- 0:24Speaker 1: Nick Shirley went first and now the legacy media is
- 0:27Speaker 1: getting on board. I'll take victories where we can get them.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I've got updates on some big stories involving Medicare and

- 0:48Speaker 1: the truth of what's really going on with the Save
- 0:50Speaker 1: America Act and the progress that we've made overnight. There's

- 2:38Speaker 1: about some breaking news overnight. Let's start with the breaking news.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Georgia special election just concluded in Georgia's 14th congressional district.
- 2:48Speaker 1: That's where Marjorie Taylor Greene was. Marjorie Taylor Greene left
- 2:51Speaker 1: the United States House of Representatives election to replace her.
- 2:55Speaker 1: There were a lot of candidates running in this thing yesterday.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And the way it works is it was all Democrats
- 3:01Speaker 1: and Republicans all running together to And then the top
- 3:04Speaker 1: two vote getters in this case, they're now moving to
- 3:07Speaker 1: a runoff election, a runoff election. Those top two vote getters,
- 3:11Speaker 1: that would be Clayton Fuller, the President Trump endorsed Republican candidate,
- 3:17Speaker 1: heads on to the next round alongside Sean Harris. Sean
- 3:21Speaker 1: Harris is the Democrat in this race. And the final
- 3:24Speaker 1: tally from last night's election is has Sean Harris edging
- 3:28Speaker 1: out Clayton Fuller, but that's only because there were a
- 3:31Speaker 1: lot of Republican candidates involved here. I just want you
- 3:34Speaker 1: to understand the numbers. Yes, Sean Harris has 37.3% of
- 3:37Speaker 1: the vote. Almost every other candidate that fetched votes last night, yesterday,
- 3:42Speaker 1: were Republicans. Clayton Fuller gets 35% of the vote. Then
- 3:46Speaker 1: Colton Moore had 11.6% of the vote. And on and
- 3:49Speaker 1: on and on, you start doing the math, you're adding
- 3:51Speaker 1: up all the Republicans here, and you realize the Republican
- 3:53Speaker 1: side of the aisle has around 60% of the totals
- 3:57Speaker 1: for the people who showed up in yesterday's election contest,
- 4:01Speaker 1: which bodes very well for this runoff election. Coming soon.
- 4:06Speaker 1: So we've got we've got a really interesting and important race,
- 4:09Speaker 1: but that is that special election going on in Georgia.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Not yet over Republican versus Democrat. Now, Clayton Fuller versus
- 4:16Speaker 1: Sean Harris. Clayton is the candidate that President Trump supported
- 4:20Speaker 1: in this race. Georgia voters responding that Congress. that congressional
- 4:24Speaker 1: district's voters responding in kind and saying, OK, if he's
- 4:27Speaker 1: your guy, he's our guy. And Clay Fuller moves on.
- 4:30Speaker 1: President Trump, very excited about the results last night. He
- 4:34Speaker 1: said congratulations to Clay Fuller of Georgia's 14th congressional district
- 4:39Speaker 1: on getting such a high percentage of the vote with
- 4:40Speaker 1: 12 Republicans running. We want to make the next vote
- 4:43Speaker 1: too big, too rigged. Clay will be a great congressman.
- 4:46Speaker 1: He will never let you down. President D.J.T. So the
- 4:50Speaker 1: quest for reinforcements in the United States House of Representatives
- 4:54Speaker 1: continues as we get some breaking news out of Georgia
- 4:57Speaker 1: overnight that that race for now settled and heading on
- 5:01Speaker 1: to a runoff where the Republican expected to do very well,
- 5:05Speaker 1: the president pushing still very hard in that race. If
- 5:08Speaker 1: you're in that congressional district, don't for a moment settle,
- 5:11Speaker 1: play like you're behind and get Clayton Fuller across the
- 5:14Speaker 1: finish line, help bring some back up. to the United
- 5:17Speaker 1: States Congress. One more piece of election data for you
- 5:19Speaker 1: that's kind of fun to look at right now and
- 5:22Speaker 1: kind of encouraging. I've been talking to you about Virginia
- 5:25Speaker 1: and the Democrats' desire to steal four congressional seats in Virginia.
- 5:30Speaker 1: There is an ongoing early election right now in Virginia.
- 5:33Speaker 1: And if you're in Virginia, remember, when you go into
- 5:35Speaker 1: the ballot box right now, find your polling place, go
- 5:37Speaker 1: online to your elections website, When you go to the
- 5:43Speaker 1: ballot box and you look at the ballot, it's going
- 5:45Speaker 1: to ask you whether or not you want to, quote,
- 5:47Speaker 1: restore fairness to elections. That's a lie. Democrats are not
- 5:51Speaker 1: restoring fairness to anything. They're attempting to rig the elections.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Vote no. Vote no. And get everybody you know to
- 5:58Speaker 1: join you in doing that. We've got some updates here.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I just shared an election website here on X. It's
- 6:04Speaker 1: tracking the data, some fascinating data. In the early vote
- 6:08Speaker 1: right now, all of the Republican counties in the state,
- 6:12Speaker 1: everything not in northern Virginia, but instead the further west
- 6:15Speaker 1: you go in the state, the early vote totals are very,
- 6:19Speaker 1: very high right now. Very high. And that's an easy
- 6:23Speaker 1: way to see that, whoa, wait a second, Republican early
- 6:26Speaker 1: vote turnout is through the roof. And it needs to
- 6:30Speaker 1: be high. We can't just rely on the first few days.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's got to be high all the way through April 21st.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Get as many of these Republican votes out as possible
- 6:37Speaker 1: to stop this election rigging scheme. Barack Obama and Abigail
- 6:41Speaker 1: Spanberger are trying to steal the entire United States House
- 6:44Speaker 1: of Representatives right now. And you can actually see if
- 6:47Speaker 1: you click on if you go to my ex account,
- 6:49Speaker 1: you can get to this link pretty easily. If you
- 6:51Speaker 1: click through here and you start looking at some of
- 6:54Speaker 1: these western counties, look at this. Lee County, 125.6%. That's
- 6:57Speaker 1: the early vote totals versus 2025. We're over 100%. You
- 6:59Speaker 1: look at Scott County. These are as far west as
- 7:00Speaker 1: you can go in Virginia, 142%. Dickinson County is over
- 7:02Speaker 1: 100% already. Buchanan County, 180%. Tazewell County, 119%. The news
- 7:18Speaker 1: is good. In other words, the early vote totals, good
- 7:21Speaker 1: right now, but we've got to keep in this fight.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You can't for a moment settle on this news. Sometimes
- 7:27Speaker 1: I hesitate to even share good news about how Republicans
- 7:30Speaker 1: are churning out because I don't want to I don't
- 7:32Speaker 1: want to make anybody think that, well, we can just
- 7:34Speaker 1: stay home then. I mean, my fellow Republicans have this
- 7:37Speaker 1: in the bag. No, that's not the way to view this. Meanwhile,
- 7:40Speaker 1: if you look at some of those northern Virginia counties,
- 7:42Speaker 1: look at Fairfax County right now, just 54 percent of
- 7:45Speaker 1: the early vote total right now compared to 2025. Much lower.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Loudoun County, which is going to be a mix of
- 7:51Speaker 1: conservatives and Democrats, it keeps moving to the left, though. 79.2%
- 7:55Speaker 1: those early vote totals. So it's a little bit lower
- 7:58Speaker 1: right now. So just want to give you some encouragement
- 8:01Speaker 1: here that your encouragement is being heard by Virginians. People
- 8:07Speaker 1: are responding here, and we may be able to prevent
- 8:10Speaker 1: an election rigging operation here. This is why I talk
- 8:12Speaker 1: about it so much. I don't want the United States
- 8:14Speaker 1: House of Representatives to be stolen. You know, I just
- 8:16Speaker 1: want fair elections. I want legitimate elections. That's all we want.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And that's what's happening right now in Virginia. So I'll
- 8:23Speaker 1: just give you a quick update on that as we
- 8:26Speaker 1: see it right now. Yeah, over 100%. ElflinTV is asking,
- 8:28Speaker 1: what does that mean, over 100%? Over 100% means that
- 8:33Speaker 1: right now, at this very time, we are outpacing what
- 8:37Speaker 1: the early vote totals were in 2025. That's what that means.
- 8:40Speaker 1: It's a comparison to the 2025 vote totals at the
- 8:42Speaker 1: very same time in the early vote. In other words,
- 8:46Speaker 1: the numbers are very good right now. The numbers are good.
- 8:49Speaker 1: That's what the number means.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Let's see. A lot more to get to. And by
- 8:54Speaker 1: the way, Josh, people can hear me. I saw somebody
- 8:56Speaker 1: in the chat say we've lost video. Maybe that person
- 8:58Speaker 1: lost video. Did anyone else lose video? Are we still good? Okay,
- 9:02Speaker 1: we're still good. All right, good to go. Just want
- 9:04Speaker 1: to make sure. Always want to make sure. Want to
- 9:06Speaker 1: make sure this is being heard. Okay, let's talk about fraud.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I've got Save America updates. Hold on for that. We've
- 9:12Speaker 1: got big Save America updates. We'll gavel into our meeting
- 9:15Speaker 1: on that subject coming up. But first, I want to
- 9:17Speaker 1: talk about how Nick Shirley and company have worked wonders
- 9:23Speaker 1: for our country by exposing all of that fraud going
- 9:26Speaker 1: on in Minnesota. It's just been a wonderful exercise in
- 9:30Speaker 1: citizen journalism. Now the legacy media are playing catch up.
