- 0:14Speaker 2: See you see say.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Ladies and gentlemen, It's the Ron Edwards American Experienced Talk
- 0:31Speaker 3: Show where our unalienable rights are celebrated. And now your
- 0:37Speaker 3: radio refreshment, Ron Edwards.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Good day, good day, good day, good afternoon everyone. I'm
- 1:02Speaker 1: Ron Edwards and welcome to the Run Edwards American Experienced
- 1:06Speaker 1: Talk Show. Great to be with you on this weltery
- 1:09Speaker 1: summer day. Well, it looks like some stubborn folks in Michigan,
- 1:16Speaker 1: Michigan Man, especially leftists in Michigan, they're very stubborn, and
- 1:21Speaker 1: you know, they really carry themselves like they're super human badasses.
- 1:26Speaker 1: But I think some of them are going to start
- 1:29Speaker 1: getting their come up. And one of them right away,
- 1:32Speaker 1: possibly Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dylan of the US Department
- 1:37Speaker 1: of Justice Civil Rights Division, just put Michigan Democrat Secretary
- 1:42Speaker 1: of State Jocelyne Benson on notice, cautioning her in a
- 1:47Speaker 1: strongly worded letter about federal law requirements for maintaining clean
- 1:51Speaker 1: voter rolls and ensuring only eligible United States citizens vote
- 1:56Speaker 1: in federal elections. This was a pretty wrong letter, which
- 2:01Speaker 1: goes as such. This letter is sent to you, as
- 2:06Speaker 1: the Chief Elections Officer of the State of Michigan. This
- 2:09Speaker 1: letter serves as a notice of the federal laws applicable
- 2:13Speaker 1: to state and local election officials to ensure free fare
- 2:18Speaker 1: and transparent elections. Also attached to this letter is a
- 2:23Speaker 1: memorandum titled Federal Law Requirements for State and Local Election Officials,
- 2:29Speaker 1: which outlines various responsibilities for state and local election officials
- 2:35Speaker 1: under federal law and the potential criminal penalties for those
- 2:40Speaker 1: who failed to carry out their duties. Federal law mandates
- 2:44Speaker 1: that state and local election officials properly maintain election records
- 2:49Speaker 1: and undertake certain actions to ensure that only eligible United
- 2:54Speaker 1: States citizens cast votes in elections for federal office. And
- 2:59Speaker 1: this includes Title three of the Civil Rights Act of
- 3:03Speaker 1: nineteen sixty. I think that is a very appropriate letter.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It's direct to the point, and yeah, hopefully they'll get
- 3:15Speaker 1: this because we've got a primary election coming up very
- 3:19Speaker 1: soon in Michigan August fourth, to be exact, and we
- 3:24Speaker 1: want it to be clean. You know, the Democrats were
- 3:27Speaker 1: worth a grain of salt. What they would be doing
- 3:30Speaker 1: is coming up with better ideas. But see, they don't
- 3:33Speaker 1: want to win in the battle of ideas. They want
- 3:36Speaker 1: to win by bullying and by fooling people, because the
- 3:42Speaker 1: ideas that they hold near and dear to their hearts
- 3:46Speaker 1: are literally detrimental to our way of life in this country,
- 3:53Speaker 1: and if fully enacted, would put all of us, or
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm sorry, most of us in the poorhouse. And I
- 4:01Speaker 1: mean more so than just economically, tragically, our rights would
- 4:07Speaker 1: be totally ignored and it would just be downhill from there.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But this is the goal of today's Democrats. They call
- 4:15Speaker 1: themselves democrats socialists, and they're only doing that openly now
- 4:19Speaker 1: because of the larger percentage of ignorant Americans who are
- 4:26Speaker 1: now supporting that. And it's not like Americans, you know,
- 4:31Speaker 1: just woke up one day and decided, you know, I
- 4:34Speaker 1: think it would be better if we just go socialists. No,
- 4:37Speaker 1: this is the result of multi generations of Americans, by
- 4:41Speaker 1: the millions, have been indoctrinated in schools, and they don't
- 4:47Speaker 1: you know. This is one thing that it seems that
- 4:50Speaker 1: those on the right never got or they were afraid
- 4:56Speaker 1: to push back against the leftist efforts to make maintain
- 5:00Speaker 1: control of the schools, maintain control of most of your
- 5:05Speaker 1: churches maintain control of the majority of entertainment, et cetera,
- 5:12Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. So if you're in the in
- 5:14Speaker 1: the in the in the control of you know, the
- 5:18Speaker 1: elements of communications, guess what you're gonna He who controls
- 5:25Speaker 1: the language controls the nation. And so there it is,
- 5:31Speaker 1: controls the thinking processes, especially when they are teaching I'm
- 5:36Speaker 1: sorry and doctrinating generation after generation of young folks. And
- 5:42Speaker 1: that's just the way it is. But I have yet
- 5:46Speaker 1: to see a great number of people on the so
- 5:49Speaker 1: called right among Christians who really give a hoot a
- 5:52Speaker 1: bottle all of that. You know, they give lip service,
- 5:55Speaker 1: bumping their guns. Oh Jesus help us, Jesus, this Jesus
- 5:59Speaker 1: is that. But that's about it now, is that all? No,
- 6:04Speaker 1: I'm only speaking generally, which does not mean one hundred percent.
