- 0:09Unknown: Tax the rich,
- 0:11feed the poor.
- 0:27Unknown: And there we go with our familiar lyrics, mister Alvin Lee, ten years after. So prophetic, so many years ago, forty years or more so ago, Paul. Paul's with us this morning as is gonna be the habit, hopefully, on Wednesdays. Brian Howard
- 0:39is gonna join us at some point here shortly or else I'll join him.
- 0:44But it's a real special day today. First of all, it's Wednesday, and second of all, it's the December 5, last month of the year. See the light at the end of the tunnel maybe. And there's not very many days,
- 0:56Paul, that we get to open up the show
- 0:59joyful
- 1:00in commemoration
- 1:01of the death of a drug smuggling, murdering, lying, new world order leading ex president.
- 1:08Unknown: Yes.
- 1:09Unknown: I I couldn't agree more. Okay. So we'll celebrate that more. We'll celebrate that today.
- 1:15And Hurrah. Yes, sir. And and there's that that is joy or, you know, room celebration there. And as I think back when we had when we've had these really wonderful leaders, quote unquote, that we've had for so many years since I've been in this, the Clintons,
- 1:31and then we had this
- 1:32creep, and then we had or we had this creep, and then we had Clinton,
- 1:36and then we had this creep son who couldn't hardly even say a sentence coherently,
- 1:42and then we got rid of him, and then we got Obama. There was always an uproar about it, you know, out there among people that have two brain cells to rub together.
- 1:51And if you'll remember, there was a response that they laid out.
- 1:55Said, no, no, you're supposed to respect the office.
- 2:00Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. You know? Oh, no. No. No. It doesn't matter. You're supposed to respect the office.
- 2:05Why isn't the office respected today?
- 2:09Unknown: Oh, I don't know. One incumbent after another being a complete cretin probably doesn't really help. You know what I mean? And,
- 2:16although I like the current guy. I am, you know, orange man bad as he's as
- 2:20he's now called in grunt language, but I do quite like him. You know? And there was a lovely little quote I got with regards to this, which I I'd not seen before. Maybe it's it's well known to you over there, but pastor Steve put it on a this is a call out to him because he put it on a little chat. He said, we should always speak good of the dead. He's dead, and that's good.
- 2:42I like that.
- 2:44Good pastor Steve. A top comment. Yeah. God. Top comment. So
- 2:50Unknown: all the flags will fly
- 2:52at half mask. It's too bad they couldn't double the flagpole and put it up to the top if they were to take our approach here.
- 2:58And
- 2:59you'll see all the, you know, the sorrowful,
- 3:01oh, he's passed. He was such a great leader, he wasn't a great leader, he was a murderer, a slaver, a drug smuggler, probably a child molester,
- 3:10and a bunch of stuff we more likely don't know about in all honesty.
- 3:13So we'll commemorate his passing today, because usually people that have been in that position, we don't celebrate
- 3:19their passing too much, and joined
- 3:21here by one
- 3:23of the better students I've ever had, Mr. Brian Howard,
- 3:28and
- 3:29it is a preface to today, and of course we've promoted here since last week. Today we're going to really dwell on the birth certificate and some of these things that we're finding and why we're so excited about it, and find out maybe from Paul if he's got any updates and discuss it in general. Hey Brian, I hadn't had you on my show in a while, I sure am happy to.
- 3:48Is Brian's audio not gonna work? Roger. There he is. Hey, man.
- 3:53Unknown: I'm here. How are you? I'm good. I'm great. I'm I'm not Paul. Great to hear your voice too.
- 3:59Unknown: Well,
- 4:00speak directly in that microphone, Brian, and we wanna get you you were having a little little sound problems here when we tried to touch up earlier. So but I want everybody to hear exactly as as clear, clear as possible what you've gotta say today because I'm gonna turn it over to you here in a minute.
- 4:16I had a I had as I wrote Paul, I had a tormentia de pensando
- 4:20this morning.
- 4:22For those of you who know, I'm sure Katya is smiling. For those of you who don't know what that means, I had a brainstorm this morning. And it's funny how some of these things are delivered to you, you know, and I've experienced this over many years being in this as deeply as I have.
- 4:36The
- 4:37answer will come to you at the strangest time from the most unexpected direction.
- 4:42So, I got a good night's sleep last night, slept real hard, and I got up this morning. You know how you're groggy when you first get up? I mean, you you disorient
- 4:51a little bit, you're fuzzy. Okay? And man, when I put my feet on the floor, this lightning bolt hit me.
- 4:58And, and I've been excited about it all morning. And, the reason is because what I've been striving to do for so many
- 5:06years is to get this very complex, deliberately so,
- 5:10complex situation down to a very simple way of not only delivering it but understanding it. To get people on the uptake as quick as possible.
- 5:20Okay? And Brian for instance, Brian you heard me on and and many of our core listeners came from some of these appearances on Joyce Riley, what, five years ago?
- 5:30Unknown: Let's see. That's correct. I just
- 5:33Unknown: Moved to Idaho. Leave Austin. We moved to Idaho, yes, just about five years ago. Okay. So and Brian heard me on there, like most people, he goes, what the hell was this guy talking about? But something but like me, when I first stumbled onto John and Glenn, I knew there was something of great substance there. I had no idea what it was, and it's like taking a drink of water out of a fire hydrant if you got no relatability in your past to law and all this complex stuff, but you know there's something of substance there. It touches you. Okay? And and so it touched Brian. He came along. He's a very brave warrior, and
- 6:09there in the early days when he was still a newbie, really,
- 6:14backed the director of transportation
- 6:16of the state of Idaho flat in a corner. Okay?
- 6:20So we knew that he was a gallant warrior from the start. He's continued that that attitude and
- 6:27to this day, and he brings some very valuable information to us today on what we're gonna discuss.
- 6:32But what hit me this morning is for as long as I've been in this, and most of us, and I know not everyone, but most of us got into this arena through the tax side.
- 6:44Something happened, you went along in your life, you generally got in your late thirties or in your forties, and your ox got gored.
- 6:51And by then you got a family, you got responsibilities,
- 6:54and all of a sudden somebody's stealing your substance.
- 6:57And you start asking what the hell's going on here? Okay?
- 7:01And I dare say many people got into our arena via that avenue.
- 7:05And what has been the battle cry in the tax movement since I got into this or shortly thereafter,
- 7:14and the battle cry is show me the law.
- 7:17Right? I mean they're still using it today. I heard a videotape recently of a guy, obviously new to the movement, and he actually went and got the IRS on the phone and he had a problem with them, and he got this some supervisor and he keeps asking and it was about 20 minutes long. I couldn't even listen to whole thing, because where's
- 7:35the law? Well we're not gonna talk about that sir, well hold on hold on, you're supposed to answer questions, where's the law? So he's going through that whole thing. Okay, well let's use that that virtually everybody in our in our community and way of thinking is familiar with, I have to say, and let's ask them the same question. Where's the law that did away with state citizenship?
- 7:54Where's the law? Show me the law that did away with Ferguson there in Plessy versus Ferguson.
- 8:00Had they kill him? Where's the law?
- 8:02Well there ain't none.
- 8:04Okay?
- 8:05And the way they're doing all this is they're legislating from the bench
- 8:09because it was done with a court case.
- 8:11Alright? And that's the way they've generally done all this stuff. Now you wonder why they were so upset about Kavanaugh getting it up there? They know the power of that position. They've been using it for a long time.
- 8:23Okay? And there is no law. It's a presumption.
- 8:27We're not dealing with law. We're dealing with a presumption of law.
- 8:32And until that presumption is rebutted, that presumption stands.
- 8:37And the whole thing rides on that very simple
- 8:41concept and idea. Okay?
- 8:43So for all these years I had to get people like Brian
- 8:47and many of you out there are still having problems with it.
- 8:52Especially if you're new to it, you're trying to untie these knots and figure out what in the heck is this guy talking about. I got a very good listener, he's out there by you Brian,
- 9:01He's a good old Texas boy. His name's Ben. I'm sure he's listening today.
- 9:04And Ben contacted me back in ex wife number two days,
- 9:09and he said,
- 9:10you know, Roger, I listened to you for six months.
- 9:14And he said, I thought, what is this crazy idiot talking about?
- 9:19And he said, I was so perplexed that I continued to listen. Okay?
- 9:23And then all of a sudden, it hit me.
- 9:27Bam.
- 9:28Okay? And that's the way people, many people come to this. Okay? Because you're having to untie knots in your mind so that you can understand the complex way that this has been accomplished
- 9:39and figure out that it's so damned easy to get out of it, all you have to do is rebut the presumption.
- 9:47The whole thing rides,
- 9:49and you can go look it up in Black's Law Dictionary, and I thank Al Addus to this day, because I got this idea from a show I was doing with Al one time, we got into this discussion.
- 9:58The presumption of law is what's ruling the world to this day.
- 10:03Okay? So how do you rebut the presumption? Well the way we've done it in the past is with this affidavit that necessarily
- 10:11doesn't state what you are, it states what you're not. Alright? And you put it, you can do it with a declaration, it says right there in the passport application,
- 10:19you can
- 10:20can submit documentation,
- 10:22comma, including affidavits.
- 10:24So you can just make a statement and send it to them and evidently according to their words, which I think are pretty plain here, that you can rebut that presumption. However,
- 10:35if you do it in an affidavit form, now it's a legal declaration.
- 10:39And in the law,
- 10:41if you've got an affidavit that's properly formed,
- 10:44properly executed, and presented to the proper person,
- 10:47and it's not rebutted, it stands above all other truth. It's the highest form of truth in law, and that's why we try and couch this in an affidavit form because it backs them into a corner. They can't rebut it. They can't, reply to it. They just gotta stand there mute. And for seven years, since people have been doing this, what have they been doing up there at the secretary of state? Old Foggy Bottom himself
- 11:08stands there mute, doesn't he?
- 11:11Has anybody ever had an affidavit in seven years they've submitted to the Secretary of State that was rebutted?
- 11:17No.
- 11:19Why? Because it's fraud.
- 11:22Okay? So what excites me is I've experienced personally how difficult it is to get people into this mindset, get them to understand it, get them to have the balls to go ahead and submit that application with or without a passport application.
- 11:36But this new way is much simpler and evidently,
- 11:41a common law birth certificate does the exact same thing. It rebuts the presumption.
- 11:47Would you guys agree with that?
- 11:51Unknown: Yeah. Oh, by the way, hi, Brian. Good morning to you. I was just just been listening in there and just I didn't catch
- 11:59I I mean, I did not catch you saying hi. I just didn't say anything back then. But,
- 12:03yeah, broadly speaking, Roger, I'd agree I'd agree with you.
- 12:07Except I'm sort of keeping myself slightly intentionally in a neophyte state with all of this so that I can talk to normal people about it, if you know what I mean. Yes. It's not that I'm it's not that I'm averse to knowing all of the aspects of it. I need to. But I'm trying to sort of approach it in a way,
- 12:24on a personal level where I can talk in normal language to normal people about this,
- 12:30particularly with what the benefit is to them because people get a bit mystified.
- 12:35Does it is it really important?
- 12:37You know, and literally people don't know yet that it's important. That there's that there's that lack of, of understanding. Of course, you got to know it was important and probably most of the listeners got to know it was important like you were saying a few minutes ago, Roger, because you had a personal experience of bumping into something that pushed back and you went, hey, hang on just a minute. What's this all about? This didn't seem quite right.
- 12:58So I think I think that's part of it. And you asked you mentioned earlier on just about
- 13:03about this common law court thing over here. I did speak with John
- 13:07briefly yesterday and he's
- 13:10he's up to all sorts of things and he's
- 13:13he's in a situation of escalating
- 13:16conflict with the powers that be but it's all going along in the right way.
- 13:21And
- 13:22I've
- 13:23I don't have much more to say about it at the moment because we hadn't spoken for about six or seven months and yesterday was only about 20 or so. But what I'm gonna be doing, just to let you know, is I think sometime next week, I've got a whole series of really
- 13:36simple questions. We're gonna do a sort of a q and a session which I wanna go through with him and we're gonna record it and see what comes up out of that. So I'll keep you posted on that and it's something that could be made of use of here. And in due course, could probably get him on. Not this year because I think he's
- 13:53up to his armpits in
- 13:55in court appearances. Let's put it that way. Yeah. And so I don't wanna say anything that might queer his situation because he's definitely in a direct conflict situation with them. But what we were discussing yesterday,
- 14:07and I'm probably using slightly different words to describe what you've just been describing,
- 14:12is that
- 14:14statutory courts over here, which are the courts, deal with dead things
- 14:18and, that's
- 14:20it. They deal with corporations
- 14:22and they do not deal with flesh and blood things. And it's like you said, as long as you go along with the presumption that they're allowed to, you're done because you stood in their courts and all their law is coming to bind upon the birth certificate or whatever it may be on this document and not on you the flesh and blood man. Whereas the common law court
- 14:44is exclusively for flesh and blood human beings. Well, you see It's getting down to this really simple stuff I think with people. That's what I need. I know I need it simple myself. You're right. And and it's not necessarily
- 14:57Unknown: dealing with dead people. It's dealing with property.
