- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, let's go Happy Tuesday. Thank you for being here.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:07Speaker 3: Lady Gaga is going to release a new song, dead
- 0:10Speaker 3: Dance for Wednesday season two, so according to Variety, two
- 0:14Speaker 3: sources confirmed that the song and music video are expected
- 0:17Speaker 3: to be released next month to coincide with Lady Gaga's
- 0:21Speaker 3: debut as Rosalie Rotwood. She's going to be an legendary
- 0:25Speaker 3: never more teacher who crosses paths with Wednesday in this series.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Part one of the series comes out tomorrow, so Part
- 0:34Speaker 3: two isn't coming out till later on in September, which
- 0:37Speaker 3: is when we think is when Gaga is going to
- 0:40Speaker 3: make her debut. So just keep that in mind. She
- 0:42Speaker 3: won't be like, right out the gate, here's Lady Gaga
- 0:44Speaker 3: kind of vibes. You gotta wait a little while to
- 0:46Speaker 3: see her in the series. Mark your calendars now. National
- 0:49Speaker 3: Zoo Zoo's Zoo Illumination, Oh my goodness, too many zoos.
- 0:54Speaker 3: National Zoo's Zoo Lumination. Their tickets go on sale next month.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Zulumina is the country's largest lantern festival. It has over
- 1:04Speaker 3: one thousand custom made soak lanterns. The event's going to
- 1:07Speaker 3: happen nightly November thirteenth through January fourth. Tickets go on
- 1:11Speaker 3: sale September seventeenth, though on the National Zoos website. You're
- 1:14Speaker 3: gonna want to grab those. This is a big deal.
- 1:16Speaker 3: This one's huge every year, so grab your tickets early
- 1:19Speaker 3: and fast. And Ikea and best Buy have teamed up
- 1:23Speaker 3: for a new shop in shop concept. So the idea
- 1:26Speaker 3: is that there is one inside of the other, so
- 1:29Speaker 3: it's just one big shop but everything you need. So
- 1:31Speaker 3: starting this fall, ten best Buy locations in Florida and
- 1:34Speaker 3: Texas are going to have a thousand square foot Ikea
- 1:38Speaker 3: shop in shop spaces so you can design everything you need,
- 1:42Speaker 3: pick out appliances, and everything like that all in one spot.
- 1:45Speaker 3: This partnership makes it obviously a lot easier to do that.
- 1:49Speaker 3: This is like an upgrade to what they typically do,
- 1:52Speaker 3: and if it all works out the way that they
- 1:53Speaker 3: think it's going to, you can expect that this is
- 1:56Speaker 3: going to be a more common situation and they'll probably
- 1:58Speaker 3: end up rolling this out in more places across the country. Obviously,
- 2:03Speaker 3: anything that's gonna make my leve easier I'm on board for.
- 2:06Speaker 3: So I love this idea, Sanchez, and those are the
- 2:09Speaker 3: three things you need.
- 2:10Speaker 1: To know Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 2:14Speaker 4: It's one of.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Seven five of the river we're about to do. Did
- 2:17Speaker 3: you hear this is a news story that you may
- 2:19Speaker 3: not heard of, but we feel like you should know
- 2:22Speaker 3: all the details about Zach has found one today. Go ahead, Zach.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Okay, did you guys hear? Then?
- 2:28Speaker 5: Apparently if you want to become a father, or if
- 2:31Speaker 5: you're trying to have a baby right now, do not
- 2:34Speaker 5: eat bacon, because they're saying that apparently processed foods like
- 2:38Speaker 5: bacon kind of kill the testosterone, and so if you
- 2:44Speaker 5: do not eat bacon or sausage or processed foods, you're
- 2:48Speaker 5: twenty eight percent more likely to be able to actually.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Have a baby.
- 2:52Speaker 3: And you said if you're going to be a father,
- 2:54Speaker 3: So this is for guys.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Yeah, it's for guys.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Okay, So ladies, keep chowing down on that bacon, fellas, you.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Can eat as much bacon as you want. Guys, stop it.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Okay, interesting, I mean, processed foods have plenty of things
- 3:08Speaker 3: in there that we should not be eating anyways, So
- 3:10Speaker 3: that does make sad.
- 3:11Speaker 5: I thought it was so interesting that they like specifically.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Caught out bacon. Yeah, there's so many other processed foods.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I don't want to make everybody start throwing things at me,
- 3:20Speaker 2: people to turn off their radiohusband, as the resident vegetarian, like,
- 3:24Speaker 2: you know, this is not that shocking to me. You know,
- 3:25Speaker 2: I've watched enough documentaries and read enough books about the
- 3:29Speaker 2: effects of.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Both Zach and I are.
- 3:33Speaker 6: Ey's solid from there. I'm saying, well, this is unfortunately
- 3:43Speaker 6: more evidence on your side.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, thank you for this breaking news.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Menno.
- 3:50Speaker 3: In the morning Heaven is smiling ear to ear. He
- 3:54Speaker 3: looks the happiest I've seen.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Him, and we it's kind of freaking me out.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yes, miss morning, I woke up smiling and whistling and
- 4:04Speaker 2: all the things. Man, I'm gonna tell you after SHABBOOZI.
- 4:07Speaker 4: Do you ever whistle when you're happy?