- 6:10Speaker 1: So do we finally have a senator with courage as
- 6:16Speaker 1: the country knows real Americans, those who actually care about
- 6:20Speaker 1: our republic or against and aghast to see the United
- 6:26Speaker 1: States Supreme Court betray we the American people in their
- 6:29Speaker 1: grotesque opinion regarding the so called birthright citizenship scam. Justices
- 6:36Speaker 1: Alito Thomas and Gorsic were the three dissenting voices for
- 6:41Speaker 1: the Truth. Justice Thomas dissent was brilliant. I don't have
- 6:47Speaker 1: time to read it, but it was brilliant. In fact,
- 6:52Speaker 1: the case not only should never have been seen or brought,
- 6:57Speaker 1: but the problem about the citizenship industry for illegal border
- 7:01Speaker 1: crosses could have been stopped way back in nineteen ninety three.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Did you know that nineteen ninety three there was a
- 7:11Speaker 1: senator They used to call them dirty Harry Reid from
- 7:16Speaker 1: I think, Nevada. He introduced the first and only comprehensive
- 7:23Speaker 1: immigration reform bill in Congress, which took stated that an
- 7:28Speaker 1: alien living illegally in the United States often pays no
- 7:32Speaker 1: taxes but receives unemployment, welfare, free medical care, and other
- 7:37Speaker 1: federal benefits. He went on, recent terrorist attacks, including the
- 7:44Speaker 1: World Trade Center bombing, have underscored the need to keep
- 7:48Speaker 1: violent criminals out of the country. And I'm talking about
- 7:50Speaker 1: the first attack on the World Trade Center in nineteen
- 7:53Speaker 1: ninety three where it was damaged, but it wasn't brought
- 7:57Speaker 1: down until nine to eleven. Went on, Our borders have
- 8:03Speaker 1: overflowed with illegal border crossers, placing tremendous burdens on our
- 8:07Speaker 1: criminal justice system, schools, and social programs. The Immigration and
- 8:13Speaker 1: Naturalization Service needs the ability to step up enforcement. Our
- 8:18Speaker 1: federal wallet is stretched to the limit by illegal aliens
- 8:22Speaker 1: getting welfare, food stamps, medical care, and other benefits, often
- 8:26Speaker 1: without pay, without paying any taxes at all. Safeguards like
- 8:32Speaker 1: welfare and free medical care are in place to boost
- 8:35Speaker 1: Americans in need of short term assistance. These programs were
- 8:41Speaker 1: not meant to entice free loaders and scam artists from
- 8:44Speaker 1: around the world. Even worse, Americans have seen heinous crimes
- 8:48Speaker 1: committed by individuals who are here illegally. This was dirty.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Harry Reid back in nineteen ninety. In the nineties, his
- 8:57Speaker 1: statements were to announce a bill he introduced back then.
- 9:01Speaker 1: It was titled the Immigration Stabilization Act. I bet. It
- 9:08Speaker 1: was not written by Harry Reid, although he thought it
- 9:12Speaker 1: was his about his thoughts overall, but he had to
- 9:16Speaker 1: get a lawyer who knows how to write things to
- 9:19Speaker 1: avoid frivolous legal challenges. It covered the whole gambit of
- 9:26Speaker 1: turning off trillions of dollars spent over the past twenty
- 9:29Speaker 1: eight years since Reagan. The one big mistake that Ronald
- 9:34Speaker 1: Reagan did he sold us out when it comes to
- 9:37Speaker 1: the border, and that was because he naively believed Democrats.
- 9:43Speaker 1: When he's allowed the illegals that were in the country,
- 9:49Speaker 1: he said, Okay, we'll give amnesty to these and then
- 9:54Speaker 1: that's it. Of course, the Democrats turned around and did
- 9:57Speaker 1: not uphold their end of the bargain, and that began
- 10:03Speaker 1: the full onslaught of illegal border crosses coming into our country.
- 10:09Speaker 1: And the basis of citizenship was clarified in the exercise
- 10:15Speaker 1: of its powers under Section five of the fourteenth Article
- 10:18Speaker 1: Amendment of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States,
- 10:21Speaker 1: the Congress has determined, and hereby declares that any person
- 10:25Speaker 1: born after the date of the enactment of this title
- 10:29Speaker 1: to a mother who was neither a citizen of the
- 10:32Speaker 1: United States nor admitted to the United States as lawful
- 10:36Speaker 1: permanent resident. Yes, my fellow Americans, I think heterosexual monk

- 13:51Speaker 1: Moron Edwards American Experience, a charter member of the emerging
- 13:56Speaker 1: new mainstream media. Oh, hold your head up, America, it's
- 14:12Speaker 1: time to end birthright citizenship in our republic. Before the break,
- 14:16Speaker 1: I was talking about that very subject, birthright citizenship and
- 14:22Speaker 1: the like, and how you dirty. Harry Reid, of all people,
- 14:27Speaker 1: back in nineteen ninety three, was very concerned about the
- 14:31Speaker 1: very problem that we are dealing with today, which was
- 14:34Speaker 1: foolishly to the level of retardation, was inculcated into law
- 14:41Speaker 1: by the Supreme Court with their silly opinion the majority
- 14:48Speaker 1: on the side of anchor babies birthright citizenship, which had
- 14:53Speaker 1: nothing to do with people that came to this country
- 14:56Speaker 1: illegally and drop their babies. The only thing it had
- 15:01Speaker 1: to do with were slaves who had babies in this
- 15:03Speaker 1: country that after slavery they were to be declared citizens
- 15:07Speaker 1: of this country. That was it. But of course, those
- 15:13Speaker 1: who today want to destroy our republic, and many who
- 15:16Speaker 1: have wanted to for some time, particularly on the Democrat
- 15:19Speaker 1: Party side, to change it into a communist hellhole, are
- 15:23Speaker 1: using this to do just that. To set up our
- 15:26Speaker 1: nation with so many chaotic hyena like humans that will
- 15:31Speaker 1: bring so many problems since to replace many Americans who
- 15:39Speaker 1: were beginning to wake up and become very concerned about
- 15:43Speaker 1: our republic. That's why Donald Trump was elected, because people said,
- 15:46Speaker 1: wait a minute, we're in big heap of trouble. We
- 15:50Speaker 1: need to change. We need someone who is not you know,
- 15:54Speaker 1: though he is around fellow billionaires and many of the politicians,
- 15:59Speaker 1: he he was around them, but he was not of them.
