- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello gorgeous it's lala kent welcome to untraditionally lala.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Welcome back hello gorgeous we're here with untraditionally lala what
- 0:11Speaker 2: makes lala untraditional her family and the dynamic welcome mom
- 0:18Speaker 2: hi how are you we're good how are you i'm happy.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Good hi tt hi um People were asking after last
- 0:29Speaker 1: week's episode what my spiral was.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Now mom's looking down.
- 0:34Speaker 4: I was making sure I didn't have Himalayan salt on
- 0:36Speaker 4: my shirt.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Mom, what was my spiral about? I'd love to get
- 0:44Speaker 1: your take on it.
- 0:44Speaker 4: I think you were stressed that Easton was going to
- 0:47Speaker 4: find his person and you'd be in the dust.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Okay. Eason finding his person doesn't mean I'm being left
- 0:55Speaker 1: in the dust.
- 0:56Speaker 5: It was a combination of shit, okay?
- 1:00Speaker 1: Eason had told me the night before, hey, Dubai and
- 1:05Speaker 1: I would like to go to the Glen tomorrow to
- 1:08Speaker 1: have breakfast with you guys.
- 1:09Speaker 5: And I was like, excellent. And as a Virgo, I
- 1:12Speaker 5: take that shit seriously.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Then I wake up and I'm getting my kids ready
- 1:15Speaker 1: to go to the Glen and... Easton's still snoozing away
- 1:20Speaker 1: and says, we're not.
- 1:23Speaker 5: Going to go. And I was like annoyed by it.
- 1:24Speaker 1: I'm like, well, I didn't need to be getting ready
- 1:26Speaker 1: to go to the Glen today right now either. Also,
- 1:29Speaker 1: it was a combination of multiple things. I was like, okay, this,
- 1:37Speaker 1: and don't get offended by this.
- 1:38Speaker 3: I'm not offended at all.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Okay. This is a random person. This is the second
- 1:44Speaker 1: random girl Easton has brought into my home.
- 1:47Speaker 3: With many more to come.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Random in respect of we don't know her that well.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Yes, that's what random means. That's what random means. Mom, random.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Random seems really harsh to me. Random.
- 1:59Speaker 3: It is harsh.
- 2:00Speaker 5: She's a random woman.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Okay. It's not to say that she wasn't lovely, but
- 2:05Speaker 1: we don't know this girl.
- 2:07Speaker 4: You could say a random, a lovely random girl.
- 2:10Speaker 5: A lovely random girl.
- 2:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:12Speaker 5: Okay, that's fine.
- 2:13Speaker 4: All right.
- 2:13Speaker 5: And I'm telling my mom this. I'm like, she's random.
- 2:17Speaker 5: Do you understand?
- 2:18Speaker 1: Like, I haven't even brought a person back to this
- 2:22Speaker 1: house yet. And Easton, this is the second rando he's
- 2:27Speaker 1: brought back. And my mom's like, well, you know, I
- 2:30Speaker 1: think the difference is, Lauren, is, you know, men are more.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Apt to be mass murderers and women aren't. And I'm like,
- 2:39Speaker 5: the fuck?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Lisa, good day.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I understand, but like. It's still a person who we
- 2:47Speaker 1: don't know who is coming to a place where my
- 2:49Speaker 1: children lay their heads down and that I was spiraling on.
- 2:53Speaker 1: And then I was like, also, this is my dog.
- 2:56Speaker 1: This is my boy. He very well could find his
- 2:58Speaker 1: person who lives in Dubai. What does this mean for
- 3:01Speaker 1: me and my family? And no, Easton, this is very
- 3:07Speaker 1: important for me to say because I was talking to
- 3:10Speaker 1: a friend about my spiral and she legitimately asked me,
- 3:14Speaker 1: do you not want Easton to find his person? It
- 3:16Speaker 1: wasn't like, do you not want Easton to find his person?
- 3:19Speaker 1: She was genuinely asking me this. And I said, of
- 3:22Speaker 1: course I do. Easton deserves to find his person. Easton
- 3:26Speaker 1: deserves to move in with a chick, have his love story,
- 3:31Speaker 1: have children that are actually his. I want that for him.
- 3:35Speaker 1: At the same time, that will be quite an adjustment
- 3:37Speaker 1: for me.
- 3:38Speaker 3: It'll be quite an adjustment for all of us. Of course.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Because that's, I won't, I told you, Even me, like
- 3:44Speaker 7: I'm very, I love my family. I told you guys
- 3:48Speaker 7: that I feel off when I don't come in in
- 3:50Speaker 7: the morning and see you guys. I feel off when
- 3:52Speaker 7: we don't have our movie night. Or as you guys see,
- 3:55Speaker 7: when I go back and play video games, how often
- 3:57Speaker 7: do I come into the house for no reason? Just
- 3:59Speaker 7: to make sure everyone's there. Yeah, no, I love my family.
- 4:03Speaker 7: And I will say having her there, it was a
- 4:05Speaker 7: big adjustment. And that's where I really don't think I'm
- 4:07Speaker 7: ready for a relationship for everybody at wondering as well.
- 4:09Speaker 7: We're on like a little, not talking right now, feeling
- 4:13Speaker 7: my emotions. And I just like, it's weird. Like you
- 4:19Speaker 7: doing all of that. I was like, I kind of like,
- 4:21Speaker 7: I need my family. And that's where I'm like, no,
- 4:24Speaker 7: I'm not ready for a relationship because I'm still skittish
- 4:27Speaker 7: on this little sobriety road. And with what I have,
- 4:30Speaker 7: I feel very confident in staying sober. So I, for me,
- 4:34Speaker 7: it's going to be a huge adjustment. And it's going
- 4:37Speaker 7: to be a special person that is going to have
- 4:39Speaker 7: to take like to be put in there, you know?
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:42Speaker 1: But by the way, I thought she was wonderful.
- 4:44Speaker 3: She was amazing. It's just geographically fucked.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Geographically, yes. But considering that she lives, you know, 17
- 4:52Speaker 1: and a half hours away, you guys have seen each
- 4:55Speaker 1: other a lot.
- 4:56Speaker 5: Like you could very well make that work.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Yes. And can I be honest?
- 5:01Speaker 7: Another thing that really scares me is if, she were
- 5:05Speaker 7: to uproot her life and come here and say, we
- 5:08Speaker 7: try to make it work. The pressure that that would
- 5:11Speaker 7: put me under, if it not working and just looking
- 5:15Speaker 7: at her and being like, you uprooted your whole life
- 5:18Speaker 7: to come here.
- 5:19Speaker 3: And now I'm feeling a certain way. And then that's
- 5:21Speaker 3: where I am a pushover.
- 5:23Speaker 7: And I would just do it because I would feel
- 5:25Speaker 7: so bad for that person that I would be unhappy
- 5:28Speaker 7: for them.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:29Speaker 7: So that's where I'm like, I need to figure out
- 5:32Speaker 7: who I am, what I want.
- 5:33Speaker 3: And, Somebody who can fit in this little family.
- 5:36Speaker 1: By the way, Eason, when you find somebody, when I
- 5:39Speaker 1: find somebody, it's inevitable the dynamic is going to shift. Like,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you're not going to want to live in that back house,
- 5:45Speaker 1: and she's not going to want to do that. And
- 5:47Speaker 1: I'm certainly not going to, you know, want my mother
- 5:51Speaker 1: to live, like, in the same household downstairs. Like, there's
- 5:55Speaker 1: going to have to be a shift. I'm not saying
- 5:58Speaker 1: a ginormous shift where everybody... goes into their own lives.
- 6:01Speaker 1: But yes, it was funky for me having someone who
- 6:05Speaker 1: I didn't really know at the house. Like I felt
- 6:08Speaker 1: a little uncomfortable laying by the pool. That doesn't mean
- 6:11Speaker 1: that I didn't like her.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I thought she was amazing. No, it's just a different,
- 6:15Speaker 3: it feels like you're at a public pool now.
- 6:17Speaker 5: It was just a different energy.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I was like, okay, there's another person that's sleeping here
- 6:22Speaker 1: and waking up here that It's lovely, but I don't
- 6:25Speaker 1: know her.
- 6:26Speaker 3: And I got nervous. Well, yes.
- 6:28Speaker 7: And I will say we're a very open family and
- 6:30Speaker 7: we just talk about anything and everything. And sometimes we
- 6:33Speaker 7: have to make sure the people we're talking around are
- 6:36Speaker 7: safe people as well. And she at the time is
- 6:40Speaker 7: a lovely random girl. We don't know what if she
- 6:42Speaker 7: was going to sell us. You know, there's just you
- 6:44Speaker 7: feel a certain way.
- 6:46Speaker 3: And you were, yeah. And I, just to let you know,
- 6:48Speaker 3: I was feeling certain ways too.
- 6:49Speaker 5: And it was just, but.
- 6:51Speaker 7: Not because she would do, just like, it's a new person.
- 6:53Speaker 3: You never know.
- 6:54Speaker 1: It's very important that you know I want those things
- 6:56Speaker 1: for you though. This was just the first person that
- 6:58Speaker 1: you've talked to where I'm like, this could be something.
- 7:02Speaker 1: And the dynamic is going to shift. And quickly I
- 7:06Speaker 1: was thinking like, if he ends up like moving out
- 7:10Speaker 1: or something.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Like this phase is over.
- 7:13Speaker 1: That means time has passed and like it's going to
- 7:16Speaker 1: be different.
- 7:18Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:19Speaker 7: That's why if you don't change, you don't age. So
- 7:22Speaker 7: if we just continue to do this, time will never pass.
- 7:24Speaker 5: But I want that for you. I want you to
- 7:26Speaker 5: find someone.
- 7:26Speaker 7: Thank you so much. And just to be honest, like
- 7:28Speaker 7: there's never been a time where I'm like, my fucking
- 7:31Speaker 7: family doesn't want me to find anyone. Like, no, I
- 7:34Speaker 7: know my family wants like great things for me. And
- 7:37Speaker 7: that's what's like, that's the other thing. When you guys
- 7:39Speaker 7: are like talking to me about things, I'm not like,
- 7:42Speaker 7: they don't want anything for me. I'm like, okay, they're
- 7:44Speaker 7: seeing things that I'm not seeing because sometimes I'm like
- 7:47Speaker 7: in this little love bubble and it's like, I need
- 7:49Speaker 7: the 30,000 foot view.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:51Speaker 6: You don't need to tell me. I have been there
- 7:53Speaker 6: where I'm like, no, I'm marrying this guy. They're like,
- 7:54Speaker 6: you've met him once. And I'm like, nope, marrying him.
