- 0:12And now, the mob guys Craig Coglianese and Wayne Dolcefino,
- 0:35RKCV radio.
- 0:48I plugged the wrong microphone in.
- 0:51Somebody came in here and messed with stuff.
- 0:53We had everything set up.
- 0:54And then I think Dolcefino & Fino's place got messed with.
- 0:57My place got messed with, I am Craig Coglianese.
- 1:00He is Wayne Dolcefino.
- 1:01He was fighting a chair a few moments ago that people did not get to see.
- 1:05What was that?
- 1:06Oh my gosh.
- 1:08Tell me more about it.
- 1:09Well, so about three minutes ago, I tried to plug in the headphone and I couldn't find
- 1:14the headphones.
- 1:15And I said, who the hell touched my headphones?
- 1:19How dare they touch the king's headphones?
- 1:21Yeah.
- 1:23And so I started looking for it and I could not find it.
- 1:27I had this chair, which is old and very heavy.
- 1:31I decided to turn it over because I found part of the cord that was stuck in the chair.
- 1:36And you watched me for about four minutes flipping the chair around.
- 1:42I did.
- 1:42And I put on the headphones and I had to undo them.
- 1:46And these chairs, it's big for me.
- 1:49And I was looking around for someone to help me and there's nobody there yet. Where the hell is Colin
- 1:56Yeah, right there yeah, I'm good man. How are you doing? Well fine
- 2:01I was getting ready to tell you something and you said oh we're starting. Yeah, the show's happening
- 2:08So I want you to folks need to understand that we spend we actually were texting last night
- 2:14Until like 10.
- 2:16Well, it was after 10 actually.
- 2:18Didn't get home until almost like 9.30, 9.45 from work.
- 2:23We were texting, sort of talking about stuff.
- 2:29We planned for like a long time.
- 2:31We talked this morning for like what, a minute and a half?
- 2:34Two minutes?
- 2:35And I was just getting ready to tell you about this ABC News story I saw last night on the
- 2:42Cornell rape case, right?
- 2:47And it was conversations that this woman who claimed she was gang-raped
- 2:54recorded with two of the seven
- 2:59guys. Yeah, I'm getting up in my ear. You're getting yourself fed back to you?
- 3:06Yeah, which is why I'm talking. I can fix that real quick for you. Anyway, is it fixed now?
- 3:12Yeah, I recorded phone calls with these two guys and here's where I'm going with this
- 3:18When ABC did the story when they put up the conversation
- 3:21So they redacted her part of the conversation which seemed to me a lot to be fishing right
- 3:27Fishing to get one of those guys to say they did something wrong. Yeah, it was clearly that kind of conversation
- 3:34I know I do do that for a living and
- 3:37Anyway, they identified the guys
- 3:41They had their names up.
- 3:43They didn't play her part of the conversation at all because they don't want to identify
- 3:48her.
- 3:49But they put the names of these two guys.
- 3:53It was the first time I'd actually seen names of two guys.
- 3:57One's a sophomore, I think, was a freshman at the time.
- 4:03And I don't understand.
- 4:05These guys haven't been charged.
- 4:07Look, I'm an aggressive guy, right?
- 4:08I do aggressive, a lot of family stuff, so I get it.
- 4:12But these guys have not been charged that I know of.
- 4:16They've been sued, but I don't think they even were named in the lawsuit.
- 4:21I don't know.
- 4:22I don't have a copy of it, but I think they were.
- 4:25But why is it okay to do that?
- 4:28Why is it okay to blast to the world the names of those guys when all we have, at least that
- 4:37I know of is an investigation that was botched by the school.
- 4:44And then they sent it over to the local DA and the local DA did not indict.
- 4:50And I would argue based on what I've seen of the facts, I don't know how they're going
- 4:53to because this is a woman that on one hand was like 190% intoxicated, she says, by her
- 5:01own admission.
- 5:01Wow.
- 5:03And if she was, and I know this is dangerous territory, right?
- 5:08I'm not trying to make all the women mad, right?
- 5:11And I know we're so afraid to touch the taboos.
- 5:14We're going to do it.
- 5:15We're going to do this, Wayne.
- 5:16We're going to do it.
- 5:17You're in there.
- 5:18Let's go.
- 5:19Well, only because I just don't understand how you can claim you were that drunk and
- 5:28obviously willing to hang out, I'll call it hang out with some guys. If you're okay with
- 5:35two or three or four, when does it become against your will? And I understand the argument
- 5:44about consent. I just did a video about that. I don't know if you've seen it in this California
- 5:48case where this woman and a guy, and I won't take the whole show, I promise.
- 5:55No, it's okay. Do it. This is great.
- 5:57This woman and a guy were together.
- 6:01And she claims, she claims, she found evidence that he had been recording them having sex.
- 6:09Right? That they were together.
- 6:11Yeah.
- 6:12Did she know? Well, the DA, who is this full white dude who seems to, and I'm not saying it because he's white,
- 6:19but you know what I mean. You get the cast of characters.
- 6:23who doesn't believe her, believes him, because he said,
- 6:27no, she knew.
- 6:28Yeah.
- 6:29What do you do with that situation?
- 6:31There are so many of these situations,
- 6:33and I love women.
- 6:36Let me just say that.
- 6:38I do too.
- 6:39Both of us can be on the record for that.
- 6:41I really, really, really, really, really like them, okay?
- 6:45I'll add all those relays to me too.
- 6:47Okay, and I said six relays, but I meant seven or eight.
- 6:52Maybe 10.
- 6:54But at the same time, I just don't get it.
