21:22Speaker 3: of that. Another one of my ideas that he adopted,
- 21:25Speaker 3: remember I'm the guy who made up no tax on overtime,
- 21:28Speaker 3: no tax on social security when there was nobody else
- 21:31Speaker 3: in the world talking about either.
- 21:33Speaker 5: One of those two in the media. I talked about him.
- 21:38Speaker 3: I built entire commentaries around him. I opened my show,
- 21:41Speaker 3: America's Top Ten, talking about no tax on overtime and
- 21:44Speaker 3: no tax on Social Security. And I sent those columns
- 21:49Speaker 3: to President Trump, and then I texted him and said, hey,
- 21:51Speaker 3: you haven't announced this yet.
- 21:53Speaker 5: Come on. It'll win the election.
- 21:56Speaker 3: And the next thing you know, no tax on overtime,
- 21:58Speaker 3: no tax on Social Security. So he's adopted many of
- 22:01Speaker 3: my ideas.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Many of my ideas, I could go on to 10 others.
- 22:05Speaker 3: I say it on this show and it comes out
- 22:08Speaker 3: of his mouth. And I think the reason why is
- 22:10Speaker 3: this show is at midnight. And President Trump is like me.
- 22:13Speaker 3: He never sleeps. I mean, I sleep four hours a night.
- 22:16Speaker 3: He sleeps four hours a night. Neither one of us,
- 22:18Speaker 3: by the way, have ever smoked a cigarette, ever done
- 22:20Speaker 3: a drug, ever drank alcohol.
- 22:22Speaker 5: We have a lot in common.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I have no idea why it just worked out that way.
- 22:26Speaker 5: But that's me.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Never drank in my life. Never drank a glass of
- 22:29Speaker 3: alcohol in my entire life. And neither is Trump. But
- 22:32Speaker 3: I think he's up at midnight and he's playing around,
- 22:36Speaker 3: surfing the channels. And I think he watches this show.
- 22:39Speaker 3: I think it turns out to be a good time
- 22:40Speaker 3: for President Trump to catch this show. And I think
- 22:43Speaker 3: that's why, as Dave said, and somebody else separate from
- 22:45Speaker 3: Dave said to me earlier today, that he was watching
- 22:48Speaker 3: President Trump.
- 22:49Speaker 5: Over the weekend.
- 22:50Speaker 3: And almost everything he hears on my show is coming
- 22:53Speaker 3: out of President Trump's mouth. And I think he watches
- 22:56Speaker 3: this show because it's on very late. He's a night
- 22:58Speaker 3: owl like I am. All right, let's grab calls, 800-347-ROOT, 800-347-7668,
- 23:07Speaker 3: which spells Root, my last name. Or you can leave
- 23:10Speaker 3: a message, voicemail, 24 hours a day, and I'll respond,
- 23:13Speaker 3: play it on the air and respond. Or you can
- 23:15Speaker 3: email me, Wayne Root, at gmail.com. Joe from Oregon about
- 23:20Speaker 3: the election in Brazil. Joe from Oregon. Joe, what's going on?
- 23:24Speaker 5: The floor is yours.
- 23:26Speaker 9: Well, life for me, I don't know why I don't
- 23:28Speaker 9: hear it. every Republican, including Trump, why they aren't screaming
- 23:34Speaker 9: bloody murder over those scumbag, creepy communists stealing that election
- 23:41Speaker 9: down there in Brazil. Everybody knows they stole that election yesterday.
- 23:45Speaker 9: They've done it before. They've done it before.
- 23:49Speaker 16: Nobody done anything about that.
- 23:53Speaker 9: And of course, the Democrats are going to try and
- 23:56Speaker 9: repeat the same thing Eight days from now, the Republicans
- 24:01Speaker 9: should talk about this every chance they get until Election Day.
- 24:07Speaker 9: And of course, we all know that government in Brazil,
- 24:10Speaker 9: they are directly affiliated with the Chinese government. This is
- 24:16Speaker 9: what we can look forward to. We let them get
- 24:21Speaker 9: away with that. We let them get away with a
- 24:24Speaker 9: bunch of elections next week.
- 24:27Speaker 3: Well, again, what happened in Brazil just happened yesterday, Joe.
- 24:32Speaker 3: I've said for weeks now we should be talking about
- 24:34Speaker 3: France and pointing to France and saying that's going to
- 24:37Speaker 3: be America.
- 24:38Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm still here, Joe. Can't you hear me? Well,
- 24:41Speaker 5: I guess Joe couldn't hear me, and I think he
- 24:42Speaker 5: hung up. I heard a click.
- 24:44Speaker 3: But I keep saying that France is what we should
- 24:46Speaker 3: be talking about, that the rioting, the looting, the burning.
- 24:50Speaker 3: France is on fire, man. And by the way, it's
- 24:53Speaker 3: been going on for two weeks, and it got worse
- 24:54Speaker 3: this past weekend. It got even worse. Every store in
- 24:58Speaker 3: the whole Paris was closed, is my understanding, because they
- 25:01Speaker 3: expected massive violence, and they got violence. So it's just
- 25:05Speaker 3: getting worse, and it's spreading to more cities, and it's
- 25:07Speaker 3: spreading to cities outside of France, all over Europe. So
- 25:12Speaker 3: France is one thing we should be mentioning in the ads,
- 25:14Speaker 3: and I don't see it. And then what happened in
- 25:16Speaker 3: Brazil just happened yesterday. It's something I was going to
- 25:18Speaker 3: get to in this show, that the election was stolen
- 25:22Speaker 3: in Brazil by, what is it, Lula from Bolasaro. You know,
- 25:28Speaker 3: the rightful heir to the kind of Trump MAGA agenda
- 25:31Speaker 3: is Bolasaro. And they stole it again. Some judge, and
- 25:36Speaker 3: this happens all the time, Some judge opened up the
- 25:39Speaker 3: right to extend voting for two hours. So probably Bolasaro
- 25:44Speaker 3: was winning and they saw that. And so they opened
- 25:50Speaker 3: up the election for another two hours and said people
- 25:52Speaker 3: could vote again. And they probably got in line and
- 25:55Speaker 3: voted again and again and again and again until Bolasaro
- 25:57Speaker 3: was losing. And the same thing is going to happen possibly,
- 26:01Speaker 3: quite possibly next week in the United States, next Tuesday,
- 26:04Speaker 3: because what did our wonderful Supreme Court do? They ruled
- 26:08Speaker 3: that you can count ballots for days after the election,
- 26:12Speaker 3: days after election night. The same thing is going to
- 26:15Speaker 3: happen here, except they didn't extend it for two hours.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Our Supreme Court extended it for days. I don't even
- 26:23Speaker 3: know if there's a limit. Is it like five days?
- 26:26Speaker 3: Could it be 10 days? Could it be two weeks?
- 26:28Speaker 3: Could they count for three weeks till we lose? That's
- 26:31Speaker 3: why I made a prediction. Actually, let me read you
- 26:35Speaker 3: my prediction. I think it's a good time and place
- 26:38Speaker 3: to do that. I did it from the airplane flying
- 26:40Speaker 3: back from meeting my new granddaughter, who's a five and
- 26:45Speaker 3: a half week old baby.
- 26:48Speaker 5: Here it is.
- 26:49Speaker 3: On TV, radio, and podcast shows, I have the best
- 26:52Speaker 3: track record of predictions in media history. My predictions have
- 26:56Speaker 3: been 99.999% right, as all of you know who watch
- 27:00Speaker 3: this show and who watch Top 10 Cowtown, who watch
- 27:02Speaker 3: my podcast every day. Thousands of predictions over 12 years,
- 27:07Speaker 3: close to perfect. Here is what I think about the
- 27:09Speaker 3: midterms as of now, this flying back in an airplane
- 27:12Speaker 3: last night. Number one, the polls are completely fake. Number two,
- 27:17Speaker 3: the results will shock Democrats. Midterm will be much closer.
