- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:40Hi. It's Adam here and in this
- 0:42episode of The Hypnotist, you'll be listening to a wealth based
- 0:47hypnosis session and it was created for a client that really
- 0:52wanted to increase their income, be on a journey towards
- 0:57financial freedom and to make sure that not only they were OK,
- 1:02but more importantly their family.
- 1:04They were a young father, they had a family to support.
- 1:08They wanted to take those responsibilities seriously and
- 1:12therefore they felt constrained slightly that they couldn't be
- 1:18perhaps as kind of spontaneous or impulsive with decisions
- 1:25because it no longer was just about them, it was the people
- 1:29that they were providing for. So what you're going to hear in
- 1:33this particular hypnosis session is a way of getting absolute
- 1:38clarity as to what financial goals look like.
- 1:44From the. Perspective of security, comfort
- 1:47and freedom and why that's crucial to make a distinction
- 1:51between those 3 is that if you just say I want more money, the
- 1:58strategy to become financially free starts with security, then
- 2:03goes to comfort and then goes to freedom.
- 2:06But you tend to require more risk to become financially free.
- 2:10But you can only take on that risk if you know, you're
- 2:15absolutely certain that if the risk doesn't pay off, you're not
- 2:19going to be homeless, you're not going to be in poverty, you're
- 2:22not going to be destitute. And that's why it's so important
- 2:26to make sure you get the sequence right to make.
- 2:28Sure, that security. Is there.
- 2:31And one of the things I feel very proud of my own financial
- 2:35journey is that I had that clarity.
- 2:38I knew that with certain things in place, no matter what
- 2:43happens, I was going to be OK. And I got that security from
- 2:47owning properties and, and having certain key things,
- 2:50certain amount of cash flow that would come in.
- 2:52That meant that I was always going to be OK.
- 2:55That even if I got sick, even if I lost one source of income,
- 2:59there was other sources of income out there.
- 3:02So it's really important to get really clear on what security
- 3:05looks like, but nobody wants just to have a roof over the
- 3:08head and, and the ability to have heating and food and a
- 3:12miserable life. Comfort and lifestyle is really,
- 3:15really important. That might be the car you drive,
- 3:18it might be the holidays you have, it might be the
- 3:20experiences, it might be giving gifts, You know, that's comfort,
- 3:23that's lifestyle and that's also crucial so that you're living
- 3:28life, you're enjoying life. But then beyond that is freedom.
- 3:33And for some people, they would consider this luxury.
- 3:37It's this kind of element of, you know, having a big mansion
- 3:40or kind of having an, a boat and, and this kind of stuff.
- 3:44I would say if that links to what freedom is for you, then
- 3:48great. You know, that's exactly what
- 3:50it's designed to do. But you want to make sure that
- 3:53freedom is the evolution that follows security and, and
- 3:59comfort. And I remember someone working
- 4:02for me a few years ago that we're taking on the kind of
- 4:07risks that made absolute sense. If you're completely secure and
- 4:13you've got a good standard of living, those kind of risks make
- 4:16sense. But I knew that they didn't.
- 4:19And they that was very speculative, almost like
- 4:22gambling. And if you're gambling, but if
- 4:26you lose it might be that you can't pay rent or can't pay the
- 4:30mortgage, then that's. Reckless so.
- 4:33That's why freedom has to come at the end.
- 4:36But you can go through that journey pretty quick and you can
- 4:39do it through income, but you can also do it through the value
- 4:45of your assets. You know, if you think of a
- 4:48billionaire, a billionaire. Is.
- 4:51Still secure, comfortable and free even if they've got 0
- 4:56income coming in because their net worth is so high.
- 5:00So this also. Talks about not just building
- 5:03something. For you, but also for.
- 5:06Future generations. And there's this lovely phrase,
- 5:10which I think is really powerful, called generational
- 5:13wealth. And most people will never
- 5:16really experience true generational wealth because of
- 5:20the way of the tax systems, A lot of inheritance taxed at a
- 5:25high level, you know, and, and just structured in a way where
- 5:29for most people, the only asset they really have to the point
- 5:33where they die is their home. So that's not true generational
- 5:37wealth. When you see these kind of these
- 5:40families, rich families that go from generation to generation
- 5:44here in England, we would say the Duke of Westminster is that
- 5:48kind of generational wealth, you know, kind of archetype in many
- 5:52ways that the the dukedom gets passed down, the assets gets
- 5:58passed down. This has happened over multiple
- 6:01generations. So.
- 6:04Whoever the Duke of Westminster tends to be, they've got like
- 6:08half of London is under a trust and they're the trustee of that
- 6:13particular ownership. So generational wealth is a
- 6:17whole different thing. But the game isn't winnable
- 6:21unless you're willing to play it.