- 6:58I don't understand this.
- 7:00Yeah, I'll react to a couple things.
- 7:01The first thing that I think is a really good question that almost nobody asks in these
- 7:05situations is, is it fair for these men's names to be out there before they're actually
- 7:11found guilty of anything?
- 7:12And the easy answer to that question is no.
- 7:14It's not at all fair because you will be indicted by public opinion long before you're ever
- 7:20actually found actually guilty of something in conversations like this.
- 7:24We can never seem to grasp that as a society.
- 7:28We rush so quickly to want an answer before an answer is possible to so many things that
- 7:33we very, very often hold someone accountable to something they didn't do.
- 7:37Can you imagine that guy the next day, he goes out to a bar on campus in Cornell and
- 7:45they say that?
- 7:46What's your name?
- 7:47Mary Sue?
- 7:49What's your name?
- 7:49I'm the dude that just accused of gang raping someone.
- 7:53It was all, okay, I'll see you later.
- 7:55Yeah, and here's the other point that matters about that.
- 7:57Even if we want to assume that no one would ever lie
- 8:00about this, people do.
- 8:02And some people don't remember.
- 8:03When you also mentioned, and the woman by her own admission
- 8:06says she's almost 200% drunk, which whatever that means,
- 8:10but her level of intoxication.
- 8:12I knew.
- 8:14I, in college, I think I knew too.
- 8:16But anyway, like her level of intoxication
- 8:18means there's a strong likelihood that she actually doesn't remember a lot of
- 8:21what happened that evening and from what I know of people who do that a lot you
- 8:26kind of get angry sometimes that you don't remember something and I think the
- 8:30mystery plus the level of maybe almost anger at yourself for going that deep
- 8:36eventually just gets placed somewhere else and so go ahead. There's a difference between
- 8:40regret Craig right? Yes. There's a difference between regret and oh crap what
- 8:47What the hell happened?
- 8:48Right.
- 8:48And then you go back and try to reconstruct it.
- 8:51People misremember all the time.
- 8:54And some do it intentionally because as you said, that regret might actually fuel a desire
- 8:58that maybe I didn't do what I remember doing.
- 9:01But nonetheless, none of this is to say, and this is the part that you said a second ago
- 9:05and I'll put it out there too, because in 2026, we have to throw it out there.
- 9:09None of it is to say that we're sure that all the guys are innocent and she's guilty
- 9:14of lying.
- 9:14Like we don't know, but having the conversation where you allow both sides to potentially be
- 9:21innocent seems in and of itself impossible in 2026. Like to start with what you do all the time
- 9:27is an investigation. You got to figure out who actually did what. That's the part people are
- 9:31least interested in. Tell me what you think happened. That's enough. I'll go with it.
- 9:36Or at least discuss an issue that people don't want to discuss in these situations, right?
- 9:43I get clients, female clients.
- 10:07What's that? I forget the word now, but it's, she always has these like psychological terms for me, right?
- 10:18And do I have some narcissist in me?
- 10:21I'm sure I do.
- 10:22I mean, I'm like a media dude.
- 10:25I like, right?
- 10:26Yeah.
- 10:27But does that mean that I like be my wife?
- 10:30Of course not.
- 10:30Of course.
- 10:31You know, what's funny about that too.
- 10:32I'll just say this.
- 10:33You touched on it and I can't help it in the world of media.
- 10:35If you're not a narcissist at all, you'll be terrible at this job.
- 10:39If you're not, if you're not even remotely confident in who you are and what you bring
- 10:43to the table, you will not succeed on television, radio, any of those places.
- 10:47You have to be.
- 10:49And I think that character doesn't sometimes fuel these ridiculous accusations for people
- 10:55that just don't have that in them.
- 10:57And that also sounds arrogant, but I think there are people that look at someone who's
- 11:01more comfortable in situations they're not comfortable in and there's a jealousy there
- 11:06that exists.
- 11:07There's a lot of things there, but that doesn't mean, because my wife will also say this to
- 11:10me too, Wayne.
- 11:10It doesn't mean occasionally I haven't sipped a little bit too much of the you know Craig is great coffee
- 11:16And I need to be told I I sipped it. I took a big go
- 11:23Right yeah, I there are times where it's nice to hear maybe I went I went too far
- 11:28All right. Well, I don't want to hear that
- 11:31We got to take a break we got to fix some video stuff for anyone asking about that
- 11:36There are some video things that aren't working and one of the reasons why is somebody came into the studio and
- 11:42Disconnected everything I set up and I did not expect that so everything is not set up for today
- 11:46And so we got to figure out who that is and if they don't mind leaving the studio the way it's set up until Friday
- 11:53If you came to work on time, I was here. I was here for a while
- 11:56I was I was in the John right at 655 by the way nature called and I answered Wayne

- 15:57will see Wayne very shortly. Wayne, how are you doing again? All right, hold on. Now I
- 16:02can't hear you which is weird. Is that your mic? Is your mic muted? Nope. Okay, no it
- 16:07is. It's not. Now I hear you. Now it's great. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's obviously operator
- 16:11error. I actually look really good today. We have two operators so you don't even know
- 16:15Who you're blaming me or Russell for stuff.
- 16:17No, I don't ever blame Russell.
- 16:19I actually, because I like him.
- 16:22And you hate me.
- 16:23Well, I would hate some very strong words.
- 16:26It is.
- 16:26I think we use hate way too much.
- 16:27Oh, I do too.
- 16:28I don't hate that many people.
- 16:31Who do you hate?
- 16:32Why don't we do that as a segment?
