Speaker 1: Jump right into it today, shall we? We're going to
• 0:03
Speaker 1: hop across the pond and we're going to check in
• 0:06
Speaker 1: on the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and the
• 0:10
Speaker 1: big problem that's coming down the pipe. It looks like
• 0:15
Speaker 1: Virginia is getting ready to sue Prince Andrew in New York.
• 0:20
Speaker 1: And if that's the case, this is about to explode, folks.
• 0:26
Speaker 1: Can you imagine? Prince Andrew being deposed can you imagine
• 0:33
Speaker 1: the explosiveness of the contents of that deposition and the
• 0:39
Speaker 1: fact that this guy thought he was getting away with
• 0:42
Speaker 1: this for all of these years thought that this was
• 0:46
Speaker 1: all going to go away and now that it's coming
• 0:50
Speaker 1: back to smack him straight in the mouth is just
• 0:55
Speaker 1: juicy as juicy could be The audacity of this dude
• 1:01
Speaker 1: to act like he didn't even know who Virginia was. Bro,
• 1:04
Speaker 1: you're in a picture with her. And while I might
• 1:09
Speaker 1: have done hallucinogenic drugs in my youth, I am not
• 1:13
Speaker 1: high right now. So don't tell me that that's not
• 1:16
Speaker 1: you in the picture with her, old sausage fingers McGee.
• 1:21
Speaker 1: That's you in that picture, all right? And that just
• 1:25
Speaker 1: shows you the level of gaslighting that they're used to using.
• 1:28
Speaker 1: That just shows you how much of in control of
• 1:31
Speaker 1: the narrative they're used to being. They will tell you
• 1:34
Speaker 1: that your eyes are deceiving you. That your eyes are
• 1:38
Speaker 1: playing tricks on you. That that's not the Joe Exotic
• 1:42
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family in that picture with the bipedal
• 1:45
Speaker 1: serpent in Virginia. That was all made up. That's photoshopped.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: Just ask the four people... That are defending Prince Andrew.
• 1:55
Speaker 1: And the one weirdo right wing knucklehead over in England.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: I don't even know the guy's name. The dude who
• 2:01
Speaker 1: got fooled by the whole Russian tapes deal. Whatever that
• 2:07
Speaker 1: idiot's name is. So again. Big problems coming for the
• 2:13
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family folks. Big problems for
• 2:16
Speaker 1: this dude. And if Virginia sues him. Forget about it.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: There's going to be no running away from that. There's
• 2:25
Speaker 1: going to be no hiding from that. And especially if
• 2:28
Speaker 1: his brother ascends the throne anytime soon. The one buffer
• 2:33
Speaker 1: that he has right now is mummy. Right? He's mom's favorite,
• 2:37
Speaker 1: the whole nine. So the queen protects him. Well, once
• 2:41
Speaker 1: the queen's out of the picture, you're going to have
• 2:46
Speaker 1: to deal with your brother. And your brother doesn't really
• 2:51
Speaker 1: like you very much. And all signs point to you
• 2:55
Speaker 1: getting stationed in Timbuktu, or the equivalent of whatever that
• 2:59
Speaker 1: is for the English these days. One thing is definitely
• 3:04
Speaker 1: for sure. The days of Prince Andrew hobnobbing around, the
• 3:11
Speaker 1: days of Prince Andrew being a hot ticket, those days
• 3:16
Speaker 1: are over. Now all we have to see, when all
• 3:21
Speaker 1: of the smoke clears and the dust settles, is if
• 3:24
Speaker 1: he's held liable for what Virginia says he did to her.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: And folks, look, I've been very clear in my opinion, right? Again,
• 3:32
Speaker 1: you could take my opinion with a buck fifty down
• 3:34
Speaker 1: to the corner store, the bodega, and get yourself a coffee,
• 3:37
Speaker 1: but here we are anyway. My opinion is that Virginia
• 3:40
Speaker 1: has been honest about what occurred. That she was trafficked
• 3:47
Speaker 1: by this sick fuck. That she was passed on to
• 3:51
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. I believe all of that. And that is
• 3:55
Speaker 1: where the evidence has led me. So now you add
• 4:01
Speaker 1: this on top of everything that we already know. And
• 4:04
Speaker 1: if it gets to a point where there's depositions and
• 4:07
Speaker 1: discovery and all of that stuff, it's going to be
• 4:11
Speaker 1: bad news for the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: But guess what? Good. This guy has been living high
• 4:20
Speaker 1: on the hog his whole life. Talk about wasting the
• 4:26
Speaker 1: great gifts you were born with. And I don't mean
• 4:28
Speaker 1: personal gifts. I mean of your bloodline, right? The money
• 4:33
Speaker 1: you have. Your name is Windsor. All of that shit.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: And you squandered it. Imagine having all of that status.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: All of that privilege. And squandering it by hanging out
• 4:46
Speaker 1: with a fuckbag like Jeffrey Epstein. And taking part. in
• 4:51
Speaker 1: abusing trafficked girls that were stuck in his nexus? So
• 4:56
Speaker 1: that's what you choose to do with your great power,
• 4:58
Speaker 1: your great wealth, and your great privilege, huh? Yeah, my friend,
• 5:01
Speaker 1: you're a dick. Our article today is from the Daily Mail,
• 5:07
Speaker 1: and the headline is, Now Virginia Roberts is set to
• 5:11
Speaker 1: sue Prince Andrew in a New York court over her
• 5:14
Speaker 1: claims that Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with
• 5:17
Speaker 1: the Duke at age 17. This article was authored by
• 5:22
Speaker 1: Daniel Bates and Caroline Graham. Prince Andrew could be sued
• 5:29
Speaker 1: in an American court by his accuser, Virginia Roberts, the
• 5:33
Speaker 1: mail on Sunday can reveal. Miss Roberts, who claims she
• 5:37
Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with the prince by convicted
• 5:40
Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein when she was just 17, could file
• 5:44
Speaker 1: a multi-million pound civil action in New York as early
• 5:48
Speaker 1: as this week. And look, I really hope she does. Obviously,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: I don't know what's best for Virginia or her family.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: I'm talking about from a pure sticking it to Prince Andrew.
• 6:02
Speaker 1: Because you can't really rely on the criminal enforcers to
• 6:06
Speaker 1: do their job. So if you could stick it to
• 6:08
Speaker 1: him civilly and at least put that black mark around
• 6:12
Speaker 1: his neck, I would be all in. And frankly, somebody
• 6:18
Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew... How much other dark and devious shit
• 6:24
Speaker 1: is going to get dragged out of the closet if
• 6:27
Speaker 1: this goes to deposition? What else is this dude involved in?
• 6:30
Speaker 1: We know he's hanging out with Nygaard. We know that
• 6:32
Speaker 1: he hangs out with arms dealers. We know that he
• 6:34
Speaker 1: hangs out with some of the worst of the worst
• 6:37
Speaker 1: on the planet. So what other skeletons are there to
• 6:41
Speaker 1: be dug up? Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, her lawyer,
• 6:47
Speaker 1: David Boies, said the bombshell lawsuit... would be based on
• 6:50
Speaker 1: her being lent out to Prince Andrew for sex by
• 6:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and her being under 18. It's just disgusting
• 6:58
Speaker 1: and creepy to even say those words, being lent out
• 7:01
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, to Prince Andrew from Jeffrey Epstein.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: What does that even mean? Like, are you fucking for real?
• 7:11
Speaker 1: We're still having this conversation and the Prince of England
• 7:15
Speaker 1: is caught up in this and he hasn't spoken to
• 7:17
Speaker 1: the authorities yet. Can you imagine if you tried to
• 7:19
Speaker 1: pull that shit? You were caught up in something like
• 7:22
Speaker 1: this and you just refused to talk to the FBI?
• 7:24
Speaker 1: I'm sure they would take no for an answer. I'm
• 7:26
Speaker 1: sure they wouldn't harass and harangue you to get you
• 7:29
Speaker 1: on record. I'm sure they would have nothing to say
• 7:34
Speaker 1: that you were avoiding them. But somehow, Prince Andrew's able
• 7:39
Speaker 1: to just, you know, skip out all he wants. It
• 7:42
Speaker 1: ain't like they can't find them. Show up over at Mummy's,
• 7:46
Speaker 1: you'll find them. So why in the hell has this
• 7:52
Speaker 1: guy been able to avoid questioning for this long? Now,
• 7:57
Speaker 1: what this lawsuit would do, it would kind of pigeonhole him, right?
• 8:00
Speaker 1: Because if he doesn't show up, they would make a
• 8:03
Speaker 1: decision without him there. That's how the court works. The
• 8:06
Speaker 1: court doesn't stop because you don't show up. So it
• 8:09
Speaker 1: would really put this guy in a bind. He added
• 8:15
Speaker 1: the suit would include claims of improper sexual violations, physical
• 8:20
Speaker 1: and emotional distress, and would include a claim for damages. Mr.
• 8:25
Speaker 1: Boyce said, to use a common phrase here in the
• 8:28
Speaker 1: United States, time is up. 100% time's been up for
• 8:33
Speaker 1: a long ass time. And now it looks like David
• 8:36
Speaker 1: Boyce is getting a bit more active here. And it
• 8:39
Speaker 1: looks like they're getting a bit more offensive, which I
• 8:43
Speaker 1: think is a great idea. I've said it from the beginning.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: Dealing with people like this, bullies in general, you need
• 8:49
Speaker 1: to be on the offense. You'd be on your back foot,
• 8:52
Speaker 1: always playing defense, trying to counter what they're doing. That
• 8:55
Speaker 1: doesn't work out. Sometimes you have to have unmitigated flurries
• 9:03
Speaker 1: thrown at the opposition. And you just have to go
• 9:06
Speaker 1: hard in the paint. Because that's all these people know.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: If you give them one inch, you back down one inch,
• 9:13
Speaker 1: they're all over you. These people have always been the
• 9:21
Speaker 1: ones that are playing from the position of advantage, right?
• 9:28
Speaker 1: They're never the ones on their back feet, historically. They're
• 9:31
Speaker 1: the ones coming out. They're the ones controlling the narrative.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: They're the ones trying to make the survivors look like
• 9:36
Speaker 1: they're not good human beings and, oh, they party and
• 9:40
Speaker 1: they do drugs. That's what they do. What do you think?
• 9:44
Speaker 1: It's not tried and true and they just threw some
• 9:46
Speaker 1: shit at the wall? Sometimes you have to take the
• 9:50
Speaker 1: playbook from your adversary and use that playbook to your
• 9:53
Speaker 1: own advantage. And that's what you got to do here.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: The offensive has to be a 100%. of the time operation.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: No days off. The Duke of York, Joe Exotic of
• 10:07
Speaker 1: the Windsor family, has always denied all charges made by
• 10:11
Speaker 1: Miss Roberts. Buckingham Palace previously issued a statement saying, It
• 10:16
Speaker 1: is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had any
• 10:20
Speaker 1: sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. Any claim to
• 10:24
Speaker 1: the contrary is false and without foundation. Like my English accent?
