Speaker 1: the return of wide receiver Tyrell Shavers has grown online
• 1:04
Speaker 1: after his agent posted a picture of the wideout running

Speaker 1: out of the tunnel at Highmark Stadium last year, captioned
• 1:11
Speaker 1: with a sunglasses emoji. This obviously hints at a potential

Speaker 1: last postseason. Week 7 Recap Lots of results went Buffalo's
• 1:25
Speaker 1: way during their bye week, including some major rivals losing.
• 1:30
Speaker 1: The first was the New England Patriots being handed their
• 1:33
Speaker 1: third loss of the year in a 30-24 deficit to
• 1:36
Speaker 1: the Chicago Bears on Thursday night football. Then on Sunday,
• 1:41
Speaker 1: the Texans fell to the Giants in overtime with former
• 1:44
Speaker 1: Bill Devon Singletary scoring the winning touchdown. The Bengals dealt
• 1:49
Speaker 1: the Ravens their second straight loss in a 35-13 beatdown.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: The Dolphins, meanwhile, earned their first win of the year
• 1:56
Speaker 1: against the Jets with a 28-25 victory. The Colts officially
• 2:01
Speaker 1: became sellers at the deadline after a 16-10 loss to
• 2:04
Speaker 1: the Vikings to push them to 2-5. Minnesota, meanwhile, is
• 2:08
Speaker 1: still perfect at 6-0. The Raiders fell to 3-4 with
• 2:13
Speaker 1: a 35-21 loss to the Rams, and the Kansas City
• 2:17
Speaker 1: Chiefs were dominated on Sunday Night Football, losing 20-3 to
• 2:21
Speaker 1: the Seahawks. NFL standings. Entering week eight, the Bills are
• 2:27
Speaker 1: currently the number two seed in the AFC, but now
• 2:30
Speaker 1: share a 5-1 record with the current one-seed Chiefs. The
• 2:35
Speaker 1: Browns of all teams are right behind them at 5-2,
• 2:38
Speaker 1: while the Jaguars currently lead the AFC South with a
• 2:42
Speaker 1: 4-2 record. The Broncos and Steelers hold the first two
• 2:46
Speaker 1: wildcard spots with 5-2 records, while the Bengals are currently
• 2:50
Speaker 1: in the last spot with a 4-2 record. The Patriots
• 2:53
Speaker 1: and Ravens are currently both on the outside looking in
• 2:56
Speaker 1: at 4-3. And at the bottom of the conference, the
• 3:00
Speaker 1: LA Chargers remain the only winless team in the league
• 3:03
Speaker 1: at 0-6. Trade deadline. I mentioned that the Colts officially
• 3:09
Speaker 1: became sellers, and they traded away two roster cornerstones on
• 3:13
Speaker 1: Tuesday to back that up. First, six-time All-Pro guard Quentin
• 3:18
Speaker 1: Nelson was traded to the Seattle Seahawks. in exchange for
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: a 2027 third-round pick and 2028 fifth-round pick. Later in
• 3:27
Speaker 1: the day, it was announced all-pro defensive tackle DeForest Buckner
• 3:31
Speaker 1: was reuniting with his old team, being traded to the
• 3:34
  Speaker 1: 49ers in exchange for a 2027 fourth-round pick. Around the
• 3:39
Speaker 1: NFL The Giants placed running back Tyrone Tracy on injured reserve,
• 3:44
Speaker 1: while the Panthers did the same with starting right tackle
• 3:46
Speaker 1: Taylor Moten. Meanwhile, the Seahawks opened up the 21-day practice
• 3:51
Speaker 1: window for rookie first-round running back Jadarian Price. And Jay-Z
• 3:56
Speaker 1: was announced as the Super Bowl halftime show performer in February.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: Trade deadline and cap situation. Last episode, Aaron walked through
• 4:06
Speaker 1: where the bills were cap-wise and what to expect from
• 4:09
Speaker 1: the trade deadline in the coming weeks. I'll go through
• 4:12
Speaker 1: some of that again now. The official day for the
• 4:15
Speaker 1: trade deadline is Tuesday, November 10th, at 4 p.m. Eastern.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: And here's exactly what you need to watch for. About
• 4:24
Speaker 1: 30% of trades happen over this next two-week period, during
• 4:28
Speaker 1: the pre-deadline buildup as contenders try to get guys early
• 4:31
Speaker 1: to learn the playbook. But 40% of all in-season moves
• 4:36
Speaker 1: happen in the final 72 hours of that window, leading
• 4:39
Speaker 1: up to Tuesday at 4 p.m. That's when the leverage spikes,
• 4:43
Speaker 1: prices settle, and sellers finally pull the triggers. So expect
• 4:47
Speaker 1: the rumor mill to go nuclear over the next 14 days.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: Right now, SpotTrack says the bills have roughly $ 4. 5 million
• 4:55
Speaker 1: in active salary cap space. Now, you might hear $ 4. 5
• 4:59
Speaker 1: million and think, that's not enough money to do too much.
• 5:02
Speaker 1: But remember how trade deadline accounting works, in-season prorating. When
• 5:07
Speaker 1: you trade for a player in Week 9, you only
• 5:09
Speaker 1: inherit their remaining base salary for the rest of the season,
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: roughly 50% of their full-year contract. That means with $ 4. 5
• 5:17
Speaker 1: million in room today, Buffalo can absorb a player with
• 5:20
Speaker 1: up to a $ 9 million full-season-based salary. Stats of the day.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: Josh Allen is 8-0 coming off the bye week since
• 5:29
Speaker 1: he entered the league in 2018. That's the most wins
• 5:33
Speaker 1: of any quarterback currently in the NFL. Tyler Bass has
• 5:37
Speaker 1: made 18 straight field goals dating back to 2024. This
• 5:41
Speaker 1: ties him for the longest streak by a kicker in
• 5:44
Speaker 1: Bill's history. with Ryan Lindell and his streak back in 2007.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: The Bills are averaging a league-best 32.8 points per game
• 5:54
Speaker 1: under Joe Brady, marking the second most in the Super
• 5:57
Speaker 1: Bowl era through a head coach's first six games, trailing
• 6:00
Speaker 1: only Mike Martz with the Rams in 2000. This is
• 6:04
Speaker 1: the 15th all-time meeting between the Bills and Ravens, including playoffs,
• 6:10
Speaker 1: and the series is currently tied 7-7. Tonight, tune in
• 6:16
Speaker 1: to the Cover 1 Buffalo podcast with Greg Thompson and
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Aaron Quinn. They'll talk to special guest Cole Jackson about
• 6:22
Speaker 1: what to expect in the upcoming Bills vs. Ravens matchup.