- 16:06Speaker 1: And that is why when he declared for the presidency,
- 16:09Speaker 1: they went to nutsville because they knew from comments he
- 16:12Speaker 1: had made famously, even on the Oprah Winfrey Show, many
- 16:18Speaker 1: of the things that he said line up with a
- 16:21Speaker 1: more conservative view and a more patriotic view. And thus
- 16:27Speaker 1: he became persona nograda. And here we are and to
- 16:34Speaker 1: circumvent the resurgence of the United States in a maga way,
- 16:40Speaker 1: in a patriotic way, the Democrats have depended more and
- 16:44Speaker 1: more on floods of illegals, floods of hyena type people
- 16:48Speaker 1: coming into this country that have no connection, no desire
- 16:51Speaker 1: to become Americans, but rather to become here, to be
- 16:56Speaker 1: the human equivalent of hyenas and cockroaches to bring about
- 16:59Speaker 1: disease and destruction, the two d's, And that's it. That's
- 17:04Speaker 1: why even Harry Reid back in the day, I mean,
- 17:09Speaker 1: he was no about no, he was no conservative by
- 17:12Speaker 1: any means. But this proves that even as a Democrat,
- 17:18Speaker 1: he did not hate the country. He wanted it to
- 17:22Speaker 1: remain the United States of America, but he wanted it
- 17:24Speaker 1: to remain the United States of America under Democrat Party rule.
- 17:27Speaker 1: But he was no anti American like many of the
- 17:31Speaker 1: Democrats of today. As I said before the break, he
- 17:36Speaker 1: spoke about the legal friction or fiction called anchor babies,
- 17:42Speaker 1: something that I myself have been very vocal about. And
- 17:49Speaker 1: states must fight legal fiction called anchor babies. States have
- 17:56Speaker 1: to be concerned more about maintaining our nation, our union,
- 18:04Speaker 1: then supporting illegal border crossers who don't give a rip
- 18:07Speaker 1: about even the people that actually support them. So Judge
- 18:15Speaker 1: Janine stated, illegally entering the United States is not a
- 18:21Speaker 1: right or to citizenship. She was on point when she
- 18:25Speaker 1: stated that. She also went on to say that I
- 18:29Speaker 1: draw but one conclusion back in the day when she
- 18:33Speaker 1: said that Barack Obama is intentionally using the immigration crisis
- 18:38Speaker 1: as an excuse to change the demographics and ultimately the
- 18:42Speaker 1: electorate of this nation. This has been an ongoing battle
- 18:46Speaker 1: for years. Back to Dirty Harry who's now deceased, was
- 18:52Speaker 1: one of the most crooked, corrupt gangsters to serve in Congress.
- 18:59Speaker 1: But yet the bill that he had written up to
- 19:04Speaker 1: stop anchor babies seventy six pages long, and you want
- 19:11Speaker 1: to talk about self deporting tens of millions of illegal
- 19:14Speaker 1: border crossers, not migrants or so called undocumented reads bill
- 19:22Speaker 1: would have made that happen and stopped the birthright citizenship
- 19:26Speaker 1: industry in its tracks back then, Now all Congress has
- 19:30Speaker 1: to do they're lazy backsides. Get up off of your
- 19:33Speaker 1: lazy fat backsides, okay, or lazy weak backsides, because most
- 19:38Speaker 1: of you look out of shape anyway, stand up and say,
- 19:41Speaker 1: you know what, Let's just go ahead and dust off
- 19:44Speaker 1: Dirty Harry Reid's bill and declare the law. Send it
- 19:50Speaker 1: over to Trump's desk. He will sign it bigley and
- 19:54Speaker 1: be done with it, easy pasy.
- 20:00Speaker 10: So um.
- 20:03Speaker 1: After dementia addled lifetime crook, malignant liar, and dumb as
- 20:10Speaker 1: a rock, fake President Uncle Joe Biden opened the border.
- 20:14Speaker 1: The problem became a national disaster, including national security, and
- 20:21Speaker 1: here we are today. Some say up to one hundred
- 20:26Speaker 1: million illegal border crossers and their offspring are plaguing our republic.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And I just heard during the news at the top
- 20:35Speaker 1: of the hour before the beginning of the broadcast, the
- 20:39Speaker 1: jay Who's had passed out thousands of whistles in Chicago
- 20:43Speaker 1: to alert illegals. And guess who's heading all this up?
- 20:49Speaker 1: Not the illegals. It is stupid, ignorant, and doctrinated, retarded Americans,
- 20:57Speaker 1: people that were born in this republic, who are helping
- 21:01Speaker 1: illegals avoid being deported, and they don't care if they
- 21:09Speaker 1: are heard in the process. Americans are so twisted in
- 21:14Speaker 1: their thinking that they would rather be raped by an
- 21:17Speaker 1: illegal border crosser, murdered by an illegal boader crosser, trafficked
- 21:22Speaker 1: by an illegal boarder crosser, even their children, than to
- 21:25Speaker 1: have these people rounded up and kicked out of the country.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Gee gee o, pets. Now, dirty Harry's bill is tailor
- 21:38Speaker 1: made for what we are dealing with today, or should be.