• 10:29
Speaker 1: I know, it's pretty terrible, but there you are. I mean, really,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace? That's what you put out? The Prince of
• 10:35
Speaker 1: England is being charged with these heinous crimes against a child?
• 10:39
Speaker 1: And that's the canned statement you put out? Oh yeah, sure,
• 10:42
Speaker 1: I'm sure everybody's just so pumped up about that statement.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: You guys really put your foot down there. You guys
• 10:49
Speaker 1: really showed that you care about what's going on there. Unbelievable. Unbelievable.
• 11:00
Speaker 1: Position by the palace. If it was me putting out
• 11:06
Speaker 1: this message, boy, the tone would have been a lot different.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: You better believe we're looking into this. You better believe
• 11:12
Speaker 1: anybody involved in this is going to speak to the authorities.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: All of that. She is the queen, right? Can't she
• 11:18
Speaker 1: demand that? At the end of the day, he might
• 11:20
Speaker 1: be the prince, but he is still her subject. The
• 11:26
Speaker 1: filing of a civil action against the Duke in America
• 11:29
Speaker 1: is certain to cause huge embarrassment for the royal family
• 11:32
Speaker 1: as lawyers will seek to question him under oath about
• 11:35
Speaker 1: his sex life. He could also be forced to hand
• 11:38
Speaker 1: over texts, emails, and private letters. Yeah, that's how this works, okay?
• 11:44
Speaker 1: When you get sued in a civil case like this,
• 11:46
Speaker 1: That's how this works. You've got to turn over all
• 11:49
Speaker 1: that documentation. Whatever is subpoenaed, you have to turn it over. Conversations, emails,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: text messages, whatever it may be, that's all evidence now.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: And if you don't think David Boies is going to
• 12:04
Speaker 1: go after correspondence with Maxwell, Epstein, etc., you have not
• 12:10
Speaker 1: been paying attention. Because that's certainly what they're going to
• 12:13
Speaker 1: go after. And again, If we had a federal government
• 12:18
Speaker 1: in America that really gave a fuck, this would be
• 12:21
Speaker 1: a RICO case. And Prince Andrew would not just be
• 12:23
Speaker 1: looking at civil jeopardy. He'd be looking at severe criminal jeopardy.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: How much money did him and Fergie get from Jeffrey Epstein?
• 12:32
Speaker 1: And how much of that money was made by Jeffrey
• 12:35
Speaker 1: Epstein from ill-gotten gains? That makes you part of the
• 12:38
Speaker 1: conspiracy in the real world. But in their world, obviously,
• 12:42
Speaker 1: that's not the case. A defamation suit filed by Ms.
• 12:47
Speaker 1: Roberts in 2015 against Ghislaine Maxwell ended in a settlement,
• 12:52
Speaker 1: but deeply embarrassing depositions in which Ms. Maxwell discussed her
• 12:57
Speaker 1: sex life were made public last year. A source said
• 13:02
Speaker 1: this could be devastating for Andrew. If he chooses to
• 13:05
Speaker 1: fight it and is deposed, forced to give evidence, then
• 13:08
Speaker 1: those depositions could end up being made public. If he
• 13:12
Speaker 1: ignores it, He could be found guilty in absentia, which
• 13:15
Speaker 1: would be a public relations disaster. And that's a little
• 13:19
Speaker 1: bit of what I touched on a bit ago, right?
• 13:22
Speaker 1: If you don't show up to court, the trial is
• 13:25
Speaker 1: still going to go on without you. Everything is still
• 13:27
Speaker 1: going to go on without you. And you're going to
• 13:31
Speaker 1: end up losing that case. You're going to end up
• 13:35
Speaker 1: with the short end of that stick guaranteed. So it's
• 13:38
Speaker 1: damned if you do, damned if you don't, for the
• 13:41
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Time to just be
• 13:45
Speaker 1: a man, you bitch-ass punk, and stand up to the plate.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: Get up there, talk to the authorities, tell them what
• 13:51
Speaker 1: you know, and quit acting like a punk-ass bitch. Under
• 13:57
Speaker 1: the New York Child Victims Act, Ms. Roberts has until
• 14:00
Speaker 1: next Saturday to file the civil action. Which will include
• 14:04
Speaker 1: her claims that she and Prince Andrew had sex three
• 14:07
Speaker 1: times in 2001. Look, I say, Virginia, good on you.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: Don't let any of these people get away with what
• 14:16
Speaker 1: they did. Not one of them. If the government doesn't
• 14:20
Speaker 1: want to pay attention, fine, file the civil suits. Because
• 14:26
Speaker 1: at the end of the day, some penalty has to
• 14:28
Speaker 1: occur here. And it's very frustrating that Virginia herself has
• 14:34
Speaker 1: to pursue this this way when the federal government could
• 14:37
Speaker 1: really go into their bag of tricks and go to
• 14:40
Speaker 1: work on these dudes. You know the number the federal
• 14:44
Speaker 1: government does on people? Look at those people who fucking
• 14:47
Speaker 1: stormed Congress on January 6th. You got people who are
• 14:50
Speaker 1: in solitary confinement over that. But the Corp 4 is
• 14:56
Speaker 1: still running around. Everybody's all hunky-dory. Yeah, sorry, it doesn't
• 15:02
Speaker 1: sit well with me, folks. It does not sit well
• 15:05
Speaker 1: with me. Although Ms. Roberts was then above the UK's
• 15:10
Speaker 1: legal age of consent, in New York, a child is
• 15:12
Speaker 1: considered to be anyone under 18. And those are the rules.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: That's the law. What are you doing? As rich as
• 15:20
Speaker 1: these guys are, as high profile as they are, you
• 15:24
Speaker 1: really need to have children around? There are very high-priced
• 15:29
Speaker 1: call girls... Who do this for a living. They choose
• 15:32
Speaker 1: to do this. They're not being trafficked or anything like that.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: Why don't you call them and you utilize their services.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: If you have to get off. If you have to
• 15:40
Speaker 1: be a scoundrel. Or an even better idea. Why don't
• 15:44
Speaker 1: you get married. Get yourself a wife. Become an actual
• 15:47
Speaker 1: member of society or something. Instead, you're running around hanging
• 15:52
Speaker 1: out with children provided by Jeffrey fucking Epstein. So excuse
• 15:56
Speaker 1: me if I don't care about you or your predicament,
• 15:59
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Fergie, he's telling the
• 16:05
Speaker 1: truth 100%. Sarah Ferguson has said she is convinced that
• 16:09
Speaker 1: her former husband, Prince Andrew, is telling the truth about
• 16:12
Speaker 1: his part in the scandal surrounding convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, well,
• 16:17
Speaker 1: there you have it, folks. Fergie says it's true, so
• 16:20
Speaker 1: it's true. We can all pack it up now and
• 16:24
Speaker 1: move on with our lives and know in our hearts
• 16:26
Speaker 1: that everything is solid and fine because Fergie said so.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Breaking news, Fergie. Under a RICO investigation, you would be
• 16:34
Speaker 1: a criminal target. Shut your mouth and go write some
• 16:37
Speaker 1: more children's books, you moron. Bring your portfolio to the future.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: The Duchess of York, whatever that means... said she was
• 16:44
Speaker 1: 100% certain that her ex-husband was being honest when he
• 16:47
Speaker 1: denied seeing anything untoward during the time he spent with
• 16:51
Speaker 1: the financier. Pedophile. She told the Financial Times, I want him, Andrew,
• 16:56
Speaker 1: to come through this. I want him to win. She
• 17:00
Speaker 1: asked why she was so sure of his probity. She replied,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: no question. I know everything about him. I think he
• 17:07
Speaker 1: is an extraordinary person, the Duchess said. She and Andrew,
• 17:10
Speaker 1: who split in 1997... We're the happiest divorced couple in
• 17:14
Speaker 1: the world, living under the same roof at the Royal Lodge, Windsor,
• 17:18
Speaker 1: but with their own rooms. We support each other like
• 17:22
Speaker 1: pillars of strength, she added. More like pillars of shit
• 17:25
Speaker 1: that happen to be heaped together to hold the side
• 17:28
Speaker 1: of a rundown makeshift ramshackled shack up. Give me a break, pillars.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: You guys are pillars of nothing. Pillars of gobbage. She
• 17:42
Speaker 1: alleges the first encounter took place at the London home
• 17:44
Speaker 1: of Epstein's alleged madam, co-conspirator, general all-around scuzzbag, fellow child abuser,
• 17:50
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell, the second at Epstein's 77
• 17:56
Speaker 1: million pound New York mansion, and the third, daring an
• 18:00
Speaker 1: orgy on his private island in the Caribbean. Saturday's deadline
• 18:04
Speaker 1: was created by the New York Child's Victims Act, which
• 18:07
Speaker 1: came into law in 2019. Previously, Survivors had up to
• 18:12
Speaker 1: five years after turning 18 to file a claim against
• 18:16
Speaker 1: an alleged abuser. So again, as we go through all
• 18:20
Speaker 1: of this and, you know, the circumstances are changing, the
• 18:24
Speaker 1: laws have to be changed to match that, right? So
• 18:27
Speaker 1: I like to see that there's some progress with some
• 18:29
Speaker 1: of the laws being, you know, a window for civil
• 18:32
Speaker 1: suits here for people and stuff like that because it's
• 18:36
Speaker 1: important that these people don't get away with this shit.
• 18:42
Speaker 1: But the new law gave survivors a one-off window to
• 18:45
Speaker 1: make a legal claim regardless of how old their claim is.
• 18:49
Speaker 1: The timeline to file those claims expires next Saturday. The
• 18:54
Speaker 1: final decision about whether to proceed rests with Ms. Roberts,
• 18:59
Speaker 1: now a 37-year-old mother of three who lives in Australia. 100%.
• 19:04
Speaker 1: That's what it all comes down to. Whatever Virginia thinks
• 19:07
Speaker 1: should happen, that's what should happen, right? It's her who
• 19:11
Speaker 1: lived this. It's her who experienced this. And pundits and
• 19:14
Speaker 1: whoever else who have an opinion, well, hey, that's great.
• 19:16
Speaker 1: That's your opinion. At the end of the day, it
• 19:20
Speaker 1: is up to her to decide what the best course
• 19:22
Speaker 1: of action for her is. I have a funny feeling
• 19:27
Speaker 1: that Virginia, though, is not going to let Prince Andrew
• 19:33
Speaker 1: off the hook. Should the Duke ignore the lawsuit, Mr.
• 19:37
Speaker 1: Boyce warned, it could go to trial without him and
• 19:40
Speaker 1: the court could enter a default judgment. The amount of
• 19:43
Speaker 1: damages would then be set and that judgment could be
• 19:47
Speaker 1: enforced any place in the world, Mr. Boyce. said, and
• 19:50
Speaker 1: that's significant. Considering that there's such a relationship between the
• 19:55
Speaker 1: UK and the United States, I highly doubt that Andrew
• 19:58
Speaker 1: would be able to hide from whatever the ruling is
• 20:02
Speaker 1: here in a civil case, right? So if he's found
• 20:07
Speaker 1: and he has to pay $ 50 million, then I don't
• 20:10
Speaker 1: know how he'd be able to avoid that, considering the
• 20:13
Speaker 1: relationship with the UK, the United States, and what the
• 20:16
Speaker 1: pressure would be from the public in general. So it's
• 20:20
Speaker 1: a very interesting situation, no doubt about it. Weeks ago, Mr.