- 7:57Speaker 6: He's moving into the house. We're having babies. They're like,
- 8:00Speaker 6: you don't know him. I'm like, don't care.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Love him in love, in love.
- 8:03Speaker 3: And then we're in the car. So did I tell
- 8:05Speaker 3: you what a dickhead this guy is? Time was going
- 8:08Speaker 3: to tell us.
- 8:10Speaker 5: It certainly did.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I was like, wow.
- 8:13Speaker 4: You're both going to find your people.
- 8:14Speaker 3: No, we will. We will. But it will take us.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But that's going to be a shift, man.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I'm telling you.
- 8:21Speaker 1: After this situation, I realize I'm like, East is my
- 8:24Speaker 1: fucking road dog.
- 8:26Speaker 3: My homie. My homie. Best friend. Best friend. I'm not
- 8:30Speaker 3: kidding you. I'm... I'm in a rock and a hard
- 8:33Speaker 3: spot right now.
- 8:34Speaker 7: Because I kicked– I really am glad that I did this.
- 8:36Speaker 7: But when I was like 21, 22, I'd hang out
- 8:38Speaker 7: with like 50-year-old dudes. I'd go to drinks with them
- 8:42Speaker 7: after work and do things. And some of them were single.
- 8:45Speaker 7: Some of them were not.
- 8:46Speaker 3: And like I always held on.
- 8:48Speaker 7: John Farron, my good friend, he told me too and
- 8:51Speaker 7: I like hold on to it. He was like, get
- 8:53Speaker 7: married because life gets lonely.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And he was lonely.
- 8:57Speaker 7: And he was very lonely. But then I'm like, all right.
- 9:01Speaker 7: I'm in a pretty fun city. It's a lot of
- 9:04Speaker 7: old people going out and about. Maybe I don't have
- 9:07Speaker 7: to be lonely if I'm alone. There's a lot going
- 9:10Speaker 7: through my mind right now, guys.
- 9:12Speaker 4: You know what I like to say? It's easy to
- 9:15Speaker 4: be alone when you're not alone.
- 9:17Speaker 5: You want to know who said that to me?
- 9:18Speaker 3: Who?
- 9:19Speaker 5: Was my ex-fiance's mother.
- 9:21Speaker 4: That's a good one.
- 9:22Speaker 1: And that stuck with me. Yeah. Like I can't, when
- 9:26Speaker 1: I talk to my friends who are constantly looking for men.
- 9:31Speaker 5: And I'm like, I don't get it.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Just be by yourself and figure out what you want.
- 9:36Speaker 1: They're like, you will never understand because you go home
- 9:39Speaker 1: to a full house. When I don't have my child,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I go home and I am fully alone. And that
- 9:47Speaker 1: was very eye-opening. And I'm happy that they said that
- 9:50Speaker 1: because I do forget that my normal is completely different
- 9:54Speaker 1: from everybody else's. I'm not constantly, when people are like,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I just can't believe you haven't thought about dating. And
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'm like, it has rarely crossed my mind until you
- 10:02Speaker 1: just brought it up. And I feel like maybe I should,
- 10:05Speaker 1: maybe I'm weird.
- 10:06Speaker 7: No, our family is weird. We're like, no, we get
- 10:09Speaker 7: up in the I don't even know how we still talk.
- 10:14Speaker 7: And then all we do, it's not, so are you
- 10:16Speaker 7: going to go on a date tonight?
- 10:17Speaker 3: It's, we're all in the house for Game of Thrones tonight, right?
- 10:21Speaker 3: I have plans. You're canceling them.
- 10:23Speaker 7: I have canceled plans for Game of Thrones, guys. No,
- 10:26Speaker 7: my favorite is when we go.
- 10:29Speaker 5: We planned family night.
- 10:31Speaker 1: And Easton's looking at us like, that's every fucking night.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And I'm like, I know, but this wasn't planned.
- 10:38Speaker 3: We talked about it. I went to not scary farm.
- 10:43Speaker 3: And it is an amazing thing if you're in the area,
- 10:46Speaker 3: go for it.
- 10:46Speaker 7: But next day, Sosa's birthday, my family looks at me
- 10:50Speaker 7: and goes, you just like plan things on very terrible timing.
- 10:54Speaker 1: You do.
- 10:55Speaker 7: And I was like, yeah, I was the one who
- 10:57Speaker 7: was like, hey, all of my friends, because I'm the planner,
- 11:00Speaker 7: I plan things.
- 11:01Speaker 3: No, I got a text that said we're going on
- 11:03Speaker 3: this date and I didn't go.
- 11:05Speaker 7: Have my two-year-old niece's birthday tomorrow.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Can't make it, guys. What the fuck?
- 11:13Speaker 7: Like, Lisa calls me at, like, 9. I had to
- 11:15Speaker 7: take two Dramamine, so I didn't throw up. So it's
- 11:17Speaker 7: been a couple rough two days. But Lisa calls me
- 11:21Speaker 7: in the bitchiest fucking time.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Because we had all the people setting up. We need
- 11:24Speaker 3: to get up and start moving things.
- 11:27Speaker 7: I get up, and within 20 minutes, everything that she's
- 11:30Speaker 7: complaining about is done.
- 11:32Speaker 3: And then she looks at me, and she goes, are
- 11:34Speaker 3: we going to get ice? We need to get ice.
- 11:35Speaker 3: We need to put all these out. I'm thinking.
- 11:37Speaker 7: If I get ice right now, it'll be melted by
- 11:39Speaker 7: the time the party starts.
- 11:41Speaker 3: So just ease up, bitch. Ease up.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Easton, the whole crew was out there setting up.
- 11:47Speaker 3: And you had left.
- 11:47Speaker 4: The whole crew. Dog poo.
- 11:51Speaker 3: That was already cleaned. I had to clean up.
- 11:53Speaker 4: I cleaned it up. So yes, it was.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Lisa.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I love you guys. This is excellent content.
- 12:02Speaker 4: So you're welcome.
- 12:03Speaker 5: She cleans up one turd.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 12:06Speaker 3: And then she followed me around and goes, Easton, there's
- 12:09Speaker 3: another one.
- 12:09Speaker 5: Sorry, I feel badly.
- 12:11Speaker 1: I feel like I need to back him up just
- 12:12Speaker 1: from the weekend we had. Let me back him up.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Hey, I was good on poop duty.
- 12:18Speaker 5: You both did great. You both did excellent work yesterday.
- 12:21Speaker 4: She was the one that told me there was dog
- 12:23Speaker 4: poo outside.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I did.
- 12:24Speaker 5: I was like, Ethan, he's awake.
- 12:25Speaker 4: She put me on it.
- 12:26Speaker 3: There's a turd where they're trying to set food. Just
- 12:28Speaker 3: to let you know, as.
- 12:29Speaker 7: They set up, there were like three more just because
- 12:32Speaker 7: Bernice was sitting there. She'd eat whatever would fall. She
- 12:36Speaker 7: went into the rocks and just went again and then
- 12:39Speaker 7: went and begged. So I had to crawl in the
- 12:41Speaker 7: rocks and pick.
- 12:42Speaker 3: It up again.
- 12:43Speaker 5: It's absolutely repulsive.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Hey, those dogs protect us.
- 12:47Speaker 4: I love those dogs.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Those dogs are my everything.
- 12:50Speaker 4: It's just poo. We pick it up.
- 12:53Speaker 3: It's just poo. We pick it up barehanded, put it
- 12:56Speaker 3: in the toilet, and flush it. Oh, my God.
- 12:58Speaker 4: No, you know what broke my heart, though? When I
- 13:00Speaker 4: walked out yesterday, and there was a dead possum right
- 13:03Speaker 4: in front of our.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Niecy.
- 13:05Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no. It was out in front
- 13:07Speaker 3: of the gate. I think it fell out of the...
- 13:08Speaker 3: It fell out of the tree? I think it fell
- 13:10Speaker 3: out of the palm tree, like 30 feet. And it
- 13:12Speaker 3: was so sad. Because it didn't look.
- 13:14Speaker 5: How big was it?
- 13:15Speaker 3: It was a baby.
- 13:16Speaker 7: Can I be honest, Lauren? I think it was the
- 13:18Speaker 7: one that was climbing out of the pool.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Sad. Because it didn't.
- 13:23Speaker 7: Look like he got hit by a car. There's like
- 13:24Speaker 7: no blood anywhere. So it looks like it just hit
- 13:27Speaker 7: and just died.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Oh my God, I can't. We should build a trampoline around.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Well, then where do I park? If I was there,
- 13:33Speaker 3: it could have hit my car and survived.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Well, last year, the squirrel fell out of the tree.
- 13:37Speaker 5: That was a couple years ago.
- 13:38Speaker 1: I'm wondering if I can call the yard people and
- 13:40Speaker 1: have them, but then how will they get past it?
- 13:43Speaker 3: No, no, no, no. Like this. Here's the stump. And
- 13:46Speaker 3: then you leave like a little gap like that. And
- 13:48Speaker 3: then the net so they can crawl through. But then
- 13:50Speaker 3: if they fall, they hit the net.
- 13:51Speaker 1: They hit the net.
- 13:52Speaker 3: I'm going to have them build that.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'm going to have them build.
- 13:56Speaker 3: That.
- 13:57Speaker 4: We have seven palm trees. You can do it on
- 13:59Speaker 4: all seven.
- 14:00Speaker 7: I think we just let nature and mother nature do
- 14:03Speaker 7: its thing. Here's how I look at it. We've lived
- 14:07Speaker 7: here for three years.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Two dead animals.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Yeah. That's not a bad go.
- 14:13Speaker 5: An animal a year.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Oh, God, I can't even talk about it.
- 14:15Speaker 3: An animal a year.
- 14:16Speaker 4: So sad.
- 14:17Speaker 1: How'd you guys feel about Sosa's birthday party? I thought
- 14:19Speaker 1: it was.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Epic. Epic?
- 14:21Speaker 3: It was epic.
- 14:22Speaker 4: It was epic.
- 14:23Speaker 7: Her party was epic and Delta's airline food is out
- 14:26Speaker 7: of this world.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Wait, what?