- 9:35Speaker 1: And I know there are some conservatives out there who
- 9:37Speaker 1: are kind of mocking all of this and saying, well,
- 9:39Speaker 1: you know, how come you weren't supporting Nick Shirley? And And,
- 9:43Speaker 1: you know, like Nick Shirley already did it. Oh, it's good. Oh,
- 9:46Speaker 1: you're finally showing up. Got it. I got it. Look,
- 9:49Speaker 1: if I can browbeat the media into actually doing service journalism,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I consider that mission accomplished. That's a really big thing.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I'm happy to have any backup we can in order
- 9:58Speaker 1: to have our tax dollars stop being stolen. And that
- 10:02Speaker 1: brings us to two major legacy media stories just in
- 10:05Speaker 1: the last 24 hours exposing a lot of fraud, a
- 10:10Speaker 1: lot of fraud. Let's start with CBS. CBS has a
- 10:14Speaker 1: big report out overnight about what they call ground zero
- 10:20Speaker 1: in hospice fraud, ground zero in hospice fraud. This consists
- 10:24Speaker 1: of Los Angeles, California. Now we're getting somewhere because California, baby,
- 10:29Speaker 1: you and I both know is the epicenter of stolen
- 10:33Speaker 1: taxpayer dollars. It's run by Democrats. The whole state's in chaos.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It costs a lot of money just to move out
- 10:40Speaker 1: of the state. That's how desperately people have been trying
- 10:41Speaker 1: to get away through the years. And they steal a
- 10:44Speaker 1: lot of taxpayer money there. and CBS news is revealing that, uh,
- 10:49Speaker 1: there is a massive amounts of hospice fraud going on
- 10:52Speaker 1: in Los Angeles, California. They reviewed the records for these
- 10:57Speaker 1: so-called hospice operations. Remember hospice care. It's often, this is
- 11:01Speaker 1: like end of life care. You know, people, uh, are
- 11:03Speaker 1: like beyond medical treatment. They're kind of spending in many cases,
- 11:06Speaker 1: the end of their lives and hospice. That's usually the
- 11:09Speaker 1: way this is used. And, um, And so there's a
- 11:12Speaker 1: lot of terminal hospice care. But one of the things
- 11:15Speaker 1: that CBS has discovered is people are going in and
- 11:17Speaker 1: being classified as terminal and then they're getting out. They're
- 11:20Speaker 1: spending all this time in hospice and then released. And
- 11:23Speaker 1: yet taxpayer dollars are flowing to operations that are just
- 11:26Speaker 1: taking tons of money. And CBS is going, this is
- 11:29Speaker 1: probably fraud. In fact, they revolve around the story they start.
- 11:35Speaker 1: around the story of a woman called Lynn Ianni. She's
- 11:38Speaker 1: 69 years old and she's very much in good health.
- 11:41Speaker 1: She's a pickleball player. She loves pickleball. A lot of
- 11:44Speaker 1: people love pickleball. You like pickleball, Chad? People like pickleball.
- 11:47Speaker 1: She plays pickleball and she suffered an injury two years ago,
- 11:53Speaker 1: they say. And so she sought physical therapy. And when
- 11:56Speaker 1: she went, she found out Medicare wouldn't cover it because
- 12:00Speaker 1: she was in hospice. She wasn't in hospice. Check out
- 12:05Speaker 1: this CBS report. The reporter here, Adam Yamaguchi, putting together
- 12:09Speaker 1: a little bit of a video on her experience and
- 12:12Speaker 1: what he's discovered.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Watch.
- 12:13Speaker 4: The government thinks this woman is dying in hospice care,
- 12:18Speaker 4: but she just humiliated me, schooled me on the pickleball court.
- 12:23Speaker 4: She's definitely not dying. She is a victim, though, of
- 12:28Speaker 4: hospice fraud. So hospice fraud costs taxpayers hundreds of millions
- 12:32Speaker 4: of dollars every year. California is ground zero. So basically
- 12:36Speaker 4: people steal Medicare numbers. They enroll them in hospices and
- 12:40Speaker 4: then bill for tens, sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 12:44Speaker 4: A lot of these companies are just fronts. So over
- 12:48Speaker 4: 700 of the roughly 1800 hospices in LA County triggered
- 12:51Speaker 4: multiple red flags for possible fraud. So we went door
- 12:55Speaker 4: to door and what we found was empty office spaces,
- 12:59Speaker 4: piled up mail and not a single healthcare worker in sight.
- 13:03Speaker 4: There's even a stretch in LA with 500 registered hospice
- 13:07Speaker 4: companies within just three miles of each other. In fact,
- 13:11Speaker 4: there's even a single building with 89 registered hospice companies.
- 13:17Speaker 4: We wanted to get some answers. Okay, so my name
- 13:20Speaker 4: is Adam Yamaguchi and I'm with CBS News and we're
- 13:23Speaker 4: doing a story about hospice and we're just trying to
- 13:25Speaker 4: understand how and why there's so many hospice agencies in
- 13:30Speaker 4: like a small cluster in LA County. Would love to.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Speak with you. I'm sorry?
- 13:36Speaker 1: He's speaking through a door. You have no comment? Okay.
- 13:39Speaker 3: All right.
- 13:42Speaker 1: No comment. Thank you.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Medicare hospice fraud can happen in a few different ways.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Shell companies can buy stolen Medicare numbers on the dark
- 13:49Speaker 4: web and then bill the government for services that they
- 13:53Speaker 4: don't ever actually provide. Sometimes recruiters will go out into
- 13:56Speaker 4: the community and look for seniors and say, hey, we
- 14:00Speaker 4: can offer you a bunch of free... groceries, housekeeping, redepends,
- 14:06Speaker 4: just give me your Medicare number and I'll see what
- 14:08Speaker 4: you're eligible for. And then boom, they've, they're off and running.
- 14:11Speaker 4: They can charge tens of thousands of dollars. And in
- 14:14Speaker 4: some cases.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Look, I mean, it's obvious what they're doing is they're
- 14:18Speaker 1: getting Medicare numbers from seniors. They're acting like they're going
- 14:21Speaker 1: to give them some sort of small services. And then
- 14:23Speaker 1: they just are using those numbers to establish fake hospice
- 14:26Speaker 1: operations and then stealing hundreds of millions, billions of dollars
- 14:30Speaker 1: across all of this from the American taxpayer. And so
- 14:34Speaker 1: when we talk about the fraud, the level of fraud
- 14:37Speaker 1: that's going on, it's easily in the hundreds of billions
- 14:40Speaker 1: of dollars at the very least every year across our country,
- 14:44Speaker 1: all being stolen by fraudsters who are going in, they're
- 14:47Speaker 1: overbilling Medicare and Medicaid, they're stealing a bunch of money.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And as a result, we've driven up our national debt
- 14:54Speaker 1: to unbelievable numbers. I mean, for years, we've heard Washington
- 14:58Speaker 1: talk in kind of a phantom way about dealing with waste,
- 15:00Speaker 1: fraud and abuse. And then D.C. never really does anything
- 15:02Speaker 1: to address it. And we never really get much of
- 15:04Speaker 1: an assist from the media who don't spend any time
- 15:07Speaker 1: on those stories. In fact, most of the stories they
- 15:09Speaker 1: spend time on are trying to invent scandals for Donald
- 15:12Speaker 1: Trump rather than addressing genuine scandals that are coming at
- 15:16Speaker 1: the expense of the American taxpayer. So there's the CBS guy, Adam,
- 15:20Speaker 1: he goes out there and he goes, I love how
- 15:23Speaker 1: he's like cursing now too. Does that usually happen on CBS?
- 15:26Speaker 1: Where he's like, oh, we're going to give you a
- 15:27Speaker 1: bunch of shit. I love it. I love it. Stay
- 15:30Speaker 1: locked in, Adam. The more you do this, the more
- 15:32Speaker 1: I'm going to celebrate you because I want the media
- 15:35Speaker 1: on these stories. I want them finding my money and
- 15:38Speaker 1: getting it back. That's where I want these guys to
- 15:41Speaker 1: focus their attention. It's supposed to be service journalism. That is,
- 15:44Speaker 1: that amounts to that. And you heard from CBS recently,
- 15:47Speaker 1: What they're looking into is the signs of fraud. You
- 15:51Speaker 1: ready for the signs of fraud? This is what they
- 15:53Speaker 1: consider the signs of fraud. This is what fraud investigators
- 15:55Speaker 1: have indicated in the past. Multiple hospices in one building, check.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I mean, a lot of this, you'll hear this and
- 16:02Speaker 1: you'll be like, that's what Nick Shirley found. Geographic clustering,
- 16:06Speaker 1: where they're all located in the same community. Low patient counts,
- 16:11Speaker 1: like they're not actually seeing human beings. High rates of
- 16:14Speaker 1: terminally ill patients who are later discharged alive. It's a miracle.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Everybody's just walking out. They were terminally ill when they
- 16:21Speaker 1: got here. Now they're free. Excessive billing, of course. And
- 16:26Speaker 1: then staff that's shared across multiple companies. The same medical
- 16:30Speaker 1: director going and working with 40 different hospice cares. And
- 16:33Speaker 1: you're like, well, how do you even have time to
- 16:35Speaker 1: work with 40 different hospice cares? It's a fraud operation
- 16:39Speaker 1: is what it is. And helpfully here, you'll see CBS,
- 16:43Speaker 1: and I encourage you to check out their reporting on
- 16:44Speaker 1: this so you can see some more detail. But like, look,
- 16:47Speaker 1: they'll show you on a map here, for those of
- 16:48Speaker 1: you at rumble.com slash Vince, there are 1,800 licensed hospices
- 16:52Speaker 1: right now in Los Angeles County alone. 1,800? That many
- 16:56Speaker 1: people terminally ill in hospice? What's going on here? 1,800 hospices?