• 20:25
Speaker 1: Boyce sent a second formal letter to the Duke's lawyers
• 20:28
Speaker 1: offering to sign an agreement known as a tolling agreement
• 20:32
Speaker 1: that extended the statute of limitations so that both sides
• 20:35
Speaker 1: could negotiate. The letter said that Ms. Roberts needed to
• 20:39
Speaker 1: file a claim now, or she risks not being able
• 20:42
Speaker 1: to file a lawsuit. So far, it has been ignored,
• 20:46
Speaker 1: according to Mr. Boyce. Sure sounds like somebody who wants
• 20:49
Speaker 1: to step up to the plate and do the right
• 20:50
Speaker 1: thing like Andrew says he does, huh? I will speak
• 20:53
Speaker 1: to whoever the appropriate authorities are. Or not. Or maybe
• 21:00
  Speaker 1: you're just a bitch-ass punk. I'm guessing that's what it is.
• 21:08
Speaker 1: Epstein hanged himself, allegedly, in prison in 2019 while awaiting
• 21:12
Speaker 1: trial on sex trafficking charges. Ms. Maxwell, 59, was arrested
• 21:18
Speaker 1: last July and is due to go on trial in
• 21:20
Speaker 1: November for allegedly recruiting underage girls for Epstein. She has
• 21:26
Speaker 1: pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Last night, Ms.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Roberts declined to comment. A spokesman for Prince Andrew also
• 21:34
Speaker 1: declined to comment. And you know what? Virginia will comment
• 21:39
Speaker 1: or her lawyers will comment when they're damn well ready to.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: She doesn't owe us or anyone a damn thing. In fact,
• 21:45
Speaker 1: society as a whole owes her and the other survivors. So,
• 21:52
Speaker 1: whatever she decides to do, she decides to do. And
• 21:56
Speaker 1: all I hope is that moving forward, whatever decision she makes,
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Virginia that is, that she finds a little bit of
• 22:03
Speaker 1: peace and some happiness, man. Because she deserves it. All
• 22:06
Speaker 1: of these survivors deserve it. All of us deserve it.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: But these survivors especially, considering what they went through, for
• 22:13
Speaker 1: them to get a reset and maybe a little bit
• 22:15
  Speaker 1: of a start over and a do over, that's a
• 22:18
Speaker 1: good thing. And if this helps Virginia find that closure,
• 22:23
Speaker 1: going all the way and taking Prince Andrew's bitch ass
• 22:26
Speaker 1: to the cleaners, then I say go for it. If
• 22:30
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
• 22:33

• 22:49
Speaker 1: the links that go with this episode can be found
• 22:52
Speaker 1: in the description box. To those of you... What's up, everyone,
• 22:56
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. On tonight's program, obviously,
• 23:00
Speaker 1: we're going to continue talking about the lawsuit settlement between
• 23:05
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts and Prince Andrew. Now, all of the terms
• 23:10
Speaker 1: are still unclear. There has been reports out there. Some
• 23:13
Speaker 1: people were speculating when it first broke that it would
• 23:16
Speaker 1: be about $ 10 million. I said that was a little light.
• 23:20
Speaker 1: So today, there are reports out that are saying that
• 23:24
Speaker 1: the settlement is a little bit more significant. than that
• 23:27
Speaker 1: $ 10 million mark. Now, I figured it would be around
• 23:31
Speaker 1: $ 14 to $ 17 million American US dollars. Good, cold, hard cash.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: And the reports are coming out today, and it's falling
• 23:39
Speaker 1: right around in that range, it looks like. Now, obviously,
• 23:43
Speaker 1: the terms of the deal are not disclosed, as per
• 23:46
Speaker 1: the agreement, but that is what the rumor mill is
• 23:50
Speaker 1: talking about, and that is right around the number I
• 23:54
Speaker 1: would expect. Because it would take something monstrous, right? To
• 23:59
Speaker 1: knock Virginia off of her perch to come to the
• 24:02
Speaker 1: table and settle with Prince Andrew. But you know that
• 24:06
Speaker 1: behind the scenes, her people were negotiating with his people.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: It wasn't just some kind of like standoff, right? That
• 24:12
Speaker 1: wasn't happening. That's not how this works. And they came
• 24:17
Speaker 1: to an agreement behind the scenes, obviously, that was acceptable
• 24:21
Speaker 1: to Virginia and to her team. Now, Prince Andrew, he
• 24:26
Speaker 1: was in a no-good situation no matter how you chop
• 24:29
Speaker 1: it at this point. And the fact that he pumped
• 24:32
Speaker 1: this and pushed this for so long and dragged this
• 24:35
Speaker 1: out did nothing but hurt him. And for all of
• 24:38
Speaker 1: the money he was paying all of those people over
• 24:41
Speaker 1: in the UK, Bloxham and the rest of them, he
• 24:44
Speaker 1: should ask for a refund. Because if it wasn't for Brettler...
• 24:48
Speaker 1: And the counsel he got from Labley Singer, dude, he'd
• 24:54
Speaker 1: have been sunk. 100% goose cooked. Because the people who
• 24:57
Speaker 1: were advising him over in England obviously do not know
• 25:01
Speaker 1: their ass from their elbow. I'm certainly not a lawyer
• 25:04
Speaker 1: or a crisis evaluation manager, but I know when you're
• 25:08
Speaker 1: not reading the temperature of the room, have a little
• 25:11
Speaker 1: bit of common sense. And the way the dude went
• 25:14
Speaker 1: about it was completely ridiculous. He is really lucky that
• 25:20
Speaker 1: he had Brettler and hired Brettler to step in because
• 25:25
Speaker 1: at least he got his money's worth there. Because the
• 25:28
Speaker 1: people over in England, the people in the UK that
• 25:31
Speaker 1: were advising him, they absolutely derailed this dude. Now, don't
• 25:36
Speaker 1: get me wrong. I'm sure he is his own worst enemy, right?
• 25:39
Speaker 1: He's the one that makes the final call. But his
• 25:43
Speaker 1: advisors should have told him and been very firm with
• 25:46
Speaker 1: him that this was a losing proposition from the very beginning.
• 25:49
Speaker 1: And then to come out with the whole entire scorched
• 25:53
Speaker 1: earth policy like he's Genghis Khan all of a sudden
• 25:56
Speaker 1: is ridiculous. It was never going to win. So them
• 26:01
Speaker 1: settling and him settling was the only option at this point.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: But it is very harmful moving forward for obviously him,
• 26:10
Speaker 1: but for the whole royal family. Make no mistake about that.
• 26:16
Speaker 1: There was a point in time where something like this
• 26:19
Speaker 1: was not even imaginable. It was unimaginable, right? That the
• 26:22
Speaker 1: royal family, someone from the royal family, could be caught
• 26:25
Speaker 1: up in a scandal such as this. But here we are,
• 26:28
Speaker 1: and they're being exposed. And really, folks, what it comes
• 26:31
Speaker 1: down to is they're just regular people like the rest
• 26:35
Speaker 1: of us. They're not special. What, because they were born
• 26:38
Speaker 1: in a certain bloodline? They're special all of a sudden?
• 26:41
Speaker 1: Breaking news. At the end of the day... the kings,
• 26:46
Speaker 1: the queens, and the pawns, well, we all go back
• 26:49
Speaker 1: into the same box. And it's about time that these
• 26:53
Speaker 1: people remembered that. And for Andrew, and for the whole
• 27:00
Speaker 1: entire nonsensical charade he was putting on for this whole time,
• 27:04
Speaker 1: he should be embarrassed, honestly. He won't be, but he
• 27:07
Speaker 1: should be. Dragging his mom through this, dragging the nation
• 27:11
Speaker 1: through this, dragging the people of the UK through this.
• 27:15
Speaker 1: And now, of course, the question's going to be, how's
• 27:17
Speaker 1: he going to pay for all of this? Obviously, the
• 27:20
Speaker 1: Queen's going to step in and throw him a couple bucks.
• 27:24
Speaker 1: And we all know that the royal family has a
• 27:26
Speaker 1: bunch of benefactors out there that would step in in
• 27:29
Speaker 1: a second to pay this bill to get the spotlight,
• 27:33
Speaker 1: if you will, off of the Queen. So I'm very
• 27:36
Speaker 1: interested to see how this goes down as far as
• 27:38
Speaker 1: the payment. And I would hope that not one single
• 27:42
Speaker 1: dollar of public money is used here. Because that would
• 27:46
Speaker 1: be something else. I mean, I can't even imagine the uproar.
• 27:50
Speaker 1: If tax dollars are used to settle a rape case
• 27:54
Speaker 1: for the Prince of England. Yeah, I think that'll cause
• 27:58
Speaker 1: quite the maelstrom. Alright, so tonight we have an article
• 28:05
Speaker 1: from The Independent. And the author is Omid Scobie. Headline,
• 28:11
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew did what only the privileged elite can do.
• 28:14
Speaker 1: Everyone will suffer for it. And it's a fact, right?
• 28:17
Speaker 1: None of us can pay to get our way out
• 28:18
Speaker 1: of trouble. If you get into trouble, every single dollar
• 28:21
Speaker 1: you have is going to go to your lawyers. I mean,
• 28:23
Speaker 1: here in America, anyway, if you're paying for a lawyer,
• 28:26
Speaker 1: you're going to be in quite the hole to start
• 28:30
Speaker 1: out even. So we can't afford to, you know, pay
• 28:33
Speaker 1: people off. But people like Prince Andrew, this is the
• 28:37
Speaker 1: lifeblood of these disgusting sons of bitches. Back in October,
• 28:44
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's lawyers unleashed an aggressive move usually only seen
• 28:48
Speaker 1: during the heated final days of a U.S. presidential election,
• 28:53
Speaker 1: an oppo dump. The technique, usually performed by flailing politicians
• 28:58
Speaker 1: seeking to undermine their opponents as swiftly and brutally as possible,
• 29:02
Speaker 1: is a classic if-all-else-fails move of releasing information and igniting
• 29:07
Speaker 1: a narrative on an opponent to try and discredit or
• 29:11
Speaker 1: weaken them. Sounds familiar, right? That's exactly what Prince Andrew did.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: Him and his team, they unleashed that scorched earth policy
• 29:19
Speaker 1: like I told you was coming. How long have I
• 29:21
Speaker 1: been saying it? Because it was all they had, right?
