- 0:00Speaker 1: This production is brought to you by the Recess Bell.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Hey everybody, my name is Justin Greenberg and this is
- 0:09Speaker 1: the Film Reel and I do a radio show called
- 0:11Speaker 1: The Radio Rumble Saturdays twelfth to two on ninety point
- 0:14Speaker 1: three WHBC. And my good friend Gina was down at
- 0:18Speaker 1: the radio station and I said, Gina, you're gonna come
- 0:21Speaker 1: on this talk break and we are going to discuss Halloween.
- 0:24Speaker 1: So that's what we're gonna do on today's episode of
- 0:27Speaker 1: Film Reel. I'm being really lazy, I know it, but
- 0:29Speaker 1: I want to get a Halloween episode out there on
- 0:31Speaker 1: Halloween or the day before Halloween, whenever Josh uploads it.
- 0:35Speaker 1: So without further ado, here is the Halloween Spectacular on
- 0:42Speaker 1: the Recess Bell. I've on to suck you. Who are
- 0:48Speaker 1: you going to call? Now? You have a different microphone.
- 0:52Speaker 1: This is your microphone? No, but then we gotta change
- 0:55Speaker 1: it to this thing. There we go, Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello,
- 0:58Speaker 1: who are you going to call?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Busters? I mean how many times do you have to ask?
- 1:03Speaker 1: Well, you know, he's he's got dementia, that's the issue.
- 1:07Speaker 1: He honestly like forgot immediately.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Jeeve's not ask Gig. We already said Ghostbusters we'recalling ghostbusters?
- 1:14Speaker 2: How many times?
- 1:15Speaker 1: You know he got sued for that song?
- 1:17Speaker 2: For why?
- 1:18Speaker 1: Because there's a song by Uey Lewis in the news
- 1:22Speaker 1: called I Want a New Drug beat. It's pretty spot on.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I'll play a little snippet of it.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Wait, I had no idea.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so I think they settled out of court. I'm
- 1:33Speaker 1: not sure exactly if he gets any money for any
- 1:36Speaker 1: of this, Ray Parker Junior. But this is a I
- 1:39Speaker 1: Want a New drug?
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, Ghostbusters?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Who you gonna call ghostbusters?
- 1:50Speaker 2: And something?
- 1:51Speaker 1: Chanze?
- 1:55Speaker 2: Who you gonna call ghost busters? Yeah?
- 1:59Speaker 1: It's actually really Yeah, that's insane. Well, Gina's here, Yes, hello,
- 2:06Speaker 1: how are you? We're talking Halloween? Yeah, because it's scared
- 2:09Speaker 1: of you actually terrify me. Right, Well, you know that's needed,
- 2:14Speaker 1: it's needed this time of year. Do you do the
- 2:16Speaker 1: haunted houses? Why you coward?
- 2:19Speaker 2: Yeah? I don't do haunts. I don't like to be
- 2:24Speaker 2: scared saying it all of a sudden, the vibe change.
- 2:30Speaker 2: I might be leaving.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So do you don't watch you don't watch the horror movies?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Then either?
- 2:37Speaker 2: Hell no?
- 2:39Speaker 1: Nothing like not not even like uh like like PG
- 2:43Speaker 1: thirteen horror movies.
- 2:45Speaker 2: What's now what's that done?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Something like, I know what you did last summer. Actually
- 2:52Speaker 1: that's probably rated R. And now that I think about it,
- 2:54Speaker 1: what would be a PG thirteen horror film? I guess
- 2:57Speaker 1: like the conjuring. Nope, the the insidious, and maybe that's
- 3:02Speaker 1: that's probably our as well. No, what about Scream? You
- 3:05Speaker 1: never watched Scream? Growing up?
- 3:07Speaker 2: I watched the parody scary movies, like scary movies.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, those are funny.
- 3:13Speaker 2: And those yeah, I kind of like those. I mean,
- 3:15Speaker 2: those were like my scary movies.