- 16:33Well, it's a long list, but in comparison with the world,
- 16:38it's a small group, right?
- 16:40Okay, yeah.
- 16:41Yeah.
- 16:42Who do I hate?
- 16:43I hate a lot of politicians. I hate a lot of people who work in government.
- 16:52Hate is such a strong... I really do think it's a strong word.
- 16:56I dislike a lot of people who work in the government.
- 17:00I don't understand this explosion of government.
- 17:05And when the socialists take over, which they're itching to,
- 17:10they are because they've convinced people that their frustrations can be convinced by
- 17:17Doing something that is so stupid
- 17:20They'd be convinced that I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to jump off the ledge and pay a lot more
- 17:28Taxes because wait a second. I'm not gonna pay it the rich guys. Yeah, they'll do it the rich guys the billionaires
- 17:35And look, I will tell you, and I think I've said it to you, maybe I don't remember what
- 17:40I said yesterday, but what I said to you is that I actually thought, and they would never
- 17:47have done it, but what would potentially be a brilliant move would have been for Trump
- 17:55to recommend, and I know this is going to sound like a not conservative thing to say,
- 17:59But I don't say it because I think this is the answer.
- 18:04I say it because you've got to stay in power.
- 18:08Yeah, you do.
- 18:09Do the things you said you were going to do.
- 18:12That's true.
- 18:13You just do.
- 18:14You have to do that.
- 18:15Yes.
- 18:16And so I would have personally like to see Trump propose some
- 18:20sort of wealth tax on net income, not on stuff like they want
- 18:27to do the Democrats.
- 18:28they want to tax you for something that you may make 20 years from now kind of nonsense.
- 18:34But I could have bought and I thought that whether I could have bought it, it doesn't
- 18:38matter because I'm not really rich so it doesn't hurt me.
- 18:42I thought you were.
- 18:43All I've heard is that you're so rich.
- 18:45What do I care?
- 18:46But if you like just take people that make over let's say 50 million in net income, 50
- 18:52million, which I think pretty much eliminates certainly eliminated you.
- 18:57You got eliminated at five books an hour, but it certainly eliminates the vast majority of it.
- 19:03And it still raises a lot of money, but it's not about what it raises.
- 19:07I think it raises like $100 billion.
- 19:09My son and I were doing the math yesterday on the phone, right?
- 19:12No, I don't.
- 19:13Let's say you do that.
- 19:15And my son is, as I've said, really, really, really, really conservative, right?
- 19:20If you did that, think about what that would do to assuage some of the movement on the left.
- 19:32Because I always argue that we've got to be somewhat pragmatic.
- 19:38I know that's a word that's people don't like that word, right?
- 19:41Yeah, it's almost non-existent as a word in today's society.
- 19:44Well, if that played every second, then I obviously am not doing my thing.
- 19:51Yeah, you're way too rhino for the rest of us.
- 19:54I know this is a rhino thing to say, but I will tell you that I think that would have
- 20:01quieted the country because there are a lot of people that are in a situation where the
- 20:08frustration continues to grow.
- 20:11I don't blame President Trump for 85% of the stuff they blame him for.
- 20:16I really don't.
- 20:17Sure.
- 20:18I don't blame him either for the stuff that everybody blames him for.
- 20:21Other than messaging, I don't get the whole- Well, and I go back and forth in how much
- 20:26I even hate his messaging if we didn't obsess about it so much.
- 20:30I know he's the president, I'm aware.
- 20:32Because of that role, we are uniquely going to be obsessed with everything he says, but
- 20:37there are other people within this administration that when they talk, they kind of say the
- 20:42thing Trump should have said, the way he should have said it.
- 20:45When I hear that, I'm like, all right, well, I can run with that.
- 20:48I can accept that version of a presentation of this idea and we don't have to obsess with
- 20:53Trump also saying a thing that seemed a little rude in the process.
- 20:58Look, I would tell you the media totally takes him out of context.
- 21:01And I thought the most ridiculous one, I think the year was when he commented
- 21:06about, I don't know if we have that, you could find their name.
- 21:10I can probably find it.
- 21:11He was commenting about why he's doing this thing with Iran.
- 21:16And I've argued that the messaging on this thing and the way they
- 21:20sold this thing was horrible.
- 21:22They did.
- 21:23And I've also argued that if you could tell the American people what is obvious, that
- 21:29Iran is starting to lose in a big way.
- 21:34There's like ship traffic's up to about 80%.
- 21:38I even heard Al Jazeera, I was watching Al Jazeera last night, they basically were doing
- 21:43the story about this whole hooty thing going on in Yemen was really done because Iran knows
- 21:49that it's losing its grip on the Trump car, the Hormuz thing.
- 21:55They're running out of room.
- 21:57And if you could just tell the American people, look, don't you Yahoo see it?
- 22:03They played a really good card.
- 22:06They played their ultimate desperate card.
- 22:10And now that card is running out.
- 22:13And what are they going to do now?
- 22:15And what they're going to do now is eventually have to make a deal that will be good over the long term.
- 22:21And I sometimes get so frustrated at why people can't just think like logical people.
- 22:31Yeah, yeah. No, I agree with you. I don't know why we can't do that.
- 22:35And I feel like, and maybe you feel this way too, that it's intentional.
- 22:39Because I know it can't be for everybody. I know there have to be a lot of people that are just dumb.
- 22:43or something else, some other reason.
- 22:45Yeah, I know, you just point, I know.
- 22:47And everybody says that, honestly.
- 22:49I more often than a lot of people I know even in media
- 22:52like to pretend that most of the audience is intelligent.