• 29:24
Speaker 1: And they painted themselves even deeper into the corner, if
• 29:28
Speaker 1: you could believe it. Their target was the prince's accuser,
• 29:33
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, and they hoped it would result in her
• 29:36
Speaker 1: claim that the Duke of York had sexually assaulted her
• 29:39
Speaker 1: three times at the age age of 17, coming into doubt. See,
• 29:42
Speaker 1: what they forgot, though, was Virginia had been through all
• 29:45
Speaker 1: of this already. Do you think that Prince Andrew is
• 29:49
Speaker 1: more shrewd than Jeffrey Epstein? And as great as Brettler
• 29:54
Speaker 1: is over there at Lovely and Singer, he's certainly not
• 29:57
Speaker 1: an underhanded scuzzball like Dershowitz. So Virginia Roberts has been
• 30:02
Speaker 1: through the ringer already dealing with people like this, dealing
• 30:05
Speaker 1: with all sorts of allegations, all sorts of people trying
• 30:09
Speaker 1: to demean her character, all sorts of people dragging her
• 30:12
Speaker 1: name through the mud. You think the Joe Exotic of
• 30:15
Speaker 1: the Windsor family is going to make her fear stepping
• 30:20
Speaker 1: up to the plate here? It wasn't going to happen.
• 30:23
Speaker 1: And when they figured out that they weren't going to
• 30:25
Speaker 1: be able to bully her, that the narrative that they
• 30:28
Speaker 1: were pumping certainly wasn't going to be bought by the
• 30:30
Speaker 1: general public, they knew that it was time to eject.
• 30:34
Speaker 1: Time to pull the pin and eject right out of
• 30:38
Speaker 1: this mofo because this plane is going down. And when
• 30:41
Speaker 1: your number one surrogate is somebody who's out there talking
• 30:44
Speaker 1: about all kinds of weird conspiracy theories as it is,
• 30:47
Speaker 1: Lady Victoria Harvey, then you know you're in big trouble.
• 30:57
Speaker 1: She was, as Andrew's lawyers described, a payday-chasing attention seeker
• 31:01
Speaker 1: that the prince had never even met. Her lawsuit, they said,
• 31:04
Speaker 1: was completely baseless. Pretty funny, huh? That's what he was asserting. Now,
• 31:09
Speaker 1: fast forward to today, and he's in the hole for about, oh,
• 31:13
  Speaker 1: I don't know, 14, 17 million dollars? Looking like an
• 31:16
Speaker 1: absolute asshole? Because remember, innocent people aren't paying not this
• 31:21
Speaker 1: kind of money. Innocent people... Don't do and act the
• 31:26
Speaker 1: way Prince Andrew acted. Nobody who's innocent is doing that.
• 31:33
Speaker 1: And now, with all of that nonsense he put in
• 31:36
Speaker 1: that letter even just recently, he never met her, it
• 31:39
Speaker 1: was completely baseless, all of a sudden you're ponying up
• 31:42
Speaker 1: all this money, huh? Sure, it looks real good. So
• 31:47
Speaker 1: it came as somewhat of a surprise to see just
• 31:50
Speaker 1: 109 days later the Queen's son, tail between his legs,
• 31:53
Speaker 1: stating that he had never intended to malign Miss Roberts' character,
• 31:57
Speaker 1: and that he, except she has suffered as a victim
• 32:00
Speaker 1: of abuse. Oh, isn't that nice? The good old prince.
• 32:06
Speaker 1: The hugger of widows. The friend to orphans. The man
• 32:12
Speaker 1: of the people. is going to accept that she has
• 32:17
Speaker 1: suffered abuse as a victim. I mean, really? We can
• 32:21
Speaker 1: all just stop our lives now because Prince Andrew has
• 32:23
Speaker 1: decided to accept reality. More importantly, the Duke's words were
• 32:31
Speaker 1: delivered alongside an out-of-court settlement just shy of £ 12 million. Okay,
• 32:37
Speaker 1: so there you go. In this article, it's talking about
• 32:39
Speaker 1: that £ 12 million mark too. and that would knock it
• 32:42
Speaker 1: into that range, the 1417. It came with no further
• 32:46
Speaker 1: denial or admission to Roberts' claims, just the meek promise
• 32:50
Speaker 1: of supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking. Yeah,
• 32:53
Speaker 1: I don't, you're not welcomed, honestly. Guy like that has
• 32:58
Speaker 1: no business acting as an advocate for sex trafficking victims.
• 33:01
Speaker 1: Are you kidding me right now? This dude needs to
• 33:04
Speaker 1: go and retire on whatever piece of land that his
• 33:08
Speaker 1: family deems proper for him to have, and have zero
• 33:12
Speaker 1: to do with the public ever again for as long
• 33:14
Speaker 1: as he lives. The mountain of cash, a significant portion
• 33:23
Speaker 1: of which came from the Bank of Mummy Dearest, to
• 33:26
Speaker 1: be donated to Robert's anti-sex trafficking charity, was so high,
• 33:30
Speaker 1: the accuser couldn't possibly say no. And that's what they did, right?
• 33:35
Speaker 1: It came down to the prince and his team having
• 33:39
Speaker 1: to throw a boatload of money at Virginia. And that's
• 33:42
Speaker 1: really the result that you're looking for in a settlement, right?
• 33:45
Speaker 1: What's the purpose of bringing a lawsuit against somebody if
• 33:49
Speaker 1: you're not looking for damages to be paid at the end?
• 33:53
Speaker 1: And if you're going to get damages paid, you have
• 33:55
Speaker 1: to make sure it really rocks them, right? Make sure
• 33:57
Speaker 1: it hurts them in the pocketbook. And this kind of...
• 34:02
Speaker 1: claim and this kind of payout certainly does that. Obviously,
• 34:06
Speaker 1: it takes away a bit of the sting when you're
• 34:08
Speaker 1: already stinking rich and you have mummy dearest showing up
• 34:12
Speaker 1: to help pay the bills, but still, it's a real
• 34:15
Speaker 1: bad look for Prince Andrew and it validates everything Virginia
• 34:18
Speaker 1: had to say about this dude. You mean to tell
• 34:22
Speaker 1: me you're paying out all this money, suffering all of
• 34:24
Speaker 1: this shame if you didn't do anything? Stop it. I
• 34:27
Speaker 1: don't believe that. Over 90% of civil cases filed in U.S.
• 34:32
Speaker 1: federal court result in a settlement. So it was almost
• 34:36
Speaker 1: inevitable that Roberts' lawsuit would boil down to a pretrial payout. Fact.
• 34:41
Speaker 1: Always figured that this was something that could happen, right?
• 34:44
Speaker 1: If the number was monstrous and Prince Andrew would be
• 34:47
Speaker 1: willing to meet them at a place that is Everest High,
• 34:52
Speaker 1: then certainly this would be the outcome. But I always
• 34:55
Speaker 1: was wondering if Andrew would be able to come up
• 34:58
Speaker 1: with those kind of finances. Where's he getting all that money? Unless,
• 35:01
Speaker 1: of course, Mummy is stepping in, and we know that
• 35:04
Speaker 1: to be the case now. But given how furiously Andrew
• 35:08
Speaker 1: had denied the allegations, it was a curious move to
• 35:11
Speaker 1: settle with a woman his staff had once briefed to
• 35:14
Speaker 1: journalists as having doctored a photo of the two together
• 35:18
Speaker 1: just to make her story more convincing. Yeah, sounds about right, huh?
• 35:23
Speaker 1: That's exactly what he did. Him and his team tried
• 35:25
Speaker 1: to paint it like Virginia's out here working for Adobe Photoshop,
• 35:30
Speaker 1: like Virginia created Adobe Photoshop. And then the insanity to
• 35:34
Speaker 1: drag other survivors into it, talking about this one's emailing
• 35:37
Speaker 1: this one. What an absolute ridiculous narrative his surrogates were pitching.
• 35:43
Speaker 1: I mean, we're talking QAnon level bullshit, folks. The kind
• 35:47
Speaker 1: of stuff that Alex Jones would look at and say, oh,
• 35:49
Speaker 1: this is a conspiracy theory. Andrew was less than four
• 35:54
Speaker 1: weeks away from a deposition with Robert's lawyers. Didn't he
• 35:57
Speaker 1: want to use that moment to fight for his innocence?
• 36:00
Speaker 1: A final chance to prove he didn't do the heinous
• 36:03
Speaker 1: things he had been accused of? I know if faced
• 36:06
Speaker 1: with the same predicament, I would. And the author is
• 36:09
Speaker 1: not wrong. How long have I been saying that? Real
• 36:11
Speaker 1: men don't run from shit like this. Real men step
• 36:14
Speaker 1: up to the plate and they deal with the issues.
• 36:16
Speaker 1: And if they caused mayhem and they've caused a mess,
• 36:19
Speaker 1: they clean it up. But Prince Andrew isn't a real man.
• 36:22
Speaker 1: Real men don't have the hired help come running up
• 36:25
Speaker 1: the stairs to fix the curtains. Real men don't make
• 36:28
Speaker 1: the kind of comments he made to those massage therapists.
• 36:32
  Speaker 1: That's somebody's mother, somebody's daughter, somebody's wife, and you're out
• 36:35
Speaker 1: here running your fat stupid mouth like you're a tough guy?
• 36:38
Speaker 1: That's the kind of shit that gets you that three-piece
• 36:41
Speaker 1: combo with a soda where I'm from. While much of
• 36:45
Speaker 1: the media coverage has focused around Andrew's statement, A sympathetic
• 36:49
Speaker 1: narrative is already starting to emerge from the bootlickers of
• 36:52
Speaker 1: the Royal Press Corps and its orbit of commentators. One
• 36:56
Speaker 1: that attempts to explain Andrew's decision not to clear his
• 36:59
Speaker 1: name because he chivalrously wanted to prioritize protecting the Royal
• 37:07
Speaker 1: Institution and his 95-year-old mother from the further shame. Oh yeah,
• 37:12
Speaker 1: that's exactly what it is. He's just so, so magnanimous.
• 37:16
Speaker 1: Such a chivalrous guy that he's going to get out
• 37:19
Speaker 1: here and he wants to protect mom's name. So he's
• 37:22
Speaker 1: stepping up to the plate now. Here's an idea. Why
• 37:26
Speaker 1: didn't you do that in the beginning? Why didn't you
• 37:28
Speaker 1: step up to the plate in the very beginning and say, hey, look,
• 37:32
Speaker 1: this is my part in this. I was around Jeffrey Epstein.
• 37:35
Speaker 1: I had no idea these were underage girls and I
• 37:38
Speaker 1: want to help the investigation. And still to this day,
• 37:40
Speaker 1: let's remember, he has not helped the investigation one single bit.
• 37:45
Speaker 1: Not at all. The quick settlement, royal sources have added,
• 37:51
Speaker 1: has been a huge relief for the family with the
• 37:54
Speaker 1: Platinum Jubilee so close. How hard it must have been
• 37:57
Speaker 1: for them. Oh, imagine the difficulty of all of this
• 38:03
Speaker 1: as they swim around in their money wearing the crown
• 38:05
Speaker 1: jewels of the royal family. You know who's had difficulty?
• 38:09
Speaker 1: The people who were abused by Jeffrey Epstein. Those people.