- 4:10Speaker 3: As I do not whistle as a happy person, but hey,
- 4:14Speaker 3: whatever you do, Kevin, I was a.
- 4:16Speaker 7: Cartoon character this morning getting out of bed.
- 4:18Speaker 2: I was feeling it. I've got that good news that
- 4:20Speaker 2: Shabboozy is looking for. Right after this song, I'll tell
- 4:23Speaker 2: you why I'm so happy today.
- 4:26Speaker 7: I know I'm not the only one.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and men in the morning has been smiling
- 4:32Speaker 3: NonStop this morning, and it's kind of freaking Zach and
- 4:35Speaker 3: I out a little bit.
- 4:36Speaker 4: I'm legitimately terrified.
- 4:38Speaker 3: It's Ricky, Zach and manno in the morning on one
- 4:40Speaker 3: of seven five the river. Why are you smiling so
- 4:43Speaker 3: much today? And I know it's not because you saw
- 4:45Speaker 3: our beautiful faces?
- 4:47Speaker 7: Well no, I mean.
- 4:47Speaker 2: That's always a part of it. You can just make
- 4:49Speaker 2: me smile every day, but you days so much. That's
- 4:52Speaker 2: a much better reason.
- 4:54Speaker 4: I know.
- 4:54Speaker 2: I know I'm not the only parent out there waking
- 4:57Speaker 2: up feeling this way this morning, but so many kids
- 5:00Speaker 2: are going.
- 5:01Speaker 7: Back to school.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Finally, today is the day?
- 5:05Speaker 3: Sound like so much fun.
- 5:07Speaker 2: This summer was particularly hard in the Manor household we moved.
- 5:12Speaker 7: The kids had.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Ten times more screen time than I would have liked
- 5:16Speaker 2: them to have. The iPad I want to throw their
- 5:19Speaker 2: iPads off of the Batman.
- 5:20Speaker 7: Building I hate.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I don't give unsolicited parenting advice often, but if you
- 5:27Speaker 2: are a young parent, hold off on the iPads as
- 5:30Speaker 2: long as you possibly can it with.
- 5:31Speaker 7: Such a mistake. So many of Molliy and Riley's.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Friends don't have them, and I am so jealous of
- 5:36Speaker 2: those families.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Oh okay, so okay, that's a good tip. Hold off
- 5:40Speaker 3: as long as you possibly can with.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Not to make the whole thing about iPads, but I
- 5:43Speaker 2: would rather they sit and watch a show than sit
- 5:46Speaker 2: there and watch these short little videos on YouTube and
- 5:48Speaker 2: all this minecraft's zapping their attentions.
- 5:52Speaker 5: Police, I have a question, Yeah, do you hate your
- 5:54Speaker 5: kids for them to go back to school because they need.
- 6:00Speaker 7: The structure, the socialization, all the things.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Like it's just been because you want them out of
- 6:04Speaker 4: your hair.
- 6:06Speaker 7: I mean, yeah, I.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Think that's fair.
- 6:11Speaker 2: It's hard to get things done when they're there. I
- 6:13Speaker 2: love my kids so much. I love hanging out with them,
- 6:14Speaker 2: playing with them, but all day, every day, you know,
- 6:17Speaker 2: gets to be like we didn't really do summer camps
- 6:19Speaker 2: this summer.
- 6:20Speaker 7: It's just been kind of.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Kevin's exhausted something.
- 6:26Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:26Speaker 5: This is the perk of being gay, is I don't
- 6:30Speaker 5: have to deal with the kids.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I don't have kids.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I mean gay couples also have kids.
- 6:35Speaker 5: I mean they can if they have a lot of money,
- 6:37Speaker 5: which I don't have.
- 6:38Speaker 4: So but I'm just saying there's.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Also plenty of gay couples who have kids as well.
- 6:43Speaker 4: But you can't have an oopsy that's true.
- 6:46Speaker 3: That's true. You can't have an oopsy. That's that's I
- 6:49Speaker 3: think what he's getting at here.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Can't be clear that my kids were not oopsy. And
- 6:54Speaker 2: once again, I loved them very much. I didn't exactly
- 6:56Speaker 2: know how to respond to Zach as.
- 6:57Speaker 3: A kid who was an oopsie. I don't feel bad
- 7:00Speaker 3: about it, So nothing to worry about there. Bottom line
- 7:05Speaker 3: is that Kevin is smiling ear to ear. He's very
- 7:07Speaker 3: excited to have some time to himself, and I don't
- 7:09Speaker 3: think there's anything wrong with that.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I'll make you guys smile now too. I mean, feel
- 7:12Speaker 2: back the curtain a bit. Working in radio, you know,
- 7:15Speaker 2: summer's a little bit tough because people are of their
- 7:17Speaker 2: routines and they're not in the car, they're not taking
- 7:19Speaker 2: the kids to school. So welcome back everybody as we
- 7:22Speaker 2: settle back into another school.
- 7:23Speaker 7: Year, normal routine.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Honey.
- 7:25Speaker 7: It's nice.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's nice when when everybody gets back to school and
- 7:28Speaker 2: those routines come back.
- 7:29Speaker 7: So welcome back, friends.