- 17:00Speaker 1: That's more than six times the national average for the
- 17:03Speaker 1: county's senior population. And then you dial in a little
- 17:06Speaker 1: bit more. And they've got 42% of these companies have
- 17:10Speaker 1: multiple indicators that they're fraudulent, according to the CBS review.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Here's more. Nearly 500 of them are all operating inside
- 17:18Speaker 1: of just a three-mile radius in Los Angeles. Look at this,
- 17:22Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. I'm on the map here. It keeps
- 17:24Speaker 1: guiling in. And you get closer and closer. Look at this.
- 17:27Speaker 1: There are 137 hospices all along Van Nuys Boulevard alone.
- 17:33Speaker 1: More than half of them appear to be fraudulent. And
- 17:36Speaker 1: then they dial in and they're just going to one building.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Look at this, 89 companies in a single building in
- 17:42Speaker 1: Van Nuys, 72% of them with multiple signs of fraud.
- 17:47Speaker 1: It's the most extreme case of hospice clustering that CBS found. So,
- 17:53Speaker 1: you know, I see some people in the chat pointing
- 17:54Speaker 1: out that J.D. Vance is in charge of ultimately getting
- 17:56Speaker 1: to the bottom of this. I am certain he is
- 17:59Speaker 1: working to get to the bottom of this. The Trump
- 18:01Speaker 1: administration is all over this particular issue. They're all over it.
- 18:07Speaker 1: In fact, Dr. Oz, who's the head of Center for
- 18:10Speaker 1: Medicaid and Medicare Services right now, you know Dr. Oz,
- 18:13Speaker 1: he just went and visited California recently and he put
- 18:16Speaker 1: out a video and he traveled to LA exposing that
- 18:20Speaker 1: there is a lot of hospice fraud going on in
- 18:24Speaker 1: LA right now. Here's Dr. Oz explaining, this was just
- 18:27Speaker 1: a few weeks ago, cut to watch. So you can
- 18:29Speaker 1: see these are medical buildings.
- 18:31Speaker 6: They've got Cyrillic writing, Russian Armenian writing, Both sides, there's
- 18:38Speaker 6: lots of action, it seems. I don't know how many
- 18:41Speaker 6: patients are getting care. But in this four block area
- 18:45Speaker 6: in Los Angeles, there are 42 hospices. So either there
- 18:49Speaker 6: are a lot of people dying here or you've got
- 18:51Speaker 6: a fraudulent activity that is so good that everyone wants
- 18:54Speaker 6: to get in on it. I'm in Van Nuys in
- 18:57Speaker 6: Los Angeles and this boarded up area above my head here,
- 19:02Speaker 6: as a big hospice center. There are apparently quite a
- 19:05Speaker 6: few hospices around here, 42 within a four block radius.
- 19:10Speaker 6: And these guys stole $ 16 million. And let's see carefully,
- 19:14Speaker 6: the main guy went to jail for two years, stealing
- 19:17Speaker 6: $ 16 million, which is a.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Good trade-off for a lot of folks. And if you
- 19:20Speaker 2: look at it, it's pretty in the script. There wasn't
- 19:22Speaker 2: anyone really in there. They weren't doing any services. They
- 19:25Speaker 2: just got an address they could claim was a hospice.
- 19:28Speaker 2: And then they ran the business, claiming people were at
- 19:31Speaker 2: home getting services, which they really weren't. What we have
- 19:33Speaker 2: learned is there's roughly three and a half billion dollars
- 19:38Speaker 2: of fraud taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice
- 19:41Speaker 2: and home care. It's run quite a bit of it
- 19:44Speaker 2: by the Russian-Armenian mafia. You notice the lettering and language
- 19:48Speaker 2: behind me is of that dialect. And it also highlights
- 19:52Speaker 2: the fact that this is an organized crime mafia deal
- 19:55Speaker 2: where you've got folks who have systemically recruited doctors to
- 19:58Speaker 2: write false prescriptions, you know, hundreds of doctors participating. They've
- 20:03Speaker 2: got 100,000 patients who they've tricked or paid to give
- 20:07Speaker 2: them their beneficiary numbers so they can perpetuate the fraud.
- 20:10Speaker 2: And then the criminals are just running the whole organization
- 20:13Speaker 2: and quickly scurrying away when law enforcement does get around
- 20:16Speaker 2: to prosecuting them. Unfortunately, in California, there has not been
- 20:19Speaker 2: a lot of attention on these problems. That's going to change.
- 20:22Speaker 2: The US attorney, the FBI, everyone's now focused on the
- 20:25Speaker 2: fact that in this state, which has about $ 30 billion
- 20:28Speaker 2: worth of home and community-based services, Most of it might
- 20:32Speaker 2: be fraudulent. Those are big numbers and we're taking it seriously.
- 20:36Speaker 2: President's not going to tolerate this anymore.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Man, I'm so happy we have this team on there,
- 20:40Speaker 1: on this issue. Could you imagine? It wouldn't, just none
- 20:43Speaker 1: of this would happen. President Kamala, you think she'd be
- 20:45Speaker 1: tackling fraud handled by these Democrat states? Just money, your
- 20:49Speaker 1: money being stolen and handed out to various like, you know,
- 20:53Speaker 1: like was it mafia groups, immigrant mafia groups? No, she
- 20:57Speaker 1: wouldn't be tackling this at all. We have a great
- 20:59Speaker 1: team on this. Thank God these guys are out here
- 21:01Speaker 1: Digging this up. $ 38 trillion in debt? Yeah, we could
- 21:05Speaker 1: use some of that money back. We could use a
- 21:07Speaker 1: lot of that money back. And we could use a
- 21:09Speaker 1: lot of people prosecuted. We could use a lot of
- 21:11Speaker 1: people deported. Trump administration all over that. You've seen them
- 21:14Speaker 1: all over in Minnesota, and they said they were going
- 21:16Speaker 1: to redouble their efforts in California. Dr. Oz and company
- 21:20Speaker 1: are there. Now, greasy Gavin Newsom is upset about all
- 21:22Speaker 1: of this. He doesn't like that Dr. Oz went into L.A.
- 21:26Speaker 1: to expose all of this. In fact, he accused Dr.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Oz of being racist for doing it because what else
- 21:31Speaker 1: do Democrats have? They just accuse people of being racist
- 21:33Speaker 1: whenever they're upset that their schemes are being exposed. Here's
- 21:38Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom making that accusation right after Dr. Oz visited L.A. Watch,
- 21:43Speaker 1: cut three.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Dr. Oz.
- 21:46Speaker 7: Might as well be living in Oz. when he went
- 21:49Speaker 7: down attacking the Armenian community just a few days ago.
- 21:53Speaker 7: A business that's down now 30%. Poor guy, small businessman,
- 21:58Speaker 7: running a bakery because he decided to do a little
- 22:01Speaker 7: TikTok video or something. Saying they're somehow connected to the
- 22:06Speaker 7: mob around hospice. Well, hospice, we've been after that for
- 22:11Speaker 7: years and years before Oz was even on the scene. 2021,
- 22:16Speaker 7: we did a moratorium on new hospice program, 280.
- 22:19Speaker 8: We shuddered.
- 22:21Speaker 7: We've been after this for years and years and years.
- 22:23Speaker 7: We want an open hand, not a closed fist. We
- 22:25Speaker 7: absolutely are here to be a partner to go after waste, fraud,
- 22:29Speaker 7: and abuse. I started something called ODI, Office Digital Innovation.
- 22:32Speaker 7: I did not, my mistake, do it With a chainsaw.
- 22:37Speaker 1: All right, enough of this guy clowning.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Had I done that?
- 22:39Speaker 1: But the point is, he's saying, oh, we've been all
- 22:41Speaker 1: over this issue. No, you haven't. I just played, I
- 22:43Speaker 1: just showed you the CBS stuff too. I mean, look,
- 22:45Speaker 1: they're all over this right now. 72 operations inside of
- 22:50Speaker 1: one building that have multiple signs of fraud. Yeah, you've
- 22:53Speaker 1: been all over it, Greasy. Way to go, buddy. Way
- 22:55Speaker 1: to go. Thank God, Dr. Raz, the US attorney, the
- 22:58Speaker 1: FBI are all over this because you no doubt are
- 23:01Speaker 1: on the take from these operations that have been taken
- 23:04Speaker 1: from us. as he pretends he's all over it, gets
- 23:07Speaker 1: mad at Dr.
- 23:07Speaker 5: Oz.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I'm cheering you, Dr.
- 23:09Speaker 5: Oz.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Get in there and break all of this up. Get
- 23:11Speaker 1: our money back, would you? All right, more in a moment.