- 27:21Speaker 3: than anyone imagines. Number three, the GOP, you probably won't
- 27:25Speaker 3: like this, will probably lose the House by a few seats.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Number four, only because Democrats will keep counting fake ballots
- 27:34Speaker 3: for days after election night. Number five, the GOP will
- 27:40Speaker 3: keep the all-important Senate. Number six, the result will be
- 27:46Speaker 3: Trump unleashed. He can't pass a single bill He has
- 27:51Speaker 3: two years left in his presidency and he can't pass
- 27:54Speaker 3: a single bill if the Democrats win the House. And
- 27:57Speaker 3: he will never face the electorate again. He never has
- 28:00Speaker 3: to run again. So all bets are off. Trump will
- 28:04Speaker 3: be Trump. He will destroy Democrats. He will rule by
- 28:08Speaker 3: executive order and sign 10 of them a day. The
- 28:12Speaker 3: do-nothing GOP Senate and House never passed a.
- 28:17Speaker 5: Damn thing anyway other than the big, beautiful bill.
- 28:21Speaker 3: So nothing will really change except Trump will rule by
- 28:25Speaker 3: EO and national security emergency. Why not? He never runs
- 28:31Speaker 3: for election again for the rest of his life. Why
- 28:34Speaker 3: not go out with a bang? Confound the commies. Get
- 28:38Speaker 3: more done without needing to worry about Congress. They no
- 28:44Speaker 3: longer matter. So Trump never needs to compromise with the
- 28:47Speaker 3: rhinos ever again. He can pass what he wants with
- 28:51Speaker 3: no negotiation with rhinos necessary. And we already have the Senate,
- 28:56Speaker 3: because I predict we're going to win the Senate.
- 28:59Speaker 5: So every judge gets confirmed.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Number seven. Meanwhile, the Trump economy explodes. Number eight. The
- 29:07Speaker 3: Iran war ends. Gas prices drop dramatically. Number nine. Democrats
- 29:14Speaker 3: squandered two years with impeachment. But because we have the Senate, they.
- 29:19Speaker 5: Can never get a conviction. They look like morons. That's
- 29:23Speaker 5: my prediction.
- 29:25Speaker 3: And of course, I should have added, they're probably going
- 29:27Speaker 3: to try and burn the country down like France. That's
- 29:30Speaker 3: probably another part of my prediction, but I didn't even
- 29:32Speaker 3: add that. I was on an airplane.
- 29:35Speaker 5: It was close to 12 midnight. And I thought of that.
- 29:39Speaker 3: So look, what happened in Brazil, right? Not only did
- 29:42Speaker 3: they steal the election, but the Brazilian stock market crashed today,
- 29:48Speaker 3: and the currency plunged after socialist Lula's victory.
- 29:53Speaker 5: Lula's victory, excuse me, Lula's victory.
- 29:58Speaker 3: So if you want the same thing to happen in America,
- 30:01Speaker 3: vote for these communists. Maybe not this time, but in 2028,
- 30:04Speaker 3: the same thing would happen. This time, I don't think
- 30:06Speaker 3: anything bad's going to happen if we lose just the House, okay?
- 30:11Speaker 3: It's going to be bad for Trump. He's going to
- 30:13Speaker 3: have nonstop impeachment for two years, nonstop investigations for two years.
- 30:17Speaker 3: But for the country, you'll have a divided Capitol Hill, right?
- 30:23Speaker 3: A Republican Senate, a Republican president, and a Democrat House.
- 30:27Speaker 3: But in 2028, it wouldn't be divided anymore. If they win,
- 30:31Speaker 3: they'll just try and destroy this country. Literally, they will
- 30:34Speaker 3: try and destroy this country, and that's scary. And then
- 30:39Speaker 3: you could have a crashing stock market, collapsing economy, and
- 30:42Speaker 3: a collapsing dollar. All right, this segment of the show

- 35:22Speaker 3: by the way, this is America Speaks on Real America's

- 35:27Speaker 3: This is the Wayne Stream Media, biggest magamouth in the world.
- 35:31Speaker 3: If I didn't say any of that, I'm saying it now.
- 35:33Speaker 3: You can watch my podcast every day, by the way.
- 35:35Speaker 3: It starts live at 4.30 Eastern, 1.30 Pacific on TheGatewayPundit.com
- 35:41Speaker 3: or Rumble.com. Either one, easy places to watch. The Gateway Pundit,
- 35:45Speaker 3: the fourth biggest conservative news site in the United States
- 35:48Speaker 3: of America. We are the official podcast of The Gateway Pundit.
- 35:53Speaker 3: So my opening commentary was about Obama defending Ilhan Omar
- 35:57Speaker 3: and talking about Trump weaponizing government against Ilhan Omar, which
- 36:01Speaker 3: is the biggest joke ever. considering that Obama used the
- 36:05Speaker 3: IRS to try and destroy my life. He's the king
- 36:07Speaker 3: of weaponized government. He invented weaponized government, literally. He was
- 36:10Speaker 3: the first guy to sharpen the knife and use it
- 36:14Speaker 3: to destroy a political opponent, Wayne Allyn Root, and thousands
- 36:17Speaker 3: of others. But it really was all about me at
- 36:20Speaker 3: that time because I was his Columbia College classmate and
- 36:23Speaker 3: he wanted to destroy me and my credibility and wipe
- 36:25Speaker 3: me off the face of the earth, bankrupt me, put
- 36:28Speaker 3: me in prison if possible. And he literally sent the
- 36:31Speaker 3: whole United States government after me and the whole IRS
- 36:33Speaker 3: after me. Obama's an evil scumbag. And he's defending Ilhan Omar.
- 36:38Speaker 3: And I mentioned that she hates America, hates white people,
- 36:41Speaker 3: hates Jews. I mentioned that she's a fraud. I mentioned
- 36:44Speaker 3: that she could very well be a traitor who entered
- 36:47Speaker 3: the United States illegally and committed citizenship fraud. But what
- 36:52Speaker 3: I didn't mention is that she has a fake name.
- 36:55Speaker 3: That's not her name. Ilhan Omar's not her name.
- 36:59Speaker 5: And now.
- 37:00Speaker 3: Somaliland, the breakaway African Republic, do you even know there
- 37:06Speaker 3: was such a thing?
- 37:07Speaker 5: I didn't know.
- 37:08Speaker 3: A breakaway African Republic of Somaliland is charging that she
- 37:13Speaker 3: leaked classified U.S. information to Somali leaders. Classified congressional information
- 37:22Speaker 3: to the leaders of Somali. She's a traitor to the
- 37:26Speaker 3: United States of America, I believe, my opinion. And I
- 37:29Speaker 3: think that proves it. And of course, she also committed
- 37:32Speaker 3: not just fraud by claiming she married a man that
- 37:35Speaker 3: turned out to be her brother. Again, allegedly, he appears
- 37:40Speaker 3: to be gay on top of everything else. He's a
- 37:42Speaker 3: gay Somali, and I don't mean happy. And her father,
- 37:46Speaker 3: she claimed she got citizenship by being 17 years old.
- 37:52Speaker 3: I guess it's 17, right? And then that means you're
- 37:54Speaker 3: a minor. You automatically become a citizen when your dad
- 37:57Speaker 3: becomes a citizen. but she wasn't 17, she was 18
- 38:02Speaker 3: and they changed her, they changed her, you know.
- 38:05Speaker 5: Date of birth.
- 38:06Speaker 3: So, I mean, she's just a total complete fraud and
- 38:10Speaker 3: her father was a mass murderer, carried out mass murder
- 38:14Speaker 3: on behalf of the dictator of Somalia. So, you know,
- 38:21Speaker 3: when Obama went after me, he was going after a
- 38:22Speaker 3: true blue, red, white and blue patriot who loves America
- 38:26Speaker 3: and didn't want him to destroy America.