- 7:31Speaker 3: And if you're in the car with your kids, tell
- 7:33Speaker 3: them that you love them.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Right now.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Things you need to know I just.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Past seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning. Thank you for
- 7:43Speaker 2: being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Chaperone is given an update on her second album, and
- 7:49Speaker 3: it's kind of going to be a bummer for a
- 7:51Speaker 3: lot of you. But she told Vogue there is quote
- 7:53Speaker 3: no collections of songs for her second album. She followed
- 7:58Speaker 3: up by saying that it took her five years to
- 7:59Speaker 3: make her first one, The Rise and Fall of a
- 8:02Speaker 3: Midwest Princess, and it's probably going to take another five
- 8:05Speaker 3: to write enough for another album, So everybody's gonna be
- 8:08Speaker 3: patient with her and the time that it takes her
- 8:10Speaker 3: to actually come out with her second album. She said
- 8:12Speaker 3: that she keeps seeing all these things on social media
- 8:14Speaker 3: of everyone saying, oh, Travele's everywhere but in the studio.
- 8:18Speaker 3: But she said she can't just churn out these songs
- 8:22Speaker 3: like she's not a machine. It takes her some time.
- 8:25Speaker 3: So it's gonna be a little while till we get
- 8:27Speaker 3: another album from her.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I kind of respect that that's why so many people,
- 8:30Speaker 2: so many bands, so many artists put out their first
- 8:31Speaker 2: album and it's like a classic, and then they have to.
- 8:34Speaker 7: Instantly follow it up.
- 8:35Speaker 2: They've had their whole life to work on this debut
- 8:37Speaker 2: album exactly.
- 8:38Speaker 3: So it's gonna take her time. We just got to
- 8:40Speaker 3: be patient. There will be probably singles here and there.
- 8:43Speaker 3: She's already come out with a few, so like, just
- 8:46Speaker 3: keep that in mind. Tomato Art Festival is happening this
- 8:49Speaker 3: weekend in East Nashville Saturday and Sunday. It's gonna be
- 8:52Speaker 3: filled with tomato themed art. It's books always amazing, and
- 8:57Speaker 3: I miss it every year because I end up being
- 8:59Speaker 3: away every single time. I'm so upset about it. But
- 9:01Speaker 3: the two day festival has concerts, it's free to attend,
- 9:05Speaker 3: all are welcome, costumes are encouraged. They have fun little
- 9:09Speaker 3: contests that have to do with costumes and other things
- 9:12Speaker 3: like local music, all sorts of stuff. Go check it out.
- 9:15Speaker 3: It really does look like so much fun, and it's
- 9:18Speaker 3: just such a bummer that I miss it every year.
- 9:19Speaker 3: One year. I'm eventually gonna go one year, so you can.
- 9:23Speaker 7: You can dream.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Sour Patch Kids have a new candy coming this Halloween.
- 9:27Speaker 3: This is fun and it totally fits the Sour Patch
- 9:30Speaker 3: Kids theme. But they're called sour Patch Kids monster Heads,
- 9:35Speaker 3: so it's the same typical little gummies, but they have huge,
- 9:39Speaker 3: enlarged heads on them. They come in three flavors, watermelon, orange, orange,
- 9:45Speaker 3: black raspberry, and black raspberry watermelon. It looks like they're
- 9:49Speaker 3: gonna be hitting stores at the end of this month.
- 9:52Speaker 3: They're obviously going to be perfect for Halloween. I love
- 9:55Speaker 3: seeing all the Halloween things starting to come out. Now,
- 9:57Speaker 3: that's how you know that, you know it's almost fall.
- 9:59Speaker 3: It's almost here. But these are their new edition for
- 10:02Speaker 3: this year's lineup. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
- 10:04Speaker 3: three things you.
- 10:05Speaker 4: Need to know.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky, appreciate that. Right after Sailor song,
- 10:10Speaker 2: Zax Got Effect. Jax Got Effect, Zax Got Effect. Zax'
- 10:14Speaker 2: got effect just for you.
- 10:15Speaker 4: That's our song. Zax Facts.
- 10:17Speaker 8: Next on the Word on the River, Ricky, Zach and
- 10:21Speaker 8: Menno in the Morning Time for.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Zack's facts on one oh seven five the River, which
- 10:25Speaker 2: you got buddy.
- 10:25Speaker 5: This is so insane to me, but apparently the heart
- 10:29Speaker 5: of a blue whale can weigh up to four hundred pounds.
- 10:33Speaker 4: That makes sense.
- 10:34Speaker 5: They're huge, I mean they are huge, but like four
- 10:38Speaker 5: hundred pounds for just the heart.
- 10:40Speaker 2: I feel like that whale should have a show on
- 10:41Speaker 2: TLC my four hundred pound heart.
- 10:43Speaker 7: Yo.
- 10:44Speaker 4: I you know I love TLC so much.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Wow.
- 10:49Speaker 5: I watched thousand Pounds, Sisters, thousand pounds, best Friends, like
- 10:53Speaker 5: all of the things.
- 10:53Speaker 4: So I would definitely watch that.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Just to give you a little bit of an idea.
- 10:57Speaker 3: A blue whale can be two hundred and ninety thousand
- 11:00Speaker 3: pounds to three hundred and thirty thousand pounds, don't.
- 11:04Speaker 7: Yeah, I would watch that show.