- 15:00And see, this is the feudal tie in that virtually nobody's ever had before that gives you great amounts of understanding. And I would say before I turn it over to Brian because I'm dying to hear what he's gotta say. You know, I was in sales most of my life. Now the
- 15:16common response I've always had, well what else the hell do you do with the name last name of Sales? You know, and it's always I'm glad I wasn't named Roger Returns, okay? But in all that sales training,
- 15:29especially
- 15:30in the good ones, teach you people don't buy things.
- 15:33They buy features and benefits.
- 15:36And that's why a good person in marketing always emphasizes,
- 15:41this is what it can do for you, this is how it can make your life easier. It's not that it's the thing you're buying, it's what the thing does for you that you're buying. Okay?
- 15:49So you're right in keeping it simple and being able to get this across to people and that's always been my big hurdle, how do I get this across to more
- 15:59people that they can pick up with easier?
- 16:01Okay, what's the benefits of it? Well first of all you have no man made laws that apply to you and you're out of the tax system except for two statutes of the code. Is that enough benefits for you?
- 16:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 16:13Well, that's enough for me, for starters. Okay.
- 16:16Unknown: Same here. Brian Howard
- 16:19stumbled into my show, contacted me.
- 16:22We started working together. He's fearless. This guy is, was a four year scholarship football player at the University of Texas,
- 16:30and I don't think Brian fears anything on the face of this earth because I've seen that exhibited in his, in his actions. I'm tickled to death to have him as one of our students, and I'm even more proud to have you as an announcer on our network, our fledgling little network here, and you've got your own show on Thursdays, which probably many people may not have been aware of. And I'm sure you'll probably increase your listenership over there on Thursdays from your appearance today because I believe we got a pretty good audience today, and I have a feeling this show is gonna
- 17:02go a long way today. Since we got cast box, we can get this stuff out there easy. People can get exposed to it without having to listen live, etcetera. Thank you. Thank you, Paul.
- 17:12Brian Howard
- 17:13has taken his initial thrust at the old director of transportation
- 17:18at the state of Utah,
- 17:19who he scared the pea waddling out of.
- 17:24And he's now
- 17:26he's now taken it to this birth certificate issue,
- 17:29which he
- 17:31glommed on like a pit bull here a while back and and determinately
- 17:35had just got in, and he got us some really important answers. Because the answers,
- 17:41for me, they were really important because I recognize
- 17:44that what you've found out totally validates everything I have been teaching for all these years and everything John taught to us. So Brian Howard welcome back to the show buddy. I'm going turn it over to you.
- 17:56Unknown: Sure. Thanks. Thank you Roger. Thanks for having me on.
- 18:00Yes. So this thing this thing started as you mentioned when
- 18:04Unknown: Brian,
- 18:05I don't wanna interrupt. Talk right into the microphone. I want everybody to hear what you're saying and you sound just a little bit like you're away from the microphone a bit.
- 18:14Unknown: Okay.
- 18:15Unknown: For whatever reason, I couldn't do the Skype, so I'm gonna I'm calling in on a cell phone. Oh, there's the reason. Well, hold it. I'll tell you what. Well, you couldn't do the Skype. You want me to you you disconnect and try and hook you up from our end on Skype?
- 18:29Unknown: Well, we tried it earlier, so it and I still couldn't get it figured out for whatever reason. I could hear you could hear me on your end, but I couldn't hear you on my end. So without wasting time. Okay. Let's just roll on. Talk straight into the microphone as you can. We'll get as best fidelity as we can.
- 18:46I will. I will. And if I I
- 18:48trip out at all, just let me know. So this thing started when when I had moved
- 18:54away from the state of Texas to Idaho,
- 18:57and I had heard you on the Joyce Riley show
- 19:00who I've been listening to every morning for years and rest in peace.
- 19:05Joyce,
- 19:06she
- 19:06put so much good information out and it was at a time in my life when I was starting to awaken
- 19:12not only spiritually,
- 19:14but
- 19:15once that began to happen and after nineeleven,
- 19:19began to wake up. I would term it as waking up
- 19:23to what's really going on, what's
- 19:26really hidden etcetera. So I heard you on the show,
- 19:31ordered your book, I read the book and it was just like a slap to the head.
- 19:35It made perfect sense
- 19:37and I was in Idaho at the time and I
- 19:41had a Texas driver's license and I thought okay, well, let's see, I'm going go I'm going to put this into practice what I've heard and learned and I'm going to go apply for a passport. I needed to actually update my passport. I had one and it was I think it had just expired.
- 19:57So I went through the whole process. I went and did the passport
- 20:01experience.
- 20:02Like you said, I was new to
- 20:04nervous. The first time I went into the passport office, I wasn't sure if I was going to get
- 20:09slapped or
- 20:11told no or what. But
- 20:13it was just part of this process. The more
- 20:16you can touch it and feel it and turn it tangible,
- 20:20the more empowering it becomes. I'll put it at that and you and I have discussed this many times, Roger. But
- 20:26that's at the key of what this is, it's self empowerment.
- 20:30And that's what this whole thing is about is waking up and realizing
- 20:34who we are, what's been done to us. Now how do we go and unwind it. And that's really as of late is what my really
- 20:41I believe my calling is to help others
- 20:44come out of this thing both spiritually and contractually
- 20:47with the beast because that's what it is. We've been deceived
- 20:55by non consent, etcetera, into contracting with this system. And we don't even know what it is, but it's starting to reveal itself, which is really just a blessing. So anyways, back to the story, was in Idaho.
- 21:08I put the process,
- 21:10your theories in practice. I did get a passport, an updated passport.
- 21:14I submitted the affidavit
- 21:16with with the passport
- 21:18just like you said, I waited around a couple of weeks nervously anxiously waiting and being there came in the mail
- 21:24was returned to me. There's a new passport
- 21:27and then a separate package with the original
- 21:30birth certificate and the original
- 21:33affidavit,
- 21:34I was required to submit at the application process.
- 21:37So I'd gotten that stage done.
- 21:40It
- 21:41showed without a doubt that they did not contest it. They didn't even they didn't say anything about the pass passport and all the information that's in it stating that I'm no longer a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 21:53I'm a non resident
- 21:55and all the terms that are included in that.
- 21:58Most importantly, like I said, I'm not a fourteenth amendment citizen. So
- 22:03that was the first practice. The light bulb really came on at that point and I said, okay, well, let's see. I've moved, I've changed states now and I'm no longer
- 22:15surf or a federal employee for that matter or fourteenth Amendment system. I'm going to go apply for a
- 22:21driver's license here in the state of Idaho.
- 22:24So this was practice stage number two of this
- 22:29really starting to come out of it and then realize, okay, I get I see what they've done.
- 22:33So I went in and you and I talked about it and
- 22:37it was actually a really it was a fantastic experience to go through.
- 22:41If you remember, we had a lot of fun just going back and forth and literally and I term it like this and a lot of other things just like a cowboy
- 22:50chasing down a
- 22:51calf and he's got a lasso
- 22:54and he throws a lasso
- 22:56and it doesn't matter how big it is just long as it's big enough for
- 23:01that calf to step in.
- 23:03Second they step in it,
- 23:05you zip that line tight and you got them no matter what. The game begins, the process begins and that's how I look at dealing with any of these agents, corporations,
- 23:16fictitious entities, whatever. The second that they engage
- 23:20and you know what the truth is and know what the process is,
- 23:24it's game on. And I think that's why I'm not afraid because I see it. I said they have to abide by their rules. And if they don't, then they're in deep trouble. And I think the
- 23:35process of the driver's license, the nonresident driver's license, I'm going to discuss now is that proved it. The second they engage, they can't back out of it and act like they didn't receive it. They don't want to discuss it, etcetera. So
- 23:50there I go. I charge into the
- 23:52Department of Transportation office there in Idaho in Boise where we lived.
- 23:58And
- 23:59walk up to the counter
- 24:01and I said I wanted to apply for a non basically
- 24:05a driver's license and I had all the paperwork already
- 24:08completed. I had my affidavit with me as well
- 24:12and that is the non contested affidavit
- 24:15as well as my passport.
- 24:18Bless the girl's heart, she didn't obviously know as in any of these low level agents, they don't have a clue. They're just
- 24:25paid by the hour. They're just doing a task.
- 24:28And I asked to apply, so I started the process.
- 24:31And she got halfway through and I said, well, a minute, I'm
- 24:36not sure if you understood me correctly. I'm applying for a nonresident
- 24:39driver's license because she was going through the whole process and then there was a little digital screen which are in most government agencies now where you just sign on a digital pad. So you'll it's almost like a
- 24:53checking out of the grocery store where you sign up your credit card. It's just a little digital pad where you'd sign your signature.
- 25:00So there's no information presented on those things. It's literally just a signature and then they superimpose that on a contract. They never even show you the contract. And that's probably more to the game of hiding
- 25:12and not disclosing.
- 25:14So she got to a point she wanted me to sign and I said, well, wait a minute, I can't sign this because I'm not sure I need to make sure you're understanding me. And I said, I'm not applying for a resident driver's license, I'm applying for a non resident driver's license. And I handed her the affidavit,
- 25:32the factual document,
- 25:34not the ex parte document which is the passport, but this is the actual factual document that is on file with the U. S. State Department uncontested,
- 25:42clearly stating what I am and what I am not.
- 25:46And once again, thank you Roger for that whole process because if I hadn't stumbled across you, I would definitely not be sitting here talking to you right now. I can guarantee you that.
- 25:56So she goes she she takes that, and she has this puzzle look on her face
- 26:02because she doesn't know what the hell I just presented her with. And she goes, let me let me get a
- 26:08let me get my manager real quick.
- 26:12Hold on a second, mister Howard. Let me get my manager. So out comes a manager,
- 26:16you know, another government stiff.
- 26:18But this one's a little more serious and she knows she's kind of directing everybody.
- 26:23And she goes, she walks up and she looks through it, she browses at the
- 26:27affidavit
- 26:28and she goes, well,
- 26:30what are you trying to
- 26:32do here? And I explained once again.
- 26:34And she said, well,
- 26:35can't issue you a I can't issue you a non resident driver's license. So I said, I'm not a resident. So I can't claim I'm a resident.
- 26:43And did you read the affidavit etcetera? And she said, well, what we can't do that. So the conversation
- 26:51quickly shortened and it came to the point where then she said, well, I said, well then what do I need to do to
- 26:58question this or take this to another higher level?
- 27:01And she goes okay, well here's the process, to request
- 27:04a hearing.
- 27:05Unknown: I said well let's go ahead and do that because I need to get a driver's license, a non resident driver's license for the state of Idaho. Now let me interrupt you for just a second, Brian, and add something is what you started off and you and I discussed this at the time is you're exhausting your administrative
- 27:21remedies.
- 27:23Unknown: Correct.
- 27:25No. Absolutely. We we definitely exhausted him.
- 27:33By by the time we were done with it, the head honcho there, I mean, was exhausted is a good way to determine. Was he showed his true colors and which will I'll disclose here in just a little bit. But
- 27:46so anyway,
- 27:47she she presents and instructs me on how to go to the next step and I have to request a hearing. So with the conversation ended and she gave me the information and a phone number
- 27:57and I think she documented something at the time. But so I backed off, thanked them and I walked out of the office and
- 28:05on to the next step. So
- 28:08I engaged and then I started in a hearing process in the state of Idaho.
- 28:13They have a
- 28:15third party attorney that's not
- 28:18that's not a direct employee that technically he is an agent and an employee because he's been contracted
- 28:24between corporations.
- 28:25So this the Department of Transportation is nothing more than a for profit corporation in each and every state across
- 28:33this country. They are all corporations. There's no such thing as a state. There's no such thing as a city, a municipality, anything. They're nothing but
- 28:42government service agencies
- 28:45or corporations.
- 28:47So I engaged
- 28:49and started the process and scheduled the first hearing
- 28:53with an attorney, basically a
- 28:56lower level attorney that was doing the
- 28:59I guess, try and from what I understand and looking back at it now, he's just weeding through and trying to to to
- 29:06get you to admit to jurisdiction, etcetera.
