- 1:43Speaker 1: that's also on my podcast as well. Now with self
- 1:47Speaker 1: respect leads to self love. I have a whole nother
- 1:51Speaker 1: podcast that I'm going to do with that, and I
- 1:54Speaker 1: might combine you Minding your Own Goodness with those two,
- 1:58Speaker 1: but we're going to see how that go. But today
- 2:00Speaker 1: we're going to talk about part two of this episode
- 2:04Speaker 1: of is what we've been taught about health and wellness? Correct? Now,
- 2:12Speaker 1: mind you, it's not just about your external health. I
- 2:16Speaker 1: don't know why everybody thinks that health and wellness is
- 2:20Speaker 1: just about your external health. It's way more to it
- 2:24Speaker 1: than that. And as we start doing this channel, we're
- 2:29Speaker 1: going to start doing a whole bunch of different information
- 2:34Speaker 1: that I'm going to be pulling up, and we're also
- 2:37Speaker 1: going to be having different interviews and conversations with people
- 2:41Speaker 1: about health and wellness from multiple different aspects on this
- 2:44Speaker 1: channel and that on my other channel. From Darkness to
- 2:49Speaker 1: Light is also a combination of more so about your
- 2:55Speaker 1: decision making and about trauma, and it's about different things
- 3:00Speaker 1: that you're going through in your life that have you
- 3:03Speaker 1: in darkness. Now when it comes to being led to
- 3:07Speaker 1: the slaughter, that's more so a little bit more spiritual.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So you have your health and wellness channel internally and externally,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you have your channel from Darkness to Light. It's all
- 3:23Speaker 1: about things that you're going through when it comes to trauma, abuse, neglect,
- 3:28Speaker 1: when it comes down to situations that happen to you.
- 3:33Speaker 1: That when it comes to being a people pleaser see Philler, Captain, Sablehole,
- 3:37Speaker 1: build a build a Doll, those type of things that
- 3:41Speaker 1: channel is based upon. That. So I will be doing
- 3:44Speaker 1: more content on these channels when I get back home
- 3:47Speaker 1: from vacation, but I'm still going to continue to do
- 3:50Speaker 1: my podcast no matter what. Also, if you want to
- 3:54Speaker 1: be a sponsor of my channel, and if you have
- 3:58Speaker 1: something you're going through or you want to be a
- 4:01Speaker 1: guest on my podcast, you can go on my email
- 4:05Speaker 1: address A s h A dot M A r I
- 4:09Speaker 1: A M A zero one at gmail dot com. It's
- 4:12Speaker 1: a s h A dot M A r I A
- 4:15Speaker 1: M A zero one at gmail dot com. I am
- 4:19Speaker 1: a certified Recovery, Healing, healing and recovery coach. It's all
- 4:22Speaker 1: about helping people on their paths and their journeys to
- 4:26Speaker 1: new and better youth through self discovery. I'm also a
- 4:28Speaker 1: mental health and well being practitioner and I'm also going
- 4:32Speaker 1: to be getting more into holistic healing. So I have
- 4:35Speaker 1: some books that I'm getting ready to order that I
- 4:38Speaker 1: will be showing y'all, and we will be going over
- 4:42Speaker 1: some things in those books when it comes to holistic treatment,
- 4:47Speaker 1: because the one thing I'm learning is that a lot
- 4:51Speaker 1: of things in the United States are not healthy. And
- 4:54Speaker 1: I'm not just on my food. I'm talking about relationships.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I'm talking about having kids, raising kids. I'm talking about
- 5:03Speaker 1: everything from trauma that you go through when you were
- 5:08Speaker 1: a kid, when you from your parents to your siblings,
- 5:11Speaker 1: your family members, your friends, your romantic relationships, and even
- 5:15Speaker 1: people you don't know, and even employers. So there's a
- 5:19Speaker 1: lot we're gonna be going through. So health and wellness
- 5:22Speaker 1: is something that a lot of people will destroy more
- 5:26Speaker 1: so than anything. You care more about being in relationships
- 5:30Speaker 1: than you do about being healthy. You care more about
- 5:34Speaker 1: what other people think than you do about the way
- 5:37Speaker 1: you think about yourself. You base your whole entire existence
- 5:41Speaker 1: on what other people think, how other people feel, and
- 5:44Speaker 1: what other people got to say about you. You are
- 5:46Speaker 1: sitting up here doing things and damaging your body in
- 5:49Speaker 1: ways that you have no idea how much damage you
- 5:53Speaker 1: are doing to your life. You really don't. You have
- 5:56Speaker 1: no idea what you're doing that is damaging yourself and
- 5:59Speaker 1: everywhere shape, form, or fashion that is basically making you sick.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Being sick doesn't always have to be you go outside
- 6:08Speaker 1: and you get a cold, because there are some people
- 6:10Speaker 1: that even if they go out with barely nothing on,
- 6:13Speaker 1: they don't get sick. There are people that basically in
- 6:17Speaker 1: the summer that gets sick more than they do in
- 6:19Speaker 1: the wintertime. There are people that even though they may
- 6:23Speaker 1: be physically healthy far as externally, externally, as far as
- 6:29Speaker 1: the aesthetics, they look what society's standard is, but they
- 6:32Speaker 1: have mental health issues, emotional, emotional, psychological, spiritual issues that
- 6:40Speaker 1: they don't understand how in the world they got into
- 6:43Speaker 1: the situation in the first place. So when it comes
- 6:46Speaker 1: to health and wellness, your internal health is what matters
- 6:49Speaker 1: more than anything in the world. And how you feel
- 6:53Speaker 1: about yourself, the way you think about yourself, the way
- 6:56Speaker 1: you respect yourself, your freedom of choice and free will,
- 7:00Speaker 1: and not letting nobody's trip you of that, You not
- 7:03Speaker 1: lowering yourself in order to build somebody else up. You
- 7:07Speaker 1: sitting up here minding your own business instead of worrying
- 7:10Speaker 1: about what everybody else got going on, You doing research
- 7:15Speaker 1: and basically researching everything before you make a decision, versus
- 7:21Speaker 1: you basing things on your emotions, You letting your emotions
- 7:26Speaker 1: cloud your judgment and make you do things that go
- 7:29Speaker 1: against everything that is right to do something wrong. What
- 7:34Speaker 1: you consume and what you acknowledge plays a very, very
- 7:38Speaker 1: big part in everything that happens to you. So hold
- 7:43Speaker 1: on a second. I'm trying to do something. So what
- 7:47Speaker 1: I want people to understand is I get it. I
- 7:51Speaker 1: get the fact that for a lot of y'all, you
- 7:55Speaker 1: think that just because you go and get plaid surgery,
- 8:02Speaker 1: there's not no consequences and repercussions. Just because you didn't
- 8:06Speaker 1: get caught doing something negative doesn't mean there's not consequences
- 8:13Speaker 1: and repercussions and karma for it. A lot of people
- 8:17Speaker 1: don't understand is we do so much damage to ourselves.