• 38:12
Speaker 1: They've had a difficult life. Not Prince Andrew. Not any
• 38:15
Speaker 1: of these people. Again, I have zero empathy for any
• 38:19
Speaker 1: of these people who were born into great privilege, great wealth,
• 38:23
Speaker 1: and squandered it on bullshit hanging out with people like
• 38:26
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The thing is, no matter
• 38:31
Speaker 1: how you try to polish it, there's no way to
• 38:33
Speaker 1: hide the fact that HRH-less Andrew continues to swan around,
• 38:38
Speaker 1: taking no responsibility for his behavior, taxpayer-funded security team still
• 38:43
Speaker 1: at his beck and call, and how is that even right?
• 38:46
Speaker 1: And I try not to get too involved in any
• 38:48
Speaker 1: of that. Obviously, I'm not a subject of the Queen
• 38:52
Speaker 1: or a citizen of the UK. But I find it
• 38:57
Speaker 1: ridiculous that this guy is using public money to have
• 39:00
Speaker 1: a security detail. Hire your own security detail, bro. You're
• 39:04
Speaker 1: charged with all kinds of disgusting allegations. But the dude
• 39:08
Speaker 1: who moved to America and his chick, they got to
• 39:10
Speaker 1: pay for their own security? So leaving the royal family
• 39:14
Speaker 1: is more of a sin than being involved with Jeffrey Epstein, huh?
• 39:18
Speaker 1: That's the message you want to show. While we are
• 39:22
Speaker 1: unlikely to hear Roberts speak about the civil case for
• 39:25
Speaker 1: the foreseeable future, flicking away her claims with his gilded checkbook,
• 39:30
Speaker 1: won't change the very real fact that the royal enjoyed
• 39:34
Speaker 1: and invested in close friendships with two sex traffickers who
• 39:38
Speaker 1: destroyed the innocent lives of Roberts and countless other children
• 39:42
Speaker 1: and women in the hundreds. That's this dude's legacy. That's
• 39:46
Speaker 1: the legacy he's going to leave. a legacy of absolute
• 39:52
Speaker 1: embarrassment for the whole entire family. It also doesn't change
• 39:59
Speaker 1: the fact that even after Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty for
• 40:03
Speaker 1: procuring persons under 18 for prostitution, Andrew saw no problem
• 40:08
Speaker 1: in returning to the pedophile billionaire's New York home in
• 40:11
Speaker 1: 2010 to hang out and allegedly receive foot massages from
• 40:16
Speaker 1: models of a similar age to his two daughters. And again,
• 40:20
Speaker 1: it just goes to show you the kind of guy
• 40:22
Speaker 1: we're dealing with. He has no shame, no moral compass.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: He's been given everything his whole life. Totally everyone around
• 40:29
Speaker 1: him has been a yes man or a yes woman.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: And he's never known any sort of repercussions when he's
• 40:35
Speaker 1: fucked up. You think this dude was getting grounded? I
• 40:39
Speaker 1: know when I was younger, if I got out of
• 40:41
Speaker 1: line and I, you know, swerved out of the lane,
• 40:44
Speaker 1: forget it. Forget it. Zero chance that it was happening again.
• 40:48
Speaker 1: This dude, he just feels like he can do whatever
• 40:50
Speaker 1: he wants. And finally, he's getting some repercussions. Finally, he
• 40:55
Speaker 1: is going to have to, at the very least, suffer
• 41:00
Speaker 1: and go down in history as somebody who settled a
• 41:04
Speaker 1: sexual assault case as opposed to try and clear his name.
• 41:11
Speaker 1: If Andrew really cared about rape survivors, like his statement claims,
• 41:15
Speaker 1: there also wouldn't still be a material witness warrant for
• 41:19
Speaker 1: him in the U.S. more than two years since he
• 41:22
Speaker 1: promised to speak to the FBI about Epstein. How long
• 41:26
Speaker 1: have we been talking about that here on the podcast?
• 41:28
Speaker 1: And when I say me, all of us, everybody who's
• 41:31
Speaker 1: following this case, it's been a huge point of contention.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: If you really want to help and you're this guy
• 41:36
Speaker 1: who's going to be doing the honorable thing, step up
• 41:39
Speaker 1: to the plate. Talk to the FBI. Do the right thing.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: The dark legal clouds that Andrew's mess threatened to cast
• 41:48
Speaker 1: over celebrations for the Queen's Jubilee may be passing. But
• 41:53
Speaker 1: as the funds for Robert's payout are prepared to transfer,
• 41:56
Speaker 1: the royal family is not shining bright. No, they're glowing.
• 42:00
Speaker 1: All right. They're glowing with nuclear fallout. It's like Fukushima
• 42:04
Speaker 1: over there at Buckingham Palace right now. Though it's understandable
• 42:08
Speaker 1: that a parent may want to help a desperate and
• 42:11
Speaker 1: often broke son in need, Andrew convincing our head of
• 42:14
Speaker 1: state to privately cover close to half of the settlement
• 42:17
Speaker 1: sum in a civil rape case has resulted in a
• 42:20
Speaker 1: stain on his mother's legacy in one of the most
• 42:23
Speaker 1: defining years of her seven-decade reign. Yikes. That's pretty powerful
• 42:28
Speaker 1: stuff here from the author. And it's not wrong. Imagine
• 42:34
Speaker 1: if you were the queen and you had this dunce
• 42:35
Speaker 1: of a son ruining this for you. I mean, unbelievable.
• 42:42
Speaker 1: And again, it cracks me up that people close to
• 42:46
Speaker 1: the queen or monarchists or whatever are so worried about
• 42:50
Speaker 1: the stain it's going to hang over the Jubilee celebration. Well,
• 42:53
Speaker 1: what about the stain hanging over those survivors' lives for
• 42:56
Speaker 1: the rest of their lives? Guess what? There's no Jubilee
• 42:59
Speaker 1: celebration for them. It also raises the question that if
• 43:06
Speaker 1: there's so much disposable private wealth hidden behind palace walls,
• 43:10
Speaker 1: why should people of this country, many of whom are
• 43:13
Speaker 1: struggling to heat their homes this winter, continue to dish
• 43:16
Speaker 1: out an annual contribution to the royal establishment? Good question.
• 43:20
Speaker 1: I mean, you got people starving in the streets. I'm
• 43:23
Speaker 1: sure it's the same over in England. Meanwhile, the queen
• 43:27
Speaker 1: is shelling out dough to help Prince Andrew quash a
• 43:32
Speaker 1: rape case. It is absolutely absurd. With the Sussexes gone
• 43:43
Speaker 1: and Andrew permanently benched, there are fewer working royals than ever.
• 43:48
Speaker 1: Yet the sovereign grant that funds the royal family continues
• 43:51
Speaker 1: to grow year on year. So even as the royal
• 43:55
Speaker 1: family shrinks, the bank accounts grow, huh? Must be nice.
• 43:58
Speaker 1: They continue to get rich while the rest of us
• 44:00
Speaker 1: get poor. Seems about right. The bunting and street parties
• 44:05
Speaker 1: this June will serve as a nice distraction, but at
• 44:08
Speaker 1: a time when the value and purpose of the monarchy
• 44:11
Speaker 1: post-Queen Elizabeth is coming under growing scrutiny by the public, this,
• 44:16
Speaker 1: unlike Andrew's problems, won't be a problem that can be
• 44:19
Speaker 1: silenced with money. And it's a fact. This is going
• 44:23
Speaker 1: to hang over the royal family for quite some time, folks.
• 44:27
Speaker 1: And I don't know if this stain will ever go away.
• 44:32
Speaker 1: Once the queen is gone and she passes on the
• 44:36
Speaker 1: scepter of rule to her son, are the people going
• 44:39
Speaker 1: to be as willing to accept nonsense from the royal family?
• 44:43
Speaker 1: I think a lot of the sentiment that you see
• 44:46
Speaker 1: from some people is specific to the queen. And it
• 44:50
Speaker 1: has nothing to do with the royals overall. And when
• 44:52
Speaker 1: she's gone and her son is in control, I think
• 44:56
Speaker 1: it's going to be real tough sledding for the monarchy
• 44:58
Speaker 1: moving forward. And if you take a look at how
• 45:01
Speaker 1: the other royal families around Europe have been pared down
• 45:05
Speaker 1: or done away with overall, you can see the writing
• 45:08
Speaker 1: on the wall for the English monarchy as well. So
• 45:12
Speaker 1: it's going to be interesting to see how that all breaks,
• 45:14
Speaker 1: you know, in the coming years and weeks or whatever.
• 45:18
Speaker 1: But it's certainly showing that there are serious problems and
• 45:24
Speaker 1: the public is not going to stand for it. The
• 45:28
Speaker 1: fact that Prince Andrew... was able to avoid scrutiny for
• 45:33
Speaker 1: so long is something that is really just a gigantic
• 45:37
Speaker 1: stain on not only him but the queen because she
• 45:40
Speaker 1: enabled that right she could have forced the issue a
• 45:42
Speaker 1: long time ago so we have to remember that as
• 45:45
Speaker 1: well but here we are finally to a point where
• 45:50
Speaker 1: prince andrew is basically admitting that he can't provide evidence
• 45:53
Speaker 1: to prove his innocence so he's going to settle out
• 45:56
Speaker 1: of court for a gigantic eye-popping sum that will not
• 46:01
Speaker 1: only drain his bank account, but will cast a dark
• 46:05
Speaker 1: shadow over the royal family for years to come. All right, folks,
• 46:11
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for tonight's update. We'll be
• 46:13
Speaker 1: back tomorrow morning following the story, still seeing where it goes.
• 46:17
Speaker 1: And until then, obviously, some context episodes are on the way.
• 46:22
Speaker 1: Hope everybody has a great night. If you'd like to
• 46:25
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
• 46:29
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
• 46:36
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
• 46:42
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. Epstein Chronicles. Usually
• 46:48
Speaker 1: in the mornings, we talk about Guilty Galane. But this morning,
• 46:52
Speaker 1: we're going to change it up a little bit. And
• 46:54
Speaker 1: we're going to talk about Prince Andrew and the lawsuit
• 46:57
Speaker 1: that he's facing a little bit more. Now, we all
• 47:01
Speaker 1: know that Virginia Roberts is a woman on a mission
• 47:05
Speaker 1: at this point. She is not going to be denied
• 47:08
Speaker 1: justice any longer. She's not going to be, you know,
• 47:12
Speaker 1: told she can't get justice. She's not going to be bullied.
• 47:16
Speaker 1: And it's all very obvious from the actions that her
• 47:20
Speaker 1: and her legal team are taking. They are looking... to
• 47:24
Speaker 1: really make a point and send it home here with
• 47:28
Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and this lawsuit.