- 6:22Not everyone wants generational wealth.
- 6:25I just think it happens to be a very good goal because if you
- 6:29achieve generational wealth, then you're not just having
- 6:33security for yourself, you're having security for many, many
- 6:36generations to come, which is a very good thing.
- 6:42Part of this hypnosis session is using metaphor, It's using
- 6:46future pacing, it's using direct suggestion, and it's kind of a
- 6:52fusion of hypnosis and the kind of stuff that I.
- 6:54Do with world. Coaching.
- 6:56So if you are interested in kind of getting to a level of
- 7:00financial freedom or being in a position to have generational
- 7:03wealth, this session should be of interest to you.
- 7:07It was created for an individual client.
- 7:09Some of the suggestions might not be quite right for you.
- 7:12You can always schedule a consultation call to explore
- 7:15working with me directly. But also when it comes to
- 7:17wealth, I created a course, quite a big course actually,
- 7:21lots and lots of content and information and hypnosis in
- 7:25there, all money related. It's called Hypnotic Wealth and
- 7:29I'll put a link in the show notes, so if you're interested
- 7:32in that course, you can certainly check that out.
- 7:35For now though, because you've got this kind of 25 minute
- 7:37hypnosis session just about to start playing, the ideal way to
- 7:41enjoy this session is to find a quiet, comfortable place where
- 7:45you won't be disturbed, relax and enjoy the session.
- 8:20Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in and slow,
- 8:29calm, relaxing breath, and as you exhale, feel a sense of
- 8:38release in any of those tiny muscles around your.
- 8:41Eyelids. And as you exhale, just feel a
- 8:46heaviness. They're on those eyelids,
- 8:50enabling you to feel no desire to open them.
- 8:57And when you breathe in, just imagine breathing in deeper than
- 9:06the previous breath. And as you exhale, imagine
- 9:15breathing out at half the speed, but for twice as long.
- 9:21That long, slow outward breath feels like it's a vehicle for
- 9:27tension to leave your body. Feel how good it feels to just
- 9:35let go. That's it.
- 9:43Imagine breathing in a feeling of optimism, that as you breathe
- 9:53in you just feel more optimistic.
- 10:00And as you exhale, imagine breathing out doubt and
- 10:06limitations. That long, slow outward breath
- 10:13just enabling those limitations to leave your body.
- 10:21That's it. And notice, the deeper you
- 10:25breathe, the more relaxed you feel.
- 10:31And the more relaxed you feel, the easier it becomes to
- 10:39effortlessly breathe even deeper than before.
- 10:45Because there is a forceful breath.
- 10:48You force the inhale, you force the exhale.
- 10:53But then there's the effortless breath.
- 10:58Breathing in comes from the diaphragm and just happens by
- 11:02itself. And that long, slow outward
- 11:06breath doesn't require force. It's the release of tension that
- 11:14allows the outward breath. And the deeper you breathe, the
- 11:21more your body relaxes. And the more your body relaxes,
- 11:25the more your imagination awakens.
- 11:32I want you to imagine seeing a children's book, a picture book,
- 11:46and maybe you can imagine this book close to where other books
- 11:50are camped and this book is simply called the Scottish
- 11:57Highlands. Imagine picking up that book and
- 12:02flicking through the pages, looking at different mountain
- 12:06ranges, different regions, different locks, until you see a
- 12:15page. The vivid image of a particular
- 12:21lock, not so well known, but it resonates with you.
- 12:32And maybe this image of the lock is on a day with fluffy clouds
- 12:40and blue skies of Stillwater and the vibrancy of the different
- 12:50colours and textures in the rugged landscape around.
- 12:57And fixate on a point in the image close to the lock, near
- 13:04the edge of the lock. Just focus on that point.
- 13:08As you breathe in that optimism, exhale any doubts.
- 13:14And as you focus on that point, just imagine teleporting into
- 13:21the image and imagine how it would feel standing on the edge
- 13:29of that lock. The freshness of the air, the
- 13:36temperature around you, the stillness of the water that
- 13:43almost looks like a mirror reflecting black.
- 13:47The clouds and the landscape, the mountains, the sky.
- 13:59So still, and it feels eerie because the stillness of the
- 14:05water seems to echo the stillness of the sound.
- 14:15There is an absence of sound. No animals, no sound of wind or
- 14:24a breeze. Just stillness.
- 14:30And as you breathe in and breathe out, I want you to
- 14:37imagine that in this moment, time has stood still.
- 14:47The water is frozen in time, the clouds are frozen in time, and
- 14:56the only person that can move is you.