- 29:10And please, Roger or Paul, jump in at any any moment.
- 29:14Unknown: So the first hearing came up and literally the first words out of his mouth Hold it, Brian. Alright. I'm gonna jump in here because this was funny to me. This attorney who's who's, in this capacity,
- 29:27he writes Brian a letter and he says, okay. We're gonna have a phone conversation because it's done over the phone at 04:00 in the afternoon.
- 29:35And so Brian is there waiting, and the guy doesn't call at four. He doesn't call till, like, 04:05
- 29:42or something. Right? And Brian
- 29:45reamed his butt, man.
- 29:50Unknown: Well and and it gets better from there because he this this was just one of the little tricks that they played, and you have to understand this. If and when you engage,
- 30:00you have to have your armor on. And now that I've been in this, you know, more than a few years and and tried and true the practice, you have to get the mindset that you're going to be,
- 30:12deceived at every second of the,
- 30:15of the conversation and the and the process. That is their that is their ultimate
- 30:20goal is to confuse you, deceive you, and then trick you so that they can they can move the process forward and basically not not allow you
- 30:30to prove yourself. Just like just like in the courts today, if you're if you're charged,
- 30:36there's no process to go
- 30:38to go in and clear yourself. You immediately have to fight it as if you're assumed guilty. Right? The presumption of guilt. Correct. So
- 30:46so this happened. So and and there were a couple instances like Roger mentioned. So we got on the call. He was late to the first one,
- 30:54probably hoping
- 30:55that I just would not call or something, and they could push the you know, they could say, okay. He didn't call in at this time. That's my what my assumption is, and that's what they proved
- 31:04to be true in every other
- 31:07contact from that point on. So we did. I called them back,
- 31:11got them on the phone,
- 31:12and then he immediately went into the the conversation of trying to say, hey. You live where do you live? You live over here. Right? You live over there. You're you're a resident. Right? Etcetera.
- 31:23And we we just we went back and forth, and I quickly told him that, no. I was not a resident, and he he didn't he didn't well, he he definitely understood it, but he was trying to play a game to get me to verbally state that I was a resident.
- 31:36And, we went back and forth, and it then it became a filing thing. It was a little jump through the hoops. We had the first hearing, then he scheduled another one. And I had to
- 31:47decode
- 31:48from the Department of Transportation and print it out and literally follow it like a checklist, like a game
- 31:55board, I'll turn it that way. Because if you don't make any of the correct steps
- 32:01by the timeframe that they have in their code then
- 32:05they can whack a mole you and
- 32:07literally exclude it and the process is over and they win. So you have to engage it like you're literally in a game situation
- 32:14and you got to stick you got to be a stickler to the details and a stickler to the documentation.
- 32:21So moving on through the process, we went back and forth two or three times,
- 32:26and I challenged him to the point that that he wanted he couldn't answer me, and then I submitted the affidavit
- 32:32to him showing that I what I was not.
- 32:35And at that point, the second I did that, he did hot potato that he could no longer he could no longer handle it because I had well, one, I'd I'd proven that he had committed fraud because he had tried multiple times
- 32:48to not send me the documentation in the mail. He'd send a he was supposed to he was required to send specific documentation,
- 32:56and they would send it literally the day the day before so that it would get there later or the day of.
- 33:02He would schedule a call and then not get on the call and, like, you know, like we mentioned at first. But this was a little game of of Well, is quite one of the things that I remember is a question that you posed to him in the in that the way this transpired
- 33:18Unknown: after the affidavit came up,
- 33:20and you were discussing it. And Brian said, well, would you like to write an affidavit and sign it under penalty of poetry that trumps the secretary of state?
- 33:30Unknown: Right.
- 33:31And
- 33:33Unknown: it was like, boy, you threw a hot potato right in that guy's no. No. No.
- 33:39Unknown: Yep. Well well, Roger, that's what I learned from you, the power of the affidavit. Right? That is the highest form of evidence. And and if you present an affidavit to any government agent, employee, judge, anybody,
- 33:52they are required specifically
- 33:54Unknown: to respond to that. The only way that they can rebut it is if they, under penalty of perjury, sign an affidavit contesting it and proving it with evidence. With facts. With facts. See, it's gotta be done with facts, and it's gotta be done and signed under penalty of perjury, and not one person in that whole thing we call government will do that because they can't,
- 34:13and they know the repercussions if they do.
- 34:18Unknown: Correct. Yeah. They would not touch that. So we got to that point. I mentioned that, and then he escalated it up to the actual
- 34:26head of the department of transportation.
- 34:28So this is the the guy that's in command of the entire
- 34:32transportation department every state has one. It's a very high office. He has an entire large staff underneath him.
- 34:39And then we began the appeal process
- 34:42because they had tried to pull every trip through the lower this lower attorney
- 34:48to show that I did not follow the rules, did not file on time, all these little dirty tricks. But I did and here's another thing I added to it and I would recommend doing this. Now thank goodness for the Internet and email.
- 34:59You can find any of these agents and their emails online or through
- 35:05their various agencies.
- 35:07I carefully documented every
- 35:09contact, every day, every letter that was sent, everything, everything to
- 35:14the certified mail. I would copy
- 35:16the data and attach it to an email and send them the same day that I mailed it and cc myself, right, so there's a digital record as well. So and if I didn't do that, I probably would have not got to the point that I did because
- 35:30they craftily,
- 35:31the little crafty bastards,
- 35:33set it in place so that I would miss these dates and then would send me letters stating that I missed the dates and I would respond in an email and cc all of them and say, no, You're wrong and you're committing fraud and here's the evidence.
- 35:46You need to retract this and boom, they would immediately retract it. So
- 35:50it's just dirty tricks. Know, I'm sure everybody's run across it.
- 35:55Okay, so we get to the point
- 35:57further down the road and now
- 36:01I'm exchanging
- 36:02only letters,
- 36:03only documentation
- 36:05through the mail with the head of the Department of Transportation.
- 36:08And once again they tried a number of other tricks.
- 36:12They tried to assume that I and claim under presumption that I was a resident
- 36:17etcetera,
- 36:18all these little
- 36:20tricks. And we got to the point where you know, once I started claiming and and and using the affidavit,
- 36:26right, my status of affidavit that's on file uncontested
- 36:30with the US state department,
- 36:32once presented with that evidence,
- 36:34this guy could not, one, rebut it, wouldn't even address it. Roger, you can Hold it. Let me
- 36:41Unknown: let me he wouldn't he wouldn't sign a single document. He had somebody
- 36:47sign every document that Brian got, and you couldn't have interpreted that signature with the Rosetta Stone.
- 36:55Unknown: Exactly.
- 36:56Exactly. And it was it wasn't even on illegible where you could tell, okay. Well, who in his staff
- 37:02signed for this by
- 37:03design. But we got to the point and then I, like you said earlier,
- 37:09pulled
- 37:10out the full deck of cards and said, okay, if I'm wrong,
- 37:15I presented you with an affidavit and you're claiming that you have
- 37:20authority over the US State Department on my status.
- 37:24I've told you what I'm not. I've applied
- 37:27for the nonresident
- 37:28driver's license.
- 37:29And the second I did that and I and I put him on the spot that if I'm wrong and he needs to submit an affidavit under penalty of perjury, the very next piece of mail I got, I believe,
- 37:41the very next piece of mail I got was a simple letter stating,
- 37:44thank you,
- 37:46but we would like to inform you that we cannot issue you a nonresident
- 37:50Unknown: driver's license. Oh, let let he said no. He said this. He said this. We cannot issue
- 37:56a driver's license to anyone who's not a resident.
- 38:01Unknown: Correct.
- 38:02Correct. And I'd have to literally read right through it, but bottom line is,
- 38:07they tried everything. They tried every trick in the book to not get to that point and admit what they could not do. And that was the whole looking back at it now, that was the that was the endgame. The goal of the entire process was to get them on the record and state from the head on show. Right? The guy with the most
- 38:26most
- 38:28culpability
- 38:29would admit in writing that no, we cannot issue you a
- 38:34driver's license, a non resident driver's license.
- 38:38So from that point on,
- 38:40it should have definitely been escalated up to a state court but at some point hopefully that will take form.
- 38:47Roger, I'll let you cut in here and Well,
- 38:49Unknown: let me let well,
- 38:51let's say you see in the larger picture what's going on here, Okay? When
- 38:55cars came along
- 38:57back in the old days, even in the horse and buggy days, you didn't need a license to operate a vehicle.
- 39:04They're not a motor vehicle because they don't have a cord.
- 39:07Okay?
- 39:08Electricity
- 39:10runs motors. These are run by engines. You want to get in and pick nets a little bit.
- 39:15But in those early days of Model Ts and Model As and all that stuff, you didn't have to have a license to get out there, but the people that were hauling goods or people for profit did have to have a license.
- 39:29But after they did the March 9 thing and switched over everybody over into this new status,
- 39:36and they went along and they found a real clever way because doesn't everybody
- 39:40want to drive?
- 39:42I mean you get your kids, they want to drive at twelve and 13, right? Why?
- 39:47Because that's liberty.
- 39:48You see if you go back and the most simple explanation
- 39:51I've ever seen is Blackstone, this is from over on your side of the pond there Paul,
- 39:56and Blackstone
- 39:57took this very complex
- 39:59concept of freedom and liberty, and I could ask each one of you write out
- 40:04and tell me what is your concept
- 40:06of freedom and liberty. And you might get paragraphs and you might get pages. Right?
- 40:11Okay. Because it's a big subject. There's a lot to chew on. But Blackstone, in his absolute total brilliance,
- 40:18reduced it down to one word.
- 40:21One single word to encompass that entire
- 40:24large broad concept,
- 40:26and that word is locomotion.
- 40:29The ability to get from point A to point B unimpeded.
- 40:33So everybody wants freedom and liberty, everybody wants locomotion,
- 40:37all these kids want to learn how to drive, what would you do if you couldn't drive?
- 40:41So they took this plan and locked you into it
- 40:45by getting everybody
- 40:47to initially
- 40:48have a driver's license. I'm gonna cover that in a second. Now you gotta have one. Right? So how did they institute the driver's license in the thirties?
- 40:58Do you know this, Paul? I'm sure you don't. That's a rhetorical question. Do you know this, Brian?
- 41:04No. I don't. They started giving you a discount on your car insurance if you had a license. Yeah.
- 41:11That's right. That's right. Okay. So that's how they weaned the people into it, put the pacifier in their mouth, and then they just, with gradualism as they always do,
- 41:21just got well, you gotta have a driver's license. You gotta have one. If you don't, that guy over there that's so mean and has that gun is gonna pull you over and do bad things to you.
- 41:32Unknown: Yep.
- 41:34Unknown: So see, again, gradualization.
- 41:38And what is it really? Brian.
- 41:41Unknown: Got a question for Brian. Brian, if you're not a resident then, you may have already said it, but for thickos like me, if you're not a resident, what are you apart from a Brian, of course?
- 41:51Unknown: I'm actually the living man. I'm a living man created in the image of the most high. Okay. Now I've never seen you. Well, you got you hit on a real important question,
- 42:01Unknown: Paul. Yep. If you're not a resident,
- 42:03you gotta be a nonresident.
- 42:05Either you're pregnant or you're not pregnant. Right?
- 42:09Unknown: Do you?
- 42:10Unknown: Well, yeah, I I've been permanently not pregnant. Okay. I like. Well, I mean, in
- 42:15Unknown: in in the sense of men, we're talking about couples. Alright? But Yeah. And I I was talking about somebody this last night, and I pondered this for years when I was in Argentina
- 42:24because I had put that affidavit in, so I'm not a resident in United States, and I'm down there illegally in Argentina overstaying
- 42:32my visa, and I sure as hell wasn't going to do apply for residency down there. So when you get on flights and stuff, they send you they give you this little piece of paper and says where's your residency?
- 42:44Well where is your residency?
- 42:46Well you see this goes back to the crux of the matter because we're talking about the original status in The US where you got your law, your
- 42:54rights from God, and that's who you owe your duties to, So where's your residency?
- 42:59Heaven.
- 43:02Unknown: In the Shammeen.
- 43:04Unknown: Do you see the importance of this right there? Where's your residency?
- 43:08Well,
- 43:10I reside in heaven.
- 43:13That's where I get my laws from, that's who I owe my duties to, that's where my residency is. Correct?
- 43:22Unknown: It would seem so. Yeah. Well, that's what it is.