- 11:07Speaker 4: That's absolutely insane. And their heart is four hundred of
- 11:12Speaker 4: the pounds. Yep. And that's your fact.
- 11:14Speaker 8: In the Day the River Ricky, Zach and Menno In
- 11:18Speaker 8: the morning, it.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Is officially fair season. The fairs are starting all over
- 11:22Speaker 3: Middle Tennessee. It's one of seven five of the River.
- 11:25Speaker 3: We want to know your go to favorite fair food
- 11:29Speaker 3: ride oreo. Okay, Zach didn't have to think about it
- 11:31Speaker 3: at all. He knew immediately what it was going to
- 11:33Speaker 3: be because that's honestly my favorite part of the fair.
- 11:38Speaker 7: The food. The food.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Yeah, food in general is my favorite part of the fair.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Are you into the fried oreos as much as Zach is?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Though I can't eat fright oreos, but when I could, yes,
- 11:47Speaker 3: I love it.
- 11:48Speaker 5: I honestly, don't think that anybody is excited about a
- 11:51Speaker 5: fried oreo than I am.
- 11:53Speaker 3: I can tell from the way you just screamed, fed oreo.
- 11:56Speaker 7: What is the food that you have to have when
- 11:59Speaker 7: you go to the fair? That's we want to know
- 12:00Speaker 7: right now.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Six one five seven three seven one.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Chee zach and meno in the morning, it's one o seven.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Five of the river. We are so excited because it
- 12:11Speaker 3: is officially fair season. All of the fairs are popping
- 12:14Speaker 3: up around Middle Tennessee, and we want to know what
- 12:17Speaker 3: your go to favorite fair food is. Acy in Nashville.
- 12:21Speaker 3: My fa is a funnel cake.
- 12:26Speaker 4: I love a funnel cake, a classic.
- 12:28Speaker 3: That's a good choice.
- 12:30Speaker 7: Do you like a lot of powdered sugar onund there? Yeah?
- 12:32Speaker 4: Okay, So I have.
- 12:33Speaker 5: A question though, like, how do you feel about their
- 12:35Speaker 5: red velvet funnel cakes?
- 12:38Speaker 4: No, that's that's all.
- 12:42Speaker 7: Get that out of her face.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Our girl, Acy likes it very simple, just a regular
- 12:46Speaker 3: funnel cake.
- 12:47Speaker 4: I like it. I am so sorry, Acy.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Thank you so much for calling in. Yeah, I have
- 12:54Speaker 3: a great day today.
- 12:56Speaker 7: She hung up on us.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Hey Easton, tell us your favorite fair food funnel cakes
- 13:03Speaker 3: to be a classic one? That everybody loves.
- 13:04Speaker 5: We are two for two, so I have to ask
- 13:07Speaker 5: the question down you feel about ride velvet funnel cake.
- 13:15Speaker 3: You have to go to the class. You can't go
- 13:17Speaker 3: with the new style. The new has to be you
- 13:20Speaker 3: have to go to the old.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Yeah, Okay, again, my bad.
- 13:26Speaker 7: I think you should stop trying with that question, Zach,
- 13:29Speaker 7: he said, thank.
- 13:29Speaker 2: You for calling, buddy.
- 13:31Speaker 7: Mine would be a fried pickle. I guess that's my
- 13:34Speaker 7: go to.
- 13:35Speaker 3: I love me, But like pickles, you can get in
- 13:38Speaker 3: other places. It's not just strictly the fair.
- 13:40Speaker 2: You can literally get it anywhere, Kevin, But I don't
- 13:44Speaker 2: I mean again, I feel like this has been the
- 13:45Speaker 2: theme of the day today. You guys given me a
- 13:48Speaker 2: hard time about making healthy choices. But I don't usually
- 13:51Speaker 2: get like fried food just on a regular basis.
- 13:53Speaker 7: I wait for the fair.
- 13:55Speaker 5: I literally thought you were going to say, like, oh,
- 13:57Speaker 5: my favorite thing of the fair.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Is bottled water, like that's how classy you are.
- 14:03Speaker 2: But there is nothing better than a nice cold water
- 14:05Speaker 2: on a hot day at the fair.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Be quiet.
- 14:07Speaker 3: If anybody else has their favorite fair food that isn't
- 14:10Speaker 3: funnel cake or fried pickles, call us six one, five,
- 14:14Speaker 3: seven through seven, nine, seven the River, Ricky, Zach and
- 14:19Speaker 3: the Little Bit and Murphy's Borough. Welcome to one oh
- 14:21Speaker 3: seven five the River. What is your favorite fair food?
- 14:24Speaker 9: I have to say it fride oreos.
- 14:26Speaker 10: I always get really excited about this them.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Even make them at home.
- 14:30Speaker 5: Sometimes, Elizabeth, I feel like you might be my spirit animal.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Exactly fed oreo.
- 14:37Speaker 9: I absolutely love them.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I had never tried them until I had moved back
- 14:42Speaker 2: to murphy Borough.
- 14:43Speaker 9: They are absolutely my favorite.
- 14:45Speaker 3: And you make them at home, you're gonna have to
- 14:47Speaker 3: make Zach some.
- 14:48Speaker 10: I do make them home.
- 14:49Speaker 9: My grandma taught me how to make them at home.