- 38:29Speaker 5: That was my crime. I'm an innocent man.
- 38:31Speaker 3: That was my crime. And of course, I was found innocent.
- 38:34Speaker 3: But here you've got Trump going after a criminal who's
- 38:39Speaker 3: a traitor, who doesn't belong on our land, breathing our air.
- 38:45Speaker 19: So it's interesting.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Quite interesting.
- 38:49Speaker 5: And the second thing before I get to calls. Eight hundred.
- 38:52Speaker 5: 347 route, 800-347 route.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I was fighting in my mind, debating, was I going
- 38:58Speaker 3: to write this commentary about Obama? Or was I going
- 39:01Speaker 3: to write a commentary about Mandami? And it was tied
- 39:07Speaker 3: in with this article from last week.
- 39:08Speaker 5: Let me just grab it real quick. This is a
- 39:13Speaker 5: live show. Things happen.
- 39:14Speaker 3: So Mexico accuses a ex-Chihuahua attorney general.
- 39:19Speaker 5: It's one of their states, Chihuahua. That's where the name
- 39:21Speaker 5: of the dog comes from, I guess.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Of treason for letting U.S. agents join a cartel lab raid.
- 39:29Speaker 3: So an attorney general of a major state in Mexico
- 39:33Speaker 3: allows U.S. drug agents to join a raid on a
- 39:38Speaker 3: drug den by the drug cartels, and they've arrested the
- 39:43Speaker 3: attorney general of Mexico, and they're putting him on trial
- 39:46Speaker 3: for treason. They're claiming a no right to let an
- 39:51Speaker 3: American or American drug agents join the raid. And that's
- 39:55Speaker 3: treason to them. And I want to write the column
- 39:59Speaker 3: that no, in the United States, the actual definition of
- 40:03Speaker 3: treason would be Mondami, right? Mondami drops, as in Mayor
- 40:10Speaker 3: Zorad of New York City, drops a Spanish language video
- 40:15Speaker 3: telling migrants to keep the door shut. If they knock
- 40:19Speaker 3: on the door, ICE, you just leave the door locked
- 40:22Speaker 3: and shut and don't answer the door. That is sedition.
- 40:27Speaker 5: That is treason.
- 40:28Speaker 3: He's taken the side of foreign illegal alien criminals who
- 40:32Speaker 3: broke into our country, many of whom are felons with
- 40:36Speaker 3: rap sheets for murder, rape, assault, robbery. And he's not
- 40:40Speaker 3: the only one. AOC put out a video showing illegals
- 40:44Speaker 3: how to avoid ICE. And Karen Bass told illegals, you
- 40:47Speaker 3: have no reason to listen to ICE. They're all preaching,
- 40:51Speaker 3: committing sedition. They're committing treason against the United States that
- 40:58Speaker 3: they were elected and put their hand on the Bible
- 41:00Speaker 3: and swore to abide by the U.S.
- 41:02Speaker 5: Constitution. This is sedition.
- 41:05Speaker 3: So if Mexico can go after an attorney general who
- 41:08Speaker 3: simply let American citizens law enforcement join a drug raid
- 41:13Speaker 3: on Mexican soil, and that's treason to them. What do
- 41:16Speaker 3: you think real treason is in America? It's Mondami, it's AOC,
- 41:22Speaker 3: it's Karen Bass, it's all the above. It's all the above,
- 41:26Speaker 3: ladies and gentlemen, and it's time for Trump to arrest
- 41:31Speaker 3: these people. It's time to arrest them.
- 41:35Speaker 4: All right.
- 41:36Speaker 3: Wayne Root, RootForAmerica.com.
- 41:38Speaker 5: We'll be right back.
- 41:42Speaker 1: All right, Wayne L.
- 41:43Speaker 3: Aruth, Aruth, Aruth, Aruth's on fire. I'm back from my
- 41:45Speaker 3: little vacation, visiting my daughter on the East Coast. I'll
- 41:49Speaker 3: just say on the East Coast, in a secret location,
- 41:52Speaker 3: not to mean it's closed. My new grandchild, my new
- 41:56Speaker 3: granddaughter was born about five and a half, six weeks
- 42:00Speaker 3: ago now. And I had a chance to meet her
- 42:02Speaker 3: for the first time and give her a kiss and
- 42:04Speaker 3: give her a hug and walk her with my daughter.
- 42:07Speaker 3: We walked in the woods with her and my daughter,
- 42:09Speaker 3: my husband, her husband, and we had a great time.
- 42:13Speaker 3: And so I just spent a good three-day weekend and
- 42:17Speaker 3: just raced there and raced back, 6,000-mile trip to see
- 42:20Speaker 3: my new baby granddaughter. And I got some great news
- 42:24Speaker 3: moments ago before the show started. Remember last week, I
- 42:27Speaker 3: wrote a commentary just last week that Trump should offer
- 42:31Speaker 3: a million dollars reward to anyone reporting voter fraud. I said,
- 42:35Speaker 3: it's great that he just... opened a fund and put J.D.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Vance in charge of it, a $ 25 million fund for
- 42:44Speaker 3: reporting fraud against taxpayers. But I said, why wouldn't you
- 42:48Speaker 3: offer millions of dollars, like a $ 100 million fund, and
- 42:52Speaker 3: a million dollars for each person that reports voter fraud?
- 42:57Speaker 3: And Trump just put out this tweet. Let me actually
- 43:01Speaker 3: give you the exact words of the tweet. So it says,
- 43:06Speaker 3: directly from Donald J. Trump, anybody reporting voter fraud in
- 43:10Speaker 3: the past elections or the upcoming 2026 midterm election will
- 43:14Speaker 3: be paid $ 1 million upon the arrest and conviction of
- 43:17Speaker 3: those that created the fraud.
- 43:18Speaker 5: Thank you for attention to this matter, President Donald J.
- 43:21Speaker 16: Trump.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Now, it was back six years ago, going on seven
- 43:25Speaker 3: years ago, in 2020, I wrote, in November of 2020,
- 43:28Speaker 3: days after the 2020 election, where it appeared Trump had
- 43:33Speaker 3: won and then all of a sudden they took it
- 43:35Speaker 3: away from him, they stole it, and Trump lost.
- 43:37Speaker 1: Literally, I think it was two days.
- 43:39Speaker 3: After the election where they claimed that Trump lost after
- 43:43Speaker 3: he was up big on election night. I wrote that commentary.
- 43:46Speaker 3: You should offer a million dollars to each person that
- 43:50Speaker 3: reports voter fraud upon their arrest and conviction. And the
- 43:54Speaker 3: rats will desert the sinking ship, the sinking Democrat ship.
- 43:58Speaker 3: And then I wrote it again last week and I said,
- 44:00Speaker 3: President Trump, here's what I wrote six years ago. You
- 44:02Speaker 3: never did it, but it spilled milk. It's old news.
- 44:05Speaker 3: Don't worry about then. How about now? Offer a million
- 44:09Speaker 3: dollars per person who reports voter fraud if there's an
- 44:13Speaker 3: arrest and conviction. And I sent it to President Trump's office.
- 44:17Speaker 3: And sure enough, he announced it moments ago. The exact words,
- 44:21Speaker 3: the exact words, a million dollar reward. per person, not
- 44:25Speaker 3: a million dollar fund, a million dollar reward per person.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Exactly what I pitched in November of 2020 and what
- 44:32Speaker 3: I pitched again last week. Thank you, President Trump. Another
- 44:37Speaker 3: one of my ideas comes out of Trump's mouth and
- 44:40Speaker 3: it's put in place by the President of the United States,
- 44:42Speaker 3: the leader of the free world. All right, my commentary
- 44:46Speaker 3: that I, you know, I didn't know.
- 44:47Speaker 5: About any of this.