- 23:13Speaker 1: We've got a lot to get to. One big other
- 23:18Speaker 1: legacy media fraud story I've got to share with you

- 24:38Speaker 5: All right.
- 24:38Speaker 1: All right, so you can hear Dr.
- 24:40Speaker 6: Oz.
- 24:40Speaker 1: He goes in there. You see CBS reporting on the
- 24:44Speaker 1: unbelievable amounts of fraud. They send the reporter in. They're
- 24:46Speaker 1: doing videos now, kind of Nick Shirley-esque. I love that.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I love that. More. Give me more, please. Expose all
- 24:55Speaker 1: of it. And sure enough, the Wall Street Journal comes
- 24:57Speaker 1: flying in with another piece themselves. Here's what they have overnight.
- 25:01Speaker 1: The boom in autism therapy. We saw this in Minnesota,
- 25:05Speaker 1: didn't we? Is Medicaid's fastest growing jackpot. They have a
- 25:09Speaker 1: whole story this morning. about how there are people out
- 25:13Speaker 1: there who suddenly are providing these mystery autism services, and
- 25:17Speaker 1: they're extracting payments from taxpayers as high as $ 800 an hour.
- 25:25Speaker 1: They revolve the story around a woman called Megan Mitchell,
- 25:28Speaker 1: who spoke to the Wall Street Journal for this, as
- 25:29Speaker 1: she was trying to defend herself in the midst of
- 25:32Speaker 1: all this, but boy, it doesn't look good for her.
- 25:34Speaker 1: She first launched an autism therapy business in 2019, And
- 25:39Speaker 1: they say she took aim at an unlikely source of profit,
- 25:42Speaker 1: Indiana's taxpayer-funded Medicaid program, which is, of course, for the poor.
- 25:48Speaker 1: In 2023, the state paid her company, which is called
- 25:51Speaker 1: Peace by Peace Autism Centers, $ 29 million to provide therapy
- 25:54Speaker 1: for just 84 patients. $ 29 million. For 84 people, that's
- 26:10Speaker 1: about $ 340, 000 per child. That's Medicaid money. One year. That
- 26:23Speaker 1: amount surpassed what Indiana Medicaid typically spends in a year
- 26:27Speaker 1: treating a newly diagnosed lung cancer patient or covering a
- 26:32Speaker 1: year of nursing home care. Piece by piece became one
- 26:37Speaker 1: of Medicaid's most expensive providers in part by raising its prices,
- 26:41Speaker 1: triggering reimbursements as high as $ 640 an hour for routine
- 26:45Speaker 1: therapy that can be administered by workers with little more
- 26:48Speaker 1: than a high school diploma. Yeah, they say in the
- 26:52Speaker 1: piece that sometimes the therapy involves sitting a child down
- 26:58Speaker 1: in front of a movie and having them watch Disney's Frozen.
- 27:05Speaker 1: And they're being paid $ 640 an hour by you for
- 27:11Speaker 1: that therapy, quote unquote. Mitchell said her company complied with
- 27:16Speaker 1: Indiana's rules and the state never objected to her prices.
- 27:19Speaker 1: That's one of the problems here, that the states are
- 27:21Speaker 1: administering this and they're destroying it. I don't think Indiana
- 27:25Speaker 1: really had any oversight or not much, said Mitchell. She
- 27:28Speaker 1: bought a series of properties, including a $ 2. 5 million home
- 27:35Speaker 1: on Florida's Sanibel Island, beautiful, and a 600,000 waterfront house
- 27:41Speaker 1: on the tip of Canoe River in Indiana, while her
- 27:45Speaker 1: company's Medicaid billings soared. The piece goes on and it says,
- 27:50Speaker 1: this is a problem all across the country. It's not
- 27:53Speaker 1: just Indiana. It's everywhere. They talk about what's going on
- 27:56Speaker 1: in Minnesota. They have found immense fraud operations going on.
- 28:03Speaker 1: in Maine, Wisconsin, Indiana, Colorado. It's a mess. It's a
- 28:09Speaker 1: complete mess. But again, the Wall Street Journal jumping in
- 28:12Speaker 1: now with some of its own coverage here. One of
- 28:15Speaker 1: the reasons we know all of this is because the
- 28:18Speaker 1: Trump administration has made public the Medicaid numbers. Remember, I
- 28:24Speaker 1: told you on a recent episode, we talked about this,
- 28:26Speaker 1: that they had, for the first time ever, it was
- 28:30Speaker 1: the Trump administration who just made a huge list of,
- 28:34Speaker 1: they put out the full database of Medicaid expenses. So
- 28:37Speaker 1: you could go in, you could see what companies are
- 28:39Speaker 1: getting Medicaid money and what they're billing for. There are
- 28:41Speaker 1: billing codes. So you can see specifically what they're billing for.
- 28:45Speaker 1: And it's just tons of cash going out the door, tons.
- 28:49Speaker 1: And as a result, we've had citizen journalists and legacy
- 28:52Speaker 1: media outlets like the Wall Street Journal begin to dig
- 28:55Speaker 1: through the data. And what they've identified is massive patterns
- 28:59Speaker 1: of fraud It's beautiful what the Trump administration is doing,
- 29:04Speaker 1: and it's very ugly what the data show. But the
- 29:06Speaker 1: end result of all of this are that people can
- 29:09Speaker 1: actually be prosecuted for this. So I saw somebody in
- 29:11Speaker 1: the chat issue concerned that like, well, what does this matter?
- 29:15Speaker 1: Nobody's going to be held accountable. I've got good news
- 29:17Speaker 1: for you. Lots of people are being held accountable. In
- 29:20Speaker 1: Minnesota alone, we've seen hundreds of prosecutions, most of this
- 29:25Speaker 1: convictions have have been Somalis who've been stealing from the
- 29:28Speaker 1: American taxpayer. In Los Angeles, you just heard from Dr. Oz,
- 29:31Speaker 1: they're deploying the FBI to prosecute and then hand over
- 29:35Speaker 1: to the U.S. attorney for prosecution. Well, the FBI would
- 29:37Speaker 1: do the investigation and the arrest. They handed over. to
- 29:40Speaker 1: the U.S. attorney for prosecution so that these people can
- 29:43Speaker 1: be convicted and then either put in jail or just
- 29:46Speaker 1: kicked right out of our country, handed off to ICE
- 29:49Speaker 1: to get them the hell out of our country. And
- 29:52Speaker 1: Of course, you've got J.D. Vance now tasked directly by
- 29:54Speaker 1: the president of the United States to run the fraud operations,
- 29:58Speaker 1: the assault, the attack on the fraudsters nationwide. You think J.D.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Vance is screwing around the United States Marine? He's screwing around.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I don't think so. The guy's on top of it.
- 30:07Speaker 1: And now they've got coming in from the United States
- 30:09Speaker 1: Department of Justice, an attorney general who reports directly to
- 30:12Speaker 1: the vice president, not even to the attorney general, Pam Bondi,
- 30:15Speaker 1: directly to the vice president. So if you're on team,
- 30:19Speaker 1: let's see something happen.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Good.
- 30:21Speaker 1: So am I. And so is President Trump. There's no
- 30:23Speaker 1: doubt about this. This is not like some game. They're
- 30:26Speaker 1: really on it. By the way, you also have government
- 30:29Speaker 1: officials who are under active FBI investigation. That includes tampon
- 30:32Speaker 1: Tim Walz. That includes Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry. That includes
- 30:36Speaker 1: Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota.
- 30:39Speaker 1: And all of those guys deserve it, undoubtedly. So that's interesting.
- 30:44Speaker 1: I like that the legacy media are jumping in here.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Jumping in here.
- 30:49Speaker 7: I love this.
- 30:49Speaker 1: I mean, Jill Miller says it. She's right. Jill says
- 30:52Speaker 1: we want our money back, too, not just prosecutions. That's true, Jill. Me, too.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Here's the problem. A lot of that money, especially in
- 30:58Speaker 1: the case of the Somalis, they've already sent it overseas.
- 31:00Speaker 1: It's like this is like it's gone, spent and gone,
- 31:05Speaker 1: which is why we have to stop this fraud in
- 31:07Speaker 1: its tracks, because we can only recuperate so much. There's
- 31:10Speaker 1: only so much we can get back. A lot of
- 31:12Speaker 1: it just gets instantly sent away. And so we got
- 31:16Speaker 1: to move quickly. which is what the Trump administration is
- 31:19Speaker 1: up to. One more thing for you. I saw an
- 31:21Speaker 1: amazing idea. Tell me if you like this idea. Here
- 31:25Speaker 1: it is. This comes to us from a guy called, well,
- 31:28Speaker 1: he's on X. He just calls himself Quick Thoughts. And
- 31:32Speaker 1: he had a quick thought. And I kind of like
- 31:34Speaker 1: this quick thought.
- 31:34Speaker 8: You ready?
- 31:36Speaker 1: He said, we really need a government dashboard, a government
- 31:39Speaker 1: dashboard that has all of the federal services bundled together.
- 31:43Speaker 1: When you log into your citizen account, You can see
- 31:46Speaker 1: something like, quote, you are currently receiving hospice care. And
- 31:50Speaker 1: then every individual person could help detect fraud. Now, this
- 31:54Speaker 1: is a very interesting concept. Remember the first story I
- 31:56Speaker 1: shared with you from CBS, there was a woman playing pickleball.