- 8:25Speaker 1: But it's not because we do damage to ourselves. It's
- 8:27Speaker 1: what we allow other people to do to us is
- 8:31Speaker 1: the problem. So what I want people to understand is
- 8:36Speaker 1: when it comes to these situations and when it comes
- 8:40Speaker 1: to everything that we do, everything we acknowledge, everything that
- 8:45Speaker 1: we consume based upon what our five senses present to us.
- 8:50Speaker 1: The way our emotions as far as how we feel
- 8:53Speaker 1: about things play a very very very big factor and
- 9:00Speaker 1: every choice, every decision, every action and behavior that we do,
- 9:05Speaker 1: say and think. So, if somebody says something to you,
- 9:12Speaker 1: how do you think you hear it? Your ear is correct.
- 9:16Speaker 1: When you see something that you don't like, it goes
- 9:20Speaker 1: right to your brain and your brain reacts to it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: When it comes to what comes out your mouth or
- 9:26Speaker 1: what someone else says comes from this. So the power
- 9:31Speaker 1: of the tongue when it comes to what you eat,
- 9:34Speaker 1: determines how your internal health is going to be. So
- 9:38Speaker 1: what I want people to understand and correlate is this here.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Everything you consume goes internally, and internally it is dissected,
- 9:51Speaker 1: it is digested, and it is consumed, and it's going
- 9:55Speaker 1: to do one of three things. Either it's going to
- 9:58Speaker 1: accept it, going to reject it, or it's going to
- 10:02Speaker 1: be addicted to it that's just it or that, or
- 10:09Speaker 1: it's going to react to it. There's four react to it,
- 10:13Speaker 1: or it can be impacted and affected. So everything you
- 10:20Speaker 1: do is gonna be one of those four things. It's
- 10:24Speaker 1: just a question of what a lot of people think
- 10:28Speaker 1: that it's okay to sit around and eat a bunch
- 10:32Speaker 1: of food. A lot of y'all go to the gym,
- 10:35Speaker 1: turn around and eat something and the calories come right back.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Not understanding you're not supposed to eat after you work out.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Why because you're putting calories right back into your body.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You're putting all the calories you just worked off back
- 10:50Speaker 1: in your body, which defeats the purpose. What is the
- 10:53Speaker 1: point of you eating something knowing it's going to be
- 10:56Speaker 1: unhealthy for you. There's just no point in that. There's
- 11:01Speaker 1: no point in trying to eat something knowing it's gonna
- 11:03Speaker 1: be bad for you, knowing that it's not gonna turn
- 11:06Speaker 1: out the way you wanted to. So I agree, when
- 11:12Speaker 1: it comes to your health and wellness, that is something
- 11:16Speaker 1: that should be the most important thing. I don't even care.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Relationships should not be as important to you as your
- 11:24Speaker 1: internal health. It shouldn't even be about what you look like,
- 11:30Speaker 1: because at the end of the day, there is internal
- 11:32Speaker 1: damage that is done. Every time somebody put their hands
- 11:35Speaker 1: on you, every time somebody abuses you, you are causing
- 11:40Speaker 1: internal damage. You know how somebody ends up having internal
- 11:44Speaker 1: bleeding and they don't know how they ended up with
- 11:47Speaker 1: internal bleeding after having a fight. Sometimes you can have
- 11:52Speaker 1: internal bleeding because assists explodes. You're gonna have internal bleeding
- 11:57Speaker 1: because something in your deliver Your kidneys can end up busted, exploding,
- 12:05Speaker 1: a gallbladder can explode. But there are signs and symptoms
- 12:10Speaker 1: that something is wrong. But because you're so emotionally worried
- 12:16Speaker 1: about somebody else, your health and wellness takes a back seat.
- 12:22Speaker 1: And because the mind and the body are not connected,
- 12:26Speaker 1: because your brain is more focused on something else than
- 12:30Speaker 1: it is focused on what it should be focused on,
- 12:34Speaker 1: which is your body. Because whatever mentally goes on affects you.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Ment affects you physically. So if say, for example, somebody
- 12:48Speaker 1: says something to you negatively or they're bullying you, for example,
- 12:55Speaker 1: if you're somebody that's thinking about your internal health and
- 13:00Speaker 1: what's gonna happen. If something negative happens, then guess what
- 13:05Speaker 1: you're gonna be thinking about. Oh my god, if I
- 13:09Speaker 1: fight this person, I'm gonna have some type of damage.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I may break my hand, I may have internal bleeding,
- 13:17Speaker 1: I may get shot. Because what if I beat this person,
- 13:21Speaker 1: this person pulls out a gun, then what happens? They're
- 13:26Speaker 1: gonna start pew pewing everywhere and somebody else gonna get hurt.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So again, if you can defuse a person, if you
- 13:35Speaker 1: can diffuse a situation by words, then you can, and
- 13:40Speaker 1: sometimes you just can't. No matter what you do, this
- 13:44Speaker 1: person is gonna keep coming at you. Why because they
- 13:48Speaker 1: want to see you break And a lot of negative
- 13:51Speaker 1: people like to play victim. That's just what they like
- 13:53Speaker 1: to do. They like to turn around and get you
- 14:00Speaker 1: react so they can say how right they are about you.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Like when you have people that's trying to tell your
- 14:06Speaker 1: story and put the rumors out there about you. Well,
- 14:12Speaker 1: Cardi b is dying Stephane Diggs right now. What's even
- 14:18Speaker 1: more crazy is just because the girl took down pictures
- 14:24Speaker 1: of her and stephan people assumed they broke up. They
- 14:30Speaker 1: both posted a video today of her at the gym
- 14:35Speaker 1: with him yesterday. So all these people made all of
- 14:39Speaker 1: these dang on assumptions about their relationship and ended up
- 14:45Speaker 1: being wrong. So people gonna make assumptions. The problem is
- 14:53Speaker 1: you got people that's stupid enough to believe it. You
- 14:57Speaker 1: got people that want to see people miserable, lonely better.