- 44:48Speaker 3: Andrew Paul actually just called me, my executive producer. He
- 44:51Speaker 3: was all excited to tell me about all this. I
- 44:53Speaker 3: didn't know because, Up until the last second, I was
- 44:55Speaker 3: writing a commentary to read to all of you to
- 44:58Speaker 3: open the show with. But here's my commentary. Obama is
- 45:02Speaker 3: exhibit A for the pot calling the kettle black. People
- 45:08Speaker 3: can have a fit with that one. Obama just accused
- 45:11Speaker 3: President Trump of weaponizing government to persecute Ilhan Omar. This
- 45:17Speaker 3: goes under the category of are you freaking kidding me?
- 45:20Speaker 3: Or perhaps the audacity of Obama. Talk about the pot
- 45:24Speaker 3: calling the kettle black. Obama weaponized government like no one
- 45:28Speaker 3: in the history of America. Obama is the king of weaponization.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Here are some of the.
- 45:33Speaker 3: Things Obama did to Donald J. Trump, the candidate, and
- 45:36Speaker 3: then to President Trump, and then to former President Trump.
- 45:39Speaker 3: The list is long. This is Obama's weaponization of government. First,
- 45:44Speaker 3: Obama ordered the government to spy on candidate Trump. We
- 45:47Speaker 3: all know that. That's called treason. And then Trump was elected,
- 45:51Speaker 3: and Obama ordered and coordinated... the Russian collusion conspiracy to
- 45:57Speaker 3: frame Trump and try to destroy his presidency.
- 45:59Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 46:01Speaker 3: Then we all know Obama coordinated the stolen election of 2020.
- 46:03Speaker 3: That's called treason. Then we all know Obama secretly ran
- 46:06Speaker 3: the Biden presidency. It became Obama's third term to finish
- 46:10Speaker 3: up the job of destroying America and to cover up
- 46:13Speaker 3: the truth about a brain dead dementia adult Joe Biden.
- 46:17Speaker 3: That's called treason. We also all know it was Obama's
- 46:20Speaker 3: orders to to open the border and flood America with
- 46:24Speaker 3: 25 million illegal alien foreign invaders to fundamentally change America.
- 46:29Speaker 3: His words, that's called treason. Then we all know it
- 46:32Speaker 3: was Obama ordered the raid on Mar-a-Lago, including the shoot
- 46:36Speaker 3: to kill orders for the FBI agents conducting the raid.
- 46:39Speaker 3: And the point of the raid, well, we now know
- 46:41Speaker 3: it was to capture classified documents in Trump's possession that
- 46:46Speaker 3: implicated Obama in many of these crimes.
- 46:48Speaker 5: That's called treason.
- 46:50Speaker 3: It was probably Obama who ordered the FBI to grab
- 46:52Speaker 3: Melania's underwear as a souvenir. After all, poor Obama's had
- 46:56Speaker 3: to live with Michelle all these years. Maybe he's never
- 46:58Speaker 3: seen women's underwear. That's not treason. It's just pathetic and perverted.
- 47:03Speaker 3: For once, I actually feel bad for Obama. We can
- 47:06Speaker 3: all safely assume it was Obama who ordered OSHA to
- 47:10Speaker 3: mandate COVID vaccines for every working American in the military
- 47:14Speaker 3: and first responders. How many died? That's not just treason.
- 47:17Speaker 3: It's mass murder and crimes against humanity. Then we all
- 47:20Speaker 3: know it was Obama ordered and coordinated the persecution of
- 47:23Speaker 3: former President Trump starting in 2021 by both the federal
- 47:26Speaker 3: government and state governments run by Democrats. The goal was
- 47:30Speaker 3: to demonize and discredit Trump and to bankrupt Trump with
- 47:33Speaker 3: legal fees, seize his property, send him to prison and
- 47:36Speaker 3: die in prison. That's also called treason.
- 47:39Speaker 1: The list of.
- 47:40Speaker 3: Crimes by Obama goes on and on. One quick PS,
- 47:43Speaker 3: it was Obama who empowered Iran with billions of dollars
- 47:46Speaker 3: in funding. It was Obama who handed them pallets of cash.
- 47:49Speaker 3: It was Obama's money that allowed Iran to fund terrorism
- 47:52Speaker 3: all over the globe. It was Obama who tried to
- 47:56Speaker 3: ensure Iran got a nuclear weapon with the world's worst deal,
- 47:59Speaker 3: the Iran Treaty. Obama is the reason we're in a
- 48:03Speaker 3: war with Iran. Trump is simply cleaning up his mess.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Now let me present my strongest opinion about Obama. He
- 48:10Speaker 3: is a radical, un-American, communist, Muslim, Manchurian candidate sent by
- 48:16Speaker 3: the deep state and our worst enemies to destroy America,
- 48:19Speaker 3: the great American middle class, capitalism, and as a bonus,
- 48:23Speaker 3: Israel too. Those are my opinions.
- 48:26Speaker 2: Now to the facts.
- 48:27Speaker 3: I'm a witness to one of Obama's worst crimes. I
- 48:30Speaker 3: have up close and personal knowledge of Obama's weaponization of government.
- 48:35Speaker 3: I am a witness to Obama's IRS attacks. Obama used
- 48:38Speaker 3: the IRS to intimidate, bankrupt, and destroy his opponents and critics,
- 48:42Speaker 3: including me.
- 48:43Speaker 5: This is also treason.
- 48:45Speaker 3: When articles of impeachment were drawn up against Richard Nixon,
- 48:48Speaker 3: the first charge was Watergate spying, just as Obama spied
- 48:51Speaker 3: on Trump to steal the 2016 election from Hillary. excuse me,
- 48:55Speaker 3: for Hillary. But article of impeachment charge number two against
- 48:58Speaker 3: Nixon was using the IRS to persecute his political opponents.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Once again, whatever.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Nixon did, it was child's play compared to Obama's IRS
- 49:07Speaker 3: attacks against thousands of GOP groups and donors. Obama's biggest
- 49:12Speaker 3: crime was how and why he weaponized the IRS to
- 49:16Speaker 3: steal the 2012 election. Obama used the IRS to attack
- 49:20Speaker 3: GOP groups, PACs, and donors in order to dry up
- 49:24Speaker 3: funding for Mitt Romney and the RNC. That's how Obama
- 49:27Speaker 3: was re-elected in 2012, even though he created the worst
- 49:29Speaker 3: economy by many measures since the Great Depression. Obama weaponized
- 49:34Speaker 3: the IRS to stop cold all the GOP fundraising so
- 49:37Speaker 3: he could steal the election. And he weaponized the IRS
- 49:40Speaker 3: to go after me personally for four years. I am
- 49:43Speaker 3: a witness.
- 49:44Speaker 1: I have all the proof.
- 49:45Speaker 3: My attorney and accountant are both witnesses as well. Everyone
- 49:49Speaker 3: associated with my case agrees I was on Obama's enemies list.
- 49:53Speaker 3: The story is long and detailed. Let's just say Obama
- 49:56Speaker 3: wanted to destroy the life of one of his worst critics, me.
- 49:59Speaker 3: I'm his Columbia University class of 83 classmate. And I
- 50:03Speaker 3: knew where Obama's bodies were buried. I knew his scams
- 50:07Speaker 3: like no one else in the world. He needed to
- 50:09Speaker 3: shut me up. So for four years, Obama threw the
- 50:12Speaker 3: power of the entire IRS and the entire federal government
- 50:15Speaker 3: at me.
- 50:16Speaker 2: But he failed.
- 50:17Speaker 3: Thank God I won. So please, Obama, spare the bull
- 50:23Speaker 3: spit about Trump weaponizing the government against Ilhan Omar. First,
- 50:27Speaker 3: Ilhan Omar is a dangerous threat to this country. She
- 50:30Speaker 3: hates this country. She wants to overthrow this country. She's
- 50:33Speaker 3: a racist who hates white Americans. She's an anti-Semite who
- 50:36Speaker 3: hates Jews. She's a radical communist and Muslim terrorist backer. Secondly,
- 50:40Speaker 3: she's illegally in the United States. It appears she committed
- 50:43Speaker 3: immigration fraud to gain citizenship. She is a criminal and traitor.