- 14:51Speaker 9: Everything I learned is from my grandma.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Girl, if you can hear me snapping right now, like
- 14:56Speaker 5: it's all the snap?
- 14:57Speaker 2: Can you sell him so in? Can you guys sell
- 14:59Speaker 2: me me on a fried oreo? Like I don't necessarily
- 15:02Speaker 2: get it? An oreo alone is a sweet deserve.
- 15:05Speaker 5: How do we have to sell you on a fried
- 15:07Speaker 5: oreo too much?
- 15:10Speaker 9: It's so easy.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You just have a f are and.
- 15:12Speaker 9: Then you fall in love.
- 15:14Speaker 7: Yeah, it's honestly, Kevin.
- 15:16Speaker 3: It's the fact that it gets so gooey on the inside,
- 15:19Speaker 3: like it gets like andy and it.
- 15:21Speaker 9: Just like not like a regular oreo.
- 15:23Speaker 3: It melts in your mouth, you know. Okay, he's not convinced, Elizabeth.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Thank you so much for calling him though. We also
- 15:30Speaker 3: love fried oreos, so we get it.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 15:33Speaker 7: A thing Allie in White House, good morning.
- 15:37Speaker 2: What's your favorite fair food?
- 15:41Speaker 3: Oh? Yes, that's what I'm talking about, my girl. I
- 15:44Speaker 3: love a big turkey leg the size of my face.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Do you ever actually finish it?
- 15:50Speaker 1: Ali?
- 15:50Speaker 3: Because I can never finish the whole thing, but I
- 15:52Speaker 3: always have to get one.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Allie?
- 15:57Speaker 7: How old are you? Okay?
- 15:59Speaker 2: I like the idea of, you know, kids walking around
- 16:01Speaker 2: with these enormous turkeys.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Ali and I are probably the same height.
- 16:04Speaker 5: Then well, I'm not going to be rude, but very small.
- 16:08Speaker 5: So like you, not being able to finish, it makes sense.
- 16:10Speaker 3: It makes sense that we can't finish the whole turkey leg.
- 16:12Speaker 3: But oh my god, is it good though? Thank you
- 16:17Speaker 3: Ali for calling in. We hope you have a great day.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Is today your first day back at school?
- 16:21Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 16:21Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, what grade are you in?
- 16:24Speaker 7: Seventh?
- 16:25Speaker 3: You're gonna have the most amazing seventh grade year. Have
- 16:28Speaker 3: the best first day, Ali, Thank you.
- 16:31Speaker 2: All the kids, all the teachers starting today, make it
- 16:34Speaker 2: a great year. Thank you for for starting your year
- 16:37Speaker 2: with us over here at the River. We appreciate that
- 16:39Speaker 2: it's gonna be a good one. We do have more
- 16:41Speaker 2: tickets to see the weekend.
- 16:42Speaker 7: We've got them all week with the Game of the day.
- 16:44Speaker 7: Can win those next?
- 16:45Speaker 2: And by the way, can't you just warm up an
- 16:46Speaker 2: oreo in the microwave and just no.
- 16:50Speaker 4: And no, it's not the same.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and men in the morning.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Topical trivia this week for Kevin Manno's Game of the
- 16:58Speaker 3: Day on one O seven five The River Weekend the weekend.
- 17:02Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I always want to call them weekend buddy,
- 17:05Speaker 3: don't understand what upset?
- 17:07Speaker 7: Yeah, you guys, do you know you're on a one
- 17:08Speaker 7: name basis with the guests.
- 17:10Speaker 3: The weekend is gonna be at Nissan Stadium. We have
- 17:13Speaker 3: tickets up for grabs, Jackie and East Nashville. How you
- 17:16Speaker 3: feeling this morning?
- 17:17Speaker 9: A little nervous, but I hope.
- 17:19Speaker 10: I got this.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Okay, that's a good attitude. I think you're gonna be
- 17:22Speaker 2: just fine. What are you doing right now? You're on
- 17:24Speaker 2: your way to work.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I'm on the way to Adopt's appointment, which it was
- 17:27Speaker 3: more exciting than.
- 17:28Speaker 7: Work, but well, we hope this goes well. We hope
- 17:32Speaker 7: that goes well.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, Jackie and East Nashville. Like Ricky said,
- 17:36Speaker 2: it's topical trivia. You need two out of three of
- 17:37Speaker 2: these right to win the tickets. The Weekend is playing
- 17:40Speaker 2: next Tuesday night. If you get two of these right,
- 17:43Speaker 2: you're you're gonna be at the show. Okay, okay, Jackie,
- 17:45Speaker 2: your game starts right now. What sport was just played
- 17:51Speaker 2: in Bristol, Tennessee at the Bristol Motor Speedway under the
- 17:55Speaker 2: name The Speedway Classic.
- 17:56Speaker 7: What sport?
- 17:59Speaker 3: Motor racing?
- 18:00Speaker 2: NASCAR? No, the Speedway Classic was a baseball game. It
- 18:04Speaker 2: was Major League Baseball.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Yes, I'm sorry, that's okay. You have more questions, Yeah, okay,
- 18:11Speaker 3: here we go.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Question two.
- 18:12Speaker 7: You're still alive.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Andy Byron, the former CEO of a company called Astronomer,
- 18:18Speaker 2: went to see What Banned a few weeks ago.
- 18:24Speaker 7: Everyone knows that one.