- 14:28Speaker 7: I said that party was epic and Delta's airline food
- 14:31Speaker 7: is out of this world.
- 14:32Speaker 3: She's not hard to please.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Oh, I get it.
- 14:36Speaker 5: No, she loved Isa.
- 14:38Speaker 4: She loved her. She carried her around this morning.
- 14:41Speaker 7: Just to let you know, her favorite gift is the cardboard.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Yes, she's carrying it around right now.
- 14:47Speaker 1: She kept walking over to make sure that she hadn't left.
- 14:51Speaker 1: The cardboard cut out.
- 14:52Speaker 5: She'd go, Isa, mommy.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Isa, mommy. And she'd walk around and point. Isa, like,
- 14:58Speaker 1: she's still there. I'm like, yes, she's not going to
- 15:01Speaker 1: go anywhere. Cardboard cut out.
- 15:03Speaker 4: No, it was great.
- 15:04Speaker 5: I left her in the rocking chair last night.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Issa or your kid? No.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Miss Issa for us to go to bed.
- 15:13Speaker 3: So she's just looking at her. Yeah.
- 15:15Speaker 4: That'd be kind of creepy in the middle of the night.
- 15:18Speaker 4: She loved it.
- 15:18Speaker 3: She loved it.
- 15:19Speaker 4: I was like, just looking at a fucking room.
- 15:21Speaker 6: I said, Issa's gonna read you a story when I
- 15:22Speaker 6: started the thing.
- 15:23Speaker 5: And she goes, Issa.
- 15:25Speaker 3: And what if it just like started rocking with Miss
- 15:27Speaker 3: Issa in there?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Time to move.
- 15:30Speaker 3: You're watching too much horror.
- 15:32Speaker 1: She didn't even ask for La Bacalola last night. That's
- 15:35Speaker 1: how I'm into you guys. My daughter's obsessed with cows.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I'll put her in her crib and she will literally
- 15:44Speaker 1: La Bacalola, La Bacalola, La Bacalola, La Bacalola.
- 15:48Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my God.
- 15:51Speaker 5: I'm like, I'm getting it. I'm getting it. I'll be
- 15:53Speaker 5: right back. She will not stop saying.
- 15:56Speaker 1: It until the cow enters her crib and she sleeps
- 16:00Speaker 1: with it all night like this. She wakes up like that.
- 16:03Speaker 1: And I go in at night to cuddle her just
- 16:07Speaker 1: like in the middle of the night. I don't know why.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It's probably not great.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Do you get in her crib with her?
- 16:12Speaker 1: No, I get her out and she'll cuddle. Ocean looks
- 16:16Speaker 1: at me like this when I wake her up. She's
- 16:20Speaker 1: like sleeping with her eyes open. Sosa's fully awake and
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'll be like, She won't cuddle. She literally has to
- 16:31Speaker 1: have the cow with her at all freaking times. So
- 16:33Speaker 1: now if we have to bring that cardboard cut out everywhere,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I'm going to lose my mind.
- 16:37Speaker 7: No, that can't happen. But she does need... How funny.
- 16:40Speaker 3: I had a blankie. She has a vacalola.
- 16:42Speaker 4: But can I tell you what was so cute? Is
- 16:44Speaker 4: her boyfriend came to the party yesterday.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Yes. No.
- 16:49Speaker 4: And they speak Spanish to each other.
- 16:51Speaker 1: It's so cute.
- 16:52Speaker 4: It's the cutest.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I know.
- 16:53Speaker 3: I know.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I thought the party was great all we had not
- 17:09Speaker 1: all we had i did um mexican food uh cynthia's
- 17:15Speaker 1: family makes the best they have like a business so
- 17:20Speaker 1: they have come every year for the past it feels
- 17:24Speaker 1: like more because we have two birthdays a year obviously
- 17:28Speaker 1: And then I did this like little merry-go-round type thing,
- 17:33Speaker 1: soft play, a jumpy house with a ball pit that
- 17:38Speaker 1: had a slide. And then they did little lunch bags
- 17:43Speaker 1: that they could decorate.
- 17:43Speaker 3: That was way cute.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Like stony clover type vibe. And I feel like everyone
- 17:48Speaker 1: stayed outside most of the time. Ocean played in the
- 17:51Speaker 1: playroom for a little bit, took some of her preschool
- 17:53Speaker 1: friends into her bedroom to dink around. But it like
- 17:57Speaker 1: warmed my soul to see all of them together. And
- 17:59Speaker 1: so it's having the best time.
- 18:00Speaker 4: And the parents were all mingling.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Yeah, the way that we set up the backyard is
- 18:06Speaker 1: actually really nice.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Yeah, it was very nice.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And picnic and pedal, they just crush it every single year.
- 18:11Speaker 1: It's phenomenal.
- 18:13Speaker 3: It's just seamless.
- 18:15Speaker 5: It really is. They come in, they set it up,
- 18:17Speaker 5: they dip out.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Yeah, no.
- 18:19Speaker 5: And now today, it's like there wasn't even a party.
- 18:21Speaker 3: No.
- 18:22Speaker 4: I know.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Which is my most favorite because when I look around...
- 18:25Speaker 1: That's one thing where you're like very in the moment.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I start thinking about like all these plates. Oh my gosh.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Well, thank God for Joe as well.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Nick and Joe.
- 18:35Speaker 5: Joe is on it.
- 18:38Speaker 1: He asked me yesterday, where's the vacuum for me to
- 18:40Speaker 1: go upstairs? I was like, Joe, in the laundry room.
- 18:44Speaker 3: No, he, Joe, you don't need, it's in the laundry
- 18:49Speaker 3: room though.
- 18:49Speaker 4: No, it was great. The whole party was great. Everything
- 18:52Speaker 4: was amazing. We had leftovers.
- 18:55Speaker 3: I sat in the same seat for the whole party.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I know.
- 18:58Speaker 5: That's a nice little area.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Though, back by that fire pit. Right? Got to see
- 19:02Speaker 3: the kids playing, throwing balls everywhere.
- 19:04Speaker 4: You were in the shade.
- 19:06Speaker 3: In the shade. I had my friends.
- 19:09Speaker 1: It was fun.
- 19:09Speaker 3: It was great.
- 19:10Speaker 1: The only thing that made me sad is we had
- 19:12Speaker 1: the party so much later, so my gays weren't able
- 19:16Speaker 1: to come.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Leo had to work.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Logan was out of town on his annual birthday trip
- 19:21Speaker 1: with his mom in Fiji. So I did miss them
- 19:25Speaker 1: a lot. And the reason people were asking why I
- 19:28Speaker 1: was having her birthday so late, her birthday's on September 3rd.
- 19:33Speaker 1: That's Labor Day weekend. Most people are traveling. Then the
- 19:37Speaker 1: following weekend, I didn't have Ocean, and I obviously wanted
- 19:40Speaker 1: her there to celebrate her sister's birthday.
- 19:43Speaker 5: So that's what landed us on the 20th.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I love it.
- 19:46Speaker 4: I thought they were asking why you had it so
- 19:49Speaker 4: late in the day.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Oh, well, three to five, I was like, It's so
- 19:53Speaker 1: freaking hot in that backyard. They won't be able to
- 19:56Speaker 1: play on the soft play if the sun's beating down
- 19:58Speaker 1: on it.
- 19:58Speaker 3: It's so terrible, though, because we literally did it at
- 20:00Speaker 3: the hottest points of our life.
- 20:02Speaker 4: No, because it was shady. At 3 o'clock, it was shade.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Even all the parents were like, perfect timing.
- 20:08Speaker 7: I know, I'm just saying, from 3 to 5, 4
- 20:10Speaker 7: o'clock is the highest point of heat.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Well, because then they got their naps out of the way, too.
- 20:14Speaker 1: And you feed them just in time to go home
- 20:17Speaker 1: and go to bed.
- 20:18Speaker 3: And you ran them into the ground.
- 20:19Speaker 5: And we ran them into the ground.
- 20:21Speaker 3: And.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Monday is Yom Kippur, so no school. It's a win-win-win.
- 20:28Speaker 5: It was like a win-win-win-win-win.
- 20:31Speaker 3: It's like we had it on a Saturday.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Let's bop into some headlines. Traders Season 6 cast was announced.
- 20:38Speaker 1: It's already Season 6?
- 20:42Speaker 3: What's the new one?
- 20:43Speaker 5: It's just with regular.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Old people, right?
- 20:44Speaker 7: Yeah, which I kind of like. I think that is
- 20:46Speaker 7: one that I will be tuning into. I tune into
- 20:50Speaker 7: all of them.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So we have Bianca Del Rio, RuPaul's Drag Race, Bowman Martinez-Reed,
- 20:57Speaker 1: content creator Bronwyn Newport from Salt Lake.
- 21:00Speaker 3: What is she doing? She's on Traders? Yep.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Casey Wilson, who's an actress and comedian. Chloe Kim is
- 21:07Speaker 1: an Olympic snowboarder.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Chloe Kim?
- 21:09Speaker 7: Yep.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:10Speaker 6: I know.
- 21:11Speaker 3: She's dope.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Cody Simpson, singer-swimmer, Craig Conover. Southern Charms, very own, obviously.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Dominic Monaghan, Law Slash Lord of the Rings, Amira Despain,
- 21:22Speaker 1: Next Gen. My fave. Giselle Bryant from Potomac. I don't
- 21:28Speaker 1: know how to say this word. Is that an I? Ian?
- 21:33Speaker 1: Ian Sterling, Love Island narrator.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Or is it Ian?
- 21:38Speaker 1: I don't know. Jack Baines from Big Brother, Jana Craig,
- 21:41Speaker 1: Love Island USA, Joey Brazaday. The Bachelor. Johnny Sibley is
- 21:49Speaker 1: an actor. Kristen Chenoweth, who we all know, Broadway star.
- 21:52Speaker 3: How many people?
- 21:53Speaker 1: There's a lot. Michelle Fitzgerald, Survivor. Q Burdett, Survivor. Rachel Robinson,
- 21:59Speaker 1: The Challenge. Rashad Jennings, NFL. Taylor Hale, Big Brother. And
- 22:04Speaker 1: Whitney Levitt from Mormon Wives. This is a great lineup.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I can't say it's the greatest to ever exist, but
- 22:13Speaker 1: it's a good one.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And you said Whitney Levitt? Yeah, from Mormon Wives.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Do you know her?