- 50:47Speaker 3: If proven guilty, Trump has every right to deport.
- 50:50Speaker 5: Her out of this country.
- 50:51Speaker 3: By the way, it's not even her name. She's using
- 50:53Speaker 3: a fake name. That's not weaponization. That's justice. Lastly, don't
- 50:58Speaker 3: make me laugh. Obama literally invented the weaponization of government,
- 51:03Speaker 3: except Obama used it against innocent Americans like me. who
- 51:07Speaker 3: were only guilty of being patriots who love this country
- 51:11Speaker 3: and tried to stop Obama from destroying it. Obama's literally
- 51:16Speaker 3: exhibit A for the pot calling the kettle black. I'm
- 51:21Speaker 3: sure Democrats would call me a racist for that famous
- 51:23Speaker 3: saying that never has anything to do with the color
- 51:25Speaker 3: of anyone's skin.
- 51:27Speaker 20: All right.
- 51:27Speaker 3: Big day for me because that was my idea to
- 51:30Speaker 3: give a million dollars per person who reports voter fraud.
- 51:34Speaker 3: And Trump followed up with it and wrote it word
- 51:36Speaker 3: for word in his tweet. That is fantastic. I'll bet
- 51:39Speaker 3: you liberals will be talking about this all over the
- 51:41Speaker 3: news all day long. So proud that my idea from
- 51:44Speaker 3: my lips went straight to President Trump and his tweet.
- 51:48Speaker 3: over at Truth Social literally minutes ago that he is
- 51:51Speaker 3: giving out, offering a million dollars per whistleblower allegation of
- 51:56Speaker 3: voter fraud if there's a arrest and conviction resulting from it.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Exactly word for word when I proposed in 2020 and
- 52:04Speaker 3: then repeated literally last week and sent it straight to
- 52:07Speaker 3: President Trump's desk. Very proud of it. All right, we
- 52:10Speaker 3: come back with our guests in just a moment. And
- 52:13Speaker 3: they are the best guests you could ever have. Jerome Corsi.
- 52:17Speaker 3: Peter Tickton and Dr. Rick Richards will all be with us.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Hopefully they're aware of my proposal for the million dollar
- 52:24Speaker 3: per person for voter fraud reward fund. And President Trump said,
- 52:28Speaker 3: let's do it. So I'm very proud of that one.
- 52:30Speaker 3: And hopefully that'll help in this election as well. We'll
- 52:33Speaker 3: see what Peter and Jerome and Dr.
- 52:35Speaker 5: Rick Richards have to say when we get back. See
- 52:38Speaker 5: you in a sec.
- 52:40Speaker 3: Hi, I'm Wade Allyn Root, the national TV and radio
- 52:42Speaker 3: host known as the MAGA warrior and the capitalist evangelist.
- 52:46Speaker 3: This presidency is ushering in the golden age of prosperity,
- 52:49Speaker 3: and it's all built around making America the energy capital
- 52:52Speaker 3: of the world. Enter lost soldier oil and gas. It
- 52:55Speaker 3: took 40 years to piece together this 40,000-acre giant gas discovery.
- 53:00Speaker 3: It's estimated to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet
- 53:03Speaker 3: of gas. with a management forecast projecting the first 25
- 53:07Speaker 3: wells alone to produce 400 million cubic feet per day.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Of natural gas.

- 55:44Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, exhausted but energized, exhausted but energized.
- 55:49Speaker 3: And I'm in a good mood and energized because I'm
- 55:52Speaker 3: back on the air here with all of you. And
- 55:54Speaker 3: I'm in a good mood because President Trump grabbed my
- 55:56Speaker 3: idea of from last week, word for word. I didn't
- 55:59Speaker 3: just say a reward for whistleblowers for voter fraud. I
- 56:03Speaker 3: said a million dollars per allegation if there's a conviction.
- 56:08Speaker 3: And that's exactly what he tweeted out. I didn't know
- 56:11Speaker 3: he'd take up my idea word for word, but he did.
- 56:13Speaker 6: All right.
- 56:14Speaker 3: So without further ado, let's get to my guest, Dr.
- 56:16Speaker 3: Jerome Corsi, bestselling author. His new book, Dumbocrats, came out
- 56:20Speaker 3: last week. How the Democratic Party Became the Democratic Socialists
- 56:24Speaker 3: of America, i.e. Marxist, Jihadist, Communist. Peter Tickton, attorney and
- 56:28Speaker 3: founder of the Tickton Law Group. He's represented a lot
- 56:31Speaker 3: of J6 defendants. He's President Trump's personal childhood friend, I believe,
- 56:35Speaker 3: at various points. He's a lawyer, President Trump.
- 56:38Speaker 4: Dr.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Rick Richards, owner of Ellie, the elector list software. You
- 56:43Speaker 3: can find it at theelectorlist.com. Any one of you could
- 56:48Speaker 3: actually qualify to To use this list, you have to
- 56:50Speaker 3: go there and apply TheElectorList.com. TheElectorList.com. Let's start with, as
- 56:58Speaker 3: we always seem to start with, Jerome Corsi. He kind
- 57:00Speaker 3: of organizes all this stuff, so we'll start with him. Jerome,
- 57:03Speaker 3: you are the organizer that makes it all roll.
- 57:06Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 57:07Speaker 3: Are you aware about last week's commentary I wrote about
- 57:11Speaker 3: the million-dollar reward Trump should offer to everyone who comes
- 57:14Speaker 3: forward to report voter fraud. Each instance, if there's an
- 57:18Speaker 3: arrest and conviction, you can make a million dollars.
- 57:21Speaker 5: And Trump just tweeted it out.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Word for word, your thoughts.
- 57:25Speaker 2: First of all, Wayne, I am aware of it. I'm
- 57:27Speaker 2: very glad you did it. That's terrific.
- 57:29Speaker 21: And it's clearly your idea that President Trump has caught on.
- 57:34Speaker 21: And for us with Rick Richards, Dr. Richards database, we
- 57:38Speaker 21: have literally thousands of cases in every state to report
- 57:43Speaker 21: because we're able to monitor the 47 states that we
- 57:48Speaker 21: currently have the data for, the mail-in ballots as they
- 57:52Speaker 21: are coming in, we're able to identify the one where
- 57:55Speaker 21: there is probable cause evidence that the mail-in ballot is
- 58:00Speaker 21: likely illegal. And it comes, for instance, from double names.
- 58:05Speaker 21: People have double name registrations, two separate registrations. We're prepared
- 58:10Speaker 21: to talk about that today. We have in the past
- 58:13Speaker 21: talked about people who have undeliverable addresses. So their address
- 58:20Speaker 21: is a vacant lot and our database can show you
- 58:23Speaker 21: the The picture of the Google map address where the
- 58:28Speaker 21: person is registered from, and there are thousands that are
- 58:31Speaker 21: registered from virtual addresses that are like, you know, you
- 58:35Speaker 21: go to the UPS store and you get a box
- 58:39Speaker 21: and they give you an address. Well, that's not really
- 58:42Speaker 21: the address you live at. It's a virtual address. Those
- 58:45Speaker 21: are yet being returned somehow or other and voted, and
- 58:50Speaker 21: we have.
- 58:50Speaker 2: Records of that.
- 58:52Speaker 21: So we can literally report thousands of cases investigated.
- 58:56Speaker 2: And, you know, finally, because there's something to do with
- 59:00Speaker 2: the data.
- 59:01Speaker 21: We can catch some of these people now that you've
- 59:03Speaker 21: opened the door with this brilliant idea.