- 15:02Speaker 1: They want to see people broken, they want to see
- 15:06Speaker 1: people destroyed. That's just what they want. That's how they
- 15:11Speaker 1: want to see you. And that's another thing that makes
- 15:15Speaker 1: people unhealthy. Self esteem, self worth, self value, You respecting yourself,
- 15:21Speaker 1: your confidence, and you believe in yourself even when nobody
- 15:24Speaker 1: else does. This is what people do. And so being
- 15:30Speaker 1: healthy is more than just about going to the gym
- 15:33Speaker 1: and eating right. Is also about how the outside world
- 15:41Speaker 1: and how you interact and how you deal with it.
- 15:45Speaker 1: So even though you may try your hardness to be unproblematic,
- 15:50Speaker 1: that don't mean that people ain't gonna bring out the
- 15:52Speaker 1: worst in you. Because trust me, they are going to
- 15:55Speaker 1: bring out the worst in you if you let them.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Even if you tell them I ain't got time for it,
- 16:02Speaker 1: I'm not arguing with you, I'm not going there with you,
- 16:07Speaker 1: they still gonna keep trying you. And so the one
- 16:10Speaker 1: thing about diseases and illnesses, if you really want to
- 16:13Speaker 1: go back to that that come from your digestive system
- 16:18Speaker 1: and your liver, your kidneys. It comes from also when
- 16:25Speaker 1: you're not showing your food properly and you got chunks
- 16:29Speaker 1: of food that's stuck in your intestines and that that
- 16:33Speaker 1: food can't go nowhere. It's for example, you can drink
- 16:36Speaker 1: water every day, they still don't mean you're gonna get
- 16:40Speaker 1: to go to your bathroom. Why because those chunks of
- 16:43Speaker 1: food are not digesting in your system, which means you'd
- 16:47Speaker 1: have to take you know, wanna some Marilax. I'm gonna
- 16:52Speaker 1: say it, ma relax, So you have to take Marilax
- 16:56Speaker 1: or a genetic version of it in order for you
- 17:00Speaker 1: to go to the bathroom, because that's the only thing
- 17:04Speaker 1: that's gonna cleanse out your intestines. Or you can do
- 17:07Speaker 1: a parasite cleanse or some type of cleanse. You can
- 17:12Speaker 1: do it, and you can do the animals where you
- 17:14Speaker 1: put it, you drink it, and then you're gonna be
- 17:16Speaker 1: in the bathroom all day. But it will cleanse out
- 17:19Speaker 1: your system. But with a parasite cleanse, it cleanses out bacteria.
- 17:24Speaker 1: But you can't even do it for thirty days. Now,
- 17:26Speaker 1: what happens after thirty days, after you cleanse out your
- 17:29Speaker 1: system and you do all of this, what are you
- 17:33Speaker 1: gonna do eat all that stuff and put all that
- 17:35Speaker 1: stuff right back in your system, so that way you
- 17:37Speaker 1: have pasties all over again. You have parasites and bacteria
- 17:42Speaker 1: right back in your system. You don't go right back
- 17:45Speaker 1: to eating the way you used to eat and do
- 17:48Speaker 1: the same thing and then gotta do it again three
- 17:50Speaker 1: months later. Oh okay, And that's the problem. It's not
- 17:55Speaker 1: about the fact that we're doing things as far as
- 18:01Speaker 1: you know, doing the things that when it comes to
- 18:07Speaker 1: losing weight or being healthy, it's not even that. The
- 18:12Speaker 1: problem is once you get healthy, like say, for example,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I use me, I had a gallbladder surgery, right and
- 18:19Speaker 1: when I had the gallbladder surgery, I never went back
- 18:23Speaker 1: to get checked out. I just didn't. So unfortunately, I
- 18:29Speaker 1: went back as if I still had my gallbladder, and
- 18:34Speaker 1: that just made things worse. So what I learned is
- 18:38Speaker 1: when you lose something like a gallbladder, or you have
- 18:42Speaker 1: hernias or fibroids or thyroids, or you have a hysterectomy
- 18:48Speaker 1: or any type of surgery, you just can't get up
- 18:53Speaker 1: and move. You need to heal unless you got to
- 18:57Speaker 1: go to the bathroom. It's just like ulily please people
- 19:01Speaker 1: and that can't get up no more, and now somebody
- 19:03Speaker 1: got to go and clean them up. When you don't
- 19:05Speaker 1: have that, you gotta get up. Now, nobody's saying that
- 19:09Speaker 1: you need to just lay there. But at the same time,
- 19:11Speaker 1: people going all the way around the world and now
- 19:13Speaker 1: yah yah to go get plastic surgery and then in
- 19:17Speaker 1: two or three days trying to travel back home. And
- 19:19Speaker 1: you wonder why you did. Why these people are dying
- 19:23Speaker 1: because instead of them staying somewhere for at least a
- 19:28Speaker 1: good two weeks to heal, you trying to come back
- 19:32Speaker 1: within two or three days after having this surgery, versus
- 19:37Speaker 1: taking two weeks to heal and just staying where you
- 19:42Speaker 1: at for two weeks and then go back, or just
- 19:46Speaker 1: stay there for about a month and then come back.
- 19:49Speaker 1: But a lot of y'all can't do that because you
- 19:50Speaker 1: got to go back to work. And that's another thing,
- 19:53Speaker 1: the fact that you got to work. The fact that
- 19:56Speaker 1: you got to work, that means you have no work
- 19:59Speaker 1: life balance. You have to pretty much go and request
- 20:04Speaker 1: PTO to be able to go to the dentists, like,
- 20:08Speaker 1: for example, I've gotta go Tuesday to go get a
- 20:13Speaker 1: route pulled out and they're gonna do a full exam,
- 20:17Speaker 1: and they're gonna also gonna check this with my throat
- 20:18Speaker 1: to see if it's a gland issue, and if it is,
- 20:22Speaker 1: then they have to give me medication that will help
- 20:24Speaker 1: with it, which will be fantastic if they can finally
- 20:27Speaker 1: fix this problem. Lind And I can't get in the
- 20:30Speaker 1: car and drive with no anxiety and be fine. So
- 20:33Speaker 1: again I have an access which I think is somewhere
- 20:37Speaker 1: that might be what this is. But i'll know on Tuesday.