- 22:55I like to pretend because it helps me believe
- 22:59that these messages that even we deliver
- 23:01and talk about on the air can be received.
- 23:03And I know that certainly our listeners
- 23:05who actually do understand.
- 23:07Ours are smart.
- 23:08Right, yeah.
- 23:09I'm not saying that to blow smoke.
- 23:11I just think.
- 23:11I think they are.
- 23:12That they're engaged.
- 23:14Yes.
- 23:14And you got to understand that probably 70% of people aren't engaged.
- 23:19That's true.
- 23:19That's unfortunately true.
- 23:21They're living their lives.
- 23:22So willfully ignorant then.
- 23:24Not dumb as they're just incapable.
- 23:27This is dumb by choice.
- 23:30Well, no way to say that.
- 23:31I've met a lot of people in my travels.
- 23:33And I will say.
- 23:35They're dumb for real.
- 23:36That I have met a lot of people that seem to be dumb for real.
- 23:39Yeah.
- 23:40Well, I know there are I know but it we're just such a
- 23:43Connected to society. There's so much capability to like go on the internet and figure some stuff out for yourself
- 23:48That used to not be able to do that like the ability to be informed has never been
- 23:54Better although it's hard. I would say you got to jump through some hurdles to get there
- 23:58But the actual information existing in a quickly accessible way. We're at the forefront of our society
- 24:05Well, whatever but I will tell you that you don't know what to believe any it's true. You don't I think you have to try real hard
- 24:13and if you
- 24:14But even if you try sort of hard Craig, you really become a filter of your own
- 24:21Algorithm. Yeah, I talk about that sometimes because you know me. I'm not a technical guy as you as you surmise
- 24:28But I just scroll. I don't even know what I'm doing. I just scroll look at stuff and and
- 24:34I almost now only see like a few things and I I like to watch the other side
- 24:43Yeah, I I think it's really important. I know some conservatives will say I
- 24:49Nonsense, but the problem is and that's why I sent you that clip of that, Louisiana
- 24:55Freak show that's running for Congress there sure
- 24:58Right.
- 24:59Not because I go, oh God, isn't she great?
- 25:03It's because I go, oh God, look at what she's selling.
- 25:07Yeah.
- 25:08Greg.
- 25:09Now I get it.
- 25:09And people are starting to buy it because quite honestly, both sides are corrupt and
- 25:17both sides don't do all the things they say they're going to do.
- 25:23And some of it's because crap happens, right?
- 25:27Stuff happens.
- 25:27It changes.
- 25:28I mean, 9-11, right?
- 25:30I mean, that's true.
- 25:30Yeah, that would change my plans.
- 25:33I would have to do other stuff, yeah.
- 25:34Right.
- 25:35People are very unwilling.
- 25:37You know, I really like that distinction, Wayne, and I know we're up against another
- 25:40break, so I know we've got to take one in just a second here, and we're going to keep
- 25:43improving whatever things we're still missing.
- 25:45I don't know exactly what they are.
- 25:46I'll talk to Russell during the break and we'll get that done for technical stuff, but
- 25:49we should be on social media and whatnot.
- 25:52But I will say this, I like that distinction between I promised you something that I never
- 25:56intended to give you and I promised you something that something changed and now I can't give
- 26:02you because that distinction matters and us figuring out that there are people who will
- 26:07promise us one thing, intent to deliver it until they're forced not to is not the same.
- 26:13We should not hold them to the same level of account as the people we know constantly
- 26:16lied to us and had no like the people promising free everything right now, they know it's
- 26:22ridiculously expensive and completely impossible.
- 26:24They know that but they're promising is free everything on purpose
- 26:29Right. We want free stuff. I want free everything man free everything and that's tough Wednesday, right?
- 26:34Yeah, free stuff Wednesday
- 26:35That would be the downfall of society if they ever tried to do that by the way and they'd take the most stuff
- 26:40We know that part too quick break a lot more. This is KSEV radio 700 a.m. The voice of Texas

- 28:17As a Texan, you deserve your court system to deliver justice that is fair, understandable,
- 28:23and within reach. Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock says that starts with judges applying the
- 28:27law as written, so the rules don't change depending on who walks into the courtroom.
- 28:32But fairness also means a court system that works for the people it serves. Blacklock
- 28:37has called for reducing unnecessary delays and expenses, simplifying court procedures,
- 28:41and making legal services more affordable.
- 28:45Because a case should be decided on the facts and the law,
- 28:48not on who can afford the longest fight.
- 28:51Texas courts belong to the people.
- 28:53That means judges should be accountable,
- 28:54rules should be clear,
- 28:56and the system should be accessible to those who rely on it.
- 28:59For Blacklock, equal justice means more than a principle.
- 29:02It means a court system Texans can understand,
- 29:05trust, and afford to use.
- 29:08Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock,
- 29:09Clear rules, accountable courts, equal justice under law.
- 29:13Political ad paid for by the Jimmy Black Clock campaign.

- 31:06two spots in a high of 91 Saturday will feature intervals of clouds and
- 31:10sunshine with a high of 87 with the K s e v Weather Center forecast. I'm
- 31:14with our meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
- 31:28["Kia Zimiya Radio," by Kia Zimiya plays in the background.]
- 31:29Kia Zimiya Radio is a voice of Texas.
- 31:33I am Craig Coglianese.
- 31:34He is Wayne Dolcefino.
- 31:36We love to do this radio show with you all the time.
- 31:39I'm going to tell you something, man,
- 31:40and I'm going to tell you the entire thing
- 31:42because I don't think I told you all of it yesterday.