- 31:59Speaker 1: She wanted to just get simple physical therapy. She seeks
- 32:02Speaker 1: assistance from Medicare for that. And then they tell her, sorry,
- 32:06Speaker 1: you can't get it because you're in hospice. She's like,
- 32:08Speaker 1: I'm not in a hospice. My identity has been stolen.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I like this idea. Now, I'll think about it some more,
- 32:15Speaker 1: and maybe there are some downsides I'm not anticipating. Every time,
- 32:19Speaker 1: as Thomas Sowell has said famously, there are no policy solutions,
- 32:23Speaker 1: only trade-offs. There are always going to be trade-offs. But
- 32:27Speaker 1: what if for federal benefits, federal services, there was a
- 32:31Speaker 1: place that you could log on to where you could
- 32:34Speaker 1: see what you're currently receiving? The IRS currently has all
- 32:38Speaker 1: your tax data. It's not the craziest thing in the world.
- 32:41Speaker 1: that there's a centralized location where you could look at
- 32:45Speaker 1: federal data. What if there was a simple dashboard that
- 32:47Speaker 1: you could log into, you could use two-factor authentication or
- 32:50Speaker 1: something in order to safeguard your identity, but you could
- 32:53Speaker 1: go into it each year and you could look at
- 32:54Speaker 1: it and say, okay, what federal benefits am I currently receiving?
- 32:58Speaker 1: In other words, what money's going out the door supposedly
- 33:02Speaker 1: to me? And You look at it and you're like, OK,
- 33:06Speaker 1: I'm getting my Social Security check or I'm getting my
- 33:09Speaker 1: military pension or my disability or whatever it is that
- 33:12Speaker 1: you receive. And it says I'm in hospice care. Hold up.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I'm not in hospice care. And then what you can
- 33:16Speaker 1: do right on the website is report to the federal
- 33:20Speaker 1: government that that's not a benefit that you're actually receiving,
- 33:24Speaker 1: that this is fraud. This is fraud. And alert prosecutors
- 33:29Speaker 1: to this. It would be an amazing crowdsourcing operation because
- 33:34Speaker 1: every individual could safeguard their own identity. I kind of
- 33:38Speaker 1: like the concept. Again, if there are downsides, I'd love
- 33:41Speaker 1: to kind of noodle on them, but this is the
- 33:43Speaker 1: kind of thinking we need. This is the kind of
- 33:45Speaker 1: thinking we need, which is like, what can we do
- 33:48Speaker 1: to address this fraud and how can individual citizens get
- 33:51Speaker 1: in on the action? I like that people are thinking
- 33:55Speaker 1: about it and perhaps we can make this actionable. So
- 33:59Speaker 1: thank you, quick thoughts for For having that quick thought,
- 34:01Speaker 1: that's a good one. That's a very good one. I
- 34:03Speaker 1: really like that. That gets us in the right direction.
- 34:05Speaker 1: All right, coming up on the program, we've got to
- 34:07Speaker 1: talk about the latest on the Save America Act. A
- 34:09Speaker 1: lot has developed here in the last 24 hours, including
- 34:15Speaker 1: one U.S. senator who's in the absolute fight for his
- 34:18Speaker 1: life is now saying it's time for either the speaking
- 34:23Speaker 1: filibuster or to change the rules of the Senate to
- 34:27Speaker 1: get the Save America Act passed. He's feeling the pressure,
- 34:32Speaker 1: and now he's joining the fight? I'll take it. More
- 34:36Speaker 1: ahead on this edition of Vince. You know, I want
- 34:39Speaker 1: to thank one of our great sponsors, one of the
- 34:41Speaker 1: just absolute phenomenal sponsors of this program. That's Rumble Wallet.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Rumble Wallet. They've got a great operation, Rumble. You know,
- 34:49Speaker 1: you may have seen the conversations happening all across the internet.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Censorship is everywhere. It's everywhere. I see it happening all
- 34:57Speaker 1: over the place. A lot of platforms are trying to
- 34:59Speaker 1: control the narrative for you, trying to let you basically

- 36:30Speaker 1: that would have cost you $ 20, 000, 33 ounces, 20 years ago.
- 36:32Speaker 1: You know what that same 33 ounces costs now? Over $ 150, 000.

- 37:38Speaker 1: we're getting Save America Act updates. Wait, I need to
- 37:41Speaker 1: gavel in. I don't always gavel in. We should gavel in.
- 37:43Speaker 4: Ready?
- 37:45Speaker 1: We gavel in now to the daily meeting on the
- 37:47Speaker 1: Save America Act. Producer Jim Verde, who, of course, produces
- 37:51Speaker 1: the radio show, he just keeps the minutes. He does
- 37:54Speaker 1: the minutes for us at our meetings every day. on
- 37:57Speaker 1: what the developments are for the Save America Act. We've
- 37:59Speaker 1: been fighting very hard for this. And I've been giving
- 38:02Speaker 1: you updates on it this week, including the fact that
- 38:04Speaker 1: the United States of America is, everybody in the whole
- 38:08Speaker 1: country is all calling the Senate right now. And they're saying,
- 38:10Speaker 1: would you pass it? We all support it. What about you?
- 38:13Speaker 1: Where are you on this? And the great thing this
- 38:16Speaker 1: week is that we have a huge alliance with the
- 38:19Speaker 1: president of the United States in place. He says, I
- 38:21Speaker 1: don't want any more legislation to hit my desk until
- 38:24Speaker 1: the Save America Act does. I'm done with that shit.
- 38:27Speaker 1: I need the Save America Act, is what the president said.
- 38:30Speaker 1: And then he also said that we need to do
- 38:34Speaker 1: this by any means necessary. Let's use the speaking filibuster.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Let's get this thing to the floor of the Senate
- 38:39Speaker 1: and let's get it passed. Well, this has created a
- 38:42Speaker 1: massive headache for Senate leadership. They did not want to
- 38:44Speaker 1: do this. It's pretty obvious since the very beginning. They
- 38:47Speaker 1: were trying to figure out a way to get past this.
- 38:49Speaker 1: They didn't want the president to have his attention on this.
- 38:51Speaker 1: The president himself even said this week, one of the
- 38:55Speaker 1: reasons he cares so much about this is not just
- 38:57Speaker 1: the integrity of our elections, but anytime he goes out
- 38:59Speaker 1: on the road and he talks to the base, everybody's
- 39:01Speaker 1: saying the same thing.
- 39:02Speaker 3: Mr.
- 39:02Speaker 1: President, we need the Save America Act. We need it.
- 39:06Speaker 1: And he hears you loud and clear. So where's the
- 39:10Speaker 1: Senate right now? Well, the unfortunate news today, or at
- 39:16Speaker 1: least for now, I mean, maybe you can take it
- 39:18Speaker 1: as interesting news because we've got them sweating, but It's annoying.
- 39:22Speaker 1: John Thune is attempting to surrender right now on the
- 39:26Speaker 1: Save America Act and not surrender to you.
- 39:29Speaker 9: He's.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Trying to give up the fight to get it passed.
- 39:33Speaker 1: And he's claiming there's nothing he can do about the
- 39:37Speaker 1: math in the Senate. Listen as he talks to the
- 39:40Speaker 1: media yesterday. Cut four. And as you listen to this,
- 39:44Speaker 1: you're going to hear what sounds like a dispassionate play-by-play announcer,
- 39:48Speaker 1: a guy who's merely observing what's going on and has
- 39:51Speaker 1: no role in leadership whatsoever, as if he has no
- 39:53Speaker 1: ability to twist arms or get people to support this
- 39:57Speaker 1: noble cause. Listen to John Thune abdicate responsibility yesterday. Do
- 40:03Speaker 1: you run a risk of being on the wrong side
- 40:05Speaker 1: of President Trump and your resistance to do this talking filibuster,
- 40:09Speaker 1: tying the senator in knots for weeks?
- 40:13Speaker 3: We don't have the votes either to proceed, get on
- 40:17Speaker 3: a talking filibuster, nor a sustained one if we got
- 40:21Speaker 3: on it. But that is just a function of math.
- 40:24Speaker 3: And there isn't anything I can do about that. I mean,
- 40:26Speaker 3: I understand the president's got to. passion to see this
- 40:29Speaker 3: issue addressed, as we all do.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Does he understand that, though?
- 40:32Speaker 3: Well, we've conveyed that to him, but we'll continue to
- 40:36Speaker 3: make that argument because I think it's important that everybody
- 40:38Speaker 3: understand that this really is about the votes.
- 40:41Speaker 1: It's about the math.
- 40:45Speaker 3: For better or worse, I'm the one who has to
- 40:46Speaker 3: be a clear-eyed realist about what we can achieve here.
- 40:49Speaker 1: And so we'll continue to convey that.
- 40:51Speaker 3: And I think that we're going to have a fight
- 40:53Speaker 3: on the floor. We're going to vote on this. We're
- 40:56Speaker 3: going to put it out. And we'll give the Democrats
- 40:58Speaker 3: the opportunity to cast their vote on whether or not
- 41:02Speaker 3: they think noncitizens ought to vote in American elections. And
- 41:05Speaker 3: so that debate will happen. But like I said, I
- 41:09Speaker 3: can guarantee the debate. I can guarantee a vote. I
- 41:12Speaker 3: just can't guarantee an outcome.