- 18:26Speaker 3: It feels weird to cheer for that, But yes.
- 18:30Speaker 4: You get this one.
- 18:31Speaker 7: You get this one right, you win the tickets to
- 18:34Speaker 7: see The Weekend.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson start together in What new movie?
- 18:42Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I haven't seen it, but I'm so happy
- 18:52Speaker 3: that she's now back in love.
- 18:54Speaker 10: I know.
- 18:54Speaker 7: Yeah, we're happy for them. They sort of struck up
- 18:57Speaker 7: a romance on the set of.
- 18:58Speaker 8: That movie This.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Well.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Hey, congratulations, you're going to see the weekend amazing.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Thank you guys so so much. You are so welcome.
- 19:07Speaker 3: I hope that your doctor's appointment goes amazing just like
- 19:09Speaker 3: this does, and you have a great day.
- 19:11Speaker 6: Thank you, guys.
- 19:12Speaker 5: You rock.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Three things you.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Need to know, all right, just a bit past eight
- 19:17Speaker 2: o'clock on this Tuesday morning, Rick Sanchez has those three things.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Sabrina Carpenter revealed the full track list for her upcoming album,
- 19:24Speaker 3: Man's Best Friend. She had fans help her announce the
- 19:27Speaker 3: album track by track. It's got twelve total songs and
- 19:31Speaker 3: titles on there like we Broke Up Again last Night
- 19:34Speaker 3: and when did You Get Hot? Which that's what I
- 19:37Speaker 3: think is the most hilarious title and the one that
- 19:40Speaker 3: I am looking the most forward to. Man's Best Friend
- 19:43Speaker 3: comes out at the end of the month, on August
- 19:45Speaker 3: twenty ninth. I will put the full track list up
- 19:47Speaker 3: on one O seven five The River's Instagram account. You
- 19:49Speaker 3: can see it in the stories. Ashley McBride is opening
- 19:52Speaker 3: a non alcoholic bar on Broadway, which is really cool.
- 19:56Speaker 3: It's called Redemption Bar. It's gonna be inside Eric Church's
- 19:58Speaker 3: six story bar Chie. This is Broadway's first non alcoholic
- 20:02Speaker 3: focused bar, and it's going to feature a bunch of
- 20:05Speaker 3: zero proof cocktails that are named after her lyrics. Redemption
- 20:08Speaker 3: Bar is officially opening on August twenty eighth. You can
- 20:11Speaker 3: check it out on the fifth floor of the venue.
- 20:13Speaker 3: I think this is an amazing thing. I love that
- 20:16Speaker 3: there are more bars doing things like this, making mocktails,
- 20:19Speaker 3: coming up with different ideas to involve everybody, because sometimes
- 20:23Speaker 3: you don't want a drink, but you want to socialize.
- 20:25Speaker 3: And I think that's amazing. And you know how terrible
- 20:28Speaker 3: you feel when you don't get enough sleep. It turns
- 20:31Speaker 3: out you're worse off when you get too much sleep
- 20:34Speaker 3: than too little sleep. Researchers at the National Heart, Blood
- 20:38Speaker 3: and Lung Institute analyze data from about ninety thousand adults
- 20:44Speaker 3: and found that both short sleep durations less than seven
- 20:47Speaker 3: hours and long sleep durations more than nine hours, we're
- 20:51Speaker 3: both linked to higher mortality rates compared to people who
- 20:54Speaker 3: just sleep seven to eight hours. So I know that
- 20:57Speaker 3: everything you ever hear is seven to eight is that
- 21:00Speaker 3: wheat spot they're sticking with that. Those who didn't get
- 21:03Speaker 3: enough sleep had a fourteen percent increase in death, but
- 21:07Speaker 3: those who slept too long had a thirty four percent increase.
- 21:11Speaker 3: So that's kind of crazy. Was not expecting that. But,
- 21:14Speaker 3: like I said, stick to that seven to eight hours
- 21:16Speaker 3: and you're gonna be in the really good rhythm and
- 21:19Speaker 3: that's exactly what your body needs. I'm Rick Sanchez, and
- 21:21Speaker 3: those are the three things you need to know.
- 21:23Speaker 8: One seven River Reicky Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 21:27Speaker 2: You were a kid, what did you consider to be
- 21:29Speaker 2: the absolute peak of luxury? That's our question for you
- 21:32Speaker 2: right now. It's on seven to five the river. I
- 21:34Speaker 2: know my aunt and uncle had. This was back in
- 21:36Speaker 2: like the early nineties. They had like an enormous satellite dish,
- 21:41Speaker 2: and I just thought they were like the richest people
- 21:44Speaker 2: on the planet.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Satellite dish. Wow.
- 21:47Speaker 5: I was definitely like, if if you saw someone with
- 21:50Speaker 5: a pool, you're like, oh, they're rich.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I get that. That totally makes sense.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Like guy, as a child, I was like, oh they
- 21:57Speaker 5: have a pool, I'm going.
- 21:58Speaker 3: And if they had an inground, You're like, oh, that's
- 22:01Speaker 3: the next level. It had like your mom and dad
- 22:03Speaker 3: got a lot of money.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Yeah, that's the next level.