- 43:28Unknown: Roger?
- 43:29Yeah.
- 43:30Can I add let me add a quick thought to the end of that point with the whole driver's license, and then I'll I'll move on? But I think the the end result in the practice and getting them to admit,
- 43:42in paper and writing that they could not issue me a nonresident driver's license. They did not contest me at that point to drive to do any actually, not drive. That's another trick word to travel. Sure. Right? They didn't come impound my car. They did nothing because they knew that I knew.
- 43:59And they knew that I unraveled the game pretty much. So here's here's just something to keep in the takeaways.
- 44:06What they wanted to do was literally force me and what the entire process is is to force me to surrender my right, my inalienable
- 44:15right to travel freely
- 44:17and in order to
- 44:19secure their privilege. Right? In order to get their driver's license,
- 44:23I would have to agree to this, this, and this and come under their jurisdiction and Now and surrender
- 44:29Unknown: my right to free travel. Let let's simplify it for the audience. What they were trying to get you to do is not rebut the presumption.
- 44:38Unknown: Correct. Absolutely correct. Okay. We're little discharge of duty.
- 44:42Unknown: So and Patrick's joined us here, but I want Brian to go on and because this was just a preface so you can lead up to your your next little victory.
- 44:54Unknown: Okay. So let's
- 44:56move on I guess to the
- 44:59birth certificate issue which is what was the next thing I came across and this
- 45:05is over now
- 45:06a number of years
- 45:08and I have
- 45:09two beautiful girls, two
- 45:13women, two women's
- 45:15low man
- 45:16that I was blessed with creating. Yes,
- 45:20they're not children, they're not girls, they're not none of that. Those are deceptive terms.
- 45:25There's a man and a woman
- 45:27period.
- 45:28And everything else is a presumption and used in these especially these terms that if you really look into the multiple meanings
- 45:36that goes into this conversation we'll get into later but it's all hidden
- 45:40in the grammar guys. We've been deceived by grammar
- 45:44that we think we know.
- 45:46So like
- 45:49I said, I have two daughters
- 45:50and I started to stumble once I really started to come out of the status thing, I started to realize that hey my birth certificate,
- 45:57Why is my birth certificate? Why is my name in all caps? Right?
- 46:02Why is my name in all caps? Why, you know, why are things the way they are?
- 46:06And it's just been a it's been a gradual learning process. I'll put it to you very lightly. It's taken years. But I began to challenge my birth certificate. I was born in the state of Arizona,
- 46:18actually the territory known
- 46:21as Arizona.
- 46:23I have a birth certificate.
- 46:25My parents signed some things in the hospital.
- 46:28I wasn't cognizant.
- 46:29I had no idea what they signed but on my behalf they signed them and gave
- 46:35supposed authority to a corporation
- 46:38to create a thing called a birth certificate.
- 46:41And now I know exactly what it is, right and we'll expand on it but it's not at all what you think it is. It's basically
- 46:48your bond,
- 46:49you're
- 46:50a debt slave
- 46:52with a fictitious
- 46:53dead entity created in your name in the likeness of your name I might add. What you think
- 47:01name right on your birth certificate, on your driver's license, on your social
- 47:10good then
- 47:17the process really not totally knowing what I'm doing, but I
- 47:22engaged the state of Arizona, the Vital Statistics Office
- 47:27and requested
- 47:28a new birth certificate.
- 47:30Now I have an old one, I've got a couple. I've got actually a couple now.
- 47:36And I
- 47:37noticed some
- 47:38abnormal
- 47:40just some things that were different on the earlier version and the ones and the two separate ones that I have now.
- 47:46And I began to challenge them on what my true name is on that the all caps name is not my name. And I
- 47:55got just literally a back and forth basically another trick in
- 48:00their quiver, another round of tricks to
- 48:03defer, to not answer directly etcetera.
- 48:06So that process is ongoing
- 48:09as I speak.
- 48:10What
- 48:12really, really began the discovery phase was
- 48:17I have two daughters as I mentioned
- 48:19born here close to me and I went started to go back into the hospital
- 48:24literally under cover to find and get my hands on the document package, the entire document package of when they were born. Now I want you all to listen because this is where it starts getting good right here. Okay?
- 48:38Yep.
- 48:40And so the process started like this. I walked in. I actually took one of my my youngest girls with me.
- 48:47And
- 48:48I dressed on purpose in flip flops
- 48:51and shorts, very casual. I didn't have on any business attire.
- 48:55I walked into
- 48:57the hospital, into the administrative
- 48:59office
- 49:00where I was directed to from the front
- 49:04desk.
- 49:05And I walked in and had a conversation with the lady sitting behind the desk and I asked and I stated specifically that I have
- 49:12two
- 49:13of my children were born here at this hospital
- 49:16and I wanted to
- 49:18request the entire document package literally all the documents
- 49:22that are on file with the hospital just for my personal records.
- 49:26And the lady was very nice. I didn't really have anything
- 49:30upfront with her that posed any problem
- 49:34just a normal conversation. She said, okay, yes, we
- 49:37can request those. Now here's the case and it may be different in other states, but specifically
- 49:43speaking about the state, the Corporation of Texas.
- 49:47There's a rule here
- 49:49hospitals have to keep the files in house for ten years after anybody's born
- 49:54or what they would call birth,
- 49:57born and birth, two terms that we'll get into.
- 50:00Inside
- 50:01that hospital, they keep them on-site
- 50:04for ten years. Now one of my oldest girl had just passed 10 years, so they had to request that to be drawn out of some warehouse somewhere,
- 50:13but the other ones were supposedly there.
- 50:16So I form I verbally requested, I didn't even do this in writing. I just went in and asked and then specifically
- 50:23asked the lady, okay, when can I expect them?
- 50:26What should
- 50:28be my expectation here? And she said, okay, well we'll have them in a couple of weeks and I'll just give you a call.
- 50:35So a couple of weeks go by, I didn't get any call. So I go back again,
- 50:41daughter in hand and I have another conversation with her and say, she recognized me and I said, remember me, I came in, I was trying to get my
- 50:49the documents for my children.
- 50:51At that point, she did ask me, well, why are you requesting
- 50:55these? Like she was just kind of being friendly, but she was probably instructed to ask that question, don't know, doesn't really matter.
- 51:02But that was the first clue that, okay, maybe something is here in place that they're they're going to stall this process.
- 51:08I said, you know, I'm just trying to get my again, for my records, just for personal record. You know, I'm a stick with the record records etcetera.
- 51:15And we left the conversation with another agreement of okay,
- 51:20I'm going to double check on it and
- 51:22why don't you just and I said, well, I'm just going to come back in just let me know
- 51:27when I should physically come back in and I'll just come back in and pick them up. She asked to mail them. I didn't want them mailed. I don't want them put in an envelope to an address or anything. I wanted to physically come in and exchange over their counter
- 51:39face to face.
- 51:40And I would recommend doing that if you can physically do that because you get into a whole another deeper conversation once it's mailed to you.
- 51:49So
- 51:50where the process
- 51:51began to stall was then once again I came back in and the documents were not there. So this is literally the second time I went in and then she stalled and said, well, I think we've got them and then she said, well, there's a big box that we had order the other one. There's a big box. I haven't gotten them
- 52:09So I pinned her again. I said, okay. Well, then
- 52:11do you want me to come back in two days, three days? And she said, just, you know, give me a couple days.
- 52:16I I walked back in and, boom, they're both.
- 52:19She hands me two big white envelopes,
- 52:23two almost legal size envelopes
- 52:25that are stuffed with about forty, fifty pages of paper in each one
- 52:30and both my girls' names on it. So there are basically the records for
- 52:37their
- 52:38when they were born inside that hospital.
- 52:41So I thank her and leave it at that. I go home and I start to tear into them and I'm specifically looking for one thing, right. I'm looking for one document.
- 52:52I'm looking for one document where we authorized
- 52:55them
- 52:56where we specifically
- 52:58with our wet ink signature
- 53:01authorized
- 53:02their agent that corporation,
- 53:04or anybody to create this thing called the birth certificate. That's what I was, you know, trying to get at. What is the piece of the what's the document? What is the the evidence that I could get my hands on saying that I actually physically signed for it? Because that's what I was gonna eventually
- 53:20try to revoke and destroy via fraud.
- 53:25Well, I get into it, and there's nothing in there. There's not one mention, not one thing about the birth certificate, not one thing, not one signature,
- 53:34not one piece of paper that describes
- 53:37what their next step was to do, nothing. Just random
- 53:41stuff on the
- 53:43general health of the babies, which which would be just typical stuff, weights, temperatures, tests that they did etcetera.
- 53:50Okay, so then I go back in after I had the actual document package. I go back in and I walk back in and the lady and of course she recognized me and I said hello.
- 54:02And I asked her, hey, I'm trying to
- 54:06find out where
- 54:08the documentation is in these packets of
- 54:11where
- 54:12authorization to
- 54:14create the birth certificate is.
- 54:16And she acted like she really didn't know,
- 54:20kind of went back and forth.
- 54:22And I
- 54:23literally got to the point and escalated the conversation once I said, okay, well, if you don't know then you need to direct me who or what office here within the hospital
- 54:33actually handles
- 54:35the birth certificates or the filing or the storage or anything.
- 54:39Well, she rings up to the upstairs, she rings somewhere, I don't know where it goes,
- 54:43rings up to the birthing,
- 54:46literally the birthing room where the babies are born,
- 54:50where we were down the hall. We had a room set up. You know, it was very nice, comfortable. She rings up to there. She says, think this I think this lady handles it.
- 54:58So I get her on the phone, and I am recording this.
- 55:01As always, I I I just I advise you to do that. If you need to check your check locally,
- 55:08but you need to make sure what you can do because you need to have things on the record.
- 55:12So I have this lady on the phone, and I'm asking her, you know, where is this you know, can you tell me or instruct me where the document is, you know, that creates the birth certificate? Because I I requested this package, and nothing's in there.
- 55:26She gives me the runaround to some extent, extent, and then
- 55:30and then she instructs me to go to another office. And she says, well, all of those things are handled in this office. She said, well, okay. Well, I said, alright. I'm on my way up and and just left it at that. I wasn't gonna give her any room to to distract me again.
- 55:44Hung up the phone and upstairs we go to another office. I get up there and have another conversation with a lady and she has no idea
- 55:52and is not really sure what I'm asking for. But then
- 55:56after a short amount of time, she goes, okay, I think you need to go down to the basement
- 56:01where they keep all the records and that's what I understand is that's where they
- 56:07handle the birth certificates
- 56:09and
- 56:10the verification
- 56:11of facts.
- 56:13It's called the BOS.
- 56:16It is
- 56:17a mandated form by law and once again you have to check locally in each state. But regardless they may call it something different. They're all the same because the process
- 56:27is identical across the entire country.
- 56:31When the baby is born,
- 56:33supposedly there is a verification.
- 56:35First there is a
- 56:37live
- 56:38record of birth and that is where the baby's
- 56:42vital statistics,
- 56:44their sex basically all this data is put on a form Right? And then it's verified.
- 56:49Okay? And I I believe that's what's signed.
- 56:52That document is not is not in these packets, which is the the next step that I'm going into to request.
- 57:00And I think that may be something that's hidden is actually the record.
- 57:04Unknown: You can bet your bottom dollar it's hidden real deep, and you had to dig all a lot to get to that point.
- 57:11Unknown: Right.
- 57:13Correct. And I and this whole process has been like a
- 57:18maze, really, because once you get to one step, there are gonna be other levels that are hidden. And I believe that's the one document that they don't wanna let out. It's the record of the or the certified record of live birth.
- 57:32And that very well may just have the Christian name, the first and
- 57:37second on it, but we'll get into that later.
- 57:39Okay. So
- 57:41she she I achieved and and they both told me that they that all the data is put on to this BOF,
- 57:48this verification of birth facts and that's what's filed
- 57:51Unknown: and that's what the birth certificate is created by. Let me let me add something, Brian, because because I remember when you told me the story, and and we've discussed it initially,
- 58:01and when you finally got to that woman, and you start confronting her, and she says, wait a minute. And she goes off for about ten minutes,
- 58:09And when she comes back out, what was the first thing she said to you?
- 58:15Unknown: Oh, it was obvious. She just played her card. You know? She's not very good at poker playing, but she goes, well,
- 58:22I'm gonna give this to you.
- 58:25I'll give this to you, but but I I I just wanna make sure everything's okay and that you don't have any other
- 58:31issues here or or there's or or there's no legal process or there's no gosh. What did she say? You got She said you're not gonna use this against us, are you?