- 22:18Speaker 3: Well, no, she's just on that.
- 22:19Speaker 7: Honestly, I like the way that she and I don't
- 22:22Speaker 7: know her husband's name. He's on Connor. He's on Dancing
- 22:26Speaker 7: with the Stars this year. But the way they're handling them,
- 22:29Speaker 7: he already got booted?
- 22:31Speaker 3: No! I like him. I don't know if he's good
- 22:33Speaker 3: at dancing.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Obviously not.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Probably not. I don't know.
- 22:36Speaker 7: I just like the way they're handling themselves outside of
- 22:39Speaker 7: the Mormon Wives cast.
- 22:40Speaker 3: So, yeah, go do your thing. Do your thing.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Okay.
- 22:46Speaker 4: There was a sad headline today.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Yeah, very sad. Cindy Crawford's son, Presley Gerber, died at
- 22:51Speaker 1: 27 after entering rehab.
- 22:54Speaker 4: The L.A.
- 22:54Speaker 1: County medical examiner confirmed that he died at a rehabilitation facility,
- 22:58Speaker 1: but the facility's name has not been publicly disclosed in
- 23:01Speaker 1: reliable reporting so far. Reports describe it has been in
- 23:05Speaker 1: the Los Angeles area. One report says he was living
- 23:08Speaker 1: in a sober house setting on the facility's grounds. So
- 23:11Speaker 1: it's like an inpatient sober living.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Okay.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Where they, so sometimes they'll put you from a rehab
- 23:22Speaker 1: center and then slow roll you into like real life again.
- 23:28Speaker 1: So in a sober living, but it sounds like it
- 23:29Speaker 1: was on the same grounds. It also says a call
- 23:32Speaker 1: was dispatched to Santa Monica revealing that first responders were
- 23:36Speaker 1: responding to an overdose at the address. And apparently he
- 23:40Speaker 1: went into cardiac arrest right before he passed. So sad.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Oh, it's tragic. Tragic.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Are you going to cry?
- 23:50Speaker 4: Oh, mama. Here's a tissue.
- 23:52Speaker 1: She hasn't been the same since Real Housewives of Salt Lake.
- 23:55Speaker 4: It's really getting to me.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I know.
- 23:59Speaker 6: What is?
- 23:59Speaker 4: People losing their kids.
- 24:03Speaker 7: I mean, I don't think there's anything sadder than that.
- 24:07Speaker 7: I could never imagine burying a child.
- 24:11Speaker 1: No.
- 24:11Speaker 4: You're not supposed to.
- 24:12Speaker 3: No.
- 24:12Speaker 6: No.
- 24:14Speaker 1: We talk about that. A lot that, like, I feel
- 24:18Speaker 1: like we come to this earth and we are just
- 24:23Speaker 1: born with the ability to cope with the loss of, like,
- 24:25Speaker 1: our grandparents and parents because that's the circle of life.
- 24:29Speaker 4: But that's.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Heartbreaking.
- 24:35Speaker 5: We watched... Because.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I want to start doing a segment since Bravo is
- 24:41Speaker 1: rolling out their reality shows like nobody's business right now.
- 24:45Speaker 1: So I want to start a segment called Bravo Bravo.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Fucking Bravo.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But it feels like a little intense. Let's start off
- 24:53Speaker 1: with Salt Lake so we can run through it. Are
- 24:55Speaker 1: you cool with that, Mom?
- 24:55Speaker 6: Yes.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I was talking to Amber, and I feel like it was—
- 25:04Speaker 1: One of the most well-done first episodes, if not the
- 25:08Speaker 1: most well-done episode. Why can I not talk?
- 25:12Speaker 5: I need to start.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Doing red leather, yellow leather before podcasting.
- 25:15Speaker 4: No, for real. I can't do it. Like it's too early.
- 25:19Speaker 5: My mouth doesn't know how to work.
- 25:22Speaker 1: One of the greatest episodes that I've ever seen of
- 25:25Speaker 1: reality TV. From like the music that they played to
- 25:30Speaker 1: everyone's storyline and being so open. Like every single cast
- 25:34Speaker 1: member has such an amazing storyline already.
- 25:38Speaker 4: They do.
- 25:39Speaker 1: It almost like reignited my appreciation and love for reality TV. Yeah.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I got it. I can't even talk about it.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Look at her.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I can't. Oh, mom. I love you so much. Do
- 25:54Speaker 3: we want to talk about why you're crying? Because Mary
- 25:59Speaker 3: losing her son. The dog?
- 26:02Speaker 1: Yeah, the dog is what sent. I mean, obviously the
- 26:06Speaker 1: whole thing sent, Mom. But that was like the first
- 26:09Speaker 1: scene that Mary had back after losing her son was
- 26:12Speaker 1: her calling for the dog. And the dog's name is
- 26:16Speaker 1: Cray and was sitting in Robert Jr.
- 26:19Speaker 2: 's room.
- 26:19Speaker 1: It was like he had like a little sitting area
- 26:22Speaker 1: and then the bed. And the dog was... up against
- 26:25Speaker 1: the bed and like peeking around the chair at the
- 26:28Speaker 1: camera people. And you could just tell like he was
- 26:32Speaker 1: obviously very nervous. And Mary says in the episode that
- 26:35Speaker 1: the dog hasn't really left the room. And then they
- 26:38Speaker 1: show all of these photos of Robert Jr. with his dog.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Mary just talks about how, you know, having this dog
- 26:44Speaker 1: brings her a tremendous amount of peace because it's a
- 26:46Speaker 1: piece of her son and they had such a beautiful bond.
- 26:50Speaker 1: And then listening to the women talk about how Mary
- 26:54Speaker 1: has handled the loss of her son. Bronwyn says, every
- 26:59Speaker 1: time I speak to Mary, the conversations continue to blow
- 27:03Speaker 1: my mind with how strong she's been. And then Angie
- 27:08Speaker 1: has said, because they're, I think, the closest of the cast. They're, like,
- 27:12Speaker 1: truly best friends. And Angie says, you know, she does
- 27:16Speaker 1: have moments of being very strong, and then there are
- 27:18Speaker 1: moments where she'll say, I can't believe I'm never going
- 27:21Speaker 1: to see my baby again.
- 27:22Speaker 5: And You know, I think when you have.
- 27:28Speaker 1: No matter what your religion is, when you are really
- 27:31Speaker 1: set in your faith, I think it does give you
- 27:37Speaker 1: the ability to maintain strength during such significant loss. I
- 27:41Speaker 1: think we saw that with Grandma B a lot.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Absolutely, yeah.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Who was my dad's mom and.
- 27:49Speaker 5: Very, very Mormon.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Like I, to the point where I think she would
- 27:53Speaker 1: have put her life on the line because Saying, like,
- 27:56Speaker 1: this church is true. Yeah. But when people would pass,
- 27:59Speaker 1: I mean, my grandma would.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Celebrate.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Be all smiles.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Like, life after death. They went home. Yeah.
- 28:07Speaker 5: No, there's nothing to be sad about.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I'm like....
- 28:10Speaker 3: There's a little bit to be sad about.
- 28:12Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that she was, like, insane about it. Like, no,
- 28:15Speaker 1: this is great.
- 28:16Speaker 5: I'm so happy they're dead.
- 28:17Speaker 3: I feel like she was the rock for, like, 50 people.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Her kids, her grandkids.
- 28:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Well, let me tell you, when we would, after my
- 28:27Speaker 1: grandma passed, you said that you were related to Grandma
- 28:31Speaker 1: B or that was your grandma. I mean, people, I
- 28:33Speaker 1: know you have your feelings about her mom.
- 28:36Speaker 4: No, everyone loved her.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Everyone loved her.
- 28:38Speaker 3: No, I mean, we all have our feelings. Everybody in
- 28:41Speaker 3: every family can have their little feelings. Every family has
- 28:44Speaker 3: things that come up.
- 28:44Speaker 1: She got funky in her old age.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Yes. But who knows?
- 28:47Speaker 7: That could have been Alzheimer's.
- 28:50Speaker 4: The teacher. Everyone was like, oh. I had her in
- 28:54Speaker 4: first grade or blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 28:56Speaker 3: No, they loved her.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Everybody loved her.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Isn't that where the B is?
- 28:59Speaker 4: She's a good egg.
- 29:01Speaker 1: What B? Have the B for Grandma B.
- 29:02Speaker 5: Yeah, you got Grandma B.
- 29:04Speaker 3: Yeah. Come on now.
- 29:05Speaker 1: So I think that Mary has that a bit of,
- 29:08Speaker 1: just for reference of like, he went home.
- 29:09Speaker 3: How she's handling it. Yeah.
- 29:12Speaker 1: And she said he's finally at peace because it's not that,
- 29:17Speaker 1: you know, he, we saw it last season when he
- 29:21Speaker 1: was talking about how lonely he felt and that he
- 29:23Speaker 1: was definitely struggling with addiction and I think she finds
- 29:28Speaker 1: peace in knowing that he's okay yeah and then Heather's
- 29:32Speaker 1: storyline I fucking love her what's her storyline I just
- 29:36Speaker 1: she has a boyfriend she hasn't been in a relationship
- 29:40Speaker 1: in a long time.
- 29:41Speaker 3: I mean, how long has it been?
- 29:43Speaker 5: I think like 2016.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Okay, because I was going to say, through the whole show,
- 29:48Speaker 3: I've never seen her have a boyfriend through any of them.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Am I wrong? No. So this is new. Okay.
- 29:54Speaker 1: They've known each other for a very long time.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Best way to start it.
- 29:58Speaker 1: And he was doing work on beauty lab and they connected.
- 30:01Speaker 1: They started dating. She caught him texting other girls. They
- 30:05Speaker 1: went their separate ways. She didn't date or have a
- 30:10Speaker 1: boyfriend who she was committed to for that entire period
- 30:12Speaker 1: of time. And then he had just reached out and
- 30:15Speaker 1: they rekindled. And there's just something about, even though I
- 30:20Speaker 1: don't relate to this right now, I've only been a
- 30:22Speaker 1: mom for five and a half years. She's been a
- 30:25Speaker 1: mom for like 27 years. I think less than that.
- 30:28Speaker 1: What's her oldest?
- 30:28Speaker 3: 22?
- 30:29Speaker 4: And alone for part of it.