- 15:04But because everything is frozen in time, nothing can move but
- 15:10you, including the water to feel a wonderful sensation of
- 15:16walking. On top of the water, like the
- 15:22entire lock, is a huge sheet of thick glass, more than able to
- 15:31support your weight. Imagine walking out, perhaps
- 15:40into the middle of the lock, feeling safe, feeling supported,
- 15:48everything frozen in time but you.
- 15:56And as you breathe in and breathe down, I want you to
- 16:01imagine 3 buckets around you. Each bucket represents a
- 16:17different level of financial resourcefulness.
- 16:25The first bucket represents security and safety, the second
- 16:35bucket represents comfort, and the third bucket represents
- 16:45freedom. And I want you to stare into the
- 16:54first bucket because you get to define two things that would
- 17:02represent security for you. What does your income need to be
- 17:13for you to feel a sense of security for you and your
- 17:19family? And when you know exactly what
- 17:23that figure is, let me know by nodding your head.
- 17:32But not everyone needs an income.
- 17:38You can consider your net worth, your total assets also to be a
- 17:44form of security. If someone has several million,
- 17:50their income could be 0 and they are still safe and secure.
- 17:58You know what the income level is to feel secure.
- 18:01Now decide what your net worth needs to be so that even if you
- 18:09weren't working, even if there was 0 income for many months,
- 18:14you would still feel secure. And when you know what that.
- 18:19Figure is. To feel secure even without any
- 18:24income at all. Let me know by nodding your
- 18:27head. And I want you to imagine what
- 18:39it would be like to jump into the bucket, just like Alice in
- 18:45Wonderland jumping down the rabbit hole.
- 18:49And as you jump into the bucket, just imagine going into that
- 18:55future. What does life have to be like?
- 19:03Not for you just to earn that income, but you to earn that
- 19:07income that makes you feel secure and you enjoy the
- 19:12process. For some people, working for a
- 19:20living is arduous, unpleasant, it drains from their life.
- 19:29But some people love what they do and they can earn a good
- 19:35income and it charges their batteries up.
- 19:40So imagine what it would be like to earn that level of income
- 19:46that represents security and to enjoy it.
- 19:50And when you know what that feels like, let me know about
- 19:59nodding your head. That's it.
- 20:06And then imagine going to a place within your imagination
- 20:12that would be the natural place that you would check assets,
- 20:16maybe a screen, a folder, documents.
- 20:24And I want you to see what assets you would need to own in
- 20:30order to feel secure even without an income.
- 20:36That might be cash, savings, investments, properties.
- 20:43But when you know whatever that figure was that represented a
- 20:47net worth of security, and you can see in this bucket of
- 20:54security what that looks like, let me know by nodding your
- 20:59head. That's it.
- 21:22And then imagine jumping out of the bucket, back to your full
- 21:27size and now staring into the bucket of comfort.
- 21:35As you stare deep into the bucket, just decide what your
- 21:40monthly income needs to be for you and your family to be
- 21:45comfortable. And when you know what that
- 21:50number is, let me know by nodding your head.
- 21:57That's it. And just as you did before, just
- 22:01imagine that even if you had no income at all, you could still
- 22:07be comfortable if you had enough assets.
- 22:15And I want you to think about what your net worth would need
- 22:18to be for you to feel comfortable without needing to
- 22:27work at all. No income at all, and yet you're
- 22:33still comfortable. And when you know what that
- 22:36amount is, let me know by nodding your head to stare into
- 22:45the bucket and again jump into it.
- 22:50The bucket becomes a portal into an alternative reality where
- 22:55you're already living that future.
- 23:01Get a sense of what it would be like to earn that level of
- 23:04income. Still enjoying it, but it's a
- 23:06higher income now. What needs to be done different?
- 23:13Are you charging more? A bigger client base, maybe
- 23:21clients that can afford more of what you're uniquely in a
- 23:25position to offer. How is it scaled?
- 23:34Maybe there's additional revenue streams and income streams that
- 23:40weren't in the future of security but are in this one.
- 23:44And if you can get a sense of what it would be like to imagine
- 23:51living with an income at this level where you feel
- 23:55comfortable. Not just safe and secure.
- 23:58Not just not worrying about bills, but living a lifestyle
- 24:04that you really enjoy. Driving the car you want, going
- 24:10on the holidays you want, travelling to where you want,
- 24:15giving things to the people you love the most and feeling good
- 24:19because you are a provider, you enrich their lives.
- 24:25When you can imagine that, let me know by nodding your head and
- 24:33then give some thought. Go to that place that you would
- 24:37check on your assets and figure out what's the value of your
- 24:45portfolio, your investment fund, your cash savings, total value
- 24:52of properties, maybe other things as well.