- 31:44I sent you a text that said,
- 31:46hey, I'm creating a Google Sheets document.
- 31:49The Google Sheets document will have a bunch of topics on it.
- 31:52If you or Carter, you're like number two at your company,
- 31:56want to take a look at it every so often, feel free.
- 31:59And the text I got back from you I love,
- 32:01because you're not at all shy about saying
- 32:05that you're working for free here.
- 32:06And you're like, you want to make my staff work for free too?
- 32:09You should have added a how dare you,
- 32:11because there's no how dare you in there.
- 32:13So I apologize for that, but it is, yeah.
- 32:16You said Google Sheets.
- 32:18This morning I said to you, hey, what about this Google Stream thing?
- 32:22No, not Stream Sheets.
- 32:24I went Stream Sheets.
- 32:26But I wanted to bring this up for a different reason.
- 32:28So I am now creating what is a set of topics we can choose to talk about.
- 32:32And then here's the part that's unique, the part that the radio might be interested in
- 32:35or you might be interested in.
- 32:36I told AI to look at it after I do it and decide if it likes it.
- 32:41And now I get an email from AI that's like, I don't like your rundown.
- 32:47And I love this one today because here's probably one of the biggest problems about artificial
- 32:51intelligence is somebody tells it what to think.
- 32:54And very often we've found that it has political bias embedded by the people who create it.
- 32:59So like Google will push for democratic things.
- 33:03Yeah, some guy from Pakistan.
- 33:05Right.
- 33:06Exactly.
- 33:06So I got a message from Google, from AI, and it told me that it didn't like my rundown
- 33:12because it thought that it was too supportive of one side politically and too critical of
- 33:18the other side.
- 33:20And I was like, yeah, because I am supportive of the side.
- 33:24And then it tried to generate for me a bunch of left-leaning stuff that I ignored.
- 33:28But that's the funny part to me about this AI conversation and the dangers of it and
- 33:33everything else about it because just like the crazy leftists who are promising us free
- 33:38everything and want to consolidate power so that they can then give themselves a lot more
- 33:43stuff and the rest of us nothing, I think this technology thing is consolidating power
- 33:48in some very finite hands and that could be pretty bad for our society.
- 33:54Hey, can you look up because I don't even know how to ask.
- 33:56I don't even know where AI is.
- 33:58Can you ask AI just say, what do you think of Wayne Dolcefino?
- 34:02Yeah, I can do which AI because there's multiple AI dude. Do I care? Well, I don't know because it depends the one
- 34:11Or the one that I think would hate you the most yeah, okay guy from Pakistan or from Somalia
- 34:16Okay, and I got to go back to Google
- 34:19I
- 34:21Well, I don't know dude I I I get more
- 34:26Frustrated every single day and I really I know we haven't give out the number
- 34:31we really should because I want to see if anyone wants to weigh in on this Cornell thing.
- 34:37True.
- 34:37I just was, and I don't know, I just thought when I saw the guy's name, I was going like,
- 34:43what?
- 34:44So to refresh what Wayne is talking about, and you can call us if you want and be a part
- 34:48of this conversation, the call-in line for the station, KSEV radio, I still have to Google it.
- 34:54Oh, go ahead.
- 34:55281-558-5738.
- 34:58281-558-5738. Wayne's got it. 281-558-5738. I'd call in and be a part of it, but to refresh
- 35:06it for anyone that doesn't know, a Jane Doe female at Cornell accused multiple men, I think,
- 35:13within a fraternity of seven guys of gang raping her. And then as information has come out,
- 35:20and as the school, I think, did suspend and kick people out of classes, but there wasn't actually a
- 35:26criminal investigation, a lot of people chose not to move forward with that.
- 35:29Go ahead.
- 35:29There was, but they decided not to.
- 35:30Oh, there's an investigation.
- 35:31I'm sorry.
- 35:31There was an investigation, but they didn't decide to bring any charges forward.
- 35:35So we're at a point now, and my favorite too, I played this yesterday on the show, is Tish
- 35:41James in New York, who's been tasked with being one of the people to look into this
- 35:46and find the truth.
- 35:47She put up on social media when this first became a news story that people were talking
- 35:52about how she stood with the victim and it was horrible and terrible.
- 35:56How could that person have no bias and actually look for who's guilty if they've already stated
- 36:01publicly that they support someone without having any of the information as to whether
- 36:05it was true?
- 36:06Go ahead.
- 36:06Look, Tis James, I mean, of all the people that should be vilified, who runs for office
- 36:12saying, I'm going to go get Craig Coglianese?
- 36:14You elect me and I'm going to go after that Coglianese, New Jersey.
- 36:20that piece of crap.
- 36:23That is a right-wing freak show.
- 36:26I don't understand.
- 36:29There's so many people, obviously most of the people up there, but they're all nuts.
- 36:34Look, I think New York is not New York.
- 36:37And I was watching some story, oh wait a minute, it was on Gutfeld.
- 36:43And Gutfeld was talking about how seven Latin American countries have now gone conservative.
- 36:48Right then virtually Wow and with the Brazil thing shaping up to be looking like a conservative win. It's the entire
- 36:56South America is going conservative and then you get Europe
- 37:01Right where there's been attempts to like bring some sanity
- 37:05But they've destroyed their culture
- 37:09Yes, they have yes, they've profoundly destroyed their culture. That is true
- 37:14You're not going back.
- 37:15And I think that's part of the frustration that we're dealing with in America too, because
- 37:18how do you go back?