- 30:30Speaker 5: Well, she's been a single mom.
- 30:31Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 30:32Speaker 1: And she talks about... I have an empty nest and
- 30:36Speaker 1: I fucking love it.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Go.
- 30:39Speaker 1: She's like, the moment they left the house.
- 30:42Speaker 5: I deadbolted, locked the door. Like talks about how it
- 30:46Speaker 5: feels so good.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Sometimes she'll have a dream about hearing pitter patter come
- 30:50Speaker 1: down the stairs and saying mom. And it like freaks
- 30:52Speaker 1: her out. And then she remembers everyone's gone. And she's like,
- 30:55Speaker 1: and I'm loving no one here.
- 30:58Speaker 4: And she contacted the guy.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Oh, she is the one that contacted him?
- 31:03Speaker 4: She reached out.
- 31:05Speaker 5: Oh, see, this is why you're here. Tell us the
- 31:08Speaker 5: important shit. I missed that part.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:11Speaker 1: What did she say?
- 31:12Speaker 4: Did she say? Well, she just reached out to him
- 31:16Speaker 4: and saw that he was interested and she was interested
- 31:20Speaker 4: and kaboom.
- 31:22Speaker 1: And I love.
- 31:23Speaker 3: He better not be texting other bitches.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Well, the daughter, the oldest, is like, what's going to
- 31:28Speaker 1: be different this time? Like quizzes him.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:30Speaker 1: But it didn't feel like sometimes when you watch reality shows,
- 31:33Speaker 1: you're like, this is for TV.
- 31:35Speaker 5: I didn't feel like it was.
- 31:36Speaker 4: I felt like it was genuine, a genuine thing.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Right. Like I've watched my mom be a single person
- 31:42Speaker 1: for a long time and go through a lot of hurt.
- 31:43Speaker 5: So like, what are your intentions, dog?
- 31:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:46Speaker 1: And then she gets on his motorcycle, and he has
- 31:49Speaker 1: a helmet for her that says Heather. And I'm like,
- 31:51Speaker 1: this bitch is just living her best life. Oh, yeah.
- 31:53Speaker 1: In that big old fucking house, New York Times bestseller,
- 31:56Speaker 1: hot boyfriend, riding motorcycles.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Who is she?
- 32:00Speaker 4: She's figured it out.
- 32:01Speaker 1: You little filthy fucking Mormon.
- 32:03Speaker 3: You little filthy fucking ex-Mormon.
- 32:06Speaker 4: She's a horrendous Mormon.
- 32:07Speaker 3: You ex-Mormon, you.
- 32:09Speaker 4: And then Bronwyn, she was gone for seven weeks with
- 32:12Speaker 4: that guy.
- 32:13Speaker 5: With this young man.
- 32:14Speaker 4: Traveling all over the countryside. They went to Park City.
- 32:17Speaker 4: Where else did they go?
- 32:19Speaker 5: They went to Paris Fashion Week.
- 32:20Speaker 6: New York.
- 32:21Speaker 1: New York.
- 32:21Speaker 5: They were all over the place.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Who's the guy?
- 32:26Speaker 1: He's really cute.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Is he a model?
- 32:28Speaker 5: He is a model, and he has a cute name, too.
- 32:31Speaker 5: I forgot it already.
- 32:33Speaker 4: His last name's Wood.
- 32:34Speaker 5: Brandon Wood.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Is it Wood? And he's laying that wood.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm into it. But I'm excited for this scene
- 32:41Speaker 1: because she sits down with Todd and says, you know,
- 32:44Speaker 1: it's really funny because you're so comfortable with having secrets.
- 32:47Speaker 1: And the secrets, what does she say?
- 32:50Speaker 5: It's only a problem when I bring them up.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Yeah. Didn't he rip off his mic and start up?
- 32:56Speaker 2: I'm not doing this.
- 32:56Speaker 5: And she just sits there like, bye.
- 32:59Speaker 1: See ya.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Piped by Brandon Wood.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Like Brandon's Wood Wood. I'm going to go get Brandon's
- 33:05Speaker 3: Wood Wood.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Brandon Wood's Wood. So good. Lisa with that beautiful moment
- 33:12Speaker 5: with her husband.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Oh, okay. Meredith.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Her facelift is a fucking storyline in itself.
- 33:18Speaker 3: She looks so fucking good.
- 33:19Speaker 1: I was like, what has she done?
- 33:21Speaker 5: She looks incredible.
- 33:22Speaker 3: Just her whole damn face.
- 33:23Speaker 1: And then right when I say that, they're like, let's
- 33:25Speaker 1: talk about your face. I'm like, I think she went
- 33:27Speaker 1: to Lindsay Lohan and Kris Jenner's doctor. Oh, yeah?
- 33:31Speaker 4: No, she looks... Five stars.
- 33:33Speaker 1: I mean, I was like, I want that.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I might have to look this up.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Oh, like you need it.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Gosh, I'm just so excited for the season. I don't
- 33:39Speaker 1: even know where to start. Everyone's storyline is so good.
- 33:42Speaker 5: Salt Lake only.
- 33:42Speaker 3: Has one episode out? Whitney Rose.
- 33:45Speaker 5: Whitney Rose.
- 33:46Speaker 1: She's going to be having the conversation about she and Justin.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Angie has the conversation with her husband.
- 33:53Speaker 7: Angie, I mean, I don't know if I don't know,
- 33:56Speaker 7: like Angie, I care more about like Whitney and Justin's
- 34:00Speaker 7: relationship more maybe because I'm like closer to Justin than
- 34:02Speaker 7: I know.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Yeah. Like I know him.
- 34:04Speaker 4: Well, it's such a flip flop thing. Cause now I
- 34:07Speaker 4: feel like they were all married and then we had
- 34:10Speaker 4: the singles. Now the singles are all hooking up and the,
- 34:13Speaker 4: Marrieds are single. Parting ways.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Well, like you always say when I'm like, mom, I've
- 34:17Speaker 1: never been married. I've never had this. I've never had that.
- 34:19Speaker 5: You're like, right.
- 34:20Speaker 1: But all of the people who have that are now
- 34:23Speaker 1: getting divorced. And I'm like, you're right.
- 34:24Speaker 5: I mean, it's that.
- 34:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:26Speaker 1: That's happening. Round two.
- 34:28Speaker 4: Yep.
- 34:29Speaker 1: And then there's a new girl who has not made
- 34:31Speaker 1: her appearance yet. Her name's Ashley Kwai. I feel like
- 34:35Speaker 1: I remember this name from when I lived in Utah.
- 34:38Speaker 3: Kwai?
- 34:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Not me. Not me either.
- 34:41Speaker 5: I'm feeling like I.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Unless it was a Durham. Balling.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Balling.
- 34:47Speaker 5: The fucking Durhams were balling.
- 34:50Speaker 3: That house.
- 34:51Speaker 5: They threw my 14th birthday party.
- 34:54Speaker 3: The castle? Yeah. Guys, this house. Jeez Louise, man.
- 34:59Speaker 7: 15 foot just concrete walls. You go into it.
- 35:03Speaker 5: Way higher than 15 feet.
- 35:04Speaker 3: Maybe 20.
- 35:05Speaker 5: It was gorgeous.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 35:09Speaker 7: The backyard behind it had mazes with trees.
- 35:14Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 35:15Speaker 4: It was fabulous.
- 35:16Speaker 3: It was really gorgeous.
- 35:16Speaker 4: You know what's crazy, too, is now St. George is
- 35:20Speaker 4: getting all of these multi, multi-million dollar.
- 35:24Speaker 3: Homes being built.
- 35:25Speaker 1: I know.
- 35:26Speaker 3: We need to get out of there.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Tech.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Mom, you got to sell that house, dude.
- 35:30Speaker 4: Okay.
- 35:31Speaker 5: I'm like, what are you doing?
- 35:32Speaker 3: What are you doing? She doesn't know. dad's there dad.
- 35:37Speaker 7: Is loving being there no he is not there and
- 35:40Speaker 7: if he is there we need to go pick him
- 35:42Speaker 7: up because what is he doing there.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Yeah what is he doing on the patio.
- 35:47Speaker 7: With all oh that terror oh what a depressing with
- 35:50Speaker 7: no friends.
- 35:50Speaker 4: He loved it he drank his wine.
- 35:53Speaker 7: Yeah with mick and all of them and none of
- 35:55Speaker 7: them are there anymore no.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Everyone's dead and gone literally all of.
- 35:59Speaker 1: His friends died dead and gone So let it go.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Are you trying to make me cry again?
- 36:05Speaker 1: You bought that house for like $ 80, 000. It's like in.
- 36:08Speaker 5: The $ 300, 000 now. Get rid of it. What are you doing?
- 36:10Speaker 4: I got it on a short sale, guys.
- 36:13Speaker 3: She thrifted her house. She thrifted her house.
- 36:17Speaker 5: She thrifts for real estate.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Good for you.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Hey. The best way to thrift.
- 36:33Speaker 1: I am excited because I am having Heather Gay on
- 36:36Speaker 1: the podcast.
- 36:38Speaker 3: Which one?
- 36:39Speaker 5: She's got a new book.
- 36:40Speaker 3: This one?
- 36:41Speaker 1: I think we have her in October.
- 36:45Speaker 5: So right around the corner.
- 36:46Speaker 3: I love that. Day off.
- 36:49Speaker 4: She's here.
- 36:49Speaker 3: I get a day off.
- 36:53Speaker 5: Oh, you're missing. No, you should join.
- 36:56Speaker 4: She's going to love you.
- 36:57Speaker 3: All right, I'm going to ask some questions to good
- 36:58Speaker 3: old Heather.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the point of the pod. Roni, so far,
- 37:02Speaker 1: Psy's getting divorced, and she does not have a prenup.
- 37:05Speaker 3: Psy?
- 37:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 37:07Speaker 3: All right, Psy, hit me up.
- 37:08Speaker 1: They did not keep very many of the old school housewives,
- 37:10Speaker 1: only three.
- 37:12Speaker 3: I like Psy.
- 37:13Speaker 5: I love Psy.
- 37:14Speaker 1: They kept Psy, Jessel.
- 37:18Speaker 5: And Aaron.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Wow.
- 37:22Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 37:22Speaker 4: Great ones.
- 37:23Speaker 5: I think so.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Jessel. I'm very attracted to Jessel. Who isn't? Is she
- 37:29Speaker 3: still married?
