A 21-year-old man, Nicholas Ortiz, died after being stabbed in a business parking lot on East Travis Boulevard. Police responded to the scene around 10:50 AM, finding him unresponsive inside a car linked to a reported fight. Despite rushed medical attention, he did not survive.