- 21:44Speaker 1: There could be a little fine tuning to get the
- 21:46Speaker 1: statutes up to speed. Very little fine tuning, by the way,
- 21:52Speaker 1: from the little that I've read of the bill. At
- 21:55Speaker 1: the time it had a grand total of three co sponsors,
- 22:00Speaker 1: Republicans and one Democrat. Sad stuff the simple bill. There
- 22:09Speaker 1: was another simple bill, California's Proposition one eighty seven, which
- 22:15Speaker 1: if you look at the details of it, is a
- 22:17Speaker 1: bit more explicit. And section five oh three of Reed's
- 22:22Speaker 1: bill must be replaced with section five, six and seven
- 22:27Speaker 1: of another bill that was written. But the work, for
- 22:31Speaker 1: the most part is done. See John Thune. Has to
- 22:36Speaker 1: get over his punk. You know, child child is hatred
- 22:41Speaker 1: of Donald Trump. He has to grow up and understand
- 22:48Speaker 1: that the country is more important than his egotistical hatred
- 22:52Speaker 1: of President Trump and and maga folks. He has to
- 22:58Speaker 1: be made to understand or care about the fact that
- 23:02Speaker 1: the old school Republican way of doing things just being
- 23:06Speaker 1: controlled opposition isn't going to cut it anymore. The Democrat
- 23:13Speaker 1: Party Communist Party of today has to be fully opposed.
- 23:20Speaker 1: The compromising nature of the old Republican Party is of
- 23:23Speaker 1: no use if it is if this Republic is to
- 23:27Speaker 1: be saved from destruction, if there is not a strong
- 23:32Speaker 1: opposition to evil, evil wins. In this case, the Democrats,
- 23:37Speaker 1: the Democrats socialists who are marrying themselves to the Islamists.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Those two entities are sworn enemies of this country. That
- 23:50Speaker 1: is the case. And the Republicans can no longer run
- 23:55Speaker 1: around here scratching their backsides, sitting on their brains, you know,
- 24:00Speaker 1: pretending to be an opposition of the evil. Well, at
- 24:02Speaker 1: the same time, there's there's just nothing more than controlled opposition,
- 24:06Speaker 1: idiots putting our nation in harm's way due to capitulation
- 24:14Speaker 1: and compromise. Compromising with evil only brings about destruction. Evil
- 24:21Speaker 1: does not compromise from its stands. I'm Ron Edwards. We'll
- 24:26Speaker 1: be back after this.
- 24:28Speaker 10: The new mainstream media wrong.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Protecting your liberties.
- 24:54Speaker 2: You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
- 25:01Speaker 11: News this hour at town Hall. I'm Bob Agnew at Washington.
- 25:04Speaker 11: A former Olympic canoe racer pleading not guilty today to
- 25:08Speaker 11: deliberately damaging the recently renovated Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool. Normizen
- 25:14Speaker 11: is representing the suspect, David Hearn, and he says he
- 25:16Speaker 11: pleaded not guilty because he is not guilty.
- 25:19Speaker 12: This is a case that should never have been brought.
- 25:23Speaker 12: Davy Hearn is innocent, and we are going to fight
- 25:26Speaker 12: this case and entrust the justice system to do the
- 25:30Speaker 12: right day.
- 25:30Speaker 11: The sixty seven year old David Hearn formerly competed in
- 25:34Speaker 11: three Summer Olympics as part of the canoeing team. He
- 25:37Speaker 11: is now of Bethesda, Maryland, and died of last week
- 25:39Speaker 11: on a single felony count and could face time behind
- 25:42Speaker 11: bars if convicted. A federal climate research office now being
- 25:46Speaker 11: revived with new leadership in place. Here's corespond of Willie Nelson.
- 25:49Speaker 13: The Trump administration has reconstituted the US Global Change Research Program,
- 25:53Speaker 13: the office responsible for producing the National Climate Assessment. The
- 25:56Speaker 13: White House says the effort is aimed at ensuring the

- 26:17Speaker 14: We've taken about one hundred and fifty years of paint
- 26:21Speaker 14: off of the columns and redid them.
- 26:25Speaker 1: They were in very bad shape.
- 26:27Speaker 14: You know when you have one hundred and fifty coats
- 26:28Speaker 14: of paint on something it's not good.
- 26:30Speaker 1: It's supposed to do what they call strip it.
- 26:32Speaker 14: I don't use a word like that too easily. I
- 26:35Speaker 14: will tell you in construction, if you don't strip the
- 26:38Speaker 14: paint off against worse and worse and worse, and it
- 26:40Speaker 14: was looking bad.

