Adani and Jabil JV to Build AI Servers and Racks in India
Adani Enterprises and Jabil have signed an MoU for a 50:50 joint venture expected to manufacture servers, racks and cooling systems for AI data centers in India. For now it is a statement of intent, and capacity will only come with the definitive agreements. For procurement teams, it signals an alternative, localized supply chain that puts country of manufacture on the supplier map.