- 37:20Well, and the funny thing is that they did it by saying that they were going to welcome
- 37:25everybody and then the people that they welcomed didn't want to co-mingle.
- 37:30When you say like, I'm going to be the woke society, I'm going to be the kind society,
- 37:35I'm going to open my doors wide as possible and let people in, a lot of people push through
- 37:39that door and then say, now that I'm here, you have to change.
- 37:42Now that I'm here now that you let me in I'm making all it like it'd be like having a house guest
- 37:47Who asked you to go sleep in the basement and they'd take over the bedroom? No? Yeah
- 37:51Like I'm on Richmond Avenue. I I'll give the exact address so y'all could come over here and fire shots at my windows, but I
- 37:59but
- 38:01We're in an area where there's homeless everywhere. I was I was driving somewhere
- 38:06Last night and some homeless guy was going, you know, all they did was just spread the homeless
- 38:11They just spread them out around town, but I I have a lot of like freaky people outside
- 38:17Sure, you do. Yeah over there. It would be like me leaving my door open
- 38:21right letting the crazy homeless person in and
- 38:25Then the crazy homeless person comes in and says I'm taking over. I'd rather I'd rather be in charge
- 38:31So let me let me be in charge. I'm here
- 38:32I want to I want to do the thing you asked for though because I know we're gonna take a break in a few minutes
- 38:36You asked me to look up what I thought would be the least nice to you AI
- 38:40Oh, yeah, yeah and ask it what it thinks of Wayne Dolcefino. So I did go to Google. This is the place
- 38:46I went and here's what Google just pumped out Wayne Dolcefino is one of the most prominent
- 38:51polarizing aggressive figures in Houston media and political history
- 38:56You made the political history it goes over a career spanning more than four decades. He's transitioned from a highly decorated
- 39:02broadcast investigative reporter into a private hired gun investigator a dividing public opinion
- 39:09Critics often view his aggressive tactics as corrosive.
- 39:13While clients and supporters consider his work indispensable
- 39:16to checking on corruption.
- 39:19That's the meanest one to you, by the way.
- 39:21I would think that.
- 39:22I would think that.
- 39:24Hey.
- 39:27Okay, now I officially am glad I tried so hard
- 39:30with technology because Russell just did that drop.
- 39:32What about you?
- 39:33You wanna ask about?
- 39:34Does it even say who's Craig Coglianese?
- 39:36Does that even?
- 39:36Well, so it no it does know who Craig Coglianese radio person is I've done this before
- 39:41I'm not sure. I know you assume. How often do you do it?
- 39:45I don't know when I did it. I think I did it as a radio bit. So I think this thing we're doing, I did in Indianapolis one time.
- 39:51Because I did it about the traffic guy that I really like to sadly passed away.
- 39:55This wasn't a radio bit. This was just Wayne just saying, I'd like to know what AI says about you.
- 40:00I've done it as a radio bit. Craig Coglianese is a veteran radio talk show host who currently co-hosts a morning drive program on KSEV Mornings with Wayne Dolcefino on Houston's Conservative Talk,
- 40:10KSEV 700. Craig Coglianese has previously worked at WGN Radio, 93 WIBC in Indianapolis, Cumulus
- 40:18Media. He also frequently guest hosts...
- 40:21You get fired a lot.
- 40:23He also frequently guest hosts for nationally syndicated conservative programs, including
- 40:27The Dana Show and The Chad Benson Show. That's what it says about me.
- 40:30Very nice.
- 40:31Thank you.
- 40:31When are they going to ask me to do The Dana Show? Are you blocking me?
- 40:35The best way to answer your question is my filling in on the Dana show has no connection to KSEV.
- 40:42So KSEV has no... I was filling in for Dana long before I worked here.
- 40:47So it is unlikely you'll be asked anytime soon unless you go through some channels that you don't have.
- 40:59I'm sure you can build them. I'm sure you can build them.
- 41:02I know I very much doubt because I think you're good at stuff Wayne if you had these channels
- 41:07Maybe they would ask you by now, but they they haven't so
- 41:12You think yeah, I would think so. I'm saying you could build them. You're famous enough to build them
- 41:17You know some people I mean Dana knows who you are
- 41:20Yeah, but the funny thing is I you brought it up
- 41:24So I'm just gonna say it and then I know we've got to take a break
- 41:26I've been filling in for Chad Benson nationally and Dana nationally for multiple years long before I started working here
- 41:32So when people assume those things are connected, they're actually not
- 41:36Outside of the fact that I think I impressed Russell on my resume when I first applied and he can tell us on the air
- 41:41When I first shot in my resume here and he saw that I was a fill-in for Dana lash
- 41:44I think it impressed him. Well, that's true. Is that true Russell? Yes or no?
- 41:48Where is putting his finger up and saying yes, he's in the other studio. Yes, true. Yeah, see he said yeah, that's true
- 41:53So there you go. Okay. There we go. I actually heard Russell you can I know Russell can interact with you
- 41:59On air but he doesn't he know what he didn't say word to me. He never says a word to me
- 42:06I don't have anything to say to you right now
- 42:12You know what I really like about you guys, I don't know if this is gonna be a good thing to say
- 42:16I don't know if either one of you will appreciate this
- 42:17I feel like you guys have a very similar sensibility
- 42:20You just deliver it different like I feel like both of you do not give a crap about drama
- 42:26Like you'll just ignore drama in some ways.
- 42:28It's really awesome.
- 42:30So I love working with both of you guys.
- 42:32And I feel like maybe that's a through line
- 42:33between the two of you, but maybe I'm wrong about that.