- 26:59Speaker 2: Hey, I'm not I want to say I told you so,
- 27:01Speaker 2: But do you remember last year when I told you
- 27:04Speaker 2: that Pure Talk was hands down the best wireless company
- 27:07Speaker 2: that I'd ever used. Well, some of you were skeptical,
- 27:11Speaker 2: But Consumer Reports just asked one hundred and twenty thousand
- 27:15Speaker 2: people to rate every wireless company in America, including the
- 27:20Speaker 2: big boys. Well guess which company was the only company
- 27:25Speaker 2: to get five stars in every category? Yeah, Pure Talk Coverage, support, value,
- 27:32Speaker 2: data five stars across the board. No service contracts, no
- 27:37Speaker 2: cancelation fees, just great US customer service on a crazy
- 27:40Speaker 2: fast five G network for a fraction of what you've
- 27:43Speaker 2: been paying. I'm not going to say I told you so,
- 27:46Speaker 2: but I will encourage you one more time to dial
- 27:49Speaker 2: pound two five zero, say micro and switch to a
- 27:53Speaker 2: five star American wireless company that won't let you down.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Pure talk. Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Barrett have wilfully
- 28:03Speaker 1: placed the sovereignty of our beloved Republic into the rotten
- 28:06Speaker 1: hands of those seeking to literally eradicate our exceptional nation
- 28:10Speaker 1: way of life via birthright citizenship. Hello Lime or Ron
- 28:14Speaker 1: Edwards on today's face from the EVERGS notebook, The Save
- 28:16Speaker 1: America Act must be passed into law now or before long,
- 28:20Speaker 1: it won't be America anymore. Throughout history goes fighting against
- 28:23Speaker 1: those hell bent on the literal destruction of society, liberty,
- 28:28Speaker 1: unailable rights, freedom of speech, and freedom to worship the
- 28:31Speaker 1: God of Abraham. Isaac and Jacob have fought hard and
- 28:34Speaker 1: secured victory. As we the people face the latest up
- 28:38Speaker 1: in your grilled blow, we must fight evermore to defeat
- 28:42Speaker 1: those modern day traders and enemies of God, country, and family.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Senator John Thune, along with Justice Roberts, Governor Mike Dwine,
- 28:50Speaker 1: and the host of other traders must not be allowed
- 28:53Speaker 1: to have the final say and decision on this matter.
- 28:56Speaker 1: The Save America Act, if enacted, will circum that most
- 29:00Speaker 1: of the fully intended harmful impacts on our republic is
- 29:03Speaker 1: the Supreme Court granting permission to our enemies to overrun
- 29:07Speaker 1: and ruin the United States via birthright citizenship that was
- 29:10Speaker 1: only intended for former slaves. A major setback, yes, but
- 29:15Speaker 1: I believe at times when it seems to be most
- 29:18Speaker 1: dark and hopeless, victory over such evil is just around
- 29:22Speaker 1: the corner. God bless you, God bless America, and may
- 29:25Speaker 1: America bless God. I'm Ron Edwards.

- 30:06Speaker 5: Ron Edwards the new voice of America.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Hey we're back, welcome back. This is the rondoverge American experience.
- 30:19Speaker 1: And yeah, you know the First Amendment grants us. You know,
- 30:25Speaker 1: we have free speech right. We have the right to
- 30:28Speaker 1: say what we want to say. We have the right
- 30:31Speaker 1: to make choices too. You know that God Almighty gave
- 30:34Speaker 1: us the choice to choose Him or choose Satan. Adam
- 30:40Speaker 1: and Eve had the choice. He told him not to
- 30:44Speaker 1: get involved with Satan, not to take from the tree
- 30:48Speaker 1: of good and evil. But they did. They chose to. Well,
- 30:54Speaker 1: in America, we are granted our God given right free speech. Now,
- 31:02Speaker 1: just because I have free speech. For example, that doesn't
- 31:06Speaker 1: mean that you have to listen to me. I hope
- 31:09Speaker 1: you do. I think you'll benefit. But if you don't,
- 31:13Speaker 1: that's your choice. Right. So that means that if I
- 31:17Speaker 1: speak and I'm saying something you don't want to hear,
- 31:20Speaker 1: that doesn't mean you have the right to shut me down.
- 31:23Speaker 1: That doesn't mean you have the right to call up
- 31:25Speaker 1: a fat, out of shape police officer to shut me down. However,
- 31:32Speaker 1: in America today, that is what's going on. The radical
- 31:35Speaker 1: lefts war on Christianity and the First Amendment has officially
- 31:39Speaker 1: reached a terrifying new flashpoint in of all places, and
- 31:45Speaker 1: of all places, the great state of Texas. Almost hurts
- 31:51Speaker 1: me to say that Texas. I'd expect that in New
- 31:55Speaker 1: York State, Illinois, California, Oregon, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island. You know,
- 32:04Speaker 1: all the leftist places now. The encounter, which was first
- 32:08Speaker 1: reported by investigative reporter Sarah Fields, has sparked a renewed
- 32:12Speaker 1: debate over the First Amendment and whether law enforcement can
- 32:16Speaker 1: lawfully punish constitutionally protected speech simply because another person finds
- 32:21Speaker 1: it offensive. According to a recent video taken from around
- 32:27Speaker 1: June twenty seventh, at the there was Trinity Pride Fest,
- 32:34Speaker 1: I like to say, a Trinity Unhealthy lifestyle pride fest
- 32:40Speaker 1: in downtown Fort Worth. Christian street preachers David Grisham and
- 32:45Speaker 1: a retired police officer and Richard Pinkowski were preaching on
- 32:50Speaker 1: public property when they were suddenly approached by officers. Police
- 32:56Speaker 1: has set up barricade restricting access to public streets and
- 33:00Speaker 1: walks around the event. Officers moved the preachers farther and
- 33:04Speaker 1: farther away and issued warnings, we don't want those homos
- 33:08Speaker 1: to hear it your preaching upsets the unnatural sexual practitioners. HM.
- 33:16Speaker 1: The female officer, yes, very overweight, told the group quote,
- 33:22Speaker 1: if someone is offended by your talking, then we have
- 33:25Speaker 1: a problem, and added if they are offended by your speech, okay,
- 33:30Speaker 1: I will write you a ticket unquote. When challenged further,
- 33:35Speaker 1: she added that the citation would be for disorderly conduct.
