Welcome to nature daily wager. I ain't picking winners but I am
• 0:10
making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
October 18, 2025. And well man, last night did not
• 0:26
go as I expected when it came to Nebraska, Missouri, nor as it
• 0:30
came to EU Apparently EU is not back.
• 0:34
And so there were some upsets last night.
• 0:37
There's been some upsets today, so had the loss last night.
• 0:41
I'm looking at today. I was looking through the
• 0:43
schedule, trying to figure out where I was going to go.
• 0:45
Now I see this one out West. We got UNM, Los Lobos taking on
• 0:50
Nevada, who are the Wolfpack, which I think is just the
• 0:54
English version of Los Lobos. So we got 2 wolves or two Lobos.
• 0:59
I guess that would be Dos Lobos battling out here today in
• 1:02
Albuquerque or Alba Cracky for any of you clones out there.
• 1:06
And so I'm looking at this and I'm thinking, OK, UNM has been
• 1:10
kicking some butt, has been doing what they do this year
• 1:13
over exceeding expectations. And I've seen this in the past,
• 1:16
seen you and them do this. And this is about the time where
• 1:19
the wheels fall off. They start feeling themselves,
• 1:22
the gamblers start feeling themselves, the books start
• 1:24
feeling them. I'll think we got you and M
• 1:26
pegged that they're good, that they're overproductive, that
• 1:29
they're the team that we expect them to be or that we didn't
• 1:32
expect them to be and they're better than the team we expected
• 1:35
them to be. And then you get a lowly team
• 1:37
like Nevada coming in 13 1/2 point, underdogs, expect the
• 1:41
Lobos to go in there and smack them around.
• 1:44
But they don't because that's the history of the Lobos.
• 1:46
And so given how everything else has been going this weekend,
• 1:49
  upsets galore, team's not covering.
• 1:52
I think the same's going to happen here.
• 1:53
So given the individual history, given the collective going on,
• 1:57
we're going to take the Nevada Wolfpack against the Lobos
• 2:00
today. So we're going to take Nevada
• 2:02
plus 13 1/2 against the UNM Lobos and tonight's NCAA men's
• 2:07
college football action. Is there anything better than
• 2:10
  that? Pound it.
• 2:11
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
