Three teenagers, including 18-year-old driver Huzayfah Makharesh, lost their lives in a devastating crash on the Belt Parkway Tuesday night. Makharesh, focused on college apps for Brooklyn College, was driving four friends home when his SUV lost control after a sudden stop, rear-ended by a Honda HR-V, flipped over, and crashed into the guardrail — none of the victims were wearing seatbelts.