- 33:39Speaker 1: The preachers repeatedly argued that offensive speech is protected by
- 33:43Speaker 1: the First Amendment and cannot be criminalized merely because someone
- 33:47Speaker 1: claims to be offended. Street preachers Richard Pinkowski and David
- 33:53Speaker 1: Grisham were subjected to multiple violations of their First Amendment
- 33:57Speaker 1: rights while attempting to simply preach on public property. Upon arrival,
- 34:02Speaker 1: they were immediately met by Fort Worth police officers, who
- 34:05Speaker 1: blocked their access to the public street and sidewalk, threatening
- 34:10Speaker 1: them both with arrest for trespassing if they entered the area.
- 34:14Speaker 1: When Grisham reminded officers that he had previously sued the
- 34:17Speaker 1: City of Fort Worth in twenty fourteen over this exact issue,
- 34:21Speaker 1: a lawsuit that resulted in a settlement and an official
- 34:26Speaker 1: apology from the city, the officer dismissed the prior case,
- 34:30Speaker 1: stating I don't care. You can file whatever lawsuit you want,
- 34:36Speaker 1: because I also don't like what you're saying. I'll lock
- 34:39Speaker 1: you up if you don't shut up. Well, I added
- 34:43Speaker 1: that little bit, but that's basically the attitude that she's
- 34:45Speaker 1: showing here in this video. After being forced outside of
- 34:48Speaker 1: the barricades, the confrontation escalated as multiple officers allegedly threatened
- 34:53Speaker 1: to cite the men based on the subjective yeah the
- 34:59Speaker 1: operative w or their subjective reactions of the attendees. A
- 35:04Speaker 1: female officer stated they would be cited if they said
- 35:07Speaker 1: anything anything offensive. When Pinkoski responded that offensive speech is
- 35:15Speaker 1: protected under the Constitution and is not a crime, the
- 35:18Speaker 1: officer claimed it fell under disorderly conduct, stating, well, yes,
- 35:22Speaker 1: that is the conduct. Another officer confirmed that citations would
- 35:28Speaker 1: be based solely on whether officers others rather were offended.
- 35:33Speaker 1: When Penkoski asked whether calling a biological mail a male
- 35:38Speaker 1: will result in a citation if someone took offense, the
- 35:42Speaker 1: officer responded that if he continued doing so and someone
- 35:46Speaker 1: founded offensive, he would be cited. Pinkoski also pointed out
- 35:51Speaker 1: that he was deeply offended by half naked men walking
- 35:55Speaker 1: around children at the event, but the officer dismissed that complaint,
- 35:59Speaker 1: respond there's really not much I can do about that. Well,
- 36:04Speaker 1: selective offense. Huh. During the encounter, Pinkowski pulled up and
- 36:10Speaker 1: directly showed an officer established US Supreme Court precedent confirming
- 36:17Speaker 1: that the government cannot prohibit citizens from accessing traditional public
- 36:22Speaker 1: forums such as streets and sidewalks, simply because a private
- 36:27Speaker 1: group holds a permit. Although the officer did acknowledge the
- 36:31Speaker 1: information by responding, h he continued enforcing the restriction. This
- 36:37Speaker 1: be you know, this is just crazy stuff. As officers
- 36:42Speaker 1: repeatedly pushed the preachers further and further away from the event,
- 36:46Speaker 1: David Grisham was ultimately issued a citation for unreasonable noise WOW.
- 36:52Speaker 1: When he was asked to explain what constituted unreasonable noise
- 36:58Speaker 1: under the circumstances, officers were unable to provide a clear
- 37:02Speaker 1: a definition, vaguely suggesting it could involve sticking a megaphone
- 37:09Speaker 1: in someone's ear, which Binkoski states did not occur and
- 37:14Speaker 1: was physically impossible since they had pushed so far away
- 37:17Speaker 1: from the event anyway, as the megaphone was held at
- 37:21Speaker 1: waste level as well, or simply offending people with the truth.
- 37:27Speaker 1: When the officers were asked how they justified suppressing the
- 37:30Speaker 1: constitutional rights of Christians and veterans who fought for the country,
- 37:35Speaker 1: they offered no meaningful objection or objective explanation whatsoever. As
- 37:42Speaker 1: a veteran who was willing to die for defending American liberties,
- 37:46Speaker 1: Binkoski said that he found it deeply alarming that a
- 37:49Speaker 1: Christian preacher in modern America could be threatened with arrest
- 37:53Speaker 1: and cited while standing on public property simply because his
- 37:58Speaker 1: message offended those listening, when all they had to do
- 38:02Speaker 1: was not listen in the first dog one place. I
- 38:07Speaker 1: hope that these preachers find a really good, feisty lawyer
- 38:14Speaker 1: and sue the pants of the city. Sooe the pants
- 38:18Speaker 1: are since the officer didn't mind, you know, the freaks
- 38:23Speaker 1: walking around with their pants down around children and said
- 38:25Speaker 1: they couldn't do anything about that. That wasn't offensive enough
- 38:29Speaker 1: for them for the officers to do anything about. But
- 38:33Speaker 1: all you have to do is read from the Bible,
- 38:35Speaker 1: and that's super offensive. This has to be challenged, This
- 38:40Speaker 1: has to be fought. Crazy work a Fort Worth Police
- 38:46Speaker 1: Department spokesman provided the Christian Post with the following statements.
