A 43-year-old man, Leonard Evans, has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a father of four found shot multiple times inside a Tesla on Seminary Avenue in Oakland. Investigators used surveillance, witness accounts, and digital evidence to track him down in Stockton, leading to his arrest and booking on July 1st without bail. District Attorney Ursula Jones Dickson stressed accountability in gun violence cases.
