- 0:01Speaker 1: Jary Katie and Josh hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: As kids head back to school, there's some very important
- 0:07Speaker 2: information that you need to learn about, including this teacher
- 0:11Speaker 2: in Houston who is conducting an interesting social experiment. Teachers
- 0:16Speaker 2: are probably dealing with children passing gas frequently in the classrooms,
- 0:21Speaker 2: especially the younger kids. So she has now designated a
- 0:25Speaker 2: special fart corner in her classroom where the kids can
- 0:30Speaker 2: simply go over, take a couple seconds to toot in
- 0:34Speaker 2: the corner where nobody cares, nobody can smell it, and
- 0:39Speaker 2: they get back to their seat. She says, I'm just
- 0:43Speaker 2: trying to keep She says, I'm just trying to keep
- 0:49Speaker 2: the funk in one area smart. So she's got a
- 0:53Speaker 2: TikTok video that's accumulated millions of views AFT as of
- 0:58Speaker 2: this morning, where she's showing off her classlassroom and yes,
- 1:01Speaker 2: there indeed is a corner in the classroom and she's
- 1:03Speaker 2: got to sign up there that says fart corner.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Well, do we not have shame anymore?
- 1:07Speaker 1: I know? I think the kids probably dig it, right.
- 1:11Speaker 4: They think it's fun. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:13Speaker 1: They like to go over there and look at people
- 1:15Speaker 1: and like smile and give them a smirk. Like, yeah,
- 1:17Speaker 1: you know what doing.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Actually, I've been in the classrooms, you know, when my
- 1:22Speaker 2: kids were younger, in the elementary schools, doing stuff for
- 1:25Speaker 2: class parties, and it amazes me how many times those kids.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Are farting in that class. Like these poor teachers deal
- 1:31Speaker 4: with enough.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and they do it just fully aware too.
- 1:35Speaker 4: They don't even care. It's just to them, it's like whatever,
- 1:38Speaker 4: I mean.
- 1:38Speaker 1: They're fully they're like lifting cheeks. H they don't know
- 1:43Speaker 1: shame at all.
- 1:44Speaker 2: So this teacher is like, you know, I'm tired of it.
- 1:47Speaker 2: So if you need to do your business, go over.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Here to the corner.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Smart teacher.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So shifting gears, though, we got to be a little
- 1:53Speaker 2: more serious. We got to talk about the drugs. Well in.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Anyone who has a kid who is you know, a
- 2:01Speaker 1: teenager age, you have to have those conversations with them
- 2:04Speaker 1: because that's when they start dabbling. They have to know that,
- 2:07Speaker 1: you know, they're dangerous and stuff. And so the now
- 2:11Speaker 1: hold up, hold up well because now kids with parents
- 2:14Speaker 1: like there, it's a whole new way of communicating. So
- 2:16Speaker 1: now not only do you have to have the talk
- 2:18Speaker 1: with your kids, you need to make sure you look
- 2:20Speaker 1: through their phone. So they're not having any secret conversations
- 2:23Speaker 1: about it, and now they have a whole new language
- 2:25Speaker 1: and the emojis in which they discuss it. So the
- 2:28Speaker 1: DEA they came out, they're encouraging parents to talk with
- 2:31Speaker 1: their kids about the dangers of illegal street drugs as
- 2:35Speaker 1: they're heading back to school. But these emojis that they're using,
- 2:38Speaker 1: they're coming out and telling the parents you need to
- 2:40Speaker 1: watch for these on your kid's cell phone because some
- 2:43Speaker 1: of them can be used as a secret language.
- 2:45Speaker 4: So what about the drug users?
- 2:48Speaker 1: Do I put on different? Okay? So that's the thing is,
- 2:51Speaker 1: it's like, as far as different drugs, there's different emojis for.
- 2:55Speaker 3: What they exactly.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Well, I'm looking for the cran talking crack.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Well that's cocaine, right, that's what that is. So snowflakes,
- 3:02Speaker 1: a snowman, a diamond, an eight ball, there's like there's
- 3:07Speaker 1: a smiley face with the tongue out, and there's also
- 3:10Speaker 1: looks like a fish, I know. So it's like put
- 3:13Speaker 1: them all in place. The only one that's like this
- 3:17Speaker 1: is what it is is the mushrooms, which is mushrooms.