- 38:51Speaker 1: The Fort Worth Police Department is committed to protecting the
- 38:54Speaker 1: constitutional rights of all individuals, including the right of free
- 38:57Speaker 1: speech and peaceful assembly, while also ensuring public safety and
- 39:01Speaker 1: enforcing applicable laws and ordinances. We are aware of a
- 39:05Speaker 1: video and allegations circulating on social media. We will need
- 39:10Speaker 1: some time to look into this and will provide additional
- 39:13Speaker 1: information once our review is complete. So what are they
- 39:16Speaker 1: going to do? Stretch it out till Christmas? I mean,
- 39:22Speaker 1: even a retard can look at it and figure this out.
- 39:25Speaker 1: This is just dirty work here, man, This is crazy stuff.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Man in the United States of America. Sounds like a
- 39:35Speaker 1: great Britain. I'm sorry, Britain, It's no longer great there.
- 39:41Speaker 1: But these are the kinds of things. This is why
- 39:43Speaker 1: I always say we have to be willing to fight,
- 39:49Speaker 1: and the longer we wait to fight, the more difficult
- 39:51Speaker 1: the fight will be. Because if we sit around and
- 39:55Speaker 1: don't fight, don't care, sit on our samsonite waiting for
- 39:58Speaker 1: the rapture whatever. Guess what. The other side is more emboldened,
- 40:02Speaker 1: more entrench and they're strengthened by the habit of those
- 40:09Speaker 1: that oppose their evil of not fighting because our side
- 40:14Speaker 1: has been so often aligned with wimpess AMERICANUS apologeticals not
- 40:22Speaker 1: willing to fight for anything. Just sit and wait, Just
- 40:26Speaker 1: sit and wait for Jesus to come get us. And
- 40:29Speaker 1: Jesus didn't tell us to do that. I'm Ron Edwards.

- 44:50Speaker 1: Eve run over his American Experience, and we thank you
- 45:39Speaker 1: all for being with us to stay. I am run
- 45:40Speaker 1: Edward your radio refreshment. And you know, before the break,
- 45:45Speaker 1: I was talking about the lack of liberty when it
- 45:48Speaker 1: comes to a free speech in our country, increasingly even
- 45:52Speaker 1: in the great State of Texas, where preachers are being
- 45:54Speaker 1: persecuted or telling the truth out of the Bible. Well,
- 45:59Speaker 1: it's not only happen here in the United States of America.
- 46:02Speaker 1: And by the way, I thank all of you from
- 46:04Speaker 1: throughout America for checking out the broadcast, whether it's live
- 46:08Speaker 1: here or later via podcast on iHeartRadio, Spotify, talk stream,
- 46:14Speaker 1: live spreaker, spreaker, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. But
- 46:17Speaker 1: also our friends throughout Europe and around the world, whether
- 46:21Speaker 1: you're in Russia, Germany, Istanbul, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Can't name them all, but you know this freedom of
- 46:33Speaker 1: speech is under attack in places like Britain. Around the
- 46:39Speaker 1: country of Britain, the Christian message is being increasingly silenced
- 46:43Speaker 1: in public spaces. Now, why am I hitting on the
- 46:46Speaker 1: attack on Christian speech in our country and around the
- 46:49Speaker 1: world today? People might be wondering, oh, man, he's talking
- 46:53Speaker 1: about that again. Well, because, as Martin Luther King stated
- 46:57Speaker 1: a long time ago, in justice anywhere to do injustice everywhere.
- 47:02Speaker 1: And if you don't care about whether it's a Christian
- 47:05Speaker 1: preacher who's doing no harm but just speaking what he
- 47:09Speaker 1: believes God wants him to speak or her to speak.
- 47:13Speaker 1: And trust me, if they take their right of speech away,
- 47:18Speaker 1: don't think the leftists will just stop there. But in Colchester,
- 47:22Speaker 1: England has taken on new form of attacking free speech,
- 47:27Speaker 1: seeking to stop even evangelists from mentioning judgment and hell.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Bread of Life Community Church in Colchester, England has been
- 47:38Speaker 1: issued a community protection notice that could criminalize its pastor
- 47:44Speaker 1: and members for preaching in the city center. Now, Christian
- 47:49Speaker 1: Concern and the Christian Legal Center are back in the
- 47:52Speaker 1: church as it challenges the legality of that notice, and
- 47:56Speaker 1: the church has sent out a petition. So far they
- 48:00Speaker 1: have twenty and forty five and they have a goal
- 48:03Speaker 1: of fifty thousand. I can't legally sign it. My signature
- 48:06Speaker 1: wouldn't mean a hill of beans. But folks, I know
- 48:11Speaker 1: you listen be a podcast later in England and again
- 48:15Speaker 1: I thank you. You might want to take this up
- 48:18Speaker 1: and join your fellow Englanders in fighting this violation of
- 48:25Speaker 1: your right of free speech and the right to spread
- 48:29Speaker 1: the gospel. Remember, injustice anywhere will lead to injustice everywhere. Well,
- 48:37Speaker 1: Jasmine Crazy Crockett and Ontella Rico, when in primary she
- 48:43Speaker 1: says she lost because it was racist, it was a
- 48:46Speaker 1: racist race. Now I find this rich because she, like
- 48:51Speaker 1: many leftist blacks, if they lose, if they lost a
- 48:56Speaker 1: game of marbles, they would run around and say the
- 48:58Speaker 1: marbles were racist because they didn't end up knocking the
- 49:03Speaker 1: you know, on target for them. They would say the
