Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_04]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_04]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_04]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_04]: What have I told you that a former disgrace to CNN anchor just committed what many legal experts are calling a federal crime live on camera actually filming himself doing it thinking that he was protected by the first amendment.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's exactly what happened and the Justice Department just put him on notice that impending charges could land him in federal prison for years.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_04]: Hey gang, it's me, talk to Steve, your major professor, celebrating yet another day in the Trumpian Golden Age as officially as of today, one year old, a single year, that's literally changed the world and you're the ones who made that possible because of what you did in November of 2024.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_04]: So if you want to front row see it on how you continue to change the world, the ways you never even imagined, you know what to do.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_04]: make sure to smack that bell and subscribe.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm sure many of you like me were sickened by what we saw this past Sunday.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_04]: A mob of anti-ice agitators stormed city's church in St. Paul, Minnesota during their worship service.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_04]: They barge in the sanctuary, blowing whistles, chanting ice out and terrifying families including children who are simply
- 1:43[SPEAKER_04]: You
- 1:44[SPEAKER_04]: But right there in the middle of it all was none other than the now unemployed Don Lemon live streaming the entire disruption who had the unmitigated goal to confront the pastor and defend the protesters.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think of it?
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this is unacceptable, it's shameful.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's shameful to interrupt a public gathering
- 2:14[SPEAKER_03]: But there are folks who will say, I have to take care of my flock of people.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_03]: Listen, we live in if there's a constitution in the first amendment to freedom of speech and freedom to assemble a project.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_02]: We're here to worship Jesus because that's the hope of these cities.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_02]: That's the hope of the world.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus Christ.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm glad you guys respect what priests I'll push me to.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_02]: We're here.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_02]: We're here to worship Jesus.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's why we're here.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's why we're here.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_02]: That's why we're here.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_02]: That's why we're here.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_02]: That's why we're about.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think Jesus would be understanding it?
- 2:41[SPEAKER_02]: We're about, we're about these, but we're about spreading the love of Jesus.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: But did you try to talk to them?
- 2:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's a, that's a, that's a Christian one is willing to talk.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: I have to take care of my church, my family, so I ask this, you actually would also be, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don't want to, you don
- 3:10[SPEAKER_04]: Can you imagine him walking into a Minneapolis mosque going up to the Imam and telling him that the protesters disrupting Muslim worship were justified under the First Amendment?
- 3:24[SPEAKER_04]: Regardless, what this pastor did not know at the time, is that Don Lemon was in on all of this.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_04]: Before the church invasion, he was called on camera describing this as a secret operation called Operation Pull Up.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_01]: they're getting the operation together again.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: This is an operation that is a secret that they invited folks out.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: Can't tell you what is going to happen, but you're going to watch it live and vote here on the Don Lennon Show.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: There are this for this reason looks for this reason.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: It may look like MAGA coded, but there's a reason they have so many white people here.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to be honest, because of what they're the operation that they're doing today.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: It's important to have allies, as they said, white allies here.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: that is what I could say.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: I turned her camera off of them because they're giving some critical information here.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_04]: Now besides lemons embarrassingly absurd racist obsession with whiteness, what you just saw that was nothing less than a man chronically the evidence
- 4:36[SPEAKER_04]: for his own prosecution.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_04]: He admitted on camera that he knew a disruption was coming.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_04]: He knew where they were going and he deliberately embedded himself in that mob.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_04]: And with an hours, the justice department dropped this.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: On lemon used the word we, not protesters, not they, not them or in their preferred pronouns.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: He said we, does that put him on the line as a protestor
- 5:06[SPEAKER_05]: I was, this, this position of his is so stupid, I was trying to figure out how to put it in layman's terms.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_05]: Imagine you have a bank robbery that's being planned by a number of criminals.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_05]: The crossing state lines are using the wires and then a podcaster says, well let me embed myself in here and come along for the ride and live stream the crime.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_05]: That would not be protected by the first amendment.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_05]: And so, the