- 3:16Speaker 1: So do you watch anything that's Halloween related that's maybe
- 3:20Speaker 1: not scary?
- 3:21Speaker 2: Like, yes, I love spooky. Yeah, so my level of
- 3:24Speaker 2: intensity when it comes to scariness goes up to free
- 3:27Speaker 2: forms thirty one nights of Halloween.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Oh okay, perfect, So be your beetlejuices.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Yes, I'll do beetlejuice. I'm a hocus Pocus girl through
- 3:36Speaker 2: and through. But I think now if people were to
- 3:41Speaker 2: tell me, oh, watch Halloween like the first one or
- 3:46Speaker 2: Friday the thirteenth, I think I could handle them now.
- 3:50Speaker 1: And those you know, and they're classics. Yeah, they're not gory.
- 3:54Speaker 1: There's like barely any blood. Actually in the first Halloween
- 3:58Speaker 1: it's Uh, it's just the feel. Yeah, it's more of
- 4:00Speaker 1: like a psychological thing. Yes, it's a great movie, the
- 4:03Speaker 1: original Halloween. So as far as like I guess you could,
- 4:08Speaker 1: we could say it's like kids Halloween movies.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Love.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I saw hocus Pocus, I think for the first time
- 4:14Speaker 1: actually last year. You know, it was like on TV.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I'd see bits and pieces of it.
- 4:19Speaker 2: In nineteen ninety three classics.
- 4:22Speaker 1: And I'll say this, I love it. I loved it.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Did you watch the second one? No?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Because I've heard bad things about it.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I really didn't live up to the hype.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You just can't bring back properties. Yes, it never works out. Well,
- 4:35Speaker 1: we know that Hollywood is out of ideas. We've talked
- 4:37Speaker 1: about that before. So that movie, I think does a
- 4:40Speaker 1: great job of really setting the mood about Halloween, because
- 4:43Speaker 1: there's a lot of horror movies that are out there,
- 4:44Speaker 1: but they don't really talk about Halloween. That's a trick
- 4:48Speaker 1: or treating. That's like I'm treating exactly a big part
- 4:50Speaker 1: of that movie. So I was actually watching some TV
- 4:53Speaker 1: shows last night on YouTube. They have all these old
- 4:57Speaker 1: Nickelodeon shows that are they somebody recorded, and they have
- 5:00Speaker 1: all the commercials on it too. Yeah. So I was
- 5:02Speaker 1: watching nineteen ninety five Nickelodeon and there were some great
- 5:06Speaker 1: shows on there. A little before year time, there was
- 5:10Speaker 1: a show called Pete and Pete, which was just brilliant.
- 5:13Speaker 1: It was such a smartly which is I don't even
- 5:15Speaker 1: know if that's a word, smartly written program where they
- 5:19Speaker 1: didn't dumb it down a lot of these kids shows,
- 5:22Speaker 1: no live action. It has these two redheaded kids. One
- 5:26Speaker 1: of them eventually went on all that and had a
- 5:30Speaker 1: bit of success, Danny Tamborelli. The other one actually was
- 5:33Speaker 1: one of the brothers in home Alone that tells him
- 5:36Speaker 1: to pack his own suitcase. Oh yeah, okay, and he's
- 5:40Speaker 1: actually a local guy. My buddy actually works with him
- 5:42Speaker 1: an electrician. Yeah yeah, yeah, he's over in Brooklyn. But yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 1: that show does a great job of talking about trick
- 5:49Speaker 1: or treating. It's more of like a coming of age story. Yeah,
- 5:52Speaker 1: but that shows brilliant in itself. But they had a
- 5:54Speaker 1: really good Halloween episode where the brothers called Pete and
- 5:58Speaker 1: the other one's Pete, Big Pete and Little Pete. But
- 6:01Speaker 1: they try and go to as many houses as possible
- 6:04Speaker 1: to set like the world record for most houses visited Oh.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Okay, that's a cute idea.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Yeah, And it's a simple story and it's about you know,
- 6:13Speaker 1: an older brother maybe being embarrassed about going trick or
- 6:16Speaker 1: treating with his younger brother. But they have this lore
- 6:19Speaker 1: in this world building and it's just this simple Nickelodeon
- 6:22Speaker 1: shows shot really well, doesn't have you know, the laugh track.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's it's like taken seriously. Yeah. Interesting, it's shot like
- 6:29Speaker 1: a movie. It has really good angled, really good acting.