- 22:06Speaker 7: That's our question. The six one five, seven, three, seven nine,
- 22:09Speaker 7: one O seven. When you were a kid, what did
- 22:11Speaker 7: you just see as the pinnacle you made it in life?
- 22:13Speaker 4: If you had blank let.
- 22:15Speaker 8: Us know, one O seven five the river, Ricky, Zach
- 22:18Speaker 8: and meno in the morning, slowly.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Young, it's one O seven to five of the river.
- 22:22Speaker 2: We're talking about the things when you were a kid.
- 22:24Speaker 2: What you saw is like just you know, the pinnacle
- 22:27Speaker 2: of success and wealth? What what what meant somebody made it?
- 22:30Speaker 2: If they had this Daphne, good morning. Uh, I know
- 22:33Speaker 2: you're seventy years old. You wanted to make that very clear.
- 22:36Speaker 7: Yes, what was that thing for you?
- 22:38Speaker 9: Of color TV?
- 22:40Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, had snap.
- 22:45Speaker 9: If you walked into somebody's house and they had a
- 22:47Speaker 9: color TV, it's like and then that was a little
- 22:49Speaker 9: let's talk about when I was little. Now that was it.
- 22:51Speaker 9: It was like, oh my god.
- 22:53Speaker 3: And the TV was probably huge too at the time,
- 22:56Speaker 3: wasn't it.
- 22:56Speaker 9: Yes, this huge giant box on, you know, and we
- 22:59Speaker 9: sat in front of it on the floor and the
- 23:01Speaker 9: MBCP COP came.
- 23:03Speaker 7: On oh yeah, and it was like technicolor.
- 23:06Speaker 9: Because and it oscillated like the tail did in front
- 23:11Speaker 9: of me, and these colors went in front, back and
- 23:13Speaker 9: forth like a wave.
- 23:16Speaker 7: Do you have a memory.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I know this wasn't like the first thing in color,
- 23:19Speaker 2: but it was like the first big thing.
- 23:20Speaker 7: Do you remember seeing.
- 23:22Speaker 2: The Wizard of Oz when it was new and they
- 23:23Speaker 2: went from black and white?
- 23:25Speaker 9: Say the yes?
- 23:27Speaker 2: Oh my god, yeah, when Dorothy transitioned from black and
- 23:32Speaker 2: white to open that door and seeing the color.
- 23:35Speaker 5: Okay, I have like a more serious question.
- 23:39Speaker 9: Oh god, oh god, why did you say?
- 23:41Speaker 4: Oh god, I've.
- 23:43Speaker 9: Heard some of your questions, because like.
- 23:46Speaker 5: You were like, oh, these friends are definitely rich. They
- 23:49Speaker 5: have like a color TV. Are you so friends with them?
- 23:51Speaker 5: Because you were like, oh, they're rich, I have to
- 23:53Speaker 5: be friends with them.
- 23:55Speaker 9: Actually if it was actually my step grandfather, but he
- 23:59Speaker 9: was not.
- 24:00Speaker 2: He was like my grandfather Okay, okay, he was mister
- 24:04Speaker 2: money bags.
- 24:04Speaker 7: All right, Well, thank you for calling.
- 24:06Speaker 4: That's a great answer.
- 24:07Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 24:09Speaker 3: I thank you for listened to Daphne. We appreciate you listening.
- 24:12Speaker 9: Hey, my sons are thirty and thirty five, so I'm
- 24:15Speaker 9: all in it.
- 24:16Speaker 3: I love it so much. You have a great day.
- 24:18Speaker 9: Thank you too.
- 24:19Speaker 2: I love I had said, a satellite dish jacket, set
- 24:23Speaker 2: a pool.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Ricky, what was it for you when you were a kid?
- 24:25Speaker 3: I remember I felt like we made it as like
- 24:28Speaker 3: the rich family because my mom had rented a Limo.
- 24:33Speaker 3: I grew up in Jersey and in New York City
- 24:35Speaker 3: they have, you know, the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, and my
- 24:38Speaker 3: mom had rented us a limousine to take into New
- 24:41Speaker 3: York City to see the Christmas Tree. Okay, and I
- 24:44Speaker 3: felt like I had made it. Oh yes, I was like,
- 24:50Speaker 3: this is the peak of luxury. This is amazing. We
- 24:53Speaker 3: had so much fun, my brother and I in that limo.
- 24:56Speaker 3: I still remember that moment to this day because it
- 24:58Speaker 3: was just like the coolest thing kids in.
- 25:00Speaker 2: It was like two days ago. My son asked me,
- 25:02Speaker 2: He's like, Dad, would you rather have a Porsche or
- 25:03Speaker 2: a Limo?
- 25:04Speaker 4: I was like, what would I do with a Limo?
- 25:06Speaker 3: Are so cool when you're younger, Like when you're a kid,
- 25:09Speaker 3: You're like, the Limo is the coolest thing ever. I
- 25:11Speaker 3: just want to be like driven around in the Limo.
- 25:13Speaker 8: One seven Rickie, Zach and Meno in the Morning core.
- 25:17Speaker 3: In Nolan's though Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 25:20Speaker 3: What did you consider the absolute peak of luxury when
- 25:25Speaker 3: you were a kid?