- 5:30[SPEAKER_05]: it is a crime to disrupt and harass and make people in a church or any house of worship feel unsafe in this country.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_05]: And when you're part of that planning and show up and write along and laugh outside about and make commentary outside about how disrupting and putting people in fear is literally part of protest and part of the plan.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_05]: Um, you know, we're not reaching conclusions now.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_05]: Of course, everybody is entitled to the presumption of innocence.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_05]: But if I were giving advice to a journalist about this, which I have done in the past, I would say, and do not participate in a crime actively.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_04]: And here's where this escalates dramatically.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_04]: Harmy Dylan, who you just saw there revealed that lemon is looking at facing charges under two acts, the face act.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_04]: the Ku Klux Klan Act.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_04]: So if you don't know the face act stands for the freedom of the access to clinic entrances.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_04]: It's a 1994 federal law that prohibits using forced threats of physical obstruction to interfere with individual seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services or damage facilities, providing such services in the light.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_04]: But the law has been successfully expanded in interpretation and enforcement to cover interference with access to other facilities and other services protected under federal law including places of worship so lemon and the protesters are facing charges with that and ironically facing charges under the Ku Klux Klan act that's an 1871 law.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_04]: That makes it a federal crime to conspire to violate someone's civil rights, including the first amendment right to worship freely.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_04]: The penalties are pretty severe for face act violations involving force or intimidation.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_04]: We're talking up to three years in federal prison.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_04]: It bodily injury resulted that jumps to 10 years.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_04]: And if they tack on KKK at conspiracy charges, which the Biden DOJ, by the way, routinely did pro-life grandmothers praying outside abortion clinics, lemon could be looking at some serious prison time.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_04]: And so needless to say, don lemon is freaking out.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_04]: And he decided to post a rather panicked video response to all of this.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_04]: And all it ended up doing was further strength in the case against him, wait until you see this.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_04]: But first gag, you know, the big medical act of 2025 was several peer-reviewed studies, identifying the direct connections between anti-paracitic medications,
- 8:14[SPEAKER_04]: having off-label benefits, fighting a wide variety of cancers, and this makes sense.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_04]: The connection between tumor growth and parasites has been known for years.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_04]: Now while the CDC remains silent, they've admitted that millions of Americans suffer from parasitic infections that often go undetected,
- 8:34[SPEAKER_04]: or undiagnosed.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_04]: This is why Dr. Peter McCollock, chief scientific officer at the Wellness Company in the world's most published cardiologist says these studies make a clear case to do at least one medical grade parasite cleanse every year.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the wellness company's proprietary USA compounded eye-remectin and Membendezol is a doctor prescribed gold standard combination dose designed to help the body eliminate parasites plus other incredible benefits.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_04]: Each bottle contains 90 capsules enough,
- 9:08[SPEAKER_04]: to complete 4-21 day cleanses.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_04]: This high-strength formula cannot be found at your local pharmacy, but the wellness company removes all the red tape by making the process fully digital.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_04]: Fill out a quick intake form, a doctor reviews it,
- 9:23[SPEAKER_04]: And your medical grade parasite cleanse arrives in a week.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_04]: It's time for New Year, New Year Reset, and own your health.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_04]: Head to TWC.Hell Slash, Turley, and use code, Turley to save $90 off plus free shipping USA Residence, only.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: So, let me just make a quick, is this eight assistant attorney general, I don't know, I've got something, something, a hemat, a jelly or whatever.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_01]: So, I had no affiliation to that organization.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even know they were going to this church until we followed them there.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_01]: We were there, chronically, protests.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: Once the protests started in the church,
- 10:13[SPEAKER_01]: We did an act of journalism, which was reported on it and talked to the people who involved which included the pastor members of the church and members of the organization.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_01]: It's called journalism.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: First amendment.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: All that stuff.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_01]: All of you people who believe in the first amendment.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_01]: There you go.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_01]: So why don't you talk to the actual person who is in charge of the organization?
- 10:38[SPEAKER_01]: and whose idea it was to have the protests at the church before you start blaming me for stopping for what you have to want to hear.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_04]: Now you'll notice immediately that lemon is changing his tune there, right?