- 20:42Speaker 1: But it's just like that when you go to the dentists,
- 20:45Speaker 1: they're not gonna cover. They're not gonna cover you getting
- 20:47Speaker 1: a D clean. I don't know why they won't. I
- 20:50Speaker 1: would think that you getting a cleaning, which should still
- 20:54Speaker 1: be done, whether it's de cleaning or not. But they
- 20:57Speaker 1: charge too much for D cleaning. I would think that
- 21:02Speaker 1: a D cleaning. You know, they only gonna do one
- 21:05Speaker 1: side first and then do the other side because they
- 21:08Speaker 1: have to do something, and this is gonna be in
- 21:10Speaker 1: a lot of pain. They don't do both sides. They
- 21:12Speaker 1: do one side and you come back and you do
- 21:13Speaker 1: the other side. So we're gonna see what they say.
- 21:17Speaker 1: But your mouth is also something that can cause you
- 21:21Speaker 1: to die. So for example, there was a woman that
- 21:25Speaker 1: was having issues were the same issue I'm having, and
- 21:30Speaker 1: she ended up dying because she had an asset she
- 21:33Speaker 1: didn't know nothing about and never got it taken care
- 21:36Speaker 1: of and she passed away. That's why on Tuesday, I'm
- 21:40Speaker 1: going to get this pooled. And she told me if
- 21:41Speaker 1: it get worse, they will fit me in and they'll
- 21:45Speaker 1: have me come in and get it done sooner. So
- 21:48Speaker 1: you don't want to play around when it comes to
- 21:50Speaker 1: your mouth. And the one thing I regret was when
- 21:52Speaker 1: I had medicaid, I should have went ahead and got
- 21:55Speaker 1: it done, but I didn't. I didn't do it, And
- 22:00Speaker 1: a lot of us don't be understanding. Your mouth has
- 22:03Speaker 1: a bunch of germs and bacteria, no differently than what's
- 22:09Speaker 1: in your stomach and what you eat, because everything you consume,
- 22:14Speaker 1: as far as food and drinks and whatever else sexually
- 22:20Speaker 1: going down your throat. So what I want people to
- 22:24Speaker 1: understand is, even when it comes to sex, and some
- 22:29Speaker 1: of y'all like doing oral, understand you don't know where
- 22:34Speaker 1: that person has been. You don't know the last person
- 22:38Speaker 1: that they've been with besides you, And yet you're going
- 22:43Speaker 1: down on somebody on two parts that could be infected
- 22:49Speaker 1: because both of those body parts are no different than
- 22:52Speaker 1: your mouth, no different because what's between your legs is
- 22:57Speaker 1: right there where your stomach is. And guess what you
- 22:59Speaker 1: can you poop out of those same thing with a man.
- 23:03Speaker 1: So I need you to understand that if that person
- 23:06Speaker 1: ain't clean, and before y'all have sex, you're not bathing
- 23:11Speaker 1: and you're not taking a bath, and you don't have
- 23:15Speaker 1: no paperwork saying that person is clean. Guess what, You're
- 23:19Speaker 1: gonna have herpees in the mouth. Yeah, that part herpees
- 23:24Speaker 1: in the mouth. You're gonna have all these different bacteria
- 23:27Speaker 1: infections in the mouth. So again, the choices you make,
- 23:32Speaker 1: the decisions you make, the ashes you make, and the
- 23:35Speaker 1: behaviors you do, all this cleansing factor. Everything you consume,
- 23:42Speaker 1: everything you acknowledge, is either gonna be accepted, rejected, impacted,
- 23:48Speaker 1: or affected in one way or another, negatively or positively.
- 23:55Speaker 1: So if you're gonna work out, I would recommend you
- 23:59Speaker 1: work out after you eat, so that way you don't
- 24:03Speaker 1: eat nothing else. So then again you might have a
- 24:07Speaker 1: you might have breakfast and then you might go work out,
- 24:11Speaker 1: and then you might get a protein shape versus eating,
- 24:16Speaker 1: and then lunch you might have something light that's less
- 24:21Speaker 1: than the calories you worked out. Dinner you might eat
- 24:24Speaker 1: something a little heavier, and then you might turn around
- 24:27Speaker 1: and work out and go for a walk, or you
- 24:30Speaker 1: might do a really strong, you know workout, like some
- 24:34Speaker 1: people in the morning might go for a walk after
- 24:36Speaker 1: they eat, maybe a boy an hour forty five minutes
- 24:39Speaker 1: after they eat, they may go for a walk, and
- 24:42Speaker 1: then later on the evening they may do a really
- 24:44Speaker 1: really extreme workout like you know, carbs and stuff like that.
- 24:49Speaker 1: That's when your carbs, your cardio is gonna matter. That's
- 24:53Speaker 1: when that matters because you're working off the car the
- 24:57Speaker 1: calories that you ate. But if you go to the
- 25:00Speaker 1: gym in the morning, turn around and go to McDonald's,
- 25:03Speaker 1: even if you go get a sell it, it don't matter.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Those calories are coming right back on your body. It
- 25:08Speaker 1: don't matter. What it's about is you working out after
- 25:14Speaker 1: you eat. Because see that's one of the things that
- 25:16Speaker 1: I'm learning to do. So for example, instead of me
- 25:20Speaker 1: in the morning eating something first thing in the morning,
- 25:24Speaker 1: I might do a protein shape and then eat some
- 25:27Speaker 1: yogurt and then I probably will work out and then
- 25:31Speaker 1: go and have a protein shape, have some like yogurt
- 25:35Speaker 1: or something like that, or I might have a smoothie
- 25:39Speaker 1: or something like that with vegetables. So instead of me
- 25:42Speaker 1: having food that's like you know, chew food, I got
- 25:47Speaker 1: to chew, I would just do a smoothie, I would
- 25:50Speaker 1: do a ginger shot. I would do something like that,
- 25:54Speaker 1: and then in the afternoon, like about eleven or twelve,
- 25:58Speaker 1: I'd have my first meal of the day because I'll
- 26:01Speaker 1: be going through my fasting. And that's another reason why
- 26:05Speaker 1: so I say, if you're gonna be fasting, stop eating
- 26:08Speaker 1: between six and eight, two hours before you get ready
- 26:12Speaker 1: to go to bed, get off your phone, and then
- 26:16Speaker 1: you know, get some sleep. So at the end of
- 26:19Speaker 1: the day, I get it. I understand these journeys far
- 26:23Speaker 1: as health and wellness, as far as the choice of
- 26:25Speaker 1: decisions actually behavior, what you consume and once you acknowledge,
- 26:29Speaker 1: play a very big part of everything that you deal with.