- 59:06Speaker 19: And so Dr.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Richards can explain what we can do from there.
- 59:10Speaker 1: And before it gets Dr.
- 59:11Speaker 3: Richards, let me grab Peter Tickton. Peter, you're the lawyer.
- 59:14Speaker 5: What do you think about this whole thing?
- 59:16Speaker 22: I think it's terrific. I mean, how could it not be?
- 59:19Speaker 22: I mean, look, right now we've got to stave off
- 59:24Speaker 22: election fraud every way we can. So this is one
- 59:28Speaker 22: good weapon that Donald Trump is implementing, a great idea
- 59:31Speaker 22: on your part. It's only going to apply, though, not
- 59:34Speaker 22: for everybody that's reported, but those that are reported that
- 59:37Speaker 22: are prosecuted.
- 59:37Speaker 19: And with as a conviction.
- 59:38Speaker 1: And convicted.
- 59:39Speaker 3: It has to be a conviction.
- 59:40Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 59:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 59:41Speaker 19: So it's not going to bankrupt the country. But the
- 59:43Speaker 19: fact of the matter is that, you know, that. It
- 59:48Speaker 19: is a good idea.
- 59:48Speaker 22: Look, when you were talking about the beginning of this,
- 59:51Speaker 22: I think it's important, too. By the way, you're so
- 59:55Speaker 22: right about so much. You know, when I watch your show,
- 59:58Speaker 22: it just gladdens my heart that somebody else is out
- 1:00:01Speaker 22: there and thinking the way, you know.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: It's Malvernon.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: I'm telling you, it's Malvernon, New York.
- 1:00:08Speaker 19: It's Malvernon.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: We're street smart, Peter.
- 1:00:11Speaker 22: Bolsonaro, the first time he ran, they shot him, so
- 1:00:14Speaker 22: he was out. Then the second time, he actually got elected.
- 1:00:18Speaker 22: Third time, you know, it was the election fraud, and
- 1:00:21Speaker 22: this time it's election fraud.
- 1:00:22Speaker 19: So that's what's going on in Brazil.
- 1:00:24Speaker 22: We're seeing a dictatorship emerge because that's what happens when
- 1:00:29Speaker 22: the election system is controlled by those.
- 1:00:32Speaker 19: That got elected through it.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:00:35Speaker 22: And that's what we're facing here. So, you know, it's
- 1:00:39Speaker 22: important to stop the fraud.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: I appreciate you saying I'm right about a lot of things.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: You know what I'm going to wind up being really
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: right about? that all of this is being coordinated by
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: Barack Hussein Obama. I guarantee you that his fingers are
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: in everything. Every single hole in every reservoir, Obama's finger
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: is in the hole. Fingers in the dike.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: Excuse the saying with Michelle.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: As his wife. But every single thing, every single problem
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: is Obama. I'm telling you, it's Obama at the root
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: of all of this.
- 1:01:13Speaker 19: Is it Michelle or is it Michael? I don't know.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I know the joke. I don't know whether it's
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: true or not. I've always said I have no idea,
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: but it's certainly going around. Everybody seems to think it.
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: All right, Wayne on the Root, welcome back. The Root,
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: the Root, the Root is on fire.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Warzone Live.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: Dr.
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: Rick Richards, you created the new tool, the Elector List.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: It's software.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: And today you're revealing duplicate addresses that are showing up
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: in mail-in ballot returns. So the floor is yours, my friend.
- 1:01:48Speaker 20: Well, thank you, sir.
- 1:01:49Speaker 8: My comment on your suggestion to Trump is it's just
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: like kindergarten.
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: People.
- 1:01:57Speaker 20: Take names.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: Teacher punishes them.
- 1:02:00Speaker 20: People stay quiet so the name's not taken.
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: I think the major effect of his announcement is going
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: to be a deterrent to those people who are involved
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: in these activities. And that is likely to have a
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: much bigger impact than the actual case or two or
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: 100 where it happens. Because the people who are on
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: the election integrity side are not doing it for the money.
- 1:02:21Speaker 20: It's nice.
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: It will be nice. But they're doing it because it's
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: the right thing to do. And those people who are
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: not following the rules, now that they know we have
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: the data and they're going to get some money if
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: they're convicted, will be much less likely to misbehave during.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: The current election than going forward. So that's my comment
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: on your idea.
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: And that was what I said, Rick, by the way.
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: That was what I said in my column. I said
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: the rats will desert the sinking Democrat ship if you
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: offer them a million dollars each. And it will cause
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: all the people at the top who are coordinating the
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: fraud to realize that every single person they're giving orders
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: to could wind up ratting on them. And they could
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: wind up in prison. I wrote that. And I'm telling you,
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: this could cause a lot of them to just walk
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: away from this. because they're scared to death now that
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: someone they gave the order to wants the million dollars
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: and is going to rat on them.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Yes, you're exactly right.
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: And the thing they need to keep in mind, regardless
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: of where they are on the continuum of dishonest behavior,
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: is we have the data. And we have collected data
- 1:03:34Speaker 8: from the U.S.
- 1:03:35Speaker 20: Postal Service, from the.
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: County property taxes office, assessors from their moves, from the
- 1:03:42Speaker 8: incorrect addresses, from the voter rolls. We have 47 states
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: plus D.C., but this week we're supposed to get two
- 1:03:49Speaker 8: more states. So we're closing in on 100% of the
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: voter data, except the out islands. We don't have that.
- 1:03:56Speaker 20: We can get it, but we don't have it yet.
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: Rick, you're like Wendy's.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: Isn't Wendy's the one that says we have the meat?
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: We got the data.
- 1:04:05Speaker 19: Oh, Arby's.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: We got the data.
- 1:04:07Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: I like it.
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: That's exactly right. So two addresses, one voter. That's what
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: I want to concentrate on today. I don't have as
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: much data as I usually do for you, Wayne.
- 1:04:20Speaker 20: Sorry.
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: But we're going to talk about people who moved, people
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: who also registered.
- 1:04:26Speaker 20: A new address, and the people who then voted at.
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: The old address, and people who voted at the new address,
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: and people who voted on both addresses. and are still
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: on the voter rolls. That's what we're going to talk
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: about today. And there are.
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: A lot of them.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: So one voter, one residence, one ballot, that's the rule.
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: It has to be done at the right place. So
- 1:04:51Speaker 8: when one registers to vote in all states, they swear
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: under penalty of perjury, that is their permanent residence with
- 1:04:59Speaker 8: no intention of moving, You vote.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Only there and not at the old address.
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: So let's take, for example, one thing that Shirley discussed
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: is student voting.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Students are voting in college.
- 1:05:12Speaker 20: They're in a dorm.
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: They could put down their dorm address, which is acceptable,
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: by the way, or they could put down their student
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: post office address.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Well, That's not an address.
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: Where they intend to live permanently. So disqualified to begin with.
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: That's not a residence. The post office, the student mailbox
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: is not eligible for registry. So those shouldn't be counted either.
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: So that's a problem with registration in.
- 1:05:41Speaker 18: A new address.
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: Rick, let me interrupt just to bring up one point.
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: You're not even bringing up another crime. Because I'm telling
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: you that college students are registered to vote at their
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: mommy and daddy's house, let's say in Las Vegas. And
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: then they go to college at, let's say, USC. And
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: they vote at home on a ballot at their mommy
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: and daddy's house. And then they vote at USC as well.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: So that's another crime right there.
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: It is if they double vote.
- 1:06:13Speaker 20: The law will allow them to vote from their home.
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: Because that is their permanent residence until they have a
- 1:06:21Speaker 8: new permanent residence. So the law will allow them to
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: vote from their parents' address, which was their address.
- 1:06:28Speaker 20: That's the major point there.
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: But in reality, they should be voting at the address
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: they put down on their matriculation papers upon which their
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: tuition is judged, stating whatever their residence is for the
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: purposes of tuition, is their permanent address. So it's either
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: voter fraud or tax fraud if they don't do that.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: Same thing with the military.