- 10:53[SPEAKER_04]: You heard what he said before in that parking lot before they entered the church, right?
- 10:58[SPEAKER_04]: He knew exactly where they were going.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_04]: He claimed to know what they were doing and what it was all about, but it couldn't tell us now we would find out and do course.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_04]: Now he's saying he had no idea what they were going to do, he had no idea where they were going.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_04]: And when he found out that it was interrupting a church service he decided as a member of the press, as a journalist, to chronicle the protest once they got there, but the internet never forgets.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_04]: and now his own words that we heard earlier are destroying that defense, but if you could believe it, it gets even worse.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_04]: He just couldn't stop digging.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_01]: So there is a certain degree of racism there and there's a certain degree of entitlement.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: I think people who are
- 11:44[SPEAKER_01]: you know in the religious groups like that it's not the type of Christianity that I practice but I think that they're entitled and that entitlement comes from a supremacy, a white supremacy and they think that this country was built for them that it is a Christian country when actually we left England because we wanted religious freedom.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_01]: it's religious freedom, but only if you're a Christian and only if you're a white male pretty much.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: And so yeah, I absolutely 100%, but it's an intimidation tactic.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I said, I don't understand how I've become the face of it when I was a journalist.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: I do understand that I'm the biggest name there.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm also, as I was on with my producers this morning, you know, you and Kylie talk all the time, my producers was saying, I said, how did I become the face of this, and my producers had done you're a gay black man in America, and you have a platform.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: And you're the biggest name.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: Of course you're going to be the person that they single out and they're going to make the headline because it plays to their base and their base is full of racist, bigoted homophobes like Nicki Minaj by the way.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_04]: My heavens.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_04]: What an embarrassingly shameless narcissist and Nicki Minaj, you know the the pop star she came out against him and what he did she excoriated him
- 12:54[SPEAKER_04]: And ironically, clap back at her while talking about white supremacy, but again, narcissism has a definite wave, clouding judgment as we can see.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_04]: What you just heard there is a perfect example of how Don Lemon is literally digging his own grave.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_04]: As my namesake, the law professor, Jonathan, truly pointed out, what you just witnessed there
- 13:18[SPEAKER_04]: was Don Lemon actually perfecting the prosecution's case against him, and it's devastating.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_04]: The statement you just heard there could easily be used by federal prosecutors is exhibit A and their file right now.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_04]: You just heard Don Lemon say explicitly that these worshippers were targeted for their faith.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_04]: They were targeted for the kind of faith they practiced.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_04]: He openly stated that they were targeted precisely because of their religious values.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he's saying it on tape.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_04]: This is exactly what prosecutors need to charge lemon under the face act.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_04]: The face act remember prohibits the use or threat of force and physical obstruction that injures intimidates or interferes with a person seeking to exercise their first amendment rights of religious freedom at places of religious worship.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_04]: That's something that's actually very hard to prove that somebody intended to obstruct the free exercise religious worship unless of course you have a borderline illiterate
- 14:32[SPEAKER_04]: Lemon explicitly attacked the congregation's theology.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_04]: They were targeted precisely because of the very religion they were practicing.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_04]: And he's essentially confessing that the disruption was specifically about the congregation's religious beliefs and values.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_04]: And Lemon, thinking he was defending the protesters, right to demonstrate, actually provided the smoking gun evidence that the entire operation was designed to suppress religious worship.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_04]: That's not civil disobedience.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_04]: That's not journalism.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_04]: That's a federal crime.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: Under two separate statutes, face act and Ku Klux Klan act of 1871, which makes it illegal to conspire to deny anyone their constitutional rights including the right to worship freely.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_04]: So it really does look as if Don Lemmon inadvertently stepped in it again and again and again.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_04]: What's the first rule when you find yourself in a hole?
- 15:32[SPEAKER_04]: Well, it's the rule that Don Lem and Narcissus par excellence ignored, and that dismissal looks like it's about to land him in prison, and it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