- 26:33Speaker 1: But at the same time, I will also say this,
- 26:38Speaker 1: it's not an easy journey. I'm not gonna lie to
- 26:40Speaker 1: you and say that it is because it ain't as hard.
- 26:45Speaker 1: It's a lot of work that comes with this, but
- 26:48Speaker 1: in the end it's worth it when you see the results.
- 26:53Speaker 1: But it's not just about losing weight or getting married
- 26:58Speaker 1: or being in relationships. It's about is the people and things, environment,
- 27:07Speaker 1: All these things gonna play a part in your inner
- 27:10Speaker 1: piece and tranquility. Are these things gonna break your self esteem,
- 27:14Speaker 1: self worth, and self values? Those are the things you
- 27:17Speaker 1: should be questioning. Those are the things that you should
- 27:20Speaker 1: be thinking about before you make these decisions. Are these
- 27:23Speaker 1: decisions easy? No, Cause in the end, you're gonna have
- 27:28Speaker 1: negative people that if you get successful, for example, or
- 27:34Speaker 1: you lose the weight, that's gonna always remind you of
- 27:38Speaker 1: what you did ten, twenty thirty years ago. They're gonna
- 27:41Speaker 1: remind you of everything that you did. And that's why
- 27:46Speaker 1: I say sometimes you need to take things to the
- 27:48Speaker 1: grave and never mention it. My whole thing is I
- 27:52Speaker 1: ain't gotta bring nobody in my battles. I stand alone.
- 27:55Speaker 1: But when it comes down to your health and wellness,
- 27:59Speaker 1: it's all about whut not just a temporary I'm gonna
- 28:02Speaker 1: lose twenty pounds, No, just lose the weight. Don't even
- 28:06Speaker 1: don't even say how many pounds you gonna lose, Just
- 28:10Speaker 1: lose the weight. Because I notice that when you don't
- 28:14Speaker 1: really put any type of goal, you actually do it.
- 28:19Speaker 1: So if you say to yourself, I just wanna lose
- 28:21Speaker 1: five pounds in one week, I wanna start with you
- 28:25Speaker 1: losing two pounds, then I start losing you know, three pounds,
- 28:28Speaker 1: four pounds, five pounds, then ten, ten pounds, and then
- 28:32Speaker 1: twenty pounds. It's not about, though, the actual what the
- 28:38Speaker 1: endgame is gonna be. It's gonna be about you saying,
- 28:42Speaker 1: you know what, I'm just gonna lose this weight. Why
- 28:46Speaker 1: because I feel heavy? Because just like if you pick
- 28:49Speaker 1: up a water bottle, this has no water in it, right,
- 28:53Speaker 1: this is your This is your body, no different than
- 28:57Speaker 1: this water bottle when you fill it up. Is it
- 29:00Speaker 1: not gonna be heavy? Yes, it's gonna be heavy. Why
- 29:03Speaker 1: because there's water in here. But in your body, it's
- 29:06Speaker 1: not just water. There's also muscle and fat. There's also
- 29:12Speaker 1: your kidneys, your lungs, your heart, your your digestive system,
- 29:19Speaker 1: your intestines, your uterus. If you are a woman, it's
- 29:24Speaker 1: everything from your gallbladder, your appendix. You have other things
- 29:29Speaker 1: in your body that math that you need to be
- 29:32Speaker 1: looking out for. It's just like when you fall. Guess what,
- 29:37Speaker 1: that's your first pain. And once that pain comes into
- 29:40Speaker 1: your body, it ain't going nowhere. The one thing about
- 29:44Speaker 1: pain that's gonna move from place to place to place.
- 29:46Speaker 1: It's not just gonna be in one place. It's gonna
- 29:48Speaker 1: be in multiplaces. It's your life. You have a bag.
- 29:51Speaker 1: This bag has nothing in it, so guess what, it's
- 29:54Speaker 1: gonna be light. But as soon as I take this
- 29:57Speaker 1: hair and put it into this bag, it's gonna be heavy.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Even though it's not heavy heavy, it's still gonna be heavy.
- 30:04Speaker 1: It's still gonna have weight. And even though yes, this
- 30:07Speaker 1: bag itself does have weight, but when I add this
- 30:11Speaker 1: hair to it, it's gonna be bigger than what this
- 30:15Speaker 1: bag is. It's just like with this with this remote.
- 30:21Speaker 1: The only reason this remote is as heavy as it
- 30:24Speaker 1: is because it got batteries in it, in the inside
- 30:27Speaker 1: of it, not the outside, the inside of it. But
- 30:31Speaker 1: if I take these batteries out, yes there's gonna be weight,
- 30:35Speaker 1: but it's still it's still light weight. Just like this phone.
- 30:39Speaker 1: This phone is heavy, but if I take off the case,
- 30:43Speaker 1: it's still gonna be kind of heavy. But this case
- 30:47Speaker 1: is a task to this phone, which makes more weight.
- 30:50Speaker 1: So your body is no different than anything like that.
- 30:55Speaker 1: So in order for you to be light weight, then
- 30:58Speaker 1: you have to get rid of the way to be
- 31:01Speaker 1: like weight. Now, don't get me wrong, we still gonna
- 31:04Speaker 1: have you know, because again bones and you know all
- 31:09Speaker 1: these other things that we have in our body, blood, water, cells, tissues,
- 31:16Speaker 1: so their body's still gonna be heavy. But it's a
- 31:20Speaker 1: difference between being heavy because you know you and even
- 31:26Speaker 1: when people with muscle, they're gonna be heavy. So even
- 31:29Speaker 1: though you have muscle, you're still gonna be heavy. You
- 31:32Speaker 1: have people that do these you know, that do weight
- 31:36Speaker 1: training and stuff like that, body builders. They're still big
- 31:40Speaker 1: up here and they still have weight, but it's muscle
- 31:46Speaker 1: compared to somebody that like Lizzo, and it's just fat.
- 31:51Speaker 1: So when you turn it into muscle, that still don't
- 31:54Speaker 1: mean you're not gonna be heavy. You're still gonna be heavy.