- 6:31Speaker 1: It's it's a really like well made show that is
- 6:36Speaker 1: nothing like you know, your I car Lee's or any
- 6:39Speaker 1: of those like goofy stupid shows that I don't hate
- 6:42Speaker 1: those shows, but this one's like, in my mind, is
- 6:46Speaker 1: like top tier when it comes to live action Nickelodeon shows.
- 6:49Speaker 1: That is one of my favorite Nickelodeon specials, just one
- 6:51Speaker 1: of my favorite Halloween specials. For you, is there a
- 6:54Speaker 1: show or series that does Halloween just tremendously.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Well, I'm a Disney kid. I just I watched Disney
- 7:01Speaker 2: Channel as I ever. Did I know there's hey, there's
- 7:05Speaker 2: Nickelodeon Kids, and there's Disney Kids. And I was a
- 7:08Speaker 2: Disney girl. I mean the any all of the top
- 7:13Speaker 2: shows of Disney did amazing Halloween episodes. Lizzie McGuire amazing
- 7:20Speaker 2: episode for Halloween, Yeah, where I think it's a dance
- 7:23Speaker 2: but they all end up like being zombies, but it's
- 7:25Speaker 2: all a prank. I don't remember the Even Stevens one,
- 7:29Speaker 2: but like that's a raven when she turns into a cow.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Back to Even Stevens if I was to compare, because
- 7:35Speaker 1: I've only seen two episodes of Even Stevens with my
- 7:37Speaker 1: ex a few years ago. Yeah, that would be the
- 7:40Speaker 1: Pete and Pete. The way it shot, the way it acted,
- 7:43Speaker 1: it's so much different than like Hannah Montana, Like like
- 7:47Speaker 1: Hannah Montana's very I carlish, where Even Stevens is like
- 7:51Speaker 1: a well made, like coming of age sort of story,
- 7:54Speaker 1: and that's comparable to pet and Pete, and Pete's better
- 7:57Speaker 1: because it has better music. I'm just gonna say that
- 7:59Speaker 1: they have like all these like indie rock stars from
- 8:02Speaker 1: from the nineties appear in it. Uh So, what else
- 8:05Speaker 1: from Disney Town anything animated did they do? They didn't
- 8:09Speaker 1: really have like like Phineas and ferb I guess.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Furbia, but I don't remember. Like their Halloween episode doesn't
- 8:17Speaker 2: stick out to me. As much as like that's a
- 8:19Speaker 2: raven Sweet Life of Zach and Cody, Like these are
- 8:22Speaker 2: all iconic episodes that honestly had me shaken in my
- 8:26Speaker 2: boots when I watched The Sweet Life of Zach and Cody,
- 8:29Speaker 2: you know, I was just like ghosts.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I saw one of them. I don't know if it
- 8:33Speaker 1: was Zach or Cody. He was in a horror movie
- 8:35Speaker 1: that you might actually like. It was called Lisa Frankenstein.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yes, that's cold, that's cool.
- 8:40Speaker 1: No good, it was good. It was good and it's
- 8:42Speaker 1: not like you know, nasty.
- 8:44Speaker 2: You handle I can handle those.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's PG. Thirteen. But I thought it
- 8:47Speaker 1: was a really good movie. I thought that the actress
- 8:49Speaker 1: Catherine Newton, I think she's really good.