- 3:21Speaker 1: That's the one. But everything else.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Hold on, I got questions, what if I'm looking for
- 3:27Speaker 2: the ecstasies.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Ecstasy is a heart, a lightning bolt, an ex symbol,
- 3:34Speaker 1: a piece of candy, or a pilomoji, any of those.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I know, like the heart emojis. It's like, wait a second,
- 3:42Speaker 1: I use that just needs and I'm talking about that.
- 3:45Speaker 1: But they have everything. The potweed has a little swish
- 3:50Speaker 1: right the smoke where you're like running so fast or
- 3:52Speaker 1: smoke behind you. There's that one. There's fire. There's a
- 3:56Speaker 1: palm tree, which is dumb. Everyone knows it's the evergreen tree.
- 3:59Speaker 1: And then there's where it's.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Like, oh and then what does have to do with
- 4:04Speaker 4: the potweed?
- 4:05Speaker 3: Well, the trees, the trees.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You get some trees, not a palm tree, but the
- 4:10Speaker 2: palm tree kind of looks like a potweed leaf a
- 4:12Speaker 2: little bit.
- 4:12Speaker 3: I don't think they have an evergreen tree. The heroines, it's.
- 4:17Speaker 1: A Christmas tree. Heroin is a brown heart and a
- 4:20Speaker 1: green dragon.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Oh worry about yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm out of drugs.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Well they have met the mess.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Uh.
- 4:31Speaker 1: It looks like a crystal ball, a blue heart, another diamond,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and then.
- 4:35Speaker 3: It has a little beaker.
- 4:38Speaker 4: What about beers, they're just beer's.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Not a beer one there's not a beer one. But
- 4:43Speaker 1: again that's you're not really trying.
- 4:46Speaker 4: To wow, there's not copy my homework.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Goodness, is there anything at all?
- 4:55Speaker 1: Not really? No coughsyrup's innocent. It's a baby bottle.
- 5:01Speaker 4: Okay, all right, well, thank you for very good public service.
- 5:05Speaker 4: This was very informative. Thank you, Katie.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Janessa says I have a friendship dilemma. My birthday was
- 5:12Speaker 2: a couple of weeks ago, and one of my longtime friends, Tanisha,
- 5:16Speaker 2: surprised me with a coach purse. It was way more
- 5:19Speaker 2: expensive than anything we normally exchanged for birthdays.
- 5:22Speaker 4: I was shocked. I thanked her a million times, told
- 5:26Speaker 4: her how much I loved it. Later, I got curious.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I did look up the purse online.
- 5:30Speaker 2: It sells for about five hundred bucks, which made me
- 5:32Speaker 2: even more surprised that she spent that much money on me.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Here's where he gets kind of awkward. Da da da
- 5:38Speaker 4: da da.
- 5:38Speaker 2: I got a couple other friends who are really into
- 5:40Speaker 2: designer purses.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I showed it to him.
- 5:42Speaker 2: They almost immediately started pointing out little things that didn't
- 5:45Speaker 2: look right, like the stitching and the logos some of
- 5:48Speaker 2: the hardware. They are convinced that this purse is a knockoff.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Oh, now I don't know what to do.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Genessa says, part of me is worried that Tanisha paid
- 6:00Speaker 2: hundreds of dollars for this purse thinking it was authentic,
- 6:03Speaker 2: and somebody ripped her off. If that happened, I feel
- 6:07Speaker 2: like I should tell her so she can try to
- 6:10Speaker 2: get some of her money back. But then she goes
- 6:13Speaker 2: on to say, but there's another possibility that I don't
- 6:16Speaker 2: even like thinking about. But what if she knew it
- 6:18Speaker 2: was fake when she bought it. If that's the case,
- 6:23Speaker 2: bringing it up basically forces her to admit, yeah, I
- 6:26Speaker 2: bought you a knockoff, and I don't want to embarrass
- 6:29Speaker 2: her or sound ungrateful. She says it was still a
- 6:32Speaker 2: birthday gift. She didn't have to give me anything. She goes,
- 6:36Speaker 2: here's my dilemma, guys, what do I do. Do I
- 6:39Speaker 2: tell Tanisha that I found out that the purse might
- 6:41Speaker 2: be a fake and there's a chance that she was scammed,
- 6:46Speaker 2: or do I just shut up, appreciate the thought behind
- 6:49Speaker 2: the gift and never mention it. Uh edit some of
- 6:54Speaker 2: this sad If she knowingly bought me a knockoff and
- 6:56Speaker 2: passed it off as reel. Is that actually a crappy
- 6:59Speaker 2: thing for a friend and to do? Or am I
- 7:01Speaker 2: being completely ungrateful as how she ended it. We'll love
- 7:04Speaker 2: to hear about this on the air. You guys are
- 7:06Speaker 2: the bomb.