- 31:58Speaker 1: It's just muscle. So it's just about turning that fat
- 32:02Speaker 1: into muscle. But exercise is to keep not only your
- 32:08Speaker 1: metabolism up, but to keep your muscles healthy. That way,
- 32:13Speaker 1: when you get older, you won't have arthritis. That's why
- 32:16Speaker 1: most people have arthritis because they have no movement. It's
- 32:19Speaker 1: just like people with chronic pain. The reason why a
- 32:23Speaker 1: lot of people with chronic pain don't really move because
- 32:26Speaker 1: they're always in pain. But there is a way to
- 32:29Speaker 1: exercise even with chronic pain to where you're gonna be good.
- 32:35Speaker 1: So again, you're gonna have weight. There's no way around weight.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Your body's gonna have weight. It's just society keeps telling you. Alwa,
- 32:46Speaker 1: it's about what you look like. For me, I got
- 32:49Speaker 1: big boobies. My boobies are the biggest thing on me.
- 32:53Speaker 1: But guess what, at the end of the day, I
- 32:56Speaker 1: know what. Most of my weight is in my breast,
- 32:59Speaker 1: and once my breast gets smaller, the weight is gonna
- 33:03Speaker 1: fall off. So, for example, when I started losing weight
- 33:06Speaker 1: naturally and started losing weight based on what I ate,
- 33:11Speaker 1: I noticed that my breasts were getting smaller, and then
- 33:14Speaker 1: when I work out, it's gonna fall off. The weight
- 33:17Speaker 1: is gonna fall off. Why because now the little bit
- 33:21Speaker 1: of weight I got now is gonna be turning the
- 33:23Speaker 1: muscle because I'll be working out, So turn that fat
- 33:27Speaker 1: into muscle. But at the same time, I don't want
- 33:30Speaker 1: to be muscular. There's a difference between turning fat into
- 33:34Speaker 1: muscle and I want a six pack or you know,
- 33:38Speaker 1: I wanna still keep my movies. I don't want to
- 33:41Speaker 1: be where I have no boobies, but I do want
- 33:44Speaker 1: to go down to at least about thirty six or
- 33:46Speaker 1: thirty eight I'm a forty four right now, so I'm
- 33:48Speaker 1: trying to get down to like a thirty six. But
- 33:51Speaker 1: is that gonna be easy? No? No, But it's not
- 33:57Speaker 1: just about me saying, Okay, I wanna lose weight, and
- 34:01Speaker 1: I losing weight because I just want to be healthy?
- 34:06Speaker 1: Or am I losing weight to look good? Because losing
- 34:10Speaker 1: weight has nothing to do with you looking good. It's
- 34:13Speaker 1: got everything to do with you're being healthy. That's what
- 34:16Speaker 1: it's about, no other way than not. So are these
- 34:21Speaker 1: journeys easy? No, they're not. But the question is is
- 34:26Speaker 1: it gonna be forever that you're gonna be doing this?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Are you just gonna be doing it because you want
- 34:33Speaker 1: to fit society standards? Even if you gonna get plastic surgery,
- 34:38Speaker 1: that is not gonna change nothing, because in twenty years
- 34:41Speaker 1: you're gonna have to take it out. And you did
- 34:44Speaker 1: it for what nothing when all you had to do
- 34:48Speaker 1: was just change your eating habits. All you have to
- 34:51Speaker 1: do is stop eating process foods and make your own stuff.
- 34:56Speaker 1: You're healthier when you make your own food. If you
- 34:58Speaker 1: look at Nora Smith, for example, Nara Smith makes her
- 35:02Speaker 1: own food, she makes her own bread, she makes her
- 35:06Speaker 1: own everything, and you look it up, she ain't fat.
- 35:11Speaker 1: That's because because of her ezema she was able to
- 35:16Speaker 1: actually get the weight off. I would love to interview
- 35:19Speaker 1: Nara Smith because I want to talk about that. So
- 35:23Speaker 1: the people I'm bringing them on my podcast, it's not
- 35:27Speaker 1: about what y'all think. If I brought Cardi B on,
- 35:33Speaker 1: it wouldn't be that type of conversation. So the end
- 35:36Speaker 1: of the day, like I said, it's about being healthy,
- 35:40Speaker 1: and healthy is a lifestyle. Being healthy is absolutely a lifestyle.
- 35:47Speaker 1: It is not about something that a temporary fix. Whatever
- 35:52Speaker 1: you did to lose the weight, for the rest of
- 35:54Speaker 1: your life, you're gonna have to continue to do no
- 35:56Speaker 1: matter what. You just can't sit up here and say
- 36:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna lose weight, lose twenty pounds and then stop
- 36:04Speaker 1: doing everything you did to lose the weight. No, you
- 36:08Speaker 1: have to continue it. Now. Your body can do something
- 36:12Speaker 1: a lot of people don't know, and that is it
- 36:16Speaker 1: can get used to something and it won't work. So
- 36:20Speaker 1: for example, let's say, for example, I have these you know,
- 36:27Speaker 1: vitamin D and vitamin K, and these are good for
- 36:35Speaker 1: bone and immune health. Okay, that's what he's good for. Okay,
- 36:41Speaker 1: Let's say I took this bottle for like about three
- 36:46Speaker 1: to six months, all of a sudden, it don't work
- 36:49Speaker 1: no more. I would still continue to do vitamin K.
- 36:53Speaker 1: I would still continue to do vitamin D. I would
- 36:56Speaker 1: just do a different product. So it's not that you're
- 37:00Speaker 1: not still doing the same thing you've been doing. You're
- 37:03Speaker 1: just gonna have to manipulate the body. So for example,
- 37:08Speaker 1: if I took my blood pressure pills and I took
- 37:12Speaker 1: hydro chlorothiazide, for example, and I took them for years,
- 37:18Speaker 1: my body's gonna get used to it. It ain't gonna like it.
- 37:22Speaker 1: That's why they give you a secondary one. I have
- 37:24Speaker 1: a secondary one. So you know, if you have chronic pain,
- 37:28Speaker 1: you're gonna have blood pressure high blood pressure anyway, and
- 37:31Speaker 1: the only way to stop having blood pressure is to
- 37:35Speaker 1: basically deal with the pain. For example, I have a
- 37:38Speaker 1: system my kidneys, for example, and I may have to
- 37:42Speaker 1: have surgery to remove it because it's causing me pain.