- 8:51Speaker 2: She's like, yeah, she's like coming up.
- 8:53Speaker 1: She's like a modern scream queen sort of girl. She's
- 8:55Speaker 1: in a lot of horror stuff.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Was I thought one of the better movies. But back
- 8:59Speaker 1: to Nickeloe and they had a lot of cartoons, so
- 9:01Speaker 1: I guess you probably didn't watch either. Did you not
- 9:03Speaker 1: watch like Rugrats or anything like that?
- 9:05Speaker 2: Maybe when I was like really young, but I was
- 9:07Speaker 2: I wasn't a Nickelodeon Girl. We watched I watched.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Disney Rugrets had a fantastic Halloween special where they get
- 9:14Speaker 1: the reptar bar. Reptars like their Godzilla in their universe,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and they have the special reptar bar. When you bite it,
- 9:21Speaker 1: it has the green like insides and it turns your
- 9:24Speaker 1: tongue green. And the babies go on adventures and you know,
- 9:27Speaker 1: try and get reptar bars.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Babies.
- 9:29Speaker 1: The babies just terrible parents. These babies they get away.
- 9:34Speaker 2: They just believe their parents at six months old, No
- 9:38Speaker 2: big deal.
- 9:38Speaker 1: They should really make like what would happen if the
- 9:43Speaker 1: Rugrats were real? And it's just the parents get arrested,
- 9:47Speaker 1: the babies have to go up for adoption.
- 9:48Speaker 2: One of them dies, clearly really turning left. Yeah.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah, if I was to reboot anything, it would be
- 9:55Speaker 1: the real life, real life Rugrets. What about let's go
- 10:00Speaker 1: with like the classic classics. I'm more of a Christmas
- 10:03Speaker 1: special guy. Christmas specials, I think our top tier and
- 10:07Speaker 1: there's holiday yeah, but as far as like Halloween, I
- 10:11Speaker 1: think the one that stands out above anything is the
- 10:14Speaker 1: Charlie Brown, the Great Pumpkin.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's like always on and that's not really scary.
- 10:19Speaker 2: It's just like a pumpkin.
- 10:20Speaker 1: It's it's againvy. It's like a comfort food. So it's
- 10:25Speaker 1: a comfort Yeah, you just have it on. You don't
- 10:26Speaker 1: even need to be paying attention. It's got good music,
- 10:28Speaker 1: it's got good imagery. It's definitely one of my favorites.
- 10:31Speaker 1: There's a bunch of shows on ABC that I thought
- 10:34Speaker 1: did Halloween really well. Boy Meets World had a very
- 10:37Speaker 1: good Halloween episode which actually guest starred Jennifer Love Hewitt,
- 10:41Speaker 1: who was dating the older brother in that show at
- 10:45Speaker 1: in real life. And they've sort of did a spoof
- 10:48Speaker 1: on I Know What You Did last Summer, which she
- 10:49Speaker 1: starred in She's beautiful. Oh yeah, she might be top
- 10:53Speaker 1: ten all time for me, like nineteen ninety nine, Jennifer
- 10:57Speaker 1: Love You.
- 10:57Speaker 2: She was in that also, that Ghost show Yeah, yeah,
- 11:01Speaker 2: Lifetime or tilS or something like that.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I think it was on CBS. It was yeah. Oh
- 11:05Speaker 1: I thought maybe they had you know, reruns, yeah, Ghost Whisperer. Yeah,
- 11:10Speaker 1: and then she dated somebody I think that was on
- 11:12Speaker 1: that show, Jamie Kennedy, who was a comedian, goofy guy.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I don't know how he pulled.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Hey, Jessica rabbit.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. Uh. You know Roseanne, who we can't
- 11:25Speaker 1: even talk about anymore. She had some great Halloween episodes
- 11:28Speaker 1: Home Improvement with the with the you know Kim Allen,
- 11:31Speaker 1: fantastic Halloween episodes. Now we were talking off the air,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and you really didn't get excited when I talked about
- 11:39Speaker 1: Halloween costumes.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Yeah I did it.
