- 0:00Therefore, I confess today, I may not know what
- 0:03tomorrow holds, but I know who holds tomorrow.
- 0:06I may not understand what God is doing, but I
- 0:09trust who God is. I may not see the promise yet,
- 0:13but I know that the one who promised is faithful.
- 0:15I may not possess everything God has spoken within
- 0:18my lifetime, but I believe that my obedience
- 0:22will prepare the way for those who come after
- 0:24me. My prayers will outlive me. My faith will
- 0:28speak beyond me. My obedience will become a seed
- 0:31for generations I may never see. My children
- 0:34will walk through doors that my prayers help
- 0:36to open. Generations after me will receive the
- 0:39fruit of seeds I am planting today. And people
- 0:42who do not yet know my name may one day encounter
- 0:46the faithfulness of God because I chose to believe
- 0:49him in this generation. If the complete fulfillment
- 0:53of the promise extends beyond my lifetime, I
- 0:56will still believe, because the purpose of God
- 0:59is greater than one generation, and His faithfulness
- 1:02does not end when my earthly journey is complete.
- 1:06I may feel weak, but the Spirit of the Living
- 1:09God dwells within me. I may walk through fire,
- 1:12but I will not walk alone. I may pass through
- 1:15deep waters, but they will not overwhelm me.
- 1:18I may be surrounded, but I am not abandoned.
- 1:22I may be pressed, but I will not be destroyed.
- 1:25I may be struck down, but I will not remain defeated.
- 1:30I may fall, but by the grace of God I will rise
- 1:33again. By faith I will follow Jesus. By faith
- 1:38I will carry my cross. By faith I will remain
- 1:41when others turn away. By faith I will forgive
- 1:45when my flesh demands revenge. By faith I will
- 1:49love when love becomes costly. By faith I will
- 1:53obey. when obedience requires sacrifice. By faith,
- 1:57I will worship before the answer appears. By
- 2:01faith, I will endure when the promise seems delayed.
- 2:04By faith, I will remain faithful when no one
- 2:07is watching. By faith, I will fight the good
- 2:10fight. By faith, I will keep the faith and by
- 2:14faith, I will finish my race. I declare that
- 2:18discouragement will not stop me. Disappointment
- 2:21will not define me. Delay. will not destroy my
- 2:24faith. Opposition will not silence my voice.
- 2:28Failure will not become the final chapter of
- 2:31my story. My past will not imprison me. My weaknesses
- 2:35will not disqualify me. And the gates of hell
- 2:38will not prevail against what Jesus Christ has
- 2:41determined to build through my life. I will live
- 2:44and not die. I will declare the works of the
- 2:48Lord. I will see the goodness of God in the land
- 2:51of the living. I will walk in the calling he
- 2:54has placed upon my life. I will fulfill the assignment
- 2:57entrusted to me. And everything the enemy intended
- 3:01for evil, God will turn for good, for his glory,
- 3:05for my testimony, and for the preservation of
- 3:07those connected to my purpose. And when my earthly
- 3:11journey is complete, may it be said of me as
- 3:14it was said of those who came before me. I believed
- 3:17God. I trusted his voice. I remained faithful.
- 3:21I lived according to a reality my natural eyes
- 3:25could not yet see. I carried the promise even
- 3:28when I did not possess its fulfillment. I obeyed
- 3:32God in my generation and prepared the way for
- 3:35those who would come after me. I fought the good
- 3:38fight. I finished the race. I kept the faith.
- 3:41Not because I was always strong, but because
- 3:43the Holy Spirit lived within me. Not because
- 3:46I never failed, but because the blood of Jesus
- 3:49covered me. Not because I possessed every answer,
- 3:52but because the grace of God sustained me. Not
- 3:55because I always knew where I was going, but
- 3:58because the faithful hand of God carried me until
- 4:01the end. This is my confession. This is my prayer.
- 4:05This is my declaration of faith. I belong to
- 4:08Jesus Christ. My life is in his hands. My present
- 4:11is covered by his grace. My future is secured
- 4:15within his eternal purpose. My family belongs
- 4:18to him. My calling belongs to him. My battles
- 4:22belong to him. My unanswered questions belong
- 4:25to Him. My victories belong to Him. My entire
- 4:28life belongs to Him. Everything I am and everything
- 4:32I will ever become rests securely in the hands
- 4:35of the One who loved me and gave Himself for
- 4:38me. Therefore, by faith, I will continue walking
- 4:42until what God has spoken becomes what my eyes
- 4:45can finally see, and even if I do not see the
- 4:49fullness of it within my lifetime. I will still
- 4:52leave this earth believing because the promise
- 4:54does not depend upon the length of my life. The
- 4:57promise depends upon the faithfulness of my God.
- 5:01He was faithful to Abraham. He was faithful to
- 5:05Joseph. He was faithful to Moses. He was faithful
- 5:09to David. He was faithful to the prophets. He
- 5:13was faithful to the apostles. He was faithful
- 5:16to the generations before me. He is faithful
- 5:19to me today. He will be faithful to my children.
- 5:23He will be faithful to my children's children.
- 5:25And he will remain faithful from generation to
- 5:28generation. The God who called me will preserve
- 5:31me. The Spirit who lives within me will strengthen
- 5:34me. The blood of Jesus will speak for me. The
- 5:37grace of God will sustain me. The word of God
- 5:40will guide me. The hand of God will carry me.
- 5:43And the eternal purpose of God will prevail over
- 5:46my life. I believe God. I trust God. I belong
- 5:50to God, and by faith I declare, I will not turn
- 5:55back, I will not surrender, I will not abandon
- 5:58the promise, I will not release what God has
- 6:01placed within me, I will stand, I will believe,
- 6:04I will obey, I will endure, and by the grace
- 6:08of God, I will finish, in the mighty, victorious,
- 6:12and everlasting name of Jesus Christ. Amen, amen,
- 6:17and amen. Hallelujah. you