- 37:47Speaker 1: So again, you never know what things that you can
- 37:53Speaker 1: do to heal yourself holistically. And I have some classes
- 37:58Speaker 1: that I'm getting ready to you far as holistic you know,
- 38:02Speaker 1: treating treatment and holistic killing. Because when I was going
- 38:06Speaker 1: to doctors. I was not getting any answers or any
- 38:09Speaker 1: explanations as to what's wrong. And I'm just now getting
- 38:13Speaker 1: explanations at fifty one years old. What I've been trying
- 38:16Speaker 1: to get explanations since I was thirty something years old,
- 38:19Speaker 1: since thirty that should take something around thirty three thirty four,
- 38:25Speaker 1: that's when every mind health started to go downhill. In
- 38:28Speaker 1: twenty seventeen, that's when it really got bad. Going to
- 38:32Speaker 1: doctor's telling me that nothing was wrong, going to doctor's
- 38:34Speaker 1: telling me, oh, it's just your imagination. Maybe you need
- 38:39Speaker 1: to see psychological help. And I know some of y'all
- 38:42Speaker 1: have heard that, them telling you, oh, you need to
- 38:44Speaker 1: go see a psychologist or therapist because all on your head.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Then you go to another doctor and they're telling you, no,
- 38:51Speaker 1: that ain't what's wrong you. Something is wrong. So again,
- 38:57Speaker 1: don't let one doctor tell you that nothing is wrong.
- 39:01Speaker 1: If you know something is wrong, then you don't rest
- 39:05Speaker 1: until you find out what exactly it is that is
- 39:08Speaker 1: going on. I had a friend of mine. She was
- 39:13Speaker 1: like a mother to me. She was a little older.
- 39:16Speaker 1: We used to call her big Mama, and she was
- 39:20Speaker 1: half blind and half death and she was one of
- 39:25Speaker 1: the sweetest people you ever meet. Well, Big Mama was
- 39:31Speaker 1: going to the doctor regularly like she was supposed to.
- 39:36Speaker 1: But one particular day she got admitted to the hospital
- 39:40Speaker 1: and they told her she had cancer and she only
- 39:42Speaker 1: had twelve weeks to live. She died in two all
- 39:48Speaker 1: because she has been going she was going to the
- 39:50Speaker 1: doctor constantly and passed away not even two weeks after
- 39:55Speaker 1: she was in the hospital because she had stage four cancer.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Never knew she had it. Why because she was never
- 40:02Speaker 1: tested for it. But if you go to Turkey or
- 40:05Speaker 1: you go to these other countries, they do all of
- 40:09Speaker 1: these examinations for one price. You bed a thousand dollars
- 40:13Speaker 1: and go get treatment, and go and get a CT scan,
- 40:19Speaker 1: an MRI, blood work, hard exam they can. They'll do
- 40:24Speaker 1: everything for a thousand dollars, tell you everything is wrong,
- 40:29Speaker 1: tell you what surgeries need to be done. If they
- 40:32Speaker 1: can do it there, then they'll do it there. But
- 40:34Speaker 1: I don't recommend if you have surgery overseas that you
- 40:37Speaker 1: try to get on a plane. Excuse me, just wait
- 40:41Speaker 1: till you get back home and let them do it.
- 40:44Speaker 1: So all I'm saying to y'all is there are a
- 40:48Speaker 1: lot of people that's being misdiagnosed. There are people that
- 40:51Speaker 1: have cancer, go to Africa, go get treatment and come
- 40:54Speaker 1: back cancer and it will come right back because you're
- 40:58Speaker 1: doing the same things you did to get it in
- 41:00Speaker 1: the first place. Once you are free of something, you
- 41:04Speaker 1: need to do everything humanly possible for it to never
- 41:07Speaker 1: happen again. And that's something we need to start figuring out.
- 41:11Speaker 1: How to do things without it happening again. How we
- 41:15Speaker 1: heal from things and we don't keep going through the
- 41:17Speaker 1: same thing like a merry go round round and round
- 41:20Speaker 1: and around like musical chairs. If we eliminate something, then
- 41:25Speaker 1: we need eliminate it permanently, point blame, period. And it's
- 41:29Speaker 1: gonna be hard because it takes a lot of discipline
- 41:34Speaker 1: and a lot of determination to do it. But if
- 41:37Speaker 1: you're really serious about it, then you'll do it. So
- 41:42Speaker 1: all I'm saying to y'all in conclusion to all of
- 41:44Speaker 1: this is you are what you consume. You are with
- 41:49Speaker 1: your acknowledge, you are whatever somebody think about you, if yes,
- 41:53Speaker 1: what you believe, because if you don't stand for anything,
- 41:58Speaker 1: your fault. If you don't stand for something, you off
- 42:00Speaker 1: or anything. So is it easy being on these journeys
- 42:06Speaker 1: where you're healthy and you don't never want to go
- 42:08Speaker 1: back and getting your harbor, you don't never want to
- 42:11Speaker 1: go back to pain, you don't never want to go
- 42:14Speaker 1: back to being a single mother again. Then guess what
- 42:17Speaker 1: you ain't I'm leaving testament of that. I said I
- 42:21Speaker 1: wasn't having no more kids and ain't handlemal I ain't
- 42:24Speaker 1: had no more I put that in God's hands. So
- 42:28Speaker 1: now whatever it is I say I'm gonna do, I'm
- 42:30Speaker 1: gonna do just like when I go home, I'm getting
- 42:33Speaker 1: me a breadmaker and having it sent to the house.
- 42:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna rearrange my kitchen, and I'm going to actually
- 42:39Speaker 1: get some new pots and pants because the ones I got,
- 42:43Speaker 1: some of them gonna throw out because I'm just getting
- 42:45Speaker 1: rid of them. So, yeah, you gotta do what you
- 42:49Speaker 1: gotta do. But if you're gonna be healthy, and you're
- 42:53Speaker 1: gonna be at a place where you healthy, then it's
- 42:56Speaker 1: not just about obtaining that way. Losses about me. Ain't
- 43:00Speaker 1: it for the rest of your life, not temporarily permanent.
- 43:05Speaker 1: If you can do everything you can to eat right,
- 43:08Speaker 1: do everything you can to not bring negative people into
- 43:12Speaker 1: your world, if you can find different workouts because sometimes
- 43:16Speaker 1: you even gotta change and workout. All you're doing is
- 43:20Speaker 1: just shaming things. You're doing the same thing, you're just
- 43:23Speaker 1: not doing in the same order. But either way it
- 43:26Speaker 1: goes in the work. But internally, you may have tried
- 43:29Speaker 1: that product, you may have tried them product, you may
- 43:33Speaker 1: have tried food. But either way it go. You're gonna
- 43:36Speaker 1: have changed a couple of things, but it'll work. But
- 43:39Speaker 1: as far as what you eat, even though it might
- 43:42Speaker 1: get it might be boring eating the same foods, but
- 43:44Speaker 1: guess what, if it's gonna keep you healthy, that's what
- 43:47Speaker 1: you do. It's the same thing when it comes to
- 43:50Speaker 1: your piece. You'r quiety, your tranquility. As far as your
- 43:52Speaker 1: mental health. If it ain't something that's gonna help my
- 43:55Speaker 1: health and wontness, I ain't messing with it. Point blame period.