- 37:30Speaker 1: I think they go through some stuff in this season.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Do they?
- 37:33Speaker 3: Here's the thing. It's going to be a good season.
- 37:34Speaker 7: I don't know his name, but I really like it.
- 37:37Speaker 3: He's like a little dweeb, kind of, but he's so great.
- 37:39Speaker 3: I love him. Every time I see him, I'm like,
- 37:42Speaker 3: I want to hang out with you.
- 37:43Speaker 4: Is he the one that wanted to fly to Vietnam
- 37:45Speaker 4: for 24 hours?
- 37:45Speaker 1: Yes. Jack is like a little vacation because the flights
- 37:50Speaker 1: are really great, I guess.
- 37:51Speaker 3: No, he is me, I am him.
- 37:54Speaker 6: Oh, really?
- 37:55Speaker 5: You want to fly, Mr. Dramamine?
- 37:57Speaker 3: Mr.
- 37:57Speaker 5: I'm-her-barf-in-a-bag-the-whole-way? Are you joking?
- 37:59Speaker 3: As long as we get there.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Can I tell you, our pods that we experienced going
- 38:04Speaker 4: to Ohio were next level.
- 38:07Speaker 3: I'm not kidding you. I walked by mom and I
- 38:09Speaker 3: thought she was dead.
- 38:12Speaker 4: I was the best.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Did you have a life flat?
- 38:14Speaker 4: I don't blame him for going to Vietnam. I was
- 38:18Speaker 4: hoping that our flight was longer.
- 38:20Speaker 7: It was probably like, I didn't care to be in Vietnam.
- 38:22Speaker 7: Just put me in the pod for eight hours.
- 38:25Speaker 4: I was hoping that it was longer.
- 38:28Speaker 5: The one to London?
- 38:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh my gosh. Feathered beds?
- 38:33Speaker 4: We had a feathered bed.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Really?
- 38:35Speaker 3: To Ohio?
- 38:36Speaker 4: No, because it had come from Hong Kong.
- 38:38Speaker 5: Oh, you were on Delta One.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Lisa looked like she was... Hold on, ask what the
- 38:42Speaker 3: flight attendant asked you.
- 38:44Speaker 4: If I had just come from Hong Kong. She was
- 38:48Speaker 4: so dumb.
- 38:50Speaker 3: She goes, did you just come from Hong Kong? Nope,
- 38:53Speaker 3: just literally got on the plane.
- 38:57Speaker 4: You joking? No, it was the best. I would peep
- 39:01Speaker 4: my eye open when the cookies would come by and
- 39:04Speaker 4: the nuts.
- 39:07Speaker 5: The cookies and the nuts.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Yeah, with all the yumminess.
- 39:11Speaker 3: And then I'd go.
- 39:12Speaker 4: Back to sleep.
- 39:13Speaker 1: I love you. You're so weird.
- 39:17Speaker 3: It was the best.
- 39:18Speaker 5: A nut for a nut.
- 39:20Speaker 3: They were warm. It was a flight.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Ocean is asking if she can have cake. Can I
- 39:25Speaker 1: give her some or do I tell her after lunch?
- 39:27Speaker 4: Just give it to her.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Just warm.
- 39:30Speaker 1: You.
- 39:30Speaker 3: It's a party day.
- 39:31Speaker 1: She can have some.
- 39:33Speaker 4: Make Cynthia's life easier.
- 39:35Speaker 1: She can have some.
- 39:38Speaker 3: LOL.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Thank you. Aww. That kid is driven by sweets.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Sweets and gifts. You should have seen her. She just...
- 39:48Speaker 3: Got up on it and started ripping open gifts. We
- 39:50Speaker 3: had to go in and go, well, no, no.
- 39:52Speaker 1: I don't know how to explain to her that they're
- 39:54Speaker 1: not hers. She's not understanding.
- 39:56Speaker 4: No, she knows. She's going to open them for Sosa
- 39:58Speaker 4: because Sosa doesn't know how to open a gift. Oh, okay.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Oh, my God. I'm still caught up on Lisa. The
- 40:05Speaker 1: woman thinking she came from Hong Kong. So exhausted.
- 40:09Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 40:10Speaker 1: That flight's only like, what, four hours?
- 40:13Speaker 4: Not long enough.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Four and a half.
- 40:17Speaker 5: That's it?
- 40:17Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:19Speaker 1: So you really only get, what, three, maybe two and
- 40:23Speaker 1: a half in the air? Half of that is ascending
- 40:26Speaker 1: and descending.
- 40:28Speaker 4: I don't know. I was wishing it was longer.
- 40:31Speaker 1: You know what?
- 40:31Speaker 5: I'll take you on one of those to go to Europe.
- 40:34Speaker 1: You'll have the time of your life. They wake you
- 40:36Speaker 1: up with the yummiest of coffees and pastries, and you're
- 40:40Speaker 1: just in your little feather bed, cozy socks, a robe
- 40:44Speaker 1: if you need. I know. I know.
- 40:45Speaker 4: I had all that.
- 40:46Speaker 1: Yeah, but you were going to Ohio, so let me
- 40:48Speaker 1: take you somewhere where the destination's a little more riveting.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Not Columbus.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Yeah, not Columbus.
- 40:56Speaker 5: Carol is back.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Carol Baskin? I'm thrilled.
- 41:00Speaker 5: Carol Baskin.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Shot her husband. Whacked him. Carol Radcliffe. All right.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Radswell.
- 41:09Speaker 4: Radswell. Not Daniel Radcliffe.
- 41:14Speaker 3: I like the confidence you have behind it, though.
- 41:16Speaker 1: She's being questioned about Carolyn Bessette.
- 41:19Speaker 4: What?
- 41:20Speaker 3: Not Carolyn.
- 41:20Speaker 5: Are you joking?
- 41:21Speaker 4: What did you just say?
- 41:22Speaker 1: She's being questioned about Carolyn Bessette, JFK Jr. 's wife.
- 41:29Speaker 6: I know.
- 41:30Speaker 4: The 90s have made a comeback in fashion because of
- 41:33Speaker 4: that show. Yes, they have.
- 41:38Speaker 1: The problem is with 90s fashion is you have to
- 41:40Speaker 1: have a flat ass and stuff, and I don't want that.
- 41:43Speaker 4: And I have that.
- 41:45Speaker 5: Like, oh yeah, you for sure do.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Like, the way clothes would hang on someone in the 90s,
- 41:52Speaker 1: I don't want that. Like, I'm trying to have tiggled bitties,
- 41:56Speaker 1: fat ass.
- 41:57Speaker 4: So you want to be out of style?
- 42:00Speaker 1: Sure. I want someone to be able to grab onto something.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Okay.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You know?
- 42:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Because 90s style is essentially a ponytail tank top and jeans.
- 42:11Speaker 3: And like a little low fur.
- 42:11Speaker 4: And cute sweaters.
- 42:13Speaker 1: I can't. Not my vibe.
- 42:15Speaker 4: I like a sweatshirt. Okay.
- 42:18Speaker 5: I don't look good in that stuff.
- 42:19Speaker 1: And every time I try to wear, like, 90s fashion,
- 42:22Speaker 1: I feel like I'm having imposter syndrome. I'm like, where's
- 42:25Speaker 1: my hoodie with my Jordan 1s? Like, it's just not— it
- 42:29Speaker 1: doesn't look good on me.
- 42:30Speaker 4: So you don't like to dress up?
- 42:32Speaker 3: Fuck you.
- 42:34Speaker 1: No, I don't. I don't like to get ready at all. It's, like, such—
- 42:39Speaker 1: It exhausts me, the thought. Like, women who show up
- 42:41Speaker 1: and they've got, like, makeup on and stuff on, like,
- 42:43Speaker 1: a regular Tuesday.
- 42:45Speaker 5: I'm like, that sounds so hard.
- 42:47Speaker 3: I know. When I went to Knott's Berry Farm and, like,
- 42:49Speaker 3: all these girls had, like, makeup on, I was like.
- 42:51Speaker 4: It looked pretty.
- 42:52Speaker 3: Oh, they looked beautiful.
- 42:53Speaker 4: What were you like?
- 42:55Speaker 7: If I was a woman, I'd be repulsive. I wouldn't try.
- 42:58Speaker 7: I wouldn't shave my armpits.
- 43:01Speaker 5: Or you'd be, like, a hippie.
- 43:02Speaker 3: I think I'd be a little granola.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Like, a little granola.
- 43:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 43:04Speaker 5: A little crunchy.
- 43:05Speaker 4: No, Lauren, you look really cute in your style.
- 43:07Speaker 3: Like a salmon upstream.
- 43:08Speaker 4: I like your style for you.
- 43:10Speaker 5: I like your style for you. Not in general, but
- 43:13Speaker 5: for you.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Well, I couldn't wear it.
- 43:14Speaker 3: Well, no.
- 43:16Speaker 5: Actually, I think you could.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Really?
- 43:17Speaker 1: I think you'd look really cute in like a little hoodie, sweatpants,
- 43:20Speaker 1: and some Jordans. Don't you think?
- 43:22Speaker 3: You dress like you're getting out of a tent in
- 43:24Speaker 3: the morning.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Getting out of a tent?
- 43:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:26Speaker 5: What do you mean?
- 43:27Speaker 3: Homeless.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Oh, homeless.
- 43:28Speaker 3: We're getting it.
- 43:30Speaker 1: I thought you meant like camping boots and.
- 43:34Speaker 3: Things like that. No, no, you're homeless.
- 43:36Speaker 7: You're coming out and you get out of your tent
- 43:38Speaker 7: and you see the L.A. River beautiful in your homeless clothes.
- 43:43Speaker 1: I don't feel like I... I have Alexander Wang shoes on.
- 43:47Speaker 4: You look cute.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Alexander... Why do I feel like I have.
- 43:50Speaker 1: To defend myself right now?
- 43:51Speaker 5: I'm feeling backed into a corner.
- 43:53Speaker 1: You don't.
- 43:54Speaker 6: Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 43:55Speaker 3: You don't.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Real Housewives of OC, Vicky is having a very Vicky season.
- 44:03Speaker 1: I saw on socials, it was like, Vicky is on
- 44:05Speaker 1: two shows right now and has the same storyline on both.
- 44:09Speaker 1: She doesn't want to be there and would rather be
- 44:10Speaker 1: selling insurance.