- 41:14Speaker 1: There isn't anything I can do about it, says, who
- 41:17Speaker 1: is that again? Oh, the leader of the United States Senate. Wait,
- 41:21Speaker 1: hold on a second. Who's the leader around here?
- 41:24Speaker 8: It's you.
- 41:26Speaker 1: You're the leader. What are leaders supposed to do? You're
- 41:30Speaker 1: not sitting around just taking attendance. Your job is to
- 41:34Speaker 1: convince your conference to join you in noble legislative pursuits.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Why aren't you doing it? Why am I not hearing
- 41:42Speaker 1: words coming out of your mouth like I'm trying to
- 41:45Speaker 1: convince my conference to join this mission? I'm doing everything
- 41:49Speaker 1: I can to get them across the finish line. If
- 41:51Speaker 1: the answer at the end of it is that they're
- 41:53Speaker 1: still being stubborn jackasses, well, then just start revealing what
- 41:55Speaker 1: their names are so that we can get rid of
- 41:57Speaker 1: them and replace them. But to sit around and act
- 42:00Speaker 1: like he literally said there's nothing I can do about it.
- 42:03Speaker 1: And then as he was talking to Fox's Chad Pergram there,
- 42:07Speaker 1: he said, patronizes the president of the United States. He
- 42:11Speaker 1: makes it seem like, well, I'm trying to explain to
- 42:13Speaker 1: him what he doesn't understand, which is that there's just
- 42:16Speaker 1: no way we can do what you want us to do. Oh,
- 42:19Speaker 1: so the president is just ignorant? Is that what you're saying?
- 42:21Speaker 1: The president's too stupid to realize how this all works,
- 42:24Speaker 1: what the Senate is capable of? No, the president knows
- 42:28Speaker 1: exactly what's possible here. And the president has actually treated
- 42:31Speaker 1: John Thune very, very nice. given Thune's failure to do
- 42:36Speaker 1: what he's supposed to do, which is to lead his
- 42:38Speaker 1: conference in the direction of the president's agenda. What do
- 42:42Speaker 1: the American people vote for? Why do we send President
- 42:45Speaker 1: Trump in? Why do we give Republicans a majority in
- 42:47Speaker 1: the Senate? Why do we give them a majority in
- 42:49Speaker 1: the House? It's to achieve things that actually matter to
- 42:53Speaker 1: the American people. And in this case, that involves safeguarding
- 42:56Speaker 1: the process by which we choose our leadership. this is
- 43:02Speaker 1: not hard. This is the most common sense thing ever.
- 43:05Speaker 1: It's being described as an 85-15 issue across the country.
- 43:08Speaker 1: That's because the polling shows that this legislation is wildly popular.
- 43:12Speaker 1: It shouldn't take a root canal to get members of
- 43:15Speaker 1: Congress to show up to vote for this. It's insane
- 43:18Speaker 1: to me. And yet here we are. Here we are again.
- 43:21Speaker 1: In the same week that John Thune is accusing you
- 43:23Speaker 1: of being a part of some sort of paid influencer
- 43:26Speaker 1: ecosystem for supporting it, meanwhile, too many members of the
- 43:29Speaker 1: Senate are actually on the take to remain so corrupt
- 43:32Speaker 1: that they won't safeguard our elections, which is what's actually
- 43:35Speaker 1: going on. Thune was also asked about not just President
- 43:38Speaker 1: Trump being ignorant of the process. He was asked about
- 43:42Speaker 1: the MAGA base as well. Some reporter asked him about
- 43:44Speaker 1: the MAGA base, us, having an unrealistic expectation here. And
- 43:51Speaker 1: then John Thune spins this into something that it's not.
- 43:54Speaker 1: He said that we expect Democrat votes. Listen to him
- 43:58Speaker 1: as he moves the goalposts on the argument. I don't
- 44:00Speaker 1: want Democrat votes. I mean, I want them, but I'm
- 44:03Speaker 1: not expecting them at all. I want just Republicans to
- 44:07Speaker 1: vote for this thing. That's what I'm asking for. Listen
- 44:09Speaker 1: to John Thune change the terms of the debate. Cut five.
- 44:14Speaker 3: I think there are a lot of there are a
- 44:16Speaker 3: lot of optimistic views about what Democrats may or may
- 44:19Speaker 3: not do. We all know because we deal with them
- 44:22Speaker 3: every day. that the Democrats are not all of a
- 44:25Speaker 3: sudden going to decide that this is something they want
- 44:27Speaker 3: to be for.
- 44:28Speaker 1: We're not even asking for that.
- 44:29Speaker 3: Again, I mean, I think you have a lot of
- 44:32Speaker 3: optimists out there, and I appreciate that, and a lot
- 44:34Speaker 3: of passion and energy behind getting an outcome here. But
- 44:37Speaker 3: getting an outcome would require Democrat votes. And, you know,
- 44:42Speaker 3: we'll give them a chance. Like I said, they'll have
- 44:44Speaker 3: that opportunity to vote one way or the other on this.
- 44:46Speaker 3: But I would be very, very surprised.
- 44:49Speaker 6: Does it make it more difficult?
- 44:51Speaker 1: It's it's the whole thing is so crazy. So the
- 44:54Speaker 1: White House responded to this yesterday. Caroline Leavitt stepped up
- 44:57Speaker 1: to the microphone. One of the reporters asked her about this.
- 44:59Speaker 1: John Thune says it's not possible. It just can't be done.
- 45:02Speaker 1: There's no math to support this. And Caroline Leavitt said, look,
- 45:04Speaker 1: the president's been really clear about what he wants. This
- 45:06Speaker 1: has to happen and you've got to do it by
- 45:08Speaker 1: any means necessary. Take a look. Here's sweet Caroline yesterday.
- 45:11Speaker 10: Look, I think President Trump, the urgency behind his need
- 45:15Speaker 10: to pass the Save America Act and his desire to
- 45:17Speaker 10: get this country saving legislation passed. has been made quite clear.
- 45:21Speaker 10: He wants all options on the table and he wants
- 45:24Speaker 10: the Senate to move as quickly as possible through whatever
- 45:26Speaker 10: means necessary.
- 45:28Speaker 1: Through any means necessary, whatever it takes, get this done.
- 45:32Speaker 1: So what is John Thune up to? Well, John Thune
- 45:34Speaker 1: is engaged in misdirection right now. He's engaged in an
- 45:38Speaker 1: operation to try and make this whole thing go away.
- 45:41Speaker 1: In all of the political news outlets this morning in Washington,
- 45:45Speaker 1: all the congressional news outlets this morning, They're covering how
- 45:49Speaker 1: the Senate Republicans are trying to figure out a way
- 45:50Speaker 1: to get rid of this Save America Act thing. They're
- 45:54Speaker 1: done with it. They want to get past it. It's
- 45:56Speaker 1: just bugging the hell out of them.
- 45:58Speaker 4: They're annoyed.
- 45:59Speaker 1: I'm talking about the establishment guys here. And I've got
- 46:02Speaker 1: the list. We'll get to the list coming up in
- 46:03Speaker 1: a moment. But I just want to tell you what
- 46:05Speaker 1: they're planning on doing next week. Here's the plan. David
- 46:09Speaker 1: Sivak is a reporter over at the Washington Examiner. He
- 46:12Speaker 1: got a chance to talk to John Thune yesterday, and
- 46:14Speaker 1: he got this assessment from Thune. He said, Thune tells
- 46:16Speaker 1: me he's planning to bring the Save America Act to
- 46:19Speaker 1: the floor next week. Now, you see that, and you
- 46:25Speaker 1: see what it's meant to do. It's meant to be like, oh, wow,
- 46:28Speaker 1: that's encouraging. Thune's going to bring it to the floor
- 46:30Speaker 1: next week. And the bad news is what Thune is
- 46:34Speaker 1: attempting to do is a show vote, is a stunt.
- 46:39Speaker 1: He's going to bring it to the floor. They're not
- 46:41Speaker 1: going to do it through the speaking filibuster. Democrats won't
- 46:44Speaker 1: support it. They'll be like, oh, we didn't get the
- 46:45Speaker 1: 60 votes. Oh, well, Democrats don't support this thing. And
- 46:48Speaker 1: they'll move on. It's a show vote. In fact, Senator
- 46:52Speaker 1: John Hoeven of North Dakota even said this yesterday to
- 46:56Speaker 1: Punchbowl News. He said this. He said, quote, we want
- 46:59Speaker 1: to bring it up and put the Democrats on the
- 47:02Speaker 1: record because we think it's very popular with the public.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Democrats on the record. Now, ladies and gentlemen, I've said
- 47:09Speaker 1: this before. I'll say it again. I don't need the
- 47:11Speaker 1: Democrats on the record. I know they support open borders.
- 47:15Speaker 1: I know they don't support election integrity. I know that
- 47:19Speaker 1: they are perfectly comfortable and, in fact, encouraging about fraud
- 47:22Speaker 1: being involved in our elections. I don't need any more
- 47:25Speaker 1: votes to demonstrate that. I don't need to take a
- 47:27Speaker 1: head count to demonstrate that. That position is crystal clear.
- 47:32Speaker 1: And you can tell the American people about it. You
- 47:34Speaker 1: can get these guys on the record. You can get
- 47:36Speaker 1: whatever you want.