- 58:42Correct. Correct. She she literally, in general terms, said that, you know, that there she asked me gently,
- 58:48was there anything else going on or I wasn't gonna use this in any way? I said use it? No, of course not. I'm just I don't what would I use it for. I played Dumb Weather or I played possum. I'll learn how to play possum.
- 58:59I said I'm just trying to get these records in case there's any issue
- 59:05down the road with their identities or anything else and just you know, just personal personal family records. I wanna have these on our, you know, in our records.
- 59:14So she then hands me this, and this is after the let me back up. When I was upstairs at the second office,
- 59:21when the lady said, okay. You need to go down here. She called back down to the basement, and she's talking to the lady. And she and I just said, okay. Tell her I'm on my way down. And I I just walked away.
- 59:31I once again, I was gonna physically show up face to face. So
- 59:35down I go, I walk up, knock on the door out and out out this lady comes, and she's she's basically the agent. She's the one
- 59:43that handles the document. And what I'm gonna get into next is exactly how they transfer the data
- 59:50and create this thing called the birth certificate.
- 59:54She then comes out, I explained what I was after. She
- 59:58goes back in and I'm there for probably ten minutes waiting. She comes back out and just what I just explained and Roger explained
- 1:00:05took place.
- 1:00:06And then she hands me this form
- 1:00:09and it's a one page, right? And it's got right across the top in big black
- 1:00:15proper English uppercase,
- 1:00:18lowercase,
- 1:00:19uppercase, etcetera, proper English. So it's verification
- 1:00:22of birth facts. It's a one page
- 1:00:25and it has the description,
- 1:00:28the name but there it is in all caps, right, the baby's first, middle and last name.
- 1:00:34It's got the date,
- 1:00:35the date born and the date of birth, right. And I'll get into the details here in a little bit.
- 1:00:42But she hands me this verification of birth facts and I'm looking for one thing, where's my signature or where's my wife's signature. I look down at the bottom and in big blue
- 1:00:53print like a stamp
- 1:00:54on this form right where it says parent signature. Signature.
- 1:00:58There's no signature, it just has copy, C O P Y and big blue bold print. So there's no there you go. There's no
- 1:01:06signature
- 1:01:08neither I nor my wife signed
- 1:01:11in giving authorization
- 1:01:13to create and verify these facts that they presumed are correct
- 1:01:18that they then used to create the birth certificate.
- 1:01:23So here's where it gets interesting.
- 1:01:26I didn't ask her anything at that point. We chatted for a little bit. I thanked her for the copy. I didn't want to make a big stink at that point. I'm just
- 1:01:36a guy and they're trying to get documents
- 1:01:39play possum.
- 1:01:40So I walk out, well, next thing I do, I go to
- 1:01:45the state department here in Austin. Thank goodness, it's right down the street.
- 1:01:50I go into the
- 1:01:52Vital Statistics
- 1:01:53office. It's the agency under the state of Texas Corporation
- 1:01:57that handles the birth certificates that creates them,
- 1:02:01that houses them etcetera. When you need a birth certificate,
- 1:02:04you go in there and you apply for a cert. They take your ID and they mail you on.
- 1:02:09So I go up
- 1:02:11to the counter and there's a rather friendly
- 1:02:14guy, if you know what I mean
- 1:02:17and he's chatting,
- 1:02:19probably flirting a little bit more
- 1:02:22and I
- 1:02:23do what I do and I make sure that things are documented.
- 1:02:27And I start into a process and explaining that, hey, I've got I'm trying to find out
- 1:02:32some information about my children's both my girls' birth certificates.
- 1:02:37And
- 1:02:38I'm just confused.
- 1:02:39I
- 1:02:40got stories that conflicted from the hospital
- 1:02:43and I'm trying to find out the documentation
- 1:02:46that you guys have on file and how you create the birth certificate. I gently explained it and then this young man
- 1:02:53who was the actual manager
- 1:02:55of the department
- 1:02:56then went into a long spiel and explained exactly how the process works.
- 1:03:01So at the hospital
- 1:03:03where
- 1:03:04that hospital and that agent
- 1:03:08of that corporation
- 1:03:09once they have the verification of birth facts
- 1:03:14form, they go into an office down in that basement to a dummy terminal, a computer terminal.
- 1:03:20There's one terminal in the hospital and there's another. The master terminal is in the Department
- 1:03:26of Vital Records or Statistics.
- 1:03:29Every hospital has a node,
- 1:03:31a computer terminal that all plugs into this network. It's
- 1:03:35a private network that the state installs. It's not the hospital's property.
- 1:03:40The state owns it. The state goes out and installs them. The state maintains them. It owns it.
- 1:03:46So that agent in the hospital
- 1:03:48takes this information and literally on a green DOS screen,
- 1:03:53right, on an old green DOS screen
- 1:03:55types in these specific fields the data that's on this verification of birth facts.
- 1:04:01And it's all in all caps, right. There is no lowercase. The whole thing is in DOS uppercase,
- 1:04:08okay.
- 1:04:10When that lady is done, she hits a button send. It sends that data instantly
- 1:04:15to the
- 1:04:16vital statistics
- 1:04:18office
- 1:04:18and the other agent of that corporation on the other end, it's accept and that starts the process that basically
- 1:04:26creates
- 1:04:26the birth certificate.
- 1:04:29Okay, so the name
- 1:04:31software is TER.
- 1:04:32It's a system that's owned like I said between
- 1:04:36one corporation being the state
- 1:04:38and it's a private system.
- 1:04:41Once it's put once the data is put in, that's the only thing that the Vital Statistics office receives. They don't receive a mailed copy,
- 1:04:50a paper copy, a hand delivered copy, anything of the verification
- 1:04:55of birth facts or the BOF.
- 1:04:57It's all digital.
- 1:04:59And I asked this gentleman, I said, well, okay, so they send the data through this computer, but what do you guys have on record to verify those facts or anything? He goes, we don't have anything. We just it's the computer terminal and the software.
- 1:05:12Once they put that data in and they hit send,
- 1:05:15that's what we have on record. It's a
- 1:05:18digital record.
- 1:05:19So they don't keep there's no
- 1:05:22between the two parties, there's no exchange of the actual physical
- 1:05:26document,
- 1:05:27Okay? So there's evidence right there that the state does not
- 1:05:32does not
- 1:05:34correct or prove that that data was even verified because, first of all, my signature or my wife's signature is not on it.
- 1:05:42Unknown: So I'm gonna leave it at that, Roger. No. You're not gonna leave it at that. You missed the most important point.
- 1:05:47After that is generated, what we call a birth certificate at the Vital Statistics,
- 1:05:53what do they do with it?
- 1:05:56Unknown: Oh, well, of course. Yeah. I mean, I'm not gonna leave it. I didn't mean to leave it with that. But once it's once it's generated, once the birth certificate is generated, then they have to,
- 1:06:05under a strict timeline of federal code,
- 1:06:08they have to then send that to the,
- 1:06:11I believe, the Securities and Exchange Commission or a division
- 1:06:15or department under that that literally
- 1:06:17records it.
- 1:06:19I'm sorry, registers
- 1:06:21it. Not record it, but registers it. So it is literally a legal title, a bond that's created on bond paper, right, on legal bond paper.
- 1:06:32They then have to red they then have to register with
- 1:06:35the federal government, and then it's housed somewhere in the federal government. I'm not sure exactly, and we can come back to that. Didn't didn't you tell me that didn't you tell me that they put it in a safe?
- 1:06:47That the physical
- 1:06:48the the registration takes place with the federal government. That's how they track the CUSIP number and the actual bond for the Sesquivy
- 1:06:56trust account or probably multiple accounts.
- 1:06:59Now to fine tune exactly what you said,
- 1:07:02they hold the physical the actual physical
- 1:07:05birth certificate
- 1:07:07in a bank vault inside
- 1:07:09that Vital Statistics office. So here in Texas, the one that I went into,
- 1:07:13the gentleman explained
- 1:07:15and I asked, well, is that my property? If something's wrong with it, may I can I have the original back? He said, of course not. It's we own it. And it's housed literally back behind these vaulted doors with security guards and guns in a bank vault,
- 1:07:29Unknown: literally a bank vault. So the original is there. What do you put you A rhetorical question for everybody who's listening.
- 1:07:38What do you put in a bank vault?
- 1:07:44Money, property. Something of value.
- 1:07:49Unknown: Yep. Okay.
- 1:07:51Unknown: So here's your process.
- 1:07:54Brian went through it doggedly,
- 1:07:57pit bull doggedly,
- 1:07:59and he got us the answers.
- 1:08:01So what does it prove that we've gone over at this point?
- 1:08:06Is that you're born into
- 1:08:08servitude,
- 1:08:10and it's represented
- 1:08:11by the birth certificate that's generated through this process.
- 1:08:15Now I want to inject what John, when we were in these seminars thirty years ago, what he floated back then when we had not too much discussion on birth certificates, but it did come up.
- 1:08:28And what John thought was that the birth certificate is an instrument in the commercial law
- 1:08:34that's known as a warehouse receipt.
- 1:08:38Okay? You can go look this up, you can go do your own study on it, but I remember from those seminars
- 1:08:44he used an example when he was trying to explain to us and illustrate what it is.
- 1:08:50And the example that he used was a late
- 1:08:54seventeen hundred's Supreme Court case,
- 1:08:57and it dealt with cotton down in New Orleans.
- 1:09:00And you know cotton is not fungible, in other words every bale of cotton is different from the other one. Fungibility is when things are always the same.
- 1:09:09And so there was some kind of a legal dispute on the cotton in the warehouse,
- 1:09:14but the cotton generated,
- 1:09:16if they're gonna sell the cotton, they don't necessarily just grab the bale of cotton and go
- 1:09:21haul it around and sell it, they do it with a warehouse receipt.
- 1:09:25And
- 1:09:26in that court case the judge was very explicit and he said the goods
- 1:09:31take on a very shadowy
- 1:09:33existence
- 1:09:35and now become
- 1:09:37the warehouse receipt.
- 1:09:39So the paper becomes the good.
- 1:09:43So the birth certificate
- 1:09:45becomes you
- 1:09:47because you're property born into the system.
- 1:09:53Does that make sense? Is there
- 1:09:55Unknown: yep, it does. Is there it seems to me there's a difference between well, there obviously is literally a difference between the word born
- 1:10:04and the word birth. Yes.
- 1:10:06And the way I've got it in my head is
- 1:10:09we're
- 1:10:10we've all been born
- 1:10:12because the born date, which is what it should be, in fact, we should have born days, not birthdays,
- 1:10:18and we should have a born date certificate
- 1:10:21or a born certificate
- 1:10:23is when you physically
- 1:10:25decided that your nine months were up and you climbed out. Right? That moment, wherever it was for each of us. And jolly good we all did it too. So that's that. That's when it physically occurs.
- 1:10:36But the birth date, if you look at the word birth,
- 1:10:38it says to put something into its allotted slot.
- 1:10:42That's what when you birth a ship. So if a ship is about to arrive,
- 1:10:46obviously, in a harbor,
- 1:10:48there is a birthing place for it, which has been preconfigured
- 1:10:54based on the description of the ship for the ship to come in and slot into that slot. So the birth certificate, it seems to me,
- 1:11:01is when they then decide almost instantaneously,
- 1:11:04milliseconds after the actual born moment,
- 1:11:08to put you, slot you into their system of servitude.
- 1:11:12That's what the birth certificate is. That's why it occupies this position, I suppose, of being a receipt or a warehouse receipt
- 1:11:19or a a bill of goods, whatever you wanna call it.
- 1:11:22The birth in other words, your birth date and your born date
- 1:11:27are actually not the same even though they make sure that they are
- 1:11:31to create the confusion. And wasn't wasn't it the case in that video that Romilly Stewart did where now this is the Australian situation and I need to review it again.
- 1:11:41But he was applying in Australia for a birth certificate
- 1:11:45and the date on the birth certificate
- 1:11:48was the day he applied for it. Yep. Not his born date.
- 1:11:53Not the date he was physically born. This is bewildering of course to all of us because we got no, it's a birth certificate when I turned up. No.
- 1:12:01Unknown: So I mean just on the basis of those two words alone Let a great deal of clarity can be created. Okay. Now let's go back and attack this from a different angle. Brian, why don't they require the parents to have their signature on there?
- 1:12:16Unknown: Why don't they require? Yeah.
- 1:12:19On the verification
- 1:12:21of facts? Sure.
- 1:12:24Well, because it the
- 1:12:26Unknown: well, one, because they're gonna commit fraud. No. So it gives them a They're already in fraud of of their eyeballs.