- 44:12Speaker 4: I thought it was kind of sad, though. Her talking
- 44:15Speaker 4: to Tamara.
- 44:16Speaker 1: It broke my heart.
- 44:17Speaker 4: Do you want to cry?
- 44:19Speaker 3: No. Do you want to cry? It's been a day.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Tell us.
- 44:24Speaker 4: But it was sad.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to hear what? Tell me.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Because I think she feels lonely. Her kids are all gone.
- 44:31Speaker 7: She needs to hang out with Heather Gay.
- 44:33Speaker 4: Her boyfriend travels five days a week, and he seems
- 44:36Speaker 4: a little rough and tough.
- 44:39Speaker 3: Well, get rid of that. Get rid of the bag.
- 44:42Speaker 4: They bought two houses together. Easier said than done.
- 44:45Speaker 1: I think three. I think they've got the one in
- 44:46Speaker 1: the desert, the one in OC, and the one in Mexico.
- 44:49Speaker 4: I think that one's just hers.
- 44:50Speaker 3: All right, sell them all. Split the funds. Get on
- 44:52Speaker 3: your way.
- 44:53Speaker 1: It's easier said than done.
- 44:54Speaker 3: I know, that's why I'm saying it.
- 44:56Speaker 1: You know, I also, and I don't know why this is,
- 45:01Speaker 1: but when I see women in their late 40s to 50s,
- 45:07Speaker 1: I don't know why I relate to them so much
- 45:09Speaker 1: because they're, like, I have small children. My children live
- 45:12Speaker 1: in the house. But listening to them and, like, the
- 45:16Speaker 1: way they talk about having an empty nest and, like,
- 45:18Speaker 1: not having a partner, I feel like the way they're talking.
- 45:23Speaker 3: Fits your life better.
- 45:25Speaker 1: You well it just it puts me in fear.
- 45:28Speaker 7: Okay well you're an old soul yeah and if you're
- 45:33Speaker 7: so weird about time don't think about it get back
- 45:37Speaker 7: to you you.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Think maybe i experienced that in my last life like
- 45:41Speaker 1: being lonely.
- 45:42Speaker 4: Maybe hmm.
- 45:44Speaker 7: And now you're just copy pasting don't say that it's
- 45:48Speaker 7: a joke.
- 45:50Speaker 3: No, I don't think you were a lonely human being
- 45:52Speaker 3: in your last life.
- 45:53Speaker 4: No, I don't either.
- 45:55Speaker 5: But why do I relate to them so much?
- 45:56Speaker 4: You know we love to tease you.
- 45:58Speaker 1: No, I know that. I've just been wondering like what
- 46:00Speaker 1: it is the past few months where I'm relating to
- 46:03Speaker 1: things that I haven't.
- 46:05Speaker 4: Because your daughter just started kindergarten. That is a huge milestone.
- 46:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:12Speaker 4: Your other one just turned two. Another year she'll be
- 46:15Speaker 4: in preschool. You're thinking about all these things.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:19Speaker 7: And I think when, because she's in, and what's crazy
- 46:22Speaker 7: is like, because we didn't go through it, it feels like,
- 46:25Speaker 7: like kindergarten for her, she's going with like seniors.
- 46:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:30Speaker 7: Like when I got, like I picked her up off
- 46:33Speaker 7: the bus and I thought it was an adult.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:37Speaker 3: He looked older than me and he got off the bus.
- 46:38Speaker 3: I was like, what the hell's going on here?
- 46:40Speaker 1: Right.
- 46:40Speaker 3: So that's the other thing.
- 46:41Speaker 7: It's like, I feel like because you're picking her up,
- 46:43Speaker 7: you're seeing all of these older kids that like you're
- 46:46Speaker 7: preparing for that as well, subconsciously.
- 46:48Speaker 3: When it was us, it was like sixth grade. Oh,
- 46:52Speaker 3: so that we were all kids. So it wasn't like
- 46:53Speaker 3: you didn't see the middle schoolers, the high schoolers, but
- 46:57Speaker 3: now you do. So I feel like subconsciously you could
- 46:59Speaker 3: be stepping into that role as well of like, I
- 47:02Speaker 3: have to have her prepared for this because you're seeing it. Yeah.
- 47:05Speaker 1: And the parents who are dropping their kids off who
- 47:08Speaker 1: are much older. Yeah. Like I'll say to Ocean as
- 47:10Speaker 1: she's getting on the bus, I'm like, I love you.
- 47:13Speaker 1: And she'll stop and turn around and say.
- 47:14Speaker 5: I love you, mom.
- 47:15Speaker 1: And the parents are.
- 47:16Speaker 5: Like, oh my gosh, I miss those days. And I'm like,
- 47:19Speaker 5: don't say that to me. Don't say you miss.
- 47:23Speaker 3: I know. Because I look on that bus and I'm like, oh.
- 47:26Speaker 5: I am that person. When I see a pregnant person,
- 47:28Speaker 5: I turn into an insane human.
- 47:29Speaker 1: And I'm like, enjoy it.
- 47:33Speaker 4: I can't control myself.
- 47:34Speaker 5: They're looking at me like, did you take your meds today?
- 47:49Speaker 1: I can never tell the couples that are going to
- 47:51Speaker 1: get divorced or not.
- 47:52Speaker 5: I know Emily's struggling in her marriage.
- 47:54Speaker 4: I don't think they'll get divorced.
- 47:56Speaker 3: I have to say something. I'm never looking again and going,
- 47:59Speaker 3: they're going to make it. They're going to make it.
- 48:00Speaker 7: Because back to the other point, who thought Heidi and
- 48:03Speaker 7: Spencer were going to make it in that one?
- 48:04Speaker 3: Exactly. So now it's like they're the only ones together
- 48:07Speaker 3: from that, right? So my picker's real shit.
- 48:09Speaker 1: You would have looked at Kyle and Mauricio and been like,
- 48:11Speaker 1: they are rocking it until death.
- 48:13Speaker 3: They have it together.
- 48:13Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 48:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:14Speaker 4: No, Emily's going to stay with her.
- 48:16Speaker 3: Who has the most rough relationship? They'll make it.
- 48:19Speaker 1: They're being tested right now. It's because of the kids.
- 48:24Speaker 5: Is it the kids?
- 48:25Speaker 3: Hold on.
- 48:26Speaker 7: Or is it because I also saw something because she
- 48:29Speaker 7: looks amazing now. And people were saying, is she outgrowing
- 48:34Speaker 7: that pot that she was in?
- 48:35Speaker 3: Oh. So that is the one thing that I... can
- 48:41Speaker 3: contribute to this conversation. I like contribute. I contributed. Yeah.
- 48:47Speaker 7: No, you make an excellent point. Yeah, she's outgrowing her pot.
- 48:50Speaker 7: And he may not be enough for her. Because now
- 48:53Speaker 7: she's a bad bitch.
- 48:55Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 48:55Speaker 3: She was a bad bitch before, though.
- 48:57Speaker 5: She's always been a bad bitch.
- 48:58Speaker 1: And you also have to remember, she passed the bar
- 49:00Speaker 1: and Shane had to take it like seven times before
- 49:03Speaker 1: he passed.
- 49:03Speaker 4: And he's a stay-at-home dad.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Now he's a stay-at-home dad. She is obviously... up in
- 49:09Speaker 1: the gym working on her fitness which I relate to
- 49:12Speaker 1: but not even on the same scale like she has
- 49:14Speaker 1: to go every day and I think it's also for
- 49:17Speaker 1: her mental health So she takes time away to do that.
- 49:21Speaker 1: She takes time away to film. She's a part of
- 49:26Speaker 1: the Innocence Center, where, correct me if I'm wrong, people
- 49:30Speaker 1: who were falsely accused, I think she does a lot
- 49:34Speaker 1: of work with them as well. And then her son
- 49:37Speaker 1: is going through a lot health-wise. And I think their
- 49:41Speaker 1: marriage is being tested. So I don't know. There was also,
- 49:43Speaker 1: and I bring this couple up all the time, the
- 49:45Speaker 1: Takemans from OG Roni. When you watch them, you're like,
- 49:49Speaker 1: these people hate each other and they're getting forced. They're
- 49:51Speaker 1: still together to this day.
- 49:53Speaker 3: What did I just say? Who hates each other the most?
- 49:56Speaker 3: They'll make it.
- 49:56Speaker 5: Well, the ones that are willing to fight each other
- 49:58Speaker 5: on camera.
- 49:58Speaker 1: And then when you have to go back and watch
- 50:01Speaker 1: that and be like, wow, we really need to pull
- 50:04Speaker 1: our shit together.
- 50:05Speaker 7: I think that's where they get it together is like
- 50:08Speaker 7: watching themselves and they're like, holy shit, we got to
- 50:10Speaker 7: work on this.
- 50:10Speaker 4: Well, Lisa on Salt Lake Housewives, remember? She watched it
- 50:13Speaker 4: back and.
- 50:14Speaker 1: With her husband.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Yeah, broke her heart.
- 50:17Speaker 3: The way she handled things?
- 50:19Speaker 4: Yeah, they were at each other. But they've come around.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Well, I thought that scene was really sweet with him.
- 50:24Speaker 4: Me too.
- 50:25Speaker 1: You could tell he felt horrible.
- 50:27Speaker 4: Yeah. He's feeling less than. That's why he treated her
- 50:30Speaker 4: the way he did.
- 50:32Speaker 3: I was just going to say... For... Who are we
- 50:35Speaker 3: talking about who just looks amazing? Emily. It won't work
- 50:40Speaker 3: if he needs to find something.
- 50:43Speaker 1: That fulfills him?
- 50:43Speaker 3: Yeah. Whether that be a job or something, because we've
- 50:49Speaker 3: seen it. Mm-hmm. with a couple of bees, a couple of,
- 50:53Speaker 3: a couple of guys with the bees. Yeah. Yeah. And like,
- 50:58Speaker 3: that's the thing.
- 50:59Speaker 5: They don't have anything.
- 51:00Speaker 7: And that's the other thing that's like hard in the
- 51:02Speaker 7: Bravo world that I will say is it's like, it's
- 51:04Speaker 7: mostly women, unless you're talking about like Southern charm or
- 51:06Speaker 7: things like that.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Um, These women, their entire lives are changed after you
- 51:12Speaker 1: become a housewife.
- 51:13Speaker 3: And so is the man.
