  Speaker 1: what the elders obtained were not just things. Beyond things,

  Speaker 1: they also obtained a good report. Bible, faith does not

  Speaker 1: Are we together now to the economy of faith that

  Speaker 1: at the end of your journey, you should not just arrive.

  Speaker 1: So faith from this scripture immediately tells us that faith

  Speaker 2: So we know that there is a place for receiving things.

  Speaker 1: But the Bible tells us that the whole process of

  Speaker 1: faith should not just stop in obtaining things away following now,

  Speaker 1: it then means that every time we study faith, there

  Speaker 1: are two things we should be looking for. Its ability

  Speaker 1: to deliver things and its ability to bring the individuals
• 12:42
  Speaker 1: who have a good report, And Hebrews goes further to
• 12:47
  Speaker 1: let us know that there are some times that faith
• 12:51
  Speaker 1: does not deliver things, but it must always deliver a
• 12:55
  Speaker 1: good report. In the workings of faith, a good report

  Speaker 1: is greater than obtaining things. Because when you studied the

  Speaker 1: entire discourse of all those who were called the elders,

  Speaker 1: some of them did not obtain things. But the Bible

  Speaker 1: says all of them obtained a good report, and yet
• 13:19
  Speaker 1: it called them elders.

  Speaker 2: This is very important.

  Speaker 1: So everywhere we study faith, we must seek to find

  Speaker 1: desires actualized. But then we must also seek to find

  Speaker 1: where reports were established. Therein lies the disappointment of many believers,

  Speaker 1: because we have limited the understanding of faith to things,
• 13:47
  Speaker 1: and once we fail to obtain things to faith, we

  Speaker 1: feel disappointed. And sometimes even women of God will lack
• 13:55
  Speaker 1: the ability to explain to people why they seem to
• 13:59
  Speaker 1: have believed God, but the end of their journey did

  Speaker 1: not end up with getting things. When you understand the
• 14:06
  Speaker 1: way faith works, you will know that getting things is
• 14:09
  Speaker 1: a very is an inferior path of faith, that a
• 14:14
  Speaker 1: more superior approach to faith is obtaining a good report.

  Speaker 1: So by this understanding, we see immediately that faith is
• 14:25
  Speaker 1: a platform, but faith is a journey.

  Speaker 1: Faith is a platform that helps the believer to obtain

  Speaker 1: promises to actualized desires. But that more than a platform,

  Speaker 1: faith is also a journey, and that in that journey,

  Speaker 2: The end of it is having a testimony.

  Speaker 1: There is something. The journey does not affect your hand,

  Speaker 1: them manifested faith. That means if your faith just stops

  Speaker 1: or is limited to receiving things, there is a dimension

  Speaker 1: of God's design of faith that you may never step into.

  Speaker 1: Are we together now praise the name of the Lord.

  Speaker 1: I've listened to so many teachings about faith, blessed by them,

  Speaker 1: but I think this limitation in our understanding of faith

  Speaker 1: has affected our confidence, and it has dampened our audacity.

  Speaker 1: We're not able to face life because we have reduced

  Speaker 1: faith only to the realm, where it is a platform

  Speaker 1: that helps us to obtain things. I wrote something here

  Speaker 1: is faith as a school, a journey that helps you

  Speaker 1: to know God in his various dimensions. There is faith

  Speaker 1: Timothy one twelve. And I am persuaded, for I know

  Speaker 1: which I have committed onto him against that day. Notice

  Speaker 1: he did not say I have believed. He said, I

  Speaker 1: But my encounter, my intimacy, I'm not just believing him.