- 25:01And just imagine maybe seeing something like the equivalent of
- 25:05a total column when you add up all of that, like a spreadsheet
- 25:11or an e-mail from an accountant just saying that your net worth
- 25:15is. And see that number, the number
- 25:18that represents comfort for you. Maybe it's in the millions, but
- 25:28look at a specific number that represents comfort for your net
- 25:34worth. Even if your income stopped for
- 25:37a year, you would still be comfortable.
- 25:40And when you know what that is and where it's coming from, let
- 25:45me know by nodding your head. That's in and then jump back out
- 25:56of the bucket and now stare deeply while you're on that
- 26:05glass lock in full stillness. Look into the bucket of freedom.
- 26:15And let's define freedom as you get to live a level of comfort
- 26:25and beyond without needing to work at all.
- 26:32That your passive income, income that comes from assets, income
- 26:37that comes from things that you don't need to work yourself,
- 26:42flows in. And if you know what it would be
- 26:48to feel free where income is flowing in, giving you that
- 26:53great quality of life, but giving you the choice what to do
- 26:57with your time, who to spend your time with, who to spend
- 27:01your money on when that is clear in your mind, let me know by
- 27:06nodding your head and then think of what your net worth would be.
- 27:18But if you had no passive income at all, what would your net
- 27:23worth need to be for you to live a life of absolute freedom
- 27:28without ever worrying about money?
- 27:33It would be a higher figure, maybe in the several millions,
- 27:38but think of a specific number that if that was your net worth,
- 27:45you would always feel free. And when you know that number,
- 27:50let me know by nodding your head.
- 27:58As you stare into the bucket, leap in to that portal that
- 28:05takes you to that future. This time.
- 28:10Imagine a future where all work is a choice, an option.
- 28:19There's nothing you need to do, just things you're choosing to
- 28:22do. If you wanted to stop working
- 28:26for six weeks to get out on a yacht, you could.
- 28:31The bills would still be paid, the businesses that Iran would
- 28:36still satisfy their clients. The future of freedom is an
- 28:46owner, not an operator. You can choose to operate, but
- 28:51don't need to Imagine that life. Get a sense of where the income
- 29:01streams are flowing from. Different assets, different
- 29:06businesses. Look at how much automation,
- 29:11delegation and outsourcing takes place in this future.
- 29:17People report to you, you make decisions, you decide on
- 29:25strategy. But you don't need to be doing
- 29:29the work unless you choose to. And when you get a sense of what
- 29:41that's like, let me know about nodding your head and then think
- 29:50of what your net worth would need to be for you to feel free,
- 29:56not just for you, but for your children's future too.
- 30:05What is your level of net worth in order to create generational
- 30:12wealth? That when your descendants think
- 30:22of an ancestor that changed everything, you are that person,
- 30:30the facilitator of generational wealth.
- 30:35What assets did you need to acquire?
- 30:38What systems did you need to build?
- 30:43And I want you to feel that this isn't wishful thinking or a
- 30:48possibility. I want you to feel that this is
- 30:55a destiny for the taking, this is yours simply by taking it.
- 31:06And if you could imagine that level of wealth, multi
- 31:10generational freedom, let me know by nodding your head.
- 31:25Someone once said if the mind can clearly conceive it and
- 31:33believe it, then they can achieve it.
- 31:41You've conceived it. Now give yourself permission to
- 31:45believe it with every fibre of your being and have an
- 31:52expectation that you will achieve it.
- 31:58You will achieve the freedom that comes from income not
- 32:02dependent on you, which then creates more resources to
- 32:10acquire more assets that they themself compound in value to
- 32:16creating even more value. Most people never do because
- 32:24they never try. But since you believe it, you
- 32:30open up a pathway of resourcefulness to create a
- 32:34powerful, self fulfilling prophecy.
- 32:42And if you feel this has unlocked the very resources
- 32:45required to manifest this future, let me know by nodding
- 32:49your head. That's in and now jump back out
- 33:13from the bucket in reverse. Get a sense the lock and the
- 33:21landscape are still the same, but you've now changed.
- 33:25Feel a lightness and optimism in you as you walk back over the
- 33:32surface of the lock, back to the shore, and just imagine in a
- 33:41moment, time restarts. You can hear perhaps a bird, see
- 33:51a slight ripple on the surface of the waters, but feel like
- 33:56something powerful has changed within you.
- 34:02You've expanded your belief and the scale of your ambition and
- 34:13allow that to feed all of the resources required in order to
- 34:21achieve it. But it's now time to take those
- 34:25feelings and return to the present.
- 34:28So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 34:34nose. Wiggle your fingers and wiggle
- 34:38your toes. Start to connect and calibrate
- 34:40with the here and now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to
- 34:45awaken you. Starting to count 123 waking up
- 34:52456 more alert 7-8. Open your eyes.
- 34:56Open your eyes, 910. Wide awake, wide awake, wide
- 35:02awake. Thank you for listening to The