• 47:33
Speaker 1: And I'll tell you what, she deserves a big pat
• 47:35
Speaker 1: on the back because she's dealing with a whole bunch
• 47:39
Speaker 1: of BS once again now because of Prince Andrew's lawyers. Brettler, Singer,
• 47:44
Speaker 1: and the rest of them, this is the strategy that
• 47:47
Speaker 1: they are going to use no matter what when it
• 47:52
Speaker 1: comes to sexual assault and their client being accused. This
• 48:00
Speaker 1: is what they're going to do. This is why Prince
• 48:03
Speaker 1: Andrew hired them. He knew exactly what he was getting
• 48:06
Speaker 1: when he paid for Brettler and Singer. He could have
• 48:09
Speaker 1: went a different route. He could have found a different
• 48:11
Speaker 1: group of lawyers to represent him that might have went
• 48:14
Speaker 1: about this in a different way. But no. He had
• 48:18
Speaker 1: to be the boorish oaf he is and hire a
• 48:20
Speaker 1: couple of other boorish oafs to, you know, perform the
• 48:25
Speaker 1: duties that he wants performed. And that is to try
• 48:29
Speaker 1: and destroy the credibility of Virginia Roberts. But it has
• 48:33
Speaker 1: failed in spectacular fashion. In fact, he's done nothing but
• 48:39
Speaker 1: hurt his own case. He's done nothing but make things
• 48:42
Speaker 1: worse on himself every single time. He thinks he has
• 48:47
Speaker 1: some kind of strategy that's going to work or his
• 48:49
Speaker 1: legal team thinks they have some sort of strategy that's
• 48:52
Speaker 1: going to work. We see how it explodes in their face.
• 48:57
Speaker 1: And this is just the way of things if you're
• 49:00
Speaker 1: a Jeffrey Epstein associate at this point. The legal system, hopefully,
• 49:04
Speaker 1: has caught up to your BS. But one thing is
• 49:07
Speaker 1: for sure, the people, the folks that are listening to
• 49:10
Speaker 1: this podcast, they're certainly on to your BS, Prince Andrew.
• 49:15
Speaker 1: And the same old tactics and the same old strategies,
• 49:18
Speaker 1: they're not going to work this time. Because it's people
• 49:21
Speaker 1: like this. Who are listening to this podcast. Guess who
• 49:24
Speaker 1: populates juries my friend. That's right. Everyday average folks. Like
• 49:29
Speaker 1: the people listening to this podcast. And a lot of
• 49:34
Speaker 1: the people. Listening to this podcast. Had no idea. About
• 49:37
Speaker 1: the scope of this investigation. Until recently. It'll be the
• 49:40
Speaker 1: same with a juror, right? Even if they have no
• 49:42
Speaker 1: idea what's going on, the second they sit in the
• 49:44
Speaker 1: jury box and they start hearing evidence, they're going to
• 49:48
Speaker 1: know what's going on very quickly. So Prince Andrew and
• 49:52
Speaker 1: his team, they have no good options. So they've chosen
• 49:56
Speaker 1: to go scorched earth. And this was the strategy from
• 50:00
Speaker 1: the very beginning because they knew, just like Elaine Maxwell knew,
• 50:04
Speaker 1: without loopholes and technicalities, their goose was cooked. So that's
• 50:10
Speaker 1: why you see the pressure by Prince Andrew. That's why
• 50:14
Speaker 1: you see the pressure by his lawyers to try and
• 50:18
Speaker 1: destroy Virginia Roberts' credibility as much as they can. Because
• 50:22
Speaker 1: they understand. They're not stupid people. Don't get it twisted.
• 50:27
Speaker 1: When I'm talking about the lawyers for Andrew, Brettler and Singer,
• 50:30
Speaker 1: while I find their tactics to be deplorable, these are
• 50:33
Speaker 1: not dumb lawyers. These guys are very good at what
• 50:36
Speaker 1: they do. And it's... A good thing that Virginia Roberts
• 50:43
Speaker 1: also has lawyers that know what they're doing as well,
• 50:45
Speaker 1: because if it wasn't boys and the company over there,
• 50:51
Speaker 1: Virginia's team might be hard pressed to deal with people
• 50:53
Speaker 1: like Brettler and Singer. And that's why these guys are hired.
• 50:56
Speaker 1: It's sort of like hiring a Dershowitz, right? You're paying
• 50:59
Speaker 1: for what they bring, not only in the courtroom, but
• 51:02
Speaker 1: you're paying for all of those relationships, all of those
• 51:06
Speaker 1: You know, buddy-buddy sessions with the prosecutors. That's what you're
• 51:10
Speaker 1: paying for. And that's what Brettler and Singer certainly bring,
• 51:14
Speaker 1: but they're up against another titan. I'm not a fan
• 51:19
Speaker 1: of lawyers in general, but David Boies is certainly nobody
• 51:22
Speaker 1: to sneeze at. Very powerful man when it comes to lawyers.
• 51:27
Speaker 1: And he is willing to go all the way here
• 51:30
Speaker 1: for his client, it would seem. So we have a real...
• 51:34
Speaker 1: A real-time battle of the titans on our hands here, folks.
• 51:39
Speaker 1: And unfortunately for Andrew, when all is said and done,
• 51:44
Speaker 1: and you start getting into discovery, you start looking at
• 51:48
Speaker 1: the evidence, it doesn't matter who your lawyer is if
• 51:52
Speaker 1: the facts aren't on your side. So unless they can
• 51:55
Speaker 1: get him off on a technicality or a loophole, in
• 51:58
Speaker 1: my opinion, Prince Andrew's in for a very, very, very
• 52:02
Speaker 1: rough year. With that said, why don't we take a
• 52:06
Speaker 1: look at this article from the Daily Mail and let's
• 52:10
Speaker 1: see what author Carolyn Graham and Mark Hookham and Kate
• 52:17
Speaker 1: Manzi and Jacob Thorburn have to say about Virginia Roberts
• 52:23
Speaker 1: and her battle with Prince Andrew. Headline, Virginia Roberts vows
• 52:28
Speaker 1: to destroy the Duke of York. Epstein survivor believes Royals
• 52:32
Speaker 1: should be in jail. But things leaving him broken. Leaving
• 52:36
Speaker 1: him broke may be enough. As Andrew sparks victim blaming Roe.
• 52:40
Speaker 1: After demanding to see her mental records. That's an obvious
• 52:44
Speaker 1: tactic that Andrew and his team were going to employ.
• 52:47
Speaker 1: They know that somebody who has suffered through trauma like Virginia.
• 52:50
Speaker 1: Has obviously seen therapists or a therapist. And they're trying
• 52:55
Speaker 1: to get those records. Gross. Honestly. And it's typical of
• 53:00
Speaker 1: the tactics you're going to see from them throughout this. But.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: It's a page right out of the playbook. The age-old
• 53:08
Speaker 1: playbook for the good old boys club. How can we
• 53:12
Speaker 1: destroy her credibility? Is she on drugs? Has she ever
• 53:15
Speaker 1: slept with a man? What did she post on her MySpace?
• 53:19
Speaker 1: This is the sort of shit that these people try
• 53:21
Speaker 1: and use to demean people, try and destroy their credibility
• 53:26
Speaker 1: and make their testimony not worthwhile. Prince Andrew's accuser has
• 53:31
Speaker 1: vowed to destroy him and leave him penniless as the
• 53:34
Speaker 1: tactics undertaken by the Duke's legal team were slammed as
• 53:38
Speaker 1: victim-blaming by furious women safety campaigners. Well, I'm not a
• 53:43
Speaker 1: woman safety campaigner, whatever the hell that is. I'm not
• 53:46
Speaker 1: an advocate. I'm none of that. I'm just an average
• 53:49
Speaker 1: guy who took a look at what's going on here
• 53:52
Speaker 1: and is highly disgusted by all of it. With that said,
• 53:57
Speaker 1: I'm pretty disgusted with Prince Andrew victim-blaming as well. There's
• 54:00
Speaker 1: other ways to go about this if you're innocent, right?
• 54:04
Speaker 1: One of the telltale signs for me, if somebody is
• 54:06
Speaker 1: guilty of this kind of shit, is if they attack
• 54:09
Speaker 1: the accuser's credibility right away. How about you just show
• 54:11
Speaker 1: up with some evidence? Tell your accuser, all right, fine,
• 54:15
Speaker 1: let's rock, let's go to court. You know, you go there,
• 54:19
Speaker 1: you don't try and stop any of the proceedings or
• 54:21
Speaker 1: anything like that. Show up in court, show your evidence,
• 54:24
Speaker 1: and prove that you're not guilty. Because when it comes
• 54:29
Speaker 1: to stuff like this, that's how it has to happen.
• 54:32
Speaker 1: I know you're innocent until proven guilty, but when you're
• 54:34
Speaker 1: talking about sexual accusations, sexual crimes accusations, you can't sit
• 54:39
Speaker 1: on the sidelines. You have to be proactive. You have
• 54:43
Speaker 1: to get out there and you have to show evidence
• 54:45
Speaker 1: proving that you didn't do it. Because short of that... well,
• 54:48
Speaker 1: you're going to end up looking like Prince Andrew, especially
• 54:51
Speaker 1: when there's a ton of evidence coming the other way. Now,
• 54:54
Speaker 1: if this was just he said, she said, and Virginia
• 54:56
Speaker 1: didn't have any evidence, this would be a whole different story.
• 54:59
Speaker 1: If that picture didn't exist, then you would have to be,
• 55:03
Speaker 1: all right, well, you know, a little bit more critical
• 55:05
Speaker 1: of what's going on. But when that picture exists, and
• 55:08
Speaker 1: you look at the whole story of this guy lying
• 55:11
Speaker 1: about even ever meeting her, how can one not deduce
• 55:15
Speaker 1: that this man is lying? Andrew's lawyers have requested the
• 55:21
Speaker 1: mental health records of his accuser, Virginia Roberts, and plan
• 55:25
Speaker 1: to question her husband, Robert, and psychologist, Dr. Judith Lightfoot,
• 55:29
Speaker 1: under oath. I just don't understand how that's even acceptable. Like,
• 55:35
Speaker 1: how could you possibly get somebody's medical records like that
• 55:39
Speaker 1: and question them under, you know, use them in a
• 55:42
Speaker 1: trial setting? I think it's kind of ridiculous, to be
• 55:46
Speaker 1: honest with you. I wouldn't want anybody digging into my
• 55:49
Speaker 1: medical records. Aren't there like HIPAA laws that protect you
• 55:52
Speaker 1: from that? And furthermore, wouldn't it make sense that somebody
• 55:56
Speaker 1: who has suffered childhood trauma goes to see a therapist?
• 56:00
Speaker 1: Now we're going to disturb the sanctity of that by
• 56:04
Speaker 1: maybe getting the psychologist to testify in court? How the
• 56:10
Speaker 1: hell is that acceptable? It is understood that his lawyer
• 56:18
Speaker 1: will plan to question potential false memories and Ms. Roberts
• 56:21
Speaker 1: allegations that she was assaulted and sexually, excuse me, sexually
• 56:26
Speaker 1: assaulted and raped. So again, with the false memories, right?
• 56:30
Speaker 1: Now they're going with the false memory nonsense once again.