- 7:07Speaker 4: And that's from Genesa, Sweet Genessa.
- 7:10Speaker 2: So there you go. There's her dilemma. If you want
- 7:13Speaker 2: to sound off, voice your opinion. Three O three six
- 7:15Speaker 2: nine one one mix, which is three oh three six
- 7:19Speaker 2: nine one sixteen forty nine. Boy oh boy, I know
- 7:25Speaker 2: why did she even show it to her other friends?
- 7:28Speaker 3: I enjoy it exactly.
- 7:30Speaker 4: I blame the other friends in this instance.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Yeah, well, especially if she didn't notice anything wrong and
- 7:36Speaker 1: she was really she seemed really happy about it at first,
- 7:38Speaker 1: you know, so huh.
- 7:40Speaker 2: But you know, it sucks if you're like all excited
- 7:42Speaker 2: about it and you are wearing it, like out and
- 7:44Speaker 2: about and you do have I mean, women love purses,
- 7:48Speaker 2: they do, and you're out and about just completely oblivious,
- 7:50Speaker 2: and then they start like noticing it while you're out
- 7:52Speaker 2: and stuff.
- 7:53Speaker 3: That's embarrassing.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Well, because here's the thing. Women who really and people
- 7:56Speaker 1: just people in general, who really know persons they can
- 8:00Speaker 1: tell from you know, half a mile away if that's
- 8:03Speaker 1: a fake or not, because there is specific things, whether
- 8:06Speaker 1: the lettering lines up. You know, a lot of these purses,
- 8:09Speaker 1: I mean they have to specifically make sure the logo
- 8:12Speaker 1: isn't cut.
- 8:12Speaker 4: Off in any shape or form.
- 8:14Speaker 1: So there's a lot of things that go into a
- 8:17Speaker 1: high end persons, especially when we're talking the Louis Vauton,
- 8:20Speaker 1: the Gucci, the Chanelle. I mean, those are the really
- 8:23Speaker 1: high end purchase purses. I need a coach and you
- 8:26Speaker 1: know Tory Burch and those things. Those are nice as well.
- 8:28Speaker 1: But if we're talking high end, like thousands of dollars
- 8:31Speaker 1: like those ones, like the stitching is so perfect that
- 8:35Speaker 1: just the littlest bit, and not only that, but inside
- 8:38Speaker 1: there's a serial number and everything that you can look at.
- 8:40Speaker 1: So there's some legitimate, legitimal legitimate, some real stuff aware.
- 8:49Speaker 2: So the person it really is my thing though too,
- 8:52Speaker 2: is like say, her longtime friend here did buy.
- 8:54Speaker 4: This for her and she did get scammed.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Like I think I would be in that situation where
- 8:59Speaker 2: I'm like, what if she didn't know and she paid
- 9:02Speaker 2: a lot of money for this, Like I want her
- 9:03Speaker 2: to try to get her money back or something. Yeah,
- 9:06Speaker 2: but who knows I mean, she could have bought this
- 9:08Speaker 2: on Facebook marketplace.
- 9:09Speaker 1: And that's where it's hard, because it's like, yeah, if
- 9:11Speaker 1: your friend got duped, I know you would feel for
- 9:14Speaker 1: them and you'd want them to, you know, make that right.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But it's like, how, like can you make it right?
- 9:19Speaker 1: Is it worth embarrassing your friend?
- 9:21Speaker 3: How your friend? Hey?
- 9:24Speaker 1: How do you even go about it?
- 9:25Speaker 3: A show?
- 9:26Speaker 4: Why'd you do this to me?
- 9:27Speaker 3: You suck? Oh?
- 9:28Speaker 1: You bought me a gift? How dare you?
- 9:30Speaker 4: You're the worst? This is fake?
- 9:31Speaker 2: I hate you?
- 9:32Speaker 4: Like then it'll be a second show.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Wants to know dilemma Like I got in a fight
- 9:35Speaker 2: with my friend. Okay, so listen. I would love to
- 9:39Speaker 2: talk to people, ladies. I know you got your purses.
- 9:41Speaker 3: I know you do.
- 9:42Speaker 2: My wife's got a closet full of these unnecessarily expensive purses.
- 9:46Speaker 2: We want your thoughts, we want your comments. If you
- 9:48Speaker 2: found out that your bestie gave you a knockoff purse,
- 9:51Speaker 2: would you be pissed?
