- 0:16distinctions, possibilities, new ways of thinking, and just bring
- 0:20some joy into the world. So welcome to the coop and let's
- 0:23start your day off in a fantastic way.
- 0:27Hey everybody, good morning. How many excuses do you think
- 0:30you give yourself during the day?
- 0:32I had this conversation recently, in fact yesterday with
- 0:37a client and we were talking about health and how the health,
- 0:44this person's health was declining in certain areas.
- 0:47And we have talked about this before and it's not it's not
- 0:52been made a priority. And in my opinion, when you get
- 0:57certain clues, you should make things a priority.
- 1:00And how you define a priority is personal to you.
- 1:03And you have to make those decisions based on, you know, is
- 1:07it rated on a scale of one to 10?
- 1:09You know, is it is it a one meaning it doesn't matter at
- 1:11all? Or is it a 10 meaning it's
- 1:12critical, urgent and it must get done.
- 1:15And while this person would continue to rate this as an 8 or
- 1:21A9, they were not taking it on to say, OK, I need to do
- 1:26something about this. And when dealing with certain
- 1:31illnesses or certain effects of stress and whatnot in the body,
- 1:35we have to recognize once that can of worms is opened, when the
- 1:40emotional connection is made, when you start to have all these
- 1:44somatic influences that are showing up in your body, like
- 1:48it's in your body, it's showing up.
- 1:50It's the mind body connection and ignoring it doesn't work.
- 1:54It it just doesn't work. My friends.
- 1:55When you ignore something, it doesn't work.
- 1:58So when people say, well, I have the psoriasis flare up or I have
- 2:03I have a gastrointestinal flare up or my autoimmune is going off
- 2:08all of these things. This is not just an obvious
- 2:13condition all the time in the emotional place, it's obvious in
- 2:16the body, but in the in the emotional piece.
- 2:20It's not always because you may not have experienced any stress
- 2:23and all of a sudden everything is flying off the handle again,
- 2:26but it's maybe because you had two extra glasses of wine or
- 2:31your and your body doesn't as we get older, your body doesn't
- 2:34handle things the way it could when we were younger.
- 2:37It doesn't handle certain stuff the same.
- 2:39And and I am 100% comfortable talking about this because for
- 2:44myself, my body, I don't have a problem drinking, meaning I, I
- 2:49don't have an attachment to alcohol emotionally or
- 2:52physically. But when I have a glass of wine,
- 2:55I feel terrible the next day. Every joint in my body hurts.
- 3:00That is a a complete and total message that shows up
- 3:04immediately. So I listen and I'm just that's
- 3:08it. I'm done.
- 3:09Have not had any alcohol in. I can't even remember the last
- 3:13time I had alcohol and it it just doesn't matter to me
- 3:16anymore. I just don't want it.
- 3:18I say no to it. It just doesn't feel good in my
- 3:21body and I'm listening to the message of it.
- 3:24So same thing about water. If I don't drink enough water,
- 3:27when I wake up in the morning, I feel puffy.
- 3:30I feel like I don't have oil in the system, so to speak.
- 3:35So I say, oh, how much water did I drink yesterday?
- 3:37Oh, guess what? I didn't drink enough water and
- 3:40what I've conditioned myself to do not.
- 3:43I'm not perfect with this, but I am very much working to attain
- 3:47an even higher level of it is listening to the whispers as
- 3:51opposed to waiting until I get hit in the head with a bat.
- 3:55Because those whispers matter. The little whispers of
- 3:58information that we get matter. So.
- 4:01This is. About saying.
- 4:03When you. Hear yourself making an excuse
- 4:06or talking about how something is not right or complaining.
- 4:09Oh, we got a plane flying over in the dark.
- 4:11That's fun. It's it's about giving us this
- 4:17information. And when we have those things
- 4:19show up, get getting the information.
- 4:22Having the information is important.
- 4:25And sometimes it's not always just in the body, but when you
- 4:28hear yourself complain about something, when you're like, oh,
- 4:31I'm just so tired. You, you have a responsibility
- 4:36to care for the body that your soul is in.
- 4:38Like if you're here and you're listening, I know you follow a
- 4:41lot of the same beliefs I do. So that becomes one of those
- 4:45things where we're like, OK, let's talk about that for a
- 4:48second. That means you understand
- 4:50there's a there's a part of you that resonates a soul that's in
- 4:53this body. And that body is meant to work
- 4:56in tandem with that soul and that mind.
- 4:58So, you know, that's heart, mind and soul.
- 5:00It's all working together, right?
- 5:02We have. We have have to pay.
- 5:04Attention to all of those messages.
- 5:06So if you are complaining, that's a message.
- 5:08If you're making excuses, that's a message.
- 5:11What you do with that message is your choice, but it's
- 5:14nonetheless a message. So take some inventory.
- 5:18Take inventory of the complaints, take inventory of
- 5:21the pains, take inventory of the information.
- 5:24And then make a choice about what you want to do about it.
- 5:27Because it is. A choice.
- 5:28And believe me, the choices can be difficult sometimes, but boy,
- 5:32they're worth it. All right, my friends, I hope
- 5:34you have a blessed day and I'll see you tomorrow.
- 5:36Bye.