- 11:42Speaker 1: What is that about.
- 11:43Speaker 2: There's no Halloween costume that I executed. That is amazing
- 11:49Speaker 2: to me. Like, I see the costumes that people do
- 11:52Speaker 2: when they're so creative, like when I trigg or treated
- 11:55Speaker 2: it or like did Halloween, it was so bland and
- 11:58Speaker 2: so boring exactly, just like that. So I was a
- 12:03Speaker 2: cat or I was a witch, like I was just
- 12:06Speaker 2: solid the basics thing, basic stuff. Yeah.
- 12:09Speaker 1: What about when you're an adult, did you do like
- 12:13Speaker 1: bar nights and dress up or anything like that?
- 12:16Speaker 2: No? I was such a loser. No, because honestly I
- 12:20Speaker 2: didn't want to.
- 12:22Speaker 1: You didn't go to whpc's Halloween party last night.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I did not know.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Did you know that was a thing? Why didn't you go? Then?
- 12:31Speaker 1: I hadn't excite.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I was busy.
- 12:33Speaker 1: What were you busy with?
- 12:34Speaker 2: I was busy. I have plans, I couldn't go.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Okay, okay, that's cool. I'm in a bowling league, so
- 12:40Speaker 1: I legally could not go. Actually legally, yeah, I pay money.
- 12:43Speaker 1: I paid thirty five bucks a week even if I
- 12:46Speaker 1: miss Even if I missed the league, you still have
- 12:48Speaker 1: to pay money, which is ridiculous.
- 12:49Speaker 2: That is ridiculous.
- 12:50Speaker 1: So let's let's get to the main event, and that
- 12:52Speaker 1: would be the candy.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Yes, that's what I'm in for. I love Halloween candy
- 12:56Speaker 2: and that's like number one in my heart. Love it.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Here's my hot take. Easter candy is superior. I love
- 13:04Speaker 1: jelly beans. Why can't there be Halloween jelly beans?
- 13:07Speaker 2: Gross?
- 13:07Speaker 1: What do you mean gross? Jelly beans are fantastic. You
- 13:11Speaker 1: know Ronald Reagan loved jelly beans. I saw jelly beans
- 13:15Speaker 1: in a movie the other day. Yeah, someone out of
- 13:18Speaker 1: jar of jelly beans.
- 13:19Speaker 2: But is that the only candy that you're going against
- 13:21Speaker 2: Halloween candy with?
- 13:23Speaker 1: No? Because I think Halloween candy is more of a
- 13:26Speaker 1: chocolate centric thing where Easter has. You know, they're chocolate
- 13:30Speaker 1: bunnies and whatnot, but they also have like the peeps,
- 13:34Speaker 1: and then they have a lot of like sour candies
- 13:37Speaker 1: like sweet tearts in the shape of little ducklings and whatnot.
- 13:41Speaker 2: I know, but Halloween is all together candy. I mean
- 13:45Speaker 2: you got sour Patch kids?
- 13:46Speaker 1: No, no, you don't, No, you don't you do house
- 13:48Speaker 1: are you going then as sour Patch kids?
- 13:50Speaker 2: Everything comes in a fun sign. My dad got two
- 13:53Speaker 2: big bags of candy from Costco. One candy like sour
- 13:58Speaker 2: Nerds everything, and then one chocolate. So there's different out
- 14:03Speaker 2: there if you haven't gotten candy going to Costco.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Oh we're Costco guys. You know those guys. Ship that's
- 14:11Speaker 1: probably gonna be a big costume this year.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Oh it's a big Justice and the dad. I could
- 14:17Speaker 1: see that taking over. Yeah, so I don't know. I
- 14:24Speaker 1: when I was a kid, Yeah, I felt like it
- 14:26Speaker 1: was the same. Six candies Like Smarties were big and
- 14:29Speaker 1: I hate them. They basically are just chalk. They like
- 14:32Speaker 1: circular little chalks.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Oh oh oh, I love those, love them?