- 1:12:34The reason they don't want the parents' signatures on there is because the parents are already presumed to be property. And in the feudal system, if you had a child, that child was born under the same condition. So the presumption is in effect from that document's
- 1:12:50non signatures.
- 1:12:52Unknown: You're you're correct. And presumed to be dead, right, because the all caps name is the No. I I don't think it's presumed to be dead, it's presumed to be property.
- 1:13:04Unknown: Property can't own Correct.
- 1:13:07Let
- 1:13:10Unknown: me add this Roger. So and
- 1:13:12Paul just mentioned
- 1:13:14the gentleman from Australia.
- 1:13:16So that's the key to the whole deal. If anybody
- 1:13:19looks on their birth certificate, right, look up at the very top, it will tell you what time literally to the day and the minute and the hour of when you were born.
- 1:13:28At the very bottom
- 1:13:31left is most likely going to be the registration date, the date registered.
- 1:13:35That is the day that this document
- 1:13:38is birthed. It becomes
- 1:13:40a a thing. And if I could read this real quick Let's let's from that. That's the day you're securitized.
- 1:13:49Correct. Correct. That's the day this thing this all caps name
- 1:13:53becomes
- 1:13:54a bond, a security,
- 1:13:56a a
- 1:13:57A surety.
- 1:13:58Unknown: It becomes a surety
- 1:14:00for the bond.
- 1:14:02Unknown: For the bond.
- 1:14:04Correct.
- 1:14:05Correct.
- 1:14:07And that's what I think that's what he figured out. But here's the key with this word date. I'm gonna read this real quick. Date.
- 1:14:14The specific or mention in a written instrument of the time, day, month, and year when it was made. Also the time so specified.
- 1:14:23The word is derived from the Latin word datum meaning given and is defined as the time given or specified
- 1:14:30in some way ascertained and fixed.
- 1:14:33The time when an instrument was made, acknowledged,
- 1:14:36delivered,
- 1:14:37or recorded
- 1:14:39the clause or memorandum which specifies that fact and from the time from which its operation is to be reckoned. You see, if John's theory is correct that the birth certificate is actually a warehouse receipt,
- 1:14:53Unknown: when that is generated,
- 1:14:55if the good becomes the warehouse receipt,
- 1:14:58that's when you're birthed.
- 1:15:01Okay? Now let me bring this up to a modern day example.
- 1:15:04Here a couple of years ago, many of you will remember a guy named John Corzine.
- 1:15:09He was a Goldman Sachs guy, was governor of New Jersey, he was a United States senator for a while, and and when he got finished with his political shenanigans,
- 1:15:18he went over and he started a company called MF Global.
- 1:15:21And MF Global was taking people's money, and against the law they commingled it, and he made a big bet on Russian bonds, and he lost his butt, and he went in and stole the gold.
- 1:15:32Okay? Gerald Celenti was a victim of that. Y'all all remember that?
- 1:15:38Unknown: Yes.
- 1:15:39Unknown: Okay. So I saw a headline
- 1:15:42from the Chicago
- 1:15:44Mercantile Exchange from a trader up there.
- 1:15:47It was a headline about when this thing was very topical and when it was happening.
- 1:15:52And the statement he made was, he couldn't have stolen the gold,
- 1:15:57We have the warehouse receipt.
- 1:16:05Roger. Yes. Chris.
- 1:16:08Unknown: This is Chris in Las Vegas. I can't add too much this morning,
- 1:16:11but I would point out that the word term b I r t h birth and b e r t h
- 1:16:18and doc, d o c for document versus d o c k for a
- 1:16:24ship dock or a craft vessel dock.
- 1:16:27These terms all intermingle to obfuscate
- 1:16:31and to confuse the issue so that Yep. Than adept can't make hiding her hair out of what the devil they're really talking about.
- 1:16:39Unknown: Well, most people fall in that less than that category
- 1:16:43today,
- 1:16:44dare I say. And listen, we can we can continue this discussion tomorrow and and ad nauseam.
- 1:16:50I wanted to get this special show with Paul and what he's found. Hopefully, he had some stuff from John. We got the guy from Australia,
- 1:16:58and now we got our own guy right here who's done the the shoe leather. Okay? And he's got the proof. He's got the proof that you're born into
- 1:17:07servitude.
- 1:17:09And that buttresses the whole fourteenth amendment thing and the fact that what we're really dealing with here
- 1:17:15is a modern day version of the feudal era.
- 1:17:20Unknown: Absolutely.
- 1:17:23Unknown: So go ahead, Brian.
- 1:17:27Unknown: Let's see. Where was I gonna go from there?
- 1:17:31I guess I'll go into a couple things that
- 1:17:34that have now I guess being revealed and
- 1:17:37I believe in Paul if you want to
- 1:17:39add to it please do. But what I've discovered now is the creation of this
- 1:17:45document,
- 1:17:46right, this bond, this birth certificate and and this thing that originally started it was
- 1:17:51the all caps name, right, this name in all caps.
- 1:17:55Why is my name in all caps? Why is the state or any
- 1:18:00state or any government corporation anything in all caps? But yet here on my birth certificate,
- 1:18:06my name is in all caps but yet my parents name down below is in a normal English grammar, right?
- 1:18:13And those
- 1:18:14questions started to come up and then as of late this gentleman from Australia and the Justinian deception,
- 1:18:22hallelujah man, this guy's nailed it, knocked it out of the park.
- 1:18:26But I didn't know any of this. I didn't realize
- 1:18:29what my surname is and why do I have this last name. Back in the old times they were and I'll go back to the Hebrew.
- 1:18:37They had a first name and from a tribe.
- 1:18:40But
- 1:18:40now that I've come to understand this, I guess what about 12/30,
- 1:18:45let's see in about 12/30 the Justinian doctrine
- 1:18:49of one of the basically the Roman emperors
- 1:18:52created this two name system
- 1:18:54called the Corpus Juris.
- 1:18:56It was created in about 12/30
- 1:18:59in the reign of Howe and Staphen that
- 1:19:02was a family, an emperor family that ruled for just about one hundred years.
- 1:19:07So somewhere in between 1100 and 12/30,
- 1:19:10he
- 1:19:11basically perfected
- 1:19:13this Corpus Juris Justinian
- 1:19:15a former Roman Emperor in about 05/30 to May created
- 1:19:20the Corpus Juris. It was perfected
- 1:19:25in 12/30.
- 1:19:27It was perfected just after the Magna Carta
- 1:19:30and it was done to specifically counteract the common law that was quickly gaining traction
- 1:19:36and it was done so that Rome
- 1:19:38could continue their private contracts I e, the birth certificate. Interesting. Fraud. Now this is new to me. This thing was done. This was done way back way back. This is going way back folks.
- 1:19:50And this whole thing is nothing more than the beast system as I mentioned early on us contracting
- 1:19:56against our free will with the B system that is Rome. This is all Roman. This all came out of Rome and there's perfect evidence just look it up the Corpus Juris.
- 1:20:07That's basically the creation of two names where there was a
- 1:20:12Christian name, first and a middle name, right, that's who their names were and then they added the last name, the surname and then it was basically put into code and law. So that they could I guess eventually create
- 1:20:24this fictitious dead entity in all caps which is dog Latin, right. It's not proper English.
- 1:20:31It's not grammatical English.
- 1:20:33It's
- 1:20:34a foreign language
- 1:20:35and after watching a lot of this gentleman's information,
- 1:20:38it's actually Egyptian hieroglyphs folks.
- 1:20:41The all caps
- 1:20:44names and letters
- 1:20:46are literally Egyptian hieroglyphs.
- 1:20:49It blew my mind. Can't
- 1:20:51Unknown: go into that. Please add to it. Well, I wanna I wanna get Paul I wanna get Paul to come on here first of all because we love to hear his accent and and I wanna hear what he's gotta say.
- 1:21:00And so Paul, what what are your thoughts here at this point?
- 1:21:04Unknown: Well, it's it's fantastic
- 1:21:06hearing Brian go through all of the minutiae.
- 1:21:10And I think for listeners here who are keen on getting to grips with the minutiae,
- 1:21:16it's fantastic that you, Brian, have gone and done that from the perspective of how it works in your neck of the woods.
- 1:21:22It
- 1:21:23may be subtly different everywhere. I know that when I was watching the Romilly Stewart thing,
- 1:21:28there seemed to be procedures or things that he was doing that were new to me. But I'm told that the root is all back into common law and therefore there's got to be some echo
- 1:21:37across all of these branches of this deception. I mean, we're going through it as well in today's show, and I don't have a great deal of knowledge to throw in at this stage. Like I said before, it's not like I'm
- 1:21:49some expert on it because I'm trying to find how we
- 1:21:54overcome the communications challenge. That's what I think the biggest one is. It's
- 1:21:58obvious
- 1:21:59that the the knowledge of how this thing has been put together exists.
- 1:22:05That knowledge does exist.
- 1:22:06But it comes spurting through in all sorts of little places and little bits of knowledge here and bits of knowledge there, then huge lumps of it.
- 1:22:14Even when I'm watching the Romilly Stewart videos,
- 1:22:17they are involved.
- 1:22:18They're not for the layman.
- 1:22:20And I'm very keen that we have a project. I feel as though I I've got this hat on, whether I'm much of a star or not, to get this information across in this in a simple and as lame like a way as we are capable of doing. We must do it.
- 1:22:37Yep. Because it what's the other alternative? We're saying, oh, by the way, if you really wanna know about the state of your enslavement,
- 1:22:44here's five years worth of studying history.
- 1:22:46But we
- 1:22:47oh, yeah. I mean, you can see people Oh, good. Where do I start?
- 1:22:52Count me in. This
- 1:22:54is what I've been looking for. I don't wanna sit in front of TV for the rest of my life. I wanna study this. Yeah. Okay. So, you know, we're just it's like tumbleweed moment. We're just gonna be staring at a desert. There'll be nobody there. Alright? Because there's no perception yet amongst the broad well, there is amongst the growing number that there's even trouble anyway. But I mean, what we seem to be describing in very simple terms, of course, is an extension of the enslavement systems that have been here for millennia.
- 1:23:22And as
- 1:23:23the techniques of paper production, as the sophistication of legal language has moved on with each century,
- 1:23:29we now find ourselves in a position with this electronic mayhem.
- 1:23:33All the words misused,
- 1:23:35the use
- 1:23:36hieroglyphs or capital letters
- 1:23:38which under the laws of grammar which is what I think Romilly Stewart is talking about does not qualify as real language. When you start capitalizing words,
- 1:23:48you're doing something else. So of course, we're back to that ancient scam of being deceived, of having our direction of course misdirected perfectly
- 1:23:58and we end up assuming things.
- 1:24:01And what's that Roman adage? Let him who wants to be deceived be deceived.
- 1:24:06So we're quite let us be deceived.
- 1:24:09Unknown: And
- 1:24:10you hit on the key point that that I that has been my burden for all these years.
- 1:24:16How do you simplify
- 1:24:18this to where it gets across quickly
- 1:24:21and where the recipient can uptake it as quickly as possible?
- 1:24:26Unknown: Well, I think we start with words, don't you? Yeah. Well, of course. You know? And and
- 1:24:32Unknown: that's why it gets back to the the the epiphany. Well, it hurts when you have one of them things. I had this epiphany a while back, and Brown
- 1:24:41versus Board of Education closed the door. They said equal in the classroom, equal in the society.
- 1:24:46Well Brown versus Board of Education
- 1:24:49overturned previous Supreme Court case from 1894
- 1:24:52called Plessy versus Ferguson,
- 1:24:55and the little thumbnail description of Plessy versus Ferguson
- 1:24:58is separate but equal.
- 1:25:00And that did nothing but verify the Jim Crow laws that had been in effect since after the civil war and the passage of the fourteenth amendment. Blacks had to use a separate restroom, blacks had to go to a different drinking fountain, blacks had to sit in a different railroad
- 1:25:15car, and Plessy versus Ferguson confirmed that. Didn't endorse it, it just confirmed it. Brown versus Board of Education
- 1:25:23overturned it. So it made us all equal because we're equal in the classroom with all this busing, and now we're equal in the society.
- 1:25:31So the question is, which drinking fountain are we all drinking out of now that we're all equal?
- 1:25:37Now
- 1:25:38that's pretty simple, okay?
- 1:25:41It
- 1:25:42lays it out, it gives somebody the concept right out front, and if they have the desire to go back and research that and do a little bit of study, now the study begins and you can start untying the knot. But at least they know in a concept what happened.