- 42:35Maybe you don't think so.
- 42:37Well.
- 42:38You can answer too, Russell, if you want to.
- 42:39I think drama is something that you're really good
- 42:41at ignoring.
- 42:42I could hear you.
- 42:43I don't care.
- 42:47See, now I gotta put these buttons back.
- 42:48So I'm back on the radio right now.
- 42:50Yeah, I gotcha, yeah.
- 42:50I mean, it's a lot.
- 42:51I know it is a lot, but still,
- 42:53drama doesn't seem to affect you that much, right?
- 42:55I don't care for drama.
- 42:56He doesn't care for it and he doesn't pay attention to it. How do you feel about it Wayne?
- 42:59Well, I actually drama I feast on drama
- 43:02But you ignore it in the sense that you seem the least affected by it like you feast on it you create it
- 43:08But then you're standing in a room where everybody's yelling and you're still you're you're still delivering it calmly
- 43:12Which I'm impressed by so I say real quick. I didn't got to take a break
- 43:16But I I got a nasty letter from a lawyer in California yesterday
- 43:20Of course not something I'm doing and so it was a really nasty, you know
- 43:25threatening kind of thing. And I wrote back, I went, hey counselor, nice finally hearing
- 43:30from you. We will be doing our investigative report later this week. Can squeeze you in
- 43:36at the last minute if you want to zoom, but you must tell me today. We'll continue to
- 43:42aggressively pursue this case. Thanks for the warning. That's my sort of response. Wow.
- 43:48Threats and drama. Yeah. Bring it on baby. Yeah. Let's go. Yeah. Let's go baby. But
- 43:54But again, I've also seen Wayne Dolcefino stand in a room where like seven people want
- 43:58to punch you in the face and they're yelling, they're screaming and you're just sitting
- 44:01there like, I just want an answer to a question.
- 44:04For anyone not watching social media, he's dodging, he's dipping, he's ducking.
- 44:08I'm sorry, I forgot that.
- 44:09That's fine.
- 44:11For the people that aren't watching, he's ducking the hits.
- 44:13But you also just stand there with the mic still out being like, I still want an answer
- 44:16to my question.
- 44:17And that's not easy to do, man.
- 44:19It kind of is what it is.
- 44:20It is what it is.
- 44:21All right.
- 44:21We got to take a break.
- 44:22a lot coming up. We promised to talk about some of the other news out there
- 44:25and we'd love to take your calls specifically about the Cornell thing
- 44:30that involves a woman, a Jane Doe, that accused a bunch of guys of gang rape.
- 44:34There's no other way to say it and there's a lot of pieces that seem to be
- 44:38missing in that story in most of media. A quick break, a lot more KSEV, the voice
- 44:43of Texas.
- 44:58Catch Chris X Radio Weekdays in 4, right here on The Voice of Texas.
- 45:03Immediately following her appointment as special prosecutor to investigate the alleged sexual
- 45:08assault of a female student at Cornell University, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced
- 45:14that she was indicting President Trump in the case.
- 45:17James said that Trump was the one who was ultimately responsible for the incident.
- 45:45I know he's somehow to blame.
- 45:51including Thanksgiving Friday,
- 45:53tickets capping and more at TexRendFest.com.
- 45:57Magic and memories await.
- 45:58Huzzah!
- 45:59Hi y'all, it's Kathy from Baker Mortgage.
- 46:02You know, with all the scary stuff we've been through,
- 46:04it's still true that timing is everything
- 46:06and the time to buy is now.
- 46:09But don't go looking without a solid pre-approval in hand.
- 46:12And this includes an application
- 46:13and a detailed discussion about property taxes.
- 46:16If you didn't have the talk, you know, about property taxes,
- 46:20you really don't know what you're pre-approved for.
- 46:22That should make you wonder what else they may have left out.
- 46:25Mortgages are personal.
- 46:26Let's face it, we're dealing with your home and your money.
- 46:29And it doesn't get much more personal than that.
- 46:31When it's the largest transaction that most people will ever be involved in,
- 46:35imagine having someone on your side looking out after you.
- 46:39What a concept.
- 46:40We audit your closing statement to make sure you're not paying for things that you're not supposed to.

- 48:34two eight one five five eight five seven three eight
- 48:38Is there anything specifically you still wanted to hit on Wayne?
- 48:40Well, no, I wanted a point at Skelly and just say that's what happens when you work for
- 48:47me for 16 months.
- 48:48You go, yeah.
- 48:49That's it.
- 48:50You just fall apart.
- 48:52Your skin melts off.
- 48:53Well, I know you at one point told me you guys are hiring.
- 48:56Would you ever talk about that on the radio or no?
- 48:58Do you not want to do that?
- 48:59Not you.
- 49:01I'm not applying.
- 49:02I have a gift.
- 49:03Well, I need some unattractive radio guy to get a copy of that.
- 49:05How dare you.
- 49:06You're very attractive.
- 49:08I'm sure you're a wife.
- 49:10Oh, actually you just remind me something. This is totally not politics, but I do want to get an opinion from you
- 49:16Maybe even from Russell on this because I didn't do it on purpose. Hey Russell's not in our show. He can be
- 49:25He's a broadcast all right anyway, all right, let's do this
- 49:28So yesterday I had to go to the dentist which you did a couple days ago and they didn't like rip anything out of my
- 49:33Face it wasn't that bad
- 49:35But when I showed up there, the dentist wasn't there yet.
- 49:38Like the appointment it was supposed to start
- 49:39and she was running late.