- 25:26Speaker 10: I'm getting myself, But I went to my aunt's house
- 25:28Speaker 10: and she had a Beta Max player with Star Wars. Nah,
- 25:32Speaker 10: Like she had a watch Star Wars on TV. I
- 25:36Speaker 10: was like, what is happening here? And it had round
- 25:39Speaker 10: down and it was thousands of dollars at the time
- 25:41Speaker 10: for one of those cr.
- 25:43Speaker 2: It was a precursor to a VCR. It came before it,
- 25:46Speaker 2: like it was a different sized tape.
- 25:47Speaker 10: Okay, yeah, I was just blown away that you could
- 25:50Speaker 10: watch Star Wars at home, Like who had Star Wars?
- 25:53Speaker 3: That is an amazing feat at that point. To be
- 25:55Speaker 3: able to do that, Like you don't have to go
- 25:57Speaker 3: to the movie theater, like you could just watch it
- 25:59Speaker 3: in your living room. It is kind of crazy.
- 26:01Speaker 10: Yeah, I posn't have Oh my god.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Wait, the fact that you just said and pause it
- 26:07Speaker 3: when you wanted to want kids these days will never
- 26:10Speaker 3: understand that you couldn't you have to pee.
- 26:15Speaker 4: Wait.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I think.
- 26:19Speaker 7: I've said this before.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Here was my big grand idea for like AMC or
- 26:22Speaker 2: these big movie chains to get people back in the
- 26:24Speaker 2: theater when you're selling movie tickets. Every showing should have
- 26:28Speaker 2: like the Golden remote where you pay extra to get
- 26:30Speaker 2: the remote.
- 26:31Speaker 7: You can pause it when you want to. That one
- 26:32Speaker 7: person gets to take their own bathroom break when they want.
- 26:35Speaker 4: That is old, so terribly.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Horrific idea, Kevin.
- 26:41Speaker 7: But it's gonna make the theater some extra money.
- 26:43Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 26:44Speaker 7: Get back on their feet, Court, thanks for calling.
- 26:47Speaker 3: We appreciate you a good day.
- 26:50Speaker 7: Court really didn't make that idea. He got quiet there.
- 26:52Speaker 3: That's a bad idea. Adrian and Nashville, what is it
- 26:56Speaker 3: for you?
- 26:56Speaker 9: The first thing that came to my mind was having cable,
- 26:59Speaker 9: because we never had cable growing up.
- 27:01Speaker 2: We had like four Tailtai.
- 27:03Speaker 10: Four tail five channel eight five channel.
- 27:06Speaker 4: Did you have the ears on top of your TV?
- 27:09Speaker 8: Oh yeah yeah, and then you would have to like
- 27:12Speaker 8: move like.
- 27:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:16Speaker 10: Sometimes we'd have to hold them just to watch something.
- 27:20Speaker 3: I will say, I remember when we got Disney Channel.
- 27:25Speaker 3: That was a huge deal. We had begged our parents
- 27:28Speaker 3: to pay for Disney Channel for so long and finally
- 27:32Speaker 3: they did it, and it was like the biggest deal.
- 27:34Speaker 3: We're like, we have freaking Disney Channel. Change cable. Was
- 27:41Speaker 3: it like if you had cable, it's like huge. Now
- 27:43Speaker 3: it's obviously Netflix having every single streaming, Like yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 27:52Speaker 4: I'm in Adrian.
- 27:54Speaker 7: Thank you for calling in.
- 27:59Speaker 2: And since uh we're talking about Disney Channel, I have
- 28:02Speaker 2: to play this.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Hi, Nashville, It's Miley Cyrus and you're listening to Ricky,
- 28:07Speaker 3: Zach and Mano in the morning on one oh seven
- 28:09Speaker 3: five the River. Hi, Zach, love you.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Every single time.
- 28:14Speaker 8: I want to cry Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 28:20Speaker 7: Time for the daily double Tap.
- 28:21Speaker 3: This groom pranks his bride and his guests at his
- 28:25Speaker 3: wedding with an unexpected announcement and it's pretty hilarious.
- 28:30Speaker 4: I think it's iconic.
- 28:31Speaker 3: But also we're not the ones that are going through it.
- 28:33Speaker 4: True, sure, sure, sure, here.
- 28:35Speaker 7: We go, and the last thing I want to say
- 28:37Speaker 7: is that.
- 28:38Speaker 5: We're expecting.
- 28:41Speaker 4: Everyone here to have a great time. It's really good.
- 28:48Speaker 7: Comedic timing.
- 28:49Speaker 3: If you watch the video, you see the bride immediately
- 28:51Speaker 3: go no, no, no, no no.
- 28:53Speaker 4: She literally grabs the microphone and she was like shut
- 28:56Speaker 4: up and shut up.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Man.
- 29:00Speaker 7: That's good.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Every day we play the audio from a video that
- 29:03Speaker 2: one of us finds and we post the video up.
- 29:04Speaker 7: On our Instagram stories.
- 29:05Speaker 2: You can find it there if you want to see it,
- 29:06Speaker 2: and maybe you're getting married and you want to try this,
- 29:09Speaker 2: don't rank at your wedding.
- 29:10Speaker 7: Do it, film it, send it to.
- 29:11Speaker 4: Us at the River on Instagram.
- 29:14Speaker 7: To find the daily double
- 29:15Speaker 8: Tap one O seven five Ricky, Zach and Menno in
- 29:19Speaker 8: the morning