- 14:37Speaker 1: Yeah like smarties. I love sweethearts. Sweethearts are fantastic.
- 14:42Speaker 2: No, No, they're like they're rolled in right, those are
- 14:44Speaker 2: the Sweethearts?
- 14:46Speaker 1: No, those are Smarties. Smarties are in like a roll.
- 14:48Speaker 2: I like the Smarties. What are sweethearts?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Then they usually come in like a three pack three
- 14:53Speaker 1: little tiny they're in the same shape as a Smartie,
- 14:55Speaker 1: but they're sour.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Oh no, no, I like Smarties. I'll eat Smarties till the.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Day that I die, and you'll die quickly because I
- 15:03Speaker 1: know they're not there.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I got confused on the on the candy. See how
- 15:06Speaker 2: much chocolate. I'm not really candy. I'm chocolate.
- 15:10Speaker 1: So you're saying chocolate isn't candy.
- 15:12Speaker 2: No, I'm I'm just yeah, I guess so yeah.
- 15:14Speaker 1: All right, So then top tier. And we're talking Halloween candies.
- 15:18Speaker 1: We're not talking just candies in general. So what would
- 15:22Speaker 1: be when you were going trick or treating? What were
- 15:24Speaker 1: the ones you were looking forward to the most? To get?
- 15:27Speaker 2: Reese's Cups number one, number one.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I love them music kicked in Cups number one number one.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Now I never really got Reese's Pieces during Halloween. Have
- 15:40Speaker 1: I Do you like the pieces over the cups?
- 15:43Speaker 2: No?
- 15:44Speaker 1: I love Reese's Pieces so much more than the cups.
- 15:47Speaker 1: And there's so much more you could do with the
- 15:49Speaker 1: Reese's pieces. You could put it in popar and you
- 15:52Speaker 1: could put it in ice cream.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Stop, you could you could chop up some Reese's cups
- 15:57Speaker 2: and put it in ice cream much much worse now.
- 16:00Speaker 2: All right, So Reese's Cups, Reese's Cup number one. If
- 16:04Speaker 2: I go to like a fancy house, a surprise for me.
- 16:07Speaker 2: It's my favorite candy bar is the cookies and cream
- 16:10Speaker 2: Hershey Bar.
- 16:10Speaker 1: You've never get that.
- 16:11Speaker 2: I know it's it's way out, but sometimes I did
- 16:15Speaker 2: remember getting one fun size one o they I did.
- 16:18Speaker 2: They do exist. I do love kit kats.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Kit Cats are great.
- 16:23Speaker 2: I love a good Snickers.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I didn't like them as a kid. I feel like
- 16:27Speaker 1: I didn't like a lot of Peanuts stuff as a kid.
- 16:29Speaker 2: But yeah, the caramel, the nuts, the new everything.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Yes, milky Ways they're boring to me, well because they're
- 16:41Speaker 1: just essentially Snickers without the.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I mean I'll eat them. If I get them, I'll
- 16:45Speaker 2: eat them.
- 16:46Speaker 1: I think of milky Way's top tier.
- 16:48Speaker 2: M No, what about twigs. I like a good twig.
- 16:53Speaker 1: They're boring.
- 16:55Speaker 2: No, at least there's like a crunch to them. Milky
- 16:57Speaker 2: Ways like a three Musketeers, there's nothing to do it.
- 16:59Speaker 1: What about like the lamest candies? You know? Our station
- 17:02Speaker 1: manager Sean Novat his favorite candy of all time is
- 17:06Speaker 1: just a Hershey Bar. I mean don't go respect no,
- 17:12Speaker 1: because it's.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Just it's just the beginning.