• 56:33
Speaker 1: How did that work out for you in the Ghislaine
• 56:36
Speaker 1: Maxwell trial? You brought on this big expert. She did
• 56:40
Speaker 1: her whole spiel and it exploded like a firework in
• 56:44
Speaker 1: the sky. So go ahead, please try this strategy again
• 56:48
Speaker 1: so we can watch it fail in grand fashion. But
• 56:54
Speaker 1: both legal insiders and woman safety experts have criticized the
• 56:58
Speaker 1: Duke's legal team's new approach, accusing them of victim blaming
• 57:02
Speaker 1: and questioning the integrity of such a move. Ms. Roberts
• 57:06
Speaker 1: believes Andrew should go to jail, but leaving him broke
• 57:09
Speaker 1: and destroyed may be enough, a source close to her
• 57:11
Speaker 1: legal team said last night. And look, Imagine leaving this
• 57:15
Speaker 1: dude broke and destitute, short of getting him to go
• 57:18
Speaker 1: to prison. Probably the next best thing. You see, when
• 57:21
Speaker 1: you take away the money, the power, the prestige of
• 57:24
Speaker 1: these people, you're effectively killing them. Because that's how they thrive, right?
• 57:30
Speaker 1: It's like Popeye with his spinach. These people have to
• 57:33
Speaker 1: go and hang out with the other scuzzbags, the other
• 57:36
Speaker 1: fellow travelers. You know, they have to break bread with
• 57:40
Speaker 1: their fellow robber barons to feel complete. The astonishing comments
• 57:46
Speaker 1: follow a devastating week that saw the Duke of York
• 57:49
Speaker 1: stripped of his royal and military titles by the Queen
• 57:53
Speaker 1: after a New York judge ruled the civil sex abuse
• 57:55
Speaker 1: case against him will go ahead. And it really has
• 57:59
Speaker 1: been a terrible week for this dude, but guess what?
• 58:02
Speaker 1: It's been a couple terrible decades for Virginia Roberts and
• 58:05
Speaker 1: the other survivors. So I have no empathy for Prince Andrew.
• 58:08
Speaker 1: Dude made his own bed. Now he has to lie
• 58:11
Speaker 1: in it. Why should I care? I want justice. I've
• 58:16
Speaker 1: seen my friends get sent to prison for 15 years,
• 58:18
Speaker 1: 16 years, 20 years for drugs, for illegal sports gambling.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: Yet this dude's running around, living the life, hanging out
• 58:27
Speaker 1: over at BAL, immoral. Give me a break with these
• 58:30
Speaker 1: people already. Dr. Charlotte Proudman, a research fellow at Cambridge
• 58:38
Speaker 1: and Barrister, was critical and described the new legal strategy
• 58:42
Speaker 1: as the ultimate form of victim blaming. She told the
• 58:45
Speaker 1: Times that it was not uncommon for victims of abuse
• 58:49
Speaker 1: to request therapy and support and explained Prince Andrew's legal
• 58:52
Speaker 1: team will attempt to extricate the Duke on any inconsistencies
• 58:57
Speaker 1: shown in in Ms. Roberts' recollection of the allegations. So, again,
• 59:03
Speaker 1: how is it possible that they could even ask for
• 59:06
Speaker 1: transcripts of her and her counsel or therapist or whatever?
• 59:11
Speaker 1: That is gross. And I really hope the judge tells
• 59:14
Speaker 1: them to tell their story walking with that request. I mean,
• 59:17
Speaker 1: I just don't understand. All of a sudden now, someone
• 59:22
Speaker 1: and their conversations with their therapist should be of court record.
• 59:28
Speaker 1: I'm not comfortable with that, to be honest with you,
• 59:30
Speaker 1: in just about any situation. That has to be a,
• 59:34
Speaker 1: you know, almost a sacred setting because a lot of people,
• 59:38
Speaker 1: they won't go and speak to a therapist in the
• 59:40
Speaker 1: best of times because there's such a stigma on mental health, right?
• 59:45
Speaker 1: Now you start talking about people's transcripts being, you know,
• 59:48
Speaker 1: given to defense attorneys and it becomes a pretty slippery
• 59:53
Speaker 1: slope for people who are already hesitant to deal with it.
• 59:56
Speaker 1: And as we all know, not to digress, but mental
• 59:58
Speaker 1: health is a huge problem in America. Andrew's lawyers are
• 1:00:05
Speaker 1: trying to discredit her. They're trying to find something she
• 1:00:08
Speaker 1: might have said to her psychologist that potentially undermines the
• 1:00:11
Speaker 1: claim she has made or to show potential inconsistencies, Ms.
• 1:00:15
Speaker 1: Proudman added. So, again, if you're going to do that, fine.
• 1:00:19
Speaker 1: Try and do it somewhere else, though. I really would
• 1:00:22
Speaker 1: hope that the court would not okay something like this
• 1:00:25
Speaker 1: and give in to their request to hand over her
• 1:00:29
Speaker 1: records from conversations with a psychologist. And hopefully if they
• 1:00:33
Speaker 1: try and do it, the psychologist is like Dr. Melfi
• 1:00:36
Speaker 1: from The Sopranos. She's not talking to the feds at all, so,
• 1:00:40
Speaker 1: you know, hopefully this therapist is the same way. She
• 1:00:44
Speaker 1: claims that she was forced to sleep with the prince
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: on three occasions by U.S. pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and convicted
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. The first time, when she was
• 1:00:53
Speaker 1: 17 and under the legal age of consent, under New
• 1:00:57
Speaker 1: York law. So I like how they call her a
• 1:00:59
Speaker 1: sex trafficker here. Well done, Daily Mail. Doing a lot
• 1:01:03
Speaker 1: better job than some of the other publications out there.
• 1:01:08
Speaker 1: Andrew has always denied the accusations. A source close to Ms.
• 1:01:12
Speaker 1: Roberts said, No one can believe how badly Andrew and
• 1:01:15
Speaker 1: his legal team have messed up. His arrogance is what
• 1:01:18
Speaker 1: has destroyed him. It is Virginia's firm belief that Andrew
• 1:01:24
Speaker 1: should go to jail for what he's done. But in
• 1:01:27
Speaker 1: the end, leaving him broke and destroyed may be enough.
• 1:01:30
Speaker 1: He is already destroyed. Now it's a matter of how
• 1:01:33
Speaker 1: much money he offers in a settlement and how broke
• 1:01:35
Speaker 1: we leave him. I love it. I love the posturing.
• 1:01:40
Speaker 1: And sometimes you got to take the fight to them, right?
• 1:01:43
Speaker 1: Sometimes you got to have a little bit of a
• 1:01:45
Speaker 1: lip on you. And to see somebody close to Virginia,
• 1:01:49
Speaker 1: whoever it may be, the source close to her, You know,
• 1:01:52
Speaker 1: firing off like this, I appreciate that and I like it.
• 1:01:55
Speaker 1: We all know how I feel about bullies, right? You
• 1:01:58
Speaker 1: walk right up to them and you give them that
• 1:02:00
Speaker 1: three piece. No conversation needed. In life, in anything in general,
• 1:02:05
Speaker 1: if you let a bully get away with even an inch,
• 1:02:08
Speaker 1: they will certainly take a mile. And Prince Andrew is
• 1:02:11
Speaker 1: certainly no different. The dude's been a bully his whole life,
• 1:02:13
Speaker 1: bullied staff, bullied everybody. And he feels like him and
• 1:02:17
Speaker 1: his legal team are going to be able to bully
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: their way out of this. And I'll tell you what.
• 1:02:22
Speaker 1: Every now and then, the bully runs into somebody in
• 1:02:26
Speaker 1: the schoolyard who's not going to take their shit. And
• 1:02:30
Speaker 1: that person, right now, well, that's Virginia Roberts, my friends.
• 1:02:35
Speaker 1: Anna Burley, co-founder of Women's Safety Campaign, Reclaim the Streets,
• 1:02:40
Speaker 1: also weighed in. She told the Times, it should never
• 1:02:43
Speaker 1: be a question how the victim behaves, what she wears,
• 1:02:47
Speaker 1: how much she drank, or what she shared with her therapist.
• 1:02:50
Speaker 1: Abuse is never okay. And the focus should be on
• 1:02:53
Speaker 1: the actions of the perpetrator. That's for sure. 100% agree
• 1:02:57
Speaker 1: with that. And when it comes to these kinds of cases,
• 1:03:01
Speaker 1: they try and flip the script way too many times
• 1:03:03
Speaker 1: and blame it on the girl. And that's unacceptable. Any
• 1:03:08
Speaker 1: dude out there that's abusing women, you're a piece of shit.
• 1:03:11
Speaker 1: You need to be brought to justice. I don't care
• 1:03:13
Speaker 1: if you're the Prince of England or if you're some
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: scumbag who is running hookers down on the blade. Either way,
• 1:03:20
Speaker 1: you gotta be brought to justice because you're a disgusting fuck.
• 1:03:27
Speaker 1: Andrew has vowed to fight the case as a private citizen.
• 1:03:30
Speaker 1: On Friday night, his lawyer submitted formal demands to the
• 1:03:33
Speaker 1: New York court. to interview under oath both Ms. Robert's husband, Robert,
• 1:03:37
Speaker 1: excuse me, her husband, Robert, and her psychiatrist, Dr. Judith
• 1:03:44
Speaker 1: Lightfoot in Australia. So I can understand trying to subpoena
• 1:03:49
Speaker 1: her husband. I get it. Maybe, you know, have some
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: questions for him. But the therapist is just too much
• 1:03:56
Speaker 1: for me. It's a bridge too far. Court documents filed
• 1:04:03
Speaker 1: by the Duke's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, have argued that Ms.
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: Roberts may suffer from false memories and accused her of
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: making up claims against Andrew to deflect from her own
• 1:04:13
Speaker 1: participation in Epstein's sex trafficking scheme. Boy, they're really hanging
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: on to that shit, right? For all it's worth. Sink
• 1:04:20
Speaker 1: your teeth into it, boys and girls. That's all you have.
• 1:04:24
Speaker 1: Let's remember, Virginia Roberts was a little girl who was
• 1:04:27
Speaker 1: groomed by Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. So why don't
• 1:04:30
Speaker 1: we place the responsibility with all of the adults that
• 1:04:33
Speaker 1: were around? You know, the adults like Prince fucking Andrew.
• 1:04:37
  Speaker 1: You're going to blame a little 16, 17-year-old girl from
• 1:04:40
Speaker 1: a broken home, huh? Real honorable. A real war hero.
• 1:04:45
Speaker 1: What an absolute coward. Mr. Brettler wants to grill Virginia's
• 1:04:53
Speaker 1: husband about his wife's role in recruiting and trafficking underage
• 1:04:56
Speaker 1: girls for Epstein, as well as her claims against Andrew.
• 1:05:00
Speaker 1: He also wants to forensically examine the couple's financial records. Boy,
• 1:05:04
Speaker 1: that's a hoot. How about we financially examine Prince Andrew's
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: financial records? How about we start there? How much money
• 1:05:12
Speaker 1: did he get from Jeffrey Epstein's operations? See you again, folks.
• 1:05:16
Speaker 1: This is why I'm so agitated that we didn't go
• 1:05:20
Speaker 1: the Rico route. Because it ends all of this shit.
