Otis & Oliver’s is back open at Mill Road Acres Golf Course after a two-week hiatus, now run by Roger and Jim Martel—seasoned hospitality pros with decades of experience. The Martels took over from original owners Don Wade and Erin Cavanaugh, who’re ready to retire after 40 years in the game. With permits finally secured after a three-month wait, the restaurant’s menu of nearly 60 items and beloved staff are back in full swing, serving up the same great food Monday through Saturday, plus Sundays.