- 47:37Speaker 11: It's irrelevant.
- 47:37Speaker 1: This is a stupid exercise. This is a head pat
- 47:40Speaker 1: on the base. Brandon Gill, the congressman from Texas, great congressman,
- 47:45Speaker 1: he echoed what I said. He said, putting Democrats on
- 47:48Speaker 1: the record is completely useless. Democrats are already on the
- 47:52Speaker 1: record opposing the SAVE Act. We don't need to vote
- 47:54Speaker 1: for that. We need the Senate to use the talking
- 47:57Speaker 1: filibuster to get the bill to the president's desk. Anything
- 48:01Speaker 1: less is humiliating failure. Let me repeat that. Humiliating failure.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, We are in the fight right now.
- 48:14Speaker 1: The Senate is on the verge of bringing this to
- 48:17Speaker 1: the floor in order to get you to go away.
- 48:21Speaker 1: So what's your mission? Don't go away. Stay on them.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Stay on them. One more thing about the show vote
- 48:30Speaker 1: here that you should know. Politico reports this morning that
- 48:35Speaker 1: the show vote is not just to prove the Democrats
- 48:39Speaker 1: are support open borders, which of course they do. The
- 48:42Speaker 1: show vote is also designed to, let me pull this up.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Politico's being difficult. Let me just hold up a second here.
- 48:50Speaker 1: It's designed to show Trump that passage of the SAVE
- 48:57Speaker 1: Act isn't feasible. To hell with Politico, I can't pull
- 48:59Speaker 1: it up on my screen. It's to show Trump that
- 49:01Speaker 1: passage of the SAVE America Act is not feasible. So
- 49:06Speaker 1: once again, John Thune's position is to patronize the president
- 49:11Speaker 1: of the United States. Oh, we're going to put it
- 49:13Speaker 1: to a floor vote just as a big demonstration for
- 49:15Speaker 1: President Trump. It'll be a visual learning situation so the
- 49:19Speaker 1: president can watch. it and go, oh, okay, well, I
- 49:22Speaker 1: guess we can't have the Save America Act. That's what
- 49:25Speaker 1: this is about. It's a stunt. Finally, one element, one
- 49:29Speaker 1: other element here in terms of what John Thune's trying
- 49:31Speaker 1: to accomplish. Sean Davis, the great Sean Davis, love Sean.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Sean's a fighter. Man, the boy, the guy really cares
- 49:36Speaker 1: about our country. He said, I need you to understand
- 49:39Speaker 1: what John Thune is doing right now. It's not enough
- 49:41Speaker 1: for him to kill the Save America Act. Thune has
- 49:44Speaker 1: to kill it while also protecting his worst RINO colleagues
- 49:47Speaker 1: from being exposed for opposing it. How does Thune accomplish this?
- 49:52Speaker 1: He avoids a simple majority vote at all costs. Thune
- 49:55Speaker 1: knows that a public vote where Republicans get less than
- 49:57Speaker 1: 50 votes with people like Tillis and Curtis and McConnell
- 50:02Speaker 1: and Murkowski all voting against it is electoral poison. By
- 50:06Speaker 1: the way, keep those four names in mind. Those four
- 50:07Speaker 1: names matter. Tillis, John Curtis of Utah, Mitch McConnell, and Murkowski.
- 50:14Speaker 1: Thune doesn't want it to pass, says Sean Davis, but
- 50:16Speaker 1: he also can't have it die at the hands of
- 50:18Speaker 1: his own puke colleagues. So how does Thune do this?
- 50:22Speaker 1: By refusing to move to the already passed House bill.
- 50:25Speaker 1: By refusing, which would only require a simple majority because
- 50:28Speaker 1: the House message is privileged. Under the rules of the Senate,
- 50:31Speaker 1: we can do this, in other words. And instead of move,
- 50:34Speaker 1: he's going to be moving to a new standalone Senate bill.
- 50:37Speaker 1: A new Senate bill is not privileged. And therefore, the
- 50:40Speaker 1: motion to proceed to it is debatable, meaning it will
- 50:43Speaker 1: require 60 votes. Sean is describing what you're about to
- 50:46Speaker 1: see next week. Thune needs to kill the Save America Act,
- 50:50Speaker 1: not expose any of his GOP colleagues as being against it,
- 50:53Speaker 1: and be able to pretend that he tried. This is
- 50:56Speaker 1: the actual Senate GOP trifecta, doing nothing while pretending they
- 51:00Speaker 1: tried everything and then protecting the worst of the worst
- 51:03Speaker 1: the whole time. So when you watch the GOP Senate
- 51:05Speaker 1: bring up a brand new Save America Act bill and
- 51:07Speaker 1: hold a single vote on a motion that needs 60
- 51:10Speaker 1: to pass, know that they're doing it because they think
- 51:13Speaker 1: you're stupid. So we're all being patronized. Donald Trump's being patronized.
- 51:18Speaker 1: You're being patronized. I'm being patronized all by Senate leadership
- 51:21Speaker 1: in an effort to make us go away and say, look,
- 51:24Speaker 1: we tried to accomplish the thing you wanted, but it's
- 51:26Speaker 1: just not possible. And you're too dumb to know the
- 51:28Speaker 1: rules of the Senate to realize that. That's the game plan.
- 51:32Speaker 1: That's the game plan. Now on this, Senator Bernie Moreno
- 51:38Speaker 1: was on television last night with Laura Ingraham, and she
- 51:43Speaker 1: was asking all about this. God bless her for it.
- 51:46Speaker 1: And Bernie Moreno confirmed that there are three to four
- 51:49Speaker 1: Republican senators who are the real problem here. And he
- 51:52Speaker 1: just said, bluntly, I want to tell you what's happening.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Cut eight. Here's Bernie Moreno last night.
- 51:57Speaker 11: The entire conference. He can't fire. He didn't hire these people.
- 52:00Speaker 11: And unfortunately, though, I'm just going to be blunt. There's
- 52:03Speaker 11: three or four Republicans that just won't be part of
- 52:06Speaker 11: the team. And they row in their own different direction.
- 52:10Speaker 11: And unfortunately, Leader Thune has very little leverage over them. Now,
- 52:14Speaker 11: we're working through it. Today, we had a very spirited
- 52:16Speaker 11: conversation at lunch. And I think we're getting closer to
- 52:20Speaker 11: having people realize how important it is for us to
- 52:23Speaker 11: deliver on a fundamental promise, which is to secure our elections.
- 52:27Speaker 2: For the future.
- 52:28Speaker 1: So I think we're going to get there.
- 52:29Speaker 11: I think we're getting there. And I can tell you,
- 52:31Speaker 11: Senator Thune is open.
- 52:33Speaker 2: To that dialogue.
- 52:34Speaker 11: He personally calls some of these senators, but it's very,
- 52:37Speaker 11: very difficult where you don't.
- 52:38Speaker 7: Have a lot of leverage.
- 52:39Speaker 1: Well, OK, why isn't Thune making that case in public,
- 52:42Speaker 1: by the way? Why isn't Thune talking about like, hey,
- 52:44Speaker 1: I'm the one who's doing the arm twisting. I'm calling
- 52:46Speaker 1: these guys. I'm trying to get them on board with this.
- 52:48Speaker 1: I'm doing everything I can. He's not saying that. Right now,
- 52:50Speaker 1: he's just acting like I'm just sitting there watching like
- 52:53Speaker 1: he's like, you know, Pat Summerhall or something, just doing
- 52:55Speaker 1: play by play. Like, oh, you know, look, this guy's
- 52:57Speaker 1: going down the field and he's not going to score
- 52:59Speaker 1: because the American people are too stupid and know the
- 53:02Speaker 1: rules of the Senate. You know, you know what I mean? Like,
- 53:04Speaker 1: come on.
- 53:05Speaker 6: Stop.
- 53:05Speaker 1: I know it was a terrible pass.
- 53:06Speaker 3: I'm wrong.
- 53:07Speaker 1: But the point is, he's just kind of pretending like
- 53:09Speaker 1: he's some outside objective observer rather than the leader of
- 53:13Speaker 1: the United States Senate whose job it is to actually
- 53:15Speaker 1: win for us. Hear Bernie Moreno say, I think we're
- 53:20Speaker 1: getting closer. I think we're getting closer. Well, that's an
- 53:22Speaker 1: encouraging phrase to hear. How much closer? Well, we do
- 53:26Speaker 1: have a development overnight that's worth considering. You get this post.
- 53:32Speaker 1: This one comes to us from John Cornyn. John Cornyn,
- 53:36Speaker 1: who's in the fight of his life right now in Texas,
- 53:39Speaker 1: has just written an op-ed for the New York Post.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Out this morning, 6.32 a.m.
- 53:44Speaker 6: Eastern.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Why the SAVE Act matters more than the filibuster. Interesting.
- 53:51Speaker 1: He says, so suddenly now John Cornyn, who is an
- 53:55Speaker 1: establishment guy, he's trying to outlast Ken Paxton. He doesn't
- 53:59Speaker 1: want President Trump to endorse Paxton. He wants the endorsement
- 54:03Speaker 1: from the president, yet the president's holding out in order
- 54:05Speaker 1: to get the Save America Act. He said the following.