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: The military is supposed to register their permanent address that
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: they put on their DD form 2058.
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: They can be transferred.
- 1:06:58Speaker 20: All over the world, but those are not their permanent addresses.
- 1:07:02Speaker 8: And unless they change it on their form DD-2058. So
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: there's all the funny stuff going with TDY personnel in
- 1:07:09Speaker 8: the military. And their family members are also supposed to register.
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: In the DD-2058.
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: The narrow exception is they are registered in Georgia and
- 1:07:18Speaker 8: they move to Nevada. within 30 days of a presidential election.
- 1:07:24Speaker 20: They're allowed to vote in their.
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: Former state if they haven't registered yet in their new state.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: But they can only vote for president.
- 1:07:34Speaker 8: Once they've moved to Nevada, they can't vote for the
- 1:07:36Speaker 8: other offices at the local level. I wonder how many
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: counties are still counting their full-down ballot after the presidential.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: When that's an illegal vote.
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: And then, of course, those that vote twice, $ 10, 000 fine,
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: five years in prison. The name left on the voter
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: roll doesn't make you eligible there. You can't pick what
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: address to vote from. You've got to pick from your
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: permanent address.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: So what are the numbers?
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: We looked at Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois.
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: Five states, just five states. 4.4 million moves. 888,000 of
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: them are registered in the new address. 53,000 voted at
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: the old address. Almost half a million voting at the
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: new address, which is correct. So we got 53,000 at
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: five states who are voting illegally.
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: This is the current balance coming in.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: Only 32% of the ballots have come in already. So
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: you can take that and figure out, so it's roughly
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: three times that, 160,000 people are voting at their old
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: address illegally, or if they just happen to be in
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: a 30-day window. So roughly one in nine, 11%, voted
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: where they left.
- 1:08:52Speaker 20: Not good, not good.
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: So look at the numbers.
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: Rick, let me ask you a quick question. You've been
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: discussing people that, as an example, might be voting twice
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: or might be voting wrongly with a college address. As
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: I said, they might be voting at home with mommy
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: and daddy's address in a different state than voting again
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: in their college dorm and their college state. What about
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: people who move from Las Vegas to Florida and they
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: vote at the old address in Las Vegas and then
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: they vote again in Florida? That must be going on
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: all over the United States.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: That's exactly right.
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: My last slide, 53,000 did already.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: In this election.
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: Exactly what you just did.
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: Wow. 53,000 and only a small number of votes are
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: even reporting so far.
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: Amazing. Yeah, so that's exactly the problem.
- 1:09:46Speaker 8: And while they can be legally registered in two states,
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: they're not supposed to, of course, they can't be legally
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: registered in two states, and they follow the HAVA protocol,
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: the NCAA move data, to be taken off after eight
- 1:09:57Speaker 8: to ten or more years. They can't vote in the
- 1:10:00Speaker 8: old state. That's the big difference.
- 1:10:03Speaker 20: That's a felony.
- 1:10:04Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: So 1 in 17 currently in the United States, 1
- 1:10:09Speaker 8: in 17 people, 5.8%, don't live at their registration address.
- 1:10:15Speaker 20: 13.5 million people.
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: 1 in 5, 20% of those have registered at the
- 1:10:21Speaker 8: new place.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: So think about it. Half a million people moved.
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: What's happening to the ballots that go to the addresses
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: that they left?
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: And oftentimes, we see evidence of people picking up those
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: ballots and voting.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: I can give you the numbers.
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: We can't tell for sure who did it, but we
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: know that it's been illegally.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: Voted either by them or by.
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: The person who picked up their ballot that was sitting
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: in the basement of the manager's office where they dumped
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: all the big tray of ballots for people that didn't
- 1:10:59Speaker 8: put their apartment number as well, which we talked.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: About last time.
- 1:11:02Speaker 8: We've got about a million and a half people who
- 1:11:04Speaker 8: didn't put the apartment number down. Those ballots go in
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: a box as well. Some of them go back to
- 1:11:09Speaker 8: the post office. We have anecdotal evidence of ballots being
- 1:11:14Speaker 8: sold by the U.S. postal workers for $ 30 to $ 200
- 1:11:18Speaker 8: a piece. As one of them said to me, it's
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: a whole lot cheaper.
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: Than paying for advertising.
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: So the ballot goes to the address on file, not
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: to the voter. 2.35 million residents made a UPS move.
- 1:11:34Speaker 8: Half a million ballots still going there on those people
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: who either request them or they are in a state
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: that mails everybody who's on the active list a voter ballot,
- 1:11:45Speaker 8: whether they.
- 1:11:46Speaker 20: Request it or not.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: So whoever lives there is the one who's getting it.
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: And I have heard stories this past week of people
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: receiving up to eight ballots for them at the same location.
- 1:12:00Speaker 20: So I was giving you the data on five states.
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: The data nationally, there are 2.8 million Americans registered at
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: two addresses.
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: 14 million moved and.
- 1:12:13Speaker 20: Still on the roll at the old address.
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: 2.8 million registered at the new address. 1.45 million are
- 1:12:22Speaker 8: still voting, are voting in the new address. And somewhere
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: between 105,000 and 274,000 illegally voted at their prior address
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: unless it happened to be in that 30-day window and
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: happened to be just for president.
- 1:12:38Speaker 20: The only election they're allowed to vote in.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: Amazing. Hey, Dr. Richards, we got to interrupt. Because my
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: show only has another 15 minutes and I've got another guest.
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: We grab you guys for about 20 minutes every day.

- 1:15:08Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: The national TV and radio host known as the MAGA
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: warrior and the capitalist evangelist. This presidency is ushering in
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: the golden age of prosperity, and it's all built around
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: making America the energy capital of the world. Enter lost
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: soldier oil and gas. It took 40 years to piece
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: together this 40,000 acre giant gas discovery. It's estimated to
- 1:15:29Speaker 3: contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas. with
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: a management forecast projecting the first 25 wells alone to
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: produce 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: This is how we power the AI future of America
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: with clean natural gas. Headed by oil and gas legend
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered.
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: Spectacular returns for investors.
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: At their peaks, Penteco Energy grew about 100 to 1
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: for investors. Ultra Petroleum grew about 1,000 to 1 for investors.

- 1:16:13Speaker 3: All right. Wayne Aligaruch, final guest of the show, is here.
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: It's another big story about the crimes being committed against
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: our country, the fraud. His name is Everett Stern. He's
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: an HSBC whistleblower. He's been featured on Netflix and HBO.
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: He's the CEO of Stern Cybersecurity and Tactical Rabbit. The
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: website is tacticalrabbit.com. Everett Stern, welcome to the show. How
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: are you?
- 1:16:41Speaker 18: I'm great, sir. Thank you so much for having me on.
- 1:16:43Speaker 18: It's an absolute honor.
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: Thank you. My pleasure, Everett. Two weeks ago, you wrote
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: to Treasury Secretary Scott Besant explaining your story.
- 1:16:51Speaker 5: Your tweet has now 3.7 million views.
- 1:16:54Speaker 3: And it's all about you as a compliance officer at
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: the bank, HSBC, in 2010. And you witnessed billions of dollars.
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: moving to drug cartels and sanction regimes and terrorist organizations,
- 1:17:12Speaker 3: and you documented it, and you reported it to your bank, HSBC,
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: and when they did not act, you took it to
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: the FBI, the CIA, the SEC, and it resulted in
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: nothing more than a little settlement to them, $ 1. 92 billion.
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: Tell us what happened and why you think nobody ever
- 1:17:29Speaker 3: went to prison.
- 1:17:31Speaker 9: Yes.
- 1:17:31Speaker 23: So look, I mean, they were fined $ 1. 92 billion, which
- 1:17:34Speaker 23: was five weeks of their profit. And at the time,
- 1:17:37Speaker 23: Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, Obama's Department of Justice came
- 1:17:42Speaker 23: out and said they don't want to cause another financial crisis.