- 51:14Speaker 7: Because as a man, like your wife that you were
- 51:17Speaker 7: taking care of and doing all these things starts getting
- 51:19Speaker 7: things and then outgrowing the pot and things like that.
- 51:22Speaker 7: And as a man, you start thinking, am I enough?
- 51:24Speaker 7: What do I need to do?
- 51:25Speaker 3: She's the.
- 51:26Speaker 7: And then you start this thing and then you start
- 51:27Speaker 7: to resent and then you start hitting.
- 51:29Speaker 5: Just so interesting because these wives.
- 51:30Speaker 1: You start hitting.
- 51:32Speaker 7: No, you start like hitting that wall. Like you start
- 51:34Speaker 7: hitting a wall. You start hitting each other.
- 51:37Speaker 3: You start just beating the fuck out of each other.
- 51:39Speaker 3: One of you is in prison. The other one is dead.
- 51:42Speaker 3: It's just bad.
- 51:43Speaker 7: But you hit that wall and then you're like, where
- 51:45Speaker 7: else to go but to argue.
- 51:48Speaker 1: That's why I always say these Bravo shows. A lot
- 51:53Speaker 1: of people say that it pits women against each other.
- 51:56Speaker 1: we're making reality TV and it's taking very strong personalities
- 52:03Speaker 1: with free will saying, do you want to be a
- 52:04Speaker 1: part of this show? We'd love to have you and
- 52:07Speaker 1: putting them on a show together. But it's wild where
- 52:10Speaker 1: the women have been supporting their husbands this whole time,
- 52:14Speaker 1: holding down the household. And then when they sign up
- 52:17Speaker 1: for these reality shows, the men feel small and just can't.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Fucking handle it. It's like, come on. Well, not small,
- 52:23Speaker 3: but look at Justin. Yeah. What happened to him in
- 52:26Speaker 3: his career?
- 52:27Speaker 1: He got fired.
- 52:28Speaker 7: There you go. So it's like, at what point? And
- 52:29Speaker 7: now what, what does Justin do? Like, do you go
- 52:33Speaker 7: and find that same thing? But now you're on a
- 52:35Speaker 7: TV show where that is a thing. And now you're seeing,
- 52:38Speaker 7: and now people are like, we don't want to hire
- 52:39Speaker 7: you because this comes in. So now how does he,
- 52:43Speaker 7: so it's difficult. I'm telling you, it really is. It's
- 52:46Speaker 7: a hard, I just see it from the man.
- 52:48Speaker 3: Not for me. Cause I'm not anywhere in that thing,
- 52:51Speaker 3: but I understand where things can get difficult just for
- 52:55Speaker 3: a man in the Bravo world. I'm sorry.
- 52:57Speaker 7: It really is a difficult like thing. Back to the
- 53:00Speaker 7: point of the guy selling pillows.
- 53:03Speaker 3: Oh, Craig. Craig. Yeah. Look at that. He was like,
- 53:06Speaker 3: all women follow me. What do I have to do?
- 53:08Speaker 3: Fucking pillows.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Well, he started just sewing things out of boredom.
- 53:13Speaker 3: Pillows. Here we go. But like, that's the thing. It's
- 53:15Speaker 3: like he made his career in a woman's. like in
- 53:20Speaker 3: decor yeah you're right like it's.
- 53:22Speaker 7: Very handsome there it's just very tough for him and
- 53:25Speaker 7: then you got a dj but like the only reason
- 53:27Speaker 7: why he's successful is because he's on the fucking show
- 53:31Speaker 7: right take him off nobody's going to watch a dj
- 53:33Speaker 7: there buddy i don't know maybe yeah.
- 53:37Speaker 1: I think james makes a living off of djing and he's.
- 53:41Speaker 4: Not on the show Yeah, you're right.
- 53:43Speaker 3: I haven't seen James Kennedy's name in God knows how long.
- 53:46Speaker 5: But I think he's crushing it still.
- 53:49Speaker 3: He's still making music.
- 53:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I really do.
- 53:53Speaker 3: I hope he is. I really do.
- 53:55Speaker 7: But I don't think I've seen him in anything Las
- 53:57Speaker 7: Vegas-oriented on their shirt.
- 54:00Speaker 4: Have we looked?
- 54:01Speaker 3: You've got to be in the bubble. Yeah, I guess
- 54:03Speaker 3: you've got to be in the bubble.
- 54:04Speaker 1: But... Patronic is coming back, you guys. I'm thrilled about this.
- 54:09Speaker 4: Karen Huger. Is she coming back? Oh, yes.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Six months in prison. She's back at it. And in
- 54:15Speaker 1: the preview, she's like, I got street cred now. She's
- 54:17Speaker 1: not afraid of anything.
- 54:18Speaker 3: Is Jen Shaw coming back? Jen Shaw? Because she's out.
- 54:22Speaker 6: Jen?
- 54:22Speaker 3: Jen Shaw.
- 54:23Speaker 4: No.
- 54:23Speaker 3: No more touching that one? No, no, no, no. Okay, bravo.
- 54:27Speaker 3: I see you. No.
- 54:29Speaker 5: Breaking news. Taylor is out.
- 54:33Speaker 3: You don't say with all the failed drug tests. Oh, really?
- 54:36Speaker 5: All right, let's get into it after this.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Taylor Frankie Paul, my gratitude goes to all the networks
- 54:42Speaker 1: that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance
- 54:45Speaker 1: to return.
- 54:45Speaker 5: However, I don't desire to move forward like this.
- 54:48Speaker 1: I originally was willing to be removed to let them
- 54:51Speaker 1: all continue on with less stress, and I'm back to
- 54:54Speaker 1: that point. Some of the girls know what I've been through,
- 54:57Speaker 1: and then to turn and collectively pile on with their statements,
- 55:01Speaker 1: knowing they're... has been ongoing abuse through the system the
- 55:05Speaker 1: last eight months on top of what I've endured. Almost
- 55:08Speaker 1: the entire cast plus some going at me laughing about
- 55:12Speaker 1: my kids is disgusting and I bit my tongue. These
- 55:16Speaker 1: same people had meetings telling me I need to lead
- 55:19Speaker 1: the way of pay and What does that mean? My
- 55:23Speaker 1: voice was the only one that can make it happen,
- 55:26Speaker 1: and then they would work from what I demanded. I'm
- 55:29Speaker 1: grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands,
- 55:32Speaker 1: and I'm grateful I kept same pay out of fairness
- 55:35Speaker 1: and integrity. I treated production and crew with respect always.
- 55:39Speaker 1: In fact, they're the ones who checked on me throughout this.
- 55:42Speaker 1: I agree it's to the point of bullying for months now.
- 55:46Speaker 1: What makes it harder to take in is some of
- 55:48Speaker 1: these Parents have made mistakes that would result in the
- 55:53Speaker 1: same judgment I'm receiving yet pointing a finger. However, it
- 55:56Speaker 1: is a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue
- 56:00Speaker 1: because I've almost convinced myself I'm deserving of all of
- 56:02Speaker 1: this pain. And to a certain degree, absolutely. This is
- 56:06Speaker 1: consequences of my actions. My question has been how much
- 56:09Speaker 1: suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough. I'm just
- 56:12Speaker 1: relieved to be out.
- 56:15Speaker 4: You know, I've been watching that show.
- 56:18Speaker 1: Yeah, and are you liking it?
- 56:19Speaker 4: Well, I just wanted to see what all the hype was.
- 56:22Speaker 3: Are you seeing it?
- 56:24Speaker 4: I'm on the fourth episode in season one, so I'm
- 56:27Speaker 4: just barely getting into it.
- 56:29Speaker 1: Yeah, because I think they're on what, season four?
- 56:30Speaker 3: I think so.
- 56:32Speaker 1: I think they pump out two seasons a year. I think.
- 56:37Speaker 1: I'm not 100% sure.
- 56:39Speaker 3: I do not know either. I think it's just one, though,
- 56:41Speaker 3: if I'm not mistaken. Because I follow Miranda. Mm-hmm. And
- 56:46Speaker 3: so I just see like stuff she's doing and it
- 56:48Speaker 3: seems like they're only filming for like they're filming right now.
- 56:52Speaker 3: And this is the first time.
- 56:54Speaker 1: Without her?
- 56:55Speaker 3: I think she's copping out.
- 56:56Speaker 7: I think she failed a lot of drug tests, allegedly,
- 56:58Speaker 7: through a lot of people saying it. She's lost custody
- 57:01Speaker 7: of her other two kids and the one she has
- 57:02Speaker 7: with Dakota. So I think that she is just not
- 57:06Speaker 7: in a good spot in saying that she's going to
- 57:09Speaker 7: remove herself. And I could see it being she can't
- 57:11Speaker 7: come back until she's clean.
- 57:12Speaker 1: So I don't know how Hulu works. I know how
- 57:17Speaker 1: a network that I'm familiar with works.
- 57:20Speaker 5: And when they.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Choose to not ask you to return, they give you
- 57:24Speaker 1: the choice to put out a statement to make it
- 57:26Speaker 1: look like it was your choice. Although you were not
- 57:30Speaker 1: given a choice. It's like, we're not asking you back.
- 57:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 57:33Speaker 1: If you would like to put out a statement that says,
- 57:35Speaker 1: you know, you guys are leaving on your own.
- 57:37Speaker 7: It's almost like you're fired, but we're giving you the,
- 57:39Speaker 7: but you can quit right now.
- 57:41Speaker 3: You're going to get fired, but we'll give you the, the,
- 57:45Speaker 3: the option to quit right now. Yeah. I'll quit.
- 57:48Speaker 1: All right.
- 57:49Speaker 3: I'll have a good one.
- 57:50Speaker 1: So I wonder if that's the same thing that they
- 57:52Speaker 1: do or if she really did say, I need to
- 57:54Speaker 1: like take a step back and this is too much.
- 57:57Speaker 7: That, yeah, I have no idea as well. I think
- 58:00Speaker 7: you're onto something with that. But with how many things,
- 58:03Speaker 7: because I saw it through TMZ. I saw it through
- 58:06Speaker 7: a lot of reality blurbs. I saw every little publication
- 58:11Speaker 7: that had it was saying she's failing drug tests.
- 58:15Speaker 3: All right.
- 58:16Speaker 5: All right.
- 58:17Speaker 2: All right.
- 58:17Speaker 3: We'll let you know that.
