It wasn't pretty. Uh neither one of the
• 0:02
last two have been. Um but Auburn
• 0:05
  basketball backto-back wins. They get
• 0:06
they get a big road win at Old Miss. Um
• 0:10
and and that's what you've got to have
• 0:12
in this league to to build up the resume
• 0:14
to get NCA tournament. That that's
• 0:16
that's the goal right now for this team.
• 0:18
Look, there's going to be some
• 0:19
  challenges ahead. This schedule gets
• 0:21
  much much tougher beginning Saturday
• 0:23
when you go to Florida. Um obviously go
• 0:26
to Arkansas here pretty soon, too.
• 0:27
There's going to be some difficult trips
• 0:29
ahead. Um, but we saw look getable games
• 0:33
against Georgia, Texas&M at home that
• 0:35
that kind of uh that you let slip away.
• 0:39
You got to take advantage of those that
• 0:40
that you should and could win. And Miss
• 0:43
was one of those games and Auburn was
• 0:44
able to get it. And I look, there's a
• 0:48
lot of things you go, man, I don't know
• 0:50
about this. The fact that they won two
• 0:52
games without shooting the basketball at
• 0:54
all is is a pretty good sign in my
• 0:56
opinion. Um, look, they focused on
• 0:58
defense. There's no question about that.
• 1:00
  And it's probably impacting their
• 1:01
offense. Um, I thought coming into the
• 1:04
season this was going to be a team that
• 1:05
was going to be one of the best shooting
• 1:06
teams I could I could remember at Auburn
• 1:09
and for a few minutes it was. Um, look,
• 1:12
  it hasn't been lately. I think it's
• 1:13
going to come. I think this team's going
• 1:14
to shoot the basketball better. And when
• 1:17
it does and you've added to your defense
• 1:19
and doing the things they've done the
• 1:21
last two days, then that's going to give
• 1:23
you a chance to go win some basketball
• 1:24
games here down the stretch. So, look,
• 1:26
um, it hasn't been pretty, but they
• 1:28
found a way to win two games, and that's
• 1:30
a good spot to be in for a basketball
• 1:33
team that's kind of finding its sea legs
• 1:35
a little bit. This team's trying to
• 1:37
figure out who it is still. Um, but
• 1:39
you're now starting to see some defense
• 1:40
come around. The shooting is going to
• 1:42
come, I believe. And when it does, this
• 1:44
is a basketball team that's going to
• 1:45
have a chance to go out and win some
• 1:47
games against teams that maybe it might
• 1:49
surprise people, but I think it's
• 1:50
coming. So, um, good good impact. Good
• 1:53
night for the Tigers on the road in
• 1:54
  Oxford, Missouri in Oxford, Mississippi.