- 1:17:45Speaker 23: And that's why we had too big to jail and
- 1:17:48Speaker 23: also too big to fail. And that cannot be allowed
- 1:17:51Speaker 23: in this country. And that's what goes. I wrote the
- 1:17:54Speaker 23: letter because now we're seeing fast forward to today.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: 14 years later, that.
- 1:17:59Speaker 23: Bank of America being fined $ 1. 2 billion for essentially the
- 1:18:03Speaker 23: same thing, for willfully violating the Bank Secrecy Act, for
- 1:18:07Speaker 23: getting money to our enemies. So we have terrorists and
- 1:18:10Speaker 23: drug cartels getting money through a bank with America in
- 1:18:14Speaker 23: its name.
- 1:18:15Speaker 18: And that's not OK.
- 1:18:16Speaker 23: And I wrote to Secretary Bassett because there needs to
- 1:18:19Speaker 23: be accountability and a banker needs to get locked up.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: So two weeks ago, we know B of A was
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: fined $ 1.
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: 2 billion.
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: You were just talking about that. And it's because they
- 1:18:28Speaker 3: failed to report $ 5 billion in suspicious transactions, much of
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: it tied to Chinese laundering networks and narcotics, and 475
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. I mean,
- 1:18:45Speaker 3: is this just about greed? Is that what the deal is, Everett?
- 1:18:48Speaker 5: It's just these bankers... and these bank.
- 1:18:50Speaker 3: Employees are just greedy and they want to do it
- 1:18:53Speaker 3: until the moment they get caught.
- 1:18:55Speaker 23: Yeah, look, this really comes down to greed, and it
- 1:18:58Speaker 23: also comes down to them knowing they can get away
- 1:19:00Speaker 23: with this.
- 1:19:00Speaker 18: I mean, look, that $ 1.
- 1:19:01Speaker 23: 2 billion fine is weeks of Bank of America's profit.
- 1:19:05Speaker 18: It's absorbed by the shareholders.
- 1:19:08Speaker 23: If nobody goes to jail, look, the institution is above
- 1:19:11Speaker 23: the law, and the people inside that institution absolutely.
- 1:19:14Speaker 18: Know they're above the law. And that's not look in America.
- 1:19:17Speaker 18: We have justice. We have equality.
- 1:19:21Speaker 23: Under the law in America. And right now, this is
- 1:19:23Speaker 23: what's happening is not America. I mean, we can't have this.
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: And why is the mainstream media not investigating all of this?
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: Why are you on Wayne Root Show, but you're not
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: on Fox News talking about this? And why is the
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: government doesn't seem to care about it? What's the reason
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: for all this?
- 1:19:39Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:19:39Speaker 23: So, look, I mean, Fox News did reach out to
- 1:19:41Speaker 23: me and talks with them now to be able to
- 1:19:43Speaker 23: come on to the show.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: But you're right.
- 1:19:44Speaker 23: I mean, a lot of media is not reporting on this.
- 1:19:47Speaker 23: My ex-post, Secretary Bessette, has.
- 1:19:51Speaker 18: 3.7 million views already. And Americans, look, responded in kind.
- 1:19:55Speaker 23: You know, both Republicans and Democrats, they're extremely upset.
- 1:19:59Speaker 18: Everyone's screaming for justice.
- 1:20:01Speaker 23: They want to see a banker in jail and have accountability.
- 1:20:03Speaker 23: But it is interesting how mainstream media is not is
- 1:20:08Speaker 23: not touching this. You know, and I think and I
- 1:20:12Speaker 23: really think it's because, you know, we have with the
- 1:20:14Speaker 23: midterm elections coming up. I think, you know, look, President Trump,
- 1:20:18Speaker 23: I happen to agree with what he's doing against fraud
- 1:20:21Speaker 23: and going after the banks and going after fraud.
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: With rewards, right? Rewards for whistleblowers.
- 1:20:26Speaker 3: Absolutely. But it comes too late for you. I mean,
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: you were the whistleblower that reported one of the biggest
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: frauds in the history of the world. And it didn't
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: pay off big for you. As a matter of fact,
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: the opposite. You paid a large price. Tell everybody what
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: happened to you.
- 1:20:42Speaker 18: Yeah, look, I lost everything as a result.
- 1:20:44Speaker 23: I was living in a 300-square-foot apartment, sleeping on a
- 1:20:47Speaker 23: camping cot. I couldn't even afford a bed. I had
- 1:20:50Speaker 23: a plastic fold-out desk for $ 19. 95 from Walmart. I was
- 1:20:53Speaker 23: living with cockroaches and everything. I mean, I lost everything.
- 1:20:56Speaker 23: I ended up working at P.F. Chang's as a waiter
- 1:20:58Speaker 23: to make an honest dollar there.
- 1:21:00Speaker 18: And I thank P.F.
- 1:21:00Speaker 20: Chang's.
- 1:21:01Speaker 18: Anyone who's watching this who's hungry, please.
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: Go eat at P.F.
- 1:21:03Speaker 18: Chang's because they saved me.
- 1:21:05Speaker 23: You know, but but I ended up, you know, forming
- 1:21:07Speaker 23: my own company as a result, Tasker Rabbit and rebuilt.
- 1:21:10Speaker 18: But look, I lost everything. I was punished very harshly
- 1:21:13Speaker 18: for doing the right thing. You know, I did not
- 1:21:16Speaker 18: receive a reward.
- 1:21:17Speaker 23: And I think I applaud President Trump for and also
- 1:21:20Speaker 23: the vice president for issuing, you know, rewards to whistleblowers.
- 1:21:23Speaker 18: It's very important.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: It's truly an amazing story. Thank you for what you did, Everett.
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: At least it's some solace that Wayne Root says you're
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: a hero.
- 1:21:33Speaker 5: And thank you.
- 1:21:34Speaker 18: Oh, thank you very much, sir. I mean, look, I mean,
- 1:21:35Speaker 18: I think I really appreciate that.
- 1:21:37Speaker 23: But, you know, I think the bigger the bigger issue
- 1:21:39Speaker 23: here is, look, we still have terrorists and drug cartel
- 1:21:41Speaker 23: financing through our banks.
- 1:21:44Speaker 18: You know, we have terrorists and drug cartels are using
- 1:21:46Speaker 18: our own banks against us. And this has to stop.
- 1:21:49Speaker 18: You know, this is very dangerous what's happening. You know,
- 1:21:53Speaker 18: the United States.
- 1:21:54Speaker 23: Government has waged a war on drugs for years and
- 1:21:56Speaker 23: also has waged a war against terrorism, you know, for decades.
- 1:21:59Speaker 18: And this is why it's failing.
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: This is why it's failing, because the banks cooperate with
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: the drug dealers and terrorists, not with the United States government.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: It's really a sad story. Everett Stern is a huge whistleblower,
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: and he's been featured on Netflix and HBO. He's the
- 1:22:15Speaker 3: CEO of Stern Cybersecurity. And Tactical Rabbit, his website, tacticalrabbit.com, tacticalrabbit.com. Everett,
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: you're a hero in my book. Thank you for all
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: you've done.
- 1:22:27Speaker 20: Thank you, sir.
- 1:22:27Speaker 18: I really do appreciate it.
- 1:22:28Speaker 23: And let's just pray people in Washington take action and
- 1:22:31Speaker 23: they start locking bankers up.
- 1:22:33Speaker 18: That's what needs to happen.
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: Thank you, Everett. God bless.
- 1:22:36Speaker 18: Thank you, sir.
- 1:22:37Speaker 3: Wayne Elleroot, wrapping up the night. Have a great night.
- 1:22:39Speaker 5: We'll see you tomorrow.
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: Same time, same place. Good night, everyone.