- 49:40I found out it was her birthday.
- 49:42So I can forgive somebody on their birthday
- 49:43for having a lunch that ran long.
- 49:45But anyway, I went across the street to a Trader Joe's
- 49:48and I was just kind of walking around in your neighborhood.
- 49:51Just grabbing some stupid stuff.
- 49:53I go to the checkout and the woman who was pretty cute, who's doing the checkout
- 49:58for me, looks at my shirt.
- 49:59It was a Yankee shirt and she goes, great shirt.
- 50:01Love the Yankees.
- 50:02And I was like, you complimented me.
- 50:04I should compliment you.
- 50:05So I looked at her and I said, I like your nose ring.
- 50:09I don't know why that's what came out of my mouth.
- 50:10I don't know why that it what it was shiny, dude.
- 50:13And it was right in my face.
- 50:14So I said it and she kind of thought I was hitting on her and then I think she kind of even was
- 50:21Hey, guys.
- 50:21I'm starting a little bit, and I was like, I made a joke about my wife at one point,
- 50:24so then that stopped, and it was a very long checkout that shouldn't have been that long,
- 50:28but I got to tell you, man, is I like your nose ring always like a flirt?
- 50:33Or can you just say that, like politically?
- 50:36I say it all day long.
- 50:37How do you know she was flirting with you?
- 50:40Well, she smiled.
- 50:41She said, thank you.
- 50:42And then she started...
- 50:42Well, what is she supposed to say?
- 50:45Go take a crap on yourself?
- 50:46You're right.
- 50:47I don't know.
- 50:47She started to act a little bit like you think women flirt with you when they really are
- 50:53Doesn't everybody sometimes I mean you can tell when they're not flirting like when they when they definitely hate something you said
- 51:00That happened to me at Whole Foods and we can get into that if you want
- 51:02But I think the middle is hard. Yeah, go ahead
- 51:05I actually there are women that I deal with a lot in government stuff, right?
- 51:10So I go to a place and they won't give me something and I'm a jerk and they don't know why I'm such an a-hole
- 51:16blah, blah, blah. And I will walk out with my crew and say, I
- 51:22think she liked me. I think she wants to date me. And one of my
- 51:26favorite things to say, especially when when I'm not
- 51:30being mean to women, but especially when as a woman,
- 51:33yeah, because they deal with things differently than men do.
- 51:38Right. You know, some men try to bully up to you like, you know,
- 51:42like, don't mess with me, right? I got some people that just
- 51:45look at me in the face and just bald face lied at me and I walk away and I went, guy's
- 51:50lying to me.
- 51:51I know he's lying to me and if I prove he's lying to me, then it's not going to be a good
- 51:57result.
- 51:58That's a nice way of saying it.
- 52:00Yeah.
- 52:01I don't play that.
- 52:02By the way, why is my door open?
- 52:04I don't know.
- 52:04I feel like people come in and out of that part of your office.
- 52:08You know what?
- 52:08Some homeless crazy person can walk through any minute.
- 52:14I'm serious.
- 52:15They could.
- 52:15They could.
- 52:16Don't be surprised one morning if like some guy would like carrying like his clothes and
- 52:23a garbage bag over his shoulder, walks in here and says, I want to be part of this.
- 52:29You might have a Somalian start a, you know, like a daycare inside of your place.
- 52:34That might happen.
- 52:34Don't even start again.
- 52:36By the way.
- 52:36I tell you, don't you get like depressed every day when there's some story about some other
- 52:41fraud.
- 52:42I mean, here, here, here, I'm going like, what, what in the, what in the hell?
- 52:49Why can't liberals and conservatives agree on that?
- 52:54Yeah.
- 52:55I don't know.
- 52:56We have zero tolerance for scamming us.
- 52:59We're going to create a program for a black, gay, triple gender.
- 53:08I'm confused.
- 53:11We're going to create that.
- 53:12Sure.
- 53:13Can we at least make sure that the people that actually get the service are actually
- 53:18a transgender, trifobic, triple sex, mutant ninja turtle?
- 53:25Why can't we do that?
- 53:28By the way, I know that this is not exactly what you're talking about, but I feel like
- 53:31it's something we talked about yesterday when I stopped by Dolcefino & Fino Consulting.
- 53:35At some point, you said we're gonna interview a lefty on the radio show, a lefty that you
- 53:41know.
- 53:41And I'm actually really excited about that, the more I thought about it.
- 53:45Because we're gonna try to be respectful without agreeing with the guy.
- 53:50No, respectful.
- 53:52I tell him every day, you are a left wing communist freak.
- 53:58Hilarious.
- 53:58Yeah.
- 53:59And this is a guy you work with, which is even more exciting for me.
- 54:02I'm the boss.
- 54:03I know.
- 54:04What's good to you?
- 54:05Let him sue me.
- 54:06Sue me because I think you're a left wing freak.
- 54:08Let's go for it.
- 54:10I've been sued 30 times.
- 54:11You think I give a hell?
- 54:12No, I don't think so.
- 54:13I think your lawyer loves you.
- 54:15But has it been the same lawyer for years or no?
- 54:17I don't even have a lawyer.
- 54:19OK.
- 54:20Do it yourself.
- 54:21My son is a lawyer now.
- 54:22He represents me at some loss.
- 54:24That's a very mob of you to get the family in on it.
- 54:26Quick break.
- 54:27And my cousin?
- 54:29Go ahead.
- 54:30Cousin, Jimmy, take you on.
- 54:32I got two cousins that'll break your legs.
- 54:34that's what i got a quick break allot more the voice of texas