- 17:15Speaker 1: It's basic.
- 17:16Speaker 2: It's basic, it's very vanilla.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Well it's not actually no, I no, but.
- 17:20Speaker 2: It's I know it's chocolate, but it's just a regular thing.
- 17:23Speaker 2: There's nothing to it.
- 17:24Speaker 1: What about all right, let's go from not the candy world,
- 17:28Speaker 1: but you go trick or treating. Did you ever get
- 17:30Speaker 1: like a bag of pennies or dimes?
- 17:33Speaker 2: No? And I hate people that do that. I hate
- 17:35Speaker 2: people that do crafts, like they'll give you pencils or stuff.
- 17:39Speaker 1: That's my mother, what do we do?
- 17:40Speaker 2: And I hate your mom, I guess because it was
- 17:45Speaker 2: so stupid, Like Halloween is for candy. Unless you're giving
- 17:48Speaker 2: me an oven baked cookie, then fine, But I don't
- 17:52Speaker 2: want to do arts and crafts.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, so that's pretty much just asking to be egged.
- 17:59Speaker 1: I think if your house it's like here's pennies, it's like, okay,
- 18:02Speaker 1: I'll be egging your house late tonight, big red flag.
- 18:05Speaker 1: My mom's point of contention was we had like a
- 18:09Speaker 1: rodent problem. She's like, I don't want but I'm like,
- 18:13Speaker 1: you just make an excuse because we have food. It's
- 18:15Speaker 1: not like we don't have food in the house, so
- 18:18Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know what that's about. But yeah,
- 18:20Speaker 1: we give away like stickers and pencils, and it's it's
- 18:25Speaker 1: not good. It's not good. We used to have a
- 18:29Speaker 1: house in our neighborhood that would give away cans of
- 18:33Speaker 1: soda and cans of fruit punch and iced tea. It
- 18:37Speaker 1: was amazing. There was nothing better than that. You you know,
- 18:40Speaker 1: you'd be trigger treating, thirsty, thirsty as hell because your diabetes.
- 18:44Speaker 1: You'd be kicking in and you'd be like, all right,
- 18:48Speaker 1: we're going to Jones's house corner of Pine Shoot and
- 18:50Speaker 1: Hemp said to get some to get some iced tea.
- 18:53Speaker 2: That's different. I like that. That's different. If it's it's
- 18:57Speaker 2: got to be edible. Like again, I don't want a pencil,
- 18:59Speaker 2: Like don't want a sticker. It's gotta be I gotta
- 19:02Speaker 2: be able to ingest it. That's it.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Now, what about the tricking of Halloween? You know we
- 19:08Speaker 1: talked about the treats. Did you ever partake in egging
- 19:11Speaker 1: or toilet paper? Ad?
- 19:12Speaker 2: No, I'm a good person.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You're a good person.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I am a good person.
- 19:16Speaker 1: So you never use shaven creamer, shilly string. You seem
- 19:18Speaker 1: like a shilly string girl.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Maybe maybe a silly string fight in my one day,
- 19:25Speaker 2: but that's it.

- 20:04Speaker 2: got my sunglass, I got my glasses.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Do you have a gun, bleezer, you have a weapon?
- 20:09Speaker 2: A gun?
- 20:11Speaker 1: You know? Maybe head to target? Get a NERF gun.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Some of those look sort of.
- 20:15Speaker 2: I'm not spending twenty five dollars on a gun.
- 20:18Speaker 1: You think nerf guns are that expensive?
- 20:20Speaker 2: Yeah?

- 21:02Speaker 1: What about razor blades and candy. You were telling me
- 21:04Speaker 1: you love putting razor blades and candy off the air?
- 21:06Speaker 2: No, no, I didn't.
- 21:08Speaker 1: You literally told me that, Like I just bought so