- 9:53Speaker 4: Would you point it out to her? Would you help
- 9:55Speaker 4: her get her money back? All sorts of scenarios.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Hmm, it's the same sound I make when I open
- 10:00Speaker 2: up my brand new coach purse and smell all that
- 10:03Speaker 2: nice new leather.
- 10:04Speaker 1: It does. Oh, I know it's part of it.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I'm not gonna lie when I give those purses his
- 10:10Speaker 2: gifts to Nick Knack. It is kind of like a
- 10:12Speaker 2: special unboxing for those like when you open the box,
- 10:17Speaker 2: because everything's pretty tissue presentation. It's like in the purse
- 10:21Speaker 2: is in its own bag.
- 10:22Speaker 1: It's like in a cloth bag, dust bag, just you know.
- 10:25Speaker 3: The dust bag.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Thank you, your mom's a dust bag like this special.
- 10:33Speaker 2: I even caught myself off guard with that. I apologize
- 10:37Speaker 2: to your mother the like the foam that is wrapped
- 10:41Speaker 2: around them, like, oh, it's anyway.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And then you have a video unboxing Nick.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a.
- 10:48Speaker 4: Whole thing, all right.
- 10:51Speaker 2: So Janessa wrote in she got a gift from her
- 10:53Speaker 2: friend to Nisha. It was a coach purse. She looked
- 10:56Speaker 2: it up and it was an expensive purse. But her
- 10:59Speaker 2: other friends like this is a fake, and she's like,
- 11:03Speaker 2: what do I do? Just be quiet about this? Or
- 11:05Speaker 2: should I let Tanisha know that she might have been
- 11:07Speaker 2: ripped off? That's today's show, wants to Know dilemma Easily
- 11:11Speaker 2: twenty five women piped in on the text line, Katie,
- 11:14Speaker 2: you got anything you want to read.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Yeah, this one from Christine says, I would say, who
- 11:18Speaker 1: cares about the purse being fake? She probably still spend
- 11:21Speaker 1: fifty bucks. It's not that big of a deal. I
- 11:23Speaker 1: would leave it alone, not tell your friend, as she
- 11:26Speaker 1: probably already knows it was a fake purse. And I
- 11:29Speaker 1: like this one as well. Don't embarrass the friend. People
- 11:32Speaker 1: gift because they want to because it comes from a
- 11:35Speaker 1: genuine place most of the time, not to have it
- 11:38Speaker 1: listen and we don't judge type of scenario reciprocated back
- 11:41Speaker 1: to them post gifts, so they say, not worth the
- 11:44Speaker 1: emotional story. And I agree with these I think that
- 11:47Speaker 1: you know, we don't know how much she paid for
- 11:49Speaker 1: the purse, so I think that in itself, she may
- 11:51Speaker 1: already know. She's like, yeah, I got a good deal
- 11:53Speaker 1: on it.
- 11:53Speaker 2: What a lot of ladies writing in saying if you
- 11:56Speaker 2: do bring it up, make sure it's one hundred percent
- 11:59Speaker 2: fake first, because that is going to lead to a
- 12:01Speaker 2: very awkward scenario if it's real.
- 12:03Speaker 4: So make sure it's a hyah, that's a good paint.
- 12:06Speaker 2: And a lot of them are saying a gift is
- 12:08Speaker 2: still a gift, just enjoy it.
- 12:11Speaker 4: And then here is my take on it.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I would say, shut up, enjoy it. The general public,
- 12:18Speaker 2: ninety nine percent of people walking around are not going
- 12:21Speaker 2: to know that this thing is fake. Yeah, they're just
- 12:23Speaker 2: gonna be like, damn, that's a nice purse, you classy, right.
- 12:27Speaker 2: The only people that are gonna know that it's fake
- 12:29Speaker 2: is the four or five friends that you already showed
- 12:31Speaker 2: it to. Don't wear it around them, yeah, just don't
- 12:34Speaker 2: wear it around them whatever, but then continue to rock
- 12:37Speaker 2: it everywhere.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Else exactly who wear it in front of your friend
- 12:41Speaker 1: who gave it to you? To show it up in
- 12:42Speaker 1: front of them a little bit if you're that worried
- 12:45Speaker 1: about the fake part. But yeah, I think there's a
- 12:47Speaker 1: lot of ways that you can get around it not
- 12:49Speaker 1: hurt anybody's feelings because I think, yeah
- 12:52Speaker 2: Throwing up on Facebook, marketplace scam somebody else, for goodness
- 12:56Speaker 2: mean somebody else's problem.