- 54:09Speaker 1: He goes, today, Democrats are weaponizing the Senate's rules to
- 54:12Speaker 1: block the Save America Act, defund the Department of Homeland Security,
- 54:14Speaker 1: and hurt the American people, all despite President Trump. But
- 54:18Speaker 1: they say openly that if these same rules ever get
- 54:20Speaker 1: in Democrats' way, they won't hesitate to rip them up.
- 54:23Speaker 1: A rule is only a rule if both sides follow it. Okay,
- 54:28Speaker 1: John Cornyn now starting to sound a little bit more sensible.
- 54:31Speaker 1: He says, the answer is clear. We need to stand, fight,
- 54:34Speaker 1: and win. We need to stand, fight, and win. He
- 54:38Speaker 1: continues here. It takes a while for him to finally
- 54:40Speaker 1: get to it. And he says, after careful consideration, I
- 54:43Speaker 1: support whatever changes to Senate rules may prove necessary for
- 54:49Speaker 1: us to get the Save America Act and Homeland Security
- 54:52Speaker 1: funding past the Democrat's obstruction through the Senate and on
- 54:55Speaker 1: the president's desk for his signature. This could be a
- 54:58Speaker 1: talking filibuster. that removes the obstructionist's free pass and makes
- 55:02Speaker 1: them defend their indefensible views on the Senate floor, or
- 55:05Speaker 1: it could be a different reform. Process matters, but outcomes
- 55:10Speaker 1: matter more. The Democrats' assault on election integrity and national
- 55:15Speaker 1: security must be stopped. Leadership means upholding core principles and
- 55:20Speaker 1: applying them thoughtfully as circumstances change. It's time for our
- 55:27Speaker 1: Senate Republican Conference, led by our strong and strategic majority leader,
- 55:30Speaker 1: John Thune, to retake the initiative, rebuild momentum, and get results.
- 55:41Speaker 1: John Cornyn would have never written this op-ed were it
- 55:44Speaker 1: not for the pressure that Ken Paxton and President Trump
- 55:47Speaker 1: have placed on him.
- 55:48Speaker 3: Never.
- 55:49Speaker 1: He was perfectly comfortable in his relationship with leadership, perfectly
- 55:53Speaker 1: comfortable just drifting back into office on incumbency, despite the
- 55:56Speaker 1: fact that plenty of Texas voters are very unhappy with
- 55:58Speaker 1: John Cornyn's tenure. You can judge that by the fact
- 56:01Speaker 1: that he didn't even get 50% of the vote in
- 56:03Speaker 1: the primary. That's why he's headed to a runoff with
- 56:05Speaker 1: Ken Paxton. The pressure is on, and the establishment is
- 56:09Speaker 1: feeling it. And John Cornyn just expressed it in a
- 56:13Speaker 1: New York Post piece. He's acting like, of course, he's
- 56:15Speaker 1: always been on your side, but it took getting him
- 56:20Speaker 1: kicking and screaming. We dragged him into this. And that's fun.
- 56:23Speaker 1: I like that. I like that that's happened, which is
- 56:27Speaker 1: very good news. Now, there is a list. I've got
- 56:30Speaker 1: the list. You ready? Mark Meadows, the former chief of
- 56:32Speaker 1: staff to President Trump, keeps it. Here are all of
- 56:35Speaker 1: the United States senators right now on supposedly on our
- 56:38Speaker 1: side who are still not supporting the speaking filibuster in public.
- 56:42Speaker 1: This is the big list. John Barrasso is the wimp.
- 56:48Speaker 1: He's the whip, majority whip. It's his job to get
- 56:51Speaker 1: everybody on board, and he doesn't support it? That tells
- 56:54Speaker 1: you a lot. It tells you everything. John Boozman, Shelley
- 56:57Speaker 1: Moore Capito, Susan Collins, Tom Cotton, Kevin Kramer, Mike Crapo,
- 57:00Speaker 1: John Curtis, Steve Daines, Deb Fisher, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Grassley,
- 57:06Speaker 1: John Hoven, Jim Justice, John Kennedy, James Langford, Mitch McConnell,
- 57:11Speaker 1: Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski, Pete Ricketts, Tim Scott, John Thune,
- 57:15Speaker 1: Thomas Tillis, Roger Wicker, and Todd Young. That's the latest.
- 57:21Speaker 1: These are the guys who still can't get off their
- 57:25Speaker 1: asses and support the speaking filibuster. They're keeping their heads down,
- 57:31Speaker 1: hoping to outlast this debate until we go away. Don't
- 57:36Speaker 1: go away. Keep demanding this. We have to do this
- 57:41Speaker 1: for our side. This is for the Republicans. The Democrats
- 57:44Speaker 1: are a lost cause. Chuck Schumer is at the making
- 57:48Speaker 1: shit up phase of this fight insofar as he's engaged
- 57:52Speaker 1: in it at all. Look at Chuck Schumer yesterday talking
- 57:56Speaker 1: about the Save America Act. Here's what he said. He
- 57:59Speaker 1: just made up a component. He says ICE is involved.
- 58:02Speaker 1: ICE is a part of the Save America Act, he claims.
- 58:04Speaker 4: What?
- 58:05Speaker 1: ICE is not part of it at all? And then
- 58:06Speaker 1: he says that when ICE gets involved, they'll be able
- 58:09Speaker 1: to kick, you ready for the number? Tens of billions
- 58:14Speaker 1: of people off the voter rolls. Now you do the
- 58:18Speaker 1: math while you listen to this clip from Chuck Schumer,
- 58:20Speaker 1: cut 10, watch.
- 58:21Speaker 9: Yes, but their bill isn't voter ID number one. It
- 58:25Speaker 9: is about voter registration. It makes it, it allows ICE
- 58:32Speaker 9: to kick tens of billions of people off the rolls,
- 58:36Speaker 9: off the rolls, and they don't tell them until election day.
- 58:40Speaker 9: And you show up and you say, you're not registered anymore.
- 58:43Speaker 9: You're not registered here. You're not, on the rolls.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Tens of billions. Now, the bill would, insofar as any
- 58:55Speaker 1: kernel of truth contains, is in there anywhere. It doesn't
- 58:59Speaker 1: have ICE involved. It would remove non-citizens from voter rolls
- 59:02Speaker 1: all across the country. That's a great mission. Get them
- 59:05Speaker 1: off the voter rolls. We have to protect the civil
- 59:07Speaker 1: rights of Americans. Get non-citizens off of our voter rolls.
- 59:10Speaker 1: They're not supposed to be there. That's completely illegal. Chuck
- 59:13Speaker 1: Schumer wants to keep them there. But tens of billions.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, I know you know this, but this
- 59:18Speaker 1: is for you, Chuck. Chuck, our nation has just over
- 59:22Speaker 1: 300 million people in it. 300 million people. Tens of billions.
- 59:28Speaker 11: Ha ha.
- 59:31Speaker 1: Planet Earth doesn't have tens of billions of people. It's
- 59:39Speaker 1: so funny. It's so funny. Anyway, that's the stupidity of
- 59:45Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer. So we can't rely on Chuck Schumer. It's
- 59:47Speaker 1: not going to help us. There's no Democrats going to
- 59:49Speaker 1: come rescue us. We need to force Republicans to do this.
- 59:52Speaker 1: The fight is very much on right now. And what
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'll do right now is I'll leave you with these
- 59:59Speaker 1: final words of encouragement from a great U.S. senator who
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: is staying in the fight. He's staying cheerful even in
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: the face of all the chaos. Mike Lee of Utah
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: has been wonderful on all of this. He's been educating
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: even his colleagues about the rules of the United States Senate.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: Here's Mike Lee's latest message on how tough this fight
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: is and how much he wants you to stay in it.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Cut seven.
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: Watch.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: So we're one step closer now to getting the Save
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: America Act on the Senate floor. How exactly that's going
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: to happen? Well, we're still working on that. There's a
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: lot of uncertainty and some concern, but we're working on it.
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: Important point right now is for us to refocus our
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: energy on making sure we get the best arguments we
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: can possibly put forward on this bill. Now, look, I
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: still believe the very best shot we've got at doing
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: this is invoking the talking filibuster. Make Democrats stand up,
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: get recognized and speak out. If they want to filibuster
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: the bill, don't give it to them for free. Don't
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: let them have the benefits of the filibuster while they're
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: napping or on vacation or whatever else it is that
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: they do. Make them actually show up and speak. I'm
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: going to continue to argue for that. Regardless of what
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: Senate Republican leadership thinks, I'm not going to back away
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: for the fact that I think that is the best
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: possible chance of passing this bill, perhaps the only way. Regardless,
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: we've got to be prepared. for what it is that
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: happens when it gets to the floor. So let's continue
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: to advance the arguments for the bill itself and for
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: the strategy that we think is best.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: If not us, who? If not now, when?
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: We've got an 85-15 issue that is also critical to
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: preserving the integrity of our elections. Let's get this done.
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: Don't slow down. Let's redouble our efforts. This thing is
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: hitting the floor likely in less than a week.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Let's make it happen. Let's make it happen. God bless
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Mike Lee. Stay in the fight, brother. And all of us,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: we need to stay in the fight. It's a big deal.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: We really need to get our country back. And this
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: is the way to do it. Save America Act. Let's
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: get some election integrity. Thank you, as always, for joining

- 1:03:30Speaker 8: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:03:33Speaker 8: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
