Creekside District Plans on Hold | Columbus News
Gahanna’s Creekside is getting a major makeover after five old buildings were demolished — clearing the way for a $100 million mixed-use project that could transform the neighborhood. Phase one includes two seven-story towers with 260+ apartments, a boutique hotel, rooftop dining, and a pedestrian bridge — all approved but still waiting on final blueprints to begin construction. Phase two, 24 townhomes on city land, won’t start until phase one is complete. With no official start date yet, the dream is on hold — but the foundation is set.