- 43:59Speaker 1: I'm not messing with it. I'm not going here. So again,
- 44:03Speaker 1: whatever work for you overall, physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, financially,
- 44:12Speaker 1: stick with it. Stick what work works for you. If
- 44:17Speaker 1: it ain't broke, don't fix it. That don't mean you
- 44:19Speaker 1: don't have to adjust it. Yeah, you may have to
- 44:22Speaker 1: adjust it a little bit. You might have to tweak
- 44:24Speaker 1: things a little bit. But if if primarily it works,
- 44:30Speaker 1: don't mess with it. Leave it alone. So that's the
- 44:34Speaker 1: advice I can give you as far as you know
- 44:38Speaker 1: your overall health and wellness. But each part is different.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Each part, the way you're gonna have to go about
- 44:45Speaker 1: being healthy is different than not the same, because what
- 44:48Speaker 1: works for you internally as far as your physical health
- 44:53Speaker 1: may not work mentally. What works mentally may not work psychologically.
- 44:58Speaker 1: What works mentally and psychologically it not work experientially or
- 45:01Speaker 1: emotionally or financially. But the mind and body got to
- 45:05Speaker 1: be on the same page. If they're not on the
- 45:08Speaker 1: same page, it ain't never gonna work. So that being said,
- 45:12Speaker 1: that's it for me for this evening. I think I've
- 45:15Speaker 1: taken up enough of all time. So that being said,
- 45:18Speaker 1: I can't wait for the new interviews that I'm want
- 45:20Speaker 1: to be doing. I cannot wait to make this page
- 45:25Speaker 1: on my YouTube channel and all of these podcasts very successful.
- 45:30Speaker 1: I cannot wait to start doing trainings and start doing
- 45:34Speaker 1: webinars and seminars and having one on one coaching. I'm excited.
- 45:39Speaker 1: But I am currently writing the two books and I
- 45:43Speaker 1: am currently getting ready to start creating courses because I
- 45:47Speaker 1: think it's time that I start. I'm ready to start teaching.
- 45:50Speaker 1: So I'm really excited about, you know, creating a website
- 45:53Speaker 1: where I will be teaching my courses on the website.
- 45:58Speaker 1: I will be doing something where I'll be doing some trainings,
- 46:02Speaker 1: but the more extensive trainings will be on my website.
- 46:07Speaker 1: I'm really excited about all the stuff I'm gonna be doing,
- 46:09Speaker 1: so I'm very excited about it. So with that being said,
- 46:12Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all. I love y'all. Without y'all, there is
- 46:16Speaker 1: no me. I'll be nothing without y'all. I am so
- 46:19Speaker 1: grateful to all of you that hey even take the
- 46:21Speaker 1: time to listen to my podcast, even the people that
- 46:23Speaker 1: want to be a part of my podcast. I appreciate y'all.
- 46:27Speaker 1: I do. I appreciate y'all because my goal to start
- 46:30Speaker 1: interviewing people. I want to be like Sherry Shepherd. I
- 46:33Speaker 1: want to be like Jay Shitty, I want to be
- 46:36Speaker 1: like a few other people. I want to be able
- 46:37Speaker 1: to interview people, and that's kind of my goal. So
- 46:41Speaker 1: I'm excited about the website. I'm excited about everything I
- 46:44Speaker 1: got going on. So with that being said, and selling jewelry.
- 46:47Speaker 1: That's one thing I will be doing, selling jewelry, selling books,
- 46:50Speaker 1: and starting to create products holistically that's gonna help people,
- 46:54Speaker 1: far as soaps, products that help far as food, cookbooks.
- 46:59Speaker 1: I'm really excited about what I got going on. But
- 47:02Speaker 1: now it's time to sit down and make my vision board,
- 47:05Speaker 1: and I'm probably gonna show you what my vision board
- 47:06Speaker 1: looks like. And I got to do something from on
- 47:10Speaker 1: Canva that is my short term, my short term and
- 47:13Speaker 1: long term goals. So it's gonna be one and more page.
- 47:17Speaker 1: But I can't wait to do it, and I might
- 47:19Speaker 1: show y'all my short and long term goal thing, so
- 47:22Speaker 1: y'all get to see it through me, So you'll get
- 47:25Speaker 1: to see my journey far as working out. When I
- 47:28Speaker 1: get back home, I'm really gonna be back on it.
- 47:31Speaker 1: I am gonna be walking. So I'm really excited about
- 47:33Speaker 1: this new journey. I am, and I'm sorry. I'm excited
- 47:36Speaker 1: to share it with y'all. And then I have a
- 47:38Speaker 1: travel blog. Unfortunately, I was supposed to go on a
- 47:40Speaker 1: trip but didn't turn off the way it was supposed to.
- 47:44Speaker 1: But I ain't going, so now I gotta find another trip.
- 47:47Speaker 1: So I might end up doing MSc going on the
- 47:51Speaker 1: MSc cruise, I might be doing that. I might be
- 47:54Speaker 1: doing MSc it ms SEE is a little bit cheaper,
- 47:57Speaker 1: and they leave from not too often where I live,
- 48:00Speaker 1: so we'll see. With that being said, I love y'all.
- 48:04Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all. Without y'all, there is no me again,
- 48:07Speaker 1: I'd be nothing without y'all. But if you are interested,
- 48:09Speaker 1: please email me. I would love to hear your letters.
- 48:12Speaker 1: If you're going through something medically and you want me
- 48:15Speaker 1: to try to find some information, or let's say, for example,
- 48:19Speaker 1: one of my guests are on here, I will make
- 48:21Speaker 1: sure I put their information as well, so you'll be
- 48:25Speaker 1: able to reach out to them about any products. Because
- 48:28Speaker 1: for those of y'all who got chronic pain, I would
- 48:30Speaker 1: definitely recommend the red the red the red light bed,
- 48:35Speaker 1: the red light products. Those are definitely good for chronic pain.