• 1:05:23
Speaker 1: All of these cowards, all of these bitch-asses who have
• 1:05:27
Speaker 1: big mouths, who think that they can victim shame, who
• 1:05:30
Speaker 1: file these counter-lawsuits, they wouldn't be so brave if they
• 1:05:34
Speaker 1: were all facing RICO charges. Imagine each one of these
• 1:05:39
Speaker 1: clowns facing a hundred predicates of RICO, like El Chapo,
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: like John Gotti. What, it's only good for those kind
• 1:05:46
Speaker 1: of criminals, huh? Not for these kind? Why, because they're
• 1:05:49
Speaker 1: your friends? Because you rub elbows with these scumbags at parties?
• 1:05:56
Speaker 1: In separate filings on Friday, Ms. Roberts' lawyers said they
• 1:05:59
Speaker 1: intend to question, or depose, the Duke's former equerry, Robert Olney,
• 1:06:04
Speaker 1: an ex-Army Air Corps officer who is head of safety
• 1:06:08
Speaker 1: and business delivery at the Civil Aviation Authority, CAA. Mr.
• 1:06:14
Speaker 1: Olney was appointed as Andrew's equerry in September 2022, the
• 1:06:18
Speaker 1: year after Ms. Roberts claimed, she was allegedly forced to
• 1:06:21
Speaker 1: have sex with the Duke. But his name appeared in
• 1:06:24
Speaker 1: Epstein's infamous Little Black Book of Context, and he accompanied
• 1:06:27
Speaker 1: Andrew on trips around the globe before stepping down in 2004.
• 1:06:32
Speaker 1: So again, all of these people, they're all in the
• 1:06:36
Speaker 1: same circles. This guy was traipsing around the world with
• 1:06:39
Speaker 1: Andrew before. This guy was, you know, hanging out with
• 1:06:42
Speaker 1: Andrew and Epstein. It's just such a joke. You know,
• 1:06:45
Speaker 1: he brings this only guy in, and the guy's in
• 1:06:48
Speaker 1: Epstein's book. Don't you have any friends that aren't involved
• 1:06:53
Speaker 1: with Epstein or his friends? I mean, are you kidding
• 1:06:56
Speaker 1: me right now? Ms. Roberts' lawyers planned to quiz him
• 1:07:03
Speaker 1: about Andrew's travel to and from New York and any
• 1:07:05
Speaker 1: of Epstein's homes. The documents state that Mr. Olney's testimony
• 1:07:10
Speaker 1: should be obtained by April 29th, either in person or
• 1:07:13
Speaker 1: by videoconference. Ms. Roberts' lawyers also want to talk to
• 1:07:17
Speaker 1: Shukri Walker, a Somali-born woman who lives in London, who
• 1:07:22
Speaker 1: claims she saw Andrew and Ms. Roberts dancing together at
• 1:07:25
Speaker 1: the famous Tramp nightclub. Now, I remember when this all
• 1:07:29
Speaker 1: came out, when Shukri Walker first came out and said this,
• 1:07:34
Speaker 1: and we uploaded an episode dealing with this way back,
• 1:07:39
Speaker 1: I mean, over a year and a half ago now.
• 1:07:41
Speaker 1: So I'm going to dig into the archives later and
• 1:07:43
Speaker 1: I'll upload that old episode so we get a little
• 1:07:46
Speaker 1: bit more context about Shukri Walker and her claims. Ms.
• 1:07:52
Speaker 1: Roberts has claimed the prince was sweating all over me
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: as they danced and alleges they had sex later that
• 1:07:57
Speaker 1: night when they returned to Maxwell's home. Andrew claims he
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: cannot sweat because of an injury suffered in the Falklands War.
• 1:08:05
Speaker 1: I mean, did he self-diagnose that? Is there any documentation
• 1:08:08
Speaker 1: from a doctor's office? Did you go down to the
• 1:08:13
Speaker 1: Compton swap meet, get yourself a fake vaccination card like
• 1:08:16
Speaker 1: Antonio Brown? What's the deal here, Princey boy? The civil
• 1:08:23
Speaker 1: lawsuit is set to be financially ruinous for Andrew. His
• 1:08:27
Speaker 1: legal bills are said to have reached two million. Two
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: million pounds, that is. And there are reports he may
• 1:08:32
Speaker 1: offer to settle the case before it reaches court for
• 1:08:35
Speaker 1: up to ten million pounds. And I hope Virginia says no.
• 1:08:38
Speaker 1: But if she does accept it, I really hope she
• 1:08:41
Speaker 1: posts a picture of her and her kids swimming in
• 1:08:44
Speaker 1: her money, because I tell you what, after everything that
• 1:08:47
Speaker 1: she has been through, I don't know anybody who deserves
• 1:08:50
Speaker 1: a fat payday more. The Mail on Sunday also understands
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: that Andrew could face a heavier tax bill for his
• 1:08:59
Speaker 1: home royal family. lodge after losing the use of his
• 1:09:02
Speaker 1: HRH title as he would no longer qualify for tax relief. Imagine.
• 1:09:07
Speaker 1: Think about that for a minute. These HRH royal scumbags,
• 1:09:10
Speaker 1: they all get tax relief. The people of England, however, well,
• 1:09:14
Speaker 1: make sure you pay up your shillings. Make sure you
• 1:09:16
Speaker 1: pay up those pence pieces. Why do they get tax relief?
• 1:09:23
Speaker 1: Aren't they already on the dole of the public? But
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: they need tax relief as well, huh? Why, so they
• 1:09:28
Speaker 1: can go use some more offshore accounts with Appleby? The
• 1:09:34
Speaker 1: source close to Ms. Roberts' legal team said, if there
• 1:09:37
Speaker 1: is a settlement, it will have to be a big,
• 1:09:39
Speaker 1: big number. Prince Andrew was offered the chance to open
• 1:09:43
Speaker 1: negotiations before the civil suit was filed, but his lawyers
• 1:09:46
Speaker 1: ignored all our letters in the hope it would go away.
• 1:09:50
Speaker 1: Virginia wants her day in court. But, of course, any
• 1:09:53
Speaker 1: case can be settled for a variety of reasons. Andrew
• 1:09:56
Speaker 1: has ruined himself through his arrogance. 100%. And when you're
• 1:10:02
Speaker 1: told you're this great guy your whole life, you're the prince,
• 1:10:05
Speaker 1: you're this, you're that, of course you're going to be
• 1:10:08
Speaker 1: an arrogant prick when you become an adult. You have
• 1:10:10
Speaker 1: nobody around to tell you that you're an idiot when
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: you're a kid. Nobody with a wooden spoon beating that
• 1:10:16
Speaker 1: ass when you go sneak in and try and steal
• 1:10:19
Speaker 1: a lemon cake. So, like Mike Singletary says, uncoachable children
• 1:10:28
Speaker 1: become unhireable adults. And that certainly is what Andrew would
• 1:10:32
Speaker 1: be if he was a normal person. Would you hire
• 1:10:34
Speaker 1: this guy? I mean, let's be real. Imagine this bozo
• 1:10:37
Speaker 1: walks into your office for an interview for a job. Nah,
• 1:10:42
Speaker 1: I don't think you'll be getting hired, pal. Sorry. The
• 1:10:47
Speaker 1: Duke is expected to be deposed for up to seven
• 1:10:49
Speaker 1: hours by lawyer David Boyes in London in February. Last night,
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: he said, I look forward to being able to question
• 1:10:56
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew under oath. Andrew's camp had feared that both
• 1:11:00
Speaker 1: the Duchess of York and Princess Beatrice could be deposed.
• 1:11:04
Speaker 1: But sources now suggest that this was unlikely. And that's
• 1:11:09
Speaker 1: probably the right move. I've said it from the beginning.
• 1:11:12
  Speaker 1: I don't think bringing Andrew's children into this is a
• 1:11:15
Speaker 1: good idea. Let's leave the kids out of it. They
• 1:11:18
Speaker 1: had nothing to do with their dad's disgusting decisions. The
• 1:11:22
Speaker 1: sins of the father are not the sins of the children.

Speaker 1: And unless there's something that these children have done, these kids,
• 1:11:28
Speaker 1: that is of detriment to the survivors, then I don't
• 1:11:32
Speaker 1: really think it's a good idea to drag them into
• 1:11:35
Speaker 1: this either. Now, if they had some sort of evidence, perhaps,
• 1:11:38
Speaker 1: then yeah, I could see that. But I think that
• 1:11:41
Speaker 1: Virginia and her team, they're doing it the right way.
• 1:11:44
Speaker 1: There's no need to bring Prince Andrew's children into this
• 1:11:48
Speaker 1: if it's, you know, they're not part of it. Because
• 1:11:52
Speaker 1: that would be the scumbag thing to do. That would
• 1:11:54
Speaker 1: be the Andrew thing to do. So it's nice to
• 1:11:57
Speaker 1: see that they're not going to do that. But we're
• 1:12:00
Speaker 1: gearing up for quite the battle here, folks. Quite the fight.
• 1:12:03
Speaker 1: And Prince Andrew and his team, they're certainly on the ropes.
• 1:12:07
Speaker 1: But there's a long way to go here. And when
• 1:12:09
Speaker 1: you're dealing with people with such a power structure, such influence...
• 1:12:14
Speaker 1: Nothing is ever settled until it's settled. So the progress
• 1:12:19
Speaker 1: is being made. Those foundational blocks that we talked about
• 1:12:23
Speaker 1: during Maxwell's trial, well, those are being laid right now
• 1:12:26
Speaker 1: as well in this situation. So let's see what sort
• 1:12:30
Speaker 1: of structure is built on top of that foundation as
• 1:12:34
Speaker 1: we move forward. All right, folks, that's going to do
• 1:12:38
Speaker 1: it for me this morning. As far as the rest
• 1:12:41
Speaker 1: of the day, I'm thinking that there's going to be
• 1:12:43
Speaker 1: an evening episode tonight. I have a few episodes I
• 1:12:45
Speaker 1: want to catch up on. A couple of ones that
• 1:12:49
Speaker 1: have to deal with the Inspector General's report that's expected
• 1:12:54
Speaker 1: as far as Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. And how some
• 1:12:59
Speaker 1: folks are saying it'll answer some questions. Well, I have
• 1:13:02
Speaker 1: my own opinions about that. So we're going to get
• 1:13:04
Speaker 1: to that as well. And I'm thinking I'm going to
• 1:13:06
Speaker 1: try and get to that tonight. But if not tonight,
• 1:13:09
Speaker 1: then certainly tomorrow morning. But either way, there'll be a
• 1:13:12
Speaker 1: bunch of context episodes today as well. And the usual
• 1:13:15
Speaker 1: schedule will keep on rolling. All right, folks, I hope
• 1:13:19
Speaker 1: all of you have a great Sunday. Enjoy the football
• 1:13:21
Speaker 1: games if you're going to be watching them. And I
• 1:13:25
Speaker 1: will talk to you all later on tonight. If you'd