- 1:26:00Unknown: Yes.
- 1:26:01I think another aspect of it as well is
- 1:26:04that and this is more to do with the communications
- 1:26:07process that we're involved with.
- 1:26:10The people on the other side, our perceived, you know, the administrators of this system,
- 1:26:16the ones that as Brian was just describing, the one that the girl at the front desk hasn't a clue. She's part of it. She doesn't even know what she's a part of. Right? Many of them are enmeshed in this system of control
- 1:26:28just assuming,
- 1:26:29Unknown: like we have done for most of our lives, that this is just the way it is and that there's nothing really wrong with it. But no. No. Let let me correct you. Let me let me correct you for a second. When that woman came out and gave Brian that stuff or before she gave it to him, she said, you're not gonna use this against us, are you?
- 1:26:47Somebody
- 1:26:48Unknown: knows. Her a few times, and he punched her in the mouth.
- 1:26:52Unknown: Knows something. They don't know what we know or discussing here, but they know it ain't right.
- 1:26:59Unknown: Well, they've got that coming through. But but what is you see, my response to it would be this,
- 1:27:05rightly or wrongly. This might sound a little bit wet. I accept this is
- 1:27:09I want those people on our side. I don't want them as enemies. Yep. No. Right. I want part of the communication is to get these people that are enmeshed on that side of the court system as it were,
- 1:27:20that this
- 1:27:21removal
- 1:27:23of this break on human energy of this enslavement system
- 1:27:27will do you more good than anything you could do by continuing to serve this beast system. You must come and stand with us.
- 1:27:35We forgive you. We forgive you completely because I don't want you as an enemy because it's gonna be ruinous for all of us if that's what happens. Can you not see that this is the path to take? So we have to first of all, here's our job. We're enslaved. We were irritated like mad for most of our life. We begin to unpick it. And then when we've unpicked it, the people that have done it to, we have to forgive them. We've got to. I I I can't see any other way around it. It's not their fault. Let go. They wanted the job. They wanted to feed their family. They got this job, and they go in there and they do what they're told or they don't get the paycheck.
- 1:28:08Unknown: And this goes back to the letter from Rothschild
- 1:28:11back to The US in the eighteen hundreds when he lays out the system, and he said those involved will be so attached to the system that they won't do anything against their self interest, basically.
- 1:28:22Unknown: Yep.
- 1:28:23That's it. That's how we are held in place.
- 1:28:27Unknown: Patrick?
- 1:28:29Unknown: Let me interject here. You know, we're talking about class warfare. It's been going on since the beginning of time as the, you know, entrepreneurs against the bureaucrats. We love to say yes, and they love to say no.
- 1:28:40They're caught up in the system.
- 1:28:43And
- 1:28:43the the twofold problem that you speak of you have, Roger, and a lot of people will see this.
- 1:28:50You have a hang on a sec. You have a you have a situation where our dumb, pathetic white race is stiff neck and hard headed,
- 1:28:57and it causes action. And and as Paul has said, you know, you get by the way, it's gonna take you five years to figure it out. Well, many are called. Few are chosen. You know? Are you really called? Are you gonna take up the call? Are you gonna walk the walk? Are you gonna apply yourself? Are you gonna eat the scroll? Are you gonna study? And then once you come out of this bondage, then we figured it out, which is just great here to understand what the bondage is in Babylon, the system,
- 1:29:22and be able to preach this, you know, in season, out of season where they hear, they forbear.
- 1:29:27But many are called few chosen. Very few are gonna apply their self to this and hang on and ride the ride. You know? And and Yeshua is looking for people that have integrity,
- 1:29:37character, and depth, and love for the truth and the word.
- 1:29:40And when it's given to you, you learn it, you apply it, and you give it out freely to your brother. That's what we're doing today. We're expounding on our education
- 1:29:48and our knowledge to each other to overcome the faith system,
- 1:29:52and and they do truly have a problem on their hand. It it blows my mind when people won't follow through to their affidavit and pull the trigger. For whatever reason, they have fear somewhere
- 1:30:01in their ideology.
- 1:30:02Unknown: And I'll hand it back over to y'all guys. Well, I I I'm gonna make a little buttress a point that I make on here all the time, and maybe you'll understand a little bit better because if you've been a regular listener, I know you've heard me say it.
- 1:30:14Every one of you are so important
- 1:30:17to me.
- 1:30:22Unknown: And and likewise, it's very important to me. Yeshua sent me to this program.
- 1:30:28Unknown: Roger, Roger, if I can ask you one quick. You can, Brian. I'm gonna Doug has joined us too. But, Brian,
- 1:30:35what what do you have to say? But you see why every one of you are so important to me? Man, I've spent twenty seven years trying to find you.
- 1:30:45Unknown: Correct.
- 1:30:46We appreciate that. Let me add this. Ephesians six twelve, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
- 1:30:54powers,
- 1:30:54against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness
- 1:30:59in high places.
- 1:31:01So let me just say this, our race has nothing to do with it. This
- 1:31:04is a Luciferian
- 1:31:06plot by the adversary to entrap us all.
- 1:31:10Whether you're white, black, green, yellow, it doesn't matter.
- 1:31:14That's just the point. But this is a deep dark rabbit hole and it's being revealed here is what's taking place. Their game plan and their blueprint is being revealed because
- 1:31:25the time and the return of our king is at hand. Okay guys, it's not far. The king's coming and this thing is going to be destroyed.
- 1:31:33And I believe this is the early stage of it literally being revealed. And I'll I'll I'll
- 1:31:38Unknown: I'll step back and and enjoy the conversation. Okay. Well, let me welcome my friend Doug who's a man of few words. Hey, Doug.
- 1:31:46Unknown: Hey, brothers.
- 1:31:49How are you?
- 1:31:50Y'all,
- 1:31:51I should say.
- 1:31:53Over here in Arkansas.
- 1:31:56I assume
- 1:31:57you're doing well.
- 1:31:59Well, yeah, my comments are
- 1:32:04when when
- 1:32:06you mentioned that, you know, now we're drinking out of the same water fountain.
- 1:32:12Well,
- 1:32:13the way I look at it is
- 1:32:15it's not so much about the water fountain, but it's about the water.
- 1:32:20Okay?
- 1:32:21That all everybody's
- 1:32:22drinking the same water
- 1:32:25no matter what water fountain it's
- 1:32:28coming out of.
- 1:32:29And
- 1:32:31so,
- 1:32:32you know, when Paul
- 1:32:35hi, Paul. Love you. Yeah.
- 1:32:38I love your
- 1:32:42English
- 1:32:43terms and all of that and all that. So when he says it
- 1:32:48sounds wet, you know,
- 1:32:51I'm
- 1:32:52assuming you mean it's like slippery.
- 1:32:55Okay.
- 1:32:56Is that correct?
- 1:32:58Unknown: Weak.
- 1:32:59We call people over here like if you're called a wet Nelly, right, it means you are a sap, you're a weed. Right? You're you're easily manipulated. You're just a bit of a drip. Makes sense?
- 1:33:11Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well well, I looked at it as being wet, as being slippery,
- 1:33:17because,
- 1:33:18you know, wet things make,
- 1:33:20your footing slippery and,
- 1:33:23all of this Unreliable.
- 1:33:24Unknown: Yeah. Like a slippery fish. What did what did Churchill say? A related people separated by a common language?
- 1:33:32Unknown: Yeah. And he was half American too.
- 1:33:36Unknown: He was. See but see, the way we think, we think along the same lines
- 1:33:43all the time.
- 1:33:44We'll work through
- 1:33:46discrepancies
- 1:33:47in the communication
- 1:33:49because
- 1:33:50each of us have
- 1:33:52Unknown: within us,
- 1:33:55Unknown: I would say the
- 1:33:58something from the
- 1:34:00creator
- 1:34:02where we're all against evil
- 1:34:04and
- 1:34:07and we just don't
- 1:34:10take everything
- 1:34:12and gobble everything down
- 1:34:16as it seems
- 1:34:18to look like. And so,
- 1:34:23yeah, everything changes
- 1:34:25all the time.
- 1:34:27We know our enemy
- 1:34:29always changes everything
- 1:34:31every day
- 1:34:32whenever.
- 1:34:34But
- 1:34:34the only thing that never changes
- 1:34:37is
- 1:34:38the creator
- 1:34:40and his will, his his word, his instructions to us.
- 1:34:45And and this is all about truth and righteousness.
- 1:34:49We I don't deceive anybody. I don't lie to anybody.
- 1:34:54I do
- 1:34:56what I do, I would
- 1:34:58humbly say is righteousness.
- 1:35:01And so
- 1:35:04we're dealing with the opposite
- 1:35:07nature
- 1:35:08that
- 1:35:10that's all they do.
- 1:35:12And and even with this great
- 1:35:16show
- 1:35:17today
- 1:35:20exposing
- 1:35:21the
- 1:35:23machinations
- 1:35:24of these guys regarding the birth certificate
- 1:35:28and the driver's license,
- 1:35:30they
- 1:35:32you know,
- 1:35:34when you corner them,
- 1:35:36they're not really cornered because there's no corners today.
- 1:35:40Okay? Everything's
- 1:35:42rounded, so they can just they move out of the way and they come back at you. They're just trying to eat catch you. And and even the the current political
- 1:35:55stuff with the whole Trump Russian thing,
- 1:36:01you you see there's no there there
- 1:36:05that, you know, if they can catch someone
- 1:36:08saying something
- 1:36:10that appears to be
- 1:36:14not
- 1:36:15totally truthful
- 1:36:18and then can chew it to be a lie,
- 1:36:21then they charge person with lying. When when the fact is, when you look at it,
- 1:36:28is that, you know, they're they're trying to cooperate
- 1:36:32these different victims,
- 1:36:34and that's what they are.
- 1:36:37And
- 1:36:38but they're they're asked questions
- 1:36:42that
- 1:36:43could be construed,
- 1:36:45and I think are
- 1:36:47were
- 1:36:48construed
- 1:36:49to catch them. Yeah.
- 1:36:51Unknown: Doug, listen. I we're we're getting a little near about twenty minutes left, and this is was specifically on the birth certificate today, and Brian's
- 1:37:00left his job to come be with us. Paul is here, and everybody's listening. And I'd like to kinda stay on that point to see if we can bring out as many facts that are pertinent as possible, because we can discuss this later on subsequent programs.
- 1:37:13But this one right here, to get this primary information out, that's so darned important to people's understanding
- 1:37:20that may simplify
- 1:37:22all of our efforts in teaching other people. That's what I'm trying to get at today.
- 1:37:28Unknown: Okay. So,
- 1:37:30Unknown: Brian,
- 1:37:31because you've had the experience that brought us our knowledge from our culture and society in The US, alright?
- 1:37:38And
- 1:37:39is there anything else that you want to add specifically on this where we can get this honed down? My hopes are
- 1:37:46that this is the easy way to rebut the presumption. The affidavit rebuts the presumption.
- 1:37:53I believe the common law birth certificate accomplishes the same thing and I believe
- 1:37:58accomplishes it much
- 1:38:00easier
- 1:38:00which is going to do nothing but further our efforts.
- 1:38:06Unknown: Sure. I'll
- 1:38:08add this
- 1:38:11and then I'll see. I think there's a little more detail here that would be good to add to the conversation.
- 1:38:17So when you mentioned common law birth certificate,
- 1:38:21most people are going to go well, what is that?
- 1:38:23So as this thing as this conversation expands, we're going to put this into a teaching
- 1:38:30scenario,
- 1:38:31which is the best way to do it. Because speaking of it goes in one area out the other and the average guy literally is going to listen to this and try to piece it together, but this needs to be done
- 1:38:42very methodically into a teaching scenario. So there there'll be more to come on that. You're working on something to that end, aren't you?
- 1:38:50Yes. We are. We're working on that exact thing, and it'll it'll be revealed here at some point, but it's gonna be an in-depth history
- 1:38:58and a teaching scenario with a chalkboard, etcetera, just like we are back in school
- 1:39:04and and hopefully hopefully nail nail this this stuff stuff so so that that it it can can be be distributed, distributed,
- 1:39:08relistened to, broken down, study, etcetera, because that's what's gonna have to happen. That's what I've done, and that's what every person's gonna have to do when they take the responsibility
- 1:39:17to reclaim who they are. Hey. Listen. Freedom
- 1:39:20Unknown: ain't free.
- 1:39:23Unknown: Hell no. It's not. Hell no. It's not. There's a lot of good men.
- 1:39:27There's a lot of brilliant men and good people that have been slaughtered because of this beast.