- 49:06Speaker 1: marbles played tricks on them so that the other person
- 49:09Speaker 1: could win. Radical leftist, extreme leftist Jasmine Crockett said that
- 49:14Speaker 1: race played a major role in her Democrat primary loss
- 49:17Speaker 1: to Texas Democrat senator candidate James Tula Rico. Crockett argued
- 49:23Speaker 1: that racism, not politics, was the deciding factor in her
- 49:27Speaker 1: Democrat primary loss. To James tell Rico, she said, the
- 49:31Speaker 1: reality is there was not a lot of racist not
- 49:36Speaker 1: a lot. It was racist. It was racist. It was
- 49:39Speaker 1: a racist race. It is what it is. Then she says, right,
- 49:45Speaker 1: but we live in America as y'all are celebrating two
- 49:48Speaker 1: hundred and fifty. Okay, we know what this country is,
- 49:52Speaker 1: said Crockett. Crockett rejected criticism that she should have spent
- 49:57Speaker 1: more time campaigning alongside Tula Rico. Instead, she said her
- 50:02Speaker 1: strategy was to help down ballot candidates, pointing to five
- 50:06Speaker 1: black men she endorsed in Texas racist who all advanced
- 50:10Speaker 1: in the November election. So if those five black men advanced,
- 50:15Speaker 1: how is it allsold racist in Texas? Maybe, Jasmine mids Crockett,
- 50:25Speaker 1: maybe you are a kucker bird who needs to be
- 50:30Speaker 1: gone and tell Rico he's going to get smeared in
- 50:34Speaker 1: the general election anyway, so it's good. It's a good
- 50:37Speaker 1: two fer. He's going to lose. You're out, case closed,
- 50:43Speaker 1: and then once you're out, I guess you'll go into
- 50:47Speaker 1: the dancing profession. She dances better than she legislated. Remember
- 50:51Speaker 1: when she did her little dance down congressional hallways. She
- 50:56Speaker 1: dances a whole lot better than then being a legislator.
- 51:02Speaker 1: That is their calling. Dancing around. You know, Iran continues
- 51:09Speaker 1: to start trouble. They expanded their terrorist to bombings, and
- 51:14Speaker 1: now they're going to be bombing. They threatened Jordan and
- 51:18Speaker 1: cutter Qatar, and I'm of the opinion that the Trump
- 51:27Speaker 1: administration needs to just really put a hurting on them.
- 51:33Speaker 1: One thing about the Muslims. If you beat them to
- 51:36Speaker 1: the point where they say uncle, Uncle, uncle, and they
- 51:41Speaker 1: really stop, that means that they know and they realize
- 51:44Speaker 1: that at that time they don't have a chance to win.
- 51:48Speaker 1: And that's the only way you stop Muslims without totally
- 51:53Speaker 1: wiping them out. Muslims like to eat and drink water,
- 51:58Speaker 1: and they like to turn the light on, just like
- 52:00Speaker 1: the rest of us. So what they need to do
- 52:03Speaker 1: is turn out the lights, cut off the water supply,
- 52:08Speaker 1: blow up the bridges. Put them in such a way.
- 52:13Speaker 1: And even when they say, oh, we'll seriously sign a
- 52:18Speaker 1: piece deal, we know that they're only going according to
- 52:22Speaker 1: the word in the Koran, that they will surrender and
- 52:26Speaker 1: they'll pretend to want peace until they figure out that
- 52:29Speaker 1: they're in a strong position again to start all over again.
- 52:32Speaker 1: With their terrorism and their wicked efforts to take over
- 52:37Speaker 1: the world, which also is in the Quran. So it
- 52:41Speaker 1: is what it is. Their butts need to be kicked
- 52:44Speaker 1: to the point where they cannot kick back, that's the
- 52:48Speaker 1: only way. Or or hit them with military hardware that
- 52:56Speaker 1: is so strong that they don't survive that they're just gone,
- 53:03Speaker 1: you know. I mean, like apartment to building owners when
- 53:08Speaker 1: they have nasty tenants and they move out and there's
- 53:10Speaker 1: roaches all over the place, they throw these bombs in
- 53:12Speaker 1: there and all the roaches die and everything like that. Hey,
- 53:18Speaker 1: sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. But
- 53:20Speaker 1: we cannot sacrifice the rest of the world just to
- 53:24Speaker 1: make peace with those whose goal is to wipe the
- 53:27Speaker 1: rest of us out. It doesn't make sense. It's as
- 53:31Speaker 1: dumb as Republicans compromising with Democrats here in America. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Strength.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Showing strength and power against evil is the right thing
- 53:42Speaker 1: to do when it comes to society overall. It is correct.
- 53:50Speaker 1: It is biblical to show strength and power because governments
- 53:55Speaker 1: are obligated. This government in this country anyway, it is
- 53:57Speaker 1: obligated to protect we the people this country. Anyway. Thank
- 54:04Speaker 1: you so much for joining me this day. Now that
- 54:06Speaker 1: I see that my time is up, I do thank
- 54:08Speaker 1: you for your time and as they always burg you,
- 54:11Speaker 1: at this time, remember to pray for your nation, Pray
- 54:13Speaker 1: for your family, Pray for your friends and even your
- 54:16Speaker 1: enemies that they get to right before it's much too late.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah, please please pray for them.
- 54:23Speaker 1: But we all face judgment one day. Don't forget to
- 54:26Speaker 1: treat others the same way you want to be treated
- 54:29Speaker 1: Until next time. I'm Ron Edwards Excelsior. It would be
- 54:45Speaker 1: that's all, folks. Tags that stage rights