- 1:39:33And I'll just leave it at that. But let me add this real quick because I know we're getting down here on time.
- 1:39:39These two birth certificates in this common law birth certificate I think is I need to learn more here. So
- 1:39:45I'm going to disclose
- 1:39:47this but the gentleman from Australia laid this out and
- 1:39:51what is taking place is when we're born
- 1:39:54and Paul had a good point that in different areas, the procedure may be a little different, the terminology may be a little different, the form, the look of the pages may be a little different,
- 1:40:05but the process
- 1:40:06of tracking and the and the the underbelly,
- 1:40:10right, the the
- 1:40:11map of how it all comes together is identical. Yep. So it's no different than The
- 1:40:17Unknown: effect is identical.
- 1:40:19Paul, you spoke with John a little bit, you said, and we haven't even gotten to that yet. So I'd like for you to chime in and give us your thoughts and if anything you pulled away from that conversation
- 1:40:31with our friend John in Scotland. For the audience who's new to this, this guy's in Scotland.
- 1:40:36I guess this was earlier this year, maybe in the spring,
- 1:40:40and and and Paul
- 1:40:42called me, and we start he started to live this guy up in Scotland that's got this this common law birth certificate, and they're having incredible
- 1:40:50results with it, to the point I remember the one case that you mentioned was the gal that was about to get her home foreclosed on, and they were in court, and she produced one of these, And the judge got up, and he says, I have no jurisdiction here, and walks out of the courtroom. And I don't believe the house got foreclosed on, did it?
- 1:41:09Unknown: No. I think I mean, that's that you know, boiling it right down as I have to for my own sort of sanity into simple a simple proposition,
- 1:41:19coming back to a point we mentioned early on maybe an hour back,
- 1:41:22is that
- 1:41:23their courts are to deal with their
- 1:41:27statutory equipment
- 1:41:29of which the birth certificate is one of their vital components in their assumption of authority over you. And of course, if you go in and allow that into one of their courts,
- 1:41:39you are basically saying, yeah, you've got authority, you've got jurisdiction over me
- 1:41:43and go away, know, we'll try and we'll do the whole court case thing and I'll probably end up losing because I'm an idiot and I don't know what's going on. But when John has gone in or when he's advised people
- 1:41:54to go in or or shown them what to do, there have been in the early days. There were cases. I'm not saying that this has been reversed. It hasn't. I know that it's moving to another stage from what he was telling me yesterday. I'll come to that in a second.
- 1:42:06But what has occurred is that defendants have said, hey, you know that birth certificate thing that you've got that we we did when I sort of turned up? Well, I own that. And the reason that you
- 1:42:19claim this back, this is a key part of it, is that they are then removed from any entitlement to have jurisdiction over you. And you can do that because the common law court
- 1:42:29is the highest court in this land
- 1:42:33where I live. Called the king's bench. Highest court in your land that you might have a different procedure. That's all I'm but in this land, is. The fact is that's kind of irrelevant because no one is holding
- 1:42:45common law courts until
- 1:42:47now.
- 1:42:48Now, of course, there's a lot of mockery going on from other people who have gone down different,
- 1:42:53furrows for for trying to plow the truth out of the ground with this. I do understand that. There's a kind of sort of you're wrong about this. No. You're right and blah blah blah blah blah. John
- 1:43:03is actually right at the coalface, right in there doing it. And I think to a degree, he's doing it absolutely the right way because they've kept it quiet. But there is an I know from speaking to him yesterday,
- 1:43:14there is a large number of growing support all over England. He's building up and in Scotland.
- 1:43:19I think he's got a case coming up soon. It might be this coming weekend.
- 1:43:23I think it is. There's a lot of supporters going up. I can't get up this weekend. No. It's the December 20 or nineteenth, something like that. So this is about two weeks away.
- 1:43:34And, it's to do with
- 1:43:36responses that the system are beginning to make back to him which are,
- 1:43:42first blush don't appear to be good, but they're actually really good because they're gonna literally bring clarity
- 1:43:49into this situation.
- 1:43:51And the steps that they're taking are the usual ones I would suggest.
- 1:43:55I don't know a great deal about it, but the usual ones of distraction,
- 1:43:58intimidation,
- 1:44:00and mucking about with the process. Yep. They they do have the power to do that, so that's what they do. Because I don't know. It all depends how thoughtful they are being on the other side. I would imagine that just like anybody other any other jobs worth, okay, they're elevated jobs worth, they like getting paid. They like it. Somebody's okay. This this is alright. These people are obviously troublemakers.
- 1:44:21I doubt if many of them have thought it through to the depth that it's being thought through here on this side. So it's a bit like as we cure the patient, which is our sick civilization,
- 1:44:31the very people that you seek to help will in fact prove to be the most difficult to actually heal. And they'll cause us the most grief, which is basically
- 1:44:38what's going on. I think it should be expected to go on, and the fact that it is going on is in fact a positive sign. It means that the cure is coming.
- 1:44:47And it won't be without the patient though, you know, screaming a bit every now and again. So you know, I just think that's the signs of it. Well, me bring a parallel in
- 1:44:58Unknown: that exactly parallels what you're talking about with our process.
- 1:45:02And then affidavit and the statement and the exposure to the fraud is so blatant, especially in affidavit form,
- 1:45:09that the only thing they've been able to do, and they only do it with a small percentage of people that file it,
- 1:45:15is they come in and they send you a letter back,
- 1:45:18and the rest of the letter after the first paragraph can be different, cause obviously they can go in and cut and paste and bring things in. But the first paragraph and every one that's been sent to me is always the exact same thing. And it says, it assumes by what you have submitted that you're a citizen under the fourteenth amendment. Then it quotes the first clause, all persons born are naturalized in The United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. It stops there. And it goes on with some more verbiage, and the very last words of the paragraph are except by operation
- 1:45:49of law.
- 1:45:50Okay? And so is Vattel's Law of Nations operable enough for you? Because it says right in there, and every country in the world has signed on to it, that every man has the personal right of political self determination.
- 1:46:05Okay, well I'm submitting this affidavit and I'm determining, self determining what I am, it's an affidavit form, prove me wrong. Well it appears by what you've sent us that you're the See, they don't have any ammunition, they got nothing to stand on, that's their best defense,
- 1:46:21and it ain't worth a CRAP
- 1:46:25if you understand what you're doing. If you don't understand what you're doing, you go, oh, well, I guess I'm assuming it sure appears that I'm a fourteenth amendment citizen. Yeah. You're right. Wait, Brian. When a when a child's born and conceived, who owns that child at that at that very
- 1:46:40Unknown: first few minutes?
- 1:46:43Unknown: So
- 1:46:44I was just finishing up, Roger, while you were off. A good question was posed when a a baby is born, who owns it? And I I
- 1:46:51explained the second that birth certificate is created and registered,
- 1:46:56it creates this fictitious
- 1:46:58corporation basically in all caps.
- 1:47:01People say straw man and that's technically what it is, but it's an all caps
- 1:47:06basically a
- 1:47:07fictitious entity. It looks like you
- 1:47:10no. I'm sorry. It sounds like you. Right? If you look at the name, well, you think, okay, that's me, but it's actually not you. It's property of Rome. Okay? Anything in anything in all caps,
- 1:47:21you have to break this down to the grammar. The Latin, the old Latin, you go in any church, in any basilica, anywhere up along the top of the roof and all the government buildings, it's all written in
- 1:47:32Latin.
- 1:47:33So it's got a little hyphen in between all caps.
- 1:47:36Well, what they've done with DOG Latin is they've hidden it. They've basically taken out the hyphens and they've put left it in all caps. So what you think you're reading is not what you is not what you're actually reading. There are two distinct different languages, foreign. One's proper English grammar, the other is hidden Latin. Let's get back let's get back to the basics and listen. And what I've been striving to do for so long is to get people out of this I'm a corporation.
- 1:48:02Unknown: You're not a corporation,
- 1:48:04you're a piece of property.
- 1:48:07Okay? And this brings back the feudal system. The overriding
- 1:48:11thing that's happening here is the feudal system, the neo feudal system has been slipped on us, where all persons born are naturalized
- 1:48:19and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:48:22The reason you don't sign those forms when your child is born is because it's already presumpting in effect that you're a piece of property and in that system when the child is born, it's a piece of property.
- 1:48:35Okay? Now, the key to this is
- 1:48:37that it has to be voluntary.
- 1:48:40Everything has to be voluntary and that's why they brought the feudal system in because it's voluntary servitude
- 1:48:47and they can put us into that position
- 1:48:49but then they tell us that we're free
- 1:48:52and so, what is the ultimate remedy?
- 1:48:55The same as it was in the feudal system. If you wanted to get out of it, you went to the lord of the manor and you said, hey, I'm volunteering out, chief. See you later.
- 1:49:05And that's what these things do. The affidavit volunteers you out. This birth certificate common law evidently
- 1:49:13does the same thing because both of them rebut the presumption.
- 1:49:20Does that make sense? It's a
- 1:49:22It's a shame. Sham. Of course it's a sham, and that's why they can't do anything about it because their their fraud's exposed. And it's just like I explained to Patrick. Patrick and I had a long conversation last night. What is this really doing
- 1:49:35if it were in the holy grail?
- 1:49:38For I find out last night, Patrick was a freemason, okay? And so, he was up at pretty high up in that. I said, what's the freemason's motto?
- 1:49:46First align, then another line, then a square.
- 1:49:49That's the holy grail. That's the triangle in the all First seeing
- 1:49:54a line, fourteenth amendment, then another line, Federal Reserve Act taking control of the money so it could build the administrative state. Well what's the square? What's the line that closes the other two open lines?
- 1:50:07Where they hid the original state citizen.
- 1:50:11And this
- 1:50:12rebuts that presumption,
- 1:50:14it takes away the third line of the conceptual trap,
- 1:50:17and you're out, and there's nothing they can do about it except take the mask off.
- 1:50:23Unknown: By the way, I'm clandestine from that. Yahweh let me out of that that movement. Yeah. Yeah. Called me into the light. Well, that was just real important. That's an excellent Go ahead. Excellent way to explain it, Roger. That that triangle, they all saying, never would have caught that as a holy grail and them tying all this together
- 1:50:39to keep you in in the box.
- 1:50:42It it's it's it's just so mean. Why? Exception of words. Why is the holy grail
- 1:50:47Unknown: the most open, closely held secret in the history of our planet?
- 1:50:53Because it's so damn easy to get out and we can use the same thing.
- 1:50:58We can use it against them. We can flip it over on them, boom. That's why they don't want to know what it is and how it operates because it can be used either way. In Paul's country, the when there was a good king, the people rejoice. When there's a bad king, the people moaned.
- 1:51:13Mhmm. How what was the difference between a good king and a bad king? How he used the holy grail.
- 1:51:21Unknown: Gotcha. Gotcha.
- 1:51:23So the so the child is, basically belongs to nobody for those first few moments till they they fill out their paperwork, and then you're just you're continuing to flow through the system voluntarily.
- 1:51:33Unknown: When they do the birth certificate,
- 1:51:36it makes it a warehouse receipt.
- 1:51:38The paper takes on the shadowy existence of the good. You now are represented by the birth certificate, which is then securitized
- 1:51:46and attached to the bonds,
- 1:51:48which they sell all over the world to run the governments,
- 1:51:52and your income taxes are taken and they go straight to the bondholders to pay their coupon, that's the deal.
- 1:51:59Unknown: Seems like the title of a car. Yep.
- 1:52:02Unknown: So listen, it's
- 1:52:04been a stimulating show today, I'm sorry for the technical screw ups, we're gonna get Greg busy this afternoon splicing this stuff together,
- 1:52:11and we'll just continue conversation tomorrow if you want. We can talk about whatever.
- 1:52:16We can talk about, you know, the celebration of the dead president,
- 1:52:20and we'll take it a day at a time. I I reiterate here, every one of you are so important to me.
- 1:52:29K?
- 1:52:31Paul, thanks for being with us. We'll look for you next Wednesday. Maybe you'll have some conversation with John between now and then we can expand on this. Otherwise, noodle on what we've said. I'll get this show up where we can spread it around as quickly as possible. And you guys have a good day. I think your brains will be working. Thanks, Brian.
- 1:52:48You're welcome. See y'all tomorrow. Need get a hold of you, Brian. Yeah. I'll put you I'll put you I'll put you together with him. I figured you two bond pretty good. I'll put you together with him, Patrick.
- 1:53:29Unknown: Will swallow
- 1:53:32you.
- 1:53:34Lay
- 1:53:35your
- 1:53:36body
- 1:53:38here.
